I love this store! My go to furniture store! Quality pieces worth investing for plus they always give me amazing deals! Shahe’ is really great and helped me tremendously! And I can say that he knows all their furnitures by heart! I just describe it and he knows about it and exactly where! And I especially love this branch ad they’re not as pushy and as clingy to customers. You’re just comfortable roaming around and everyone is very helpful and nice! Met the manager too and she is great! Really made us feel at home! Makes me want to buy more haha!

Joseph at your Woodland Hills store was highly professional, knew about the merchandise, and was helpful in a myriad of ways. We purchased an outdoor sectional from him and highly recommend him as a great salesman.

My experience with Shahe and Silva was overall great. Shahe was very helpful throughout the process of buying my new mattress and couch. He helped me get a good price and worked within my budget. My only negative experience was before I stepped into the store because I called to inquire about a sale flyer I saw and was placed on a 10 min hold because the rep on the phone didn’t know of the sale and had to keep asking other people to find out what I was talking about.

Zahr was a gem! She made the experience very pleasant. We weren’t even expecting to buy a sectional and we walked out having purchased a wonderful couch to suit our needs.

My partner and I have been shopping awhile for power reclining chairs. Last minute, we decided, instead, to go with a leather power sofa at another store. However, we were not completely happy with the quality, function, and preferred a fabric sofa. So we went online and found Ashley Homestore. I noticed that Ashley‘s Canoga Park location has a good rating, so we rushed over one hour before closing. When arriving, we were impressed with the quality and large selection of sofas and other furnishings. Most importantly, we were very happy with the wonderful service provided by their sales representative Peter and manager Chelsea Franco. They were both very patient, never made us feel rushed, and helped us find exactly what we wanted and needed while processing our final purchase of the sofa and a Persian rug over a half hour after closing. In addition, we were surprised and thrilled that we just made it the last hour of the Fourth of July sale. So we also got a great deal! I highly recommend the Ashley Homestore in Canoga Park and will continue to make it my first stop when shopping for all of my home furnishings.
