Horrible experience. I ordered a couch set which the delivery guys couldn’t get into my apartment and had to return to the warehouse. They came without another order of coffee table & 2 side tables which wasn’t given to them at the warehouse! I went to the store and was given a new delivery date. I got text messages to confirm delivery up to 2 hours before delivery only to be get a call informing me that the side tables were not ready but they could deliver the coffee table!! What a joke!! I cancelled the entire order and will not be visiting your business any time soon.
Ashly has the WORST customer service & delivery system that I have ever experienced in in my life (I am not a spring chick!). I purchased many living room & dinning area items in Aug. 2019. Delivery was delayed over & over & over. After delivery there were a couple items were lacking for my entertainment center. It was NOT fixed till Feb 2020. Many times they made a delivery date & they canceled on the day of delivery. I am a professional person with a very busy private practice. I have to cancel my schedule & stay home & canceling a delivery on the date of delivery is NOT acceptable. One time the driver came & the item was NOT in his truck. The manager of concord store & area managers are totally useless. They said that they will credit me for my shipping price $250 & $500 for my trouble of staying home & NO delivery happened. There is a problem with TWO island chairs that doesn't swirl & a technician came & said that a piece underneath has to be changed. 3 days ago I received the piece (only one) NO information for who has to come & fix it. Many times I left a message for the area manager & he NEVER returned my call. I can write a book about the the problems I faced with Ashley's furniture. So far I have sent two family members , 3 friends & 2 patients to other furniture stores. As of today June 1st 2020 I have two broken island chairs & no money has been credited to my account as one manager & one area manager promised me to do . I have lost so much business due to inaccurate delivery dates & canceling that that I can't put any price on it. I will NEVER EVER buy any furniture from Ashley's furniture & say if you are interested to go through many many headaches & aggravation then you choose to go to Ashley's furniture. I believe that the management system of the Ashley's furniture, especially concord store in California should be ashamed of the way they have been treating customers. As of today (9 months after my purchase) with two broken chairs in my home NO ONE has attempted to fix them or apologize for their misconduct.
Great service!! Didn't feel pressured to buy. We're given all the time we needed and the sale was flawless. Will definitely recommend Ashley Furniture to any friend or family member!
Nice to go shopping again. Bought a recliner to go with our sectional from them. I am satisfied with my purchase. The sales person didn't seem to know the sale that was going on. I was supposed to get free delivery and a $100 gift certificate with my purchase. I called store and spoke with the office manager and she assured me that I would be getting a credit for delivery and a email gift certificate. I haven't seen either one yet. Don't think that I received good customer service.
Went to purchase a Queen mattress came out with a14 piece bedroom set, thanks to the wonderful service of Mr. Terry Williams and Mr. Jeffrey. We will be back to purchase other items and refer our friends and families to them. (Ms. S. Collins & Wayne)
You must have an appointment and then a sales person shows you around; you cant just browse. Also, they take your temperature before you can come in.

Every one of these five star reviews underneath mine or completely fake. I know this for a fact because they do it all the time and I've turned him in for it all the time. I usually flag them for it you can tell a fake review when it sounds like a commercial and they recommend a certain person cuz a normal person tent reviews someplace doesn't do that. When I went to the store they literally ripped me off for $300 or Furniture was complete inferior product at a inflated price and the sales person completely lied Forge my name cost me $300 for my credit card company. And they got that review taken down when I closed it last time we'll see how long this one stays up
Ordered a sectional over a month ago. My order was cancelled by someone in the store for a supposedly missing signature. BS. I was never contacted and my money was not returned. I didn’t know my order was cancelled until 2 days before delivery when I never received delivery confirmation. I went into the store was given a small discount and the sectional was ordered again. Delivery was today. The wrong pieces were sent!! I called the 800 number and was told there was nothing they could do for a few days until their system caught up with the refusal on delivery. Called the store was was told I’d have to wait until tomorrow for a phone call to fix the issue. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! This is the first and late time I make a purchase at Ashley Homestore.
Great service. David at the colma store was very helpful when items were on back order and I decided to switch my rug out. Had no problem with it and received a confirmation the items were in and would ship in just a couple of days.

I'm only giving one star because I have to. Im so upset with Ashley because we bought a bed with adjustable base and we KNOW it's too firm. Not the same comfort we tried in the store. They WILL NOT exchange it for a softer one. So we have to live with this for the next 10+ years. I'll never buy anything from here again and please make sure you don't either! Buyer beware
Had several delivery dates ,didnt come with all my purchases, offers me a delivery refund been to store 3x's called many times and 2 months later still no refund. will never shop there again
My whole family has bought their furniture from Ashley’s... always been good to us, but today despite speaking to multiple customer care agents and a manager... I’m going to assure we no longer do service with them. Compete let down... with absolutely no regard for customer retention. Stay away.
