This was our first purchase of any kind and we chose to purchase a couch and love seat. Paul was very helpful in finding us the right set and Trevor added to Paul's excellent customer service by providing us a substantial mark down. We elected to pay in full instead of financing but the outcome no doubt would've been the same as far as service. We did, however. had a situation with the delivery date after we were set up with Paul & Trevor for Saturday, 2/28/26, as this was the only date we had available due to my receiving my chemo treatments the following week, as well as other medical appts and events already scheduled and could not be changed. The gentleman that called us to inform us that the agreed delivery date was not available and was very rude and completely uncooperative in finding a suitable solution to our needs. We proceeded to reach out to the Colton center but was unsuccessful and only got redirected to the global customer service several times. It's unreal that reaching the actual Colton Center was basically impossible. It was at this point that thru sheer luck that Paul had provided his cell phone number to us when we met him that my wife was able to reach him - even on his day off. Paul was just as upset as we were about the unavailability in the agreed delivery date originally set up and somehow managed to re-acquire the agreed date. Somehow he reached out to the management involved with this complaint of ours and was successful in correcting the situation to its original agreed delivery date. As for the delivery, Jose and the other gentleman was more than professional in every aspect of how a proper delivery should be handled. They were both courteous and respectful of our home, being completely careful not to damage our new furniture as well as our home. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience even with the slight hiccup of the delivery date having been temporarily unavailable until Paul corrected the situation. We will definitely continue to keep Ashley at the top of our list for any further furnishing needs we may have in the near future. Thank you.

Just purchased 2 beautiful lazy boy recliners but one had a noise like something was rubbing called lazy boy they sent out a technician who arrived on time and was very professional. The technician fix the problem and now there’s no noises

We made the drive to Colton bc the reviews were amazing.... let me tell you....Colton exceeded our expectations for Customer Services amd for products available. We will go back. Special thank you to Q who assisted us in our $16,000 purchase and to Trevor, who took care of us and fixed an issue that Palm Desert would not fix. You both did us right and WE WILL BE BACK!!

Went into the store in Colton, CA looking for a new couch and came away with that, a coffee table and a whole bedroom set thanks to Mushtaq Ahmad. He was extremely knowledgeable and well versed in the companies products, pricing and details. Was willing to walk back and forth through the store and move around things to show it would work best for us. He was never pushy and gave room for us to decide without pressure like other places do. I would highly recommend working with him for your needs and Ashely has a new customer with us for future items, as long as we can keep working with Mushtaq. (See him below 🙂)

The sales associate would not give us even three feet of space and aggressively pushed pieces that were not our style. When I explained I was looking for something vintage, she insisted a clearly modern item was “modern vintage” — it wasn’t. It was uncomfortable, overwhelming, and honestly exhausting. Meanwhile, other customers were able to browse freely without someone trailing them. Furniture shopping should feel relaxing and inspiring. I wanted to leave feeling excited and creative. It shouldn’t feel like a surveillance experience. We left and will not be returning. This is exactly why people shop online

Jack took me to a number of different options for a dresser. He gave a detailed explanation of the product. Once I selected what I wanted, the entire transaction was completed efficiently and effectively.

Ordered automatic base for bed to raise it up and down said it had Alexa attachments named off everything but nobody knows how to program it to put the base on my frame they had to destroy the drawers that were in it and glue them back on then they said that the bed was slipping around. I would need to buy pads since I’ve already spent $4000. I didn’t feel like buying $40 worth of pads I felt they should’ve included that wasn’t too impressed at all with them.

I reached out to him after the purchase to double check pricing since we noticed the website had a sale. We’re satisfied with the sofas we purchased, however there’s two things I’m not happy with. 1: the salesman Daryl Jetter mentioned a few times that if we didn’t use the warranty, at the end of the 5 years we would get a refund for the amount, but looking at the invoice, doesn’t say nothing about a refund,only a credit towards a purchase. 2: he also said that we were going to get a battery pack included and the delivery man would install it and explain to us how to use it, when I asked the driver about it he didn’t know nothing about it, he said if anything it would be shipped separately, that he never delivers battery packs, again, looked at the invoice and no mention of a battery pack. We were set to buy the sofas, we didn’t need to be lied to, other than that, we’re satisfied.

The buying experience at Ashleigh was enjoyable and quick. I knew what I wanted and the gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and helped me find a quality sofa I loved and within my budget. The delivery process was amazing, keeping me up to date on delivery date, time window and truck stop status. Super helpful! And the sofa is so comfy and beautiful!

My experience buying beds frames was worst ever, because the person who finalized the purchase, he assured us delivery people will come and take every thing up on floor and then assemble them too, I paid purchase by cash. But on delivery day every thing went against what he said they just put my 2 beds frames at my door and left. Later I contacted ashley sales company they said your status is like that. My question is that why sale person trick and do scams at purchasing time and later they put different status online. This is totally a scam.they should be honest to customers. I give - and negative 0 😱 purchasing experience to ashley..

If I could give it a zero I would. I came in today January 27, 2026 to look around and show my fiancée different options of mattresses and once I came in the store associate was walking fast and showed us the cali king mattresses and took off. I advised him I was looking to buy within the next months but who knows if he would have provided better service instead of brushing us off, we could have bought right then and there. He left and came back to tell us that his manager told him to stay with us, and makes a ridiculous comment, “ I guess I need to babysit you guys.” I continued showing my fiancée the mattresses and he just sat down. He then comes up to us and tells us why don’t we comeback next month cause regardless everything was going to get changed out. I understand if things got changed out, but I ca always order it online. This is probably the rudest person I’ve ever met.

The table arrived damaged. I submitted appropriate photos and claim and was told table would be replaced following week. Instead of replacing, they sent a service technician and did not bring replacement table. The service technician also agreed needed to be replaced and delivery for replacement was scheduled following week. On the day of delivery, no one contacted me to let me know that the table would not be delivered due to not arriving at warehouse. After waiting for delivery, I had to communicate with a bot and unable to speak with live person to problem solve and delivery is delayed until next week. It’s been incredibly frustrating. I will not buy from Ashley again.

This last shopping trip, I think I must’ve been in and out of the store at least 3 times before buying my Furniture. I was approached by Steven C who was extremely nice, knowledgeable, friendly and had a great attitude. I told him I was really looking around for a bedroom set. The second time I came in I told him the same thing and finally last week I went back in to buy it and I asked for him. He came over and remembered what I was looking at and said thank you so much for coming back. He had a lot of customers and each time he would come back and say hey, I’m gonna go over here and write this customer up and I’ll be right back and he always did.. Whenj I find someone who’s not really pushy yet super friendly and nice, I will always go back in and ask for that same person. I am looking for additional furniture in the next couple of months and I will always go to him. He has a wonderful personality.

4 stars for matching competitors pricing I stopped in to do some casual furniture shopping so I could begin to get an idea what I might want to replace my current couch. I was not intending to buy anything on this shopping trip but i found the couch that I liked at a reasonable price. My spouse was not with me so I found the item online to send him a link. I noticed the exact same item from an online vendor Luna at least $1,000 cheaper than offered at Ashley. The salesman who was helping me, Al, I said that they price match competitors. I was doubtful they would match such a significant difference but he and his manager honored their policy, even saying they want my business and don't want me to go elsewhere. I ended up buying a couch and two chairs and they made me a great deal on a rug. I saved nearly $3,000 total in this price match! 0 Stars for being pushy salesmen Of course they wanted to sell me other items, they were particularly pushing their fancy Tempur-Pedic mattress. They pushed this very very very hard and ended up coming down quite a bit in order to try to close the deal but my husband could not imagine spending over $3,000 - that was the discount price - for a mattress. This is the one thing that I don't like about going into places like Ashley. They don't know when to stop pushing when their customers say no. They never stopped pushing me with continued comments during the payment process - about not being able to understand how my husband could say no and how he was making such a big mistake and how he was costing himself so much money in the future by not buying now. I'm not denying the deal they were offering was good but I said no several times and even got on the phone with my husband, as a way to try to appease them that I was actually thinking about it, so they'd stop pushing me. My husband wasn't even there and he was annoyed and actually asked me to just walk out and then we buy the couches online from Luna. Maybe they're used to being able to bully people into buying stuff. I'm unlikely to return to Ashley in the future to buy mattress. Hindsight, I should have just left and purchased my items from the online retailer Luna that they were price matching.

Dec.9th, arrived at Colton Ashley Store knowing what I was going to buy. Purchased leather recliner, it was available, in stock & ready for delivery. Transaction was straight-forward. Emily V. was our sales person. Dates offered as available delivery dates were Dec.13, 19, 22, 23. I opted for Dec.23 and next day I reconfirmed w.Emily the delivery date n address, expressing desire to have it delivered just before Christmas. Emily confirmed, further assuring I would be contacted prior to delivery. On Dec.23, I set-aside whole day as delivery window time was unknown. Called Emily, no return call, no text, no email. Called Ashley Store, spoke w.Steven & was informed my item was not on delivery schedule. Steven offered delivery date of Dec.31 or Jan.2. Of course, and w.good reason, this was upsetting 😡 😑. Today, Dec. 24, still attempting to communicate w. Emily V. and still, no courtesy return call, no text, nor email. Colton Ashley Store, even given ample time, botched delivery & upset this part of our household Christmas. The lack of communication & botched delivery & lack of rectifying situation speaks volumes about this establishment. Zero stars.

After one of the most disappointing experiences, I had visiting the store. I returned to cancel my order the same day. However, upon returning to the store, I spoke to the manager, and he completely took care of my situation along with another associate that I did not get the name of. I walked in there, upset with the earlier visit and this manager and associate with complete professionalism and the best customer service I have ever experienced turned the purchase around. I could not be mad at all when I left that store after dealing with the manager and associate. My family and I have bought our furniture from this store for at least the last 20 years and with this customer service I received today to make the situation right we will continue to purchase furniture there.

Liz was patient and helpful to my husband and I on a third visit. We had very specific criteria because of a small space, and there was not a lot of options. Previously, another associate was short and impatient. Pricing is average-some things are on the higher or lower end with good deals in between. This location also has a clearance section, but selection doesn’t change often.

Just came over here today to buy our furnitures and Patricia who helped us was very accommodating, very helpful and very patient and kind. Its good to have staff like that.

Nice furniture, but expensive, they advertise 60 month loans no interest. But the sales representative push and push for 24 mont or 12. Expensive but nice furniture. Also for what we customer pay we should get all deliver for free!! Yes free, after spending 5k on furniture at less minimum free shipping and free set up the furniture, they also push for the $699 for the shipping or delivery and or white glove delivery. Again after 5k why not free ??? Some of my furniture will not be available till 1 month after the purchase, not fun.

She was friendly and helpful in directing me to the furniture I was looking for, as well as pointing out the different areas of the showroom to look at. I told her I wanted to look on my own and didn't want to take up her time and that I would look for her if I decided to buy something. She ended up staying with me which was really better for me and extremely helpful. I did by a piece of furniture and can't wait to have it delivered. Had to change my review. Upon picking up and assembling my bed, it had two drawers missing from one side. Salesman had said there would be drawers on both sides. Reached out to customer service and still haven’t received a callback. It’s been a month. Don’t trust the salesman and check your order/receipt.

We really like the selection of furniture they have in the store, and there is no pressure. In fact Lino was very helpful and we bought living room furniture as well as my daughter and her husband. The only reason I selected 5 star is good old delivery service has gone out the door they wanted $269.00 to click two backs on recliners and screw 4 legs on a couch. This should be part of the customer service offered not at such a high price . We live less than 20 mins away and are senior citizens as well. Overall I went to 7 places and left with a purchase from Ashley. Thank you

Received a confirmation on the delivery then received another text cancelling the delivery with no other info. Called the Ashley scheduling phone number I was connected to a call center in the Philippines who couldn't help me at all. When I said to just cancel the order I was told I would have to wait 4 or 5 days for someone from the company to call me. When I asked for a direct phone number to call and cancel my order one couldn't be provided. So avoid Ashley Furniture like the plague they'll promise one thing and not deliver. Then send you to talk with someone in the Philippines who has no access to what is needed to support the customer.

We received grate prices over the already discounted prices. Our sales rep Mark gave us great customer service and gave us every discount he could. Thank you ashley!

"BEWARE, CHECK THE PRICE OF ASHLEY'S ONLINE STORE BECAUSE SOME ITEMS COULD BE CHEAPER ON LINE THAN IN THE STORE" (SAME ITEM). Been a customer of Ashley's for many years and been satisfied with their long lasting furniture, but today is the last time I will be buying from them. On Monday my mom bought 4 counter height stools at this store. They had a tag with the price of $100 each. We got charged $400 for all 4 stools, taxes and even bought insurance for them. The sales person Bryant was courteous and very helpful, with the exception of telling us that the stools were sold in pairs, by sets of 2. He provided us with his cell phone number and receipts and we drove next door to the warehouse to pick them up. When we picked them up we realized that two stools came inside a box meaning they were sold in 2's. When we got home we went on Ashley's online and saw that the pair of the same exact stools were $150 meaning each stool was $75. Therefore the store charged us an extra $25 for each stool. We attempted contacting the store several times and the phone number listed for the store was their customer service number not the store. I called Bryant's cell and left two messages, but he never returned our calls. My mom and I drove to the store and requested that they price matched us and credit us back the extra $100 that they had charged us. They stated that they could not price matched and that their prices online did not have to match their prices in the store. The sales rep "Roxy" was rude and had an attitude. I was a bit bother when I walked into the store and instead of being understanding she made me more upset with her demeanor. She obviously has no clue what customer service is. Instead of de-escalading the situation she escalated the situation. She defended her position and the store. She apologized with an attitude and at one point she walked away from me leaving me talking to myself. The store manager "Sham" was sitting next to her and did not intervene nor talk to me until I asked him if he was going to help me. Prior to leaving the store I asked the manager for their names because neither of them had name tags (which is store policy to have name tags on them) and was reluctant to provide me "Roxy's" name stating he didn't feel comfortable providing me her name. Eventually he provided their names. Overall horrible experience.

The buying experience was great but the delivery was not so pleasant. I asked the delivery be made after 12:00 noon and I got a call around 10:30 saying they would arrive in 10 minutes. We adjusted our schedule to meet theirs. I am still waiting on the lamp to be delivered after two phone calls inquiring. I know it’s just a lamp but where is it? Since my last post, and after being promised we would receive our lamp by the 25th with a confirmation email, we have received neither. Now, we are told the lamp is on back order and will receive an email letting us know the status. Good luck people! I will never buy from them again.

Horrible sales guys were nice but I wanted to upgrade a piece I ordered and they all just hung up, wouldn't answer it has taken months to get any response and of course now they declined the upgrade because of the length of time customer service or lack of if Horrible I will never buy from them again. Today we went to Ashley Furniture in Colton, CA and had a relaxing and extremely helpful time! We were there due to a Warranty Exchange and were nervous about what it meant, and what we needed to do. We spoke with Liz Martinez and wow were we well taken care of! She took her time to explain things to us, walk through the process, and not once made us feel hurried or that we HAD to upgrade anything. She didn't once try to talk us out of something in favor of something more expensive. Liz Martinez was kind and patient and must be well respected in her job as she was asked multiple times by other agents for help with something. We felt well cared for and never felt pressured into anything. IF you go to Ashley Furniture, which you should, PLEASE ask for Liz Martinez as it was a comfortable and friendly experience. When I first arrived at the Colton Ashley store, I was immediately met by Kevin N. He was polite and welcoming. I knew what I wanted, a TV entertainment center that I saw online. I saw two but I needed to see them in person. Kevin found and showed me both. We went back and forth between the two until I finally decided on the Bellaby 4 Piece Entertainment Center in white wash. The purchase was easy and I got the white glove delivery. No pictures yet, since it has not been delivered. Once it is and all set up, I will take pictures. Kevin was great, excellent customer service skills. Thank you.

We purchased a couch set here a couple of weeks ago. We got email delivery confirmation, and even a text asking us to lock in the time/date. We made all the arrangements and even gave away some of our old furniture to make way for the new couch. With less than 24 hours notice we got a call from them that the couch was out of stock. We need somewhere to sit! On top of that I got the run-around trying to get answers and they couldn’t even refund my order. They asked that I reach out to this store which I tried calling 8 times and nobody answered. We won’t buy from here ever again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I was informed that I could order a replacement couch cushion at any location, so I went to the Colton store, which is the closest one to me—about 45 minutes away. With a newborn at home, it’s been difficult to get out, but I finally arranged for a sitter so I could make the trip. When I arrived, I explained to a sales associate that I needed to place an order, and they kindly directed me to customer service. Unfortunately, my interaction there was unpleasant. I spoke with a woman named Roxanna, who did not acknowledge me when I approached. After finishing what she was typing, she abruptly asked what I wanted, and from the start her attitude felt dismissive. She then refused to process my order, saying I would need to go back to the original store where I purchased my couch because she couldn’t access my information. I left extremely frustrated after making such a long trip and arranging childcare, only to be turned away. I later contacted the Menifee location, where I originally purchased my couch, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their service was the complete opposite of what I experienced in Colton. I will not be returning to the Colton store, but I highly recommend the Menifee location for its excellent customer service.

My family and I went into Ashley furniture to look for a new set of couches. We had purchased our last ones 10 year ago. Our experience was enjoyable with our sales rep Pedro. Steve was very helpful both when we first when and when we returned to buy a bedroom set. Although we were also looking for a couch and love seat that wasn't available to suit our shorter needs of the love seat but that didn't stop Steve from searching in all their products trying to find what we needed. What caused us to purchase Ashley furniture was because of quality and the fact that the drawers actually opened all the way instead of halfway like others. I recommend Ashley's (and Steve).

Honestly 1star is too much. We came in to buy living room furniture. First we were pressured to finance to get a discount. I dont understand if your paying cash... why we need to finance. Second, it took a week to get our furniture delivered. On the day of our expected delivery, Ashleys called to say it been pushed back another 5 days. We took the day off work to wait for a window to get nothing. I canceled my order. No call from anyone to apologize. I spent the day looking elsewhere to get furniture same day. I also needed barstools that I couldn't find elsewhere so I returned to Ashley to see if I could get those and yes for an additional $300. Poor customer service. I will never return or recommend anyone to go here. The worst experience. Thank God Mors Furniture came through today and saved the day. Maybe Ashley employees can check out Mors and see how to treat customers paying thousands.

Do not buy furniture from here. I bought a sofa set with a sofa chair. The chair creaks and they have done nothing. If you have a problem with the furniture you have to deal with someone in the Philippines. They sent a technician and he requested that the sofa be replaced but his manager declined. Now Im stuck with a creaking chair.

It was comfortable shopping with the right amount of privacy and support. I found the exact recliner I needed for my tiny 89 yr old mom. It raises to standing and has heat and massage. The store gave me a good price for 2 including delivery.

I had a bad experience with a mattress they sold me here and I am so disappointed with the sales person here cause they just sale you a product to sell it and don't give you any worning and tell you it's the best product and you will have no issues with it and please people never buy a Tempur pedic mattress and if you do ask the sellers to be honest and worn you that you will not get a replacement for your mattress if anything goes on with it if you have even 1 stain cause they tell you wonders there the best 10 year warranty I had had bad experiences with other mattresses before with saging were you sleep and I let them know before I bought this mattress just for them to tell me no no this would never happen and if it did they have 10 year warranty o but they told me nothing about Tempur pedic voiding your warranty if it was to have 1 stain and if I had known this trust me I would have never never bought a mattress this expansive cause I have only 4 years with it I paid almost 5 thousand for it and after the 1st year I started noticing it was starting to sag I let the store know and they told me they couldn't do nothing that I had to go true Tempur pedic ok. let me tell you customer service is a joke they know nothing and the people in charge of claims you can only reach by email which is ridiculous it's a back and fourth with emails and pic and they don't even bother or want to send some one to see the mattress in person I made a claim 2 times the first they told me the saging wasn't dep enough they couldn't do nothing cause it would have to be 3/4" for them to do something it got worse and I called again for them to tell me that the mattress was satined and those stains had made it sag they even sent me one of the pic I had send them and they drew around were the stains were and some are not even were the saging is I was so mad the stains are superficial cause the first thing I did was buy a stain cover for it the stains are really small I will post pic it's not like if there humongous stains so they just give you the run around and lame excuses to not do nothing to change your mattress and people should know cause I know I am not the only one that is having issues with this product cause I have researched it really late cause if I had known I would had never bought this expensive but cheap mattress and I had known wich I should have Ben warned from the sells person but they just want to sell so disappointed. This is how my mattress looks you can clearly see how big the saging is and worse when you are sleeping it makes my back hurt now a and also they gave me the excuse that the pic were blurry and I had done something to the pic to look like that I was so upset. This product is not worth what you pay for it cause you will not see that 10 year warranty. They told me here to contact them after I left my review they left and email I contacted by email and I haven't got a response in days so I don't know why there leaving a contact me when they don't answer just lost another customer .

The moment I walked into the Ashley Home Furniture showroom, I was greeted with a smile and kind words. I asked about modular couches as well as a love-seat combo with reclining capability. Ralph, the CSA who helped me was extremely helpful and gave me a quote immediately along with a $500 discount. He ordered the Love-seat in a matter of minutes and he walked me out with a handshake and a smile. I was only in the store for literally 15 minutes. This place has great service with an abundant selection! I was totally impressed. Ralph also mentioned that it is the largest Ashley Hone Furniture store in California. I highly recommend you visit the store.

The quality of the furniture always feels better than other stores, I’ve always been a fan of the service, and have always loved how you could always price match with them. Yesterday, Mushtaq helped us with buying a dresser, mattress, and adjustable boxspring. He was very sweet, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful, and his service is what I prefer in salesmen. (You were awesome, Mushtaq! Haha ❤️) Love the team at this store and would definitely come back just because of them too. Love Ashley Furniture and this store was very wonderful. Future customers beware of their selling practices. Purchased couch from these crooks was told if the couch didn't fit I can return the part back. Came delivery day everything seemed going right only to see the couch didn't quite fit with one of the attachments. Told the delivery drivers to please take that part back which they denied. They claimed I had 72 hours to return the part to call customer service about it. Which I did but only to go through a whole ordeal of push backs on days claiming they are opening a case. Only to be told behind the receipt has all sales are final. The receipt has nothing claiming that and now I have a piece of couch that don't fit. Don't listen to these crooks trying to make sales. Never buying here or reccomending this business ever again. Liars and crooks trying to make money and screw over customers. So don't take their word for it because these kinds of business don't care about customers only their pockets unfortunately.

Went to the store looking for one item and came out with two! The workers are so nice and they were able to assist me with everything I needed! Daisy was so helpful and she even connected me with other employees who had knowledge on the mattresses. The manager even assisted with an additional discount!

I had a very disappointing experience with Ashley’s customer service. When my delivery arrived, the items were damaged. The delivery team took pictures but never followed up. I called customer service within 72 hours, as instructed, but weeks have gone by with no resolution. Instead of replacing the damaged items, they’re insisting on trying to repair them which is unacceptable. I paid for brand new furniture, not damaged or refurbished pieces. What’s worse is the complete lack of consistency: every time I call, I speak to a different representative who gives me conflicting information. It’s extremely frustrating and shows a lack of accountability. I’ve had to resend the same photos multiple times, and they keep promising to get back to me within 24–72 hours, but they never do. It feels like they simply don’t care about making things right. I used to recommend Ashley’s to friends and family, but after this experience, I definitely won’t anymore. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money shop elsewhere. It’s not worth the stress.

I advised the sales associate that I moved, they proceeded to update the billing address and not the delivery address. It’s Saturday, they are unable to get support from the store or call center, I will not have couches to sit on for how many more days after getting rid of my own. Very bad customer service and disappointed with Ashley’s. Refused to get a supervisor on the line.

Steve was there when needed to answer all of our questions and was able to help us buy the leeshan sofa and love seat at a great price.

We bought a new sofa from Ashley Furniture today and Patricia was phenomenal! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. Patricia opened cushions to show the inner material, stood on furniture to illustrate the strength, and moved sections from the couch to provide a better visual. What is more, I believe she sold me furniture from the same store 10 years ago, so knows Ashley’s furniture through the years.

Pleasant salesman. Understood what we wanted and found it for us. The only unpleasant part was the delivery charge ($200). OUCH! But, if we were willing to get the $500 insurance the delivery charge would be waived. Yeah, not gonna happen.

Philip was awesome. Knowledgeable,respectful, very attentive but not pushy like your typical furniture salesmen. The showroom itself is laid out very good. And Philip did a great job of making sure it was a good buying atmosphere.

Since moving out here, I could say that this company has been nothing much a nightmare to work with. They sold us an almost $1,000 brand new sectional, and when we got the sectional, it had a massive cut on the back that you could easily fit your arm into. After notifying the store, they said they needed “approval” to have it exchanged. It’s been over a week and the issue has yet to be resolved. The customer service is clueless as to when this will get replaced and it’s been frustrating. The online orders have been just as bad. Ordered a dresser, it never shipped so I cancelled it. Later that night, they decided to ship it, so I called them and they just told me to “ignore it” as they never took the funds. Not too long after that I saw a charge to my bank account for the item that they said they cancelled. The staff in this store were nice, especially Phil, but the company overall is just a waste of money and time as they clearly do not value their customers. They also like to drag their feet whenever they make mistakes instead of correcting them. Overall, I would not recommend them to anyone. Edit: store reached out to me and there has STILL been no resolution done. Only words of “we’ll make things right” when they keep doing nothing. Edit 7/8/25: After having the new sectional piece for a little over a week, it’s completely different than the chase we got from the store (seems if the chase was used and then sold as “new” compared to the sectional that was delivered to us), but it’s not worth dealing with these people at this place. 0/5 stars if I could.

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted to see. Emily greeted me at the front of the store and led me directly to it. She allowed me to move pieces around and answered all of my questions. Her manager, Trevor, was kind, as well, and addressed any concerns I had. I made my purchase with delivery and setup being set for just two days later, which works out perfectly for me. Delivered broken table with only 3 of 6 chairs. Driver opened a claim for the damaged table and missing chairs and had to get confirmation before he could leave. Paid over $1500 and have a jenky looking dining table. It's been over 2 weeks, and I have not gotten any support despite numerous calls to the store that never answers and their call center. I went to the store and tried to rebuy the missing chairs that I already paid for to avoid half the family having to sit on the floor for Easter dinner. I was forced to buy 4 chairs because they are only sold in sets of 2- not sure how that works out when they delivered 3. Now, I'm out an additional $600 for something I already paid for, and I have to pick them up myself, or I can spend an additional $199 and pray they deliver correctly without damage. Whatever happened to taking pride in your business and standing behind the product you sell? Edit: Lady working at customer service desk in the store was very pleasant and was able to overwrite pricing so I only paid for 3 chairs. Very grateful for her taking the extra time to resolve to the best she could. Still have a broken table but at least everyone has a seat.

I’m sorry to share that my overall experience was not good. The salesman gave me incorrect information which led to me purchasing a bed I can’t use. The delivery didn’t go as it should either because one of the drawers was not installed properly. I’m hoping they will make this all right by switching whatever parts are necessary to lower bed and reinstalling the drawer. I’ll adjust stars accordingly once it’s all done.

Yesterday my husband and I were in search for some new couches and had a great experience with Liz. I liked the idea of being able to shop for what I needed and given the assistance when asked and not having the feeling of someone following me throughout the store. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They sell horrible quality furniture then when you call and try to do a return they say you can’t. Thousand dollar furniture that’s the quality of a 100 bed frame. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Ralph Perez double charged the transaction. $532.82 extra. Now I have to wait for the bank to refund my money. Will take 3-5 business days. Apologized to the person who didn’t even pay for the furniture. Walked away after and didn’t care bc he got the sale at the end of the day! 2nd time with horrible service at Ashley furniture. First time was horrible home delivery service. 2nd was instore perchase Gave it a 2nd shot and instantly regretted it walking out. Zero Stars

First time shopping at the Colton store. I was looking for patio furniture and found something quickly with the help of the salesperson. The furniture was assembled and delivered on time. Very satisfied with the whole experience, definitely would shop there again.

Went to the store 03/30 when they opened at 11:00. We were greeted by a pleasent young women and we explained to her what we were looking for. A few minutes later a man called her aside and they spoke privately for a moment. She walked away without a word and he stated that he would be helping us. He didn't bother introducing himself and the entire time we were looking at possible choices, he seemed quite disinterested. He finally just wandered away and while we continued looking on our own he never even looked our way. We left the store dissapointed with the selection and especially the poor service. I don't believe we will ever be back. Ashley isn't the only game in town.

We absolutely do NOT recommend Ashley furniture anymore. One of their employees doesn’t know the difference between right vs left arm facing furniture so he sold us the wrong piece of furniture in the first place even though in store, we literally POINTED to the exact piece we need & he confirmed it more than 3 times. After we received the wrong piece, we called to ask them to pick up the wrong piece and deliver us the correct piece, and that process in itself was a nightmare. It took over an hour to get to speak to someone in customer service. The number they told us to call (the store number) never picked up. We had to go talk to someone in person & drive over 40 minutes to go REPURCHASE the same piece and now we have to wait for them to pick up the wrong piece from our house and then get a refund. Not only was it a long back and forth process, we had to bring a truck to pick up the piece from the warehouse if we wanted it on the same day. Yes they did offer to deliver the piece for no charge BUT that would take days and we needed the piece today as we had already been waiting. There was one lady at the store who was very helpful. Otherwise, the female sales manager (not sure what her name was as she never introduced herself) was very rude & unhelpful. The only other helpful person was a gentleman named George who works at the warehouse. We were every frustrated because it was 1:30 pm and the store said we have to wait until 3 pm to pick up the piece according to the warehouse. George said give me 5 minutes and he had the piece ready for us. I have never had to write a negative review anywhere up until this point. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!
