I purchased my furniture with Zabel and had a great in store experience choosing what I thought at the time would be the perfect furniture for my new home back in November. However the positive experience ends there. I received my furniture in January and the technicians that came to drop off my furniture were extremely rude and made comments about stealing things from my house. Then a part on my bed broke less than just a week after having received my furniture. We contacted Ashley’s customer service and asked to have the part fixed. They part arrived two weeks later, and scheduled a technician come to fix it another week later. When the technician finally got here, he noticed the replacement part wasn’t complete. Along with the disappointment of realizing we were still not going to be able to sleep on our very expensive, brand new bed, the technician began making inappropriate, sexist remarks about the furniture purchased making the whole experience absolutely terrible. Before leaving, he ordered for the part to be sent again. The expected delivery date for our part was supposed to be last week on Wednesday 03/12. We got an email stating that the part was delivered, but it wasn’t. The following day we called customer service to see what was going on and they said there was a delay because there was no route in the direction of my house. This has been a 3 month process trying to receive a small part for my bed, and 3 months of not being able to sleep on my very expensive mattress and bed frame. I tried contacting Zabel because she said if we had any questions/concerns to call her, and the Ashley’s Burbank store where we purchased the furniture from and have not been able to reach anyone. I am extremely annoyed and disappointed in the level of customer service/support Ashley’s has provided since receiving my furniture.

Went in to buy a couch, sales rep Sammy was so pushy it put us off continuing our shopping. Felt like a vulture circling fresh meat. Even when my wife and I were speaking with each he kept interjecting with an argumentative approach rather than just letting us speak. It was also clear the sales people were arguing with each other over clients, very unprofessional. Went to another store and got our couch. Will not be coming back here.
