When we entered the store we had an idea of what we wanted, a leather sofa and loveseat with a coffee table and end table. We were greeted by Sylvia, a sales associate. She let us look around the showroom without any pressure. She was always nearby to answer any questions we might have. We found a beautiful set that we thought would be perfect in our home. Sylvia calculated the sales price so we had all the information we needed. We asked her if we could think about it and come back in a few days. There was no pressure to purchase immediately. When we got back home and took some measurements we realized that the sofa was too big for our living room. We went back to the showroom a few days later and Sylvia helped us pick out a smaller sofa and loveseat set. She was very patient and accommodating. She made the whole process of buying a new living room set very enjoyable.
