When I first arrived at the Colton Ashley store, I was immediately met by Kevin N. He was polite and welcoming. I knew what I wanted, a TV entertainment center that I saw online. I saw two but I needed to see them in person. Kevin found and showed me both. We went back and forth between the two until I finally decided on the Bellaby 4 Piece Entertainment Center in white wash. The purchase was easy and I got the white glove delivery. No pictures yet, since it has not been delivered. Once it is and all set up, I will take pictures. Kevin was great, excellent customer service skills. Thank you.

We purchased a couch set here a couple of weeks ago. We got email delivery confirmation, and even a text asking us to lock in the time/date. We made all the arrangements and even gave away some of our old furniture to make way for the new couch. With less than 24 hours notice we got a call from them that the couch was out of stock. We need somewhere to sit! On top of that I got the run-around trying to get answers and they couldn’t even refund my order. They asked that I reach out to this store which I tried calling 8 times and nobody answered. We won’t buy from here ever again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I was informed that I could order a replacement couch cushion at any location, so I went to the Colton store, which is the closest one to me—about 45 minutes away. With a newborn at home, it’s been difficult to get out, but I finally arranged for a sitter so I could make the trip. When I arrived, I explained to a sales associate that I needed to place an order, and they kindly directed me to customer service. Unfortunately, my interaction there was unpleasant. I spoke with a woman named Roxanna, who did not acknowledge me when I approached. After finishing what she was typing, she abruptly asked what I wanted, and from the start her attitude felt dismissive. She then refused to process my order, saying I would need to go back to the original store where I purchased my couch because she couldn’t access my information. I left extremely frustrated after making such a long trip and arranging childcare, only to be turned away. I later contacted the Menifee location, where I originally purchased my couch, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their service was the complete opposite of what I experienced in Colton. I will not be returning to the Colton store, but I highly recommend the Menifee location for its excellent customer service.

Patty was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She guided us in finding the perfect bedroom set to replace our old Ashley furniture, and we couldn’t be happier with her assistance.

We have been trying to reach them to release our sale. Noone answers the phone. Customer service representatives are useless.

If you want to buy furnitures go through Freddy, He’s the man. He was very collaborative and understanding to your needs. He helped us get a great deal. Great customer service can’t find that nowadays⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dealt with Steven who was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Steven patiently answered questions about the furniture and delivery process over multiple visits. The store was nicely laid out and everyone I encountered was very friendly and willing to assist. Would definitely recommend this store for the service and the prices.

My family and I went into Ashley furniture to look for a new set of couches. We had purchased our last ones 10 year ago. Our experience was enjoyable with our sales rep Pedro. He was very helpful and was able to answer any questions or concerns we had on each item. Without being too pushy or overly aggressive. He is an excellent rep would come back again.

Very friendly, courteous, Professional, knowledgeable employees. Philip was able to answer all of our questions pertaining to the furniture that that we wanted to buy. Philip also showed us how high the quality is and , and actually proved it.

Sales tells you it is in stock and gives you a delivery date, then calls a few days later saying it is not in stock and delivery will be postponed. They followed up by saying first come first served, well we were first come and items were sold out from under us. Not recommended if you expect your delivery on time. A $8000.00 + order delayed. Not good Ashley

Good selection and options. There were some compelling sales to choose from. The salesman was not too pushy, which is often the cases at a furniture store. I didn't get a screaming good deal but it was fair. I hope the quality is as good as I'd like.

Extremely helpful people. Daisy who was the sales representative who helped us was patient and understanding. She answered all our questions about availability discounts and pricing. We went on Labor Day and got a pretty good deal on a dining table with 4 chairs and couches with chassis and ottoman all for a little less than $2000.

As always Ashley's is the place to go. They have excellent customer service and pricing. We always deal with Philip as our salesman and Charles (the manager) can't be beat. They're both very personable and work to find just what you're looking for within your budget.

Agent Steven provided useful guidance and plenty of space, so we felt no pressure. His manager was friendly, offering us their best discount and scheduled white glove delivery. It was a pleasure purchasing new bedroom furniture from Ashley in Colton.

Very disappointed, foundation in back order had to wait a week for it and when I finally got them , I opened the box with the rails and boards and they are scratched and there is parts to the rails missing now I gotta wait 3-5 days to get an answer from them to get a replacement mean while now I gotta sleep on the floor I’m sure I’d have to wait about two weeks now.

Was met right away by Javier as soon as I walked. Told him what I was looking for, he showed me the options, and told me when they could deliver. Purchased right there and then. While waiting for him to finish the paperwork, found another set that I wanted. Javier wrote that up and set up the delivery. I was literally in and out of there in less than an hour. I am now waiting for my new sectional couches and rug for my living room, sectional couch for my movie room, and headboard and frame for my bedroom. A+

Steve was very helpful both when we first when and when we returned to buy a bedroom set. Although we were also looking for a couch and love seat that wasn't available to suit our shorter needs of the love seat but that didn't stop Steve from searching in all their products trying to find what we needed. What caused us to purchase Ashley furniture was because of quality and the fact that the drawers actually opened all the way instead of halfway like others. I recommend Ashley's (and Steve).

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!! If you need to go to Ashley, I recommend the Montclair or West Covina Store. This is based on Customer Service!! Just to confirm the horrid service they provide in advance, try calling them. I called 50 times (literally) in one week and they pick up once. Ashley employees are commission-based, so the sales service will be okay (since the person helping you wants that commission) but after the sale is closed, forget about any service. No, strike that, you are certain to get horrible service, but not good service. The store Manager Charles.... always in a meeting and will call back...Office Manager Roxanne, RUDE! I am not saying I won't ever shop at Ashley's Furniture, but I will say it will never be this store!!! IF YOU DO GO HERE, DONT FORGET TO PRICE MATCH BEFORE YOU SIGN!!!

Honestly 1star is too much. We came in to buy living room furniture. First we were pressured to finance to get a discount. I dont understand if your paying cash... why we need to finance. Second, it took a week to get our furniture delivered. On the day of our expected delivery, Ashleys called to say it been pushed back another 5 days. We took the day off work to wait for a window to get nothing. I canceled my order. No call from anyone to apologize. I spent the day looking elsewhere to get furniture same day. I also needed barstools that I couldn't find elsewhere so I returned to Ashley to see if I could get those and yes for an additional $300. Poor customer service. I will never return or recommend anyone to go here. The worst experience. Thank God Mors Furniture came through today and saved the day. Maybe Ashley employees can check out Mors and see how to treat customers paying thousands.

Do not buy furniture from here. I bought a sofa set with a sofa chair. The chair creaks and they have done nothing. If you have a problem with the furniture you have to deal with someone in the Philippines. They sent a technician and he requested that the sofa be replaced but his manager declined. Now Im stuck with a creaking chair.

It was comfortable shopping with the right amount of privacy and support. I found the exact recliner I needed for my tiny 89 yr old mom. It raises to standing and has heat and massage. The store gave me a good price for 2 including delivery.

I had a bad experience with a mattress they sold me here and I am so disappointed with the sales person here cause they just sale you a product to sell it and don't give you any worning and tell you it's the best product and you will have no issues with it and please people never buy a Tempur pedic mattress and if you do ask the sellers to be honest and worn you that you will not get a replacement for your mattress if anything goes on with it if you have even 1 stain cause they tell you wonders there the best 10 year warranty I had had bad experiences with other mattresses before with saging were you sleep and I let them know before I bought this mattress just for them to tell me no no this would never happen and if it did they have 10 year warranty o but they told me nothing about Tempur pedic voiding your warranty if it was to have 1 stain and if I had known this trust me I would have never never bought a mattress this expansive cause I have only 4 years with it I paid almost 5 thousand for it and after the 1st year I started noticing it was starting to sag I let the store know and they told me they couldn't do nothing that I had to go true Tempur pedic ok. let me tell you customer service is a joke they know nothing and the people in charge of claims you can only reach by email which is ridiculous it's a back and fourth with emails and pic and they don't even bother or want to send some one to see the mattress in person I made a claim 2 times the first they told me the saging wasn't dep enough they couldn't do nothing cause it would have to be 3/4" for them to do something it got worse and I called again for them to tell me that the mattress was satined and those stains had made it sag they even sent me one of the pic I had send them and they drew around were the stains were and some are not even were the saging is I was so mad the stains are superficial cause the first thing I did was buy a stain cover for it the stains are really small I will post pic it's not like if there humongous stains so they just give you the run around and lame excuses to not do nothing to change your mattress and people should know cause I know I am not the only one that is having issues with this product cause I have researched it really late cause if I had known I would had never bought this expensive but cheap mattress and I had known wich I should have Ben warned from the sells person but they just want to sell so disappointed. This is how my mattress looks you can clearly see how big the saging is and worse when you are sleeping it makes my back hurt now a and also they gave me the excuse that the pic were blurry and I had done something to the pic to look like that I was so upset. This product is not worth what you pay for it cause you will not see that 10 year warranty. They told me here to contact them after I left my review they left and email I contacted by email and I haven't got a response in days so I don't know why there leaving a contact me when they don't answer just lost another customer .

The moment I walked into the Ashley Home Furniture showroom, I was greeted with a smile and kind words. I asked about modular couches as well as a love-seat combo with reclining capability. Ralph, the CSA who helped me was extremely helpful and gave me a quote immediately along with a $500 discount. He ordered the Love-seat in a matter of minutes and he walked me out with a handshake and a smile. I was only in the store for literally 15 minutes. This place has great service with an abundant selection! I was totally impressed. Ralph also mentioned that it is the largest Ashley Hone Furniture store in California. I highly recommend you visit the store.

Fast delivery and love the quality of the furniture

Patty greeted my family with a friendly smile as soon as we walked through the door. She asked us what we were looking for and proceeded to walk us around the showroom. She showed us all the items that were related to the things were interested in and she was very knowledgeable. I had a very positive experience and would highly recommended Patty.

Loved the variety of furniture, customer service, and cleanliness of the store. I’ve decorated many places in the past with furniture from Ashley stores and they never cease to impress. The quality of the furniture always feels better than other stores, I’ve always been a fan of the service, and have always loved how you could always price match with them. Yesterday, Mushtaq helped us with buying a dresser, mattress, and adjustable boxspring. He was very sweet, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful, and his service is what I prefer in salesmen. (You were awesome, Mushtaq! Haha ❤️) Love the team at this store and would definitely come back just because of them too. Love Ashley Furniture and this store was very wonderful. I’ll add additional comments once the delivery has been made. Hoping all goes well. 😊

Future customers beware of their selling practices. Purchased couch from these crooks was told if the couch didn't fit I can return the part back. Came delivery day everything seemed going right only to see the couch didn't quite fit with one of the attachments. Told the delivery drivers to please take that part back which they denied. They claimed I had 72 hours to return the part to call customer service about it. Which I did but only to go through a whole ordeal of push backs on days claiming they are opening a case. Only to be told behind the receipt has all sales are final. The receipt has nothing claiming that and now I have a piece of couch that don't fit. Don't listen to these crooks trying to make sales. Never buying here or reccomending this business ever again. Liars and crooks trying to make money and screw over customers. So don't take their word for it because these kinds of business don't care about customers only their pockets unfortunately.

Went to the store looking for one item and came out with two! The workers are so nice and they were able to assist me with everything I needed! Daisy was so helpful and she even connected me with other employees who had knowledge on the mattresses. The manager even assisted with an additional discount!

I had a very disappointing experience with Ashley’s customer service. When my delivery arrived, the items were damaged. The delivery team took pictures but never followed up. I called customer service within 72 hours, as instructed, but weeks have gone by with no resolution. Instead of replacing the damaged items, they’re insisting on trying to repair them which is unacceptable. I paid for brand new furniture, not damaged or refurbished pieces. What’s worse is the complete lack of consistency: every time I call, I speak to a different representative who gives me conflicting information. It’s extremely frustrating and shows a lack of accountability. I’ve had to resend the same photos multiple times, and they keep promising to get back to me within 24–72 hours, but they never do. It feels like they simply don’t care about making things right. I used to recommend Ashley’s to friends and family, but after this experience, I definitely won’t anymore. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money shop elsewhere. It’s not worth the stress.

I advised the sales associate that I moved, they proceeded to update the billing address and not the delivery address. It’s Saturday, they are unable to get support from the store or call center, I will not have couches to sit on for how many more days after getting rid of my own. Very bad customer service and disappointed with Ashley’s. Refused to get a supervisor on the line.

Quick straight forward with patty. I found my ideal first couch definitely will be returning for other furniture due to the pricing and great experience.

My sales lady, Patty was Great! Asked me what I came in for and right away pointed me in the direction of the chairs I was looking for . She listened to my positive and negative feedback back on what I was seeing and what I ultimately desired. I ended up with a purchase that I’m very excited to get. We bought a new sofa from Ashley Furniture today and Patricia was phenomenal! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. Patricia opened cushions to show the inner material, stood on furniture to illustrate the strength, and moved sections from the couch to provide a better visual. What is more, I believe she sold me furniture from the same store 10 years ago, so knows Ashley’s furniture through the years.

Pleasant salesman. Understood what we wanted and found it for us. The only unpleasant part was the delivery charge ($200). OUCH! But, if we were willing to get the $500 insurance the delivery charge would be waived. Yeah, not gonna happen.

Philip was awesome. Knowledgeable,respectful, very attentive but not pushy like your typical furniture salesmen. The showroom itself is laid out very good. And Philip did a great job of making sure it was a good buying atmosphere.

Since moving out here, I could say that this company has been nothing much a nightmare to work with. They sold us an almost $1,000 brand new sectional, and when we got the sectional, it had a massive cut on the back that you could easily fit your arm into. After notifying the store, they said they needed “approval” to have it exchanged. It’s been over a week and the issue has yet to be resolved. The customer service is clueless as to when this will get replaced and it’s been frustrating. The online orders have been just as bad. Ordered a dresser, it never shipped so I cancelled it. Later that night, they decided to ship it, so I called them and they just told me to “ignore it” as they never took the funds. Not too long after that I saw a charge to my bank account for the item that they said they cancelled. The staff in this store were nice, especially Phil, but the company overall is just a waste of money and time as they clearly do not value their customers. They also like to drag their feet whenever they make mistakes instead of correcting them. Overall, I would not recommend them to anyone. Edit: store reached out to me and there has STILL been no resolution done. Only words of “we’ll make things right” when they keep doing nothing. Edit 7/8/25: After having the new sectional piece for a little over a week, it’s completely different than the chase we got from the store (seems if the chase was used and then sold as “new” compared to the sectional that was delivered to us), but it’s not worth dealing with these people at this place. 0/5 stars if I could.

Delivered broken table with only 3 of 6 chairs. Driver opened a claim for the damaged table and missing chairs and had to get confirmation before he could leave. Paid over $1500 and have a jenky looking dining table. It's been over 2 weeks, and I have not gotten any support despite numerous calls to the store that never answers and their call center. I went to the store and tried to rebuy the missing chairs that I already paid for to avoid half the family having to sit on the floor for Easter dinner. I was forced to buy 4 chairs because they are only sold in sets of 2- not sure how that works out when they delivered 3. Now, I'm out an additional $600 for something I already paid for, and I have to pick them up myself, or I can spend an additional $199 and pray they deliver correctly without damage. Whatever happened to taking pride in your business and standing behind the product you sell? Edit: Lady working at customer service desk in the store was very pleasant and was able to overwrite pricing so I only paid for 3 chairs. Very grateful for her taking the extra time to resolve to the best she could. Still have a broken table but at least everyone has a seat.

I’m sorry to share that my overall experience was not good. The salesman gave me incorrect information which led to me purchasing a bed I can’t use. The delivery didn’t go as it should either because one of the drawers was not installed properly. I’m hoping they will make this all right by switching whatever parts are necessary to lower bed and reinstalling the drawer. I’ll adjust stars accordingly once it’s all done.

He didn't bother introducing himself and the entire time we were looking at possible choices, he seemed quite disinterested. He finally just wandered away and while we continued looking on our own he never even looked our way. We left the store dissapointed with the selection and especially the poor service. I don't believe we will ever be back. Ashley isn't the only game in town.

We absolutely do NOT recommend Ashley furniture anymore. One of their employees doesn’t know the difference between right vs left arm facing furniture so he sold us the wrong piece of furniture in the first place even though in store, we literally POINTED to the exact piece we need & he confirmed it more than 3 times. After we received the wrong piece, we called to ask them to pick up the wrong piece and deliver us the correct piece, and that process in itself was a nightmare. It took over an hour to get to speak to someone in customer service. The number they told us to call (the store number) never picked up. We had to go talk to someone in person & drive over 40 minutes to go REPURCHASE the same piece and now we have to wait for them to pick up the wrong piece from our house and then get a refund. Not only was it a long back and forth process, we had to bring a truck to pick up the piece from the warehouse if we wanted it on the same day. Yes they did offer to deliver the piece for no charge BUT that would take days and we needed the piece today as we had already been waiting. There was one lady at the store who was very helpful. Otherwise, the female sales manager (not sure what her name was as she never introduced herself) was very rude & unhelpful. The only other helpful person was a gentleman named George who works at the warehouse. We were every frustrated because it was 1:30 pm and the store said we have to wait until 3 pm to pick up the piece according to the warehouse. George said give me 5 minutes and he had the piece ready for us. I have never had to write a negative review anywhere up until this point. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!

I ordered a bedroom set with a foam mattress online, the bed was delivered, but no mattress, I contacted Ashley about the mattress and I asked them if I needed a box spring/ something that goes with the mattress, they replied and said no. So now I'm here can't sleep on my bed because it's sinking, so I called the local Ashley and had to spend $500 more to get the bottom part of the mattress, which arrives Saturday. Smh . Now on the other hand the Ashley is Colton did an excellent job. Thanks for the help Ashley Homestore

I can be time consuming with attention to detail, with that being said, I returned the following day to finalize my purchase, even with additional questions and a change to my original order, which she handled professionally and with a kind heart to listen to my concerns and experiences in the past. Was not a good experience. I went in and purchased a piece of furniture with the help of a salesperson. I made sure the piece was available and able to be delivered with the salesperson prior to the purchase. After purchase the salesperson called to schedule the delivery. At that point I was told it would be 2 months later than what the salesperson told me the piece would be available. So now I need to process a refund at the front. The person at the computer says the refund is complete but can't print me confirmation of the refund and it instead needs to be emailed. Then the email is not working so as of now I have zero furniture and zero proof of my refund. And of course goes without saying the funds are not back in my account. I spent 10k 7 months ago at ashley and that experience wasn't great either. This will be my last time visiting your showroom/company

Good furniture…..great service!

Very welcoming, very professional and very helpful. I have yet to pick up my merchandise so I will recap on this experience.

Patricia was very helpful. Let me make my choice by trying out many mattresses! Gave me all the options but did not push me to choose. I will ask for her assistance for my next purchase!

My sales guy was great. I bought a table but hated the chairs. I moved around show room furniture without him saying a word, he just let me do my thing. In the end I did buy the table with 6 different chairs!

Purchased this bed for my daughter and still haven’t received the right part in order for it to be set up. Purchased on 3/7/2025. Delivered 3/11/2025. Part was ordered and received today 3/17/2025 only to find out I have the wrong part again. I will not be doing business or would be referring friends or family. I reached out to my sales person and advised he would reach out to his director. I still haven’t received a phone call. If this doesn’t get resolved in a timely manner I will request for Ashley Furniture Store to come pick up their furniture and request a refund.

Steven was our sales person and he’s super knowledgeable and helpful. With that being said, customer service and delivery is horrible. First delivery one of the wall sconces was broken. I called the customer service center and got the runaround and ultimately was told there was nothing they could do. So I went into the store which is about a 60 mile round trip drive to deal with this. The salesman, Steven, was awesome and just ordered me a new one. Since we were at the store we bought another item. Delivery was promised for March 28. I received numerous emails and texts reminding me of the delivery. One hour before the item was to be delivered I get a phone call stating the item was damaged and they’d be giving me a new delivery date. Been trying to call the store to speak with someone and nobody answers the phones and gets diverted to a call center which is worthless. We just dropped 3 grand at this location and planned on buying all new bedroom furniture with a budget of 5 grand. Not going to happen. Jerome’s or Mathis Bros get our business from now on. I will never buy another item from Ashley’s.

I recently visited Ashley Furniture and had a mixed experience. The salesman was fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly made the shopping process enjoyable. However, the management team was quite the opposite. We agreed on a deal, but when I returned to finalize it, they backtracked with various excuses, wasting my time. It's clear that corporate needs to train these managers on customer service and professionalism. Corporate needs to wake up. Otherwise, they will lose a lot of business. Overall, it was a disappointing experience despite the great help from the salesperson.

Found what exactly what I wanted at a good price. The only thing that bothers me is that the date my purchase was supposed to be picked up is pushed another week. I wish the warehouse and the showroom had better communication with each other with what is in stock or maybe I would have chose another item that I would have got sooner than later.

I recently visited Ashley Furniture Store in Colton and had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the employees her name was Roxy Valdez, her attitude was rude, unhelpful, and downright mean. Instead of assisting me with my questions, she was dismissive and acted as if I was inconveniencing of help. Customer service is a crucial part of any business, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I hope management takes the necessary steps to address this, as it seriously affects the store’s reputation. I won’t be returning unless improvements are made.

Ashley has cheap furniture made in Vietnam it breaks within 1 year of purchase, and they don't fix it. I even bought the warranty, but it doesn't cover the dresser drawer tracks. There are other limits, too. Cheap Ashley shame on Ashley!

Sad to say, I’m going to change this to a one star review. I recently bought a dresser, scheduled a time to pick up said dresser and when I came to pick it up at the allotted time, I was told “Sorry, but that dresser was just taken.” I was then rescheduled for a later date to pick up the dresser. It’s my understanding, that once a piece of furniture is put on hold for someone, it should stay that way. Not in this case, my dresser was taken and a large amount of my time was wasted. Furthermore, I had to ask a favor from a friend to pick this dresser up as it’s too large to fit in my car. Not only was my time wasted, but also the time and gas my friend spent to drive 10+ miles to help get this dresser was wasted as well. I tried calling the Ashley Store to get some resolution, but no one ever answers the phone. From a customer service perspective, this whole experience has been embarrassing and I doubt I’ll be able to get anyone on the phone at the store to help me out this time around as well—which is just a further waste of my time.

In the past Ashley was my first choice when buying furniture, I don’t know what happened with them lately. The quality of furniture and customer service is poor now or at least my last experience with them was. I am considering buying furniture at another store in the future.

Terrible experience with Ashley’s Furniture. I ordered two full bedroom sets, and not only were they late, but the sales rep, Les, also forgot to include a nightstand. Trying to get in touch with someone was nearly impossible—no one answers the phone! When I finally got through, the woman who answered had the worst customer service imaginable—rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They lie to make the sale. To make matters worse, the manager takes minimal accountability and didn’t even bother to apologize for the mistakes and delays. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be shopping here again.

I finally decided what sofas i wanted for my living room. Rick was very helpful, even do the location is being remodel. He did not pressured us (me and my daughter) allowing to take our time and decision. Can't wait to have them in the new remodel living room..

I give Ashley furniture a low rating because I bought an item that after having it installed in my house I realized that it didn't match my furniture and I could not return it for an exchange. I don't think that's a good policy because sometimes when we're buying lots of furniture we don't see the overall impact of everything that we buy until it is installed in your home. Ashley furniture should change this policy to satisfy a customer before and after the purchase. Also, the delivery team has cancelled my delivery 3 times this month. I get an automated call stating that they are 30 mins away from my home and then I get another call from a person stating that they are cancelling my delivery. This is absolutely absurd and uncalled for. Total lack of customer service and professionalism. I bought over 15k in furniture and I am still waiting for several items to be delivered. I cannot bring guest over because my living room is missing several key furniture items that keep getting cancelled at the last minute.

We were considering purchasing a mattress and James was very respectful and encouraging as he showed us the different options available. We considered purchasing a variety of things and settled with the new bedroom set. He provided us all the information we needed regarding options for financing. We never felt like he was forcing anything on us and was a complete professional.

No star for customer service I call Ashley to complain and I ask about the manager to speak with him but for the 3 times they customer service shut down the phone on my face I will never go back again to this store at Colton San Bernardino .

I purchased a TV console and picked it up from the warehouse. Upon getting it home and unboxing I discovered the legs needed to be assembled. The legs came in 4 pieces and one part of the legs was not put together properly. There are screws and predrilled slots for the screws and the pieces did not line up right not allowing the legs to be tighten all the way and possibly unstable. I was also told at time of purchasing that it cam fully assembled. Also the doors on the console are not on properly. There is an uneven gap between the two doors. And in door rubs against the other side also leaving an uneven gap between the two doors. I will be contacting the store to fix the doors or replace the item with delivery and complete setup to insure it is not damaged.

I was shopping for a sofa and loveseat. I had a specific set in mind and went to the Ashley showroom to see it in person and determine if the fabric was acceptable. I intended to buy the set from Amazon, who had the sofa on sale and offered free Prime delivery. The Amazon price was $1200 less than the Ashley price, before delivery, so I never expected that Ashley might match the Amazon price. Well, they did! It took a while and some negotiation, and I did agree to purchase the 5-year protection agreement, but I got the price I was looking for and delivery factored into the price, with a delivery date sooner than Amazon could provide. Oh, and the showroom is massive! I almost got lost. If you can't find what you're looking for here, it probably doesn't exist.

Supper good costumer service

We visited Ashley Furniture to “just look” for a sofa. Patricia greeted us and showed us around. We felt like she truly listened to our needs and answered all our questions. She was very patient with us and understanding when we said we wanted to visit other stores. Other companies we visited did not have the same personal sales people. We quickly returned to Patricia. Very pleasant experience!

Went to Ashley’s Furniture in Colton and was looking for some new couches and PK was a polite and professional sales associate to work with. He was very easy to work with without being pushy at all. I would highly recommend asking for him for all your furniture needs!

This was my first time in a Ashley Store, and I love their furniture! We bought two Ashley Brand mattresses from here. One 2 years ago and one about 6 months ago. Both of them the tags were ripped off at delivery. Didn’t think to much about it until now. The two year old mattress is starting to sink, badly! The back pain is so bad that I am up at 1:15am writing this review after going to bed at 10pm. You have to try to sleep right on the edges or in the dip, or be twisted with low back pain. Two people could not sleep on this at all. Shoot, I can’t even alone. I use a mattress cover so the warranty is not voided and there are no stains. I have to sleep on our 10 year old couch, also from Ashley, because the pain is less than this mattress. You can see in the photo that the mattress is bowed with no weight on it and after laying on it for 2 hours. We have been rotating the mattress once a week and can only get about 4 days of acceptable comfort before the sinking occurs. The warranty department said it is not bowing bad enough to warranty and the guy who came out pointed out the tags as a reason they might not warranty, but he did say it was bowing badly after testing it and hopefully they can do something about it. They were unaware of the tags. * **Warning** * if you buy a mattress from here, watch the delivery people for the tag removal and be prepared to sleep on a mattress that hurts while you fight the claim at some point. I’m going to call consumer affairs tomorrow and will likely have to buy a new mattress as this one is not acceptable to sleep on after only 2 years. It went from a good mattress with lots of support to one of the worst I’ve had in over 40 years quickly, I hope someone responds to this review asap. Bad products happen, it’s how the company handles it that matters. Update: They will not warranty this mattress and just offered a refund of less than 50%. Unfortunately they refunded for the wrong mattress, the newer mattress that was financed 6 months ago, and they won’t correct it after weeks of contact. Now we have a partial refund for the wrong mattress and stuck with two mattress's that cannot be warrantied, if the newer mattress fails in the future. I wish we had not bought either mattress's. Sad part is my wife works for this place. If they treat us like this, how will they treat you?
