First time shopping at an Ashley store and we realized we had been missing out! We bought a Burkhaus dinning table and we love it! Great quality table and chairs. Steven was extremely patient and helpful. He took off three leafs from different tables until we made our decision. So happy with our choice! I highly recommend this Ashely store.

Buyer Beware ***Update*** Reached out to solutions@ashleyfurniture.com with the attention to Dem B. I received a very professional apology. Still have a terrible repair job on a couch that was damaged in delivery and reported in the 72 hour return window. I guess the social media team is just an extension of the customer service department. The response is slow, and they just don't seem to know what is going on. SMH... Buyer Beware PSA: By far, the worst customer service for problems after the sale that I have ever experienced. Calling any number of listed phone numbers runs you through an automated system that is not very clear or user friendly, just to have anyone who does answer the phone run you through the exact same verification process. Try getting a supervisor on the online. It took nearly 40 minutes, and when I did get one on the phone, they ran me through another round of verification. Then still had to ask me how they could help. After telling my story 4 times to the same company, on the same call, the best you’ll get is a rescheduling. Unbelievable. Parts delayed/lost; 3 appointments with a technician; and finally, one showed up early and unannounced. They cannot deliver on anything they say. It would appear even the customer service department is unaware of company processes. When I called to get an ETA of repair, the CSR actually said to me “I am sorry, we cannot provide that information.” Un-effing-believable. Happy to have the repair completed and have learned a very valuable lesson. Buyer Beware of Ashley Furniture.

The customer service counter in the store was not so helpful but the manager addressed the issue. Based on my experience I would only buy furniture in the store and will never buy any items through their online division ever again.

Lester (Les) was amazing made it very comfortable to shop never felt pressure to purchase anything. He also wasn’t following us around the store which I feel tends to make shoppers feel like they are at a car lot which can be super annoying especially when trying to choose a furniture piece and concentrate how it’s going to look in their home. He was attentive to what style and color scheme I was trying to put together which led me to a purchase I would have never came up on my own. Super pleased and can’t wait to come back and shop for more furnishings! You want quality help and advice ask for Les!!!

This has been the worse experience. We were told we could return our mattress if we didn’t like it, stating they would honor the same warranty as nectar. They did not. Unable to reach store, extended wait times and representatives who refuse to help resolve our issue. Horrible experience and I feel extremely uncalled as a customer. Will be filing a complaint.

Just got my furniture for the whole house today from kabeer. We love it. He was so nice and easy to talk to.

Experience was great until we picked up our Cielden dresser that we purchased. Paid 650$ for a dresser, came home and assembled it and we noticed it had a chunk of wood missing from the back and a hole on top of the dresser. Called customer service and the store but unfortunately they are closed.

First time coming to Ashley in Colton and received the most exceptional service! James Babatunde the associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure we were happy with our purchase, he wasn’t pushy just to sell. Highly recommend asking for him when you come in!

Hit up Ashley for the Black Friday sale, Thomas helped us around. As we were closing things up he showed me the Black beauty rest mattresses extra as I was curious. I loved those things, they were so comfortable. Definitely got to pick one up later. I Recently purchased some furniture, that did not fit in my house and Moreover, it was damaged, It smelt like fishing bait. Charles my rep, acted as though he didn’t have a 5th grade education. It’s been a nightmare. I wish I would’ve never dealt with this organization. Never again though. Please beware

I can’t believe an established furniture store would hire employees so RUDEEE !!

We were told by a sales person at another Ashley store we could buy a table and pick up on the same day if we went to Colton. We went to the store with the intention of buying and picking up at the same time, and found out you had to have an appointment to pick it up. The manager made it right and gave us free delivery. Not totally happy that we could not pick it up, but at least they took care of it and showed concern.

I worked with PK at the main store in Colton to purchase furniture for our new home. PK is extremely knowledgeable and that is what I appreciated the most. He knew the most of all the sales people I have worked with previously and helped us select the furniture we needed. If you need someone who knows a lot about furniture make sure to find PK in Ashley’s main store in Colton. That is the right place to shop.

My order was scheduled to arrive today and the time it was supposed to be delivered the driver calls me and tells me that my headboard is in back order and needs to reschedule After I confirmed the time and day with these people 3 times and planned my weekend around this delivery U cancel on me when you’re supposed to be arriving That makes no sense why schedule and confirm my order if you don’t have all the parts I could have made other plans on a this Saturday rather than wait around for a bunch of flakes

We didn’t feel pressured at all he was very understanding in listening to our requests and the style we were looking for. Super sweet and helpful! The manager Trevor was also a great help with being reasonable with the discounts they offered! 10/10 recommend anyone looking to update their home. All things were reasonably priced and they were open to negotiating and giving us the best price.

I have been purchasing items from Ashley’s store in Colton for over 10 years. I have never had a bad product. I have never had a bad sale associates there are wonderful, friendly, helpful and I enjoy visiting the store.

Kabir was very helpful in helping us choose a new couch for our home. He was welcoming, not pushy at all and helped us determine what would be best for our family.

Our experience was wonderful. James Babatunde was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. He really helped us pick out the best mattress for us! We will definitely return when we need other furniture.

Initially the experience was really positive. PK helped us pick out furniture for our home theater. I was happy to leave a positive review. However, the experience afterward left me disappointed. Part of the purchase was a rug. I honestly did not understand the reason, but the rug was separated from the delivery order. PK said he would have the rug directly shipped to my home. I agreed but didn’t understand the reason for it. So it was delivered to my home the Thursday before the furniture was delivered. It was very heavy, but I managed to carry it from the front door to the garage. When the delivery of the furniture came, we asked the man if the rug could be laid down first before the couch and loveseat. He said no he does not do rugs. That surprised us a bit. So the furniture was brought in and set up but we still had this large, heavy rug that had to be unrolled and positioned on the floor. In order to do this the couches would have to be moved. These couches have recliners and are extremely heavy. It was so difficult and extremely frustrating to move them to lay down the very heavy rug and then to move them back. If the furniture delivery employees do not touch rugs then that should have been made clear to us. I’ve had back pain for the past week because of moving the heavy couches and rug. I have had bad experiences furniture shopping in the past and I was hoping Ashley would be different. However, it was the same story-I was treated very nicely in the showroom but delivery is a very different experience. I need to add that PK assured me that the delivery would not be done by a third party and that it would be a white glove service. I really have no idea if it was a third party or not because the truck didn’t have any Ashley logos (it was plain) and the 2 men did not have any name tags or uniforms that had Ashley on them.

Came in looking for a couch and Al was very friendly and patient. He gave us a deal we couldn't refuse and with 0% for 5 years right now, it's hard to pass up some great deals! Furniture came wheen it was supposed to, set up professionally, and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend

Terrible experience with Ashley. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone at this store for over a week and never did. I had to drive here physically. We bought a table and couch that didn’t fit in our home and they can’t do anything about it. They don’t allow a return or exchange. I’m cancelling my account with them and never shopping at Ashley. They should really learn about customer service.

I was reminded today as to why I no longer give Ashley's Furniture my business. I called 11/12 around 5:30 pm looking for an 8" inner spring mattress. The lady I spoke to said they had them in stock for me to check out, but the warehouse closed at 6 pm, so I wouldn't have been able to take the same day. 11/13 I went in and was greeted by the salesman, who advised me the mattress I was looking for wasn't on the floor. After explaining what I was told over the phone, the sales person, without actually saying it, told me I was S.O.L. I was told the warehouse had the bed in stock (which the warehouse is approximately 100 yards away), and I would have to purchase the bed in order to see it. I asked if I could just see it in the warehouse, and I was met with the response that "the warehouse isn't going to want to do that." So if I purchased the bed, didn't like it, I would ultimately have to start a return process and be refunded my money, which would take 3-5 days to go back on the card. Classic bait & switch, and lack of customer service, take your business elsewhere. There are a couple of mom and pop shops in the area that will give you much better customer service and lower prices for the same thing. If you do decide to do business, from past experience, don't hesitate to haggle! I've purchased things from them at 20-30% less than their "sale" prices. Don't give in the high markups they have.

Update. Now that they come to bring the parts that were missing...things are BROKEN!!! They sent me broken used pieces. I'm beyond ticked off. My review went from 5 to 0!!! Update. I had to go back in, in person. And supposedly got a "deal" on the parts that were missing. Yes I had to pay for them. Apparently the missing parts were not included in the price I already paid!!! So upsetting. Let's see if they get delivered and put together in a timely manner. Update. Order was delivered and the bedroom set is missing the foot board, and side panels to hold the headboard together and the bottom for the mattresses. It's absolutely NOT functional. I'm highly upset. It's kinda common sense for it to be all together for the bed to even be functional. He is newish to the field so maybe that's why he forgot to add those other pieces. Either way this needs to be resolved asap. Thomas did good with helping myself Katt and Angel. He even had a measuring tape for us to utilize. We appreciate all his help in his field of work.

We bought a couch, for the money it was fine, however required some adjusting after we got it home. The big negative is we bought a rather expensive book shelf. There was going to be a 30 day back order and now I'm notified it's going to be another 30 days. Mind you we payed cash. Ashley don't put something out on the floor if you can't supply it. 60 days is too long to wait. Still waiting as we speak.

Customer service was decent had go threw alot of bullshit on a return. It took me about 5 weeks to get them to approve it. Don't know if I will ever by one more thing from them. I had a good experience at Ashley furniture. I was looking for a sofa and came across a leather sofa for $600; originally $2200. I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was but they were getting rid of extra inventory. The salesman wasn’t pushy at all. I appreciate that.

Buying experience is great. Service if something goes wrong not so much. They sold me a battery that was defective. Service person came out but couldn't do anything about it, said contact the store. Went to the store and they said they don't handle those. Huh? You SELL them. So it's still not resolved.

I recently purchased a dining set from Ashley Furniture, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Upon delivery, I immediately noticed that the table was unstable and wobbly. When I pointed this out to the delivery team, they simply said, “That’s how it is,” which was frustrating to hear. I reached out to the store to see if I could return or exchange the table, but they were not willing to accept a return. While the store manager was incredibly helpful and did their best to assist me, the lack of quality in the product itself is unacceptable. For a well-known brand like Ashley, I expected much better craftsmanship. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I will think twice before purchasing from Ashley Furniture again.

My mother is a senior citizen who just purchased a bed that is worth 10gs they where quick to take her money but not to give her the bed she has been waiting for over a week the delivery was set for Wednesday but last minute was change to Saturday when bed arrive it had no frame just the support legs she called multiple times and the lady that answered told her "o well it is what it is " she has bad back problems and is depending on her bed we even offer for us to pick it up and we where met with you can't it's in process last time we are ever buying from this store very very very rude

James was a great help when selecting our new couch! He walked us right to the perfect couch, that would keep up with our toddler and puppy. He also didn’t try upsell us, like a typical salesman would. He was chill, and let us look around by ourselves and wasn’t hovering over us while we were looking. If we need furniture in the future, I would go back to see James again.

Looking for elegant furniture, so went to Ashley. The store manager, Katherine, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She assisted my wife and I select the best quality furniture that met our needs. We will go back again.

Buyer Beware! Associate will sell you the dream. Store does not communicate or follow up with a phone call if your items are back ordered. Delivery is a mess. Furniture is poorly built. Ask to flip over anything you see before you buy it. Most furniture is assembled with 1/4 inch thick plywood and plastic hardware. Ive had the worst possible experience here and will pay a little more somewhere else for well built furniture thats going to last.

She KNOWS THE PRODUCT, not just pushing items for a commission but has knowledge on the quality, build and functionality. The delivery service has to be the worst. Our order was not deliver the date agreed and when they call to reschedule they changes the time again. How do they expect their customers to be available to have the furniture delivery past 10pm on Sunday and still wait for the crew to assemble the furniture. I get up at 3am for work. Very disappointed with their service

I recently had a frustrating experience with the Ashley Furniture store in Colton, CA, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. While in the store, the customer service was great. We were assisted by a sales representative, Rick, who gave us his personal cell phone number, assuring us that he would be available to answer any questions. We purchased a dining room set but after getting home and reading reviews of the chairs that we bought, we decided that we should have purchased the warranty plan that Rick offered at a discount that we didn't purchase. We tried calling Rick for the next three days but he never returned any of our calls, leaving us feeling ignored. In an attempt to resolve our issues, we tried contacting the store directly. To our dismay, no one answered the phone, and our calls were consistently routed to an answering service that provided little help. Feeling frustrated, we decided to visit the store in person to speak with a manager. The manager refused to come over and address our concerns but when we threatened to cancel the order, which was scheduled for delivery the next day, he finally told the customer service lady at the front desk to go ahead and sell me the warranty at the price that Rick quoted. After the furniture was delivered, we filed a complaint with customer service. We dealt with a supervisor who was rude and dismissive and found out that each Ashley store is independently owned and operated and this store has a no return policy after the furniture is delivered. This whole experience has left us feeling undervalued as customers and questioning Ashley Furniture's commitment to service. I would advise anyone considering a purchase from this store to be cautious, as the lack of follow-through and support is alarming. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, it seems to be sorely lacking here.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in and the sales rep. promise everything is in stock to get you to buy. We purchased couches and they gave us a delivery date of 9/12/24. They call me 9/12/24 and said delivery date will be 9/15/24. We receive another call and they moved it until 9/18/24. We paid $199 delivery fee and we purchased couches 9/5/24.We called Ashley’s furniture and no help all they said was sorry. Couldn’t waive delivery fee of $199. We spoke with Teresa and she was so rude and said she can’t do anything. We ended up canceling the whole order. Don’t shop here go to Bob’s Furniture. Customer service was amazing and everything was in stocked. When in Friday 9/13/24 and our couches got delivered today 9/15/24.

We recently spent over $7,700 at the Ashley Furniture store in Colton, CA. One of the items was a mattress at a cost of $3,000 which turned out to be too firm for our needs. When we went in several days later to discuss with the sales person, his “manager” said we have to wait 30 days before they could address the issue and the options available to us. At day 31, another “manager” told us that there on NO refunds or exchanges on mattresses, ($3,000 is gone since we paid up front), but he could give us a good deal on a new mattress. Why didn’t the first manager tell us that we didn’t have any options rather than making us sleep for 30 days on a mattress that caused us both backaches? We have since bought another mattress from a “mattress” store where the options for “returns or exchanges” were explained in great detail, verbally and in writing, and we were “fitted and aligned” to the mattress as opposed to just laying on it for two minutes. We should have listened to neighbors about their bad experience as well as read the horrible reviews on Yelp about this store.
