My wife and I ordered a bedroom set from the Concord, CA store last March. It arrived within a week, so they kept their word on that. The guys assembled everything, but did strip out some of the screws on one of the dressers. This caused the drawer to not shut properly. He tried to repair it but you can obviously tell the drawer isn't straight and has problems staying shut. I was forced to move due to the military and so when I got to my new location the local store there informed me that they can not honor the warranty since the stores are independently owned. I didn't find it odd they are independently owned, but the warranty/extended warranty should all be under the same company. I called back to the original store and they advised me to call the corporate headquarters. Corporate told me to call the warranty place. The warranty pace told me to file a claim on their website. I still haven't heard back from them in a little while, just too much running around and no one is talking responsibility. Once they get your money to store has nothing to do with you. I will not be buying from this place again.

Bought $5,200 worth of furniture and they promise to deliver it by November 15, 2015 and when the time came, almost everything was back ordered until sometime in January. I had to teturn everything and buy somewhere else but I'm still waiting on my refund and it's already December 4, 2015. Terrible service when it came to delivering the furniture and refunding my money. Lady in charge of refunds was very rude and unprofessional.

Our salesman was great and very courteous to our needs. The furniture,,,,,, Where do I start.... 1) Arrived torn. 2) Took about 8 months to have a tech one out, tear the couch apart completely, then say they are sending us a new one. 3) New couch arrived. It did not even last 2 years. The so called leather rubbed its finish off as if it was spray painted. I had to pay money to have it hauled to the dump. 4) I also bought a chair and ottoman when I bought the sofa. We never sat in it when we had the reclining sofa. After we dumped the sofa, we started using the chair. Not even 6 months later, the spray paint finish started rubbing off of that piece of garbage too. Do yourself a huge favor, go to Scandinavian designs. Much better looks, much better quality, much better prices. Ashley is pure garbage.

High pressure environment. Would not honor a price given to the customer before me. Manager would not shake my hand. Would not honor a price found on their website. They were rude to people on the phone while I was left waiting so we decided to go elsewhere. A few nice sales people, but mostly a lot of pressure. Beautiful showroom. Some nice furniture too.

Waited 4 months for my order, sent wrong remote for bed, etc, etc

We were helped by Bob who not only answered all of our questions, offered suggestions. We ended up buying more than we initial set out to. The store manager Anis sold us furniture protection plan as we told them we are not purchasing it as last time we had an issue when we purchased it. He assured us that this time it would be different as it is now handled by corporate and he gave us his personal cell phone # in case we had problems.

Great customer service as soon as you walk in. We worked with John today and he did a great job! John was very professional and gave great suggestions whenever needed. I will definitely return to this store for my future furniture needs.

Taylor Childs was a great sales associate. The customer service here is wonderful; very helpful in all aspects. Highly recommend this place!

Great service by Brian. He made sure to give us the space we needed to browse around. When we were ready, he was able to efficiently answer our questions. We walked away with the bed and nightstands we wanted at a great price. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

The Concord Ashley store is simply the best in California. Their knowledge of the furniture and the "bend over backwards" customer service made us feel right at home. We will always come here for our purchases. Michael and Brian are exceptional and strongly recommend them to anyone seeking home furnishings.
