We bought two Ashley Brand mattresses from here. One 2 years ago and one about 6 months ago. Both of them the tags were ripped off at delivery. Didn’t think to much about it until now. The two year old mattress is starting to sink, badly! The back pain is so bad that I am up at 1:15am writing this review after going to bed at 10pm. You have to try to sleep right on the edges or in the dip, or be twisted with low back pain. Two people could not sleep on this at all. Shoot, I can’t even alone. I use a mattress cover so the warranty is not voided and there are no stains. I have to sleep on our 10 year old couch, also from Ashley, because the pain is less than this mattress. You can see in the photo that the mattress is bowed with no weight on it and after laying on it for 2 hours. We have been rotating the mattress once a week and can only get about 4 days of acceptable comfort before the sinking occurs. The warranty department said it is not bowing bad enough to warranty and the guy who came out pointed out the tags as a reason they might not warranty, but he did say it was bowing badly after testing it and hopefully they can do something about it. They were unaware of the tags. * **Warning** * if you buy a mattress from here, watch the delivery people for the tag removal and be prepared to sleep on a mattress that hurts while you fight the claim at some point. I’m going to call consumer affairs tomorrow and will likely have to buy a new mattress as this one is not acceptable to sleep on after only 2 years. It went from a good mattress with lots of support to one of the worst I’ve had in over 40 years quickly, I hope someone responds to this review asap. Bad products happen, it’s how the company handles it that matters. Update: They will not warranty this mattress and just offered a refund of less than 50%. Unfortunately they refunded for the wrong mattress, the newer mattress that was financed 6 months ago, and they won’t correct it after weeks of contact. Now we have a partial refund for the wrong mattress and stuck with two mattress's that cannot be warrantied, if the newer mattress fails in the future. I wish we had not bought either mattress's. Sad part is my wife works for this place. If they treat us like this, how will they treat you?

I hope this Review helps people think twice before buying furniture from this place on October 10th I decided to buy some recliner sectional couches from this place as I arrived to the store Ashraf a sales representative made contact with me and started showing me a couple of sets of couches recliners etc, I decided to buy some electric recliners and Ashraf was quick to get me approved for the credit. My delivery was set up for a Saturday, I took the day off work just to wait for my new recliners, when they arrived, they were manual recliners and super sti8 , nothing like the ones I tried from Ashley’s showroom floor. I called the store right away and no one could tell me what had happened. So I decided to drive to the store right away, as I arrived Ashraf made contact with me and had me talk to Francisco one of the managers there, he tried to solve the problem by giving me a delivery refund, but told me that the electric recliners that I chose the day of the sale were more expensive even though Ashraf the sales representative and I had gone over the pricing the day of the sale. After that brief talk me and Francisco had I just decided to just get a full refund for my down payment, and have Ashley’s pick up the recliners from my home. The first week went by no one picked up the recliners, I called and asked they said they need to have the couches back in the warehouse so I can get my refund which is totally understandable, they rescheduled the pick up for today 10/28 and no one showed up, I just called and asked where the pick up team was, they said that they were refusing to come back when they never showed up. I’m waiting to hear back from Ashley’s, according to Ashraf a member of management is supposed to call me today It’s been 3 weeks and Ashley’s furniture refuses to give me a refund or come back to get the wrong couches that I did not purchase. I will update my post as soon as I hear back from Ashley’s

It’s funny how so many of these great reviews have pictures from the showroom. We purchased almost $12k in furniture when we moved back to California 3 years ago. This included an extended warranty from a third-party. Less than three years later, the loveseat is falling apart so we called the extended warranty company. They don’t answer the phone so we submitted a claim online. Six weeks later I still haven’t heard back from the warranty company. I called Ashley furniture and they sent a technician to my house and he confirmed that the loveseat is falling apart with broken bolts. Underneath this thing looks like it was put together for a 3rd grade project. The technician confirmed it should be covered by the extended warranty. I called the Ashley furniture store in Colton and reached a call center in another country. Explaining the story three times to three different people. The store manager said they couldn’t do anything and transferred me to the corporate office. I explained the problem to the receptionist and she said she would transfer me to someone who could help. She then transferred to a call-center in another country. I looked up the corporate office and called them again. I explained the situation again and a different receptionist transferred me to a call-center in another country. All I want is for Ashley to refund my money for this garbage sofa and loveseat and for the warranty that does no good. Ashley knows the warranty is no good which is why they no longer use the company and have their own extended warranties. The customer service at all levels is trash. I wouldn’t buy a toilet mat from Ashley furniture at this point. UPDATE: You’ll notice below that Ashley responded and said to email them. I did and and still haven’t heard from anyone. The automated response is for show only. They don’t care!! UPDATE #2 (4/23/23) Still haven’t received a phone call from anyone.

I should have known to check online pricing before buying. We made three trips to the store in total, each time staff was available and friendly while giving us space to shop. Raquel helped us with our purchase and appeared to have gone out of her way to get us the best deal possible. Within an hour after we left I pulled up the Ashley website to show our friends what set we had just purchased and found it cheaper online with a second promotion at checkout. Also found they offered free delivery which was not mentioned or offered to us in store. Instead Raquel spoke to the manager to package a discount into the items to off set the cost, this store discount was still higher than Ashley's online prices for each item. The next day I called and Roxanne helped us over the phone to give us the free delivery option and price match the online sale and promotion. She ordered a check for us for the difference, we paid mostly in cash but she explained they don't give cash back at the store and it'll take about 3 weeks for us to get the check, I agreed. We are getting back just over $600 on one couch and loveseat set which I believe should have been our price from the very start. Roxanne explained the pricing of Colton Ashley is not the same as the corporate Ashley website. As a consumer, we don't care, we just want the best price possible for our hard earned income. I appreciate Roxanne for making it easy on us to get just that in the end. As a consumer I feel we may have been taken advantage of during the sales process, maybe it was an oversight, either way Roxanne helped make things right. Update: Some things are going downhill after purchase. Furniture itself I am really enjoying so that's a plus. The delivery experience, guys were nice and professional, quick in and out, dealing with their automated service and customer service was tedious. They send an text update to call them with any issues around our delivery window then when I did and they updated the information in their notes, we still kept getting text messages to confirm the original information. When calling a second time, they had no line of sight to the original edits. Also, typically when we get a delivery we get the driver calling us when they are on their way, this is great if you need to talk to them for any reason. Ashely has an automated system call you which could have been an issue since my notes were I had to run out to get my kids from school and would be right back, they came within minutes of this. Also, when we were sold the warranty we were told the warranty was through Ashley, she stressed it as a selling point, one which we could not care either way but when the email came in from Reguard is almost was deleted as junk mail not knowing who they were, we should have been informed to look for this. Fortunately I opened it and it said we had to set up our account but the only link that worked in their email was an unsubscribe one which only shows up correctly on pc, on iphone it just says "click here" and so I opted out of emails to set up my own warranty simply trying to find a link that worked in their email. Next I go direct to Reguard to set up the account, it needs to send a confirmation code to your email which never comes in, so I request it again, still nothing. I do like the furniture but the logistics of the process needs some work.

Poor communication and an overall bad experience! I purchased a dining room set that was to be delivered on Saturday the 12th of June. The delivery date was listed on my invoice and I also confirmed the date by way of text through Ashleys automated system. I received a call on the date of delivery at 3pm telling me that my delivery was never scheduled. This was even after the girl on the phone said she saw my text confirmation on the computer and had no explanation for what happened. She said she would find out what happened and call me back. I never received a call back and I wasted a whole day waiting for them, but wait, there's more. I called them the following day to try and get some answers, only to be told once again that they didn't know what happened. I told the girl on the phone I would not be able to take time off of work to wait for the purchase, which, I was hoping to have by the following weekend. She offered to refund my delivery fee if I would consider a different date, I said I would call her back. The following day I confirmed with my boss that I could take a day off to accommodate this new delivery date, so I called and accepted her offer and we reschedule for June 16th. This delivery date was again confirmed by them on the phone. Guess what? I received a voicemail from another Ashley employee on the 15th stating that the earliest they could get me my purchase would be on the 20th, Fathers Day. Fathers Day is the reason I wanted this dining set to be in my home in the first place. Ashley Furniture, Why are you setting up and confirming delivery dates that you have no intention of keeping? I called the store only to be told to call back and dial a different option, which I did and requested a refund. I was told it would take 15 days to process since I paid on a credit card. 15 Days? So now, I don't get a dining room set and have to wait another 2 weeks to get my money back. Really sad since I liked the set.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst place to buy furniture from. Where do I even begin with the incompetence? First I wrote down my address....WROTE it down and gave it to them when they asked me for it, and then on my receipt my address was wrong, not even like misspelled it was just completely wrong! Then I went back and had them correct it and then on the day of delivery they delivered it to STATER BROTHERS 2 miles from my house. Let's talk about the delivery day matter of fact. They told us that they could bundle all of our items and have them shipped to us on the same day which sounded great! right? WRONG!! on the day the items were supposed to be delivered they called us and told us that our items were available for pickup at the warehouse... Then we had to drive down there, and they told us that our orders are being delivered on two separate dates when they told us that they were going to bundle everything and DELIVER it to us on the same day. After we got that "sorted out," we patiently awaited our delivery date. When that day came they called at about 7 in the morning to verbally confirm the delivery, after they had texted me about 5 times to confirm the delivery date, and because I didn't answer the phone call for a delivery that was set for 2:00 - 6:00 they canceled my order and rescheduled me for about a week later. What is the point of texting me to confirm if they're going to cancel my delivery the day of for not answering a phone call that came HOURS before the delivery was even supposed to be made? then we called to see if they could salvage the delivery and they told us that it hadn't been rescheduled and would still be arriving as promised. When the truck got here I rejoiced, and then they brought out 1/8th of my order and said that was all they had for us. When I called them, they said the rest of my order is in their warehouse.... I can't even begin to describe how much I wanted to punch someone in the face. now I have to wait because they want to be stupid. As if that's not bad enough, while we were there once we heard a couple having the exact same struggle we are having now. in fact whenever we've been there, there has always been someone there complaining about deliveries or something going wrong with their orders, or some other frustration. If you value peace of mind or good service DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY'S! I've had better service from no name furniture stores. save yourself the headache.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had the worst experience with Ashley’s back in June 2020 I went into the store super excited to buy a new living room set, I found a huge sectional that I loved, plus coffee tables and nightstands that I was so happy with I put about $700 dollars down on this furniture and financed the rest. I was pleased with the deal. I was expecting to go home with my furniture that day or possibly the next day, however here we are in August and I have not received my furniture. They had told me in the store back in June when I purchased the furniture that they didn’t have it and that it would be in on August 8th. I was disappointed with that but I liked the furniture so much that I was willing to wait. August 8th came and went. The warehouse called and said they still didn’t have my furniture and that it would be in on August 22. I was upset at this point because they weren’t giving me any answers to why I still didn’t have my furniture, my husband called to find out what was going on and all they did was transfer him to one department after another and he had to explain the situation 5 times to 5 different people finally we were given an explanation as to what caused the delay. Apparently due to “Covid” they have been backed up and orders have been delayed due to shipping and manufacturing. This is the part that upset me, it’s why didn’t they tell me this back in June when I bought the couches and tables? It’s because they wanted the sale. If they were honest like they should have been in the beginning about the types of delays they were experiencing, I probably would have took my business else where. But the sales guy failed to inform me that they were having these issues. So now here we are in mid August and I’m thinking my couches will be here on August 22, however we received a call yet again that our couches won’t be here until September 12.. At this point I’m just over it. That excitement that I had walking into Ashley’s in June was gone. I’m not even excited about a new living room set anymore they took that from me. I’m at the point where I’m going to ask for a refund and take my business else where. I went into Ashley’s in June because I truly needed that furniture in June, not July, not August and not September. It’s completely wrong to expect a customer to have to wait 3 months for furniture. They should have been honest with me from day one. However now just recently they have posted on the website that they are experiencing extreme delays with orders, but that notice was not there back in June nor was any sales person honest about it. Please beware that if you need your furniture immediately DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEYS or you will be waiting months and months for your stuff.

go to Jerome’s instead. Better service and prices are more negotiable. Honestly one place I will never return to or refer anyone to go to is Ashley’s. Place is overpriced and they always have something up their sleeve to try and get you. I went in and was helped by Kevin Tran. Nice guy and he actually tried to help me out. But when it came down to numbers, his manager Vincent (younger Mexican) tried to swindle me. He stated I could get a “big discount” which he usually isn’t suppose to do but because I’m paying cash he was making an exception for me. I ran the numbers and wasn’t comfortable with what he was providing me. He stated that day would be the only day to give me that promotion price since it was slow for productivity. I stated I would wait since a lot of the merchandise wasn’t even available until a month out. I got a call the next day from Kevin who stated he would try to help. The price for everything was around 3400 but when I ran the numbers I got around 2900 almost 3000. I asked Kevin to get the price to that and we had a deal. He stated he would call me later and let me know. I was in the area and decided to just go back but with all the cash available. I spoke with Kevin who stated that the deal wasn’t able to be made. I told him I ran the numbers and they where off. I asked if he could run the numbers again. He did and the price went down to 3000 with change. I informed him of what I got. Which exactly was 2925.14. I informed him that on his system the taxes where higher, and the price for certain items where higher. He called Vincent over and over Vincent there wasn’t much he could do anymore because that was in his system and he couldn’t move it. He gave me an attitude and stated, “ you should have bought it yesterday and you wouldn’t have this problem.” I informed him I would have paid more yesterday. He then stated if I didn’t like the price there wasn’t much he could do and then walked away. I informed him, in his position he shouldn’t act like that with potential buyers/customers just because it didn’t go his way. I then showed him that his system was wrong when he ran the numbers. The item showed up at 1699 but behind the scenes the original price was 1949 and the so called discount was based off of the 1949 not the sale price of 1699 which made The Whole amount be off by over $120. I informed him that the are swindling people and cutting people who don’t run numbers right short and making pay for something they don’t know. I walked out after arguing with him. Kevin called me a few minutes later and stated they could make the deal if I returned. I informed him that it’s not about the money anymore. Vincent had so much pride and made it a personal issue so I would go else where. Which is exactly what I did. For the same amount I would have paid at Ashley’s I went to Jerome’s in Moreno Valley and got more things. Kitchen table with chairs, center counsel, bedroom set, and couches. I was helped by Harry who was straight up about everything and gave me my time and space to look around. Better environment and furniture. I would recommend this place every time over Ashley’s.

I have been a returning Ashley's customer for many years now and have a credit line with them. My 1st visit to the store I was only taking measurements, pictures and getting prices. I was unsure if certain couches would fit so I told them I will need to come back. They kept insisting I buy the couch that night and upon delivery if it doesn't fit then I just don't accept and send it back? That's the worst plan I have ever heard. I would have to returm to the store and pick out another couch and then wait even longer for it to be delivered. I return a few days later and purchased the couch, Only because I was able to get it down to 60% off. I needed a couch ASAP and made that very clear and they told me I would have it with in 2 days. So after going through with the order I find out only 1 of the 2 pieces was available immediately. It wasn't even available or delivery, So I arranged for warehouse pick up a few days later. When I returned with the couch the power supply package is nowhere to be found. So I called the warehouse and spent a couple days going back-and-forth, they located it and left it at the store for me to pick up. I had asked them to send me a picture of it to make sure it was the right one before wasting over 2 hours. Of course it was the wrong plug. Now i have to call the warehouse again going back-and-forth few more days until they find the correct power cords. I finally drive out to pick up the power cords because now I have had the couch for over a week and haven't been able to use it. When I get there only one of the power cords is there, so now I have to wait for them to try and locate another 1, luckily they were able to. I ran into the sales guy and told him I didn't like the way the 2 couches would fit and I wanted to possibly exchange or return. At this point I still only have the one piece and the 2nd piece is due to be delivered in 3 days. He called me over to where he was talking with his manager and he said that since I picked the couch up and I cannot return or exchange it. I tried to explain that I have just gone through a whole mess of trying to get the damn power supply in order to even use the couch so I wasnt even using it? I have the power supply in my hand I told him, how is the couch not still not brand new? Still they kept saying there was nothing that could be done, so I asked why did you tell me when i get the delivery I could send it back if I didn't like it? Supposedly that policy is only for delivered products. So anybody shopping for furniture here or anywhere just be careful and try to ask as many questions as possible because they will tell you whatever you want or need to hear to make purchase.

I would like to thank Ron at Ashley Furniture for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. Ron really went above and beyond to assist us and was so understanding of our needs to furnish an assisted living apartment for my Grandfather; which has been very stressful. Ron took his time with us and gave us space and the patience we so required. He never once pressured us nor did he make us feel like we had to buy something. We couldn't find a headboard or bed option to suit us and Ron was so supportive to not persist on the subject. He was genuinely sympathetic to the fact that the store didn't have what we needed. We turned our attention to a dining table (an exact replica to one we previously purchased during Ashley's Black Friday event during Thanksgiving). Ron blew us away by matching the Black Friday sales price on the table. It should also be noted that Ron was willing to go to whatever lengths he could to get us what we required delivered as soon as possible (by the date we needed it) and at the best price possible. Ron took our needs to heart and wanted us to leave happy. We appreciate so much the time that Ron took with us yesterday and we were so lucky to meet someone with such a kind spirit. We never once felt like we were talking to a sales person. Talking to Ron was like talking to an actual friend. And to cap off an already wonderful store experience, Ron gifted us with an Ashley gift card. That generous, kind gesture really made our day! THANK YOU RON!!! I would also like to take this opportunity to thank an Ashley sales associate I should have reviewed way back during Ashley's Black Friday event. My recent hectic duties have prevented me from finding the time to write a review, but I have never forgotten the kindness shown to me by Linda. Like Ron, Linda is an amazing professional at her job. She treats her customers with respect and shows them true patience. She diligently showed us all our options with regards to furnishing my Grandmother's assisted living studio. We only had 48 hours to get the apartment ready and we needed a sales associate who was efficient and fast. Linda was just that! She gave us space to choose from the options she presented and was quick to keep all our items jotted down and in order so they could be placed into the computer system later. She was super understanding when we had issues with payment and worked with the billing department to make certain we were not charged twice. Linda is the type of person you instantly feel like you've known forever. She can gauge what a customer might need just by asking a few questions. She has superb skills at recommending just the right items. Many of the items we bought were actually Linda's suggestions. Before this visit, we had only been to furniture stores that pressure their customers, so we were fearful of that same issue. We worried for nothing, because Linda totally stamped out any preconceptions we had about furniture salespersons. Linda never hustled us and gave the impression she had all the time in the world to devote to us and our needs. Linda made us feel like special customers, which was exactly what we needed. Please do reward and recognize Linda for her exceptional customer service skills. And...Rose should be given a shout-out because she took the time to explain the easiest way to review these two fine sales associates online. Rose was so accommodating and welcoming and honestly just a friendly, bubbly person to meet. Rose took the time to chat with us and we shared some of our family struggles with her. She listened intently and really sympathized with our recent stressful family events. It is a rare thing for someone to take the time to listen like that. Rose devoted her time to us and that meant a great deal. She has a level of compassion that is needed in the furniture selling business. We are very lucky to have met her.

If I can give Ashley Furniture less than one star I would. Their customer service is horrible. They will not exchange or take back anything even if you are willing to pay a restocking charge, yet it is not posted anywhere.. If Ashley Furniture disclosed that every sale is final...and posted "no returns or exchanges" like they are suppose too..no one would buy anything... We purchased furniture and we did not know how it would fit in our room and unfortunately we purchase too many piece. When they deliver the furniture they back ordered two piece which we were not aware of it until the day of the delivery. Two weeks later they deliver the last two piece and at that point we realize that it was too many pieces. I right away called and asked about returning some pieces and exchanging them but I was told there were no returns or exchanges but I could talk to the manager and I could tell him my situation.. The next morning me and my husband went to talk to Alfredo the store manager but Alfredo would not talk to us...he was too busy.. so we talked to Katherine, a manager, who is worthless because she has an attitude.. from the moment she walked up...she sounded like a robot saying "we do not take back returns...over and over. I asked her to show me on the contract where it said there are no returns or exchange....and she could not show me. However it does state no returns or refunds on "Closeouts, Accessories, As-is, or mattresses", which our purchases was none of those. We did not want our money back we just wanted to select something smaller. The tags were still on all the pieces. I told them I would wait to talk to store manager... however he still would not come out to talk to us. The regional manager John Santos came out to talk to us...but before we can say a word he said "you are not going to like my answer".. he said it over and over with out listening to us. He made it clear that his job was to look out for the company.. making a customer happy was not a priority.. Obviously Ashely Furniture does not care about customer service.....Buyers beware...once Ashley Furniture takes your money... to not expect the any help with after the sale. Ashley Furniture should be ashame to have those manager represent them.. I will never.. never buy one item from Ashley Furniture. Every person I talk to I tell them to not buy from Ashley Furniture.. even if they are not looking for furniture..

I REALLY like Ron Cole (not completely sure of the spelling- I called in and described him, and got his name because, I'm sorry, I had forgotten it). We found him in the back by the mattresses on our last visit. He is so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and humble. We were connected by him with John, the district manager, to find on the floor what we had found online and wanted to see in person. John's no-nonsense approach, knowledge and assistance led us to make a purchase and turned my opinion of this Ashley Furniture location around. John tried to find the set in the showroom for us, as he knew exactly which one we were after and had seen it before, and then when it wasn't there, he found it in another location, and had that store manager send a picture of it through his cell phone, to give us a better idea of the look/texture than what was pictured online. He gave his opinion of that set, in relation to another onsite that we were considering, and it led us to make a trip to the West Covina location, where we were met by Scott, the store manager, who was also great, and where we eventually made the purchase. We picked up the set at the warehouse the following weekend in Colton, assembled it ourselves, and everything went smooth, as personally guaranteed by John. We were very pleased with our last visit. I write this review 1) because I like the Ashley brand, and 2) for these three individuals, so shoppers will not be discouraged by the hard sell tactics of some of the salespeople there. I've visited Ashley before and walked out because of the nonsense, but because I like the brand, or like in this case, a couple of dining set options, I've come back, to try it again with someone else. This last visit, instead of leaving as we started to and usually do, we came back in and found someone else that we could work with and we ended up very happy that we did. I'm recommending that if you like the furniture and the prices, but you don't care for your salesperson, get someone else. There's some good folks in there, when you find them- and if you can't, ask for John.

I agree on the other postings....however be very cautious. I made purchases in dec &had to pay cash for a sale item.no problem with that but i just received a certified letter from ashley saying i owe them for the sale item.because they do not answer there phones&due to the sale item was paid for in 1st sale&carried over to 2nd sale (this do to purchasing beds at ashleys&found better beds at another store.i tried contacting Ashley for 3days with no answer on phones so i sent email to see if they wanted to match price or work with me on the sale.got email back saying sorry for communication problems but nothing about working with me).i had put a hold on that check&after wairing for 2more daysi canceled that check (at this time ive orfered&purchased but still have nothing.this taking almost 3weeks before i canceled check)same day i canceled i sent email to manager&went to store&redid the purchase leaving off the beds &added a chair.remember i paid cash for sale item at the 1st purchase just needed to pick up.redid the order leaving off the beds&sale item.now today may 5,2017...6months after my purchases ashley sends me certified letter saying i owe for the sale item.contact store in72hours to make arrangements.no phone numbers to call,no addresses...nit even a name ir signature...&i have called 6times tofay&phone just rings&rings... Is this a scam? Or just poor buisness?ir soneone stole my cash when i purchased during holuday sales&they -the store lost it?i had 3ppl not related to me there when i purchased the items&what happened. Like i said i agree with the store has lots of choices.its laid back so you can take your time&try items out your way without being bothered.but what is this with 6months later teying get more money out of me?thats bad buisness.heck i had to hire someone to go pick up the sale item they would not deliver sale item with the furnture i purchased&im disabled &offered to pay them to deliver the bed frame with other furniture&was told by management-understand your disabled &going to have to hire someone to feliver but no we will not deliver sale items.thank you for your purchase though.niw who is wrong here?

Visited the store on 3/26 and I totally went in to look for a new living room sofa and dining table. They were having a sale with 33% off all furniture which I thought was a pretty good deal. We were greeted by a sales rep named Brian Glass. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. We found exactly what we were looking for as it fit our style perfectly. As we were walking through the show room, this bed frame caught our eye. Brian told us that if we were in the market to buy a mattress, we may be able to get enough store credit back which would wash out the price of the bed frame. The bed frame itself was over $1300 dollars. We checked our some bed, first one we were lead to was a Tempurpedic mattress on an adjustable frame. We loved the idea of having an adjustable bed but the mattress was over budget. Next next thing he showed us was a Stearns and Forster mattress which felt great. It was half the price of the other mattress so that was a plus. I asked Brian to run both numbers so I can see the price difference. Because we bought more than one item, the manager discounted the furniture (except the mattress and adjustable stand) even more to nearly half off! We ended up going with the Stearns mattress. Brian said a few items were backordered but could have most of our furniture delivered the following weekend. He gave me his number in case there were any issues so we can contact him directly. Following weekend came and no delivery. I called the warehouse and they said they had us scheduled to deliver on 4/15. I called Brian to see what happened and told me he would see what was going on. He called me back saying someone made an error and gave away an item which then became backordered which is why our date was changed. He said he was able to reach them and have them deliver our bed later that day along with the adjustable frame and that hey would have the dining table and most of the couch delivered the next day. Because of the error, he gave us $200 in store credit which was a nice gesture for going above and beyond. Most sales reps wouldn't go this extent to maintain customer satisfaction be Brian Glass exceeded my expectations. We got all our furniture except for one piece of the couch and the head/foot board which we were aware of. Very pleased with the overall experience and the delivery team. They called and gave me a window time both deliveries and showed up on time. There are a lot of mixed reviews about the company but I think they have turned the ship around. They've earned my future business. Go see Brian Glass if you want the same experience as I did.

Copying my review from Yelp. Avoid this place like the plague!! We purchased our living room and master bedroom sets a year ago. My recollection of everything may be a bit hazy, but I'll try my best. When we ordered our living room set we were told the couch was back ordered by approx 6 weeks (p.s. I love how she told us this after we'd been there close to 3 hours and had pretty much signed everything and were ready to go). We'd get the love seat and rug, along with the tables and decorative accents. I was not happy (we have a big family, what was a love seat going to do for us?!), but my husband was okay with it so I went along with it. We were given a delivery date. Said date rolls around, we did NOT receive a call the day before informing us of the delivery time window; I did not call because we'd been told prior that they can call as late as 7pm. I ended up calling them the morning of delivery and was told it was a morning drop off. I explained that wouldn't work as neither of us were home and we had no one to accept the couch (could've worked something out, had we known). I was told they'd keep it on the truck, and when it returned to the warehouse I'd get a call giving me another delivery date and time. 2 days goes by, no call. I call back and was told the couch was backordered and it'd be another 3 weeks!!! I completely lost it and after speaking to a manager and going off, somehow our couch was miraculously available and would be delivered the next day. Fine. We were happy with the purchase for about 4 months. By that time it had already started to sag, the couch cushions were going flat, etc. Fast forward to now, to put it plainly, I HATE these couches. The middle is completely broken and it dips. God forbid you sit in the middle, you need a lift just to get up. We do not allow our children to jump on the furniture, we do not do anything other than sit on the couches. There is no reason as to why they should not be holding up. The cushions are flat, the pillows are flat, the material on the back of the couch is sagging and looks weird. Part of the reason we picked this certain set was the color. It's a dark blue gray and we thought, with 4 small kids, it would hide spills or dirt well. Nope! Although we clean it, you can still see every little stain. Our bedroom furniture has held up okay. I love our dresser, and am in love with the design of the bed frame. Still, that is not enough for me to ever step foot in this store again. They've recently laid off hundreds upon hundreds of their workers. I wonder if it was due to declining sales. Maybe if they put time and effort into their product, they'd get business. Please please please look elsewhere. If you can't find anything, save your money!! Save yourself the headache of dealing with Ashley's and their worthless product.

The sales people and managers at this location are the WORST!!! We spent 2 hours waiting for the sales guy to complete the sale then a regional manager stepped in and told him that they couldn't approve the sale because they would not deliver the furniture to a different address then what was on our account there. They claimed it was a type of fraud protection even though I verified my identity with my license and other credit cards. He was very rude and condescending. I felt bad for the sales guy because he was really trying to help us. Later that night he called us and told us to come back and he would honor the deal (of which I had a copy of) and we could deliver anywhere. I mean we are paying $129 for it so you would think they would do it. I ended up calling corporate to issue a complaint and they had never heard of such a policy. I ended up going back because it was a good deal. This time the sales guy was not there and instead the manager helped us. BAD IDEA!!! He refused to look at the original invoice which had a grand total including tax of $1877. We spent another 2 hours dealing with him ending in an invoice of $2700...WTF! We again tried to show him the invoice. He finally looked at it and when we went up to pay the total he came up with was $2100...WTF AGAIN!!! We again showed him that the original deal from 2 days before was $1877 including tax. He tried to say it did not include tax so I guess GRAND TOTALS do not include tax???? We were at our wits end and even the ladies at the pay station were frustrated with the manager. Finally I said I was done and just wanted to pay and purchase my furniture. The manager then turned to the pay desk girls and told them to cancel everything...HUH!!! He then told me that he would not sell me anything. I was being very patient and just wanted to pay for my furniture and go. Now the guy refused to sell it to me. This was the most upsetting sales experience of my life. This guy made me feel so terrible and belittled. I will never shop at Ashley furniture again!!! I urge you to stay away as well.

BEWARE of GIFT CARDS - On August 2013 we made a purchase at Ashley Furniture. The sales person and manager both advertised us a savings for furnitures we purchasd by giving us a "$50 Gift Card" for each furniture sets purchased. We ended up purchasing 2 furniture sets for $2,700, and after we had signed and completed the transaction, we were then given 2 $50 Gift Cards for $100 total. Fast forward this month, December 2013. We went to make another purchase at Ashley Furniture hoping to use our 2 $50 Gift Cards. We were then told by another sales person (Bob) and his manager that they couldn't honor both Gift Cards on a $400 piece of furniture we wanted because the furniture was already discounted from it's MSRP price of $800. The manager then proceeded to show us a small print on the back of the $50 Gift Card that says not valid on promotions, and he proceeded to tell me because everything in Ashley Furniture is priced below their MSRP he considers that as a promotion and will only honor our Gift Cards if we pay the steeper MSRP price which is over a 100% markup of their current sales price. In other words, Ashley Furniture will have to charge up the price of that piece of furniture to it's MSRP of $800 for us to even use our $100 total Gift Cards. We couldn't even purchase a $200 carpet rug because their MSRP markup was supposedly $300! Why bother using a $100 in total Gift Cards when we would have to pay the MSRP of $300 for the exact same carpet any outside person can just walk in and purchase it on the store's $200 current price? What kind of Gift Cards are these? The manager even had the nerve to tell me these are not really Gift Cards like the ones you get from other retailers, and pulled out about 6-7 of the same $50 Gift Cards from his shirt pocket to show us he could just hand them out freely to complete any sale. So if they're not really Gift Cards, then why does the card themselves say "Gift Cards" on them? The salesperson also had the nerve to ask us if it's okay that he rings up the $400 bedroom chest we wanted as $800 MSRP instead, so we could then use our $100 total Gift Cards. Insulting! If we had known about this, we wouldn't have made the original furniture purchase in the first place at Ashley Furniture. But we didn't know this because, the salesperson and manager both were selling this to us as saving $100 on a Gift Card, and we didn't receive this Gift Card until AFTER the transaction was completed, signed, and scheduled for delivery to even check it out. This is a complete false advertising on a product. We have filed a complaint with the BBB regarding Ashley Furniture's business sales practices.
