I ordered a bedroom set with a foam mattress online, the bed was delivered, but no mattress, I contacted Ashley about the mattress and I asked them if I needed a box spring/ something that goes with the mattress, they replied and said no. So now I'm here can't sleep on my bed because it's sinking, so I called the local Ashley and had to spend $500 more to get the bottom part of the mattress, which arrives Saturday. Smh . Now on the other hand the Ashley is Colton did an excellent job. Thanks for the help Ashley Homestore

My sales associate Patricia was very helpful and well versed in her knowledge of the piece of furniture that I purchased. I can be time consuming with attention to detail, with that being said, I returned the following day to finalize my purchase, even with additional questions and a change to my original order, which she handled professionally and with a kind heart to listen to my concerns and experiences in the past. Was not a good experience. I went in and purchased a piece of furniture with the help of a salesperson. I made sure the piece was available and able to be delivered with the salesperson prior to the purchase. After purchase the salesperson called to schedule the delivery. At that point I was told it would be 2 months later than what the salesperson told me the piece would be available. So now I need to process a refund at the front. The person at the computer says the refund is complete but can't print me confirmation of the refund and it instead needs to be emailed. Then the email is not working so as of now I have zero furniture and zero proof of my refund. And of course goes without saying the funds are not back in my account. I spent 10k 7 months ago at ashley and that experience wasn't great either. This will be my last time visiting your showroom/company

Had such a great experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Lino! He was super helpful, patient, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to find exactly what I needed and made furniture shopping so fun. If you’re shopping for furniture, definitely ask for Lino he’s the best!
