Rude peopleMade my mom wait more than a month to get her refund and when I tried to call to get her refund started, they told me it was none of my business and gave me a lot of attitude.Unprofessional
Everything about the sales experience was phenomenal, the salesperson "Erica" was informative, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I would definitely recommend this store and if possible this salesperson. This is the first place I will be visiting in the future
When I was at the store they said they are going to deliver my order on 10th of April after 4 days they called me and they delayed it another 10 days which is not good if you can’t do something then don’t say it not on time I bought it for a special occasion it looks like they don’t care.
I've purchased a dinette set and a bedroom chair from Ashley within the last 2 months. The dinette set from the Emeryville store and a bedroom chair today from the Concord store. Both experiences was great. They have a large variety of furniture to choose from and the service was good. The sales representatives are great but my only complaint is that there is never enough customer services representatives. Both times I had to wait an inordinate amount of time for assistance.

Brett was SO helpful! My husband and I came in to buy a living room table and ended up getting a couch and loveseat with the matching table. Super friendly and patient! I would recommend shopping here and asking for Brett!
