I am extremely disappointed with my recent couch purchase. We were assured by the salesperson that we were buying a high-quality leather couch, but what we received was far from it. After just a short time, the material started peeling and flaking off in patches, revealing that this is not genuine leather but likely bonded or faux leather. The salesperson was misleading, and when we reached out to address the issue, the company did not stand behind their product at all. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson about where to shop for furniture. I’ll be making my next purchase at Costco, where they actually stand behind what they sell. Save yourself the frustration and avoid buying furniture here if you’re looking for genuine quality and honesty.

Cel was great to work with. We had taken a trip to the store but didn’t find what we wanted. This morning I called him and he helped me find something over the phone and then we did everything over the phone and was able to pay quickly with a link. Easiest furniture purchase I’ve ever made.

We went looking for two mattresses and Frank G was so much help. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He also gave us the time and space to discuss and make our decision which we appreciated. Stress free purchase and can’t wait to get our new mattresses.

Don’t buy insurance for your furniture cause at the end they just tell you that they changed insurance company’s and you just lose your money and get stuck with bad furniture , we buy 3 couches for over 3 k and we paid 5 year insurance now 2 year later the couches are ripped and insurance tell us that we need to pay out of pocket and we went to Ashley on Rosedale and they just give us the round around tell us that they changed insurance company that they don’t work with them anymore so where do that 319.99 from insurance dollars end up , Pay attention People this Ashley store is a Biggggg Scammmmm now we end up with $3,000 trash couches

Came in today to get a bunch of furniture for my new apartment. Frank helped me pick things out and gave me some good recommendations on what to buy. Was in and out in about an hour after getting a tv stand, dresser, couch, recliner, 2 tables, and a rug. Prices for each item were reasonable and the delivery service is flexible on when they are able to drop the stuff off. Definitely recommend!

It was my first time buying in this furniture. I can tell you I will never go again. They are so bad from furniture they sell to workers.

I purchased a bedside table to match the bedroom set I had previously purchased. They said it was the last one. They set up delivery and didn't tell me I had to be there. I couldn't come home when they tried to deliver it so they left. I called to reschedule when I could be there. They never showed up. When I called to find out why, they had to check. It took a few days for them to call me back and tell me that they sold it to someone else and could they interest me in a similar table, no apology. I was so disappointed. I wanted the table to match and I couldn't understand why they sold a table I had already purchased. I asked for a refund, after a month still no refund. I had to call again to ask why and 3 days later I finally got a refund. Had been a very negative experience. I will never shop there again.

Puchased a $600 dollar recliner and I must say it's the worst recliner I've ever purchased. The problem is I didn't get a chance to sit in the chair and try it out before I purchased it, I was shown a photo of the recliner it was then delivered to my house (plan on waiting at least 2 weeks). How can you tell if a recliner is going to be comfortable and work for you if you can't sit in it??? You have to wait a couple weeks in order to get your order it comes from their warehouse to your home, you cannot purchase anything in their store. This recliner has no padding whatsoever, very,very thin. Ashley has really gone downhill as far as quality of furniture. My advice shop around, I made the mistake by not shopping around but it won't happen again. I really thought I would get a quality recliner that's not the case. One other thing when you walk through the doors the sales people are just waiting for you, I do not like being pressured so expect that when you go through the doors.

Just recently bought a house and was looking for a particular measurement for a sectional. I had visited a couple furniture stores to see my options and found it rather difficult to find what I needed. Visiting the Bakersfield Ashley store, my wife and I were treated with outstanding service from Oralia. She was very knowledgeable on the products available in the store and the promotions that could help save us money. We were able to see multiple options and ultimately found the perfect sectional for our home. I will definitely be coming back for future needs.

I went in to buy a bed and found more than what I was looking for. I bought a temper-pedic bed and what delighted with my purchase. (After having slept on springs my whole life) I ran into some mild problems upon delivery. The frame was to small for the bed. I returned to the store to sort everything out and to make up for the inconvenience I was given 2 free pillows. I was guided throughout all the process by Jose Najera, a great guy with a sense of humor. I felt no pressure whatsoever, he was very understanding going as far as to say that, "If the customer is happy, I'm happy!".

Pretty decent amount of options. Not crazy about the drawer sliding mechanisms on a lot of the dressers, ends tables etcetera. Many were not very smooth and wobbly but not the worse I've seen. Something to think about though, while making a selection. Workers were helpful.

I just bought a mattress and box springs from Marie G at the Rosedale Ashley store. She is an incredible sales person. Very knowledgeable of the products with a warm personality. This is the second time she has assisted me. I bought a sofa, recliner, and ottoman with chair in October and she assisted me then. So helpful and courtesy without being pushy.

Right when I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and a guy who knows the Ins and Outs of his job. Joshua Foote knew exactly what he was doing, all I had to do was tell him what I was looking for and he gave me a bunch of options to choose from. I was expecting to be at the store for about 3 hours but he got me out within an hour. He was super helpful and gave me the best prices. He gave me a range from most expensive to least expensive so I had the choice of what I wanted. Joshua Foote will help you find exactly what you are looking for. He knows how to do his job well so you might leave with a few extra things like I did. I felt no pressure from him to buy the most expensive thing or to buy anything I didn’t want. Joshua Foote has great customer service skills , if you want someone who will handle your money with care and help you get the best bang for your buck then Joshua Foote is your guy.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. We were helped by Francisco (Frank) . He was very veteran friendly and advocated on our behalf. He wasn’t too pushy to sell us items we didn’t need. He attempted once to promote a mattress and when we politely declined he didn’t continue to push it which we have found many sales people do which creates an uncomfortable interaction. He was personable and did not create an awkward interaction. Often customers try to avoid sales people in a store because of the pushy tactics of sales people however this was not our experience at all. Without reservation we recommend Francisco (Frank) for your furniture shopping experience.

Oreo was a delight in helping my partner choose a mattress for us. She listened to our needs and let us explore our options. From lower end to higher end models. Truly a genuine person as compared to other salespeople from other stores they didn’t give us that option and showed us only the higher end mattresses. In the end we did go with a higher end mattress but with a more inexpensive bed frame.

Oreo was my sales rep at the time of my visit and she was so great! She took her time with me and had no issue showing me all my options. I feel like other sales people from competitor stores were only showing me their most expensive product, which can be very costly. But Oreo was willing to listen to my concerns and show me affordable selections. I did end up going with a higher end model bed with an affordable base, and for that i’m grateful! Will be coming back to her for future sales.

Oreo (Oralia) at Ashley Furniture was attentive, friendly and did a great job explaining products and specs. She listened to us and ensured we were happy with the furniture we looked at and made the process seamless. So much so we came back the next day to get the table.

Poor customer service, zero return policy. We were dissatisfied with purchase in first 24 hours and manager refused to work with us to make it right despite online policy stating 72 hour return window, will not shop here again.
