Vincent was absolutely wonderful. His follow up and follow through was outstanding. I love my couch! Because of Vincent, I'm looking to buy a complete bedroom set. His caring and customer service comes right from the heart. I wish more sales associates would have his qualities along with his expertise.
Vincent went out of his way to make sure I got the tables I needed to match the couch and chair i bought from Ashley. He also followed up with me about my delivery. Vincent provided excellent customer service and genuinely cares about his customers needs.
We really liked working with Matt, We had our 2 kids (4yr, and 2 yr old) and he was patient and easy going. He was not pressuring us to buy anything in particular and also told us the other options for payments if we needed to finance it. He also told us about price matching with online sales for some pieces that are from the Ashley home website. We needed to make sure all the pieces would fit in our Livingroom, so we came back a few days later. Matt was not there, but we where able to speak to him on the phone and he told us to go ahead with the purchase even though he was not there. We where helped by Jo Le, he was awesome as well. He did the price match we where looking for and also compared the price for online sale vs on site sale. He finished the transaction quickly and set up an acceptable time table for delivery and assembly. All and all a great experience, thanks!!!
The sales representative went out of his way to provide us with excellent service. He was outstanding with the explanations of everything and a patience for us to make our decision. And he give us an good price for our purchase.
Michael was very helpful and the buying experience was easy. The reason for 3 stars is because set up was horrible. We are missing a leg under the entertainment center, the shelf was installed crooked and the backing was never attached. We love the piece, but it’s so disappointing to have a piece we can’t fully enjoy. Now we have to go through a whole process to get the parts and have a technician come out. Super bummed!
1st time i worked with Alex and he is really good at what he does. i would give him 6 stars if i could. my wife and i got furniture for our bedroom and he got us what we needed, delivered and within our budget all grade A. Went back for the 2nd time because my wife sent me to look for a bedroom for our daughter. this time worked with Vincent and i had the complete opposite experience. i was dissapointed with his interactions with his customers. He is aloof and talks for a long time about something i didn't understand relevance on. He didn't get to know me and what i was looking for and wanted to see a sale. I left and will be taking my business elsewhere.
I was in the Concord store on Sunday afternoon and was greeted by a sales associate name Mike, I explained to him that I was interested in completing my bedroom set, I needed the 5 drawer chest, I found it and he quoted me a price of 50% off. I asked him where Zi could find the Darby Love Seats, I wanted one for my TV room, I already have the full set in my living room, He told me they no longer carry them, I asked if there was anything comparable to it and he said no, that corporate removed all pieces from the store and it was their fault, then he rudely walked off to another customer, he made no offer of ordering on line or any other suggestions, I have never been treated so rudely in my life , I’m 72 years old, walk with a cane, difficult to get around and he was of no help. When I purchased my home two years ago I bought the Darby living room furniture in Salsa, Couch, love seat, side chair, ottoman, 2 end tables, coffee table, I also purchased a mattress and springs that vibrate , Queen size bed, End table, Dresser with mirror all told I spent over $6,000. And was ready to spend over $1000. To complete what I needed. But after being treated so rudely by Mike, I will never shop at your Concord Store again. I pray this is not the way you treat Veterans. I deserved respect and not to be treated like something he stepped in at the dog park. , He gets my vote for the worst sales associate. With the worst manners, You all get 2 stars only Rich
Not impressed with selection. Also overpriced.
Vince only cares about sales and hitting his goal. Once issue comes up he’s no where to help even after many phone calls. Very unprofessional. Danny was there to at least help pick up the pieces. Won’t shop at Ashley’s again, very cheaply made furniture. And they need to hire better sales people. Don’t trust Vince with what he says he over promises then you get nothing. (2 stars given coz of Danny)
I placed my order on July 23 2021 at 11:56, it is October 12 and have only received a partial order waiting on 3 pieces the footboard storage drawers and mirror. I highly recommend that you go somewhere else and you can probably save money and get it sooner had a delivery for October 16th and they just called to postpone it till October 23rd...this is getting so frustrated I wish I never bought a bed from Ashley.
Trying to speak with a person is a test of patience. You're on hold waiting for 20-25 minutes. Can't contact your store directly. Website Ask Ashley doesn't respond. And when your call finally connects, they hang up on you.....not just once but 3 times my call was "disconnected" accidentally. Got my sale reps direct phone number and she never answers or calls me back. Extremely unhappy. One order should have delivered on 9/28. It's 10/16 and no delivery yet. One order was supposed to deliver mid-October. Trying to find out status - on-line nor automated phone service can find my orders. Not worth the savings. I've been trying to contact them for 6 days.
Not a place to go unless you want to start an arguement with your bf. My bf and I walked in Saturday after lunch and no one greeted us until my bf and I went opposite direction then Vince said hi and told me he would be my salesman. When he found out I wasn’t shopping alone and had my bf with me he was rude to my bf.
I had very bad experiences with this place. First they delivered my furnitures with scratches, and wrong parts, the delivery guys in a hurry and not wearing a mask, they broke some flooring on our apartment hallway. I reported to Ashley store and corporate company, they sent repair guy and did something but unfinished work and for some reason they close my case that the problem is solved but it wasn’t. Second, they they delivered my other parts in mistakes again, Third they delivered my parts wrong again. It took so many months until my bed finally installed. And Until my furniture recliner have a problem with foam issues. I reported it to Ashley store and corporate company. They sent a guys and I thought they’ll fix something but they showed up only 2 minutes just to get some kinda reference number for reclining furniture and that’s it, the repair guys left, the work job never gets done. I called multiple times to Ashley store and corporate company but they ignored me and for some reason, they told me that my case has been closed. Since then I gave up calling them and follow up my case. We didn’t enjoy our $6000 worth of furniture. I’ll attach the photos. Until now we’re still dealing with our reclining sofa furnitures without a foam in the leg rest. The manager of that time name Anis, also there’s a name Lindsey who help me in the beginning, but ignored me after the foam issue of my furniture. Note: this is during COVID-19 pandemic crisis last year of August 2020. I didn’t have a chance to write review because I was very busy and I’m a frontline worker at the hospital. order my bedroom set online, wait more than 1 month, but when they brought it a piece of my bed was missing, so I had to wait more than a week for them to bring it and they installed it super bad, I added a photo.
Store only cares for sales I’ve been waiting on a refund for 2 months I’ve called multiple times and was told twice the my order was cancelled but my refund was NOT processed. This store is basically a store that will steal your money if you let , without my checking up on my refund process I would have never been paid I’m actually still waiting now for my refund.
