Had my XL TV Stand and Dining table delivered today while I was at work . My mother was home to receive them and let me tell you the quality of the TV stand is Horrendous ( see photos ). It has dents all over, misaligned, gaps and separations, the shelves were not installed and to top it off the doors were installed backwards. How? . So I gave the store a call and was told tough luck basically that once it's delivered there's nothing they can do and I'd have to open a case wait for a technician to see if there's anything wrong with it and go from there . I mean come on, just look at the photos which I emailed, you can clearly see this thing looks like something from a yard sale not a new item like the one on display at the store. The stand came built wrapped in movers blankets ( how does anyone let this go out of the warehouse for delivery ). And how do the delivery guys think this was ok to leave? I'm very disappointed and infuriated not only by the product but also by the fact no one can help and I'll have to wait and see what happens . When you're there to purchase the customer service is great and they solicite a 5 star review from you. But after the fact good luck. $200 for Premium delivery and Setup for this is ridiculous. By the way I asked to speak to the store manager and was told no one is around, but when I was there shopping there was at least two of them . My previous stand I bought from Walmart had better delivery and setup not to mention cheaper .
