My husband and I had an amazing experience at Ashley Homestore. We went into the store looking for a reclining sectional. Darrell Johnson was incredibly knowledgeable about the different sectionals and explaining the difference between them all and what key points to look for when selecting a sectional. I’m am very picky and indecisive, but Darrell was very patient and kind, and continuously gave my husband and I space to shop around and discuss various options. He was not pushy like most sales men, which we definitely appreciated! Darrell took the time to understand my style and needs and even took time to show us a variety of online options as well. Thanks to Darrell’s expertise, we are confident we made the right choices and excited to receive our new sectional, area rug and coffee table!

I hope this Review helps people think twice before buying furniture from this place on October 10th I decided to buy some recliner sectional couches from this place as I arrived to the store Ashraf a sales representative made contact with me and started showing me a couple of sets of couches recliners etc, I decided to buy some electric recliners and Ashraf was quick to get me approved for the credit. My delivery was set up for a Saturday, I took the day off work just to wait for my new recliners, when they arrived, they were manual recliners and super sti8 , nothing like the ones I tried from Ashley’s showroom floor. I called the store right away and no one could tell me what had happened. So I decided to drive to the store right away, as I arrived Ashraf made contact with me and had me talk to Francisco one of the managers there, he tried to solve the problem by giving me a delivery refund, but told me that the electric recliners that I chose the day of the sale were more expensive even though Ashraf the sales representative and I had gone over the pricing the day of the sale. After that brief talk me and Francisco had I just decided to just get a full refund for my down payment, and have Ashley’s pick up the recliners from my home. The first week went by no one picked up the recliners, I called and asked they said they need to have the couches back in the warehouse so I can get my refund which is totally understandable, they rescheduled the pick up for today 10/28 and no one showed up, I just called and asked where the pick up team was, they said that they were refusing to come back when they never showed up. I’m waiting to hear back from Ashley’s, according to Ashraf a member of management is supposed to call me today It’s been 3 weeks and Ashley’s furniture refuses to give me a refund or come back to get the wrong couches that I did not purchase. I will update my post as soon as I hear back from Ashley’s

It’s funny how so many of these great reviews have pictures from the showroom. We purchased almost $12k in furniture when we moved back to California 3 years ago. This included an extended warranty from a third-party. Less than three years later, the loveseat is falling apart so we called the extended warranty company. They don’t answer the phone so we submitted a claim online. Six weeks later I still haven’t heard back from the warranty company. I called Ashley furniture and they sent a technician to my house and he confirmed that the loveseat is falling apart with broken bolts. Underneath this thing looks like it was put together for a 3rd grade project. The technician confirmed it should be covered by the extended warranty. I called the Ashley furniture store in Colton and reached a call center in another country. Explaining the story three times to three different people. The store manager said they couldn’t do anything and transferred me to the corporate office. I explained the problem to the receptionist and she said she would transfer me to someone who could help. She then transferred to a call-center in another country. I looked up the corporate office and called them again. I explained the situation again and a different receptionist transferred me to a call-center in another country. All I want is for Ashley to refund my money for this garbage sofa and loveseat and for the warranty that does no good. Ashley knows the warranty is no good which is why they no longer use the company and have their own extended warranties. The customer service at all levels is trash. I wouldn’t buy a toilet mat from Ashley furniture at this point. UPDATE: You’ll notice below that Ashley responded and said to email them. I did and and still haven’t heard from anyone. The automated response is for show only. They don’t care!! UPDATE #2 (4/23/23) Still haven’t received a phone call from anyone.

I should have known to check online pricing before buying. We made three trips to the store in total, each time staff was available and friendly while giving us space to shop. Raquel helped us with our purchase and appeared to have gone out of her way to get us the best deal possible. Within an hour after we left I pulled up the Ashley website to show our friends what set we had just purchased and found it cheaper online with a second promotion at checkout. Also found they offered free delivery which was not mentioned or offered to us in store. Instead Raquel spoke to the manager to package a discount into the items to off set the cost, this store discount was still higher than Ashley's online prices for each item. The next day I called and Roxanne helped us over the phone to give us the free delivery option and price match the online sale and promotion. She ordered a check for us for the difference, we paid mostly in cash but she explained they don't give cash back at the store and it'll take about 3 weeks for us to get the check, I agreed. We are getting back just over $600 on one couch and loveseat set which I believe should have been our price from the very start. Roxanne explained the pricing of Colton Ashley is not the same as the corporate Ashley website. As a consumer, we don't care, we just want the best price possible for our hard earned income. I appreciate Roxanne for making it easy on us to get just that in the end. As a consumer I feel we may have been taken advantage of during the sales process, maybe it was an oversight, either way Roxanne helped make things right. Update: Some things are going downhill after purchase. Furniture itself I am really enjoying so that's a plus. The delivery experience, guys were nice and professional, quick in and out, dealing with their automated service and customer service was tedious. They send an text update to call them with any issues around our delivery window then when I did and they updated the information in their notes, we still kept getting text messages to confirm the original information. When calling a second time, they had no line of sight to the original edits. Also, typically when we get a delivery we get the driver calling us when they are on their way, this is great if you need to talk to them for any reason. Ashely has an automated system call you which could have been an issue since my notes were I had to run out to get my kids from school and would be right back, they came within minutes of this. Also, when we were sold the warranty we were told the warranty was through Ashley, she stressed it as a selling point, one which we could not care either way but when the email came in from Reguard is almost was deleted as junk mail not knowing who they were, we should have been informed to look for this. Fortunately I opened it and it said we had to set up our account but the only link that worked in their email was an unsubscribe one which only shows up correctly on pc, on iphone it just says "click here" and so I opted out of emails to set up my own warranty simply trying to find a link that worked in their email. Next I go direct to Reguard to set up the account, it needs to send a confirmation code to your email which never comes in, so I request it again, still nothing. I do like the furniture but the logistics of the process needs some work.

Poor communication and an overall bad experience! I purchased a dining room set that was to be delivered on Saturday the 12th of June. The delivery date was listed on my invoice and I also confirmed the date by way of text through Ashleys automated system. I received a call on the date of delivery at 3pm telling me that my delivery was never scheduled. This was even after the girl on the phone said she saw my text confirmation on the computer and had no explanation for what happened. She said she would find out what happened and call me back. I never received a call back and I wasted a whole day waiting for them, but wait, there's more. I called them the following day to try and get some answers, only to be told once again that they didn't know what happened. I told the girl on the phone I would not be able to take time off of work to wait for the purchase, which, I was hoping to have by the following weekend. She offered to refund my delivery fee if I would consider a different date, I said I would call her back. The following day I confirmed with my boss that I could take a day off to accommodate this new delivery date, so I called and accepted her offer and we reschedule for June 16th. This delivery date was again confirmed by them on the phone. Guess what? I received a voicemail from another Ashley employee on the 15th stating that the earliest they could get me my purchase would be on the 20th, Fathers Day. Fathers Day is the reason I wanted this dining set to be in my home in the first place. Ashley Furniture, Why are you setting up and confirming delivery dates that you have no intention of keeping? I called the store only to be told to call back and dial a different option, which I did and requested a refund. I was told it would take 15 days to process since I paid on a credit card. 15 Days? So now, I don't get a dining room set and have to wait another 2 weeks to get my money back. Really sad since I liked the set.

PLEASE READ:Do not EVER.. and I mean.. do not EVER purchase from Ashley HomeStore. They get you once you enter, smiling, eager to help you, welcoming, and all that other bogus, only to screw you over at the end. We&'ve had our couches for ONE year and they&'re peeling. &"Real leather&" supposedly.. I don&'t know how many calls I&'ve made to Ashley&'s customer service team and they seem happy to help, but they don&'t do anything. I&'ve been dealing with them since last year in November, just simply trying to get them to fix the peeling. A tech came out, the part was ordered. Part takes forever but finally arrives..Come to find out we got a sponge for a leather issue? Ok.. called Ashley&'s to let them know and the rep says, &"your case is closed and your warranty is up, you need to contact GBS.&" GBS is completely worthless and is a scam, they refuse to fix the issue. The warranty is absolutely useless. I call Ashley back and demonstrate my frustration, the young lady says, &"no problem we can easily open your case back up and we can fix your peeling.&" I let her know about receiving a sponge for a leather issue and she says, &"you should see what our techs can do with the parts ordered. If that&'s what the previous tech ordered, you should be good&". Sure, whatever.. Stupidly gave her the benefit of the doubt because what do I know and it&'s not like she was giving me any other option to begin with. January 22nd I believe, next tech comes (without a mask on let me add and we&'re in a pandemic) and questions the sponge and I let him know That&'s what the previous tech ordered. He does nothing obviously because he can&'t. Let&'s us know he ordered the new part and to call when we received it. February 22nd now.. still no part. I call and guess what I discovered? The tech NEVER ordered the part, so he obviously lied to our faces, and now what is the new rep telling me? You guessed it, our warranty is up. I cut her off and said this is getting fixed. Ashley&'s will do NOTHING for you unless you put up an unnecessary fight. Instead of fixing the issue, they are now replacing my whole couch. While I am happy this happening, it was a struggle that I don&'t see is worth it for the future. Which is why I will never again, purchase from here and why I am advising others to not purchase from here. Sorry for the long review, but fair warning.

Thank you Ashley Furniture for helping with our order. For some people, ordering furniture may be no big deal. For others, like me, when going into a furniture store about to spend a lot of money on things that you hope you will have for many years to come, during a pandemic when you're finding out that a lot of furniture stores are out of stock and won't have anything for months, and dealing with specific deadlines and time frames for when you need the furniture, it was a little nerve wracking. I feel so lucky and blessed to have gone to Ashley and had the reps we had! Went in and looked around to get ideas, went back home and did some research online, then went back with a huuuge list of items and item numbers and descriptions to see what was available and when. We were fortunate to have met Hyam the first visit, and she was helpful while not being pushy at all. She gave us great information, answered all questions, and was super delightful. The second visit, we went straight to her for follow up and she was so helpful and answered all questions. She took time to go over each and every item on our list. We were working with a very specific timeframe and needed specific answers on some items and availability dates, and the area VP happened to be visiting that day and was nearby .... so he ended up assisting with some specifics and backed her up a little which was very nice. They interacted wonderfully and he was not too above the task to dive right in and look up item availability details with her, which was impressive. Sometimes, executive management may interact with store management in an unpleasant way in front of customers, but he did not. He was polite to her and very helpful to us. They both were Class A professionals. They took the time to go over every single item on our list and even helped us figure out pick up dates, go over alternate scenarios and alternate furniture pieces, to make sure we were happy and got what we needed. I was so impressed at the fact that after everything was confirmed, Hyam even called to follow up and make sure that everything was taken care of with the pick up. Wow! They did not just make a sale and then forget about us, no way ..... they made a sale and genuinely took interest in seeing it through and making sure everything turned out OK. Right now with the pandemic, furniture orders and manufacturing is one of the big things that are back ordered and people are having a lot of issues with this stuff. I am very impressed that we were able to get furniture we wanted, and the couple of pieces that we did want that were not available for months because of backlogs, well they ended up helping us find equal to or even better pieces than what we found on our own in the first place at comparable prices. Thank you again Ashley Furniture Colton! Executive management actually cares about the company and cares about the customers (thank you to the VP)!!! And Hyam cares that you are happy with your purchases! Ask for Hyam! Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst place to buy furniture from. Where do I even begin with the incompetence? First I wrote down my address....WROTE it down and gave it to them when they asked me for it, and then on my receipt my address was wrong, not even like misspelled it was just completely wrong! Then I went back and had them correct it and then on the day of delivery they delivered it to STATER BROTHERS 2 miles from my house. Let's talk about the delivery day matter of fact. They told us that they could bundle all of our items and have them shipped to us on the same day which sounded great! right? WRONG!! on the day the items were supposed to be delivered they called us and told us that our items were available for pickup at the warehouse... Then we had to drive down there, and they told us that our orders are being delivered on two separate dates when they told us that they were going to bundle everything and DELIVER it to us on the same day. After we got that "sorted out," we patiently awaited our delivery date. When that day came they called at about 7 in the morning to verbally confirm the delivery, after they had texted me about 5 times to confirm the delivery date, and because I didn't answer the phone call for a delivery that was set for 2:00 - 6:00 they canceled my order and rescheduled me for about a week later. What is the point of texting me to confirm if they're going to cancel my delivery the day of for not answering a phone call that came HOURS before the delivery was even supposed to be made? then we called to see if they could salvage the delivery and they told us that it hadn't been rescheduled and would still be arriving as promised. When the truck got here I rejoiced, and then they brought out 1/8th of my order and said that was all they had for us. When I called them, they said the rest of my order is in their warehouse.... I can't even begin to describe how much I wanted to punch someone in the face. now I have to wait because they want to be stupid. As if that's not bad enough, while we were there once we heard a couple having the exact same struggle we are having now. in fact whenever we've been there, there has always been someone there complaining about deliveries or something going wrong with their orders, or some other frustration. If you value peace of mind or good service DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY'S! I've had better service from no name furniture stores. save yourself the headache.

If I could go lower I would! This whole company needs a Customer Service revamp.My experience began on 10/18/2020 when I entered the Colton store and purchased furniture from Sales Rep Steven Camilleo. While shopping the experience isn&'t so bad, although the sales rep did ring me up for three nightstands which he &"refunded&" one after brining it to his attention. My Furniture was scheduled to be delivered Wednesday November 3, 2020. The morning of my delivery I received a call from a very unenthused females stating my dresser was back ordered and wouldn&'t make the delivery. I asked her &"well when will the dresser be delivered?&" she stated Saturday. For a three day wait from original deliver day. No big fuss. Saturday comes and I haven&'t heard anything from Ashleys, so I decide to call customer care. customer care can&'t see a delivery scheduled for the day. So I they finally find a record stating it wasn&'t going to be delivered until Thursday November 19th. So it seems like she was just telling me whatever to get me off the phone. Fast forward to one week before my dresser is to be deliver I think about the refund due to me. so I check my card activity. No refund has been processed to my card. I call Customer care they can&'t see the refund due to me. I call the store, no answer. I left a voice mail, didn&'t return my call. Customer care even sent the store an email, still haven&'t heard from them. I have attempted to call several phone numbers linked to the store, on several different days. Because the store doesn&'t answer any of their communication platforms, it transfers me to customer care who isn&'t any help. Ive asked for upper management contact information and they fail to provide. Their only resolution on the phone is to walk into the store. unfortunately I live an hour and some change away from the store, because when I purchased furniture I was out that way visiting family. Till this day they still owe me money and I&'m paying interest on it. SMH. They need to get better practices in place to service their customers. Please don&'t purchase from here unless you want a headache from the aftermath.

I will start by saying our sales person Phillip was beyond excellent. However, Ashley furniture does not do right by their sales people as they provided him a date that our furniture would be ready for pickup (6 weeks from the date we ordered it and it was not a special item order). We received no communication from anyone within the six week period. I called the morning we were told to come pick up to see what time we were supposed to come pick up and I was told that only one piece was there but still couldn&'t pick up even the one piece because I didn&'t have an appointment time. Meanwhile, I planned my entire holiday gathering around the fact I was told all my living room furniture was available for pick up before thanksgiving 6 weeks prior when I placed the order. I called Phillip and he said he spoke to the regional Vice President yet that Vice President never contacted me directly and there was no resolution to having my whole furniture order before the holiday. I went to Mathis brothers Ontario upon receiving this news and left with an entire living room set that far exceeded the quality of Ashley and took it home the very same day no hassle, no questions asked, no wait time. When I cancelled my order with Ashley in-person,in the store that day, they provided me a claim number and said I needed to call a different number 2 days later to request my refund as they don&'t do refunds in the store (keep in mind, I paid cash for my entire order!) This is beyond the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer. I have 3 bedrooms to furnish as well as a quarter of an acre outdoor space and will be getting all my furniture needs both indoors and outdoors from Mathis Bros Ontario. This is a shame for the salespeople of Ashley as they work hard but the operations team can&'t even communicate a simple delay within a 6 week time frame nor deliver on their promised pick up date. And as for the regional Vice President knowing about this issue and never reaching out, I am speechless. This is a corporation I will never support and ensure all the neighbors in my new neighborhood needing furniture for these new construction homes stay far away from any Ashley furniture store and/or Ashley furniture product! Still waiting for my refund by the way.

I am still in the midst of this issue. First, this is my 5th purchase from Ashley&'s furniture. I have never experienced this poor of service from your company.I placed an order last month (August) and paid in full. I waited as told to call as the items wouldn&'t be ready for several weeks. I called mid September as I was told to do. I called 3x and never received a call back to schedule a pick up for my purchased items. I had to drive to the Colton location just to work this out. I was told the bedroom set would be completely ready and available for pick up on 09-19-2020. I scheduled the pick up time for 11am since I had work at 2pm. I arrived 09-19-2020 at 11am and was informed my appointment wasn&'t until 1:40pm. (Other customers told me their time appt was changed as well). This was obviously incorrect but I was told my items would be ready in 15 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I requested to speak with a manager. I spoke with the female manager and expressed my disappointment. My 2 year old son was In The car and need lunch and it was now 11:45pm. All items but the footboard was available. The manager Jackie told me she would personally call to let me know when it was available for 9-19-2020 or the next day 09-20-2020. The manager called late Saturday and said the item would be DELIVERED to my house on Sunday 09-20-2020. THIS WAS SET UP AS AN APOLOGY FOR THE ERRORS. The manager said she would call with a delivery time. I waited until Sunday at 3:00pm before calling myself. I was told by Stephanie in customer care that she spoke with the same female manager (Jackie) who said the delivery couldn&'t happen but told me the footboard was available for pickup. I was never called or informed. This would be night 2 where my daughter has no bed to sleep in. So I drove in and use my gas for a third time (counting when I went to the store). I receive the footboard and go home excited to complete the build of the bed, only to learn there are no screws to connect the headboard, sideboards with the footboard. NONE nor directions to do so. Furthermore we did not receive a lamp that was part of the order. I honestly could care less about the lamp but it&'s the principle at this point. I double checked every dresser drawer and box. No screws no bolts no directions. So I call and speak with Stephanie again. I express my displeasure and irritation. I was called back by Stephanie who told me there&'s nothing she can do and would not forward me to a manager. She told me I would be contacted by a manager tomorrow. Stephanie offered to mail the screws to my house. So how many days is my daughter supposed to sleep on the floor? I am absolutely disgusted with this experience to the point where I will never return as a customer. I have spent well over $15,000 at your store location in Colton from previous purchases. I have been treated with zero professionalism and not a single employee has attempted to go above and beyond to fix the issues or make me into a happy customer. All I have gotten was &"I&'m sorry&" and excuses. And now on 09-21-20 I drove to the store to find the warehouse closed. So now I have to wait until Tuesday to get the screws to put my daughters bed together. Never buying from them again

UPDATE: Today is September 25, 2020, delivery of loveseat is supposed to be today, let&'s see if it happens. We ordered the sleeper and loveseat on June 21, 2020, we received the couch just a few weeks ago, still unacceptable. I&'m pretty sure the couches are not leather as advertised. This company is fraudulent, and I will do my best to expose them, I talk to everyone about them and will find a way to take them down. Not a threat, just a fact. I don&'t like our hard earned money to be thrown out the door as if they deserve it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE! By the way, no phone calls, apologies or understanding of their screw up. Please, if you use ALI as your salesperson, he is worthless, totally worthless in company support. One more note, pretty sure the delivery people like the furniture a bit too much, first it&'s on the truck, then poof!!! it&'s not....hmmmm, not the first time it&'s happened. UPDATE: September 15, 2020, still no response from Ashley Furniture. I wrote Ali 2x, still no response after initial contact. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE!Update: September 10th 2020: We&'re supposed to get the loveseat today, and without notice, it was labeled as unable to complete. The reason after I stay on hold for 10 minutes, the item isn&'t on the truck, what the hell? I took the day off to be here for the delivery that was set up a week ago. Now they say, its on back order, bullshit. I&'m pissed and will find a way to get compensation for this bullshit. Now they are saying the earliest delivery will be the 25th, no not acceptable. From the 10th to the 25th??? Reminder we purchased the items on June 21, 2020. this company is shitty, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The sales people are con men. Our conman, was.... and I will never trust this company again. This is unbelievable. *Update: The couch arrived, loveseat will arrive on the 17th, nearly 90 days after ordering. The delivery peeps worked hard to get the couch in and helped me move the old couch, however for $249 delivery and set up, it fell short. The arm of the couch has a rub spot from carrying it in unfortunately.Previous review: It&'s been since June 21, 2020 that we ordered our couches. To date we haven&'t received them. They have been scheduled 2x and no delivery. It states that it is scheduled for today, however, no follow up calls, the tracking shows scheduling. Calling them is difficult. I think they really need to get a grip on their delivery service, this is frustrating. Doubtful we will buy from them again due to these issues. Just be careful going through them, nearly 3 months for a sleeper sofa and loveseat, $3200 of our money is in their hands and we have 0 to show for it. Buyer beware, I will update this review as events occur.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had the worst experience with Ashley’s back in June 2020 I went into the store super excited to buy a new living room set, I found a huge sectional that I loved, plus coffee tables and nightstands that I was so happy with I put about $700 dollars down on this furniture and financed the rest. I was pleased with the deal. I was expecting to go home with my furniture that day or possibly the next day, however here we are in August and I have not received my furniture. They had told me in the store back in June when I purchased the furniture that they didn’t have it and that it would be in on August 8th. I was disappointed with that but I liked the furniture so much that I was willing to wait. August 8th came and went. The warehouse called and said they still didn’t have my furniture and that it would be in on August 22. I was upset at this point because they weren’t giving me any answers to why I still didn’t have my furniture, my husband called to find out what was going on and all they did was transfer him to one department after another and he had to explain the situation 5 times to 5 different people finally we were given an explanation as to what caused the delay. Apparently due to “Covid” they have been backed up and orders have been delayed due to shipping and manufacturing. This is the part that upset me, it’s why didn’t they tell me this back in June when I bought the couches and tables? It’s because they wanted the sale. If they were honest like they should have been in the beginning about the types of delays they were experiencing, I probably would have took my business else where. But the sales guy failed to inform me that they were having these issues. So now here we are in mid August and I’m thinking my couches will be here on August 22, however we received a call yet again that our couches won’t be here until September 12.. At this point I’m just over it. That excitement that I had walking into Ashley’s in June was gone. I’m not even excited about a new living room set anymore they took that from me. I’m at the point where I’m going to ask for a refund and take my business else where. I went into Ashley’s in June because I truly needed that furniture in June, not July, not August and not September. It’s completely wrong to expect a customer to have to wait 3 months for furniture. They should have been honest with me from day one. However now just recently they have posted on the website that they are experiencing extreme delays with orders, but that notice was not there back in June nor was any sales person honest about it. Please beware that if you need your furniture immediately DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEYS or you will be waiting months and months for your stuff.

I went into your Colton location on June 20, 2020 to purchase a dresser and a night stand as I moved into a new house on June 23rd. The sales associate, Pedro Castro, told me that my order would be delivered no later than July 29, but he anticipated that it would be available earlier than that. I take the day off of work (in advance) to ensure that I would be home for the delivery. On Saturday July 25th I received a call from the call center advising that my dresser had been back ordered and the newly scheduled delivery date was going to be 8/18. At that time I asked to speak to a manager and the person on the other line told me that the only way that I could change/cancel my order is to call the store. I called the store at least 20 TIMES - no response, left numerous voicemails - NO RETURNED phone calls. Considering how busy I am throughout the week, I decided to get up ON MY DAY OFF and drive 35 minutes to the store in Colton just to be able to speak to someone. I get there and the manager and the associate apologize for the delay (due to COVID ) which I understand is out of their control but I explain to her that it is courteous to give the customer REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS so that I know I will be waiting 3 MONTHS for my furniture to arrive. She also adds that the phone system in the store is completely off and that all phone calls are re-routed to the call center (and when you reach out to the call center, they tell you to call the store for any adjustments to your order). Moving on, the associate tells me that the nightstand was arriving at the warehouse that night at appx 7 PM on (7/25) and that it was only the dresser that was back ordered. I advised that it would be ok to deliver them separately (since I already took the day off on 7/29). She confirms that my nightstand will be delivered on 7/29 and my dresser on 8/18 and the manager then agrees to reimburse for a portion of my purchase due to the inconvenience. Fast forward to today (7/28) I call dispatch to confirm the time that they will be delivering my nightstand tomorrow (7/29) and the dispatch tells me that BOTH THE NIGHTSTAND AND THE DRESSER ARE BACKORDERED and that BOTH will not be delivered until 8/20, which is now an additional 2 days from what I was told on Saturday. Confused and frustrated, I explain to the dispatch that I was told that the nightstand would be delivered tomorrow and she replies "Both of your items are out of stock and will not be delivered until 8/20" (Keep in mind I was never told this - so had I not called, I would've been home all day waiting for a nightstand that would never arrive). FUMING now, I go to the Ashley Home store website to chat with an online agent who offered me a 100.00 gift-card at which point I explained that it would be of NO USE to me as I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FURNITURE from this company again. I asked for the number and email to corporate and I am awaiting a response. This is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED and I wish that I had purchased my furniture elsewhere at this point.

Please do not waste your time with Ashley Furniture!! I initially ordered my tv stand around 5/23/20. It shipped out around the first week of June and once I received the item about a week later this happens. I open the box to build it, guess I can’t since 3 main pieces were missing to make the actual tv stand. I attempted to call, message etc for almost a week. I finally go through their customer service phone and was told that they would send “replacement parts” and was registered. I wait about 2 weeks still no parts reply etc. I get tired of waiting so about the last week of June I was able to to through their message system and representative tells me the missing parts are set to ship on 7/3/20. I was like ok, I waited this far what’s another week or more. Anyways it was probably the 2nd week of July still not parts. I contacted them again after trying multiple times for someone to answer the phone etc. ( mind you I call multiple times to even get lucky, and oh they say they will call back within 24-48hrs, they don’t!! So don’t bother leaving voicemails) anyways back to the story. Once I get a hold of someone I was told that it showed the order was requested and supposed to be sent, but for some reason it wasn’t seen on the representatives screen. She put me on a hold to contact a higher up. The rep later stated she was sorry etc and offered to “take care of me” by sending me a whole new replacement free of charge. At this point I’m like you know what whatever send me the replacement stand, guess we’ll see what happens. She told me that she would call me back if it happens to be back ordered within a day or two. Of course I didn’t get a call back for about a week. So today I was able to get a hold of the message system Again. They said the item was on back order and was not going to be shipped until 8/6/20! Anyways at this point I’m done waiting! I told them just refund my money and cancel the order. Who knows how much longer I be waiting! Just don’t waste your time with them and order from a different company. They have lost me as a customer.

I read all the reviews and nobody spoke about Lizabeth. I am not surprised. She was very helpful, very accommodating, she said here's my cell phone number text me anytime, just not past midnight, I had one customer do that.All was super great until we decided to buy. We did the whole deal and then when our order arrived it was the wrong color. We text Lizabeth and she asked if we declined it when they delivered the furniture. I said decline?! What?! What does that mean? Because basically it wasn't her problem if we didn't decline it. I was texting her during this time and I did not understand what she meant so I called and it went directly to voicemail and then she text me immediately after to go to customer service. I was upset that she couldn't even explain it to me and so we got ready real quick and went in to the store and they said it was nonrefundable. Flat out. I said but they delivered the wrong color furniture! Only to find out that they discontinued the color we wanted and only had grey ones. I asked for Liz and she came and spoke to the nice lady helping me at customer service and we were across them but Liz wasn't even looking at us . She was speaking to the customer lady 1 foot across from me about the situation and didn't even look to face us. She was telling the lady what the issue was and I was saying no, that's not the case. And she kept talking not facing me and the customer service lady was like, she is saying no. The lady was basically saying she is right there. But the fact that she was across the counter from us and did not even look at us to discuss the issue was real messed up. I mean she sold us the merchandise and we drove all the way back to Ashley's. Why can't she explain the issue to us? Instead she spoke about us directly across from us. I then asked where it said the stuff about the refund and that we didn't realize it so I wanted to see it. And rudely another male employee behind the counter said that they weren't entitled to tell us & that it was on the back of the page somewhere & picked up a sheet of paper and pointed at the back. At that point I already understood that it was nonrefundable, that was my bad for not asking. Although we received the wrong order and that was still messed up though. So then I asked for a Manager just to share the fact that I didn't realize that but what could I do. I wish Lizabeth shared that information with us. I wanted to let the Manager see my texts from Lizabeth and tell her that we got the wrong color couch and now nothing could be done. I wanted to tell the Manager that we weren't informed that we could deny the furniture when it was delivered. But she said it was common sense. I asked how it was common sense when we could not see what color the couch was because it was wrapped up. It was not visible. She had no answer. She offered to give us 300 to shop around the store for our inconvenience and ofcourse I took it, but again she stressed that next time not to receive it because it was common sense that we do not receive the delivery if it was the wrong one. I didn't get that comment of hers because the couch was not visible at all. What was I suppose to do? Break the box open when delivered and check on the color beforehand? I checked the item number to confirm and it was the same but apparently not the correct color. And this is a big investment we're talking about here. This was over a grand. But now I know to open up the boxes when delivered Well that situation sucked but Edward helped us get 300 worth of end tables and that took no more than 30 minutes. And Edward told us that the items were nonrefundable blah blah blah! I'm like thank you for informing us and that we already knew. We found out the hard way. Before ordering with Liz we came for 3 hours on a Saturday and then 4 hours the next day. She was always busy with other customers even though she made an appointment with us for Sunday. At 11am. When we were driving home my husband and I spoke to the kids about business ethics (our parents both own a couple of small local businesses), we spoke about greed and how Lizabeth was greedy. Not relevant but we explained the difference between greedy and stingy. We spoke to them about business ethics and tfw importance of not being like Lizabeth from Ashley Home Goods. Once the deal was locked she ignored us. And I hate to say but I was glad that the kids witnessed all that.

My husband & I purchased a home two years ago and decided to fully furnish it thru Ashleys furniture since we have always purchased our furniture thru them and the quality has always been great. Well we purchased a mattress for almost $1,400 and it was great until around February of this year so so around 1 year and 4 months into our purchase, (and fully paid with in a couple of months) we would wake up w terrible back pain, and stiff necks our bed had huge lumps I will insert pictures, and it looked like it was giving on the sides, I called and they went a tech the tech immediately noticed the lumps on the mattress and pulls on them and shows me how I can pull on them daily and flatten it again, well I thanked him for his tips but I don't think it's something I should be doing on a year old mattress that's not whT I paid for, he took pictures and measurements and then he was on his way after two weeks of not hearing back I called and they told me based on the techs input and pictures there was nothing wrong w my bed. I was upset and requested a new tech to come out they then informed me I would have to wait a whole month to have a new tech come out via company policy. I was frustrated and disappointed because my New was in pain and my back was even worst, anyway I scheduled for a second tech he came out and looked at the mattress and took pictures and was ready to leave with in a few minutes I asked him if he was going to take measurements like the other guy did and he told me he could but that they don't normally. (I was confused why they wouldn't ) he told me I would hear from Ashley's in two business days. Again two weeks go by ive herd nothing so o call and the girl tells me she's going to email my home store and the manager will call me again a whole week goes by and no one calls me back. So I call that's when Veronica answers my call and completely understands my frustration is very apologetic and immediately talks to someone in the mattress department and right then and there she gets my approval for a full refund and or store credit. That same night Phil the mattress department supervisor calls me and we set up an appointment to meet, he was great we ended up purchasing a new mattress thru them and even spent $700 more on top of our store credit because we loved the new mattress so much, we love Ashley's furniture the whole ordeal was frustrating but I am glad they worked w us and made things right. I am only Giving 4 stars only because it took a few frustrating phone calls and two techs to fix our issue. But I Give Veronica in the customer service department a 5 once I talked to her she got me my full store credit and also Phil in the mattress department for his excellent service.

So after a bad experience with their insurance company few years back I was actually NOT wanting to buy anything else ever again with this company. But because for convenience, my husband decided to give it another try. Which I was reluctantly went. Here it goes, we filled with $8k++ worth of stuffs from this place. Originally I wanted a beauty rest since we have beautyrest for the longest time. The sales rep convince us on the tempurpedic. So we decided to give it a try. We said NO to the mattress protector which was $200. The sales rep mentioned that he sweat when he sleep so that mattress protector is cooling or whatever. We still said NO. Having to purchase lots of items and the back and forth negotiating, made us stayed there for the longest time. Which was okay because there was a small cafe that sells food and drink. We decided on the delivery dates and went to pay. The delivery guys are the outside service. The day of the delivery the guys seemed unhappy and kept on mentioning that Ashley cheated on them, the stuffs that they said were not as much as the actual pieces of furniture that they picked up. They came from 2pm and stayed until 7pm. They finally told us that they can't finish the work on the last piece, they have to come back the next day to do the TV cabinet. So there 2 days of dirts that we have to deals and 2 days that I have to stay home for the furniture people. They insisted that they can't do it in one day, because it was a little too much. I called the store, no one get back to me, no one answered the call. The sales rep called back like, the next day. They left and I saw the invoice of the mattress protector, the one that we firmly said NO at the store. It came on the little box and how annoyingly can't be returned. We tried it for 2 nights and we decided that that material is too distracting and made us slept very uncomfortably. That $200 piece of junk ended up in the storage. Got a much better quality at Costco for $37, and was so comfortable. i kid you not. The next day, they came and continue with the installation. They did it in an hour or so. We tipped them extra because we felt that their fee was cheated by Ashley. Mind you, one of the gentleman is 79 years old. One of our piece is in back order and was delivered by Ashley 2 weeks later. They came in the hurry. After they installed, in our case it was in the 2nd story, the guy told me to sign like a disclosure that no property was damaged upon installation. I did not notice any damages until they left. They made a noticeable scratched by the stairs. A few weeks after, stuffs started to fall apart. Thats like how poorly installed or how cheap their quality is. After the first delivery(with the outside provider) i told them that the table looks like defected on the side. Those people said that nothing they can do, it was on the box and they did not dropped it or mishandled it. What ever they sign out from the warehouse they can't take it back. We opted out on insurance, because really, you are buying an insurance that you know it won't last you that long? Further more, I wouldn't want to use the same piece for 20 years. Their insurance company was a hassle anyway, bad history. So yes, will never use this company again in the future.

My wife and I are never shopping at this store again! The sales people lie through their teeth and will tell you whatever you want to hear then never follow through. The delivery people are shady and will attempt to scam you into signing a delivery agreement that is not true! So let's break it down: 1. Never buy from a guy named Al Alam. He asked me if I wanted to pay for delivery. I asked him if it includes take away of the old mattress. He said "YES"! They will take away the old and setup the new mattress. My invoices even has a line item for REMOVAL of old mattress. This was all a lie. They DO NOT remove old mattresses. The delivery people wont even touch it! Now think about this for a second....how will they setup the new mattress if they wont even touch the old one? They wouldn't even allow me to remove it from the bedroom myself. They dumped my entire delivery into my hallway and left it there. No removal, no setup, they didn't even take the plastic off the new mattress or springs. 2. This part is great. Remember that line item that said removal? It was on the delivery list. The driver told me to sign that everything was delivered. I told him I'm not signing for something they didn't do and removal was on that list. He told me once something is on there it can't be removed and I had to sign for the whole thing. Nope, not happening! He called it in, someone from the delivery center called me. I explained everything to that person, she told me a manager from the store would be calling me back. During all this the delivery driver magically figured out how to use this phone and got the removal taken off. 3. So of course no one ever called me back. I called the store and demanded to speak to someone. Nope! Not happening. Because it's not a store, it's a call center. It was explained to me that if the store doesn't pick up then the call gets transferred to the call center. I tried calling over a dozen times. Apparently the store never picks up the phone. The call center told me someone can call me back though. That's the second time I was told someone would call me. 4. Days pass, no one ever called. I wrote a bad review then someone called to asked why. I explained everything to them and was again told a manager would be calling me back. 5. More days pass, no one ever called. This is all these people do, they lie! They tell you want they think you want to hear then just drop you like you're nothing. Never again Ashley Furniture! You stole $180 from me for something you only half did.

Home run for me all the way!! We knew my fiancé and I we wanted Ashley furniture bc of quality and I've had their couches before. I forgot how expensive furniture was. We came in on an early Friday afternoon. Lots of parking and scorching hot outside. We walk in and immediately greeted by Chris, young dark Hispanic guy with gote look. Super friendly! We knew we wanted leather and originally wanted a sectional leather. But Chris mentioned to us they don't make sectionals in leather much anymore because the cost and people aren't buying them! So quickly we figured we'd find a sofa that was still leather. We only found one set of furniture we absolutely loved. What I liked about it was there was no gaudy stitching or beads on the couch. It was simple elegant brown leather couches and super comfortable! Get this!!! MANAGER SPECIAL 50% off. We wanted the whole set which was: 1 love seat, 1 sofa & 1 chair with one ottoman. 4 pieces total. = $ 7,500.00 say what! Insane! BUT with the managers special $3k or so. I mean come on! Great deal. Oooo ooo and we got pillows with the couch as well. We had zero idea came with it! Delivery charge: $250.00 flat rate. Yes, we said NO thanks :( We opted for a U-haul truck for less than $100 and then drove to pick it up :) Order was easy, breezy and simple. We applied for credit and put $ down. Applying for credit took minutes. The process took quite a while 2 hours or so, paperwork, shipment details to warehouse and etc. but it's worth it. Chris was patient and he was great. Didn't pressure us at all. He sat with us and we figured out the cost of everything piece by piece. He was great! He also loves Jesus, which is even better! Pick-up was about 1-2 weeks later. Came with a u-haul and they helped fiancé put it in the truck. Wrapped up and everything so the furniture was protected. Now unsure why such screwed up reviews but man! I'm a happy camper. I got it good and so did fiancé. They have lots of furniture tables, lights, table settings, rugs, outside furniture, lamps, chairs, bed's, kitchen furniture and children's beds I mean everything. Good communication once we called Ashley customer service line to find out if we can pick up furniture day of. They had us on the schedule and everything. We did also see a table we loved! Didn't get it though. Ty Chris for making this experience perfect for my fiancé and I. Great customer service! Oo let me mention, this store is tip top super clean! No dust nothing! I saw a lady cleaning it's spotless

Be very aware NOT to buy mattresses here. There is a huge disconnect between Tempur Pedic, this store and Ashley Furniture Homestore as a whole. I spent two hours in the store this morning to get zero help. I purchased a $3,600 Tempur Pedic mattress during a sale and received a discount on a couch for buying a mattress. I financed the mattress for 72 months 0% financing. Now, this is where it gets weird. My mattress is awful it's so hard and completely nothing like the show model. I have attempted all week to contact this store and have been left on hold for 15-20 min at a time. so, I had to physically go to the store. This location, after finding out from calling Ashley Homestore Customer service, has it's own return policy because stores are independently owned. You do not receive the same mattress guarantee that Tempur Pedic offers when you buy from Ashley Furniture Homestore. When you go to the Ashley Furniture homestores website and review the mattress guarantee it explains they will offer a one time exchange for mattresses of equal or greater value. However, they tell you to contact Tempur Pedic to discuss the Tempur Pedic guarantee. I called Tempur Pedic and they told me there is nothing they can do for me because I bought the mattress at Ashley Furniture. When I brought this to their attention they didn't have an answer as to why the Tempur Pedic number was provided except for warranties which that's not anything close to what the website says. After trying to explain that Tempur Pedic can't help me and Ashley will not help me besides exchanging for another Tempur Pedic even though I found another Mattress I did like but because it wasn't Tempur Pedic I couldn't do that. They would let me exchange for another Temper Pedic so I can still be unhappy with my purchase and pay an additional $300+ in fees to do so. Please ask about every single detail of your purchase before buying anything here. Also check other Ashley Furniture stores to see the difference in policies. I even offered to pay back the incentive I received on the couch. I'm literally stuck in limbo here. Tempur Pedic offers a 90 day love it or send it back policy but since I didn't buy direct I do not get any Tempur Pedic benefits. I plan to donate the mattress to a homeless shelter in hopes to make someone else happy and eat the cost of the mattress. I simply can not sleep on this mattress luckily my couch is comfortable. Oh, one employee I was talking to about the show models admitted they are there for months and many people test them. As I left the store I told the manager that nothing was resolved he didn't want me to leave mad over a mattress and re explained the confusion between the website and there policy he told me that number was for warranty when it is not for warranty. I called earlier that number while I was in the store to ask. I also mentioned that what is a show model does not represent what I received and he said that the mattresses are only on the floor for 30 days even though an employee admitted that is not true. Can't be anymore dumbfounded about this store and Tempur Pedic. Hope this helps everyone! I've owned the mattress for less than 40 days.

I'm only giving two stars because Ashley's carry a lot of nice furniture but I'm never coming in to purchase. I will be doing my purchases on line moving forward. Came in and bought the Brashland set and Tempur-Pedic adapt hybrid. During the purchase the sales person, was adding things to my purchase that I had no idea about. She had added the furniture protection plan at 149. 99 and a mattress cover of 129. 99 (which was 99 online). She mentioned that I "NEEDED" the mattress protector. So then I asked her what the protection plan that was added was and she says, "it's a furniture protection plan, you want that right?" (Without explaining that the protection plan was a third party and not through Ashely's). So we left the plan. Being that she was so vague about the furniture plan explanation, I decided to do some research about the plan which is through GBS. Found out that they basically suck and I paid 149. 99 for nothing. So I called customer care and they asked if I was provided a pamphlet and of course I wasn't because the sales girl was obviously trying to up-sell. The customer care group advised me what the plan covered and it was basically pointless to have it. And I read so many bad reviews about the protection plan. Went into the store and removed the plan before my purchased was processed. Another issue was when I received my bed. They delivered me a CAL-KING instead of a regular king. I had only found out when my king size bed sheets didn't fit well on the mattress. Decided to measure it and sure enough the dimensions is for a CAL-KING. Ended up purchasing CAL-KING sheets and it fit. I'll be keeping the bed since it's the same price as a regular king and it's going to be more of a hassle to return. It's the same price after all. But it's irritating that they can't even deliver what you order. My receipt even show KING. They're pricing is off at the stores too. They hike up the price and then "discount" it to make it seem like they're giving you a really really big discount. I got a dresser that is 600 something online and when they entered it in the purchase they put that the dresser is 1149. And reduced it to make it seem like I got a real steal. I entered the same purchase online and the price came out to 600 cheaper. I mean a deal is a deal. So it was still a discount. But they made it seem like I got a couple of grand off my purchase. I probably would have gotten the right size furniture if I had ordered online myself. Paid the extra 600 bucks and avoid the hassle of having things added to my purchase that I did not want or had no knowledge about. My sales persons name was Kora. My purchase was made on April 7.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. As a former employee of TWO years here's I'm advising and pleading that anybody who considers shopping here please reconsider. I've worked for this company for two years, I am here to tell you all how horrible and inconsiderate this place is. You will not get your furniture on time as promised, the customer service for this specific store is beyond terrible (please reference other people's reviews for proof) the quality of this furniture is disturbing and not top tier as they claim its cheap and easily deteriorates. I've worked in the warehouse where the items are made and distributed as well, I've experienced first hand everything about this company and how they work. If you see damage on your furniture you will never be able to return it, you will never be exchanged a new item. If you're lucky enough to get and even exchange you will not be getting a brand new item YOU WILL BE GETTING THE EXACT SAME ITEM BACK all they will do is touch it up with spray paint, call it brand new and send it back to your home. Purchasing the 5 year protection plan is an utter joke, there is no point to it because it covers absolutely NOTHING but give you an extra charge. I've also worked in the call center (customer service) and I'm here to tell you your problems are only just beginning if you purchase here. No, I am not just an angry ex employee who has a vendetta. I am genuinely concerned about how this place does business, I've experienced first hand how this store and customer service treat customers. In the store i promise you will be treated like a king when you're first purchasing, after u sign and pay you will never hear from your sales rep again. If you have an issue with your furniture or payments I promise you you will never get them solved or get through to the store. Please reconsider if you are planning to shop here, everything is over priced for terrible quality furniture. Won't last you more than a year in your home IF THAT.

Oh my gosh!!!! I dont even want to give them a one star i would love to give them a negative 5!!! No one with any integrity should everrrrrrrrr buy from this store!!!! My husband has sold this product thru a major leasing company. I have Ashely products in my home right now!!! These sales people and finance people are sooooooo thirsty for money that they run a switch and bate scam!!!!!! I have been to this store on several occasions and one sales person says this and the next one says something totally different!!! I noticed they deal with most customers of not of my skin tone that dont know there scamming , switching and bating!!! So sad!!! I had a "manager Francisco" agree that they had posted a mark down sign that was incorrect!!! He then brought the sign out and showed us a backing that had nothing to do with the mark down sign!!! To save face then my husband asked him why would i look at the back of a sign. . . . . . he then said quote unquote " any intelligent person would pick up the sign and read the back" unquote????? Wow I have been in the home loan lending industry for yearssssssss and would never ever treat any client the way Francisco and the manager of AcceptanceNow treated my family!!! I will be contacting the District Manager to inform him of the poooooorrrrr customer service that me and my family experienced. I had to go to the emergency room after this incident and found out I had a mini stroke!!! What the HELL!!!! Ashley please take a good look of the protocol of this Colton Store. Mr Morales told me he no longer wanted to assist me and I asked well as anyone here that can and he said no. . Mr Francisco said Fine we no longer want to do business with you after telling my husband he is not intelligent because he did not remove the discounted sign out of the casing and read nothing legitly associated with the mark down pricing. We have major connections with Aarons shame on Ashley in Colton!!!

I don't normally write bad reviews but I have time to let everyone know that this place has the WORST COSTUMER SERVICE ALL AROUND. I came to Ashely's to buy a bedroom set. I purchased a dresser, bed set, and tempur-pedic mattress. I asked and reviewed my delivery date to be set on a Thursday. I don't know what happened but somehow the delivery date was changed and was attempted to be delivered on the Tuesday of that week. The delivery sent me a text so I called the sales rep that helped me, whose name was Alex. He told me he didn't know how it happened but that he would "handle it". The next day I get a call from my mom saying they tried to deliver it. I called Alex and asked what happened I thought he would take care of it and his response was "I was under the impression that if you didn't confirm the order it would not be delivered. " UNBELIEVABLE. So he did not do anything to fix my delivery situation. So then I'm calling the delivery (which Alex should have done) and they tell me they can't deliver it till Friday when I organized my schedule for it to be delivered Thursday. The delivery calls me Wednesday saying never mind we can deliver Thursday. What a relief, right? Nope! Thursday comes and they only deliver my dresser and mattress and delivery tells me they didn't have my bed set available till the end of the month. They told me they didn't have it in stock and Ashely's reps should've checked for inventory. I'm very upset so at this point I'm calling Ashely's costumer's service and asked to speak with a manager and never did my calls go through when I was waiting for over 30 minutes on the line till I just gave up. I decided to drive up there and spoke to Vincent (store manager) not until i waited some more time of course. Finally, when I was explaining to Vincent what happened and how I was upset about everything that happened. He was grinning and chuckled at me the whole time. He was so rude and placed the blame on the delivery. He thought by sliding a $100 gift card from Ashely's it would shut me up. I left disappointed and I WONT EVER SHOP THERE. What a horrible person to manage a store. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE WHO ONLY CARE TO MAKE THE SALE AND DONT CARE TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS THAT COME AFTER IT. BECAUSE WITH UNPROFESSIONALS LIKE THESE PEOPLE ARE, THERE WILL BE PROBLEMS.

( warning its a long story to why we will most likely never come back to this store aging!!) So I'm not big on writing reviews because most of the time people write reviews when something goes wrong but maybe this is the only way that I can get the manager to call me back!! So we walked into this store on December 13th looking to buy a pullout couch since we decided to redo the spare bedroom in to an office. The girl that helped us was really nice she let us use a measuring tape and she didn't hover when we where look but she always came back to check on us. We finally found something that we both liked and would be great for the space and would fit in the door (we hope). So we decided to go with it but she told us that we wouldn't receive it till December 29th and we told her I think we are going to hold off because we have family coming down on the 27th and we would want it before they get here, then she informed us that the item that we wanted would be ready for pick up on the 17th but couldn't be delivered because they have so many orders so we decided that we would take it! So on the December 18th we spent $100 on rental truck and drove a half hr to the store to pick up our items but that's when we find out that are items was not there and we won't get it till the 29th we where pissed because we would have waited to buy the couch and not have threw out are extra bed but when someone tells you it will be there on the 17th for us to pick up we believe them (never doing that aging) so the lady said we can get it there on the 26th and that they would wave the delivery fee and they would call 48 hours to give you a 4 hour time frame when they would get there, so we said that's fine it was not ideal however it would get there a day before my sisters-in-law and her family came so they wouldn't have to sleep on the floor. So on the 26th I took the day off and waited for them to get there I called my husband to ask if they called him to tell us what time they would be around to drop off the couch he said they never called, that's when I called them and found out that they aren't coming at all because we wouldn't be receiving the couch till January 2nd ( so that meant I lost a day of pay and that my sister-in-law and her husband would be sleeping on the floor) I was pissed I told the lady from the call center the whole story and she seemed understand why I was so up set so I told her that I wanted to speak with management to find out what the hell was going on and why i didn't even get a phone call that are date was changed AGING!!!! After two attempts to try to get him/heon the phone the lady said she could send him an email a long with an email to corporate and someone will get back to me the same day!!! Well today is December 29th and I'm still waiting for them to call me back (same day my @ss) So needless to say we won't back for that rug or coffee table I guess we will just look for something at Jeromes or Mor!! Update So today is January 2 and you would not believe what happen, if you guessed that I would not be receiving my order today you are correct!!!! And did they call to let me know that my order got pushed back yet aging that would be a BIG FAT NO no wounded they only have two stars

BUYER BEWARE!!! I'm sitting in an empty condo wondering if and when I will ever see my furniture. After waiting weeks for the pieces I ordered to be delivered, they screwed up and went to the wrong address. The delivery driver who called said that this truck didn't make deliveries to my town, and that I wouldn't by getting my furniture today (after the whole point of this delivery being on a Saturday was that it was the only day of the week that they delivered to Big Bear). It took about an hour to finally get a person on the phone at Ashley, and explain the situation. They promised to figure out a solution and call me back. I got one call to ask for the correct address and then I was told that they would call back in about 30 minutes--that was 24 hours ago. . . I should have known when the salesperson was having problems with their software--she had to re-do the order three times. They have some technology issues. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you handle things after the fact the defines you as a company. Ashley Homestore has had thousands of dollars of my money, and I have no furniture. . . and they are okay with taking their sweet time with getting back to me. The good news is that I ordered a bed from Jerome's. They delivered it and set it up, and I slept a little better because of that. . . Ashley gets one star because I couldn't leave zero stars. Zero stars would be more appropriate because I have zero pieces of the furniture I paid them for one mont UPDATE: Well. . . 2nd attempt: They just arbitrarily cancelled my delivery without contacting me. 3rd attempt: I had a confirmed delivery appointment and they didn't show up again (again, no call). So. . . I went and rented a trailer and picked up my furniture. It wasn't ready to be picked up, like they said it was--waited 1 1/2 hours for them to find everything. When I got home and had to build everything (is this Ikea?), I opened our accent table to find it pretty much destroyed--strike four!!! The Colton store manager was nice about replacing it, but this experience has been terrible. You can't call these people--you hold until it forces you to leave a message, the nobody calls you back. The store looks very nice, but if you need delivery--DON'T DO IT!!! If you don't want to have to wait a couple hours to pick up your damaged furniture--DON'T DO IT!!!
