Went to Ashley superbowl weekend. Phillip Sequeira meet us in the showroom and took us to what we were looking for. He explained Ashley's policy and a few other tid bits then left us alone. He would be in contact with us once in a while just to make sure we were seeing what we wanted(Never pressuring us). My wife finally picked out something that she really liked--A little more than I wanted to pay. Really nice sofa recliners and love seat recliners. One of their best. Phillip sat with us and answered many questions that I had--again never pressuring us just talking with us and giving me good info so I could make a good decision. After talking for awhile we made a deal I could live with. The furniture was delivered today--ahead of time schedule. The delivery guys were excellent--very nice. We are very satisfied and will return the next time we are looking for furniture.

I am a really unhappy costumer. Ashley of Colton is the worse store that you can go. I bought 3 complete bedroom set on march 21st 2013, and they told me that it was going to be deliver on april 22nd because they were out of stock, but that they will call me on the 17th to see if maybe they have it before that time. Nothing happen on the 17th so I went to the store to see what was going on and they say that they did it wrong, and they put instead of deliver UPS. They did corrected on that they and told me that the deliver was instead for Tuesday the 23rd now. So I went home happy because it will be only a day difference. Well the next day they call me to say that 3 items were not available for that delivery date, that instead, those 3 items will be deliver on the 27th but that I was getting $100 discount because of the inconvenience and I agree to that...on the 22nd I remove all my old furniture because they were going to be here early in the morning but it didn't happen, well today (tuesday 23rd) I called again and after waiting for many minutes on the phone, they say that is not on the computer a delivery for me today or Thursday,... they will only bring it here on the 27 and just some of the item, the rest they don't know yet...Really??? what kind of company is this one??? I cant believe that now I don't have furniture at all at home. I will post this comment everywhere, I need to do it so people can know how bad company Ashley is, and they only said "sorry for the misunderstanding" really??? sorry for the misunderstanding??? I'll make sure that everybody I know will not go buy at Ashley's.. the worse company ever!!! I miss Wickes... Carolina cardoza

Only giving two stars because the furniture is good quality but the process is so horrible it will definitely make me think twice about purchasing anything from them again. Seriously waiting almost two hours to pick something with an appointment.

BEWARE of GIFT CARDS - On August 2013 we made a purchase at Ashley Furniture. The sales person and manager both advertised us a savings for furnitures we purchasd by giving us a "$50 Gift Card" for each furniture sets purchased. We ended up purchasing 2 furniture sets for $2,700, and after we had signed and completed the transaction, we were then given 2 $50 Gift Cards for $100 total. Fast forward this month, December 2013. We went to make another purchase at Ashley Furniture hoping to use our 2 $50 Gift Cards. We were then told by another sales person (Bob) and his manager that they couldn't honor both Gift Cards on a $400 piece of furniture we wanted because the furniture was already discounted from it's MSRP price of $800. The manager then proceeded to show us a small print on the back of the $50 Gift Card that says not valid on promotions, and he proceeded to tell me because everything in Ashley Furniture is priced below their MSRP he considers that as a promotion and will only honor our Gift Cards if we pay the steeper MSRP price which is over a 100% markup of their current sales price. In other words, Ashley Furniture will have to charge up the price of that piece of furniture to it's MSRP of $800 for us to even use our $100 total Gift Cards. We couldn't even purchase a $200 carpet rug because their MSRP markup was supposedly $300! Why bother using a $100 in total Gift Cards when we would have to pay the MSRP of $300 for the exact same carpet any outside person can just walk in and purchase it on the store's $200 current price? What kind of Gift Cards are these? The manager even had the nerve to tell me these are not really Gift Cards like the ones you get from other retailers, and pulled out about 6-7 of the same $50 Gift Cards from his shirt pocket to show us he could just hand them out freely to complete any sale. So if they're not really Gift Cards, then why does the card themselves say "Gift Cards" on them? The salesperson also had the nerve to ask us if it's okay that he rings up the $400 bedroom chest we wanted as $800 MSRP instead, so we could then use our $100 total Gift Cards. Insulting! If we had known about this, we wouldn't have made the original furniture purchase in the first place at Ashley Furniture. But we didn't know this because, the salesperson and manager both were selling this to us as saving $100 on a Gift Card, and we didn't receive this Gift Card until AFTER the transaction was completed, signed, and scheduled for delivery to even check it out. This is a complete false advertising on a product. We have filed a complaint with the BBB regarding Ashley Furniture's business sales practices.

The sales people and managers at this location are the WORST!!! We spent 2 hours waiting for the sales guy to complete the sale then a regional manager stepped in and told him that they couldn't approve the sale because they would not deliver the furniture to a different address then what was on our account there. They claimed it was a type of fraud protection even though I verified my identity with my license and other credit cards. He was very rude and condescending. I felt bad for the sales guy because he was really trying to help us. Later that night he called us and told us to come back and he would honor the deal (of which I had a copy of) and we could deliver anywhere. I mean we are paying $129 for it so you would think they would do it. I ended up calling corporate to issue a complaint and they had never heard of such a policy. I ended up going back because it was a good deal. This time the sales guy was not there and instead the manager helped us. BAD IDEA!!! He refused to look at the original invoice which had a grand total including tax of $1877. We spent another 2 hours dealing with him ending in an invoice of $2700...WTF! We again tried to show him the invoice. He finally looked at it and when we went up to pay the total he came up with was $2100...WTF AGAIN!!! We again showed him that the original deal from 2 days before was $1877 including tax. He tried to say it did not include tax so I guess GRAND TOTALS do not include tax???? We were at our wits end and even the ladies at the pay station were frustrated with the manager. Finally I said I was done and just wanted to pay and purchase my furniture. The manager then turned to the pay desk girls and told them to cancel everything...HUH!!! He then told me that he would not sell me anything. I was being very patient and just wanted to pay for my furniture and go. Now the guy refused to sell it to me. This was the most upsetting sales experience of my life. This guy made me feel so terrible and belittled. I will never shop at Ashley furniture again!!! I urge you to stay away as well.

Since there is nothing less than one star, unfortunately that is all I can give. This is the most terrible furniture store in the entire world!!!. Let's start with ordering the top of the line bedroom set and having incompetent delivery staff who have NO idea how to put it together. They deliver open boxes which clearly is furniture other customers have rejected. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but folks, seven times later they still cannot get it right. Being patient with horrible staff with horrible manners does not pay off. Management has gone to sleep on this one folk and they cannot be resuscitated. Save your time and your money and go to a store you can truly be satisfied. Don't let the low prices fool you, there is a price for everything.

Terrible experience. I took my 76 year old grandmother to Ashley to buy a temperpedic mattress and fully adjustable base to help her recover from surgery in comfort. After spending $3,800 on a full mattress we were guaranteed same day delivery by 10pm. I wen to my grandmother's house, disassembled and disposed of her old bed. Ashley Furniture never delivered the mattress and never even bothered to call to say they wouldnt make it. I called the following morning and spoke to a manager who told me that he would look into it and call me back within the hour. The bed was delivered about an hour and a half later but i never recieved a call back from the manager. Very disappointing.

HATE the service. Linda helped us along with another sales woman there. We had our delivery on the 21st of February. At the time they told us all our furniture was in stock and it would all be delivered Feb 21, 2016. On the date of the delivery they told us that we were missing pieces to our bed and the items were back ordered. Our new delivery date for the missing items came to be February 26, 2016. The delivery guys came to finish putting the bed together but said we are still missing items for the bed. After a lot of back and forward between customer care and the store, they came to the conclusion that those missing parts for the bed were not even placed in our order since the beginning of our order. This is only odd because this missing items are the head rest and the foot rest, and the bed cannot be even built without these items. Their phone system is also terrible. No one ever answers in less than 5 to 10 minutes only to tell you that you need to call customer care and then so that customer care can tell you that they have nothing to do with the sale and we must contact the store. After a while of calling through the same number you need to call through a different phone number because they have the audacity to start ignoring your calls since they already know it is a complaint and they do not want to deal with it. Best thing is to do is to show up to the store and try to get their attention while you are there. Neither Maurice nor Linda seem to care about keeping customers happy after the sale has been close.

The worst service ever. I bought electric recliner sofas and the same day I've got them we were having trouble with them! I purchased the protection plan so I gave them a call so there we go "that they can't cover this because it was only a couple of days old!" Jajaja bs. So they want me to grab a 300 pound couch and take it to the wear house so they can check it. Lmao they are such idiots. Anyways I would never ever purchase 1 single thing here again!.. they want me to pay 150 dollars so a technician to come and check it out! Why did I pay the protection plan then! Bad service 😠😠😠

I'm very disappointed with my service. Today April 23rd 2016, I'm driving back all the way from Perris to Colton to return a desk that was the wrong size. They are MAKING me go back & pick up the correct size for a mistake done by them!??? Seriouslyyyy???! I'M WASTING TIME AND GAS MONEY I'M DONE!
