My experience with this store just continues to worsen. Ordered late March, was told I’d receive my order April 30th. We were ok with it so we ordered. We never received any update. April 30th came and nothing. So we called the store and they said our date had been moved. We had to call them to find out. They gave us the warehouse number so we called them for an update and they said our piece was on back order, something the sales person named Kevin in the store didn’t mention. Anything to make their commission I guess. The warehouse scheduled our delivery for June 8th which is today, but we didn’t receive any call with the delivery time like we have in the past so I called to check on our order and sure enough, rescheduled delivery again. This time for July 2nd and without even notifying us. They are very unprofessional, everyone from the store to the warehouse. Not one apology for the inconvenience at least. Everyone puts the blame on someone else. They have nice furniture pieces, if only their service was the same. I think if the sales people are more transparent and honest, we can’t blame them for the delays. But this guy told us we would receive our order BY May 30th. Perhaps they need to better educate their staff on the terminology they use and consider keeping their customers informed by giving updates on their orders. Especially when they reschedule your delivery. Will not be buying from them in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The whole entire experience was terrible, the only decent person here was our actual sale woman who helped us. We purchased a $2800 sectional in gray, we paid an additional 200$ for delivery and set up, it arrived unexpected 3 days earlier then scheduled while I was not home my mother was, they set the sectional still wrapped in plastic in my living room and left. We got home and noticed it was the wrong color, they brought brown. We opened a claim to get the correct one sent. Was told it would be there in a week, a week later a different associate called to argue with me rudly that they didn't believe it was brown after viewing the pictures. We went in and spoke with the manager and asked for a refund, was told they would pick it up within a week and we could come back as soon as it was picked up and get our money back. It was picked up today 5 hours before the scheduled time, we waited 4 hours to come to the store to get our refund and was rudely told by the manager it's not his problem, he doesn't care what we do and is not refunding us. We are currently out of a couch and the money and I have to dispute with my bank. I would not recommend going here!

5 star goes for the sales associate that helped us when we purchased our living room set. And 1 star for the delivery guy who scratched my front door and ripped my couch. Now waiting for my couch replacement 🤦🏼‍♂️

Worst customer service from the sales associates as well as the delivery and the manager. I ordered a mattress that was $3,000 had it scheduled for a date and never got delivered because the delivery guys couldn’t find my home. Keeping in mind that that’s why there’s a GPS. we rescheduled for the following week because their warehouse is in LA. They did not deliver that day either. I went to the store in Bakersfield spoke to my sales associate Faith she said it was a promise that they couldn’t deliver that week, therefore we cancelled and the manager this big fat guy had the audacity to tell me when I expressed my frustration that i needed my mattress because i was sleeping in the floor he said he didn’t have time for nonsense and that i was getting my bed discounted if I agreed to still purchase he was the worst at handling situations and promising delivery dates and yelling. Never purchasing anything from this overpriced furniture place. Take your money elsewhere.

Worst possible customer service ever ! When I first purchased my dining table they brought me a broken one. It hasn’t been a year with my dining table and 4 of my chairs have had bolts fallen off. My son tried to put them back on and they keep falling. For the price I paid for this table it has been the WORST investment of my life. I have reached out for my warranty protection plan and to this day no reply. Take your money somewhere else y’all!
