One of the best Ashley stores in the Bay Area! Evonae Chiacos assisted us with our purchase, and her attentiveness and patience stood out. She truly makes you feel like she has your best interests at heart. We’re hopeful the furniture we purchased will be just as excellent!

The staff at Ashley were helpful at each step of our process. Kudos to Gab Chapin who went above and beyond helping us choose a very good power recliner and facilitate transport.

Have items in stock, better delivery date, and install furniture correct the first time. Expedite the time and installer comes out verses having to wait another 2 plus weeks.

Came in to purchase a couch. We were told that the 60 month 0% financing was not available on our couch and that we had to do the 24 month. Read the back of their price card and it says plain as day "no minimum required". Asked the sales guy about it and was referred to the manager. Manager rolls her eyes and says we'd have to put 30% down. I tell her that's not a problem and now magically the 60 months is on the table. Not that big of a deal but it's not the point.

Very helpful

Ashley furniture is a rip off when it comes to extended warranty claims. They don’t tell you that you need to file a claim within 30 days of the product not working when they sell you the warranty. I suggest not buying their warranty. You spend $6000 on furniture and it’s been only 2 years into it and it starts breaking so when you call and if it’s not within 30 days they will not fix it. Who reads the fine print anyways in the warranty and that’s the excuse they’re giving for not fixing the problem with the furniture.

Incredibly disappointed with the customer service at the Ashley Store in the city of Concord, CA. I bought a bed and mattress. I asked for it to be delivered in the afternoon so I wouldn't lose a day of work. They made me lose my day of work because they made the delivery in the morning. they brought the wrong bed headboard so they made me lost another day of work. Two days after I slept on the mattress I started having body pain so I went to the Ashley Store to change the mattress because the mattress they brought me hurts my body. Now they won't give me a quick or efficient response about when they will change the mattress or return the money I paid. Today was the third time I went inside the store to asked about the exchange of the mattress please understand, the mattress they sold me hurts my body and I need a quick response, either they give me my money back or they will change the mattress. Very bad customer service from the managers at Ashley Store.

My boyfriend and I went to Ashley yesterday to buy furniture for our house. Darnell greeted and assisted us. He was very personable, attentive and helpful and did not pressure us into buying anything or buying more expensive items. We saved about $700 in total and were very pleased with the items we selected. This was our first furniture buying experience and Darnell made it easy and enjoyable. We will definitely ask for him the next time we return.

I have been looking for a sectional for months now and thought I would try Ashley’s in Concord. Me and my husband are so glad we waited we had the best customer service in a long time . We were overwhelmed from looking at different places we walked in Ashley’s looking around and this nice gentleman walked up introduced himself that itself was nice. After that I had so much fun picking my stuff out I ended up buying a lot more the prices were so great and the customer service was fantastic. I’m not leaving five stars for the company. I’m leaving a five star review for the young man by the name of Mohammed. If you’re looking to buy furniture and Need a righteous salesperson to do right by you and your family. I recommend him wholeheartedly. I came in today he sat with me for over an hour going through The online inventory with me, I ended up not buying anything Not yet at least, but he was so humble. There was plenty of other customers that he could’ve assisted that he could’ve made a sale off of instead he chose to help me because I needed it .. Humble and very grateful and appreciative Please, if you go in, please make your sale with this guy he truly deserves it ! You’ll see what I mean when you meet him

Ashley furniture salesman assured me they would get the oversized chaise into my home after I told him our issues with the door. Delivery guys got there and only tried one half assed try to get it through and just told me it won't fit. I am so disappointed as I really wanted this chair more than you could ever know. Why sell it to me for me to have to wait and then end up returning it?? They want to say they won't be refunding the full delivery fee as well even though nothing was delivered. I'm pretty pissed off.

Among the sea of furniture in the showroom, we were able to get everything we were looking for and set for delivery on the same day. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. This was the worst shopping experience of my life. We bought a sectional sofa, a kitchen table, a dining table, 10 chairs, a bed frame, two nightstands, and a TV stand. Everything was great until we made the payment. The salesperson assured us that they would assemble all the items and we wouldn't have to do anything. However, they arrived much later than the scheduled time—we waited four hours. When they finally arrived, the delivery team contradicted what the salesperson said, telling us we had to assemble the TV stand ourselves. We ended up assembling it on our own. Two of the chairs arrived damaged, and one part of the sectional sofa (the armless chair) was stained. We requested replacements. While taking the armless chair for replacement, they also took one of the pillows, claiming they had to take it with them. They promised to return both the armless chair and the pillow together. A week later, two different delivery staff returned with the armless chair but without the pillow. We contacted customer service, who told us to speak with the store. The salesman said we could either wait for a few weeks for the issue to be resolved or drive to the store to pick up the missing pillow ourselves. My husband rightfully said that after paying so much, it wasn't fair for him to drive an hour to pick up the cushion, and that they should send it to us or he won’t recommend Ashley to nobody. In response, the salesperson hung up on him after saying, “Go ahead.” To avoid dragging out the situation, I went to the store myself, tired and upset, to pick up the pillow. I'm pregnant, and this whole moving process is already exhausting. The careless and rude behavior from Ashley's staff added unnecessary stress and frustration. I do not recommend them.

We had a great experience buying a new mattress and a side table. Our salesman, Steve Jewell, was fabulous. He took his time to make sure we made a good purchase that met our needs.

My husband and I came in on Labor Day and wanted to get in and out quickly. We knew what we wanted (new sofa and loveseat). Brett was very helpful. I appreciated the fact that there was absolutely no pressure. I was free to just wander the store at my own pace. There were sales people throughout if I would have had questions but no one hovering. Exceptional Service at Ashley Furniture – Kudos to Mohammad Norouzi and Muhamad Safi I recently visited Ashley Furniture on 8/10 and had a mixed experience, but it ended on a high note thanks to the outstanding service provided by Mohammad Norouzi and Muhamad Safi. Upon entering the store, my initial interaction was less than pleasant. A certain associate was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. When I asked questions, he responded curtly and made a troubling comment: "This is my 7th year with Ashley; I bet I can coach whoever told you that and do circles around them." He also dismissed my ideas outright, telling me that what I wanted wouldn’t work and essentially suggesting I was wasting his time. His behavior made me feel undervalued and unimportant, and I almost left the store to try the Emeryville location instead. However, my decision to stay and wait for a more accommodating associate proved worthwhile. Mohammad Norouzi stepped in and transformed my experience. He was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and helping me build the couch exactly as I envisioned, contrary to the earlier associate's discouraging comments. As Mohammad Norouzi was leaving for the day, he introduced me to Muhamad Safi. Muhamad continued the excellent service by assisting me in visualizing my new table and other pieces. He went above and beyond by moving chairs around to ensure I got the perfect arrangement and even helped me select rugs that would complement the space beautifully. His dedication and willingness to help made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to the efforts of Mohammad Norouzi and Muhamad Safi, I am thrilled with the selections we made for my new apartment, and I’m excited to finalize my purchase and schedule delivery. Glad they stay open relatively late, first of all! My first time here and was immediately greeted by Darnell, a fantastic knowledgeable sales rep. He helped me by detailing certain aspects of different leathers and fabrics. This store has a nice selection of furniture to chose from. I ended up purchasing some items because Darnell was so pleasant and caring and professional.

If you're considering purchasing anything from Ashley Store, do yourself a favor and run the other way! This store is all about quick sales and empty promises. They'll happily sell you a warranty, claiming it covers everything under the sun. But the moment you actually need to use it, you'll find yourself caught in a frustrating cycle of deflection and excuses. Ashley Store’s customer service is nothing short of a nightmare. The moment I needed help with a defective product, I was tossed around like a hot potato between Ashley and their service provider, Reguard. Each blamed the other, leaving me stuck with a defective product and no solution in sight. Reguard says it's Ashley's problem, while Ashley points the finger back at Reguard. It's a never-ending blame game where the customer always loses. What’s worse, Ashley seems to have mastered the art of upselling a worthless warranty. They’ll convince you that it’s essential, but when push comes to shove, they won’t lift a finger to stand by their products. It's all about making the sale and squeezing every penny out of you. The product I bought was faulty from the start, and all I got from Ashley was a runaround. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or their satisfaction. They’re quick to take your money and vanish when it’s time to fulfill their promises. Ashley Store has shown me that they don’t value their customers and will do anything to dodge responsibility. The next time you think about shopping there, remember that their warranty is as good as nonexistent, and their customer service is a complete joke. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Ashley Store does not deserve your hard-earned money!

I’ve been dealing with incompetent employees the entire buying experience. I ordered a table for my new home and realized that the table was in high demand which is no problem. The issue at hand is the employees in customer service representative JOHN and manager NEISHYL. First off John is completely responsible for my reactions toward the company. During this time he has lied about the order, spoke negative about his coworkers at the Ashley Store. I was totally disrespected during this interaction. I spoke with the manager neishyl and she apologized profusely. She looked into the issue at hand and gave me clear and concise information about my order. I felt great after and under the impression that everything would work out. Since ordering and speaking to both I’ve had two failed deliveries with no communication in between. The only conversation that was had was a text message confirming my delivery which I confirmed and would be delivered June 8 which failed. The other delivery date was June 14 which also failed. I missed work due to the fact that representatives told me I had to be home to sign for the package. I called today June 15 and NEISHYL kept making excuses being a manager is unacceptable. She offered no remedy and told me it was rescheduled for delivery on June 17 but that was “subject to change” This was totally UNACCEPTABLE and DISRESPECTFUL, wasting my time and losing out on money. I ordered this item on May 25th and it’s been close to a month of not receiving my product. The back breaker is NEISHYL knew this, when previously speaking with her and didn’t inform me via call/text/email stating that it wouldn’t be delivered for the second attempt of June 14. Something needs to change in your organization but rest assure that I will NEVER buy anything from your company EVER AGAIN! You don’t even deserve a 1 star review!

They were incredibly helpful. I can in with an immediate need. My husband had spinal surgery and I needed a recliner for him to sleep in. I needed one I could take away in my van right there and now. They found me one on clearance and loaded it for me! We love this store and will continue using them!

I went to Ashley on a Sunday during MDW. I already knew what I wanted to purchase, but browsed around a bit. When I was ready, the guy at the podium in the front of the store sent over another associate to “help” me. What happened next was one of the rudest sales experiences I’ve ever had. First, he didn’t greet me at all, he just said “follow me”. Then proceeds to weave through a narrow path of furniture. Mind you, I have my infant child in a stroller. So I take the long route and meet him by a register. He proceeds to ask for my last name, zip code, and number - just like that. All without looking at me or engaging AT ALL. I could tell he was flustered and clearly in a rush, so I asked him if he was busy. He then turns to me and says “yeah, I have customers and I don’t want to lose my sale”. First of all, it wasn’t even that busy. Secondly, am I not a customer? He was a short, heavy set, white guy, with a NY accent named MIKE. Thanks to him, Ashley furniture lost this customer for life.

Despite having bought the warranty, I have been unable to reach anyone at the designated store number for assistance. My advice is to avoid this place and save yourself the frustration and headaches caused by their unresponsiveness and poor quality. Thorough research will reveal numerous cases of people being scammed by this company, with many having to resort to legal action due to the company's abusive practices. Sales person was nice. Once they had our money it was all downhill. Delivery guys showed up and JAMMED the couch through the doorway taking off the paint. As I cautioned them to angle it they looked at me blankly and kept going. No one trained them how to get a couch through a doorway. I called the store 4 times and no one answers once you finally get past the robot. Called corporate and they were as useless refusing to get me a manager and then pretended to give me the managers number but it was just the store. Awful awful experience. Avoid the store.

I've purchased a dinette set and a bedroom chair from Ashley within the last 2 months. The dinette set from the Emeryville store and a bedroom chair today from the Concord store. Both experiences was great. They have a large variety of furniture to choose from and the service was good. The sales representatives are great but my only complaint is that there is never enough customer services representatives. Both times I had to wait an inordinate amount of time for assistance.

I went to this location with my dad last week for a new bed, the staff that helped was very nice and helpful with us in the process. My dad purchased my bed and set it up to be delivered yesterday. The bed came and it was all wrong. We ordered a white bed with lights and received a gray bed with no lights. We called the store and nobody answered , which was very disappointing especially since I was really looking forward to the pretty lights that were supposed to be on the headboard. Would give 0 stars if possible for this mistake.

Excellent experience with Darnell Carter who helped me on the floor to find exactly what I was looking for. Very attentive and listened well to what I was looking for. Left with what I came fore even better. Very positive experience. I had been in two other Ashley stores recently previously looking for the same item unsuccessfully. My only concerns was that Erica who originally met me and my sister in the store, didn’t give me her full attention and relied on the manager who, wasn’t knowledgeable regarding Ashley’s products; I was just told what I was looking floor wasn’t available. On my way out, Mr Carter happened to come by and asked if was looking for something in particular and he proceeded to pull out his tablet and searched a for the item I came in looking for and by listening, heard that I was really looking for a round table and not rectangular table that was shown in the original ad; same set, same brand, but with the round table I really wanted. That’s customer service at its best. Darnell Carter took that extra step that was needed to further assist in purchasing exactly what I wanted that day. His customer service ethics were the best and I am a satisfied customer.

Such an unprofessional team, I bought furniture with protection plan from this store paid $500 but when the time came and I filed a claim they started to play mice and cat games. The representative at store told me to talk to his manager but when talked the guy about the claim he said that he is not the manager, then he asked for my phone number and promised me that their manager will call but never called. I called them many times they put me on hold for few minutes and finally ended the call very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional team in general. plus the quality of their goods are poor too. I never give a bad review but these people worth it.

I had a great experience. I prefer to take my time to look around myself, and the salespeople were respectful of this. No pressure, and they right there when I had questions. Leo was knowledgeable and professional. He answered my questions candidly and was very thorough. The delivery crew were the most polite and efficient I have ever experienced. They made sure I checked out the sofa bed, had me test it out, and were very cautious and respectful of our home as they moved the large sofa into our modestly sized space. We bought a faux leather sofa sleeper. It looks very nice. Sturdy cushions and well made materials. Customer service at this level for a large company is, sadly, uncommon these days. Ashley was a welcome change. Each and every one of their employees at this store were wonderful.

Came in to get a couch. The sales rep Bret was incredibly helpful and patient. He showed us all our options and did not push the most expensive choice on us. He explained the difference in materials and even the times the displays had been sitting and how they affect the firmness versus the worn in feeling of the couches. Would recommend coming in and talking to Bret 10 out of 10.

TLDR - no return policy even for in store credit. Go to a store that will work with you. Update: they allowed us to make the exchange. I appreciate that. Warning- there is a zero tolerance return policy. We bought our couch and coffee table together in store with a salesperson. The configuration we purchased of the couch was a "cushion" smaller than the one in the.show room. It turns out that made a huge difference and the coffee table was much too large to use. Our sales person didn't flag this. When we called we would have taken in store credit to get a proper sized table and they whole sale denied it. Even when we sent pictures that it wasn't going to work in the space. I will never shop here again.

While in the store Darnell did a great job. We were excited about our new furniture that was supposed to be delivered on the 12th. We got confirmation on the 9th that it would be delivered on the 12th as planned. Then on 10th we got notified it was being moved to 14th. Zero stars! Even one star is too much for this company. Five months ago, I bought a sofa and a swivel chair with a 5-year protection plan. I spoke with customer service, the store manager, and, after two visits from an Ashley technician, this is the response I received from Ashley Customer Care via email: " it's just from the use of material, getting lint from your clothes and creating pilling onto the item". Be careful, you have to wear special clothes to use this company's products!!!!!! and this is my answer to your reply : . i don't want send email to ashly any more, because you are know any thing and dont action.

This place is the absolute worst. We ordered a set of chairs and a couch and given a delivery date. The morning of, they call and say it is out of stock. Delivery was delayed two more times. A year or so later, this week, we decided to get the matching loveseat. Once again, given a date for delivery. Once again, the day of, they called and said it is out of stock. Their inventory system is a joke and customer service even worse. Fool me once, bad on you. Fool me twice, bad on me and never again! What a joke.

I had a very bad experience buying furniture from Ashley. I bought complete furniture for my new house and found a dining table which is quality.Besides, all the rest is expensive garbage. I can't return anything even if the box is not opened yet ( Ashley policy). Bought a bed with a $550 price tag for $750, but upon delivery, i surprised to find that still need to buy a base of $300. So now it is $1000 to buy a complete bed of a $550 price tag & now I'm stuck. The salesperson didn't tell me anything during the sale. Tried 1 hour but couldn't reach out to the store over the phone. When I went to the store and explained the matter, I did not get polite treatment from them. The scary thing is that once they deliver something, they don't take it back...

The items order were 2 white swivel chairs. The sales person was nice and friendly. The notification of the orders was a bit to much. What I think was funny is I never received notification that one of the chairs was on back order with no ETA. When I tried calling the store the line kept ringing. So I paid for 2 chairs only received one and receiv d numerous notifications of delivery but nothing on the back order so my experience is less than satisfactory.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Ashley furniture in Concord California has I believe it is important for both potential customers and the company itself to be aware of my encounter in September my husband and I visited the Ashley furniture store in Concord where we were assisted by sales representative Darnell Carter, we were in the market of two swivel white chairs, and after finalizing our choice my husband made the purchase fully aware that the delivery was scheduled for November 2. From the moment we made our purchase we received an influx of notification emails, text messages and phone calls concerning the impending delivery. They requested confirmation of receipt and our preferred delivery location while we appreciate it their proactive communication little did we know that our experience was about to take a turn for the worse. 6 weeks later on the schedule delivery day. The delivery personnel who were courteous informed us that they only had one of the two chairs we had ordered to our surprise. they inquired whether Ashley furniture had notified us about the situation to which I had to respond with a resounding NO subsequently after the delivery personnel, completed their task by assembling the base of the single chair, capturing pictures and departing. I had immediately reached out to Ashley. I first attempt to contact the store directly, but received no answer, and then contacted the customer service call center and spoke with a young lady who could confirm that only one item had been delivered and it then impressed her In inability to provide an estimated time of arrival for the second chair . I asked her why we were not informed of any backorder situation she did not know the answer our purchase. frustrated and disappointing I told her that I would discuss the matter with my husband and consider canceling the entire order. My husband, spending two hours in vain attempts to reach someone at the store via telephone eventually resorted to using the online chat option to handle the transaction. To our dismay, the response received in the chat was at Ashley furniture's policy there are no returns if the customer changes their mind and that this information is also detailed on the receipt. Furthermore, they suggested that we should have been informed about this policy in store. In response. My husband reiterated that our issue was not a change of mind, but a legitimate concern. We had paid for two chairs, and received only one with no indication of when or if the second chair will arrive. We had no response from Ashley. To add to a further disappointment. This experience marks a stark contrast to my previous 15 years of loyalty has an Ashley Furniture customer. It is disheartening to witness decline and service in communication, particularly given the trust and patronage we placed in the brand over the years. In light of this experience, it is with regret that I must convey that I will not be returning to shop at Ashley furniture, and I feel compelled to caution others about that Potential pitfalls of dealing with this particular location. It is in my sincere belief that the store could benefit from a sign on its door that reads buyer Beware, thank you for taking the time to read about my encounter Ashley furniture in Concord California. Steve at the Concord store was awesome. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and checked in frequently while we made our decision. He was professional, friendly, and very pleasant to talk to. We are very pleased with the sectional and dining room table we chose and Steve definitely helped us make our decision. The “customer service”we received at the Fairfield store that day was the opposite and was so bad we left, so the friendly assistance we got in Concord was refreshing.

At this time buying dresser and adding night stand on a different day for delivery is set. Sales rep completed what he had to do. Waiting now for delivery. Inside store sales an questions were wonderful!

I recently purchased two oversized chairs at Ashley in Concord, CA and I could not be more pleased with the experience I had there.I was greeted by Mohammad Norouzi who asked what I was looking for. I so appreciated that when I said I wanted to take a look around - that he allowed me space to go my own way. At some point - I checked in with him as I had questions about a couple of pieces. He had the perfect balance of letting me explore and also checking in on me periodically to provide me information or suggestions as he noticed the types of pieces I gravitated towards. Mohammad also let me know about their warranty when I asked about the durability of the fabrics of the chair I was interested in…but there was absolutely no hard sell. There is a lost art of customer service that Mohammad got right in every way. While upholstery choices might be greater in some other stores - (Ashley’s service model allows for much quicker delivery and good pricing) - the customer service far surpassed the handful of other furniture stores I’ve visited in the past month. In the future I will start my furniture search here.

Upon arrival to the Concord location I asked to see the Labor Day Specials…bedroom set, regular height dining set and counter height chairs that were on sale and/or clearance. I was told the items were not available in the store on display. After walking around I did find the bedroom set on display in the back of the store. The sales clerk was unaware the item was in the store. The dining set I wanted was not on display but a counter height set was. The counter height chairs on clearance I wanted I was told were no longer available…they were discontinued. I purchased the bedroom set, dining set and matching counter height chairs for my kitchen island.

The young Hispanic gentlemen was very attentive and useful to what we were looking for. He helped us finalize quickly and made the process very smooth. We were able to find the furniture , order it, and get out in about 15 mins.

The greeter insisted the store did not have what your website said was there. I tried to have someone at the desk check the store’s inventory, but she said that could not be done. With some urging, the greeter canvassed the store and declared there was no such item. I then walked through every part of the store myself and found it! (It was a set of 3 square baskets.) I was surprised and dismayed to find I could not purchase them in the store but had to have them shipped. One employee told me they could be shipped back if they were unsatisfactory. Then another said they could not be returned. Most of the staff I interacted seemed to be not at all interested in doing their job. There were maybe only one or two other customers, so I suppose the staff had little inclination to be of service. I did buy finally buy two sets of the baskets I wanted, but I will not shop at Ashley in the future.

Nightmare. We ordered a sofa and it was to be delivered 4 days later then received an update pushing delivery forward 5 more days. We got a 4 hour delivery window with no text or email updates indicating they were late or not coming and after calling customer service was informed they were delivering in 4 more days. Finally called their warehouse and found out they DON'T HAVE THE SOFA IN INVENTORY AT ALL AND IT WOULD BE A MONTH BEFORE THEY MIGHT HAVE ONE! They are selling products they don't have, promising deliveries they have no intention of completing and then have the nerve to say its in the sales agreement I signed that they can deliver whenever they want. BUNCH OF LIARS! Don't trust anybody in this company. Disgusted!

This is an upscale store full of very nice furniture. This is not a place for the working stiff to shop. I told one saleslady that I was looking for a kitchen table for around $200. She smirked and said, "That's where our kitchen CHAIR prices begin." For those who have no budget, it is a good place to look at nice furniture.

They never answer the phone, it's hectic inside the store, people following you and acting like robots. All of them trying to scrape money off the floor with adding things you did not come for. They are a money hungry company. Don't give them your money unless your okay with getting screwed. They also reel you into the mattress area for a gift card? How desperate can it get????!!!! My son bought a head/footboard bed from Ashley furniture & had them put it together in his room. The bed has been wobbly & makes noise getting in & out. We had them come out to fix the bed & they took a look at it & said nothings wrong with it & won't replace it. They could see that the bed was wobbly, but refused to do anything about it. Terrible customer service & I've bought multiple things from them in the past. I'd expect a better outcome for repeat customers. They lost a customer.

Brett Sherman at the Concord Ca location, provided my husband and I an awesome purchasing experience. He's very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

Steve the sales consultant was very nice and not pushy. He looked for the best deal and was knowledgeable about his product. The delivery arrived on the day expected. Delivery guys was nice, quick and did a great job and cleaned up. Yes, based on this experience, i would definitely recommend Ashley’s Furniture in Concord.

Ok so want to laugh? I told my husband that the guy who helped us reminded me of The Rock 🤣😂🤣😂 but he was super helpful, kind, and patient. I forgot to transfer funds to make the purchase, and my phone died. Even though he had other customers, he was able help me find a charger, and waited until I was able to move everything. I totally forgot his name but thank you! We love our couch lol

Ashley Concord Store Brett provided beyond excellent customer service. My husband and I have been searching for a new dinning room. We have had our current one for 7 years as a hand down from a family friend. We walked into 3 different Ashley Stores 2 which we were barely acknowledge, but as soon as we walked in to the Concord store Brett greeted us. After I explained to him what we were looking for he proceded to show us the dinning rooms that fit our criteria and answered ALL of our questions. We found 2 dinning rooms but my husband and I were nor able to agree on one. After doing a walk thru with Brett we decide to keep shopping around. After going to another Ashley store and not finding anything we decided to return the next day to Concord and purchase the dinning room from Brett. We arrived before Bretts start time but he still made sure to help us out. He was again helpful and patiently explain all the different financing options. He helped us thru the paperwork and we happily walked out with a beautiful dinning room. Thank you sooo much Brett will be back soon.

Came looking for my perfect crochet chair and found this adorable high armed velvet cuteness. Customer service was great and it was even delivered earlier than first told.

I placed order#50765060 for bed frame and dresser from Ashley Concord store. When item was delivered last week, I noticed multiple defects in product immediately I inform to delivery person and customer care. customer care told me that we have to send technician to check the issue even I told her I can share the pics but she said no we have to send technician. Technician supposed to come on Wednesday nobody came. I really don't know what's going on. I had very bad experience and still issue not fixed.

I love Ashley! They are so helpful and friendly. I got everything I needed and approved credit in a reasonable amount of time. Beautiful furniture!

Great experience, very good customer service! Thomas Veite was very helpful, he listened, answered all my questions and I was very happy to find and buy the furniture I needed.

They had a great selection on the showroom floor and there were a few pieces I was interested in. The reason I am giving two stars is because I was in that store for at least 30 min. and not once did an employee say hello or at least let me know they worked there. There were only two other customers in the store so it was definatley not because they were busy. I do admit that I am a stickler for customer service, especially when it comes to big purchases. Retailers should keep in mind that with the current state of our economy and the inflated prices consumers are struggling to keep up with a simple hello and a smile really goes a long way.

I live in Fairfield I refuse to shop at that location the staff not very helpful so I drove to the Concord location. I received excellent customer service at the Concord location from my sales rep and from the cashiers everyone at this location was very helpful and professional. My sales rep was patient with me and I didn’t feel rushed into buying something that I didn’t want.

Not enough sales people. Wandered around, then stood at the entrance podium. NO HELP! Finally got a Finance gal to take my money and sell me a 5 drawer chest. She was nice, but inexperienced at sales. Likely would have gotten a matching dresser if she could have worked with me.

Almost didn't buy anything from here given all these nasty reviews but not quite sure what everyone is talking about. Ashley had a huge selection of furniture to choose from at reasonable prices. Their quality is pretty good Id say its dependent on a case by case item basis. We had to furnish our new apartment so we just got the big stuff - a couch, bar stools, and a bed frame. We happen to stumble on a buy more save more deal and ended up getting 15% off which saved us like $400+Vince (store rep but maybe a manager too?) was suuuper helpful. Come delivery day he was our point of contact to ensure a smooth delivery. The guys delivered it and assembled everything free of charge. Overall enjoyed my experience.

After multiple confirmations of delivery, phone calls the morning of to confirm delivery you could have actually delivered my furniture when it was scheduled to arrive. Customer service was zero help and just said oh well, guess we need to reschedule. I took the day off the get my furniture for only 1 item to arrive after confirming 3 different times and then your customer service blamed me and said I must've done something wrong Now I have no furniture in the house besides a table & chairs, I didn't get my plates, recliners, living room tables, lamps, nothing .. absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Guess I need to take another day off now to get my furniture because your customer service could give two craps about your customers and instead of taking any responsibility or action to remediate the issue. They blame the customer and hang up. I will make sure to tell everyone in the area how you treat your customers after the sale is made

Ashley furniture is the worst store, I bought a sofa and loveseat and they sent me damaged both time while I returned the item the picked up and then send me an email the we don’t accept your return I went to the store in concord the customer service lady was so rude her name is Britney and she even didn’t listen to me and told me leave my desk I asked about manager and no one show up she said my manager is Alicia she is not here come an other day, the sales manager David was there he was the same rude and he shout on me that we have clients we don’t have time to help you, even I was a client too, they kicked me out of store I wrote an email to the store manager Anis Ghamashi and brought his attention but he never responded to me, they didn’t want to pay my money back and then my credit cart company disputed and paid my money. All manager and employees are rude, no customer services, just they like to lie and sales there fake and damaged furniture. Please don’t west your time and your money in this store

I've been waiting three weeks for Ashley to replace the window they busted out during delivery. It is 40 degrees at night and because of Ashley Home, I have had cardboard on my window for three weeks and a freezing family. I have called a total of 62 times and got nowhere. The customer service is non-existent. Literally. Ive left a complaint with the BBB and next step is to stop payment with the bank. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Gianna in particular needs to find another line of work. Come to Ashley, spend $1200 on a couch and get your windows busted out for free! Thanks Ashley Furniture for making my house unsafe for my family to live in because of the freezing air and risk of burglary. Who knew buying a couch could effect both your health and safety? Again, Thanks Ashley. STILL WAITING..........we're a few days from a month now. Legal action to follow.

We visited Ashley home store in Concord today. We found pretty good deals , definitely you will find something that will match your budget . The sales person Mohamed Safi was very helpful .

Our sales associate, Vince, was knowledgeable and friendly and did not put the “hard sell” on us at all. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy every step of the way and explained every bit of our bill thoroughly and to our satisfaction.

I had a complications with the warehouse not having items in stock. Later found out items had been discontinued. Course I was a little upset and went back to the home store. Both sales representative Steve and Vince were great at sorting this out immediately. My request was to have my furniture before Thanksgiving and they made this happen. Vince followed up and was very interactive with that warehouse on making sure this was done. I appreciate the good work and I will continue my business in the future at Concord Ashley.

Furniture is good but the sales process and customer service when they inevitably screw up your order is horrible. If you want to avoid a headache, find furniture elsewhere.

Brett was a very helpful salesman. He took his time with me, and really worked to help me find the right recliner to try and relieve the chronic pain in my low back. He was so considerate he even thought about solutions that were also a better fit for my height (I'm 5' 2"). I never thought it would be possible to have a chair where my feet would touch the ground. I wish if I can give that store 0 star . I buy a dinning table from this store. they show me really nice dinning table at store but when they delivered to my house it was totally different. So I call right away to customer care they said store material is always different than delivery products I said wow . But I didn’t like this table at all after one month everyday they make new excuses finally they sent technician and they said technician said it’s normal. Finally they hardly refused to returned my table. Unfortunately I have to throw this table to garbage . Because this store doesn’t know how to take care of customers they don’t care about your money also . Store manager and their salesman has very nice behavior till you are in store . When you pay and found anything wrong in your product and want to return them see how these people change their behavior. I never seen this kind of horrible service in my life . Very disappointed

This is my second time buying from Ashley but my second time proved to be the worst experience ever! It took almost a YEAR! and until now it is not complete. The staff are not helpful at all and most of the time the blame game is their game face. It is so frustrating that I have to work hard to get all of my furniture delivered...which shouldn't be my responsibility at all!

I love this store because of the quality of their items but the staff is horrible. The day I visited there was absolutely no women working and about 9-10 salesmen. The men are very forward, abrupt, and pushy with trying to get sales. When not harassing their customers, they all stand around huddled , just staring for their next prey to walk through the door. I ended up purchasing 1 couch based solely on the price and needed assistance putting it in my car. After bringing my car around to the front, I walked back into the store and asked the gentlemen if he could grab someone to help me. He proceeded to ask me 3 times if I paid for the item and “ who did I give my money too”. Obviously, because me telling him 3 times I paid for it and what service associate helped me , and the couch already being set by the door, wasn’t enough. I’d only recommend this place because of the reputation of their furniture. As far as the staff, steer clear. It would be nice to see women employed in the establishment next time

We bought a bed and a mattress there. The quality is good. But what was really surprised us is we waited for the delivery just 3 days. Before that we had bought a sofa in Macy's and we were waiting for the delivery the entire month.

Lovely employees, but a system error took down all the computers. No transactions were possible. I felt bad because they lost a lot of business. But my interactions with employees was fantastic. The store needs serious IT support.

I found what I wanted, was told that is was in stock. THEN was told I could get it delivered on a certain date. The delivery company confirmed a different date, saying they could not deliver on the date i was promised and had a written approval for. SO, I was able to reschedule with the delivery company, but the sale person either fibbed or was misinformed.

Never had to work so hard to spend 5k but like I said after delay after delay we ended up leaving. Save time and money and go someplace else. Total disappointment.

Waited nearly an hour to get the attention of a salesperson - I was ready with my choice. Two salesmen responded to my call for help, one said I should go on-line to buy piece I wanted: faster and cheaper. He was right, but then site showed that piece was on backlog, 3-5 months to get it. Ready to leave store in frustration. Finally salesperson named Erica, said she’d be happy to help and in 10 minutes, I was done. You’ve got to improve training on the 6 males disguised as salesmen at this location.

Picked up a few bedroom pieces fairly late on a Sunday with my partner. We were greeted by a very friendly employee named Steve. He immediately made us feel at home, and guided us around the showroom to find the dresser chests and nightstand we were looking for. We took up a LOT of his time, and eventually I realized that we had kept him over an hour past his shift! I'm glad we were able to give this store and Steve the business. He really does take the time to determine what a customer needs, not just what a store might hope to sell you. Good people here, including a manager named David (if I remember correctly). Awaiting delivery on our furniture, so this review only covers the fab service and attention we received in-store.

The sales rep (Darnell) was very knowledgeable concerning Ashley’s merchandise. Additionally, he was very patient in answering all of my questions concerning various products throughout the store. Well done!

Okay place, is crowded and kind of messy.

Had nothing but problems with my purchase and was not delivered as scheduled even though three calls the day before delivery. No call to say delivery was not coming after waiting for 5 hrs. Will not shop there again

In store service, & help is great, afterwards if you need service, that’s another matter. So far no follow up on issue with bed after going to store and texting my sales person.

These stores sucks we order a table since November 2021 and they told us that we suppose to get it by end of December than I call by January n they say that it was latte so they told by the of February it's already April and still I haven't received anything and whe i call they told if I want they just refund my money no effort or any apologies for the delay

I ordered a couch Nov 26 2021 the guy said it would be 4-6weeks. It’s now April 21 2022 & still no couch. I’ve contacted every month since the time frame was up & they always say “ estimated time” which is always different. If I knew it would take this long would have never ordered from them.

Vince was great!! Humble, honest, patient, and down to earth.

First the service was impeccable. Vince helped us as soon as we walked into the door. Asked what we were looking for and immediately found exactly what we described and offered comparable alternatives. He was patient with our questions and stayed with us through the entire experience. We are very pleased with the quality of service this location has to offer. The furniture, as well, is top quality and affordable. We are so excited for our free delivery and set up in the next 4 days! I highly highly recommend asking for Vince to help with your next furniture shopping experience.

Good selections, knowledgeable staff and good prices, but the purchase itself needs streamlining. It required a lot of data entry, checking and re-checking, initialing, signatures and even two people to complete. It took forever! We were simply buying a chair - not a house.

Really one of the worst experiences from Ashley. It’s our bad that we have gone to Ashley Concord. Don’t go there if you’re expecting Furniture delivery on time. We have bad experience right from Day 1. When we have visited the store and booked the furniture, the manager and sales person Victoriya have forced us to go with Furniture protection plan and additional cost for Assembly. The furnitures are 20% cheaper online. But, Victoriya and sales manager informed the sofa will be delivered in 4 - 6 weeks (it was 8 - 14 weeks online) and so have paid additional cost for furniture along with furniture protection plan (which i was not interested). Now, it’s already 11 weeks completed and we have been asked to wait for 5 more weeks. We don’t believe that we’ll be getting our sofa after 5 weeks too. Also, their customer care is really poor. Whenever you call, you hear that there are at least 100+ people waiting in the queue. Online customer care also moves things very slowly. You can’t speak with representative unless you’re going to reach the store directly.

We were looking for a couple of bed side tables/draws found some at Ashley but not what we wanted so we passes and got bad vibe from our sales helper.

Excellent customer service. Muhammed was the sales representative who helped us. He was very patient and he provided all the detailed information that we needed to make an amazing purchase. His supervisor was also very polite and helpful. Really good experience, very much recommended!

My salesman was wonderful and got things done quickly, then we waited about 20 minutes for the manager to okay the transaction. This is too long to wait for a manager who seemed like he was just shuffling papers at another desk.

Ashley is a lovely store with beautiful furniture and accessories.I was delighted to be able to order the four chairs I needed for the kitchen. The only problem is that they cannot be delivered for about four months. Deliveries are delayed everywhere so it's not just there.Two very nice associates placed the order. I highly recommend this store.

Got there with an idea of what I wanted and was able to sit on the chairs to find out I need an electric recliner instead of a manual. The lovely associate walked the whole store as I limped along behind. Found an exceptional deal saving $1000. She was also able to assist in referring me to a hauler that picked it up from the store and delivered it and set it up for me. I couldn't of asked for more.

Great selection of couches to pick from in different colors, fabrics and styles. The staff is very friendly, not pushy and is great about answering any questions.

Worst experience ever, make sure you know what your purchasing. Also there's no returns, they will charge you without your consent.

Biggest ripoff ever we bought bedroom furniture the railing for the top dresser drawer fell off. They refused to fix it. The warranty is garbage the people like used car salesmen. Furniture is now 3 years old and falling apart.

Not even sure where to start. Went and bought a couch on labor day, was informed there would be a wait. Understood. Was then told our new couch would be delivered to our on Nov 9th, only to be told that our couch would not be in the warehouse until the 27th, and now I cannot even get any customer service person to answer messages or phone to get an update on my delivery. Went back because husband and I loved our bedroom set. And our Television stand. I wanted a new couch before the holidays. Even with wait times, this is ridiculous.

No pressure, great sales people, great product

I placed my order on July 23 2021 at 11:56, it is October 12 and have only received a partial order waiting on 3 pieces the footboard storage drawers and mirror. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else and you can probably save money and get it sooner had a delivery for October 16th and they just called to postpone it till October 23rd...this is getting so frustrated I wish I never bought a bed from Ashley.

Trying to speak with a person is a test of patience. You're on hold waiting for 20-25 minutes. Can't contact your store directly. Website Ask Ashley doesn't respond. And when your call finally connects, they hang up on you.....not just once but 3 times my call was "disconnected" accidentally. Got my sale reps direct phone number and she never answers or calls me back. Extremely unhappy. One order should have delivered on 9/28. It's 10/16 and no delivery yet. One order was supposed to deliver mid-October. Trying to find out status - on-line nor automated phone service can find my orders. Not worth the savings. I've been trying to contact them for 6 days.

Vincent was absolutely wonderful. His follow up and follow through was outstanding. I love my couch! Because of Vincent, I'm looking to buy a complete bedroom set. His caring and customer service comes right from the heart. I wish more sales associates would have his qualities along with his expertise.

Michael was very helpful and the buying experience was easy. The reason for 3 stars is because set up was horrible. We are missing a leg under the entertainment center, the shelf was installed crooked and the backing was never attached. We love the piece, but it’s so disappointing to have a piece we can’t fully enjoy. Now we have to go through a whole process to get the parts and have a technician come out. Super bummed!

1st time i worked with Alex and he is really good at what he does. i would give him 6 stars if i could. my wife and i got furniture for our bedroom and he got us what we needed, delivered and within our budget all grade A. Went back for the 2nd time because my wife sent me to look for a bedroom for our daughter. this time worked with Vincent and i had the complete opposite experience. i was dissapointed with his interactions with his customers. He is aloof and talks for a long time about something i didn't understand relevance on. He didn't get to know me and what i was looking for and wanted to see a sale. I left and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Vincent went out of his way to make sure I got the tables I needed to match the couch and chair i bought from Ashley. He also followed up with me about my delivery. Vincent provided excellent customer service and genuinely cares about his customers needs.

Not a place to go unless you want to start an arguement with your bf. My bf and I walked in Saturday after lunch and no one greeted us until my bf and I went opposite direction then Vince said hi and told me he would be my salesman. When he found out I wasn’t shopping alone and had my bf with me he was rude to my bf.

I would never go back to this place. We shopped at living spaces and our experience has been great. We bought a new house and thinking about furnitures from Ashley but since we experienced a depressing situation, we decided not to go back to Ashley anymore. Please review my posting together with all the pictures from Ashley terrible quality furnitures, bad delivery with scratches, and wrong items delivered multiple times. I decided to write a review again because we purchased furniture protection plan. However this is what happened; I called them on November 12, 2021 to schedule a tech or representative to check or repair my furniture that have scratches from very beginning of delivery and foam issue from my recliner. They scheduled me November 27, 2021 and nobody show up and call me anything. I’ve been calling Ashley but nobody answer my call especially Ashley store in concord. Now we’re stuck with junk furniture and $4000 more to pay. I don’t know what to do, maybe call California state department of consumer services or atty general’s office to report? Please let me know what to do.

We really liked working with Matt, We had our 2 kids (4yr, and 2 yr old) and he was patient and easy going. He was not pressuring us to buy anything in particular and also told us the other options for payments if we needed to finance it. He also told us about price matching with online sales for some pieces that are from the Ashley home website. We needed to make sure all the pieces would fit in our Livingroom, so we came back a few days later. Matt was not there, but we where able to speak to him on the phone and he told us to go ahead with the purchase even though he was not there. We where helped by Jo Le, he was awesome as well. He did the price match we where looking for and also compared the price for online sale vs on site sale. He finished the transaction quickly and set up an acceptable time table for delivery and assembly. All and all a great experience, thanks!!!

order my bedroom set online, wait more than 1 month, but when they brought it a piece of my bed was missing, so I had to wait more than a week for them to bring it and they installed it super bad, I added a photo.

The sales representative went out of his way to provide us with excellent service. He was outstanding with the explanations of everything and a patience for us to make our decision. And he give us an good price for our purchase.

Store only cares for sales I’ve been waiting on a refund for 2 months I’ve called multiple times and was told twice the my order was cancelled but my refund was NOT processed. This store is basically a store that will steal your money if you let , without my checking up on my refund process I would have never been paid I’m actually still waiting now for my refund.

Just bought a second occasional chair in last couple of months, this one a recliner. I’ve found the salespeople fab, wide selection, great prices. Horrible place to buy furniture or anything from! We waited almost 3 months for our furniture and then we get the wrong color and wrong design delivered! After calling the store and complaining about this, we get told that the color we want is not available which to me was very rude because we ordered the color in store! This store has messed up our orders not once but 3 times! Never again to shop from here. We ended up canceling our order and now have to reach again. So inconvenient and the workers are not apologetic or anything. Horrible horrible place!

We stopped into Ashley HomeStore in Concord, CA just to look around for a coffee table and matching lamp tables. To our surprise, they had exactly what we were looking for, and it was on sale at 50% off! So, of course we bought it. The salesman, Mohamed, was very cordial and helpful, It was a very good experience!

If you're looking for Quality furniture that really looks nice Ashley's is not the place they are extremely overpriced for bottom Quality furniture that doesn't last the moneys that you spend there at Ashley you can get Quality furniture name brand so I highly suggest shop around do your research Google companies their products or even the furniture manufacturer and then find out where they distribute but Ashley is definitely overpriced

My dining room table, bench and chair are broken and I’ve only owned it for 1 1/2 years. I paid for a warranty. Nobody responds through email. I called Ashley and they told me to give them 2 weeks. It’s been 5 weeks and nobody still has gotten back to me. I would not recommend getting their products or wasting your money on a warranty.
