It was close to closing time, so we wanted to be quick, but Anastacia was very accommodating and wanted to make sure that we felt confident and satisfied with our potential purchase. She was even willing to help us move a table from the other side of the store to see how it looked with the sectional we were interested in purchasing. She was very friendly, personable, and genuine as she supported our decision to purchase a sectional couch, table, and area rug. We’re very much looking forward to the delivery, and we will return to Ashley for any future furniture needs.

It’s unbelievable how anybody can hurt or damage someone out of their own gain. I went into Ashley furniture today only wanting to buy a bedroom set. A salesman, I believe by the name Sean, had us there almost 2 hours trying to convince us to buy a mattress $3300 mattress. He sold us a good story about paying it off for 60 months at $82 a month. When he asked us to check our credit, I don’t him I didn’t need a hard inquiry on my record. He went ahead and said, this is a low inquiry! I was fine with it. They approved the credit but it wasn’t the credit he said it was. I just received an email that a hard inquiry! I. That is very low! I’m very disappointment. He told me he works from commission, well that shouldn’t be my problem. That’s the job he went for and lying to win is pure evil !

Absolutely terrible experience. After ordering my furniture, Ashley Furniture Confirmed my delivery date, three days out two days out and one day out via text message. On the day of the arrival, I stayed home for a four hour window and the item never showed up. After calling and reaching an automated response, I then connected to their chat box and found out that the item was rescheduled without my knowledge. At that point, they told me a new delivery date had not been set. After looking at other reviews on Google, I learned that this was a common occurrence. I then decided to cancel my order by speaking to Ashley Furniture representative. They said that the cancellation would take 2 to 3 days and someone would reach out to me. After three days, no one reached out to me. I documented this whole process and had to process my refund via my credit card company. I highly recommend staying away from this business.

Fast and easy

Bought a bed at Ashleys Burbank Ca. back on July everything was fine untill the delivery. The bed was damaged in several areas. Most damage is on one of the bolts thats holds it together. It has a 7 inch crack where its bolted. I called them to let them know larer as I was not home when it was delivered and assembled. It was not until I moved the whole bed that I noticed the crack. Upon speaking with customer service I reported it and asked if they would lower the price for the damages since it was a new bed. They said that instead they would replace it and take back the other one. I was even given a date I would receive it. I called 3 weeks later to check on status for delivery and they said there was no info for a replacement. I called customer service and the store but they've been extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been going at it with them since the delivery 3 months ago but since they had been paid for the bed right away they don't care. When you call to report stuff they wont answer phone. You will be l3ft on hold until you get tired of waiting and you hang up. But if you choose the option to buy something they will answer right away. Definately watch out for any purchases you want to make there.

My Wayfair bed randomly snapped in half last night after four years - I reluctantly went to a couple of stores and found the salespeople unhelpful and/or the selection lacking. When I entered this Ashley location, I was immediately greeted in a friendly, but not pushy manner by the whole team and an excellent selection of furniture in all price ranges. I ended up working with Rashaan - and he actually made me happy my bed broke! He showed me everything in great detail and answered my numerous questions. Ultimately, we got a great deal on a much better mattress and Rashaan’s superior customer service, care, attention to detail (excellent help with financing), understanding of my budget and wonderfully engaging personality - shopping and buying a new bed and mattress at this location and with Rashaan in particular, was a truly enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store anytime I am in the market for new furniture. I encourage anyone reading this to do the same, you won’t be disappointed.

Very good customer service and friendly

Buyer beware. I've purchased a lot of furniture from Ashley over the years and my latest purchase has me never wanting to go back. I bought a power reclining loveseat at the end of September. Since mid October, half of it has been unusable because the heater won't turn off. Ashley sent a warranty tech out early November who confirmed the problem and said to unplug that half of the couch because it is a fire hazard. We have had no luck since the tech was out getting the parts shipped to repair the loveseat and Ashley is running us in circles trying to get answers. They won't return or replace the defective product and we don't know when it may be fixed. Really poor after sales service and support.

Bee 🐝 is the person I worked with I bought from him 5 yrs ago….I figured I’d use him again However, after 2 weeks I’m still waiting to hear back regarding the extended warranty i paid for. I was overcharged by $50. I sent a message, text to Bee and called the store the same day, nothing. I’m disappointed no one has offered to resolve this issue and credit me back $50.00. I haven’t heard anything yet.

Not happy when delivered

Beware of any purchases made at Ashley Furniture store. We bought their top selling sofa "Maggie" and the floor model was very comfortable, it was worn in and felt great. When ours arrived to our home the material felt much rougher and both seat cushions had ridges in them, near the back of the knee which was noticeable and disappointing. We weren't happy with the couch and reached out to our salesman about returning it the day after it arrived. Our salesman Glen Meyers, who is a delightful man mentioned that the floor model was there something like 5 years. It doesn't surprise me to hear that the couch could take a while to break in, ours is rough and lumpy. Glen let my husband know that all sales were final and he was sorry if he didn't make that clear the night we purchased it. He said he would speak the manager to see what could be done if anything. When following up with him the next day he let us know nothing could be done. We went to the store in person, 2 days after the couch arrived to speak with the manager, Saba, in person but she had left for the day, so we spoke to Nelly an assistant manager. We understood the no return policy but we wanted to set up an exchange because we aren't happy with the couch. She said she will submit the request and let us know if there is any decision. This was simply a run around statement she gave us. I called back on Monday, the decision has not been made and I called on Wednesday to follow up and found out nothing had been done or requested. Here is the main problem with Ashley and how they handle dealing with their customers. It's a run around system, you can't even reach the store directly. All calls go through a corporate answering service first. It is not a company you want to deal with. Living spaces will give you a seven day return policy where you will be charged a restocking fee. No fee for an exchange. We are willing to pay transportation costs and willing to exchange for office furniture, but are simply left with we can't help you. Not Good and Not Recommended. BEWARE.

Ordered a sofa online and without any notice, Ashley cancelled my order. Went to this store to buy it in person. I noticed the price difference. Manager did not want to honor the 25$ coupon although the coupon is valid in store or online for 30 days acquiring it. The manager Made it seem like she’s doing me a personal HUGE favor when she said okay after some talk. Manager doesn’t know how to communicate at all and to meet clients needs. I had no problem with the price and could certainly afford it but the way they communicated made me feel so uneasy and unwelcome. Went to bob discount and got a better sofa right across and they were wonderful and patient! Note if you want to buy from Ashley, you’re better off at other Ashley stores or at bob discount

My husband and I were in the store this evening looking for a mattress that would help me with my back pain. One of the employees, named Emma C., warmly welcomed us and spent a lot of time showing us several mattresses that I would benefit from. She was very outgoing and patient and answered our questions in detail. It was a great experience! Thank you, Emma!

We needed a couch so badly. We searched several stores, and had no luck. This store was a true life saver! We saw the exact couch we were looking for within 10 minutes. The sales staff were incredible. Worked with our budget, and just the most giving wonderful people I’ve ever come across. Our sales person Johni was very attentive to our needs and knew the products inside and out. The manager, Sabah, was the most helpful, gentle, incredible soul I’ve ever seen in a store manager. I’ll be buying EVERYTHING furniture wise from this store, at this location from now on. If you need furniture, you won’t regret buying from this store.

My husband, toddler and I came in ready to buy. Every customer was greeted and had a salesman with them. Us, on the other hand, we weren’t even greeted and were followed around like we were going to steal something the whole time. My toddler threw a tantrum but quickly got over it. The whole time we were in the store all employees were staring at us and one followed us and stared the whole time. After we were more than halfway through the store, he finally approached us asking what we were looking for. After we told him, he said “well I saw you guys already looked at that area, but you can look over there.” Rather than taking us to what we were looking for and making a sale he just basically said try over there. But continued to follow us and stare the rest of the time. We found multiple items we liked and were ready to purchase, but we just took pictures of them and will be ordering online. I’m not sure why we were treated this way, maybe because we are young and have a toddler but that doesn’t mean that we can’t shop here or afford to or deserve the same respect every other customer was given. Management needs to do better about training employees to not judge people on how they look.

MD Mostafa (Million Dollar)was so extremely helpful. We were looking for something simple for my office, something to lounge in but something small. Also something reasonably priced as we have dogs and the fate of our furniture is unknown. He helped us find just the right thing. I give him 10 stars if I could ! We love Ashley’s. He gave us yet another memorable experience in purchasing furniture.

She introduced herself and asked us if we were looking for something in particular! We said yes! She showed us around and was very helpful! Even though my shopping experience was okay the delivery was a nightmare. I was told I would receive a 4 hour delivery window the day before my delivery, which I did but ended waiting over 7 hours. Unfortunately my work day was ruined as well as the plans I had for my week of moving. If I had been told that the delivery could be as long as it was I would have scheduled differently.

Md Mostafa helped us and take care our need. We bought bed room and living room. He is very professional.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE THEY ARE SWINDLERS, LIARS, AND RIP OFFS!! PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM OR YOU MAY GET RIPPED OFF AS WE DID!!!!! We wanted a new rustic looking bedroom set and sadly we went to the Burbank location and was helped, I mean swindled by Emma if that was even her real name. She clearly heard the husband and I talking about returning the dresser if it did not fit in our very tiny bedroom. We discussed with her our options and thoughts but she NEVER bothered to tell us that oh hey by the way maybe you should get the bed and night stands and see what type of room you have for the tall dresser since we don't have a return policy, but instead told us it wouldn't be a problem returning it if it didn't fit. ASHLEY FURNITURE DOES NOT DO RETURNS!!!! Well fast forward $2000+ later, the furniture arrives: the bed is not the size its states, much bigger and guess what else the tall dresser does not fit in our room. We call the store to schedule a return and the run around and lies begins. They schedule a technician to come get it, oh but wait he only checks for damage its a waste for him to come out so he cancelled that, then we call the store again and they lie lie lie and we continue to get the run around and transfers to all sorts of liars, hope they can live with themselves cuz I'd never work for a company that trains you to be a liar and swindler. Then finally we think we are getting somewhere and nope, they send a store owner/manager/corporate person not sure what he truly was from out of our area as we thought to pick up the dresser unopened and still boxed, but nope, he's a liar and a cheat as well (SAID HE RUNS THE SANTA CLARITA ASHLEY STORE SO STAY CLEAR FROM THERE TOO) and he lied about everything! He told us he was going to tell corporate we got the wrong bed and corporate would send another but we didn't understand that concept because then we'd be getting the same dimensional bed.... but figured whatever we'll deal with it. So guess what? Yep we are stuck with a dresser we can't use and I can't even sell it to get my money back, I will have to take a loss on it just to get rid of it. And thank goodness my husband is a carpenter cuz he was able to fix the bed to the size as they stated and give us a bit more room and the dresser still does not fit..... SOOOO UNLESS YOU WANT SWINDLED AND LIED TO BUY FROM THIS NO RETURN POLICY STORE, YOU'LL REGRET IT JUST LIKE A TON OF PEOPLE I'VE SEEN REVIEWS ON CAN CONFIRM! One star is to good for this rip off store, there should be a class action lawsuit against this store!!

I couldn’t have been happier with the service Mirta gave us when we bought our split-king size bed. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted and led us into the showroom and made our visit and purchase very easy. Review updates: 8/28/2024: I also ordered a split-king mattress sheets which took 4 weeks to be delivered and upon delivery noticed it was knitted not woven. I went to the store to exchange the unopened box and was told that they would exchange and all sales are final unless damaged and also because I purchased the item at the store (even though they shipped it to me 4 weeks later) and not online they would not exchange. RUDE! So I then contacted the Tempur-Pedic Flagship store where they did sell me the sheets I wanted and honored a discount. They could not exchange as packaging was different. I asked and I was informed I did not need to buy the added warranty on the base and mattress from Ashley furniture because Tempur-Pedic honors any purchase of their product already! Therefore I am reducing my rating on Ashley furniture store.

Call the Santa Clarita ASHLEY'S store and a lady Lucy Helped me over the phone as I explained my situation with my store credit she made me feel comfortable and told me she will try her hardest to get an extension for me unlike Saba that just didn't even tried and left me wondered around the store by myself, I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend for people to go to the Burbank location specifically With Saba, she is not a helpful person and does NOT have people skills or customer service skills.

I kept getting emails that my order was going to be delivered but it would never actually get delivered and that it was on back order. Now they tell me I wont be receiving until at least 3 weeks from now. I will not be purchasing from here again as this seems to be a constant issue, from what I have experienced, with this company.

I have been looking for a couch for months. I was limited on the amount of money I could spend and I had a clear vision of what I wanted for that money. I had been to other furniture stores. One large store I went to three times Because they have an outlet section. I looked through the whole store before somebody ever approached me. I must’ve passed 10 different Sales people who did not ask me if I needed help. They were busy talking to each other. The one couch I found that would’ve been perfect was not available until July because “it was out on a boat somewhere“. another couch was up on top of a pole. I asked what the maker of that one was and the sales person had no idea. With it up there how can I look at it? I also noticed that several couches with three pillows would have one of the pillows not matching the other two in color or looked dirty. Then I came to Ashley. A gentleman named Joey walked me through the store, knowing what I was looking for and help me find a couch. He looked me in the eye, listened to what I said, and knew exactly what I was looking for. What made me the happiest was that it was available in a few days. He explained that Ashley‘s makes the couches, doesn’t buy them in another country and put them on a boat. He was very patient with me and helpful. Within 45 mins. I had found a couch, purchased the couch, and was out the door. I recommend Joey to anyone who goes to Ashley‘s. Thank you again, Joey.

Regardless of my terrible experience with Ashely in general regarding delays and sending furniture without inspections, I had a really bad experience in that location. My fiancée and I supposed to get a coffee table but they kept delaying the order, so we decided to visit this location and pick a different coffee table and also ADD two end tables as well. We went to the help desk and we were surprised that they want to charge us delivery fee AGAIN since it’s a new order even though it’s their mistake not sending the original item on time. We spoke to the manager Sabah over there explaining the issue and how we are unhappy we the repetitive delays and we have changed our mind. She was very unprofessional and she mentioned to the sales advisor to give us $40 discount for delivery although we were standing in front of her but she totally ignored us and gave the impression that she doesn’t even care if we got the items or not. We already spent more than $10,000 worth of furniture over the last month in Ashley so we don’t care about $40 discount since it’s not even worth the time we spent going back and forth between sales and delivery department. However, we felt uncomfortable doing business in that location.

My experience is nothing less than perfect, especially when it comes to the service, especially assistance provided by one of the fellows, named Johni. It truly was a pleasure meeting him, as well as the manager that was in the store during that particular time. I am embarrassed to not fully remember her name, but I believe it was Saka? They helped me with all the questions I had, patiently, and I had a lot. They were understanding, and that in itself is reassurance for my return, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Christine was sales associate that sold us a display furniture to be exact it was a couch. She told us since it’s display we have to pick it up in back of the warehouse within 48 hrs. She said it was going to be ready for the next day and if we needed help to loaded it to the U-Haul we have to go between open til 3. We got there at 5:30 the couch was still in the front of the store with a tag “ this has a new home “ we knew there wasn’t going to be any help loading it from the warehouse, but we took my 2 brothers that were going to help us. As soon as we got there Christine was nervous she didn’t even approach us, when the day before she said I’ll be there at 1pm if you need any help to please let me know. So we went to customer service to sign some papers. We were approached by the store manager and she said that the couch was still in the front store and we weren’t able to pick it up til tomorrow. And then I told her well we have a problem because I was told it was going to be ready for us in the warehouse and I already rented a U-Haul. She could have just said I’m so sorry let me see if I can get it delivered to you tomorrow for OUR MISTAKE. Or could of said “ let us pay for the cost of the U-Haul for tomorrow “ But this store manager IS A JOKE she started to yell at us and looking for excuses that obviously were not making sense. Also the male associate with a pony tell told my brother “ why didn’t we by a new one and it would have been delivered” ? And were were shocked because then I ask myself why would you offer to sale a display and not have it ready? He then was taunting my brother for him to do or say something to him. But he ignored him. then the Store manager came to us and told us if we wanted the couch we can take it out through the front door. She said “im not supposed to let you guys do that but it’s my store and I’ll let you guys walk out of my store through the front. My husband then said if I pick up the couch and dissemble it and get hurt you do know I can sue the company. The store manager and male with pony tail said we don't care about that. So take your couch. My husband refused right after she said so she canceled the order. This is not how a store manager should Act what an example she is giving to her workers? That is ok to talk to their customers like that? This store manager is so pathetic. There’s so many nice furniture we looking to purchase in the future. We were thinking of buying the bed frame also but after this situation I won’t be going back to this store. WE FELT DISCRIMINATED BECAUSE WE ARE HISPANIC THEY THOUGHT WE CAN PICK UP THE FURNITURE FROM THE FROM DISSEMBLE IT AND CARRY IT OUT. If it would have been another race I know for a fact they would have never told them that. My kids had to witness this and it saddens me that my 4 year old saw this and said that the lady was not a good person and shouldn’t be yelling. Which could have been an easy solution. This lady made it into a huge problem. If the store manager Saba messaging back??? And wants to resolve the problem??? I mean you were the one that created the problem??? You’re trying to sound nice and all and should have been fired a long time ago. I bet you are telling all the customers to write a great review on you when you’re clearly the rudest manger I’ve ever encountered.

I recently purchased a bed and dining table from this location. The day of my purchase they had a candle event and coffee set up. Although I did receive great customer service from an elderly gentleman that day, once it came time for my delivery and any customer service after; It all went downhill from there. The worst experience ever! I left several messages for the Store Manager to call me back and see if she could guide me in the right direction since I am very aware that they subcontract their deliveries. Two deliveries of damaged products, no attempt to resolve the matter and pretty much forcing me to keep the damaged product. I had no choice but to look into the BBC and was not surprised by the number of complaints. I guess mine will be added to the list, at least I will get a resolution and be directed to someone who will address my concerns. I will never purchase from Ashley's again, I understand why Amazon is taking everyone's business.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have left several messages for the Store Manager SAVA asking for her to return my call and nothing. When I first went in to purchase my bed and table I was ignored and only offered service by an elderly gentleman who stated he was about to get written up for performance for sales. The sales rep answered all my questions and was very attentive, he even asked me if I could rate him for his service and called his supervisor over. Once my delivery date came this all turned into a nightmare. The delivery team damaged the table and then refused to replace it. They instead send a technician over to repair something I did not damage, to begin with. I followed all the proper steps to address the matter while the delivery team was at my home. Needless to say, after several calls to their customer service line, and emails back and forth telling me that I needed to contact the store where I made the purchase. They finally agreed to replace it just to deliver another damaged table worse than the first delivery. The result is I still don't have my table replaced and no one from Customer Service can connect me to management, they keep directing me to the store where SAVA does not return calls. My only recourse is to file a complaint with the BBC, something I have never had to do! I refuse to keep a damaged product, I just want my money back and you can come pick up your damaged table!

ZERO STARS, stay away. They will lie and tell you you can refund/return your mattress but then once there are issues they will tell you it is nonrefundable and tell you you have to wait a certain amount of time to even potentially qualify for a "1 time" return. I am literally sleeping on the floor and they don't care. Stay FAR FAR away.

Purchased a very expensive mattress a few months ago and was given a $300.00 gift cards with no expiration date. Went back to use them last week and the manager Sava or Saba said they don't accept them. I asked for her name she didn't spell it told me she doesn't have a business card and doesn't know their corporate office number. So rude and unprofessional can't believe she is a manager.

Ashley's Furniture is a cool spot if you're looking to spruce up your place. Emma, one of their sales associates, really stood out. She knows her stuff, from the different styles to what's going to last, and she's got a knack for figuring out what you'll like without pushing too hard. Made the whole trip pretty smooth and I found some great pieces for my space.

People are nice. But they are bad about managing/organizing things that are in stock or out of stock. Ordered our couch and agreed to wait for a month since it was out of stock. But we found out that it was pushed another month and we had to find out ourselves. Talked with both the warehouse and in-store team and they would throw the responsibilities and faults to each other. Ended up canceling our order.

Placed an order on a Monday afternoon and they can’t manage a delivery sooner than ELEVEN days later? They are also charging an exorbitant fee of $200 for this leisurely delivery and “set up” which consists of their arduously removing my items from cardboard boxes. The salesperson never mentioned this added $200 fee (I questioned it once I got my receipt) but managed to ask me THREE times to “test the mattresses.” One refusal should be sufficient, especially given the sloppy nature of the whole process (not listening, asking personal questions, etc.). This was my first and last purchase from Ashley. Salesperson also asked several times to submit a Google review. Here you go.

First, you enter in all those employees be staring at you weird and start hogging around you not even letting you breathe. Like let us look around the store we just came. Standing and looking like detectives. We get they want to do sales but that’s annoying for customers. Second, their refund policy is not a good option especially for a known store like that come on now they got the money but they cant give the money back but instead they make it the harder way. We felt annoyed even looking around because they employees on the floor be staring at you even the front entrance. Hopefully they make it worth it to visit them when needed.

So far not great. I was supposed to receive my delivery two days after I ordered. I scheduled the time with an associate. And I never heard from Ashley to confirm the delivery date like I was told I would. I ended up calling to check on things and I got jerked around on the phone. I was told there was a price change of the product, which I already paid for! Then, I’m told a manager needed to sign off on the order. I ordered this days ago. None of this was told to me when I ordered. No one reached out to communicate a delay in delivery. I too am a manager with obligations. I would appreciate clear communication. And I hope to have the furniture I paid for delivered….eventually.

2 years ago I bought a table with chairs, the chairs are cheap almost right away 3 chairs are wobbly and the fourth chair the bottom peace broke. I can’t use my chairs at all. It’s been 2 months since I filed a claim to fixed the chairs. I make the mistake of getting insurance for 5 years, after calling the insurance company 8 times going back and forth. They send me the wrong part, now I have to wait more time to get the chair fix. They refuse to repair the 3 chairs that are wobbly. I won’t be buying furniture from Ashley’s anymore. Don’t waste your money go to a better place to buy furniture and speacially don’t buy insurance. Save your money.

there were so many workers in the store but no one was helpful except for one guy in the front. I waited for over 30 minutes to even be approached by someone, but only one person came. he was not helpful and I had to tell him that I still wanted to purchase a dresser. he gave me half of a response and walked away. The store has no return and no exchange policy. BUT the sales representative NEVER mentioned this. When I called the customer service, I was told that I should have read the fine print. I believe this was deliberate concealment An update. Few days after this review, I received a corporate email asking me reply and provide additional information so I could be assisted. I did so and have not heard back from anyone!!!

I went furniture shopping with my fiance last weekend & we were helped by the most genuinely kind, lovely man. He answered all our questions (which were many - we're buying a whole house full of furniture) & told us all the details of each piece we were considering. Then he walked us through what the buying process & financing would be. There was never a time that we felt pressure or like we were being pushed on anything. He was just a good guy there to help - very rare these days. We went to several furniture stores & definitely felt that Ashley's had the best customer service & the highest quality for the money. Real wood furniture, genuine name brands like Temperpedic, high end fabrics. Also rare these days, sadly. We are buying almost everything from Ashley's thanks to Mike Habeb. Highly recommend him!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Ashley Furniture's Burbank store that compels me to share my disappointment. After spending $3,211.23 on a couch, I encountered a series of unfulfilled promises and encountered poor communication and service. Despite being informed during the sales transaction that all items, except for the sectional couch, would be delivered by December 22, 2023, the sectional couch's delivery date was unexpectedly pushed back to January 11, 2024, disrupting my scheduled housewarming event initially set for January 4, 2024. To make matters worse, the delivery was delayed again, this time to January 22, 2024, causing further inconvenience. Attempts to address these issues with the manager and salesperson at the store were met with unprofessional conduct and blame-shifting, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, reflecting poorly on Ashley Furniture's commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, the absence of information regarding the "no return and final purchase policy" adds to the overall dissatisfaction. I urge the company to take immediate action by resolving the delivery issues, addressing the unprofessional conduct displayed, and communicating steps to prevent such incidents in the future. Failure to do so within a reasonable time frame will force me to escalate the matter further. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I hope Ashley Furniture takes necessary steps to improve its after-sales service for the benefit of future customers. The sales person that helped me, Daniel Martinez, was very informative and patient and helped me to choose the right furniture for my guest room. Before the delivery date, I wasn’t sure if I had doorway clearance, and he was able to get the exact measurements and gave me reassurance that it will pass through the doorway. The sofa bed is very comfortable and is reasonably priced.

I absolutely regret doing business with them and will never buy anything from them again!! Received a $100.00 Card from Ashley’s Store Manager 3 years ago because of 4 failed attempts to receive furniture in a 6th month period. It was during the holiday season and had to sit on beach chairs thru Thanksgiving into Christmas and Now Years it was horrible. My mom and myself ended up buying other furniture because it was taking so long. Now I returned to the store this week and the manager said I could not use the $100.00 gift card because three months ago they stopped accepting them? I was willing to buy a kitchen table set there at that moment and was denied because of 90 days? I have been a customer service manager for more than 20 years and would’ve never treated any of my customers the way Ashley‘s manager did to me this past Monday.. I tried to make a complaint at Ashley’s 800 customer service and was told I would receive a response in 48 hours and it’s Friday and no response yet from Monday. I called back today and got the same response another 48 to 72 hours…can the person who answers these Google reviews help in anyway please! Thank you

On to the next furniture store in search for my mother's nice accent chair to enjoy while watching tv. I have never stepped into an Ashley HomeStore before and especially for this location, I have never been to this area since it was a Circuit City. (dated myself there) As I entered the building there was a Salesman that greeted me. I asked to look for accent chairs for my elderly mother and gave him specific description that I was looking for. The salesman showed me several designs and some did meet the criteria. I was happy with one model and it was even on sale. Ashley did have a possible purchase. What I didn't like was how the salesman pushed for the sale. After I had asked how long does the sale run for, he didn't know. His response was very iffy as he said "im not sure, maybe tomorrow the price may change". I didn't like that there was no solid answer. I also asked if the model of the chair I liked came in different colors. The salesman couldn't really answer that question as well as he went online to show me the same item, but it was the same color. Overall I did like the chair, the salesman wasn't as helpful with the questions I had asked. Honestly, if I was to choose that chair I would like to interact with a different salesman or try a different location. Parking: medium sized private lotVERDICT: One and done

Don’t believe anything the sales reps tell you at this store. We asked a million times and our sales rep (Martin I believe) reassured us a million times that our items would be delivered by a certain date only for the delivery to be scheduled 3 days after our absolute must-come-date. They’ll say anything you wanna hear to sell you items. If they had told us it can’t be delivered we’d have gone somewhere else.

I was told I would be receiving my couches 12/14/2023. Only to be told after I already paid , and financed my couches that I wouldn't receive them till next year. I was then told I would receive an email confirming Ashley reached out to the manufacturer to see if I could get another due date. Never received email. So I called to check on my items. Only to be put on hold and told that no manger could help. Their customer service is ridiculous. Please don't come here. Please don't buy from them !

My husband and I went in just to browse for furniture for our new apartment and Halim greeted us immediately, we briefly spoke about what we were looking for and he suggested a few items and gave us time to walk around the show room. Within minutes we found a dresser and nightstand which we really liked, we went back with Halim and he helped us with the process. Extremely helpful and nice.
