I’ve been waiting for a refund from a couch I returned since October 13. Today is December 5. I’ve been told I would receive a callback for this refund at least 5 times. Corporate says they’re not able to do anything and that the local store is only able to give me the refund. The local store hasn’t answered their phone in months the times I’ve called. I was very impressed by the customer service when I first purchased things, but trying to return things has been ridiculous.. Also, I had the same problems as others’ reviews with the delivery date being changed the day of and items taking months to arrive..
Clean and bright, there are so many things inside it is a bit overwhelming. We had a great associate assisting us her name is Hyam Zarak. She has brand knowledge, was polite and was a talented sales woman. Although we didn't purchase, we would return and ask for her. The furniture isn't built to last forever but there are some quality pieces amongst the inventory. The markup is about 50% so purchase while they're having a sale.
Purchased some items, and because the tables were with the wrong couch set, I had to go back to the store to get a create and get the correct tables. You cannot do any of this through the customer service phone number. My issue was resolved, but it took several trips and phone calls. Also, I purchased a Dining Room table with chairs the first week of October. The table was delivered with no chairs. The chairs were ordered in October and backordered until February 2021. If I would have known this, I would have never ordered them. I asked the rep if the delivery times were out a couple of months, he said no, but the answer is yes. Due to the Minnesota factory closing, the Colton store is backlogged for several months out. I like the items, but due to the mix up and backordered items, I would not recommend. It takes a half a year to get the items.
we have been waiting 1.5 months for an issue to be resolved and been told over and over again, I'd get a call back the next day. I'm FED up! I want you to come pick this junk up and I will never order from you again!!!!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE...
Picking out the furniture and paying for it was fine. However setting up a pickup time was crazy it'll take 8 days to get the furniture when I'm Picking it up
Had an appointment to pick up two items, only one item was available the other item was missing.. Communication and service was very poor.

Woman who 'helped' me must have been a used car saleswoman in the past. I came in to buy a specific mattress, and she proceeded to show me 8 other more expensive ones. Their pressure sale didn't work, as I left. Went to JCpenney, and found a superior mattress, at a cheaper price, with a competent sales woman.
They all lie, you might find one honest person! Do your homework first!
Do not buy Insurance. It’s a scam. They make you send pictures several times, then someone comes to your home just to tell you the insurance doesn’t cover anything. Expensive guaranteed and months of waiting. This is a waste of time.
I bought furniture and was told that I would have it in 7 to 10 days and I have not received it and it's been over a month my experience at this particular Ashley's was very frustrating but adding that one of the associates that help me out today in rectifying the problem did do a really good job and helping me sort things out with y'all later really appreciate it

Horrible customer service. Nobody answers in their call center. Been waiting for a refund. Furniture doesn't get delivered. Management doesn't care or resolve anything. STAY AWAY!!!
Customer service is terrible. No one never answers the phone and have to end up going to the store to discuss. :(

It was actually better than i thought it would be. I had a lot of help but wasn't pushed to make a decision and what i wanted was 50% off and got an additional 5% which was nice! Now hopefully i won't have any issues once i get my furniture
BEWARE!!! All they care about is getting your money and when they do the customer service goes out the window! Waited over 2 months to get some furniture. The delivery kept getting pushed backed because they were out of stock. The delivery guys were sloppy and damaged the couches during the delivery and I captured it on my home's ring camera (One of the guys stood the couch up on the street and rotated it on the corner to remove the plastic) One of the delivery guys was on his phone majority of the time. Customer service is giving me the run around. The in store sales people are great unfortunately the same can’t be said about the delivery aspect and customer service after you’ve made a purchase. INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY CAREFULLY because If you receive a damaged item they will not replace it they will send a tech out to try and fix it. Purchase date was 6/1/2020 delivery was 8/24/2020 I've been in the store and have called customer service multiple times. They have refused to refund, replace, or repair. Per customer service the store manger has refused to approve a replacement. Ashley HomeStore's level of customer service is comparable to that of the DMV. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone when you call the store in Colton, it's impossible because they never pick up! All they care about is getting your money and when they do the customer service goes out the window! There is a disconnect between the corporate customer service center and the actual store. They don't communicate. The customer service center just tells you to try to call the store when they can't solve your issue. I also NEVER received the $200 rebate card that I was promised as part of the promotional purchase.
