We have purchased furniture from Ashley's many times, from a sleeper sofa, kitchen table with chairs and most recently a new living room couch. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by a salesman Juan who was very polite and gave a my wife and I space to walk around. After we are finished, we explained what we are looking for and although they showed us options, we were not a 100% sure that was what we wanted. We did leave and go to macy's and another furniture store before we returning to Ashley's. We were greeted by the same salesperson and we again, explained what we are looking for and he showed us the options again. After a great job explaining why the couch that they have was perfect for what we're looking for and explaining the manufacturing that went behind making sure that this was a suitable couch for what we were looking for we were convinced that this is what we wanted. That wasn't the amazing part. We knew immediately that the couch was going to be outside of our budget. The salesmen asked what our budget was and said he would speak with his manager David. After about ten minutes, they both came over and were able to work with us to keep the couch within our budget. We were able to purchase the couch and we are very happy. The furniture that we have purchased from Ashley's is very high quality, very durable and lasts a really long time. I would recommend this furniture store to anybody who is looking for a great quality furniture at a great price with great customer service. We purchased the couch on sunday and it'll be here tomorrow wednesday. I will add a later time post pictures once the couch is in place.
