When you go furniture shopping at Ashley's you have to go in with a good idea of what you would like to purchase. I recommend a lot of research on particular items that are a "must have" and what you're not willing to purchase. This will help prevent "add ons" you where not wanting in the first place. That being said I went in to furnish my apartment. I knew I needed a bedroom set, kitchen, and living room furniture. Silva was able to help me out immediately. She showed me clearance items and special financing available for certain sale items. She was able to help me maintain my budget and get the things that felt right for me. She was understanding and very helpful. She listened and was able to offer me good comparisons within the store items. When I purchased my items I initially thought to get a cheaper mattress. Especially since I wanted to maintain a budget. She was able to tell me about the options available and how to find something that fit my needs. I have lower back pain and neck pain so she showed me the beautiful temperpedic options. I was able to take my time in picking a mattress not once feeling rushed. She offered all sorts of options and helped me pick something that fit my body. Over all this was a great shopping experience and I was able to get all the things on my list without overstepping my budget. I would love to go back and spend some more but I'm all out of space. Thank you Silva and thank you Ashley's. Best Ashley's in my point of view the Valley and West Covina ones didn't compare.

Excellent experience. Frank Vinci was my Salesperson. Not only was he absolutely professional, he was able to address all my furniture needs and I ended buying a number of large ticket items to complete the sale. They also matched prices and delivery and set-up was as promised.

I was looking at several different stores and AF had the best deals over 4th of July. I bought a couch, recliner, kitchen table and entertainment center and love all the pieces. The delivery was great and there was no pressure at the store even though I took a while to decide. My one and only complaint was that the window for my delivery on a Sunday was from 10am-2pm. I was updated @ 12:45pm that they'd arrive by 1 which they did. Just would have been a bit more helpful if they could have called @ 10am or 10:30am and said it would be a few hours. But again, thoroughly satisfied with the price, deal, delivery and furniture!

I was warmly greeted when I walked into your store. I asked for Zina and learned she was off for the day. A young man approached me acknowledging that he knew I had asked for Zina. He offered his service ensuring that Zina would be given credit. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he was very pleasant, helpful and courteous. I purchased two (2) large accessories which he helped carry to my car. The wait time to pay for my items was extremely slow. It seemed to be a problem with the transaction system. Overall, I would shop at your location in Chicago again.

The "Ashley Sleep Anniversary Edition" matress I bought turned out too soft after one night of sleep. I didn't realize that they don't take returns or exchange matresses, but I went to the store to speak with a sales manager Linda who graciously offered to help me with my situation. She ended up selling me a $950 matress I liked for $200 while keeping the other matress! I honestly did not expect it to work out like this at all! What a nice surprise and OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Thank you Linda, thank you Joel, and thank you David (Дато)! Keep up the good work! Just please put some friendly people to answer the phone, unlike Jackie, she might be good working with computers, but not people! So, other than long holds on the phone and very unfriendly phone customer service I had an AWESOME experience and will definitely come back and make more purchases. Thanks guys!

worst store ever i paid more than 2000$ on furniture when sales man make a mistake and send me the wrong rug , i called the store and they said u can bring it back and exchange when u receive it on mail.when i receive the rug and try to return it they refuse to exchange and give me the one i purchased at the first place . saying that there is no return on any items even though it was their mistake to sending the wrong rug i called and complained and the manager but he simply hang up on me, i rater pay more and receive at least minimum customer service,from a company who would take responsibility for their mistakes and not hide behind stupid no exchange policy at all.. don't shop at this store

THIS STORE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL ASPECTS NEEDED TO BE A GREAT STORE. BOUGHT MY DAUGHTER HER BEDROOM SET AND IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED ON JUNE 28TH..IT ENDED UP BEING BACK ORDERED AND NOBODY FROM THE STORE BOTHERED TO CALL US. WHEN WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SEEMED LIKE SHE DID NOT CARE AND THOUGHT BY OFFERING $50 STORE CREDIT WE WOULD BE HAPPY. WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND APPARENTLY THE OPERATE WITHOUT ONE BECAUSE HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE THAT DAY OR OVER THE WEEKEND SINCE HE DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL US BACK AFTER WE LEFT OUR NUMBER FOR HIM TO CALL US BACK. WORST STORE EVER..I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!..DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR YOUR FURNITURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I purchased a Queen Porter bed set. We purchased that one specifically because it had rounded edges on the foot board. What received was dark wood and sharp edges. Burbank, CA didn't up date their product on their floor!! It's been a year and a half and the store manager ELI is still having us go through hoops to get atleast rounded edges on the foot board. This was my husband and I's first adukt bedroom set and it has been a nightmare!! I was in my last trimester of pregnancy when we purchased it and got gouged from the sharp corners every time I got put of bed, which for a pregnant lady...is several times in the night!! $2,000 for a bed that we didn't purchase!! Took them 2 months to update their Porter set!! What a nightmare that hasn't ended!!

We had a gift card issued from another Ashley's furniture after we refunded another piece of furniture in the past. After picking out a mattress, dinette set and full living room set we tried to redeem the card. They then explained that despite being an Ashley's furniture store, they had NO affiliation with the branch we got the gift card from, therefore they could not redeem the card. They didn't offer to work out the transfer on their end and refused to even try to swipe our card. We will not be returning to Ashley's furniture again if they refuse to honor the commitments of their other branches.

Worst service ever!!! If you want to complain for the bad service provide it by the store manager, guess what, there is no one above him!!! And on your face he said that you are lying to him, definitely i hope this time he keeps his word and i hope my mattresses are good quality so i dont have to go back to that store again!!!

Worst experience ever. I planned to host a thanksgiving dinner, but the incompetence and service of the employees here prevented that from hapening. It was scheduled for delivery on a Sunday. I received an automated call to confirm that it was going to arrive on Sunday. We waited around and didn't end up receiving a phone call to let us know it was not going to arrive. They rescheduled it to that Tuesday and also confirmed a delivery time by text and automated phone call on Tuesday morning. Once again, delivery was not made and I was not notified that it was not going to be delivered. So I stayed home all day waiting for the table and figured out it won't be delivered by calling them when the delivery time passed. This happened 4 times; so it took 5 scheduled deliveries to actually get our table. They will tell you that they don't promise a delivery date - but ONLY after you purchase the table and after they fail to deliver (which will happen). I scheduled to leave work so many times for this that it ended up costing me about 4 times what the table is actually worth. Don't let the price deceive you. You're better off paying more for better service, quality and customer service. Once you pay them, they don't care about you actually receiving the item and won't take the extra step to remedy the situation. It becomes your problem, not theirs. Horrible customer service.
