I am beyond pleased with Johni Janho’s client service, attentiveness and kindness. My wife and I went to several Ashley’s furniture stores and noticed that at some of the locations most of the sales associates were so concerned about the sale that they didn’t allow her and I time to talk about how the furniture would look in our new home. Johni on the other hand, introduced himself, excused himself and was available each time we had a question. He also, explained in detail why the furniture would suit our home and what colors would allow it to stand out. Lastly, and this is TOP TEIR, my wife’s primary language is spanish, so everytime he would explain something he would pause and give me time to explain everything in detail to my wife. HUGE THANK YOU! I would definitely recommend Johni Janho.
