We worked with Kora Alvarez at the HomeStore in Colton and she was SO accommodating. She really took care of my grandma’s needs as she decided on furnishings for her new apartment. We bought our first dining room table set but the only problem we saw si far is, the table is cracked underneath.
Suppose to be upscaled. NOT! Talk about being swindled for something we shouldn’t even be charged for. Delivery $300 for no one showing up for our date/time, no call, no nothing. Excuse “called in sick.” Defective part called out for because they were not adjusted properly when delivered. 3rd call out, they didn’t even hook up the sectionals of the L shaped couch. They were all over the place. My granddaughter almost got hurt. WHAT THE HELL DID I PAY $300 FOR?????? Stay Tuned .........

TERRIBLE! We purchased several items from Ashley, one being a dining room set. We had an issue with 1 of the chairs. Ashley put us through hell before their corporate office finally approved an exchange 4 hours later!! BEWARE they have a NO RETURN policy on the furniture you buy from them. Be careful though, their sales staff and others will tell you its 48 or 72 hours, but it's not! Read your receipt. The chair defective chair we had to return was valued at $75 and it took us 4 hours, 2 trips to the store and 7 phone calls to make it happen. STAY away! Headache! Go to MOR Furniture, we went there and the have a decent selection and much lower price, PLUS a lot of their stuff is made by Ashley. Anyway, good luck if you deal with Ashley!!!

*****UPDATE****** IMAGINE !!, LOOK HOW HAPPY I WAS UNTIL EVERYTHING FELL APART AND NONE OF THE PROMISES WERE KEPT!! ALL THE THINGS THAT WERE PROMISED NEVER HAPPENED THE SALESMEN OFFERED PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS NONE OF IT HAPPENED I'VE GONE THROUGH EVERY AVENUE TO TALK TO SALES MANAGERS REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS NEVER TO GET A PHONE CALL BACK. SALESMAN WAS ACTUALLY ALLOWED TO LIE,, I FELT LIKE I WAS BUYING A USED CAR Paulo was a GREAT salesman!! We spent hours and hours trying to make decisions on three different rooms of a home, he helped and was patient with every single one!! I'm very impressed and so glad he was our salesperson!!...
Extremely pressuring salesman.. they would not leave us alone until I had to get aggressive with them. Any time I would walk away from my Wife for even 3 seconds, a wolf-salesman would be there to pounce on her. NEVER going back.. NEVER again buying anything from Ashley nor made by Ashley.

Staff is very helpful. Directs you exactly where and what your looking for. I had pictures from there website and Patricia took be exactly to them.
I don't shop at ashley's. I must of just passed by the place or stopped at a place nearby. Sorry. But I did once a long time ago. We had such a bad experience. We weren't attended to like other customers. The prices were high. But we bought a frame and California king mattress set. First It was delivered later than promised. When we called to complain about a terrible noise in the box spring a so called mattress technician came out to assess the noise .He made a comment that we were just to heavy and there was nothing wrong with the box spring. We were not happy but we kept it. Then the mattress started to make noises. We called back. Again someone else came out and assessed that the bed WAS defective. They offered to replace it. We agreed. When the replacement arrived . It was NOT the same bed. It was explained to us that the bed we originally purchased was no longer available so a comproble replacement was chosen. We did not agree to that. So we said return it and return our money. A check came in the mail 2 weeks later. . Remember, we had no bed. Waiting to purchase a bed somewhere else. We were livid. It was HALF the cost of our purchase. We went directly to the store. We had our original receipt and we still had a hard time to get our money back. Plus at this time we wanted it back in cash. Remember! It was an expensive bed. It took close to 3 months from start to finish to end this ridiculous situation. I will never go back. I have to pass by on the road but I DON'T STOP.
