I purchased a 3 piece couch set for just over $6000 plus an extended 5 year warranty. The leather started to delaminate on a recliner chair, the recliner became misaligned on the love seat and the couch switch quit responding in the reclined position. I went through Ashley's furniture for manufacturers warranty and was directed to use the extended warranty by Montage sold by Ashley's. Montage advised me that they cover accidental damage not manufacturers defects. They further said they have no service centers in California and would need to research what to do. Ashley's furniture completely disregarded my requests for assistance leaving me with 3 non-functional very expensive pieces of furniture. I don't recommend anyone buy their extended warranty and never purchase the expensive line of furnishings because they don't stand behind the products. They'll say anything to secure their commission and after completely ignore you.

She greeted us politely when we walked in, I asked her if we could look around first and find her later if we like something. She gave us our space, and then promptly jumped in to point us in the right direction. She wasn’t pushy or cheesy like most salespeople and she knew the local inventory well. She calmly and patiently helped us find the right furniture based on the input we were giving her. When it came time to talk overall price, I was expecting to start some agonizing negotiation. I cannot recall a time in my life of talking price with a sales person that went so effortlessly, smoothly, and just overall HAPPY. She offered a more than fair deal on bundling multiple items, this is incredibly rare for the imperial valley, and I will be a return customer as long as NATALIE stays employed there. I just moved here from the East Coast and need to furnish my whole home. We came in prepared to spend 10-15k. I came in the store with my wife and walked around for 30 minutes. No acknowledgment from the staff. We applied for credit and got approved. The staff then came up and said "I'm sorry we didn't talk to you, we are short staffed." There were 3 employees in the whole store and no other customer except for my wife and I. Not a hello, not a please let me know if you need any help, nothing. But they were gathered around talking to each other instead. I will never come back to this store again. We drove off and found a store down the street called Furniture Depot. They are located at 522 Imperial Avenue. We only spent 5k and furnished all the bedrooms, living room and dining room. Speak with Karla. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure we got the best prices possible. Everything that was purchased was all Ashley Signature products too.!!

Started remodeling house before covid and threw out my bed. Have not been able to replace due to closures. I had read Ashley's was open but didn't know by appointment only. So when I arrived they had asked me if I had an appt and I said no that I didn't know. They let me in anyways because they said they were not busy and didn't have many people inside. I was helped by someone by the name of I think Yax or Jack . His customer service was amazing. I found what I wanted and needed and am very happy.

Had a great experience purchasing a reclining loveseat at Ashely Furniture in El Centro. Cynthia was personable as well as knowledgeable regarding the durability and features of the various fabrics. I was told 3-5 weeks, but my loveseat is actually being delivered in exactly one week from the purchase date.

The associate was extremely kind and was great at listening. Loved how nothing felt forced on me like foing to a dealership. Definitely going back to get the rest of my bedroom set.

Our experience was a good one. The only thing I didn't like is, that we have to wait three weeks for delivery. I would recommend Ashley to friends, warn them of the delivery.

When I stopped by the Ashely Store, I had never been their store. I was greeted as I stepped inside. The young man asked if I was interested in anything in particular or did I just want to browse. I told him that I wanted to look at mattresses & was this store running a sale on matteresses like the Yuma store. He a sure me they had mattresses on sale & proceeded take me to that dept. He was very knowledgeable & explained the differences between the different kinds & brands of mattresses. I had not planned on buying a mattress that day, but in a few weeks I have a new mattress coming.

I enjoyed the treatment and customer service but 3-5 weeks for delivery?!?! Not even online retailers take that long.

I won't go into detail on it because I already posted that in my Google rating for that store. I will say however, that the experience was so bad we decided to by a bed at Costco instead because we were just too afraid to deal with a store like that again. However, the Ashley's at El Centro had a big event going not too long ago and we decided to just check it out. The difference was like night and day. There was no pressure, the staff was lighthearted and helpful. I believe the manager was aware of the bad experience we had years ago and it seems he tried to be as accommodating as possible. Just to tell you, we went in to buy one bed and left with three! No regrets! Also the movers are really nice! They came earlier than expected so we had only moved one old bed out but still needed to move another out of the other bedroom. We asked if they could come back later at the accorded time unless they wanted to move the bed out for us (joking) they said since it was their last delivery they'd rather help us out. They did it carefully and patiently which we so appreciated. The Ashley corporation should reward stores like these that actually boosts their reputation! So happy! We're looking to perhaps buy a dinning room table in the future. We already know where we'll go shopping for it! Thanks to Lupe and the store manager! Also, thank you Tony (I believe that was his name) who was so helpful 2 yrs ago when we were having that awful experience in Yuma. He helped us to understand what our rights were and even offered to match the deal we had over there even though they didn't have those specials going on just so we could be happy and make our purchase but like I said we had such a bad experience we were too afraid to take the plunge again. He was so nice though, even though I'm sure he got the impression weren't going to buy anything at the time. I would definitely reccomend this store!

My wife and I went yesterday to Ashley to look around for some living rooms for the future but we never expected to walk out with a new living room with such a great fancial programs and amazing retail employees that helped us find the right living room I will definitely come back for a bed to Ashley.

The sales people are very helpful. The selection is good. I would have given them 5 stars but they don't seem to have anything available for immediate shipment. The 3 items I purchased have an estimated delivery of 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Unfortunately I have a new home so I guess I'll be sitting on lawn chairs for another month.

The store was organized and the associate knew his inventory...just did not appreciate the wait time.

My wife and I went to Ashley Martin looking for a large living room chair that she could sit on well grading papers. We met Orlando and he showed us all the chairs that are round explain and helped us to decide which chair to select. Which we did We looked at seven or eight of them and Orlando tickets near the end of the store and showed us one that the thought my wife would like. She did and we ended up ordering that one.while walking around the store my wife mentioned something to me about a bedroom set. We had not gone into the store with the idea of looking for one however Orlando showed us around at four five different kinds bedroom sets. Orlando showed us the difference the prices and explain the different kinds of settings of the settings of the sets. We ended up buying a bedroom set. If it not have not been for Orlando we would not have purchased a set we were impressed with his salesmanship and me and my wife complimented him.we told him that we would give his name two other customers it might come to the store friends relatives etc. Later this year we will be looking for a kitchen set and we hope Orlando is there to help us make our selection. Sales person was excellent but getting the actual furniture is becoming the worst experience ever. This will be the last time I buy from them. They gave me a time frame of 4 to 6wks on a bed frame. It's been 2 months I call and they now tell me it's back ordered. I ask if they can call someone to check on why the delay...which they say no that's theirs nothing they can do... Oh and they don't do cancellations or refunds. I will never recommend this place to anyone
