This review is a terrible experience with Ashley's corporate and an unauthorized use of my account that took over nine months, involving the police and eventually threatened legal action after a sales person allowed someone to fraudulently charge over $7,000 of furniture to my account. When I initially contacted the store, I was assured that I would not be responsible for fraudulent charges, then was told that they determined that I did receive and sign for the furniture. When they produced the signed receipt, it was not my signature, a different drivers license was used, they attempted to change the phone number and email on the account. I provided proof of my identity and was assured it would be taken care of. Three times, the store denied my claim and unilaterally made this decision. They finally looked at the footage of the furniture pickup when I involved the police and could clearly see it was not me. They simply did not want to accept the loss and wanted someone to pay for the furniture. In the face of proof and going in person to the location and speaking with a manager more than once, they finally removed the charges on my account which I promptly closed. The experience was absolutely terrible with no level of responsibility to their actions and clearly no verification of anyone using another person's account. This is cautionary experience about providing your personal information for third party financing. Neither the financing or the store accepted any responsibility. Only in the face of legal challenges did they clear the cost.

Like everyone else has already said here their service and quality has gone down. Paid over 2k for this couch and when it came in it was defective. They said this meets their standards and I would have to accept it. I asked to speak to a manager on several occasions but they refused to let me speak to one. All discussions go through a message board which makes it difficult to speak to a leave person . I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and never have I received such horrible customer service. STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY.

My wife and I was a the Colton store While black an was totally ignored, 10 sells people. One lady blew us off, for a phone. An old man totally ignored us, as he was speaking Spanish Everyone else was talking to each other or on the phone. Highly disappointed 2nd time at this store

I went in to the store about a month ago and I purchased about $7000 in furniture the sales representative was great while making the sale. However since making the sales their customer service has been subpar. For starters, I ordered three barstools for my kitchen, a couch, a bedframe, and a mattress The order was supposed to arrive All together, however, my barstools and the bunkie board for my bed were not coming at the same time. Which I completely understand delays however when I was called about the bunkie board And the barstools I was told that I would receive a call or text message in the next day to reschedule those deliveries. I have still not received a message to reschedule that delivery. I called corporate. I texted my sales rep. I even chatted with a live agent. And nobody has been able to provide me information about rescheduling when those come in. I am truly dissatisfied with their customer service, especially when we spent such a Large amount. There seems to be a ton of inconsistency and horrible lack of communication. I expect a little bit more Organization when it comes to addressing customer needs and concerns. Had I known that it was going to be this disorganized I would’ve taken my business elsewhere and not purchased from This company. Moving forward I will not be a returning customer. Do better Ashley Furniture.

Do not. DO NOT. Buy from here. Especially the extended warranty. My cushion covers are ripped after almost just a year of having them, and the extended warranty they sell, Ashley furnitures themselves are telling us that this place shouldn’t have sold it in the first place to us because this is considered a “warehouse.” And the extended warranty company will now keep denying all claims for replacement BECAUSE we picked it up from the warehouse. Make that make sense??? Do not buy.
