Great deal on a couch I purchased. Only bummer is it will take a month before I get it. But that’s cool, I need to get rid of my other couch first.

Had a wonderful experience at my visit to the Ashley store in Dublin, CA. I would specifically mention their sales associate, Tahir Hashmi. I went to purchase a home office desk with my husband and Tahir made sure that we find what we were looking for. His warm and welcoming nature made us feel well understood and we also ended up purchasing a mattress. He also gave us the contact information where we can reach out in case we find anything wrong with the desk or mattress after delivery. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we are convinced with our purchase. Great customer service and highly recommended!

Great selection but found identical item for much less.

Last weekend, my fiancé and I stopped by this store to check out their bar stool selection. Luckily for us, we found a set of two bar stools for $247, with one being on clearance and the other on sale. Honestly a steal for us. Shout out to Dejon for being an amazing associate throughout the process. He was the first employee to greet us and checked in on us, was super patient during checkout as we were trying to pay with 3 cards (2 were gift cards), and carried the bar stool to our car. He was so nice and welcoming! We had to schedule delivery for the other bar stool and that process was easy. We were able to get it delivered the following Thursday and the delivery was smooth. We’ll definitely be back when we need more furniture.

DON’t ever buy anything from here. I rarely leave a review but trust me… they selling overpriced Temu quality product. And worst part is employees at Dublin location. They are just crazy to sell those cheap product and don’t care about customer service afterward. I can say Ikea is way better quality and service. Don’t waste your money and time. They offer a one year warranty BUT won’t give any service with strange reason. Think wisely… I am telling you.

She was very knowledgeable and educated me on the different fabric options: textured, soft, stain resistant. machine washable etc. and also type of cushions. This all was ultimately very helpful in assisting me with my decision. Most of all she was not pushy which led to the best overall experience.

He was endlessly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. And most importantly—he made what could have been a stressful, exhausting day feel fun, exciting, and totally doable. Ashley HomeStore has something for every design style—so many options, and beautiful furniture—but it was Dejon who made the experience special. Down the road I’m going to purchase a new mattress. I will call ahead and make an appointment with him. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I am leaving this review because of the help I received from the staff at this location, especially Tahir (Salesperson) and Star (Customer Service Rep). I like the general product offerings at this store, but there were some initial issues with the delivery and manufacturing of my items which delayed the order. I appreciate Tahir and Star for helping me work through the process so I could eventually receive the products that I am happy with.

Usharani was very helpful and friendly. She was able to find the chairs I purchased that were previously on back order. The dining room set and chairs are exactly what I wanted. Now that my table has been delivered the problem starts. The table was delivered damaged. I asked for a replacement but I needed to take a picture of the damage which I did and emailed it to the representative. It was determined there was damage and a tech would come to my home to try and repair it. A very nice gentleman was sent to my home, he did the best he could to repair the damage but you could still see the damage. I asked for a replacement but Ashley Furniture felt the repair was good enough. When I purchase an item I expect to have it come in perfect condition. It’s a new item it shouldn’t be damaged. I have contacted Ashley several times and their reply was the work is complete to our satisfaction and no replacement is required. I will never do business with Ashley Furniture again. Their customer service is terrible.

Poor product and customer service. Bought a $3K sofa, they shipped a defective piece and won't replace it. Store says they are just the middleman and call customer service. Custom service keeps on repeating the same thing "all sales are final". Product inspectors are a joke they come, take some pics and are able to assess the defect without even seating on the sofa once. Save some trouble and buy from a store like Living Spaces, or Costco that provide better customer service.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Akbar for being incredibly helpful from start to finish. He patiently walked us through the wide range of couches available, taking the time to explain every option and helping us narrow things down until we found the perfect one. Then came the mattress, in which Akbar (with the help of Steve) once again guided us through the process — this time helping us score an amazing Nectar mattress. They even applied the store’s “Buy More, Save More” offer, which kept us comfortably within our budget and let us walk away with exactly what we needed. Super grateful for the excellent service and genuine care from the whole team!

Don't Don't Don't spend your money and time here at ashley furniture they promise that if something is wrong with the product they will take care of it.that is not true they will lie and lie.i got a problem with a love seat that i got from them in November 2024 they send a technician out to my home in March 2025 after 10 min they told me they will order a part that will about 2 weeks to get.today may 8 2025 and after 5 phone calls to customer service all they tell me is to wait for the part that's BS pure BS.i am still here not using a recliner that I paid for to be comfortable in.BS FROM ASHLEY PURE BS WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Dejon was very helpful showing us all the options for a Buffet. Nice selection in the store even though the one we wanted was not in the store, we were able to do comparisons via the tablet. Dejon made our shopping experience pleasant and low key.

The store/sales person Joe was great! The delivery service was horrible!! Attached are photos of bed rails being put upside down. Asked the 3 delivery/ setup guys to fix.. acting like they are going to but instead they just bailed on the job. Left with out correcting the job. I founds out once I discovered they just left with no word that they had stripped 2 of the bolts/nut. I’m still In disbelief of the service from the delivery companies employees. Also disappointed that I could not surprise my 9 year old granddaughter with an All set up new bedroom set for Easter. I hope all can be corrected asap.

Love my new sofa. The process was quick and easy. Was helped by Jim McNeill, very kind and helpful.

For over a decade we have bought our furniture from Ashley Furniture. We bought our current couches 5 years ago while we were living in Indiana & were told that if we purchased the warranty but didn't use it within 5 years that we would have the warranty credited back to us on a future purchase of $500 or more at any Ashley store. Since we have relocated for my husband's job, which we do often, we took our warranty certificate to the Dublin store. They treated us with awful customer service, the manager didn't even introduce himself and suggested that we were trying to get away with something. Later a customer service representative from that store said that although they were able to confirm that our certificate was legitimate, their store didn't have the proper system to complete the transaction and that if we wanted our certificate honored that we would have to reach out to the store that we bought the furniture from 5 years ago & have it transferred regionally. The certificate doesn't state anything about regional requirements and our paperwork says that it should be honored nationally. They still wouldn't accept it. So, We have decided that since the chain has virtually stolen $1,000 from us in warranties on our furniture, we will not be shoppingat this chain any further. We especially do not recommend this store in Dublin as they treat customers with no respect especially if they deem your sale to not be worth their time.

Thank you Ashley for taking care of all the necessary needs to resolve the matter First let me start off by thanking the store associate DeJean he helped me through the process of purchasing all of my furniture and he was there every step of the way which made it that much easier to get everything done thank you so very much!! Next person I want to thank you Steve he is a store manager for Dublin store when everything was going on he approached and assured me that Ashley will take care of everything and we can get it all worked out just need to go through the process so again thank you Steve for giving us those words and helping us get through the process as well!! The next person up the Star I believe she's the store manager and the customer service lead! Let me tell you she led the whole process she helped us through it and made sure everything was done correctly so that we can get the process done efficiently and smoothly. The next person up is Shawnetta she is the person that handles all the damage claims we had a little bit of damage to one of our ceiling lights but no worries whatsoever because she was on top of it and she processed us right through and was with us every step of the way to help us get through all of the process overall! Stay away...we bought a 2000 couch, it was delivered damaged. After two months and a fight they agreed to replace it, the they delivered another damaged piece of furniture. You can't call anyone to get help. So dissatisfied and disappointed. They use a 3rd party delivery service that lies to you about delivering a damaged piece. AND, they will want to repair it, even if it's structural damage, rather then give you what you paid for. Spend your hard earned money where it is valued. It ain't at Ashley Furniture - I can guarantee you that. They will take your money then forget about you.

He also wanted to make sure we were happy with the purchase. His service was great. He is very patient with us while we are still deciding the furniture.

My roommate and I went in to look at new living and dining room furniture. We were greeted by David Han, who showed us around and let us look around at our own pace. He checked in on us from time to time to see if we had any questions and was very helpful. We found what we wanted, and he placed our order promptly, advised us on what was on sale and made our experience very pleasuresble. I look forward to working with David in the future!

Great salesperson, great selection and reasonable prices

My wife and I bought a 3,000 dollar couch from Ashley home furniture, went into the. Dublin store and spent about 2 hrs with a sales person and ended up buying a 3,000 dollar couch with protection and warranty. Good thing we did get warranty because the couch was delivered this morning and it was upholstered horribly and damaged and the pieces don’t fit together uniform at all. Called customer service they are sending a technician out in 2 WEEKS to assess the nature of the issue after I sent pictures. No willingness to just replace the damaged section. Will not be recommending Ashley to anyone.

Update: Ashley called me and said the most they’d do is send me the broken part. Which is useless since as you can see I have the hinge. You quite literally can’t fix it since the screws ripped out through it. I’ve now been in a back and forth email thread where they say “we’ll get back to you within 48 hours” and I don’t hear back. I’ve emailed about 4 times and finally got a response from someone who clearly hasn’t read my full problem and just says I don’t have clear photos of the damage. This is beyond ridiculous My one star is mainly about Ashley as a company and the quality of the furniture, but I will add that though the employees at Ashley are nice, I was completely lied to about a specific product I wanted just so I would go into the store and purchase something. The item I wanted had long been discontinued but two employees told me they had “one more” that if I went today I’d be able to grab it. Silly me for trusting that I guess. Anyway, I wasted my time and was already there so I got the next closest ottoman to the specific one I wanted and it broke in less than 7 months. I already had a bad experience with my couch, but I gave it another shot. I clearly shouldn’t have. I sent Ashley my review and all they did was not post it on the product. The hinge completely ripped out and we can’t screw it back in. In order to open and close the support bar has to be taken off. If you put it back on, when you close it, you will not be able to. It just breaks back off. Because of both these things, the top cushion that closes has to be completely off center, creating a huge gap. Not all the employees lie to try to make a sale, I have had kind helpful employees at this location so kudos to them, but I will completely stop buying any furniture from Ashley.

The floor staff and manager were so nice and helpful! There was always someone available to answer questions, but I never felt like they were rushing or pressuring me. Sadly, the delivery fee is extra and the system to arrange it is highly inflexible. I wish the delivery experience matched the shopping experience but a lovely new living room is arriving tomorrow. I hope.

do not do business with this company, very deceitful started off at the Ashley's in Rohnert Park, did not trust the sales people, they would say that they're giving you a great deal by deducting something off the price which is actually a promotion that the running that I didn't know about. ended up in Dublin, who had the couch was actually looking for and inside the store. It was yes yes yes got a great price. The salesman was friendly, set a delivery date and a time frame, but when it came to the delivery, it was no no, no a text message and told no no no even more ended up canceling the order and going to La-Z-Boy

The Dublin store was a pleasure to shop. The set-up is clean, organized, displayed well with good lighting. It was refreshing that staff did not attack you when you walked through the door, leaving you with a relaxed shopping experience. We were helped by the store manager, Steve, who was amazing. He’s friendly, professional, informative and very knowledgeable. His customer service was top-notch. I will definitely go back and refer others.

Excellent customer service is when someone can anticipate what you need before you even have to ask, and when someone actively solves problems for you. Chris Abbey was our customer service specialist. He actively listened to a conversation/disagreement I was having with my husband about saving versus spending money. He approached us first rather than us having to find someone. He took the initiative to ask his boss about any promotions or discounts for us. He offered to calculate the furniture we were considering purchasing with the discounts. He was personable and engaging. He was knowledgeable and shared information about the furniture protection service. I was impressed by his communication skills and appreciated his proactive attitude. I was at Living Spaces previously and was asked many times by workers, “Do you have any questions?” Which I think is an ineffective way to engage with customers. A more effective way is to start a conversation, explain the details of the item I’m looking at, ask me what I’m looking for, tell me about any promotions, etc. I thought Chris was very good at being engaging and helpful. Would totally recommend him to my friends and family the next time anyone buys furniture.

The products are good and sales representatives are good but the floor manager is too arrogant while taking to customers and using the words “careless” towards the customers is very rude on her part. This is not how you treat the customers and this is not acceptable!

I had a terrible experience shopping in this store. They delivered a wrong item and it took 4 months, 1 extra visit to store and 5 pick up attempts to get it fixed. Poor customer management. To compensate for the hurdles I faced, they promised 250$ which would go into my credit card and that never happened to which they told me to check with Credit Card company. I would never recommend anyone to buy in this store!

Went to several furniture businesses in the bay area and was very impressed with Ashley furniture in Dublin! Our sales guy Joe was very professional, and explained a few things regarding our purchase of a new bed, mattress, headboard, nightstands, and dresser and last were two beautiful barstools for the kitchen. The manager that day, his name is Steve also was very knowledgeable and explaining different mattresses and explain the discount we were getting because we bought so much that day. We just moved and really wanted our new bedroom furniture delivered as soon as possible and they said the following week that it would be delivered but the barstools might take two weeks. that day delivery was on time. The two gentlemen worked hard, setting everything up, and also had the two barstools delivered the same day. I was quite pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend checking out the Dublin store

Tahir helped us by notifying us when our bedroom set arrived on the floor for viewing. We texted back and forth for 4 months until it finally came in. He arranged for it to be put on the floor prior to our arrival and helped get us the best price with the customer protection plan. He was gracious and patient with our many questions.

If I could give my entire experience negative stars I absolutely would. Everything started off great, we saw some couches at reasonable prices. I called in the evening to place my order for a new couch. Everything in the buying process was quick and painless. I confirmed with the person over the phone all the prices and I asked a couple times if this was the correct orientation, Ive bought two couch in my entire lifetime so I'm not familiar with how they name and orientate their furniture. After confirming, the order was on it's way. This is where things turn to shit. We received the couch only to find it is not as we discussed over the phone. I called to hopefully get it corrected quickly as I have children and pets that I did not want ruining a couch I had to get replaced. After being on hold, someone took my message and said it would have to get approved to fix. I waited a week and called back. I explained my situation again and was transfered to a different department where they made a ticket and would help get it resolved for me. I called back a few days later to get a status and they had no updates. I finally called the store directly and finally got a sales rep that was able to start the process of getting two pieces swapped out, that lady was incredibly helpful. Then I got a notification that my order would be shipped and delivery scheduled. I waited at my house during the scheduled time, nothing showed up that day. I call to find out what happened, and my order was backlogged despite scheduling a delivery date and time with me. They schedule another delivery date with me and day of canceled because it's still backlogged. The third attemp I finally get the right pieces, a month after being sent the original couch. This was my experience just buying the freaking couch. I pray to god i never have to use my warranty so that I dont have to deal with Ashley Homestore or their shit corporate customer support ever again.

i was happy finding dining table set at ashley but then really disappointed with the service. the sales said peace on mind that they would take the old set at my place and just change it with the new one. when they delivered the new one, they did not even want to take the old one so i had to call junk service for that. at the end, customer has to bear for everything. called the sales but he did not pick up or even call me back even though i left a message. called the store and said not sure what the sales person promised and asked me to call again tomorrow. hello??? i should think again for shopping here…

ashley store sales person was fine.i had problem with the delivery of furniture.for unforseen emergency problem we were not able to remove the old sofa from the room.the delivery person a young guy was nice. but his partner was not.we are senior citizens over 80 years of age.they didnt have any compassion.so I had to reshedule the delivery.tried to get in touch with the store clerk.no use tried many times no use.so I give 0 rating for phone attending and delivery.

It was beyond terrible experience to buy a product from Ashley. I would request each one of you to beware. It was my 1st sofa and one of the costliest sofa purchased from Ashley for the 1st time, when it got delivered, within 2 hours I called them with my problems of having the sofa. 1) Leather sofa generating heat in my body (rashes). 2) Back of the sofa had loose ends/gap in sofa. 3) blocking my patio door, because of size of sofa which did not fit in my living room. 4) Even after multiple follow ups with store managers of Ashley Dublin store, they immediately declined to understand my problem completely. They were not at all helpful. (I would request to replace them immediately & stop harassing the clients). 5) Ashley Dublin, particularly Steve and Star does not believe in customer satisfaction, please think twice before going to this store. 6) Email sent to Ashley customer service - they sent technicians twice at my place to check the sofa but after every visit they declined to help me reselect the sofa. Absolute shame on customer service. 7) it was a terrible experience ever in my life which I never expected from such a big brand. After calling customer service/store/sharing images on emails, requested multiple times but nobody helped me on this over the last 2.5 weeks. Just kept passing the battle from one person to another increasing the mental frustration & harassment. 8) Technicians kept fooling us in both the visit of helping us but both the times the request was declined on email. Please do not purchase product from Ashley as there is no return/exchange policy even for genuine reasons.

Came in looking for a sofa bed. Tahir did more than help us point to right direction of sofas. He did an amazing job with showing us the different sofa options, shades of colors available, and even demonstrating the sofa in bed mode. Had a great experience shopping at Ashley, we found a great couch with the help of Mathew. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Update: Unfortunately, the arrival date was incorrect, our time was wasted. My Significant other and I were given 3 different confirmations that the delivery would be on time. We both took the day off of work to be present and prepared. On the day of delivery there were no courtesy calls, texts or emails to inform us that our furniture was not going to arrive. After we reached out, our delivery date was rescheduled 2 weeks later. By not informing us of the delay, Ashley has shown us their unprofessionalism and untrustworthiness. This all could have been avoided with communication. We will not be returning and we advise anyone to purchase with caution. The showroom staff are amazing (like Matthew;) however once the purchase has been made, then the delivery troubles begin.

Purchased a bedroom furniture set in Mother's Day and was told it would be delivered on 6/8 (they checked and said everything was in stock) On 6/1 I called and confirmed the delivery date with Customer Service. On 6/5 I received a text confirming my delivery date of 6/8. On 6/7 I received a text confirming my delivery date and time on 6/8. Three hours later they called to tell me the items are all back ordered and wanted to set a new delivery date w/o knowing if the furniture would be back in the warehouse by then. I contacted Customer Service who was argumentative and told me to drive to the store (1.5 hours away) to work it out with the salesman. After about 15 minutes on hold, Customer service came back on the phone and told me that someone from the Dublin store would call me within half an hour. At the end of the day, no one had called me and I still don’t know when I’m getting my furniture.

This was my first experience in shopping at Ashley and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. I was assisted by Tahir and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. My items will be delivered later this week so I will report back on the delivery; set up and condition of the furniture.

I had a horrible experience with customer service manager STAR . She was rude , condescending, and frankly mean. I will not be doing business at Ashley any more. She needs training in quality customer service, empathy . There are always exceptions in customer service and she showed zero desire to help she dresses very unprofessionally. Store manager Star is outstanding. Out of desperation I contacted her after 6 days of failed attempts to try to get through to another Ashley store to speak to the manager about an issue. Even though I had not purchased the furniture from Dublin, Star immediately took ownership on behalf of the company, reached out to the necessary resources, and escalated what was appropriate so that I could receive resolution. Her leadership skills are exemplary. This level of customer service is practically unheard of nowadays. Incidentally,tge same day I spoke to Star, the manager of the store I purchased from called me and is going to now be able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. This is no coincidence. Star went above and beyond to the point that if I ever need to buy furniture again, it will be worth trading to Dublin.

We selected a date for our bed frame to come. We confirmed that it would be ready to ship and available. As we waited today for the delivery, we found out that they pushed back the date and a part was on back order. They never notified us that the part was on back order when we did the initial purchase. The purchase was contingent on it coming within 2.5 weeks. They didn’t deliver. When we asked for them to just bring the foundation of the bed frame and bring the missing storage piece later on, they refused n said they don’t do partial deliveries. It’s sad because I have bought so much furniture from there, so the fact that they wouldn’t accomodate the partial for Their misinformation or rectify the situation with a long standing customer, spoke volumes. Off to another store to get new furniture! Thanks a lot!

Avoid Purchasing the Warranty! I recently bought a granite table set and was persuaded to get the extended warranty, assured that it would provide comprehensive coverage for any potential damages. However, when I attempted to make a claim for a chip on my table resulting from simply resting my elbow too close to the edge, I discovered that damages related to stone were explicitly excluded from coverage. Reguard, the warranty service provider, does not honor claims for a wide range of items—I've attached a detailed list of exclusions for your reference.

Moved to the area and went in to buy furniture. Manager told me I couldn’t use my original Ashley credit card and had to open a new one. Went back to purchase more item and the sales rep charged my other credit car ( the one manager said I couldn’t use) long story short, unable to fix their mistake, reception in the front horrible attitude, never called me back and I am now paying two separate credit cards. I would not trust them, seems like they need additional training and there is always “ sorry, that’s store policy “. I will never purchase from Ashely.

I can’t thank David enough at the store in Dublin, CA. We were given an incorrect price when we originally were looking at a sectional. It was lower then went higher within a matter of 10 minutes! The pricing is very confusing even to the employees! We talked to the manager who talked to the upper management but they would not budge and make it right. So we looked at other websites which we weren’t familiar with who offered the couch at a much lesser price but we just weren’t feeling comfortable with so many mixed reviews! My husband and I loved the couch so we decided to go ahead with the purchase at Ashley! I called David and ordered it over the phone. The ordering process and delivery process (which I still feel we shouldn’t have had to pay for delivery since we were given an incorrect price in the beginning but that is managements fault not David’s but we wanted the couch so we had to pay!) we ordered on Sunday and couch was delivered Saturday! David said he would keep an eye on the price because if the price goes down within 30 days of our purchase they will match price it! Guess what? He kept his word and sure enough called us and let us know the couch went on sale and we got that discount!! Thank you David!! A testament there are still people in this world who keep their word and care! He didn’t have to but chose to and we appreciate you!!

This review is for Ashley's warranty and their their review team. Don't buy their warranty. It's a scam! I bought a bedroom set with a 5 year warranty. I reported damage to my dresser recently due to an incident where nail polish remover damaged the wood. They kept insisting accumulated stain and they don't cover it and they cover single incidents which this was. Their review team did not believe me. Absolute shame for this company. Update - The ashley review team never reached out to me. I sent them all the details but no response. I will never shop from them or recommend them to anyone.

I appreciate the enthusiasm and dedication of the staff at the Ashley store. They demonstrate a strong eagerness to showcase and sell their products. However, I have encountered significant issues with the products themselves. Despite multiple visits from technical engineers and even some parts being replaced, the problems persist. There seems to be a lack of resolution, and I've noticed that the technicians often attribute these issues to incorrect assembly by the third-party delivery team. Furthermore, I've found the customer service to be lacking. This, combined with a strict return policy that seems more focused on protocol than customer satisfaction, has been disappointing. In my opinion, this approach might lead to a loss of customers over time. Based on my current experience, which has been quite bitter, I am hesitant to consider future purchases from Ashley.

We placed a self pickup order in Dublin location. We were directed to call a number at Lathrop warehouse for self pickup, and we failed to fulfill that purpose since I was offered a wrong number. We drove 3 hours round trip and didn’t pick up anything. We decided to cancel order and that’s when nightmare started, It was a disaster. Staff at Lathrop location gave me a corrected number with which I presented to the manager of Dublin location, and she didn’t recognize this number. Their intra- store communication is poor and customers are taking the fall due to this lack of communication. And I had a pleasant experience with David until I initialized cancellation, it took him 4 days to cancel an order and eventually I needed to talk to his manager to get a refund. And there is no confirmation email for cancellation, nor a breakdown of that refund number, so I will never be able to know how the protection plan is prorated and adjusted accordingly. My suggestion is to finish your purchase within this location if you want to catch a deal. Once your order involves multiple locations, it could end very bad.

Delivery was delayed 4 weeks in a row. The sales person said the couch was in stock and would be delivered the following week. We were notified the couch had damage and changed the delivery date for a week later. We were then notified a day before the new delivery date would be the following week. Again notified the delivery date was pushed out another week. The day of the expected delivery date we did not receive any notification so I called and they said the item was on back order. They didn't even bother to let us know. Canceled my order and went to Living Spaces who delivered the same day!

Went in store to take a peek but ended up getting a really solid deal online for their pre- black friday discounts. We selected the installation option; Delivery was fast and includes truck tracking - install took less than 5 minutes, the guys were in and out super fast. Top notch service

I have bought a sofa and loveseat from them. On the delivery date they just bring the love seat. You can never speak with anyone at this store or at their customer service over phone as they never pickup your call.

We did not have high hopes for couches because most places the prices are extremely unreasonable but not only did we find something we absolutely loved but our experience was worthy of a review. From the moment we walked in Tahir greeted us, had a measuring tape for us to figure out the furniture size. Not only did he show us to a few pieces but he also showed us some under our budget instead of “the nicest most expensive” which is always appreciated. A great big shout-out for Leon of the Ashley Dublin store. Although we had found similar furniture that we could have purchased at other furniture stores, the ultimate reason why we decided to make a very large ticket item purchase with Ashley's is because of the truly outstanding customer service provided to us by Leon. In their nice showroom he took the time necessary for us to provide him all of the features we were looking for and to then spend considerable time discussing many furniture options available (with lots of trying out of all of the options in store). After discovering the perfect furniture then, with Sondy, also of the Dublin store, Leon put together the perfect package and got the deal done. Huge kudos to both gentlemen (especially you Leon for sharing all of your valuable time and knowledge with us in person) for bringing in two more satisfied customers to the Ashley Furniture family!!

We visited the Dublin store in search of a large wall art. An Asian man greeted us at the door and said make me work. We told him we were looking for wall art we viewed online. He walked us over to the wall art we decided against because it was too dark for our home. However, we walked around and found another print we fell in love with, and we told him we wanted to buy this one. He told us the price was $239.99. My husband said he would like to put it on his Ashley credit card, and he told us there's a minimum limit to use the Ashley credit card, and that's $500. He said we would have to charge it to one of our personal credit cards, which we felt was very strange. He suggested we order it online when we got home; it struck us odd that we could not buy this right now in the store using the store's credit card. I would have to go home to buy it. We were disappointed that we could not use the Ashley credit card as other stores have no minimum limit. Can we interpret Ashley's policy as we cannot go there to buy four plates and four placemats and charge it on our Ashley credit card because it is below $500.00, which is not allowed? We walked away, puzzled. I stopped an employee walking by to inquire about a dresser. His name was William, and he informed us he was returning from lunch. If we give him a few minutes to clock in, he will gladly help us. William was a breath of fresh air, so positive, unlike the first salesperson, the negative responses. William explained each bedroom set to us. He started a shopping cart and said you have wall art in your cart. I replied yes, please remove it, He asked if we no longer want it. I said yes, we do, but the first man said we couldn't use our Ashley credit card to buy it b/c it was only $239.00, and Ashley's policy has a minimum purchase limit of $500. He said we could go home and buy it online. William apologized and said that's not true. I'd happily ring up the wall art and charge it to the Ashely credit card. The following line is for Ashley's management team. "You need to acknowledge and praise William for saving you a customer. If he hadn't crossed our path and allowed us the opportunity to buy the wall art at that time or been 100% honest with us, you would have lost not only this sale but future sales and a customer. I suggest you speak to your team member who feeds us false information about Ashley's credit card policy because he prefers to refrain from making small purchases under $500.00. Please keep in mind Store INTEGRITY is enormous in today's society. It can make you or break you." Thank you, William; you are a phenomenal employee with integrity and exceptional customer service. You made us feel we were important to you.

The customer service at this store is horrid. We received the wrong item multiple times, items that weren’t even pre-assembled in the warehouse prior to delivery. Delivery drivers are a third party and verbally abuse the customers in their homes. Do not purchase anything from Ashley. It is not worth the hassle.

If you’re looking to buy furniture, do yourself a favor and do not buy from Ashley’s. Horrible customer service, delivery, and overall experience. I can write a detailed paragraph explaining why, but believe me you don’t want to spend your money here. There are tons of places in the Bay Area to buy furniture and this isn’t one of them.

Andy the sales team member from the Dublin store assisted me with my purchase and he was excellent! He wasn’t pushy, he gave me space to look around while staying close to answer questions. He was awesome when explaining/demonstrating certain functions of furniture! I enjoyed purchasing from Ashley Furniture and would recommend the store to my family/friends.

This Store Manager needs a new manager I have a Ashley gift card 100.00 dollars brought eight pillows for 80.04 the manager said that we don’t take this gift card anymore but took the money off the gift card 100.00 and my pillows only 80.04 dollars so He stole The money from me that was left on the gift card I will not Shop at this store again where the manager still your money and didn’t give me Store Credit I Called it Stealing from the customer.

We first stopped by the concord location, walked around the store , no one asked to help us or anything. We walked into this location was greeted by Tahir, he was nice and professional and we payed cash for a lovely furniture set! Find some pillows on sale for my living room Because I have A Ashley Gift Card the 100.00 Dollars card I Bought eight pillows for 80.04 .my balance the Manager took 20.00 Dollars off the Gift Card and then told me that we don’t use this Card anymore so I’m out of 20.00 Dollars the store keeps without giving me Store credit it’s Manger’s that Makes this Company like me Don’t want to Shop here anymore At any of the Store this why I close my account Down I Will Not Buy anything else from this store are Companies.

I will never buy Ashley Furniture as long as I'm breathing. The quality of your customer service call center, the delivery and even the workers at the store aside from the sales rep who helped me with this order is below 2nd class. I am so upset I want to find a way to tweet this so no one ever has the same horrible experience my 80 yr old grandma just had. Wrong delivery date, wrong address, wrong time, and most of all WRONG ITEMS. Thank you for ruining our day. You may be in business now but base on this experience your cost of labor and financials are likely declining. There is no way a brick and mortar store could stay in business operating so poorly.

I was looking for a recliner for my mom, something that is comfortable for her to sit in. I was greeted by Akash who was able to show me different types of recliners - power and manual. After looking and trying out some of the recliners, I settled on one that was plush with microfiber material and that could be charged once a month. Plus the recliner could be delivered really quickly. He was very pleasant, not pushy at all and let my daughter and I try out the recliners. After purchasing the recliner, we said that we wanted to check out the mattresses but weren’t going to buy. This other salesperson came by and asked who was helping us and I had said Akash’s name and she then proceeded to talk with him. She then came to us, said that Akash needed to be taking care of his customers in such a snotty way. I did not care for her demeanor and throwing him under the bus. I did allow her to show us some mattresses but left after 10 minutes. There’s no reason to treat your co-workers like that just to make a sale. Aside from her, Akash was very nice and helpful and strongly suggest for others to seek him out for your furniture needs.

The seller AKASHDEEP BRAR, was great ,polite , respectful, professional and fast . the only reason I gave one star , becouse the delivery guy , before finishing the assembly, asked my wife. If she was married twice, my order number is 170401110 Try to contact Dublin Ca store to talk if the manager but they never answer The phone. But I contacted the customer service and I reported the problem, . This is was not professional, and deliver guys or any one who provide a service, is not supposed to asking those question , this call aharassment. Could u imagine someone delivering something to your wife , or daughter, or mother , and asking if they are married.. I think asheley should take more care about costumers and educate the contractors team , to be respectful. I will make sure to let all my social media , friends, co-workers, and family know about this.. Disappointed. Thank u asheley....

Great collection and great staff. We bought a leather recliner sofa + love seat for living room. Staff is very friendly and don't apply any unwanted pressure and give all information needed. Location of this store is very convenient and ample amount of parking available while you shop in this store.

The service is top-notch. Went to a different store originally. The other store in Concord, I think, took us for granted. The sales lady in Dublin went above and beyond to earn our business.

Leon was a great salesman at the Dublin store. However, the delivery and assembly of the multiple pieces of furniture my wife and I ordered was absolutely unacceptable. As well as the process to repair the damaged furniture we received was awful. We were forced to jump through numerous hoops in order to just return the broken furniture that was sent to our house. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Nothing really special about this overpriced store. They charge a % for delivery. We were looking at a $2300 dining table. Guess how much was the delivery? $230! Spoke with the manager, he reduced it to $187. We showed ourselves out of the door as soon as the place didn't have any good stuff either.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! Please DO NOT buy from this store. It took 10 months for my bed, dressing table, and side table to get delivered and set up. The customer service was horrible. There was no coordination between the employees; some gave me a lead time of 2-3 weeks and others gave me 2 month lead time. The customer service reps didn’t even know what was in stock. When I visited the store to get some help, a Caucasian women at the front desk named Ann/Anne was extremely rude, racist, and unprofessional. After multiple store visits, I finally got hold of the manager who helped me out. Save your money, buy good quality furniture from better alternatives.

I have visited Ashley(Dublin, CA) store 2 times and spent 4 to 5 hours to shop around. All the items in the store is very expensive and their store price was not even matching with their price on their website. In the store, The price of the in-store items doesn't match when they add items to the cart and they increased the prices more than the price they displayed on the item in the store. I was surprised when I reviewed all the items and the price difference between the order & the display price. Overall it was around $5k price difference. I have ended up paying more than $5k while compare to their online price. I would not recommend to buy from Ashley, Dublin CA store. In case if anyone would like to buy, I would suggest don't trust the sales person & sales manager, please do some research about the pricing and negotiate about the pricing.

I had bought a couch today and was able to get a amazing deal because of Usha. She was amazing and gave us a great deal for the 4 piece couch plus a ottoman! I highly recommend going to her if you ever stop by the Ashley Home Store in Dublin she is wonderful!!!

I went in to this Ashley store already knowing which dining table I wanted. Galilea helped me throughout the whole process and provided exceptional care throughout. Galilea wanted to make sure that I knew my options as she showed me other table sets that were nice but more affordable compared to the one I initially had my eye on. She explicitly did not force me to choose one choice over another. Galilea had the great idea to help me measure the tables we were looking at and compare it to see how it would fit in the size of my dining room. I greatly appreciated her help, patience, honesty, and attitude throughout the whole process. I did not feel belittled, only understood for what I wanted. In the end, I purchased the dining table set I had originally came in for. Galilea also put in the work to make sure I was paying a great price for it, not anything more than what was the sticker price. My mom and I couldn't be more happier with the service and table set!

I want to give a big shout out to Ashley Furniture sales associates David, Jeff and Lina who helped us on several occasions to purchase multiple pieces of furniture for our new home in the last two weeks. Everyone was very kind and super helpful to assist us. They allowed us to walk around and see what was available on the sales floor, answered any of our questions regarding the furniture, delivery, discounts and warranties and genuinely tried to get us the best deal possible. In the end with the suggestion of the sales associates, we were able to work with the sales manager, David who was fair and generous to give us an amazing deal we couldn't pass up. As a customer, we thought the sales floor was well-organized, sales associates were super knowledgeable and helpful and can honestly say, they were looking out for my best interest. Our family have been shopping at Ashley Furniture for over 10 years at various stores, and so far, they have proven to be top-notch when it comes to customer service. If there's an option to rate Ashley and Andy with 10 stars, we would! It was almost closing time when we first went to Ashley, and we were greeted by Andy. He is knowledgable and cares about what customer needs. We are just canvassing at this time and not yet decided where to buy. He then gave us his contact number and told us that he will assist us in case we decided to buy to Ashley. After that, we went to other Ashley stores, but because of Andy's excellent customer service, we decided to go back to Dublin branch and made our purchase there! Highly recommended! Thank you, Andy!

The sale representative ask as for help then I told him we are looking at the furniture he introduced his name to us and told us let me know if you need help with anything He was with his client, so we did not know the other gentleman was the manager we ask him for help. Very nice person he told us he’s the manager of the store and he loves to help us we did mention the first associate name but unfortunately, I forgot both of them his name right now. Very excellent service With high knowledge about the product and very patiently help me with everything and answered all my question patiently offer me for financing with Ashley. I had to use my points so I refused refinancing Ashley. I love Ashley! I have gone so many times this year after my big move. They always have exceptional customer service! The selection is so varied to meet so many different types of styles of decorating for all ages. The best quality for the best price truly. We went to Ashley dublin couple of times .we were helped by Usha in dublin centre.I got couple of products from Ashley and i am happy with my purchase. products quality were really good.And we get individual attention by the staff that help us clarifying a lot of doubts.
