Customers Beware! Ashley's Furniture HomeStores in CA for as far as 2014, have manipulated and played with numbers at the expense of its customers. Playing with numbers include artificially raising prices to be able to negotiate back and forth. Promotion after promotion and a gimmick only few customers knew about. Playing with numbers to gain more Dollars in certain Categories. Devaluating tangible furniture end price and redistribute the dollars to where it would benefit the managers for their personal gain. It is worth checking out 3:22-cv-00505-JLS-NLS. If you've shopped at an Ashley HomeStore in CA, NV, AZ, OR, UT, and or WA. You may be a victim of the following. * Your order's (furniture) value was devaluated to compensate for a (delivery fee) which you were promised for free. * Your order's (furniture) value was devaluated to compensate for a 5-year protection which you were promised for free. * Your order's (furniture) value was devaluated to compensate for a (delivery refund due to an inconvenience), which you were promised to get a delivery fee back. * Your order's (furniture) value might have been OVER DEVALUATED because the manager needed to manipulate his/her numbers to be able to bonus. that is done * Your order's (furniture) value was devaluated to compensate for a mattress protector which was promised to you for free. * Your RAC order's (furniture) value was devaluated to compensate for mattress protector which was offered for free. Although you were not buying a mattress to begin with. Why is devaluating (furniture's) value detrimental? Did you get a free delivery as you were promised? Did you get a free mattress protector as you were promised? Did you get a free 5-year protection plan as promised? Was your delivery fee (to be compensated) taken off your delivery tab as promised? Salespeople are so pushy and overbearing, they make the shopping experience stressful and I will never set foot in their store again!
I had issues trying to order online purchasing with my debit card and my Ashley card, I tried to troubleshoot with LivChat and was not successful. I called the Colton store spoke with Liz and problem solved! She was very helpful and spent time with me until my order went through. Im very gracious and appreciative of Liz!
These people are awesome. Great service with no haggle, low prices for nice furniture. Great option for the whole house. Kind of wish the had options like desks.
Horrible experience a lack of communication. Purchased a bed here and the delivery man made a rude comment that was unnecessary. He over drilled the bed that the wood ended up breaking. Foundation was missing and now we have to wait to get that delivered. These people think we have their time as if we don't have our own things going on whether it be work or a doctor's appointment. I would recommend you go somewhere else to purchase furniture.
