As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful sales rep anastasiia I was looking for a sectional she took her time showed me different options she did such a amazing and has great taste she helped me get a coffee table to match. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE THEY ARE SWINDLERS, LIARS, AND RIP OFFS!! PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM OR YOU MAY GET RIPPED OFF AS WE DID!!!!! We wanted a new rustic looking bedroom set and sadly we went to the Burbank location and was helped, I mean swindled by Emma if that was even her real name. She clearly heard the husband and I talking about returning the dresser if it did not fit in our very tiny bedroom. We discussed with her our options and thoughts but she NEVER bothered to tell us that oh hey by the way maybe you should get the bed and night stands and see what type of room you have for the tall dresser since we don't have a return policy, but instead told us it wouldn't be a problem returning it if it didn't fit. ASHLEY FURNITURE DOES NOT DO RETURNS!!!! Well fast forward $2000+ later, the furniture arrives: the bed is not the size its states, much bigger and guess what else the tall dresser does not fit in our room. We call the store to schedule a return and the run around and lies begins. They schedule a technician to come get it, oh but wait he only checks for damage its a waste for him to come out so he cancelled that, then we call the store again and they lie lie lie and we continue to get the run around and transfers to all sorts of liars, hope they can live with themselves cuz I'd never work for a company that trains you to be a liar and swindler. Then finally we think we are getting somewhere and nope, they send a store owner/manager/corporate person not sure what he truly was from out of our area as we thought to pick up the dresser unopened and still boxed, but nope, he's a liar and a cheat as well (SAID HE RUNS THE SANTA CLARITA ASHLEY STORE SO STAY CLEAR FROM THERE TOO) and he lied about everything! He told us he was going to tell corporate we got the wrong bed and corporate would send another but we didn't understand that concept because then we'd be getting the same dimensional bed.... but figured whatever we'll deal with it. So guess what? Yep we are stuck with a dresser we can't use and I can't even sell it to get my money back, I will have to take a loss on it just to get rid of it. And thank goodness my husband is a carpenter cuz he was able to fix the bed to the size as they stated and give us a bit more room and the dresser still does not fit..... SOOOO UNLESS YOU WANT SWINDLED AND LIED TO BUY FROM THIS NO RETURN POLICY STORE, YOU'LL REGRET IT JUST LIKE A TON OF PEOPLE I'VE SEEN REVIEWS ON CAN CONFIRM! One star is to good for this rip off store, there should be a class action lawsuit against this store!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Burbank Location Ashley Store. We had to do a reselection because the couch we initially ordered was too large. We were assisted by Johni who was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect sofa and while we were checking out the manager Sabah went above and beyond to make the transaction seamless and answered all our questions. We would recommend this location for your furniture needs.
My wife and I had the pleasure of being helped by TJ. We came in looking for a bed and TJ helped us find a great deal on a bed as well as an upgrade on our bedroom setup. Saba did not helped as I expected earlier as I had gone for a store credit that I had due by today and all she said she wasn't experienced with the customer service dpt as I had asked for an extention on my store credit and all she did was just take down my information and for me to follow up with them by tomorrow, I was just wondering around the store all by myself maybe trying to see what I can find to use my credit but Saba didn't even bothered to send me a representative to see if they can try to help me purchase something last-minute and use my available credit so it won't get lost therefore I. Call the Santa Clarita ASHLEY'S store and a lady Lucy Helped me over the phone as I explained my situation with my store credit she made me feel comfortable and told me she will try her hardest to get an extension for me unlike Saba that just didn't even tried and left me wondered around the store by myself, I'm very disappointed and I don't recommend for people to go to the Burbank location specifically With Saba, she is not a helpful person and does NOT have people skills or customer service skills.

I kept getting emails that my order was going to be delivered but it would never actually get delivered and that it was on back order. Now they tell me I wont be receiving until at least 3 weeks from now. I will not be purchasing from here again as this seems to be a constant issue, from what I have experienced, with this company.

I have been looking for a couch for months. I was limited on the amount of money I could spend and I had a clear vision of what I wanted for that money. I had been to other furniture stores. One large store I went to three times Because they have an outlet section. I looked through the whole store before somebody ever approached me. I must’ve passed 10 different Sales people who did not ask me if I needed help. They were busy talking to each other. The one couch I found that would’ve been perfect was not available until July because “it was out on a boat somewhere“. another couch was up on top of a pole. I asked what the maker of that one was and the sales person had no idea. With it up there how can I look at it? I also noticed that several couches with three pillows would have one of the pillows not matching the other two in color or looked dirty. Then I came to Ashley. A gentleman named Joey walked me through the store, knowing what I was looking for and help me find a couch. He looked me in the eye, listened to what I said, and knew exactly what I was looking for. What made me the happiest was that it was available in a few days. He explained that Ashley‘s makes the couches, doesn’t buy them in another country and put them on a boat. He was very patient with me and helpful. Within 45 mins. I had found a couch, purchased the couch, and was out the door. I recommend Joey to anyone who goes to Ashley‘s. Thank you again, Joey.

Regardless of my terrible experience with Ashely in general regarding delays and sending furniture without inspections, I had a really bad experience in that location. My fiancée and I supposed to get a coffee table but they kept delaying the order, so we decided to visit this location and pick a different coffee table and also ADD two end tables as well. We went to the help desk and we were surprised that they want to charge us delivery fee AGAIN since it’s a new order even though it’s their mistake not sending the original item on time. We spoke to the manager Sabah over there explaining the issue and how we are unhappy we the repetitive delays and we have changed our mind. She was very unprofessional and she mentioned to the sales advisor to give us $40 discount for delivery although we were standing in front of her but she totally ignored us and gave the impression that she doesn’t even care if we got the items or not. We already spent more than $10,000 worth of furniture over the last month in Ashley so we don’t care about $40 discount since it’s not even worth the time we spent going back and forth between sales and delivery department. However, we felt uncomfortable doing business in that location.
Freddy and Rashad helped me out tremendously on our purchase to furnish our new home. Very Happy with our purchase. We can’t wait for the bed to arrive. Thank you!!

My experience is nothing less than perfect, especially when it comes to the service, especially assistance provided by one of the fellows, named Johni. It truly was a pleasure meeting him, as well as the manager that was in the store during that particular time. I am embarrassed to not fully remember her name, but I believe it was Saka? They helped me with all the questions I had, patiently, and I had a lot. They were understanding, and that in itself is reassurance for my return, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Christine was sales associate that sold us a display furniture to be exact it was a couch. She told us since it’s display we have to pick it up in back of the warehouse within 48 hrs. She said it was going to be ready for the next day and if we needed help to loaded it to the U-Haul we have to go between open til 3. We got there at 5:30 the couch was still in the front of the store with a tag “ this has a new home “ we knew there wasn’t going to be any help loading it from the warehouse, but we took my 2 brothers that were going to help us. As soon as we got there Christine was nervous she didn’t even approach us, when the day before she said I’ll be there at 1pm if you need any help to please let me know. So we went to customer service to sign some papers. We were approached by the store manager and she said that the couch was still in the front store and we weren’t able to pick it up til tomorrow. And then I told her well we have a problem because I was told it was going to be ready for us in the warehouse and I already rented a U-Haul. She could have just said I’m so sorry let me see if I can get it delivered to you tomorrow for OUR MISTAKE. Or could of said “ let us pay for the cost of the U-Haul for tomorrow “ But this store manager IS A JOKE she started to yell at us and looking for excuses that obviously were not making sense. Also the male associate with a pony tell told my brother “ why didn’t we by a new one and it would have been delivered” ? And were were shocked because then I ask myself why would you offer to sale a display and not have it ready? He then was taunting my brother for him to do or say something to him. But he ignored him. then the Store manager came to us and told us if we wanted the couch we can take it out through the front door. She said “im not supposed to let you guys do that but it’s my store and I’ll let you guys walk out of my store through the front. My husband then said if I pick up the couch and dissemble it and get hurt you do know I can sue the company. The store manager and male with pony tail said we don't care about that. So take your couch. My husband refused right after she said so she canceled the order. This is not how a store manager should Act what an example she is giving to her workers? That is ok to talk to their customers like that? This store manager is so pathetic. There’s so many nice furniture we looking to purchase in the future. We were thinking of buying the bed frame also but after this situation I won’t be going back to this store. WE FELT DISCRIMINATED BECAUSE WE ARE HISPANIC THEY THOUGHT WE CAN PICK UP THE FURNITURE FROM THE FROM DISSEMBLE IT AND CARRY IT OUT. If it would have been another race I know for a fact they would have never told them that. My kids had to witness this and it saddens me that my 4 year old saw this and said that the lady was not a good person and shouldn’t be yelling. Which could have been an easy solution. This lady made it into a huge problem. If the store manager Saba messaging back??? And wants to resolve the problem??? I mean you were the one that created the problem??? You’re trying to sound nice and all and should have been fired a long time ago. I bet you are telling all the customers to write a great review on you when you’re clearly the rudest manger I’ve ever encountered.

I walked into the Ashley’s furniture because my mattress just wasn’t doing it for me anymore. (My back has been in constant pain.) When I walked in Mirta helped me answer every single question I had not only about the product that she was helping me find but about why I may be experiencing pain with my current mattress. We came to a conclusion and solved the problem together. She helped me make my first purchase of a mattress as an adult so informative that I felt comfortable making this decision. As a bonus she helped my mother find a bedroom set at the same time as she was helping me.

Have been having some issues buying a couch online, so I went into the store to order instead and it was so so easy. I was helped by Anastasiya and she was so kind and lovely. I’ve been so stressed about this couch situation and she totally took that away. Ordering with her in store was so quick too. As a young woman, I often get talked down to in these situations, but I was comfortable and at ease. Would recommend.

After visiting 6 furniture stores, we were on our way home feeling tired and discouraged as none had the Sectional Couch we wanted. But we happen to see the Ashley Store sign off the freeway in Burbank and decided it would be our last stop before giving up. It was the best decision we made cuz as soon as we walked in, there it was! The Sectional Couch in the color, fabric, and dimensions we’ve been looking for!! As an added bonus, we got to work with Emma who from the minute we walked in till the minute we walked out was very professional, courteous, patient and just a pleasure to work with as it was clear she made customer satisfaction a priority! I recently purchased a bed and dining table from this location. The day of my purchase they had a candle event and coffee set up. Although I did receive great customer service from an elderly gentleman that day, once it came time for my delivery and any customer service after; It all went downhill from there. The worst experience ever! I left several messages for the Store Manager to call me back and see if she could guide me in the right direction since I am very aware that they subcontract their deliveries. Two deliveries of damaged products, no attempt to resolve the matter and pretty much forcing me to keep the damaged product. I had no choice but to look into the BBC and was not surprised by the number of complaints. I guess mine will be added to the list, at least I will get a resolution and be directed to someone who will address my concerns. I will never purchase from Ashley's again, I understand why Amazon is taking everyone's business.

ZERO STARS, stay away. They will lie and tell you you can refund/return your mattress but then once there are issues they will tell you it is nonrefundable and tell you you have to wait a certain amount of time to even potentially qualify for a "1 time" return. I am literally sleeping on the floor and they don't care. Stay FAR FAR away.
Ashley's Furniture is a cool spot if you're looking to spruce up your place. Emma, one of their sales associates, really stood out. She knows her stuff, from the different styles to what's going to last, and she's got a knack for figuring out what you'll like without pushing too hard. Made the whole trip pretty smooth and I found some great pieces for my space.

Met as we walked into door by sales rep. Told him what we wanted (loveseat recliner) and then he in turn, passed us off to a second sales rep. We were then passes off to a THIRD sales rep. That sales rep, who showed us nothing about the product but finally took our order. We had to figure the product out ourselves. The sales rep specifically told us that they would deliver the loveseat, assemble it and then take the box away. When the delivery guys arrived, they said they were just to drop the box off and we were to do all of the assembly and get rid of the box. In summation, that's the last business we will do with Ashley. Much rather go to Bob's Furniture or Living Spaces. We've used both and they are much friendlier, much more professional and there was NO confusion over delivery.

People are nice. But they are bad about managing/organizing things that are in stock or out of stock. Ordered our couch and agreed to wait for a month since it was out of stock. But we found out that it was pushed another month and we had to find out ourselves. Talked with both the warehouse and in-store team and they would throw the responsibilities and faults to each other. Ended up canceling our order.

Placed an order on a Monday afternoon and they can’t manage a delivery sooner than ELEVEN days later? They are also charging an exorbitant fee of $200 for this leisurely delivery and “set up” which consists of their arduously removing my items from cardboard boxes. The salesperson never mentioned this added $200 fee (I questioned it once I got my receipt) but managed to ask me THREE times to “test the mattresses.” One refusal should be sufficient, especially given the sloppy nature of the whole process (not listening, asking personal questions, etc.). This was my first and last purchase from Ashley. Salesperson also asked several times to submit a Google review. Here you go.

First, you enter in all those employees be staring at you weird and start hogging around you not even letting you breathe. Like let us look around the store we just came. Standing and looking like detectives. We get they want to do sales but that’s annoying for customers. Second, their refund policy is not a good option especially for a known store like that come on now they got the money but they cant give the money back but instead they make it the harder way. We felt annoyed even looking around because they employees on the floor be staring at you even the front entrance. Hopefully they make it worth it to visit them when needed.

So far not great. I was supposed to receive my delivery two days after I ordered. I scheduled the time with an associate. And I never heard from Ashley to confirm the delivery date like I was told I would. I ended up calling to check on things and I got jerked around on the phone. I was told there was a price change of the product, which I already paid for! Then, I’m told a manager needed to sign off on the order. I ordered this days ago. None of this was told to me when I ordered. No one reached out to communicate a delay in delivery. I too am a manager with obligations. I would appreciate clear communication. And I hope to have the furniture I paid for delivered….eventually.
My experience at Ashleys was great, Ms. Izabel who helped me with my purchase was wonderful, she answered all my questions and at the end of the day I left with my purchase.
The salesman Rashaan Johnson was very knowledgeable of the entire store products and promotions he was able to indentify what I needed within 5 min of entering the store I felt like I was speaking to the store manager he was amazing and I got what I need and finished within 20 min I will be bringing in more family and friends to purchase from him.

2 years ago I bought a table with chairs, the chairs are cheap almost right away 3 chairs are wobbly and the fourth chair the bottom peace broke. I can’t use my chairs at all. It’s been 2 months since I filed a claim to fixed the chairs. I make the mistake of getting insurance for 5 years, after calling the insurance company 8 times going back and forth. They send me the wrong part, now I have to wait more time to get the chair fix. They refuse to repair the 3 chairs that are wobbly. I won’t be buying furniture from Ashley’s anymore. Don’t waste your money go to a better place to buy furniture and speacially don’t buy insurance. Save your money.

there were so many workers in the store but no one was helpful except for one guy in the front. I waited for over 30 minutes to even be approached by someone, but only one person came. he was not helpful and I had to tell him that I still wanted to purchase a dresser. he gave me half of a response and walked away. I would not recommend anyone going into this store for help, instead order online.

This is our second time coming to this location looking for a 3 seat couch for our apartment. First time was in n out since we were in a rush but when we came back they greeted us as usual & Ms. Mirta helped us she asked us our budget and without hesitation or making us feel pressured & took us to the options we had and we ended up getting a recliner and the 4 seat couch we were looking for . The store has no return and no exchange policy. BUT the sales representative NEVER mentioned this. When I called the customer service, I was told that I should have read the fine print. I believe this was deliberate concealment An update. Few days after this review, I received a corporate email asking me reply and provide additional information so I could be assisted. I did so and have not heard back from anyone!!!
If you go to Ashley's in Burbank ask for Mike Habeb by name. He'll take great care of you. I went furniture shopping with my fiance last weekend & we were helped by the most genuinely kind, lovely man. He answered all our questions (which were many - we're buying a whole house full of furniture) & told us all the details of each piece we were considering. Then he walked us through what the buying process & financing would be. There was never a time that we felt pressure or like we were being pushed on anything. He was just a good guy there to help - very rare these days. We went to several furniture stores & definitely felt that Ashley's had the best customer service & the highest quality for the money. Real wood furniture, genuine name brands like Temperpedic, high end fabrics. Also rare these days, sadly. We are buying almost everything from Ashley's thanks to Mike Habeb. Highly recommend him!
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Ashley Furniture's Burbank store that compels me to share my disappointment. After spending $3,211.23 on a couch, I encountered a series of unfulfilled promises and encountered poor communication and service. Despite being informed during the sales transaction that all items, except for the sectional couch, would be delivered by December 22, 2023, the sectional couch's delivery date was unexpectedly pushed back to January 11, 2024, disrupting my scheduled housewarming event initially set for January 4, 2024. To make matters worse, the delivery was delayed again, this time to January 22, 2024, causing further inconvenience. Attempts to address these issues with the manager and salesperson at the store were met with unprofessional conduct and blame-shifting, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, reflecting poorly on Ashley Furniture's commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, the absence of information regarding the "no return and final purchase policy" adds to the overall dissatisfaction. I urge the company to take immediate action by resolving the delivery issues, addressing the unprofessional conduct displayed, and communicating steps to prevent such incidents in the future. Failure to do so within a reasonable time frame will force me to escalate the matter further. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I hope Ashley Furniture takes necessary steps to improve its after-sales service for the benefit of future customers. The sales person that helped me, Daniel Martinez, was very informative and patient and helped me to choose the right furniture for my guest room. Before the delivery date, I wasn’t sure if I had doorway clearance, and he was able to get the exact measurements and gave me reassurance that it will pass through the doorway. The sofa bed is very comfortable and is reasonably priced.

I bought a couch in November and they said early December delivery. And it’s almost January and being delayed every week. Got a messages saying for this weekend and Now it got pushed to Jan 9th. The couch is sitting in a warehouse and they won’t deliver it. I moved to a new apartment and haven’t had a couch and they promised It would be here early December. I absolutely regret doing business with them and will never buy anything from them again!! And when my bf was talking to girl on the phone and asking questions on why it’s being delayed for the 3rd time she hung up the phone on him. I wish I read other reviews before heading into that store. I want to cancel and get my money back! Terrible customer service.

Received a $100.00 Card from Ashley’s Store Manager 3 years ago because of 4 failed attempts to receive furniture in a 6th month period. It was during the holiday season and had to sit on beach chairs thru Thanksgiving into Christmas and Now Years it was horrible. My mom and myself ended up buying other furniture because it was taking so long. Now I returned to the store this week and the manager said I could not use the $100.00 gift card because three months ago they stopped accepting them? I was willing to buy a kitchen table set there at that moment and was denied because of 90 days? I have been a customer service manager for more than 20 years and would’ve never treated any of my customers the way Ashley‘s manager did to me this past Monday.. I tried to make a complaint at Ashley’s 800 customer service and was told I would receive a response in 48 hours and it’s Friday and no response yet from Monday. I called back today and got the same response another 48 to 72 hours…can the person who answers these Google reviews help in anyway please! Thank you

Don’t believe anything the sales reps tell you at this store. We asked a million times and our sales rep (Martin I believe) reassured us a million times that our items would be delivered by a certain date only for the delivery to be scheduled 3 days after our absolute must-come-date. They’ll say anything you wanna hear to sell you items. If they had told us it can’t be delivered we’d have gone somewhere else.

I have been waiting for my couch for 3 weeks now just recently I visited the store in Burbank,CA . The store manager there was extremely rude and gave me attitude when I told her that it was unacceptable that now my couch will be delivered by December 7. I would for Ashley Furniture to come and pick up their love seat that has been delivered and immediately refund me all my mo why back. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I had family come over for thanksgiving and there was no couch at my home and it was a really bad experience. Initially the couch was supposed to be delivered on the 21 of November. Please reach out to me as soon as possible I will not be doing business with yo anymore and want my money back this was a horrible experience.

Since Ashley has been constantly sending me correspondence to leave them a review, that's exactly what I'm going to do. Probably the worst furniture shopping experience of my life from the employees at the store to the delivery. The dining table my wife and I chose was supposed to be $700 and with tax we were expecting a price of around $800 with tax... needless to say I was surprised when the employee showed me the iPad with a total of $1100. My memory isn't perfect but they had added on a 5 year warranty for over $100 as well as the premium delivery option which was also over $100. Upon delivery the delivery guy kept dropping comments like "oh, it's a heavy table... are you going to set it up yourself? Very heavy, very heavy." It could just be my interpretation but it seemed like he was trying to get me to pay him on the side to set it up for me. As far as the furniture goes... average to below average quality imported from China. Dining chair legs were at uneven lengths and it took some adjusting of the built in screw to get them to be stable. Skip this place and just head down to Living Spaces. The whole experience is much better.

My parents and I purchased a kitchen table set complete with six chairs today. Halim was very professional and knowledgeable about different types of tables and materials, he made the process very smooth and even showed us the tempur pedic mattresses which we didn't know about. Overall a very positive experience and a very friendly guy!
I had the most frustrating and disappointing furniture purchase experience recently. Everything seemed fine at the store when we picked out a bed set and mattress. The salesperson even had us test different box spring sizes for the bed's height. However, when the delivery team arrived and set up the furniture, we discovered that the boxspring on that bed was much higher than what we tested in the store. My mother, who selected the height, couldn't even get onto the bed. The delivery guys claimed they couldn't take it back, leaving us in a perplexing situation. After calling the store and enduring countless transfers and holds, we finally talked to a live person who instructed us to contact customer service because they couldn't assist on their end. The ordeal continued with endless calls to customer service, including being hung up on and being placed on hold for what felt like an eternity. Eventually, a claim was made, and the next day, we exchanged emails with photos of the bed. It was only after another call that I discovered the exchange for a different size box spring was approved, but I had to physically go into the store to select it. The whole process involved hours of wasted time, back-and-forth with the store, and the frustrating revelation that I needed to visit the store in person, sign some paperwork, and pay a fee for the box spring. This entire experience has left me feeling cheated and extremely dissatisfied – it's nothing short of a fraudulent ordeal. Still trying to resolve this. Save your time and money and do your own research.

Really bad service the James guy or what ever his name is no help at all. Sabrina who calls her self a manager does not help in anything. I been wanting for my items for a month and a half and they don’t have any response on that. Would never go back to the store ever again. The chairs are nice but they came with no glides and they should have had glides.
I was a loyal customer for years, but I will not shop there anymore. I purchased a very expensive living room sectional and bought the pet protection package. Months later when I filed a claim simply for cleaning a cushion due to pet accident it was denied. I contacted the store for their assistance because they were the ones who pushed the pet protection I was passed around and my calls weren't returned.
Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Halim. I went in to find a bed frame and he helped me out from A to Z. I ended up buying a bed that I love I will definitely be coming back to Ashley store . The prices are good and they have a big selection.

Horrible. Please do not shop here. The delivery kept pushing way past the time they said the delivery would arrive. I bought a bed for delivery and in the store I was told that the delivery team would assemble, directly to my face. Little did I know apparently I selected an item that was not eligible for assembly by the delivery team. I was not told that in the store - they lied to me. When tried calling the store to report the problem to see if I'd been charged for an assembly that didn't happen, I was passed from line to line on a customer support line. Finally after 30 minutes I was able to reach someone at the home store to talk to about this. Sales associates have attitudes. Then they just told me I was charged for the set up fee when in the contract it says "DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY" . When I asked to speak to the manager to figure out why they are telling people assembly is included on items not eligible, they just told me the manager wasn't there, and said theyd put me on hold to reach them. Then someone came on the phone and told me the manager was not there and that they would take my number down for the manager to call me. I don't expect to hear a thing. This place is a joke. I'm sitting here with a million parts that arent even labeled correctly as in the manual. Can't explain how frustrated I am. Dont go here!!

My shopping experience with them was not a pleasant one. We went to the store and purchased a piece of furniture, which arrived as scheduled. But, it had a stain when it came, which was supposed to be removed by a technician. We scheduled for the tech to come on a weekend, but at the last minute the appointment was changed without any notification given to us.This is unacceptable to say the least! By the way, the stain was dust, which did come off. But, why would a brand new sofa have a stain in the first place? And mind you, it has a strange odor that doesn’t seem to go away with time. People working for Ashley Homestore don’t work professionally. And, they’re not friendly either. I would not recommend getting furniture here.
I was really creeped out when I started noticing that a sales rep was following me through the entire store. He kept a distance which made it worse. As a woman, having a man lurking behind you, feels like you’re being stalked. Good deals but you get what you pay for including the service.

Super rude "customer service". Apparently unless you know and read their T&C they won't admit they have returns. Then, they will find a reason not to accept it and boot you to their global customer service. The CS over the phone straight lying that i should just return items i didnt like to the store or that they cancelled some of the items i asked to remove, but they did absolutely nothing. The seller on the floor wouldn't know the sizes of their beds and fooled us into ordering a wrong carpet size. This is ridiculous how expensive and incompetent they are. Burbank branch.

I definitely would of given them a much higher score if it wasn't for their sneaky sales tactics. My fiancee and I decided to stop by Ashley Furniture prior to her flight to AZ and we met one of the floor guys who introduced us to the manager who stated he would take care of us. And they told us they would give us a big discount and if we found it cheaper anywhere else, they would match it. Because we were in a rush, we decided to purchase it as we felt confident if we found it cheaper, they would honor that promise. While my fiancee was waiting for there flight, she found the exact same model at a another store. She called them immediately and they told her to call the next day and they would take care of it then. She called the next day and they are now stating they would only price match other Ashley stores and they will not match the 246 dollar cheaper item we were able to locate. I feel that we're were tricked by giving us a false sense of security when purchasing. I wouldn't of minded if that wasn't part of the reason we decided to go with them. I haven't received my item yet but if thei re any other issue I'll be returning.
The employees (especially Mark) were very patient and kind as we took a very long time to make up our mind. They gave us plenty of space but were there when we had questions. Lots of very nice furniture options available.

Helpful staff in a non-pushy way. We came in to look only for a coffee table, and my wife and I didn’t see anything (all too modern) until we were leaving. This review rating is purely based on the sketchy sales tactics of this store. Long story short, Basil helped us and was really trying to get us to buy a 4 piece sofa we were eyeing that day. He even brought out "a manager" to get us a good price. I can't remember the managers name now. Stay away from Basil if you he approaches you. I was good with the price and sofa, but they told us that if we had issues like if our love seat needed to change sides, we can always change it within 72 hours of delivery. I wanted to go home to measure, but he kept insisting that this was their policy. I took his word and the fact that Ashley was a huge retail brand and I guess it's my fault for not looking at the fine print because now that I need my sides changed, Ashley is telling me they cannot do anything about this. This is extremely frustrating for a customer and it seems like they were saying anything they can to make the sale that day. The manager even said they would only give me the price that day and pressured me to not go home to measure the dimensions. Now I am stuck with a couch that does not fit correctly in my house. Other, the quality of the couch and the price we paid was good. 2 stars only because of that.
The furniture was good but the service quality was poor in my opinion. We did not have any salesperson approach us for 40 minutes in the store or help with furniture selection. Onsite manager was rude to the point that he pulled away a sales representative who was trying to help out. I guess the manager thought we were just browsing and it was not worth his time to attend to us( poor judgement and attitude !) . We did eventually purchase items from the store worth $2500 but it was a very bad sales experience . may not come back again to the Burbank store

A very UNHAPPY customer!!! We went to buy a mattress from Ashley Burbank at start of March 2023, we choose a mattress from SEALY, we got delivered on time but after couple of days start feeling uncomfortable and a continuous upper back pain, I tried to ignore it but it keep happening every morning and keep going on the swear pain whole day. which start effecting my work - I was definitely not happy what I bought, so on April 26 we decided to go back to Ashley Burbank to complain about it and to find a solution for this issue. But the manager and the sales representative on sight told us that for such issues if a mattress is not good or defective we need to contact the manufacturer by ourselves, OHHH REALLY ??? I bought this mattress from Ashley’s store and if I am not happy from the stuff I would go and complain to same store not to the manufacturer company, if I have to do that I would buy direct from manufacturer company not from your store. So actually this means you are just selling the stuff and not taking any responsibility for any defects? That’s not a right thing with your customers and NO one told us about this rule when we bought this mattress. Rules should be clearly told to customers when you selling stuff so they can make their choice either they wana buy stuff from your store or NOT. 100% unhappy customer here thanks for being unreasonable. 👎

Worst place to get furniture. We got adjustable sofa 10 months ago and I paid extra $300 to get full insurance coverage for 5 years. They said they are going to cover it for one year and another company will be responsible after for the insurance. We needed some repair after 6 months and Ashly sent us a person, he said you have to call the insurance company to cover. After calling them we have told you have to call Ashly. We called them both more than 6 times but non of them take the responsibility to do the repair.
The salesman was good but talked way way way too much. Heard about his dating life, DUIs , millions of dollars lost etc.
I worked with Mike, very professional, personable and top tier at what he does. Not pushy, I was able to shop around in peace. I always want to have Mike as my salesman anytime I visit the Ashley Store.

Made a second visit this year with my mom and as always, the Ashley team did not disappoint. We came in on Sunday looking for a new mattress and got to work with Halim. He was very funny and honest with us. He did not try to steer us into buying a bed that we were not in the market for that had all these enhancements. Thought that was really cool of him! We ended up making a purchase and can't wait to receive our bed this week! The first visit we made was a longer day as we basically bought our whole living room set up as well as dining room set with Zabel. She was very helpful and patient with us as my mom was deciding on a living room set but didn't want the whole set up that was displayed. Zabel was able to work with my mom in customizing the set she was happy with! There were also deals that we couldn't pass on so that was a plus!!

Went there 2 weeks ago and helped by Pegah. Furniture itself is nice, but the customer service at this location is very poor. Before you make the purchase, they promise you many things and everything is workable. But once you pay for it, you are not their business anymore and they don't want to deal with you. You can find the same furniture in many places with much better customer service. Will never go back there.

The lowest quality furniture and unprofessional support. They refuse to replace my sofa though it is under 1 year warranty and 5 year protection plan. They lied to me that they couldn’t, because the sofa was discontinued. To my surprise, I noticed the same sofa in store and when asked them to replace it they refused. Not recommended store and low quality Chinese furniture with high prices.

Poor customers service operators been on the phone for about two hours trying to get a manger and they just hang up my call, Reps spoken to are Maya, Joshua, AJ,Zon Kel. Delivery was not at the correct address and they want to deliver my item a week later. Poor service regret going there. So much for a Christmas present for me .
I wish I could leave ZERO stars. This place sold me and my family JUNK. Yes, I made the purchase and for that I take full responsibility. However, everything looked so good in the store. But after only 4-5 months, veneer began to come off our dining set table, screws fell out of the seat cushions and a sofa sleeper severely began sagging in the middle. SADLY we purchased the extended warranty by GBS for $179 dollars, which resulted in nothing but futile attempts to repair our furniture. Despite repeated calls, we were given the runaround and always denied, actually, ignored. To top it all off, I recently mailed a letter along with photos of our defective dining set to the CEO of Ashley, Todd Wanek, and was punted to "escalations," who denied me any help. Though our measly one year warranty was expired, our extended coverage remains active. Ashley could have used their clout to at least intervene with GBS. Instead, Ashley merely said that I need to pursue the matter on my own. Shameful. I will NEVER purchase anything from Ashley again and wholeheartedly do NOT recommend the place to others.

Their protection plan is garbage. Never listen to sales mans. They lie to you.
There are couple of things that go wrong with Ashley. Prices: They are rubbing customers by selling the items at least three times the original price. Protection plan: the sales persons fool you to buy protection plan and lie to you that the plan covers everything. BUT when things happen, they don't cover anything. I never shop from Ashley again. They rub people.

My Girlfriend, and I just got our apartment, and after going to OVERPRICED furniture with little to NO quality Ashley’s Furniture came through. We ordered the furniture set and a rug that was supposed to come within few days from purchase date..never did.. Then they rescheduled us for several days after initial confirmed delivery date- the delivery people were late, and important parts and materials were missing -so they could not assemble it accordingly. Now we have to wait for up to 10 days to receive the parts. The rug never arrived on time- they are saying it should arrive separately. It is almost impossible to get through to the actual Burbank location when calling them, all calls are forwarded to a call center with generic answers outside of US. However, when you come into the store - you will get 5-6 sales associates harassing you with their assistance .. Once you make purchase - you will never be able to get through to anyone..Never again ...I will never buy anything at Ashley furniture store !!!!

I came in today to help my mom buy a twin bed for her guest room. We didn't need anything major as the bed would be used infrequently (i.e. whenever family come in to town). Izabel originally helped us and she was lovely, but had to leave for an emergency which was 100% understandable. She had her colleague Emik help us in her place and she too was super wonderful. She helped us to get a twin mattress and a board for the bed and it was so great to work with them both because we can finally check this off our list as being done. Very very glad to have worked with them. They are super smart, friendly, nice, and beautiful women who are great at what they do. Thank you so so much!!!

I am very disappointed in the service that I received at Ashley Furniture in Burbank. In my experience, they were only interested in making a sale and were entirely unconcerned with customer service or even in delivering a complete product. I spent almost $10,000 on a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a leather sofa, and a leather armchair. I didn’t notice any issues when the delivery came because I was in the process of moving. Shortly thereafter (less than 3 days) I realized that they had not delivered the pillows belonging to the armchair and that the bed was too small. I called corporate right away and they told me that they could replace the mattress because I had called within three days. However, when followed up I was told to call the Burbank branch directly. I then reached a store manager named Freddy who turned out to be very rude and entirely unhelpful. First, he told me that there was nothing he could do because I should have called back within three days. He didn’t believe me when I told him that I had called corporate within that timeframe and said that he would need to see a screenshot of the email as proof. When I sent him screenshots, he proceeded to say that there was still nothing he could do and that he “should not have bothered asking for proof because it changes nothing.” He then sarcastically offered to send me a copy of the return policy that I had signed “in case I couldn’t remember.” The best they could do was offer me a gift card to make up for the fact that I am missing part of my expensive armchair and can’t fit on my own bed. I went to Ashley because their furniture looks nice and seemed to be a good deal, but what a mistake that was. I wound up wasting 10k on furniture that either doesn’t fit or was incomplete. Learn from my mistakes and don’t shop at the Ashley furniture in Burbank.

Their customer service in undeniably the worst i've ever come across. If you need to make a call about an order with them; don't bother. They'll just put you on hold for hours and give you uncertain "probably" "if"s and "maybe"s. I ended up just canceling the order to save myself from the headache.
not a very good sign that when i walked into this place there were rat droppings underneath a bedset i was looking; then when i was looking at a dining table there were a bunch of gnaw marks on the legs of the chair. This company charged my father $800.00 for a sofa that he never received; he paid cash. All the people that are working are liars and scammers especially Tony and the Manager. They promised the money over 3 months ago. Every time my father goes there they give him a different story and keep promising to give him his money. I called them maybe 20 times. They keep telling me "tomorrow, next week, next week." This company stole money from my 80 year old father. Never go close to this company, they will lie to you, never trust this company and especia.ly this location. They will sell you items and not have the product. Great deals Easy experience FAST SHIPPING! Amazing service! The store has a galley view so you can see everything they have available. It’s nice to just sit on a couch or lay on a bed to know what you’re getting. Tony helped get me started and Izabel did an amazing job helping me pick out furniture for my new apartment. Izabel worked with my budget to furnish my new apartment. She offered great recommendations and helped me pick out great new furniture at a great price. I had purchased everything and was about to walk out of the store when I decided to change the couch I bought. I just bought the bed frame from Ashley furniture last week. And when the deli ery came and bed frame was broken and also that was the damaged piece. It was really terrible. It's the first time I purchased from the Ashley furniture and I think I would be the last time as well. It was 505$ bed. It was defected piece before shipping as it's box was completely OK. And also its color was fade from some parts. How can they sell the damaged piece like they did. I never recommend anybody to go to Ashley it's fully worthless. I am attaching some of the pictures.
We had ordered a sleeper sofa bed from Ashley Burbank,CA around end of December 2017. In 2 years the sofa bed frame became a little twisted from one side making it difficult to use.Also ,some stiches came out and the cushions are not in great shape.We had a 5 year warranty and filed a claim.They determined a claim worth around half the sofa price.We were okay with that. But ,there is a catch ,the claim comes in with store credit only and can be used within 3 months. For some reasons ,we could not use it in the 3 months. When we had checked with the customer representative of the insurance company ,they mentioned that it can be re-issued again (do not remember by whom exactly). Anyways, when we tried reaching out to the claim company ,they said its up to Ashley ,when we went to Ashley store ,they said to reach out to the insurance company. Both of them did not take responsibility. We again went to Ashley and asked them to escalate ,they noted to and said someone will reach out. Nothing has happened for 8 months. Very unprofessional, wonder they even made a note or escalated anywhere. It was an expensive sofa and I wish I had ordered from somewhere else.
The most terrible customer service experience ever. The salesman has not told me I have to expect for two shippings even though I placed the order for two items at once. I was trying to obtain a tracking number and no one could help me. The salesman was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not go there ever!

I didn't like the pressure they do to us to buy. We didn't have the time to apreciate well the furnitures. Never let us alone and decided what to like. The manager was rude and got mad. We ending in Living Spaces. In that store we have the change to walk around and I bought what I liked.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ASHLEYS EVER! I ordered a brand new dining set and this is what arrived. Butchered, dirty, and lopsided stools. Not to mention this was not the color I wanted. I’ve tried getting a hold of a manger from the store in Burbank and I was just put on hold forever. I’ve been getting the run around for over a week. Got a hold of the “supervisor of customer service today” and she was a total b****. She never asked for my name or number. I tried explaining my frustration to her, but she barley spoke any English and she clicked on me. Don’t bother buying your furniture from this horrible company. You’re better off buying from offer up since Ashely’s wants to sell dirty and broken furniture.

Had a pretty good experience last time, but the salesman we got this time was so pushy and weird. I know they make commission but it’s such a huge turnoff to have someone beating down your neck the whole time you’re there. A manager aggressively came up to us and demanded why we didn’t want an electric powered recliner. Anyway, ended up going to West Elm instead.
There furniture is decent but don't let them fool u thinking there giving you a amazing discount. Example was buying a bedroom set that was normally 4500. They swore that they are giving me the cheapest price with a huge discount at 2900, but I'm smarter then that Maxine sells Ashley's furniture and gave me the same set for 2000. Point is she what u like don't fall for the I'm giving u the best price possible and call Maxines furniture and get it cheaper.
When purchasing a product your get great support. In my case one item was missing and was given a run s round by the store. I called customer support and they were put on hold from the store. I will never purchase again from Ashley. I just purchased a living room set from another store. Too bad there customer service I’d do bad.
I am still trying to get my refund. The store is giving me such a run around. I never got any furniture and I am waiting still on my refund that is rightfully owed. They are giving me a run around.
Terrible customer service- they try to say the price on an item is not as posted on the sign next to the piece? That it costs more. Like who does that? Also- they screwed up my paperwork and payments 3 times. Asked me to come back to the store after I left to fix it. Would not give me a decent price break or discount for the inconvenience. Worst purchase experience in my life. Every time I ask to talk to the manager about my order, they claim there is no manger on duty !! Imagine a store without a manager ! They used pressure tactics to make me buy. Sales Man was just following me wherever I go. On delivery day, one item was missing. I never received a notification that an item is missing. When I called 1800 number they told me the item has been back ordered. It seems they placed the order knowing that the item is back ordered but didn’t want to tell me so that I won’t walk away without making a purchase. Went to the store and complained that my delivery was missing an item and they told me they found one in the warehouse and put an order to have it delivered. On delivery day the bulky piece of furniture came in a big box and the delivery team said they are just dropping it and won’t set it up because the order says item delivery in a box with no setup. I called the store asking for refund for my almost $400 delvery and setup and to have the item set up by them and they refused and again claimed there is no manager on duty. Will never go to this store again
It’s a HASSLE if you want to cancel your order. They said it takes “4 days” to process my cancellation request, which is unheard of long. In reality, it took them “11 days” to email me a cancellation confirmation. Then, they ask me to wait for another 5-7 business days to get the refund.

I was initially greeted by Allen and requested to see a few different sofas. He showed me several sofas and told me to prouse around and walked away. When I had questions, he was no where around. They went to look for him and I decided I wanted a different salesman. Rashan Johnson was the salesman that said he could help me. After a couple of hours, I purchased a leather sofa and a credenza. We had a Horrible experience with the manager, we came ready to buy but because of his rudeness we left, we’re not wearing a mask since the new mandate says we don’t have to so he came to tell us to wear it with an attitude, I asked him if he didn’t know about the new mandate and he said he doesn’t care, like he was a little kid!!Well I hope Ashley furniture would care about loosing regular clients like us with the Ashley credit card which not everybody has!!
Armen was super helpful as he convinced his manager to make a special exception and change a piece in a set that said will be sold as it is. Since the existing configuration wasn't working for me I will otherwise never buy the couch I love but one side had arm that will stick out. Armen made it possible as agreed to change that piece to a armless one and made it work for me and bought the beautiful leather sectional.

Awful service! Unfortunately doesnt look like 0 stars is an option. I was swindled into paying an extra $200 in nonrefundable delivery fees!!!! Sales Rep Basil Saleh was absolutely terrible. He picked us out like a vulture and pestered us into making a purchase. Then it was like talking to a brick wall when when discussing assembly. It would be helpful to have the sales reps avoiding fighting over customers and would be nice if they had experience in what they are meant to sell. The ottoman i purchased was never delivered for 7 months ( i was told it was delayed by a few weeks at the time of purchase). When cancelling the order they did not give me a full refund. AVOID THIS HEADACHE AND DO NOT SHOP HERE.

horrible store, even though 1 star is too much for this store and their staff, they sent me damaged furniture when i asked them to exchange it took 3 months to get the exchange approval after that they delivered to the wrong address and 1 week latter they sent wrong furniture to right address, awful experience with this store and their staff, they kept me on hold for almost 2hours just for 5min conversation with the store manger. i dont recommend this store to anyone

Allen greeted us right when we walked in and let us do our thing looking around. When we found exactly what we liked, he was extremely helpful and gave us a great deal. We went to the store to pick a love seat to go with the couch we already had. The deals at the time were to hard to pass up. Vana and Vartan helped us out in solidifying what we wanted and needed in our home. They guided me through the whole process. Everyone at the store was pleasant and helpful.
If you go to this location, look for Mr. Armen Mardrosian. He helped my wife and myself to find the furnitures we wanted. Extremely patient and professional, we left very happy !
I wish I could leave a review without this ONE star because they deserve NONE! Everything about this location including its management and the staff is a BIG ZERO! Total disappointment! Bunch of UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE people got together as manager and supervisor and sales staff to trap people and sell their cheapest product. Don’t go to this store or otherwise you’re gonna experience your worst shopping experience ever.
If you want to feel like a gazelle being stalked by a lion, then this is the place. I went here with my boyfriend to look at couches and it was the most uncomfortable experience. The sales associate greeted us at the door, let us know the sales going on and then proceeded to stalk us around the store. Every corner we turned, he was there. Every time we turned around, he was there. Every time we stood up from a couch, he was there ready to pounce to make a sale. I could not even enjoy the couch trying experience. I am literally sitting in the parking lot writing this before I leave because it was just such a terrible experience. I will never come here again.

When I go to the furniture store I hate salesman who push and follow you right behind your back and push you for sale but David in Burbank is helpful and has a great attitude , let's me and my fiance take are time .We have been to Ashley home store twice and David is the only guy we will buy from cause he makes shopping enjoyable.
Hands down the worst customer care and policy I have ever received with a store. Sent me a faulty product, delivery was late. When I called to see what options are available to replace they said I need to disassemble, pack it up exactly as delivered, then drive to Burbank to have it inspected. Unbelievably terrible service and the female I spoke to on the phone was terribly rude. Impressed that a store can exist with this terrible of customer care.
Do not buy from this store. They will throw in a warrantee for the furniture they will not honor. They sold us a 5 year warranty and it has been less than 2 years. We have taken very good care of this furniture. They told us they would not honor the warrantee as it was a seam issue. My 175lb boyfriend sat on the end on the couch and fell to the floor. They would not honor. I didn't even ask for a new couch, I sent them the code for that side. They refused.

Purchased a mattress and the salesman said we had to buy the box spring or it would void the warranty. Turns out this isn’t true and the box spring doesn’t work with our new bed either. So store won’t correct their lie, mattress manufacturer told me I didn’t need to buy the box spring, store won’t even just come get it to get it out of my house. They can’t be donated, so far can’t find a charity that’ll take it. Ashley told me to call their headquarters and the headquarters told me I should just chop them up and burn them. Anyways, anyone want a Tempur Pedic king sized box spring? It also comes apart to make two twin XL box springs.
Great customer service!! We had received a wrong rug on our furniture set and was able to replace it with no problems . Customer rep Medi was so friendly , he even let us keep the wrong rug they shipped to our home . Can’t complain about that . Definitely will come back for future purchases
I received $400 in gift cards as a promotion for a $5,000 purchase. There was a huge sale but cannot purchase anything on sale or online or on clearance with cards. So $400 in gift cards is worth about $200. Also because I was a small purchase nobody wanted to help me.
There was a 40% off sale with some pretty low prices posted. We could only find one item with the super low prices. Everything else was much higher price with a push toward financing and getting a credit card for additional money off. The sales person was nice and definitely going for the sale. It was all pretty typical which is why I shop online.
Martin was the person helping is and he is the nicest most patient associate. He took the time and walked the whole store with us giving us all of his attention. Explained everything to us step by step. I thank you Martin!

I had such a great experience at Ashley's Home Store. I was greeted by the greatest salesperson the moment I walked in the store. His name was Ali. He was very friendly and helpful. I ordered my furniture and a mattress. They were having a fabulous Labor Day sale which I absolutely appreciated. Great selection of furniture and accessories.
Shehvon, the sales lady was extremely nice, courteous, and patient. She helped out with every issue I brought up to her.
Glen was awesome, he helped us pick out the couch that fit our house perfectly. I would recommend him over anyone else in the store. He knows what he is doing.
I needed a sleeper sofa and came in because of the sale. The Sale is deceiving because there is no sale. Items are at their regular discount price. I purchased a sofa, but I had to spend more than I wanted as the delivery charges are quite high and then when tax is added it increases the price even more. I’m happy with my purchase and was very pleased with my salesperson, Joel. He was the best; no pressure and very professional. I would shop there again but be aware that the Sale ads are only a come-on.
Terrible experience. Our delivery was scheduled on Sunday however only half the couch was delivered!! There was no communication about this ahead of time and a random weekday was offered to us for delivery of the other half of the couch... My husband and I had to take another day off work for this. There is no respect or consideration for people's times. very disappointed with the experience and lack of communication.

The Burbank sales rep, Vanna was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, very helpful. We had a delivery problem with the items we picked, and she helped us with the replacement, no problem. I would give the store 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that their 55% off in-store "Black Friday" price turned out to be much higher than their website price...which seemed a little deceiving. So, check their website for pricing reference.

When you will buy they are nice amazing and helpful. They make you buy what you dont need they give you discounts and offers that you get them online as regular price, it is almost impossible to return something even though the agent convinced you of the warranty and lastly they charge you hundreds of dollars for delivery just because they don't have stock. My story: i bought a tempur pedic mattress value of $2199 plus tax i ended up paying $2875 because they made me buy protector which supposed to cool u just a little but actually it burns you cause it's made of nylon plus a box so that your mattress stay in straight position all this things just for the mattress warranty plus delivery charge of $269 after 3 weeks we realized that the mattress has bedbugs and after spending so many hours on the phone they finalized it by saying california doesn't return mattress. WHY!!! every other store in california they do return the answer was no we dont return any delivered and handled items they do not have return policy so you begin with something and you get stuck in it be careful i don't recommend at all

When I talked to the manager named Mehti he told me that the company that I got the couch through filed for bankrupt and there was nothing that he could do but I had put my trust into Ashley and they should have some responsibility over what happens to costumers because if their stores.
This Ashley store will steal your information. I bought a sofa and paid it off completely on 3 months. Even still, it never said anything on my credit report about buying and paying it off. When I talked to the manager named Mehti and he was very unprofessional and he said that he didn't know anything and told us to call corporate. When you call corporate, they do not help you or take any responsibility. They simply tell you that they will call you back. After 5 months, I still have not gotten a call back and we have called multiple times and they still have not helped. This has been my worst customer service experience in my whole life. Anything that they told me ended up being a lie. All I wanted was to buy a couch and I got bad quality bad delivery, a lot of lies and a lying manager. Don't shop here.

The sales person who helped us was great. I told him exactly what I wanted and he only showed what I was looking for. He gave us his card and we came back later the same day and purchased our couch. The couch was delivered on time and delivery was good also. I purchased the extended warranty for 5 years. Our couch is comfortable!

He was so helpful and answered all of our questions that we had. He was also very personable and so friendly!! Service is good, they will try to sell you no matter what. We got money return due to impossibility to deliver. Furniture came in dirty, no instructions, technical support takes about 20 days to attend your request. Still waiting for them, so I can't tell how good or bad they are, and still having doubts on the guarantee they offered. Let's hope we'll never need it.

When I purchased leather furniture set,they offer me protection plan ,I paid around $200 something more than 200,they told me is a good co ,because it is leather, they told me it will cover any scratches ,and even ,if you seat and accidentally .aking whole, I called the insurance co ,for some scratches, they told me send pictures, I did ,after 2 months ,back and forth, they told .e they are waiting for vendor respond and we will send you material and a tech and we will take care of it after another . Month they email me that. It is not covered, please don't purchase any protection, all are BS
Good furniture, just do some research and find out what the materials are used in the stuff you want to buy. Some tables use real wood for the tabletop but then cheap out on the base & legs.
Worst customer service in the world. Spent $2k+ on a couch set for my vacation rental. They didn't come on the delivery date set nor did they contact me to let me know about this. Been on hold and calling support for days with no firm resolution. Would not recommend Ashley even to my worst enemies.
Everyone should read the feedback and look at the rating on Yelp. The truth is this place is horrible and I should have read the yelp reviews before walking into that awful place. Two weeks ago we made a $4k purchase, we first went there to buy a coffee table set and the salesman said shipping would be free and we’d have to only pay for assembly which was around $70 but we were still deciding if this was the one we wanted. Two days later we came back to make the purchase and decided to buy more things because it looked like there were good prices and after gathering what we wanted they told us it was actually the small number on the side that was the actual price. Which was weird to us because the coffee table set was the bigger number. Anyways we make the purchase and they said they’d give us a call that Monday/Tuesday. We let the days pass till Wednesday and no call so we decided to call customer service probably 5 times everyday for a week and never got a call back. It was two weeks and so we came to the store in downtown and they said we can only return at Burbank. Today we went there and they refused to let us return any of the items even the ones that still never left there wear-house because of their policy that they didn’t let us know and never mentioned to us. Their policy is set in a way where it’s impossible to return. They never answer their phones so how are we able to reach them within 3 days like stated in their policy paper if they won’t answer the call or help us in store. In store they kept talking over me and saying u have to call customer service. They even started raising their voice while I was trying to understand their policy and told us to move from the front desk to help other customers but we were still trying to receive help.... make that make sense. Anyways terrible customer service.

It’s was horrible and this is the second time. The first time in December 2020 my delivery went from being scheduled from 2 weeks from the date of purchase to 5 weeks on the day of the scheduled delivery, after I took off from work to be home as well as I received confirmation for delivery the night before and at 6am on the day of delivery around 9am I received a text that said your delivery has been rescheduled and I had to call customer service. Now today I went back to purchase something else very simple and small, the sales rep that assisted me told me the price of the item with tax and shipping and I told her I didn’t to spend that much for shipping on one item and that i would return when I’m ready to purchase more than just 1 thing. So I continued to look around the store at other things and she approached me again and said that since the item was so small it qualified for free shipping. So I said okay fine I’ll take it. I paid for the item cash and then the rep mentions that it it will take 7-10 days for delivery when I asked was there a tracking number she said no it comes by UPS and that I would need to count 7-10 days from Monday and expect the a box. I said I like in a condominium and I don’t mind the shipping time but I at least would like a tracking number so I can know a time frame when to be expecting a package $600 box. She continued to say no there’s no tracking. And I would need to go stand in the customer service line to cancel and she walked away. At that moment I felt like she just wanted to make commission and make a sale. She wasn’t very honest about the shipping nor did she explain. I didn’t ask her for free shipping she approached me after the fact and told me that the item qualified for it because of the size. It was just a sale to her and poor customer service. I will not be back. I can go spend this kind of money else where.
When into the store return customer, order the other piece of the bedroom set in less then 10 mins

We purchased our now worn-out couch here in 2009 and visited to find a replacement. Unfortunately, the sales staff is now commission-based and it's akin to going to a bad car dealer now. We had several sales people uncomfortably confronting each other for our attention ("That's MY client, you know?") and when we left to go home and re-measure our space, we were followed by yet another salesperson, annoyingly berating me: "Why do you need to go home to measure? You know how big your space is - just buy right now!" I turned around and icily retorted, "Back off - right now! Don't you dare treat us like this!" Sorry, Ashley Furniture - we won't EVER be back. I'll willingly pay more for a non-pressure environment, and for better furniture.
If I could give this store 0 stars I would. They sold us two sofas under false pretenses. When we spoke to the manager Medi/ Mendi, before even saying a word to him, he approached us extremely hostile and aggressively and after we got a chance to explain our situation, he acted very rude and again gave us false promises. He put Rashaan as the sales guy to help us out (who happened to be very kind and polite) and everytime he would approach him for a question he just yelled at him infront of customers. That " manager" should not work there at all. He does not know anything about customer service or has any people skills the guy even refused to give us their corporate number. If u need to purchase any furniture avoid this particular location. All they do is lie to you until you make the purchase and end up screwing you when there is an issue with the products you purchased. Apperently they do that often because before it was our turn to speak with the manager, there were two other separate customers with the same issue.
I cancelled some items because delivery will take 6 to 8 weeks and they told me to wait for my check after 15 days. I’ve been trying to call but it’s extremely hard to reach them. I got hold of their billing department and it’s only now that I got a CASE Number on my refund and will again wait for another 15 days to get my it. I will not buy or recommend this store ever again! Be careful when paying cash purchase and make cancellations because they’ll hold your money fir the longest time. Not fair!
George at the Burbank store was a great help. He was very helpful and patient. Took off 1 star because one piece of furniture that was supposed to be delivered was damaged. The company informed me ahead of time, which I appreciated. However, the replacement piece was never re-scheduled for delivery due to an error on Ashley Furniture’s end. I had to call the store and ask for the soonest available date.

Really bad experience with this store.. we bought a sofa in this store and they delivered the sofa on March 19 the delivery people decided to leave the sofa in the middle of my building stairs.! One of the delivery guy told me that he call to the person in charge for the delivery and she gave him the order just to leave the sofa in the stairs..! So they left and leave us with the sofa in the stairs so we have to pay a guy so he can help us put the sofa inside our apartment.. I went to Ashley store and the lady in customer service told me that the stairs in our building looks dangerous for their delivery people 😅 lady are you serious..???!!!!!! We hade in the passing years others furniture stores delivery for us and they never complained about the stairs..!!! I really regret going to Ashley honestly.!! Ya'll so ridiculous and unprofessional store..!! Bob's furniture delivery for me yesterday and they placed our new dining table all the way to our apartment..!!! Bob's furniture is the best..!!!
My family visited several furniture stores this weekend, and Ashley Homestore was by far the best experience of them all. We were warmly greeted at the door and the staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. Our salesman, Martine, was very thorough and knowledgeable about the furniture in the showroom. He worked with us on our interests, budget, financing options, delivery, and even suggested options for removing our old furniture. He displayed exceptional customer service and met all of our needs. I am extremely happy with the service he provided as well as my purchase. I would highly recommend Martine and Ashley HomeStore in Burbank to anyone looking for furniture!

Worst customer service experience of my life. I cannot remember a single time where service was this bad. I purchased a living room set ($2000.00). Set was delivered, unpackaged, and assembled by the delivery drivers. During the unpacking of the delivery, the drivers noticed that one section of our couch was missing its legs. The driver did us the favor of calling customer support himself, and they told him 2 days to have the missing legs mailed and delivered to us. So, we figured why would we have them take back the entire set of furniture, if we only have to wait two more days to have the legs delivered? So, we signed and kept the furniture. I call customer support myself to confirm the shipping of the sofa legs. the representative said she didn't know what I was talking about, and that the legs would take at least 2 weeks to be shipped. On top of that, she was insanely rude, and condescending. She told me that I had to contact the store directly to fix this. So I call the store where I made the purchase. This must be a family owned business because the customer service rep who answered the store's phone was off the bat rude and completely unhelpful. I told her I would be heading to the store to figure this out. I get to the store, and speak to the sales manager. The sales manager tells me she's sorry but there is nothing they can do to speed up the process of getting the legs delivered. She's offering me store credit to put towards a future purchase (yeah right, like I'm going to spend more money there). The sales manager offers me $100.00 store credit, what the hell can you buy at Ashley's Furniture for $100.00? Nothing. The sales manager even suggested I buy a fake plant ($70.00) and even had the nerve to laugh as she suggested it. She then tells me it's going to be 3 weeks to get the legs delivered. At this point, I've heard 2 days, 10 days, 14 days, and finally 21 days to have legs delivered when it took less than a week to get the sofas. I asked to see the stores return policy...so get this...THEY. DON'T. HAVE. ONE. She tells me that once you sign and acknowledge that you have had the furniture delivered, it's completely out of their hands and there's nothing more they can do. Now, I have a $2,000.00 piece of furniture sitting on the floor that cannot be used. Backtracking a little here, the second rude service rep just happen to be sitting close by when I was speaking to the sales manager, I told her I thought she was rude and that google and yelp have several negative reviews simply because their customer service is so bad. She actually told me that they never read the negative reviews. I honestly laughed at this, what a shocker, right? I'd give this a lower score if it was possible. It's no mystery why a customer service rep who's pushing 50 years old is only answering phones at a furniture store, shocker right? I'd say, if you're going to shop at Ashley's Furniture, don't shop at this one. As I understand it, this one is managed, franchised, and independently owned from other Ashely's stores. Garbage service. And to the customer service rep at the store, I hope you enjoy your job and hang on to it for dear life, because you're almost obsolete. UPDATE: received the missing sofa legs today 3/9/2021. Only two of the legs came, not four, and all are missing screws. Thanks again Ashley’s for the amazing experience. UPDATE #2: Finally received the last two sofa legs 3/21/2021. But missing screws still. I give up, buying the screws myself and assembling myself even though I paid for each of those services.

Terrible customer service. We bought a bed and a tv stand from this location, and paid $180 for delivery and setup. Sales team was good but it seems like once we paid in full up front, all service dropped off a cliff. Our tv stand was not delivered and we were not notified until I was signing off on the deliveries. Delivery team then told us we would be contacted within 24 hours of next delivery. Turns out the item was on back order. 3 weeks later, still no calls, emails, or texts as to when we would see the tv stand. I dropped the customer service line a complaint and they assured me I would be contacted by the end of the week. Didn’t happen. Finally we get a notification that the tv stand is being delivered. Delivery window comes up and I call the delivery man, Victor Vasquez, to coordinate the delivery. He did not answer any of my calls or texts. My pregnant wife let’s them into our home and tells them where she wants it setup. They got her to sign for the furniture and when she turned back around, Victor was gone. I attempted to contact him again and was unable to reach him. Not only is it incredibly frustrating to pay for the furniture, in full, up front and not have any clue when you will receive it, but the fact that the delivery company employs people that will take advantage of a pregnant woman like this utterly disgusting. Especially when this is their “premium delivery and setup” service. This ordeal was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. Beware shopping here
Sprawling furniture store with helpful associates. I'm leaving a 4 star just for the overly-persistent salespeople, but that's just furniture store norms. Ultimately a broad selection, worth a visit.

THE FURNITURE TOOK US 30 DAYS LONGER TO BE DELIVERED..WHEN I TRIED TO CALL TO COMPLAIN..THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE SO I HAD TO DRIVE 30 MINUTES BACK TO THE STORE TO TALK TO SOMEONE.....AND THEN THEY HAVE AND ATTITUDE. I FINALLY CALLED AND SPOKE TO ASHLEY FURNITURE CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY SAID THEY GET SO MANY COMPLAINTS IN REGARDS TO THIS LOCATION BUT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO SINCE IT IS A FRANCHISE. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU GO TO A CORPORATE OWNED LOCATION... ON TOP OF IT THE WORKERS ARE RUDE BEYOND BELIEF THE MOMENT ONE HAS A COMPLAINT. IF YOU EVER WALK IN THE STORE GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST LISTEN..I GUARANTEE THERE WILL BE SOMEONE COMPLAINING!!
I normally but all the time from Ashley very disappointed as bought 2 bedrooms sets queen size with mattress.It’s been 2 years with our mattress and every time you lay down sounds like it’s cracking. I contact customer service and have informed me that they are unable to doing anything as warranty is only for 1 year. It’s unbelievable that you would spend that much money on mattress so they can only last you less than 2 years. Do not purchase from them buy elsewhere were they will give you warranty. Salesman added protection plan which doesn’t even cover the mattress. I am very disappointed all we wanted is for them to exchange them as that is a defective from there warehouse.

Yesterday I went here shopping with my mom, found a few things we liked. Looked around for someone for a little bit and asked how we could get the desk. I was told " about 2 weeks *laughs* here is California these are all show rooms we don't have any stock it has to get shipped from another state ". We left and bought a desk at big lots online that I'll be picking up in a few hours. Disappointed because I love Ashley's furniture I ordered my sofa and TV stand with heater from online about a year ago now. My tv stand/ heater was delivered in 2 boxes in about 5 days from when I ordered and my sofa I picked a day when I ordered for in home delivery they came on time and put it together super quick !!! I won't be shopping in store ever again sadly only online !!!

The worst customer service when you want to return.I won't recommend you to purchase stuffs from this store. The time of purchasing will charge you really fast but the time of refound they're playing .I canceled my mattres a week ago but i didn't still received my refound. They dont have machines for refund(manager said because of covid we don't have refound machines) but they have machines to charge you. The refound person who was doing my refund was realy rude . This store is really hit or miss. I wish I could give individual stars based on who helped us. We purchased a beautiful couch from Ashley when they were running their deal pending we waited for it to arrive. No problem we can wait. Casey (Sales Rep) This man gets a 5 star review, he is an excellent listener, he took our needs and consideration to heart, and really went above and beyond for us. I would absolutely purchase from him again. The delivery is where the problems occurred. The couch was suppose to be delivered 11/16 (YAY), then the delivery guy showed up with only half of my total couch (WHAT?) So then I called the warehouse and the warehouse connected me to corporate. Corporate was great, they were very accommodating of the situation, and the final decision was to call back to the store and see if I could PAY More money to fix the situation. Upon calling the store again, Ogol (sp?) proceeded to yell at me through the phone saying corporate was wrong, and then they couldnt do anything for me, and that there is no returns or exchanges and that it is my fault for not understanding the fine print. I feel as though this was the wrong approach to a customer. I don't want to be yelled at, I am trying to pay more money to fix the situation, and yet you want to yell at me for wanting to give you more money? I don't understand. Miriam also gets 5 stars. she remedied the situation, got me connected with the sales manager Silva, and reassured that she would do everything to get this taken care of. Silva (3 stars) she attempted to fix situation but definitely was not forthcoming until she allowed me to speak and tell them the full situation. I explained what Ogol had said to me and how I felt in the situation. There was absolutely no full remedy, still no idea when my other half of the couch is coming. In total, I want to say I would purchase from Ashely again, but I am extremely hesistant. Be careful of the fine print, and be careful of customer service after purchase because it is atrocious except for Miriam. Be careful where you spent your thousands.

This place is horrible. Do not buy anything at this store. I bought a bed and it came with missing pieces. I went the store and spoke to LUCY who was extremely rude and dismissive. I wasn't trying to return the item justvget replacement and everyone there was unhelpful. Called customer service never was able to speak to a person. Kept getting dismissed. Needless to say dont buy there.

Ashley furniture stores in Burbank has nice items but has to improve their delivery service. They sent a message for delivery on a Sunday pm & expect a reply before 6:00 pm & as I was not able to reply on time they pushed back delivery for another 2 weeks. Delivery was again scheduled & we waited on that schedule & nothing came only to find out that their delivery address was wrong! I had to come to the store each time to resolve the matter and by the way delivery fee was & $179.00 for the 2 items that I can even fit on my car. This fee should have been waved with the aggravations & stress I have to endure...Ashley furniture, you are an “international” company so you should be able to do a good job!
We purchased some furniture and experienced several delays as expected due to to covid-19, we called corporate and we were not helped when inquiring about another delayed shipment of our last couch piece that was part of our new living room set. They ended up canceling our couch order 😡😡We went today to the Burbank store and were helped by Miriam who answered all of our questions and helped us IMMENSELY. Called and spoke to Mariam/Miriam, who was extremely rude, speaking over me and unexpectedly putting me on hold without asking, and then rudely saying that she did ask me to hold and that “my coworker is here next to me so I know I said that”. I recorded the conversation of the manager of this store would like to review. Candidly, this employee should be removed from any kind of customer-facing role. Absolutely terrible service and interaction. My recommendation is to just look in-store and buy online, because the follow-up service post-purchase has been TERRIBLE. The online support can’t see in-store order details, and the in-store staff are just awful.

I am moving and need several items for my new house. I found a sofa, loveseat and chair, all of which recline. I also got a dining table with 4 chairs and a cabinet for a flat screen that includes a heater that looks like a fireplace! Thomas was very nice and quite helpful. I enjoyed my shopping experience very much!
This store is a mess. They told me that my delivery is on September 2, but I called the delivery center. They told me that my delivery is on October 17. These are messes.
With everything going on with the economy today we are always looking for ways to safe; And today was not the exception because Ashley has so many different products to choose from and the savings were great. Terrible service! Its seems like no one from this company returns call. I called the corporate # to file a complaint. their messaged said that hey would call you back in 2 business days. that was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the call. I called the store and asked for the manager to call me, I was told Silva manager would call me back but never did. I called again and spoke to Nari. customer service personnel. She said, she would help me and just give her 2 todays to look in the account and she'd call back. Again, I never got a call back from her. I tried my sales person Basel, He is not willing to help at all. he was giving me the ran around. even though he is cause of the problem. I bought a bedroom set for my son. when they delivered it the mattress was not included even though on receipt clearly states that it would come with the mattress. I called Basel to tell him that I need the mattress because otherwise my son would have no where to sleep because we got rid of of his old bed. Basel was not willing to help. he kept making excuses. He told me that he would send me another mattress in 3 weeks. I told him we cant wait that long. my son needs a bed to sleep on. 3 weeks is unacceptable. This is when I tried to call store manager, corporate # and customer service but no one is returning my call. The bed was delivered 9/16/2 without the mattress. They are delivering the mattress on 10/6/2020 so they making us wait about 3 weeks for the mattress that supposed to be delivered on 9/16/2020. My son will not have a bed to sleep on for 3 weeks. I usually don't write reviews but I felt this time I needed so no one goes though this horrible ordeal. I called the store today to try to speak to someone. I was waiting for 30 minutes and when I finally got someone on the phone. I was not sure if she was pretending she couldn't hear me but I could hear her really well, I don't any static in the line at all, plus I was calling from my office land line. She kept saying "hello, I cant hear" and hang up. Another example how horrible the service is!

I’ve been shopping for furniture for years and never really liked it as it always seems so overwhelming to me. Well that changed when I met Roya. She spent 3 3 1/2 hours with me as I had an entire house to furnish. Her knowledge, expertise, kindness and most of all patience made this experience a pleasant and exciting!! I am extremely frustrated with the process of trying to get my couch that I purchased TWO MONTHS ago delivered. When we purchased the couch, I was told it would be two weeks when it was delivered. It was quickly pushed to a whole month after purchasing. We were fine with that. The day before our delivery came and we did not receive a call as promised to give an hour window for delivery. After calling 4 different numbers I finally was able to speak with someone. She told me that even though no one called to tell us, it would be another 23 days before our couch would be delivered (today), and yet again without warning it has been pushed again with no news on when it will arrive. We have already sold our couch in preparation. I have been on hold all morning trying to figure it out.
Terrible customer service, delivery date is never accurate, never buy anything from this company. Spend your money and energy somewhere else that has better service, and care about their customers....

The worst customer service. If I could give the zero star I would. We ordered a sofa on July 29 , they said it would be delivered on early September. On September 7th I got a text that my delivery will be on 10th. 2days before delivery I got phone call from their main customer service that my sofa will not be delivered on time and it would come end of November. I was so angry because, they already took money from my bank account three days after ordering; we purchased it in the store, then the day that my sofa supposed to be delivered I received another text massage that our delivery will be at the door in 10 minutes?!?!...an hour later again I got phone call now from the Burbank Store customer service that my sofa is going to be delivered at the end of NOVEMBER but again they don't guarantee it. I asked the customer service to cancel my order, she said I have to go to store in person again and talk to store manager. It was my first and last time I'm shopping from this store. Untrustworthy and very unprofessional management.

Our home is filled with all there merchandise. We placed an order with Ashley’s on May 30, 2020 for a Full bed for my 8 year old daughter. Our daughter was with us and picked her mattress to go with her YOUTH bed. The sales man MD Mostafa spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to input the correct Mattress in the system, he even called for help twice because he kept choosing the wrong item. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY RED FLAG! The bed arrived 1 month and 1/2 later as we were aware of this. The driver who delivered the mattress started bring down this huge mattress that we did not choose along with a full box to go with it. We told him this is not ours. The bed mattress was wrong and not only that not for a youth bed. As an adult it was super HIGH image having your child sleep on it. The delivery person told us he cannot return it and to speak to the store to resolve the issue. So, that I did. I called the Burbank store and spoke to MD Mostafa, of he acted like he had no clue and said I’ll call you this afternoon. This afternoon became never. The girls the answered my phone call keep pushing me away and constantly put me on hold. There line was they are with a customer. The kept explaining that I was a customer as well ( you can imagine that meant nothing to them now). I request a call back from the manager. So I called again then demanded the Manager ( we are now approaching the end of the week) she gave me there famous line I have to call you back there is nothing I can do without getting an approval. We are now on week 2, of no call back. My husband and I drove to the store and asked for Silva. It was like everyone new our story and they all were talking and looking at us. Silva could not answer why she had no answer for us and insisted there was nothing she can do but give a a smaller base board. We were so upset, imagine buying a Brown couch and they send you a white couch you DID NOT PICK and they say sorry that’s what you signed for. Silva kept attacking us with you picked and signed for it, we never picked that mattress and there was no resolution, Silva never offered a solution nor an apology. The least she could have helped see what happed and why the wrong mattress was sent. I hate to say this word but they scammed us. The sales man MD would not show his face. Silva is not a manager. She has no clue what customer service is. She would not listen nor understand that this HUGE mattress cannot even go with this youth bed. Finally, Silva said I cannot help you guys, she told us to stop talking loud and relax, how can anyone relax when you pay money for something for your child and someone delivers you something wrong and the store will not fix it. She walked away like a coward and said I cannot help you people. We are a approaching week 4. No call from any manager or higher up. Nothing resolved and my daughter still no mattress. We will never ever shop at Ashley’s again, and I will never step foot in the Burbank store ever, and I advice you not too. I have already sent a letter to corporate which they will ignore. I hope this review is enough to show that you cannot do this to people, especially repeat customers! Never again Ashley’s.. We will let our friends and family know what kind of people Ashley Burbank people are. As for Silva, I hope no one has to to deal with the manner she treated us!

Very poor customer service. Not the first time around as well. My slats broke and I’ve been requesting for it to be replaced for about a month now. The first time around I went in store to get an inquiry, they had filed a claim and said someone will come within DAYS. It’s been a month, and had went in store again to follow up but all the lady said was, “well there’s nothing we can do, you have to wait for a technician.” Not very helpful and unprofessional.
Dont buy anything. Poor quality. I purchased leather kitchen chairs after 6 months all leather cracked on all 6 chairs and protection they sold on the chairs doesnt cover anything. Very disappointed

We went to Ashley’s to just look at dinning room tables to get an idea on pricing. We were greeted by MD in the front of the store. We successfully walked through the store without having MD follow us and he gave us space (I’m used to sales people following us through the store with no space). MD was available whenever we had a question. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was honestly the best experience in a furniture store I’ve had. We ended up walking away with a new dinning room set and sofa set. I will update when we get the products. But ask for MD when you come here. He was honestly great!
Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone when called - it’s been 2 days. Promised a follow through to provide my tracking information the day after purchasing - here we are almost a week later and no tracking info or available rep to answer the phone. I’ve tried calling the store, chat via web and text my sales rep as he was “kind” enough to provide his cell but hasn’t really been much help or provided any information besides telling me to expect an update on Thursday, yesterday, but still nothing. I prob would’ve been better off ordering my product online but the sales reps seem to steer you away from the website in the guise of avoiding problems but the store seems to offer just as much. I need my tracking ASAP or my money BACK.

I have not received my furniture as of yet so this review is strictly for my experience in the store. Our sales person was Hoda, and she was fantastic! She was very informative, kind, and patient in insuring we got exactly what we were shopping for. We realized after we got home we made a mistake in picking the couch configuration we needed and when we went back the next day to address it the employees/manager of the store were very helpful in adjusting our order to the correct configuration. I will gladly continue shopping at this location.

I can’t describe how wonderful the sales man who’s name was Argin and the manager who was somaya we’re treating us when we visited. They were supper nice, supper friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I am highly satisfied and will definitely go back for more purchases

The prices are very high, the sales man that greeted me was pushy, didn't listen to what I asked when it came to the type of mattress I wanted & then tried to give me a 30% to 40% discount when that was already part of the deal I saw on their website before I went into the store. Even then the price the sales person was telling me was more than what the advertised price online was.

My brother and I walked into Ashley HomeStore and we were immediately greeted with a smile by Souhaila. We mentioned to her the specific piece of furniture we were looking for and she immediately took us to every piece that might fit our need. She stayed with us the entire time and never lost interest in our mission, as we looked at each and every option in the store. Once my brother and I agreed on the first item, we began looking for a coffee table and matching end tables and, again, she stayed with us. I’m sure she would have given us our privacy if we had requested it, but we preferred to be shown our options. The process, up through and including the transaction was stress free and so easy. Souhaila was courteous, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Having been to a competitor less than a block away just before going to Ashley HomeStore the reception was much cooler. The competitor greeted us, pointed to us to the general direction of what we were looking and did not offer any assistance. No guidance whatsoever! Interestingly enough, the store was fairly empty. Our experience between the two stores was like night and day. The customer service provided by Souhaila was top notch. As a result of this experience, we highly recommend Ashley HomeStore.

Disorganized inventory control. Sales was able to invoice and collect payment on a dining set and two barstools I ordered. Arranged delivery date without a problem. Prior to delivery date, warehouse calls to confirm I'll be home, so I took that day off. The day before delivery, I receive a text letting me know the window of time they'll be arriving. 45 minutes before arrival, Ashley warehouse calls me and tells me they're out of stock. What they're out of stock on, they don't know. I called Burbank and sales advised they would inquire and follow up in three hours. No follow up happened, so I drove to Burbank to ask what was the status. Spoke with store manager, he apologized, and offered me a $50 gift card for future purchases. Said he would find out what was happening and have his staff call in 3 hours. I reminded him that his staff doesn't follow through so well; he and his customer service rep promised me a call back in three hours. Four days later, no call or follow up. I returned to Burbank and asked for my full refund. Sales manager knew why, apologized, and quietly credited my charge card. He was kind to offer that I keep my $50 gift card for future purchases. No, thank you. Difficult to recommend this place based on my personal experience and opinion. Needless to say, I suffered delay and loss of time. Ashley was not reliable at all in my transaction with them.

The worst furniture company. I waited for my order which was out of stock at the time of order. I went personally to the store to inquire and was assured I will receive my item by 22 November 2019. End of November the item did not arrive, I called the customer care and this time they assure me it will be delivered hy UPS by 2nd Dec. This did not happen again. Man, these guys are a bunch of finessing thieves. So I went into the store to purchase a new bed frame on Black Friday. In the store, the pricing was $1,700 with 40% off, however, when I check online the original price was $800.00. So technically In the store they bumped up the price and stated %40 off to make you think you got a better deal. BS. So technically in store it should state the original price, online match price, which is $800 plus the %40 off equaling to $480. That’s what I should’ve paid for my bed frame, instead I ending up paying $1,200. I am now canceling my order and going somewhere because this seems like a scam and very unethical. A bunch of dishonest individuals. It deserves zero stars.

This was the first time I shopped at the Burbank Ashley furniture store, and the sales mgr Someyeh helped me and my family on buying two sofas. Someyeh was extremely knowledgeable on product info, gave me a great discount, and got everything done in a timely manner. She not only helped me with the sales part, but I was most impressed that Someyeh really made an effort to help me after the sales. One of the sofa I bought was not assembled and aligned correctly. I called customer svc with no reply. Someyeh set up an appointment for me after I txted her and made sure I was taken care of and provided me with the the best customer svc experience. I’ll definitely refer to my friends to you if they need to buy furnitures.
Sales lady sold us “pieces” of a large sectional couch that would never be possible to actually put together as a smaller couch, instead of just showing us to the smaller couch section. When the two pieces that obviously don’t fit together arrived and we sent them back, they refused to refund AND claimed they’d never seen us before nor sold us this Frankenstein couch. Avoid at cost.
Had a very good experience here. Ervin spent a lot of time helping me and my son find our perfect mattresses and bed frames. Can’t wait to go back to furnish the rest of our rooms.

Purchased twice in this store. Both time service was good. The down size is that they lie to you. They don’t tell you the truth. I purchased my bedroom set with mattress and they made me buy the mattress protector because I was financing it. The sales person told me that I can bring the mattress protector anytime and exchange for a new one as long as I keep the packaging. After 3 years, I decided to get the mattress protector replaced and called in. They told me that it was only for one year after that I have to buy a new one. No honesty, not coming back. So sad because I really liked this store.

Also I bought another brand new mattress from Ortho Mattress, service was excellent, and they have a good return policy. FYI. "We bought a leather sectional from Ashley in December. Despite some misgivings given the multiple reviews stating bad delivery experiences, we decided to go ahead with it because we have had such trouble finding a couch we liked. Sue at Ashley gave us 50% off our couch even though it was listed for 30% off (the rest of the store was 50% off). When we inquired about the delivery issues, she acknowledged the issues and was up front about the reasons - origin warehouse changes. I was skeptical, but I received a text message confirmation the day before our scheduled delivery, and our couch was delivered early on the day it was supposed to arrive. The delivery guys brought it in and set it up for us. We had a great experience and thank you Sue for your help and integrity."

Bought a sofa for about $2000, and less than a year later it's sagging and uncomfortable to sit on. I purchased the extra furniture insurance and protection, but they say this isn't covered by them. I've contacted customer care multiple times over the last few months and although they did send an engineer to look at the sofa, I've had no contact since. On average I wait on the phone for an hour before anyone picks up, and then they say they will call me back before the end of the day with an update, and they never do. So I'm left with a sofa that isn't working as expected, but I can't even throw it away, because I'm endlessly waiting for them to potentially call me back. If I'd known Ashley was a budget brand, I would have never shopped there in the first place. I'd say give this place a very wide berth.
I bought a sleeper sofa on the conditions that I, 6’, 230 lbs, can sleep on because of how small my living area is. The second I opened the sofa part it was extremely uncomfortable with a pole in my back. I asked to return it and got such huge push back saying it’s not meant to be slept on every day.... the Salesman outright light to my face. Still no return. Extremely unhappy with being lied to, then their customer service refusing to refund me or even talk about a return. It’s now an expensive basic couch taking up space, forcing me to buy a separate bed. Do your research beforehand, they will lie to you to get your sale.
Purchased a sofa 3 weeks ago I am very disappointed my sofa was to be delivered today and it never arrived to my home. I tracked my delivery and it said the delivery was done. So I called and they couldn’t get ahold of the delivery person. So the point here is that it was delivered to a different unit. What is the protocol when the delivery person arrives to a home they just hand out the furniture to anyone ??

Bought our furniture from here last year. Very friend staff here. Work with Vana! She. Was great, very knowledgeable and works hard to get you to the price you need. I reddening recommend working with her with you go to this Ashely’s. Overall after a year our experience has been good with this place. We bought our tempur pedic mattress and the adjustable base. It has been working wonders for us, very conformable and relaxing.

I have been to the Palmdale location and never had any problems with my paperwork and we bought from here Aug of last year....it literally took all day....got there @ 10am and left around 4 or 5 pm...with 2 kids....they ended up doing the paperwork with the wrong monthly term and my bad I didn't notice I was sooo tired and hungry and had 2 hungry young kids so we could of signed our anything I didn't think they would deceive us now not help at all... oh well....lesson learned....wont be back...if you do go here watch your paperwork....

We purchased 4 bar stools (Porter Counter Height Bar Stool) from Ashely Furniture store in Burbank on June 16. The promise date on paperwork for delivery was June 18. We used a gift card that they had given us to make the purchase. In September 2018 we purchased a king size cooling Temperpedic mattress ($5k) from them and we were given $200 in gift cards to use on our next purchase. When we were given the card we were told we can use them on anything. The manager stated it can only be used on regular priced items and charged us regular price in order for us to use the gift cards. I have called the store and customer service over 5 times on this order and keep getting told lies. First they said it will ship out on June 18, then June 24 then June 28. Finally they set up delivery for July 14 then never showed up. I am not sure if we will ever receive the item. Every time I contact the store I am given another excuse it’s not in stock or warehouse doesn’t have it. I have asked to speak to store manger but they are never available. The item shows available in stock ready to ship on the Ashley’s website. Please read my review be aware of this store never accept gift cards ask them to give you a discount on your purchase instead. Worse experience ever they lost us as a customer for life.
Romero was awesome. We came in looking for a bedroom set. He helped us with everything even tho it was late and closing time. He stayed with us the whole time and his manager. They both helped us get maximum savings and offered us some upgrades that we didn’t know about. They treated us like royalty answered all our questions. This is my second time at the Burbank store and we were helped by DJ, she was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable about the products, helped with creative design ideas, and helped us find a beautiful bedroom, living room, and dinning room set for our new home. We couldn't be happier with her above and beyond service!
After receiving a flyer in the mail with a great sale price for a leather vouch and love seat I headed to the nearest store. We were disappointed that the color was totally different from what it appeared to be in the flyer and was the only color available and that sales tax is charged on delivery. All in all the sales lady and store manager were extremely nice and explained everything in detail. The sale price was a 64% discount and we fell in love with the comfort, sale price and service and purchased it.
This company sent me a mattress that was stained on the bottom part of the bed and did not allow me to return the item since there warranty does not cover stains. Unfortunately, the mattress was already stained when the plastic was removed and the customer service rep kept repeating that they do not cover stains. Now I am out of the money I spent for this mattress and will need to dispose of new mattress. Will never shop here again and non of my emails were returned regarding this manner, terrible way of doing business.

I don’t think these folks deserve a single star. A friend of mine purchased furniture from them nearly a week ago. My friend like a sofa and loveseat that were quite large. He lives in an apartment. The sales person knew the dimensions he was working with and still allowed him to purchase these huge pieces of furniture despite the fact that the living room in his apartment was extremely narrow and therefore required much smaller scale furniture suitable for his size apartment. My friend had done his homework and had gone to Ashley to purchase the furniture because he had done his research and thought he was dealing with a well establish furniture store With knowledgeable sales folks. On the day of the delivery, the furniture barely fit through the door into the apartment. That was the first clue that the furniture was not suitable for his apartment. It took the delivery men quite some time to bring the furniture into the apartment. When I came over to help my friend Decorate his apartment, the first thing I notice was the furniture jumbled in the living room with no space for anything else not even to walk around the couch. My friend knew he had to return the furniture because it simply doesn’t fit in his apartment. He’s has had one heck of a time trying to get the store to take back the furniture according to the Ashley “happiness guarantee” discussed at great length in their website. The furniture store, located in Burbank told my friend that they had a different policy for returns. They claim that only online furniture was allowed to be returned despite the fact that their website specifically mentioned that “show room merchandise” can be returned within a three day period from date of delivery. My friend has tried calling for the last week, well within the three day return policy noted on the companies website. He has read the guarantee to them chapter and verse, and they still have not allowed him to return furniture. Every time he calls, they leave him on hold for hours. I have tried to call them on his behalf and have been equally unsuccessful. He’s tried to get a hold of the manager and was successful at one point and the manager told him that he would return his phone call later during the day. That was two days ago. I am thoroughly disgusted with the store. I wouldn’t buy a $.10 item from them. They are extremely dishonest in all respects. I urge anyone who is considering purchasing furniture from them to go elsewhere. Meanwhile my poor friend has the furniture in his living room along with additional furniture still in boxes because there simply is no room for the furniture. It’s disgusting it really is.

I was going to actually give them a terrible review based off of my experience with one of their managers and don’t get me started on their corporate office. They are absolutely useless. Sasha in Sales was great. She did her job well and explained everything. Chris Barker was the manager that really turned everything around for the entire company. If it weren’t for him and Miriam helping me with my situairon, this would have been a whole other review. The call center gave me different original prices than what was shown to me on my receipt. So I felt like I was being taken advantage of. Chris and Miriam are the epitome of customer service. They made it right without argument and made sure I felt like I was treated fairly. If you need help at this store go see Chris! He knows how to treat his customers!
No return policy, and terrible customer service . The manager CHRIS BARKER is sooo rude and disrespectful even to older people like my mom. He bumped prices on things when she went a lone . When i went the next day to confront him about the incorrect overpriced items, he charged extra delivery and put a plant in my moms face and said you walked out the store with this so now you need to buy it, he charged her account with no consent(illegal) over an honest mistake because she was distracted with all the items and took the small plant by mistake but she came to give it back... He said theres no return policy, i said it was never purchased though she walked out with it by accident ...but he could care less even though we bought almost $3000 worth....he charged a dumb $30 plant. And by the way they have NO RETURN POLICY, If you buy it online they do and you wont deal with the terrible customer service or get overcharged.

I have never been with any worst customer service in my life. Disappointed in how they treated their clients. I ordered a coffee table since November and was in back order since then and it’s already February. We were told it was going to be available for today at 1. Left work early and they mentioned that they actually came at 11am without 24 hours notice. Worst management and no longer excited for my new furniture, that I haven’t received. TERRRRIBLE COSTUMER SERIVICE. been waiting on hold for the past week hours a day even went in store. got a mattress with horrible smell in it didn’t use it and they are saying no return on anything
Lots of sofas but no fabric color choices. What you see is the only color you can get. Living Spaces will give you a few color options for their sofas
