Subject: Feedback Regarding Recent Purchase – Excellent Sales Service, Poor Front Desk Experience Today I purchased approximately $17,000 worth of furniture for my bedroom, dining room, and living room from the Concord location. Overall, my experience with the sales department was excellent, and I would like to recognize Eva, who assisted me during the purchase. Eva is truly one of the best sales professionals I have ever worked with. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and worked very hard to help me find exactly what I needed while also giving me a very good deal. In my opinion, she is a great asset to your company and deserves recognition, a raise, or even consideration for a higher position. Employees like her are the reason customers come back. However, the reason I am giving three stars instead of five is because of my experience at the front desk / concierge area during the signing process. The employee at the front desk (Brie) was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and appeared uninterested in helping customers. There was no eye contact, no greeting, and no acknowledgment of the purchase. She was chewing gum, on the phone, and did not show professionalism. When Eva asked her a question, she ignored both of us. When I tried to speak with her, she rolled her eyes, which I found very disrespectful and disappointing. I have been a customer of Ashley for many years, with previous purchases in 2014, 2023, and now 2026, and this is the first time I have experienced this kind of behavior in your store. As a chef who manages more than 40 employees, I understand how important customer service is. If one of my staff treated a guest this way, I would address it immediately. One negative interaction can affect the entire customer experience, even after an excellent sales service. Please take this feedback seriously. Your business has a strong reputation, and employees like Eva help build it — but poor front desk service can damage it. Thank you for your time, Kourosh Droivold

The sales lady evoene was good except knowing the right details about the customer was poor but she changed the information on the invoice and report it to person on the counter with computer about the correction on the address so I don’t know why the warehouse still got wrong address It was frustrating and I lost some sleep because of this so I just canceled it I’m worried they might deliver it on a wrong address and it was a bad experienced
