Sales person was nice. Once they had our money it was all downhill. Delivery guys showed up and JAMMED the couch through the doorway taking off the paint. As I cautioned them to angle it they looked at me blankly and kept going. No one trained them how to get a couch through a doorway. I called the store 4 times and no one answers once you finally get past the robot. Called corporate and they were as useless refusing to get me a manager and then pretended to give me the managers number but it was just the store. Awful awful experience. Avoid the store.

Unfortunately I cannot rate lower than one star, otherwise I would. This company has proven to be the most unorganized, disrespectful, incompetent, and useless organization ever fathomed. Over two thousand dollars later for a couch that was guaranteed in 2-4 weeks, and now over two months later we still don't have any item that we ordered. Customer service refuses to connect us with the store, and after visiting the store and directly speaking to representatives, we are given no direct answer. Please, support a local furniture store or take your money literally anywhere else. Ashley Furniture cares only about sucking every penny you have without a single thought towards your comfort and well being. Disgusting, shameless company.
