We recently bought a reclining loveseat from Ashley HomeStore and the experience was excellent. The chairs are fantastic, extremely comfortable, and fit perfectly in our space. The material and finish are exactly what we were looking for. Joe helped us through the process and made it seamless. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely listened to what we wanted. He understood our preferences around material, description, and budget, and guided us without being pushy. We never felt pressured to make a decision. Overall, a smooth experience and a great purchase. Highly recommend both the store and Joe if you want someone who actually cares about getting it right.

Usha & Matthew, the Sales Managers, were great! We came in browsing for a bed frame but ended up purchasing an entire bedroom set & a king Tempur-Pedic mattress with a full warranty! Really friendly customer service, and we are excited to receive our new items in less than a week!

I had a good experience at Ashley’s furniture. First time buyer at this location. I bought me a sectional sleeper which was super comfy because I tend to have guest come over a lot. Although I really wish they had more different styles on display. The website had more different varieties. I give a 4 star for Tahir Hashmi who is very polite to me and helped me a lot and got me the best deals that I could ever have and was flexible. Overall I really liked the couch and the sleeper was memory foam which was a plus to me.

Really liked the large selection at the store. Salespeople were not pushy and let me take my time exploring and trying out various tables and chairs. Gave me a decent 20% discount and arranged for delivery within 2 weeks. Only issue was upon delivery. We elected to get the free delivery without installation. Salesperson told us to inspect everything upon delivery while the delivery people were present, but delivery people said they don’t have time for that so they left before we could open any boxes. Everyone took pictures and luckily all was goood inside the boxes. Docked one star for disconnect between the two stories. Otherwise Ashley provided a tracker on the delivery truck and they came within the 3 hr window.

Either lack of knowledge or poor customer service. The sales lady was dismissive to what I wanted to see upon arrival. I even showed a reference photo and sofa name I found on Ashley’s website that said it was available in the showroom in Dublin, CA. Sales lady didn’t make an effort to see what set it was nor check if it’s available. She just glanced at it and said they don’t have it and proceeds to show me random sofas I didn’t want to see. After I stated the specs I needed, she takes me to the same sofa set that I asked for when I first entered the store. She said it’s one of their best selling set. If it was, why did she not recognize it in the first place when I showed her and why did she say they didn’t have it when they obviously did?

Very bad experience with the expensive mattress that we bought 2 weeks ago; the sales manager sold us the mattress that was not on the store saying you can experience it and return it anytime but now we are super unhappy with the mattress and can’t replace it either. All our thousands of $$$ into waste and we can’t sleep on the mattress either.

Quality has gone down compared to the Ashley Furniture of years ago. Cheaply made furniture with poor quality control. Looks good in store and okay when you first get it, but within few months, the cheap quality starts to show. And warranty is a complete waste of money. Do not buy extended warranty, they will sell you as everything is covered, but do not honor it.

My friend just went here and spent $5,000 worth of Furniture And when they delivered it, The Delivery team was late and some items were not working properly. And part of the Dresser was incomplete. They promised they would take care of him and nothing has been done and it’s been weeks. If you’re looking into getting furniture here, I would not recommend it at all! What they have said are all lies. With prices going up with everything, you would assume Customer service should be priority. Their quick to take money from you when you buy but once you need something they DO NOT CARE. Good thing there are way more other furniture stores around.

My experience has involved repeated delivery failures, lack of communication, and extensive time wasted—despite assurances from store management that compensation would be provided. On October 13, 2025, I purchased approximately $5,000 worth of furniture, including a couch, coffee table, bed, bedframe, two bedside tables, a dresser chest, a TV stand, and a bookshelf. Although the sales team, Shane and Devin, were courteous, they mentioned a new sales system that made the checkout process unusually long. I was assured that all items would be delivered on October 21, 2025, and that I would receive a call the day prior with a delivery window. That call never came. When I contacted the store on the morning of October 21, the representative could not locate any scheduled delivery. I had to reschedule for October 28, despite requesting a morning appointment that was not available. When the delivery finally occurred on the 28th, I tipped the drivers $100, but only half of my order arrived: the couch, coffee table, bed, and frame. A second appointment was set for November 11. On November 11, the delivery team again arrived in the late afternoon and again with only part of the remaining items—the dresser chest and two end tables. The TV stand and bookshelf were still missing, leaving my new, expensive television on the floor for weeks. A third delivery attempt was scheduled for November 18. Throughout this process, I have communicated many times with Devin, who has been responsive and acknowledged the inconvenience. He informed me that I would receive a discount or compensation for the substantial disruption and repeated failures. However, despite his assurances and attempts to escalate the matter, no refund or adjustment has been issued. So I called corporate myself and Rio brought it to my attention that a dispute had never been initiated. She then told me she would escalate to her manager and get back to me in 24 hours. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting…. On top of this my wireless chargers in my bedside tables DON’T WORK….. I gave up on the delivery guys Over the past 10 years I have spent over 20k with Ashley Furniture. Safe to say I will be spending my money elsewhere

We visited this store on Dec 6th, 2025. William was the associate we were interacting with. We were looking for ottomans and TV stands. They have good collection of ottomans but very few TV stands in store. So, we mostly spent time (about 30-45 min) in the store looking at just ottomans. William was checking in between. At the end, we liked one and asked him if there was any offer or discount on the ottoman as we were visiting during the holiday season(not sure what was wrong about this enquiry).To which William told us directly that we could buy an ottoman from a neighbouring thrift store for $20. This was a totally inappropriate, rude, offensive comment which shocked us. I asked him if i took too much of his time to which he said that he bought the shoes he was wearing from that thrift store and they look good. Nobody needs a random Tom, Dick or Harry give unsolicited, rude, disrespectful advice to their customers. He then went away. We spoke to another associate and mentioned the incident. She was gracious enough to apologize and volunteered to call the manager of the store, Sondy. I narrated the incident to Sondy. Sondy also apologized and mentioned that they will do better to set the expectations of their associates correctly. I appreciate the response from Sondy and the second associate. I did not ask William to come and help me find a ottoman. I could very well have looked around on my own and reached out if i had any questions. If he is expecting that every customer walking in will end up buying something all the time then he needs to set his expectations correctly. If the store or any of the associates have any such expectations from the visiting customers, they need to mention explicitly before volunteering to help the customer. We have bought several items at Ashley in the past at different stores but never had such an experience. Will never be visiting this store again

Went to over 5 stores shocked by couch prices in so many outlet centers. Walked into Ashley and finally saw prices that were reasonable and quality furniture. Purchased my sectional at a price I would have purchased at Costco and it was better and cannot wait for the delivery.

Sales person DEYA was so helpful gave us lots of options on payment and very thorough explanations about savings vs financing. Will definitely look for him on our next purchase

My wife and I were looking for a specific sofa set that met both our needs and our budget, and Tahir was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Because we arrived late, the store reached its closing hours before we could finalize the paperwork. To our surprise, Tahir offered to come in the very next day—his scheduled day off—just to help us close the sale and ensure everything was handled correctly. We bought a head board for almost 2000.00 and when they brought it, it smelled so bad I actually thought my dog took a crap in my room, I reached out to customer service and couldn’t get a hold of anyone they do everything through email. I called the store and asked the people to help me and they said it was out of their hands. It’s been 4 weeks and there is still a smell they denied my claim twice but I kept complaining. They finally sent someone to inspect and the guy showed up and didn’t even care about the smell he wrote it off as there were no issues with the furniture. I have been a faithful customer for more than 10 years but this experience has made me feel like this company doesn’t care. I will never recommend Ashley’s to no one they’re customer service stinks 😷 and so does there furniture!!!!

I had a great experience at Ashley’s furniture in Dublin. Joe assisted us in find the perfect table and chairs. Joe showed us all the tables that fit my description. Joe was not pushy at all and very fun to deal with. He did his best to make sure my table arrived on time for Thanksgiving, which was only a few days away! He definitely gets 5 + stars The business is very nice with a wide selection. The delivery was on point with location, communication, and set up. The delivery guys showed me how to store my leafs in the table and explained how to care for the table also. 5 + stars for them too

Always great price quality products

The massage chair from Ashley is sooo comfortable. It goes to a zero gravity setting, foot rest, head rest, multiphase massager with heat , even usb an and c ports! The crew showed up on time and were quick and efficient on the set up. However, the crew was not able to explain the controls and how to use them. I did go online and found instructions and explanations on what all the buttons do .

Came in to store and bought a tv go sole. They offered me white glove delivery which was to bring it inside and take the trash or front door delivery which was to push it in through the front door the whole reason ok going there was to buy a product that was assembled he never mentioned it was not assembled other wise I would have paid to get it assembled. I don’t have anyone to assemble it and now I have a box in my living room. The person was just trying to make a sale and did not give all the necessary information. I am very disappointed was planning on going back to her new couches and a bedroom set but after this I don’t think I will ever be back. So disappointed.

The service we received was terrible. Friendly, but terrible. Over the phone the service agent was unable to understand as we spelled out the product identifier. At the store the agent who was assisting us just wandered off in the middle of a discussion about pricing. so we had to start all over again with another store agent.

Worst experience ever. Stay away. Bought 5 piece recliner sofas from Dublin store. Deya (sales person) and Sandi (manager at the time) confirmed that I am buying protection plan for the entire order. Order was delivered. It turns out that they only activated the protection plan on 3 out of the 5 pieces. Instead of fixing their mistake and activating the protection plan on the other two pieces, the store manager (Devin) and another person (Star) gave me run around for weeks and finally told me they can't do anything. They agreed that it's their mistake, they apologized but they can't do anything about it. Non-existence customer service. Can't fix their own mistakes. Will be contacting consumer protection office against this store soon.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I ordered two items from Ashley online — a mirror and an entryway table — and both were a huge disappointment. The mirror looked old and completely different from the photos. It was supposed to be gold, but what I received was a dull black-colored version that looks cheap and worn out.The entryway table came with visible defects and poor workmanship. The screws are sticking out, and the buttons they provided to cover them don’t even fit. After spending so much time assembling it, I found the drawers are uneven with big gaps and don’t close properly. I deeply regret ordering from Ashley. Their customer service is extremely slow and unhelpful. Instead of offering a proper remedy or replacement, they tried to give me a 5% discount, which feels insulting and unfair given the quality issues. Overall, this was a waste of money and an incredibly frustrating experience. poor quality, poor service, and no responsibility taken soon.

Avoid This Store: Misleading Pricing and Deceptive Sales Tactics NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. This was a completely dishonest and terrible experience. The store uses bait-and-switch pricing tactics to lure customers in. We were shown a 5-piece sectional sofa on display with a price tag of $1799. Our sales associate, William, confirmed the final price, including delivery and taxes, as $2105. However, after spending over an hour and a half, the deal completely changed at the checkout counter. We were told the $1799 price was only for a 4-piece set, not the 5-piece set we were shown and discussed, and the "new" price was $2359. The staff claimed they couldn't sell it for the margin William had promised. This is a deceptive practice that wasted 90 minutes of our time. The staff treated us poorly and did not have the courtesy to stand by the price they initially offered. This is the second time we've had a bad experience, and we will never visit any Ashley store again. Note to Shoppers: If you deal with William, get every price in writing immediately to avoid having the deal changed at the last minute.

Great experience!! We came here looking for couch for our new home. Met with Tahir in sales. He was so helpful. After looking at the great prices, we bought a couch, chair, dining set and added on a bedroom set the following day. Tahir was so patient with me as I was making decisions. Tahir and his manager price matched and made sure that everything was delivered and assembled on the same day. I would recommend this place highly and ask for Tahir. He is a 11 out of 10 salesman!

Recently purchased couches and tables from Ashley in Dublin. Manager Devin not only worked to get me the best deal but when I made an adjustment to my order, he was very accommodating and got me what I wanted without any hesitation. Overall, a great shopping experience.

My husband and I bought a sofa sectional in February 2024 and the recliner was making a loud noise. We went to the store in Dublin and was met by Matthew who proceeded to tell us that model was discontinued!! He went to the store manager Devin who gave us the information about checking into the warranty but told us we should try a little powder on the leather and omg it worked. He took the time to talk to us and give his advice and we left there hopeful. With the help of the two of them we now are happy to not hear that awful noise. We will be back as we are looking for a bedroom set next. You are very lucky to have these two gentlemen who are so helpful to their customers!! Love Ashley Furniture and their employees!

Great selection but found identical item for much less.

Last weekend, my fiancé and I stopped by this store to check out their bar stool selection. Luckily for us, we found a set of two bar stools for $247, with one being on clearance and the other on sale. Honestly a steal for us. Shout out to Dejon for being an amazing associate throughout the process. He was the first employee to greet us and checked in on us, was super patient during checkout as we were trying to pay with 3 cards (2 were gift cards), and carried the bar stool to our car. He was so nice and welcoming! We had to schedule delivery for the other bar stool and that process was easy. We were able to get it delivered the following Thursday and the delivery was smooth. We’ll definitely be back when we need more furniture.

DON’t ever buy anything from here. I rarely leave a review but trust me… they selling overpriced Temu quality product. And worst part is employees at Dublin location. They are just crazy to sell those cheap product and don’t care about customer service afterward. I can say Ikea is way better quality and service. Don’t waste your money and time. They offer a one year warranty BUT won’t give any service with strange reason. Think wisely… I am telling you.

I am leaving this review because of the help I received from the staff at this location, especially Tahir (Salesperson) and Star (Customer Service Rep). I like the general product offerings at this store, but there were some initial issues with the delivery and manufacturing of my items which delayed the order. I appreciate Tahir and Star for helping me work through the process so I could eventually receive the products that I am happy with.

Usharani was very helpful and friendly. She was able to find the chairs I purchased that were previously on back order. The dining room set and chairs are exactly what I wanted. Now that my table has been delivered the problem starts. The table was delivered damaged. I asked for a replacement but I needed to take a picture of the damage which I did and emailed it to the representative. It was determined there was damage and a tech would come to my home to try and repair it. A very nice gentleman was sent to my home, he did the best he could to repair the damage but you could still see the damage. I asked for a replacement but Ashley Furniture felt the repair was good enough. When I purchase an item I expect to have it come in perfect condition. It’s a new item it shouldn’t be damaged. I have contacted Ashley several times and their reply was the work is complete to our satisfaction and no replacement is required. I will never do business with Ashley Furniture again. Their customer service is terrible.

Poor product and customer service. Bought a $3K sofa, they shipped a defective piece and won't replace it. Store says they are just the middleman and call customer service. Custom service keeps on repeating the same thing "all sales are final". Product inspectors are a joke they come, take some pics and are able to assess the defect without even seating on the sofa once. Save some trouble and buy from a store like Living Spaces, or Costco that provide better customer service.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Akbar for being incredibly helpful from start to finish. He patiently walked us through the wide range of couches available, taking the time to explain every option and helping us narrow things down until we found the perfect one. Then came the mattress, in which Akbar (with the help of Steve) once again guided us through the process — this time helping us score an amazing Nectar mattress. They even applied the store’s “Buy More, Save More” offer, which kept us comfortably within our budget and let us walk away with exactly what we needed. Super grateful for the excellent service and genuine care from the whole team!

The store/sales person Joe was great! The delivery service was horrible!! Attached are photos of bed rails being put upside down. Asked the 3 delivery/ setup guys to fix.. acting like they are going to but instead they just bailed on the job. Left with out correcting the job. I founds out once I discovered they just left with no word that they had stripped 2 of the bolts/nut. I’m still In disbelief of the service from the delivery companies employees. Also disappointed that I could not surprise my 9 year old granddaughter with an All set up new bedroom set for Easter. I hope all can be corrected asap.

Love my new sofa. The process was quick and easy. Was helped by Jim McNeill, very kind and helpful.

For over a decade we have bought our furniture from Ashley Furniture. We bought our current couches 5 years ago while we were living in Indiana & were told that if we purchased the warranty but didn't use it within 5 years that we would have the warranty credited back to us on a future purchase of $500 or more at any Ashley store. Since we have relocated for my husband's job, which we do often, we took our warranty certificate to the Dublin store. They treated us with awful customer service, the manager didn't even introduce himself and suggested that we were trying to get away with something. Later a customer service representative from that store said that although they were able to confirm that our certificate was legitimate, their store didn't have the proper system to complete the transaction and that if we wanted our certificate honored that we would have to reach out to the store that we bought the furniture from 5 years ago & have it transferred regionally. The certificate doesn't state anything about regional requirements and our paperwork says that it should be honored nationally. They still wouldn't accept it. So, We have decided that since the chain has virtually stolen $1,000 from us in warranties on our furniture, we will not be shoppingat this chain any further. We especially do not recommend this store in Dublin as they treat customers with no respect especially if they deem your sale to not be worth their time.

Stay away...we bought a 2000 couch, it was delivered damaged. After two months and a fight they agreed to replace it, the they delivered another damaged piece of furniture. You can't call anyone to get help. So dissatisfied and disappointed. They use a 3rd party delivery service that lies to you about delivering a damaged piece. AND, they will want to repair it, even if it's structural damage, rather then give you what you paid for. Spend your hard earned money where it is valued. It ain't at Ashley Furniture - I can guarantee you that. They will take your money then forget about you.

Great salesperson, great selection and reasonable prices

My wife and I bought a 3,000 dollar couch from Ashley home furniture, went into the. Dublin store and spent about 2 hrs with a sales person and ended up buying a 3,000 dollar couch with protection and warranty. Good thing we did get warranty because the couch was delivered this morning and it was upholstered horribly and damaged and the pieces don’t fit together uniform at all. Called customer service they are sending a technician out in 2 WEEKS to assess the nature of the issue after I sent pictures. No willingness to just replace the damaged section. Will not be recommending Ashley to anyone.

Update: Ashley called me and said the most they’d do is send me the broken part. Which is useless since as you can see I have the hinge. You quite literally can’t fix it since the screws ripped out through it. I’ve now been in a back and forth email thread where they say “we’ll get back to you within 48 hours” and I don’t hear back. I’ve emailed about 4 times and finally got a response from someone who clearly hasn’t read my full problem and just says I don’t have clear photos of the damage. This is beyond ridiculous My one star is mainly about Ashley as a company and the quality of the furniture, but I will add that though the employees at Ashley are nice, I was completely lied to about a specific product I wanted just so I would go into the store and purchase something. The item I wanted had long been discontinued but two employees told me they had “one more” that if I went today I’d be able to grab it. Silly me for trusting that I guess. Anyway, I wasted my time and was already there so I got the next closest ottoman to the specific one I wanted and it broke in less than 7 months. I already had a bad experience with my couch, but I gave it another shot. I clearly shouldn’t have. I sent Ashley my review and all they did was not post it on the product. The hinge completely ripped out and we can’t screw it back in. In order to open and close the support bar has to be taken off. If you put it back on, when you close it, you will not be able to. It just breaks back off. Because of both these things, the top cushion that closes has to be completely off center, creating a huge gap. Not all the employees lie to try to make a sale, I have had kind helpful employees at this location so kudos to them, but I will completely stop buying any furniture from Ashley.

do not do business with this company, very deceitful started off at the Ashley's in Rohnert Park, did not trust the sales people, they would say that they're giving you a great deal by deducting something off the price which is actually a promotion that the running that I didn't know about. ended up in Dublin, who had the couch was actually looking for and inside the store. The salesman was friendly, set a delivery date and a time frame, but when it came to the delivery, it was no no, no a text message and told no no no even more ended up canceling the order and going to La-Z-Boy

Excellent customer service is when someone can anticipate what you need before you even have to ask, and when someone actively solves problems for you. Chris Abbey was our customer service specialist. He actively listened to a conversation/disagreement I was having with my husband about saving versus spending money. He approached us first rather than us having to find someone. He took the initiative to ask his boss about any promotions or discounts for us. He offered to calculate the furniture we were considering purchasing with the discounts. He was personable and engaging. He was knowledgeable and shared information about the furniture protection service. I was impressed by his communication skills and appreciated his proactive attitude. I was at Living Spaces previously and was asked many times by workers, “Do you have any questions?” Which I think is an ineffective way to engage with customers. A more effective way is to start a conversation, explain the details of the item I’m looking at, ask me what I’m looking for, tell me about any promotions, etc. I thought Chris was very good at being engaging and helpful. Would totally recommend him to my friends and family the next time anyone buys furniture.

The products are good and sales representatives are good but the floor manager is too arrogant while taking to customers and using the words “careless” towards the customers is very rude on her part. This is not how you treat the customers and this is not acceptable!

I had a terrible experience shopping in this store. They delivered a wrong item and it took 4 months, 1 extra visit to store and 5 pick up attempts to get it fixed. Poor customer management. Went to several furniture businesses in the bay area and was very impressed with Ashley furniture in Dublin! Our sales guy Joe was very professional, and explained a few things regarding our purchase of a new bed, mattress, headboard, nightstands, and dresser and last were two beautiful barstools for the kitchen. The manager that day, his name is Steve also was very knowledgeable and explaining different mattresses and explain the discount we were getting because we bought so much that day. We just moved and really wanted our new bedroom furniture delivered as soon as possible and they said the following week that it would be delivered but the barstools might take two weeks. that day delivery was on time. The two gentlemen worked hard, setting everything up, and also had the two barstools delivered the same day. I was quite pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend checking out the Dublin store

i was happy finding dining table set at ashley but then really disappointed with the service. the sales said peace on mind that they would take the old set at my place and just change it with the new one. when they delivered the new one, they did not even want to take the old one so i had to call junk service for that. at the end, customer has to bear for everything. called the sales but he did not pick up or even call me back even though i left a message. called the store and said not sure what the sales person promised and asked me to call again tomorrow. hello??? i should think again for shopping here…

It was beyond terrible experience to buy a product from Ashley. I would request each one of you to beware. It was my 1st sofa and one of the costliest sofa purchased from Ashley for the 1st time, when it got delivered, within 2 hours I called them with my problems of having the sofa. 1) Leather sofa generating heat in my body (rashes). 2) Back of the sofa had loose ends/gap in sofa. 3) blocking my patio door, because of size of sofa which did not fit in my living room. 4) Even after multiple follow ups with store managers of Ashley Dublin store, they immediately declined to understand my problem completely. They were not at all helpful. (I would request to replace them immediately & stop harassing the clients). 5) Ashley Dublin, particularly Steve and Star does not believe in customer satisfaction, please think twice before going to this store. 6) Email sent to Ashley customer service - they sent technicians twice at my place to check the sofa but after every visit they declined to help me reselect the sofa. Absolute shame on customer service. 7) it was a terrible experience ever in my life which I never expected from such a big brand. After calling customer service/store/sharing images on emails, requested multiple times but nobody helped me on this over the last 2.5 weeks. Just kept passing the battle from one person to another increasing the mental frustration & harassment. 8) Technicians kept fooling us in both the visit of helping us but both the times the request was declined on email. Please do not purchase product from Ashley as there is no return/exchange policy even for genuine reasons.

Came in looking for a sofa bed. Tahir did more than help us point to right direction of sofas. He did an amazing job with showing us the different sofa options, shades of colors available, and even demonstrating the sofa in bed mode. Had a great experience shopping at Ashley, we found a great couch with the help of Mathew. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Update: Unfortunately, the arrival date was incorrect, our time was wasted. My Significant other and I were given 3 different confirmations that the delivery would be on time. We both took the day off of work to be present and prepared. On the day of delivery there were no courtesy calls, texts or emails to inform us that our furniture was not going to arrive. After we reached out, our delivery date was rescheduled 2 weeks later. By not informing us of the delay, Ashley has shown us their unprofessionalism and untrustworthiness. This all could have been avoided with communication. We will not be returning and we advise anyone to purchase with caution. The showroom staff are amazing (like Matthew;) however once the purchase has been made, then the delivery troubles begin.

Purchased a bedroom furniture set in Mother's Day and was told it would be delivered on 6/8 (they checked and said everything was in stock) On 6/1 I called and confirmed the delivery date with Customer Service. On 6/5 I received a text confirming my delivery date of 6/8. On 6/7 I received a text confirming my delivery date and time on 6/8. Three hours later they called to tell me the items are all back ordered and wanted to set a new delivery date w/o knowing if the furniture would be back in the warehouse by then. I contacted Customer Service who was argumentative and told me to drive to the store (1.5 hours away) to work it out with the salesman. After about 15 minutes on hold, Customer service came back on the phone and told me that someone from the Dublin store would call me within half an hour. At the end of the day, no one had called me and I still don’t know when I’m getting my furniture.

This was my first experience in shopping at Ashley and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. I was assisted by Tahir and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. My items will be delivered later this week so I will report back on the delivery; set up and condition of the furniture.

Store manager Star is outstanding. Out of desperation I contacted her after 6 days of failed attempts to try to get through to another Ashley store to speak to the manager about an issue. Even though I had not purchased the furniture from Dublin, Star immediately took ownership on behalf of the company, reached out to the necessary resources, and escalated what was appropriate so that I could receive resolution. Her leadership skills are exemplary. This level of customer service is practically unheard of nowadays. Incidentally,tge same day I spoke to Star, the manager of the store I purchased from called me and is going to now be able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. This is no coincidence. Star went above and beyond to the point that if I ever need to buy furniture again, it will be worth trading to Dublin.

We selected a date for our bed frame to come. We confirmed that it would be ready to ship and available. As we waited today for the delivery, we found out that they pushed back the date and a part was on back order. They never notified us that the part was on back order when we did the initial purchase. The purchase was contingent on it coming within 2.5 weeks. They didn’t deliver. When we asked for them to just bring the foundation of the bed frame and bring the missing storage piece later on, they refused n said they don’t do partial deliveries. It’s sad because I have bought so much furniture from there, so the fact that they wouldn’t accomodate the partial for Their misinformation or rectify the situation with a long standing customer, spoke volumes. Off to another store to get new furniture! Thanks a lot!

Avoid Purchasing the Warranty! I recently bought a granite table set and was persuaded to get the extended warranty, assured that it would provide comprehensive coverage for any potential damages. However, when I attempted to make a claim for a chip on my table resulting from simply resting my elbow too close to the edge, I discovered that damages related to stone were explicitly excluded from coverage. Reguard, the warranty service provider, does not honor claims for a wide range of items—I've attached a detailed list of exclusions for your reference.

I can’t thank David enough at the store in Dublin, CA. We were given an incorrect price when we originally were looking at a sectional. It was lower then went higher within a matter of 10 minutes! The pricing is very confusing even to the employees! We talked to the manager who talked to the upper management but they would not budge and make it right. So we looked at other websites which we weren’t familiar with who offered the couch at a much lesser price but we just weren’t feeling comfortable with so many mixed reviews! My husband and I loved the couch so we decided to go ahead with the purchase at Ashley! I called David and ordered it over the phone. The ordering process and delivery process (which I still feel we shouldn’t have had to pay for delivery since we were given an incorrect price in the beginning but that is managements fault not David’s but we wanted the couch so we had to pay!) we ordered on Sunday and couch was delivered Saturday! David said he would keep an eye on the price because if the price goes down within 30 days of our purchase they will match price it! Guess what? He kept his word and sure enough called us and let us know the couch went on sale and we got that discount!! Thank you David!! A testament there are still people in this world who keep their word and care! He didn’t have to but chose to and we appreciate you!!

Came into the store knew exactly what I wanted and wanted it to be quick. They forgot to put in the discount and over charged me $100. They couldn’t refund me in store. Was told by the sales manger he would call me to clear it up haven’t received a call for 2 days. Tried calling the store no one answers. Finally talked to someone in store and she was rude and constantly talking over me. They over charged me and they make it seem like it’s no big deal. They won’t even refund delivery for all the trouble. I would try a different store

Great service from the moment I walked in. I received a friendly greeting from David. He was super helpful and funny too. He was so patient while he showed me numerous couches. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The value of the couch worked for me too. He managed setting up the protection service and the delivery service. I had a great experience and really love the couch. Added 2/16: Delivery had a 4 hour window and they arrived within the first hour. They were fast, careful, and kind. They brought their own tools and assembled the couch for us and it was perfect. They took away the garbage too. Thank you Gio and Juaquin!

This review is for Ashley's warranty and their their review team. Don't buy their warranty. It's a scam! I bought a bedroom set with a 5 year warranty. I reported damage to my dresser recently due to an incident where nail polish remover damaged the wood. They kept insisting accumulated stain and they don't cover it and they cover single incidents which this was. Their review team did not believe me. Absolute shame for this company. Update - The ashley review team never reached out to me. I sent them all the details but no response. I will never shop from them or recommend them to anyone.

He didn't try to add or change my vision because he doesn't know my family room like I do. Thank You, Lord for this great experience!! BTW....The selection of furniture is very good and so are the prices.

I appreciate the enthusiasm and dedication of the staff at the Ashley store. They demonstrate a strong eagerness to showcase and sell their products. However, I have encountered significant issues with the products themselves. Despite multiple visits from technical engineers and even some parts being replaced, the problems persist. There seems to be a lack of resolution, and I've noticed that the technicians often attribute these issues to incorrect assembly by the third-party delivery team. Furthermore, I've found the customer service to be lacking. This, combined with a strict return policy that seems more focused on protocol than customer satisfaction, has been disappointing. In my opinion, this approach might lead to a loss of customers over time. Based on my current experience, which has been quite bitter, I am hesitant to consider future purchases from Ashley.

Never purchase from Ashley. they only want the money.

The staff wasn't very helpful, and they asked $200 for delivery of a dinning table.

Sondi the manager was so helpful in getting delivery rescheduled. Made my relocation leas stressful. Even got call after delivery to ensure all went well!

We placed a self pickup order in Dublin location. We were directed to call a number at Lathrop warehouse for self pickup, and we failed to fulfill that purpose since I was offered a wrong number. We drove 3 hours round trip and didn’t pick up anything. We decided to cancel order and that’s when nightmare started, It was a disaster. Staff at Lathrop location gave me a corrected number with which I presented to the manager of Dublin location, and she didn’t recognize this number. Their intra- store communication is poor and customers are taking the fall due to this lack of communication. And I had a pleasant experience with David until I initialized cancellation, it took him 4 days to cancel an order and eventually I needed to talk to his manager to get a refund. And there is no confirmation email for cancellation, nor a breakdown of that refund number, so I will never be able to know how the protection plan is prorated and adjusted accordingly. My suggestion is to finish your purchase within this location if you want to catch a deal. Once your order involves multiple locations, it could end very bad.

Delivery was delayed 4 weeks in a row. The sales person said the couch was in stock and would be delivered the following week. We were notified the couch had damage and changed the delivery date for a week later. We were then notified a day before the new delivery date would be the following week. Again notified the delivery date was pushed out another week. The day of the expected delivery date we did not receive any notification so I called and they said the item was on back order. They didn't even bother to let us know. Canceled my order and went to Living Spaces who delivered the same day!

Went in store to take a peek but ended up getting a really solid deal online for their pre- black friday discounts. We selected the installation option; Delivery was fast and includes truck tracking - install took less than 5 minutes, the guys were in and out super fast. Top notch service

I have bought a sofa and loveseat from them. On the delivery date they just bring the love seat. You can never speak with anyone at this store or at their customer service over phone as they never pickup your call.

We did not have high hopes for couches because most places the prices are extremely unreasonable but not only did we find something we absolutely loved but our experience was worthy of a review. From the moment we walked in Tahir greeted us, had a measuring tape for us to figure out the furniture size. Not only did he show us to a few pieces but he also showed us some under our budget instead of “the nicest most expensive” which is always appreciated. He not only has a great disposition, he also gave us space to walk and shop around on our own. Thanks for making our experience memorable and setting us up with our comfy new couch!!

A great big shout-out for Leon of the Ashley Dublin store. Although we had found similar furniture that we could have purchased at other furniture stores, the ultimate reason why we decided to make a very large ticket item purchase with Ashley's is because of the truly outstanding customer service provided to us by Leon. In their nice showroom he took the time necessary for us to provide him all of the features we were looking for and to then spend considerable time discussing many furniture options available (with lots of trying out of all of the options in store). After discovering the perfect furniture then, with Sondy, also of the Dublin store, Leon put together the perfect package and got the deal done. Huge kudos to both gentlemen (especially you Leon for sharing all of your valuable time and knowledge with us in person) for bringing in two more satisfied customers to the Ashley Furniture family!!

We visited the Dublin store in search of a large wall art. An Asian man greeted us at the door and said make me work. We told him we were looking for wall art we viewed online. He walked us over to the wall art we decided against because it was too dark for our home. However, we walked around and found another print we fell in love with, and we told him we wanted to buy this one. He told us the price was $239.99. My husband said he would like to put it on his Ashley credit card, and he told us there's a minimum limit to use the Ashley credit card, and that's $500. He said we would have to charge it to one of our personal credit cards, which we felt was very strange. He suggested we order it online when we got home; it struck us odd that we could not buy this right now in the store using the store's credit card. I would have to go home to buy it. We were disappointed that we could not use the Ashley credit card as other stores have no minimum limit. Can we interpret Ashley's policy as we cannot go there to buy four plates and four placemats and charge it on our Ashley credit card because it is below $500.00, which is not allowed? We walked away, puzzled. I stopped an employee walking by to inquire about a dresser. His name was William, and he informed us he was returning from lunch. If we give him a few minutes to clock in, he will gladly help us. William was a breath of fresh air, so positive, unlike the first salesperson, the negative responses. William explained each bedroom set to us. He started a shopping cart and said you have wall art in your cart. I replied yes, please remove it, He asked if we no longer want it. I said yes, we do, but the first man said we couldn't use our Ashley credit card to buy it b/c it was only $239.00, and Ashley's policy has a minimum purchase limit of $500. He said we could go home and buy it online. William apologized and said that's not true. I'd happily ring up the wall art and charge it to the Ashely credit card. The following line is for Ashley's management team. "You need to acknowledge and praise William for saving you a customer. If he hadn't crossed our path and allowed us the opportunity to buy the wall art at that time or been 100% honest with us, you would have lost not only this sale but future sales and a customer. I suggest you speak to your team member who feeds us false information about Ashley's credit card policy because he prefers to refrain from making small purchases under $500.00. Please keep in mind Store INTEGRITY is enormous in today's society. It can make you or break you." Thank you, William; you are a phenomenal employee with integrity and exceptional customer service. You made us feel we were important to you.

Being first time buyer we were kind of hesitant to shop in stores. But all that went away when Al our sales associate greeted us and asked if we need any help we told him exactly what were were looking for and he directed us to our dream couch. He answered all our questions and explained how the buying/delivery processed worked. We got a great deal and the experience was amazing being a young couple Al treated us with respect and understood the true meaning of customer service.

The customer service at this store is horrid. We received the wrong item multiple times, items that weren’t even pre-assembled in the warehouse prior to delivery. Delivery drivers are a third party and verbally abuse the customers in their homes. Do not purchase anything from Ashley. It is not worth the hassle.

If you’re looking to buy furniture, do yourself a favor and do not buy from Ashley’s. Horrible customer service, delivery, and overall experience. I can write a detailed paragraph explaining why, but believe me you don’t want to spend your money here. There are tons of places in the Bay Area to buy furniture and this isn’t one of them.
