We purchased a sectional couch with a blue tooth speaker from Dalia who informed us that it would connect to our tv. She did not say a few tv’s or we wouldn’t have purchased it. I was able to get it to connect by moving it directly under my tv. After the technician came out and was also unable to get it to pair he informed me that it only connected to tablets, phones, laptops & a few tv’s. This store is clean and well organized. Good selection, great service. Alex helped us find what we were looking for then showed us all the options at different price points. I purchased a 3 piece couch set for just over $6000 plus an extended 5 year warranty. The leather started to delaminate on a recliner chair, the recliner became misaligned on the love seat and the couch switch quit responding in the reclined position. I went through Ashley's furniture for manufacturers warranty and was directed to use the extended warranty by Montage sold by Ashley's. Montage advised me that they cover accidental damage not manufacturers defects. They further said they have no service centers in California and would need to research what to do. Ashley's furniture completely disregarded my requests for assistance leaving me with 3 non-functional very expensive pieces of furniture. I don't recommend anyone buy their extended warranty and never purchase the expensive line of furnishings because they don't stand behind the products. They'll say anything to secure their commission and after completely ignore you.

10/10 experience everything was told to us in great detail I recommend having Octavio help you he helped me and my husband so much with everything and he made us very happy with our set we got

She greeted us politely when we walked in, I asked her if we could look around first and find her later if we like something. She gave us our space, and then promptly jumped in to point us in the right direction. She wasn’t pushy or cheesy like most salespeople and she knew the local inventory well. She calmly and patiently helped us find the right furniture based on the input we were giving her. When it came time to talk overall price, I was expecting to start some agonizing negotiation. I cannot recall a time in my life of talking price with a sales person that went so effortlessly, smoothly, and just overall HAPPY. She offered a more than fair deal on bundling multiple items, this is incredibly rare for the imperial valley, and I will be a return customer as long as NATALIE stays employed there. She was respectful, polite, prompt, got to the point, and was never pushy or smug like most sales people. Thank you NATALIE sincerely. Finally don’t have to drive to Yuma or San Diego to get something done.
