Terrible experience at the store. I went to exchange the sofa and loveseat I purchased. The one set I wanted was out of stock. A salesman said I had to cancel up front by the lady manager. The lady manager started me but was interrupted by a salesman that needed her help with some problem he was having with a sale. She started helping him and told me she would help me right after. Another sales lady then needed help from her as well. She started helping her and left me waiting. She totally ignored me after that. She called a salesman to tell me I needed to call a number myself to cancel my purchase. It was a very BAD experience when she ignored me. I went outside to my car and called to make the cancellation. The lady who answered the call to cancel my order said she could help me order another sofa set from online. She was so courteous and helpful, she helped me order another set. I can't believe the main manager in the store and Michael the salesman could not.

I recently visited the Burbank store to buy furniture for my family room and was more than happy with the service I received. The sales representative, Michael Hanna, was extremely patient and very helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. Michael even gave me a better deal than I expected, which made the experience even better. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Michael Hanna for excellent customer service.

The staff was extremely rude! I've never been treated so badly in a store. We were interested in a sofa when we went to ask questions about sizes and what we were looking for. The guy simply started being rude to us and raising their voices for no reason. I went to the store's website and found the sofa we were looking for. Unfortunately, I don't recommend the physical store!

Received a faulty item that was over $1200, have been given the run around for months. Had someone come to our home to check it out and validate the claim, then Ashley says “we can’t validate it”. Call this person, call that person, go to the store, it’s all just blabber. Then at the store the managers talk in Armenian in front of you to eachother…. Do not recommend. Management: Please don’t comment “email me or call this number” because no one has ever actually helped. Thanks.
