Tahir was great to work with! Very patient and really listened to what we wanted. He helped us with various options and made it easy from start to finish. He also made sure everything was delivered on time. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him!

Quality has gone down compared to the Ashley Furniture of years ago. Cheaply made furniture with poor quality control. Looks good in store and okay when you first get it, but within few months, the cheap quality starts to show. And warranty is a complete waste of money. Do not buy extended warranty, they will sell you as everything is covered, but do not honor it.

My friend just went here and spent $5,000 worth of Furniture And when they delivered it, The Delivery team was late and some items were not working properly. And part of the Dresser was incomplete. They promised they would take care of him and nothing has been done and it’s been weeks. If you’re looking into getting furniture here, I would not recommend it at all! What they have said are all lies. With prices going up with everything, you would assume Customer service should be priority. Their quick to take money from you when you buy but once you need something they DO NOT CARE. Good thing there are way more other furniture stores around.

My experience has involved repeated delivery failures, lack of communication, and extensive time wasted—despite assurances from store management that compensation would be provided. On October 13, 2025, I purchased approximately $5,000 worth of furniture, including a couch, coffee table, bed, bedframe, two bedside tables, a dresser chest, a TV stand, and a bookshelf. Although the sales team, Shane and Devin, were courteous, they mentioned a new sales system that made the checkout process unusually long. I was assured that all items would be delivered on October 21, 2025, and that I would receive a call the day prior with a delivery window. That call never came. When I contacted the store on the morning of October 21, the representative could not locate any scheduled delivery. I had to reschedule for October 28, despite requesting a morning appointment that was not available. When the delivery finally occurred on the 28th, I tipped the drivers $100, but only half of my order arrived: the couch, coffee table, bed, and frame. A second appointment was set for November 11. On November 11, the delivery team again arrived in the late afternoon and again with only part of the remaining items—the dresser chest and two end tables. The TV stand and bookshelf were still missing, leaving my new, expensive television on the floor for weeks. A third delivery attempt was scheduled for November 18. Throughout this process, I have communicated many times with Devin, who has been responsive and acknowledged the inconvenience. He informed me that I would receive a discount or compensation for the substantial disruption and repeated failures. However, despite his assurances and attempts to escalate the matter, no refund or adjustment has been issued. So I called corporate myself and Rio brought it to my attention that a dispute had never been initiated. She then told me she would escalate to her manager and get back to me in 24 hours. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting…. On top of this my wireless chargers in my bedside tables DON’T WORK….. I gave up on the delivery guys Over the past 10 years I have spent over 20k with Ashley Furniture. Safe to say I will be spending my money elsewhere

Great store and selection. Appreciated Mitchells service. Especially since we went to the Concord store the day before and never had a sales person speak with us. He got us in and out of there with a new sofa. No waiting until March or June for delivery either!
