Lyon was the best!!! I called in because one of the sectionals I wanted online had a 14 week backorder, and he was able to help me get one that would be delivered in a week!! He was very friendly and answered all the questions I had! He even made sure I qualified for the presidents day discount. It was my first time buying something from Ashley and I really enjoyed my experience!

The varnish smell is extremely strong and we replaced all the furniture in the bedroom - the smell made it impossible to sleep in there. The delivery took two weeks and it was delivered 7pm at night. four hours past the last estimated time that they might arrive If someone had not been able to stay and wait for it - We would still not have furniture. Movers were great. Furniture looks good, I just hope the difficulty in getting it is worth the cost. I would have made different choices knowing what I know now.

Weird experience. 2 Stars are for John. I met John as I was searching for a vase for my home. He seemed to be a newbie or something because he seemed a little uncertain of everything but trying to be helpful. Anyway, I did a web search on where to find vases and this store popped up. I guess they don't have a system on how to find things bc when I asked to see vases they told me to look around. The vase I found online was about $10 cheaper and I showed this to John who checked the barcode # to see if it was the correct item. The items matched and I was told they can price match items on the Ashley website. He took a photo of the items as well. He went to make sure with his boss, some African American dude. He looked annoyed when I came as he looked up from his phone as he was watching some kind of video. Manager man was adamant about the item not matching because they didn't look the same even though the SKU # matched (John took a top view of the vase). This didn't make sense because if I ordered it online that would be the damned item that I would get. There's no other freakin way to confirm an item. So I expected John to say something but we all stared at each other awkwardly bc this man was really trying to play me. I had to have him look at it physically. He then tried to make me feel bad about needing a price match bc it was only "$5 difference". FYI What a stupid way of treating money. This guy is obviously bad at money and/or super pretentious or something. Anyway John took me away and I still purchased the item even though boss guy was being dumb. I spent a lot of time searching for the item and there was no way I was leaving without it at that point. Experience was pretty Awkward

I was recommended this specific store by a friend and I am so glad I did! We were helped by Rose who was very helpful and welcoming as well as the store manager, Thomas who helped us with our purchase. The customer service was amazing from both of them and we never felt pushed or pressured but had all of our questions answered and got the help we needed. It was a great experience and we look forward to coming back again for more furniture!
