I purchased a 3 piece couch set for just over $6000 plus an extended 5 year warranty. The leather started to delaminate on a recliner chair, the recliner became misaligned on the love seat and the couch switch quit responding in the reclined position. I went through Ashley's furniture for manufacturers warranty and was directed to use the extended warranty by Montage sold by Ashley's. Montage advised me that they cover accidental damage not manufacturers defects. They further said they have no service centers in California and would need to research what to do. Ashley's furniture completely disregarded my requests for assistance leaving me with 3 non-functional very expensive pieces of furniture. I don't recommend anyone buy their extended warranty and never purchase the expensive line of furnishings because they don't stand behind the products. They'll say anything to secure their commission and after completely ignore you.

I had an order with Ashley Yorba Linda ,Ca. On Sunday, August 23, I have received the order (bedroom) but there were some missing things that they couldn’tget installed and they left everything on the floor which made me so mad because I have already got rid of my bedroom since i was expecting a new one from Ashley’s .. the delivery guys told me that I have to go back to the store for them to order the missing part and reschedule a new date for delivery . I was very upset by how this situation went since I don’t have alternative to where I am going to sleep. I went back to Ashley Yorba Linda branch and I talked to the manager ( his name is Ali) to inquire about my order and to see what would I do now in my situation. Ali said that he can’t do anything but to reschedule the aooner delivery date and offered $300 (in the beginning he said you can take any table lamp from the store for free but I didn’t need one) He said that he will send out an email requesting $300 gift card for my inconvenience and that it will arrive within 5 days. I trusted his words and I was okay with his deal then as he is the manager (why would he lie right?) I got my room installed 5 days after that happened and I was unhappy but I was like thats fine I got my room. I kept waiting for the gift card to arrive but I haven’t received anything. I called back the store twice and everytime I call they say something different which was making it worse that it was. A month have passed and I haven’t received anything still, I called back the store and they said that they don’t have information about that and if there were a gift card I would have picked it up from the store not delivered to my house as what I was told by Ali the manager. I went back to the store and I saw Ali the manager again, so I told him that I haven’t received my gift card yet and it has been annoying as I have trusted him. He said that he will check and send another email. I was pretty upset by how he was talking to me and how he was communicating, very rude opposite from the first time I talked to him. I asked him when should I expect it since I was waiting for a month already. He said that he doesn’t know and then he started saying that I won’t be able to use it to but anything on sale and that if I want to purchase anything with the gift card it has to be from the same store that I got the gift card from which doesn’t make any sense. How a bug company like Ashley’s get a manager to represent it like that? He was totally trying to just shut me off. I told him that I want to talk to his manager and he said that he is not here so I asked him for his phone number and he said that he doesn’t has it and then I asked him for his email at least and he gave it to me. I was really angey and this point. I asked him when did he send the first email, he went to check and then came back saying that he couldn’t find anything so I was like what do you mean you couldn’t find anything, that when he said that he didn’t send any email in the first place. He was not even apologetic but being rude and careless about the customer that it infront of him. So upsetting and frustrating how he dealt with a customer frustration. He literally lied to me in the first place, how would he represent your company and take care of customers. Is that how Ashley’s take care and deal with customer because I didn’t find any satisfaction. Very disappointed. Terrible experience

No acknowledgment from the staff. We applied for credit and got approved. The staff then came up and said "I'm sorry we didn't talk to you, we are short staffed." There were 3 employees in the whole store and no other customer except for my wife and I. Not a hello, not a please let me know if you need any help, nothing. But they were gathered around talking to each other instead. I will never come back to this store again. We drove off and found a store down the street called Furniture Depot. They are located at 522 Imperial Avenue. We only spent 5k and furnished all the bedrooms, living room and dining room. Speak with Karla. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure we got the best prices possible. Everything that was purchased was all Ashley Signature products too.!!

So when I arrived they had asked me if I had an appt and I said no that I didn't know. They let me in anyways because they said they were not busy and didn't have many people inside. Had a great experience purchasing a reclining loveseat at Ashely Furniture in El Centro. Cynthia was personable as well as knowledgeable regarding the durability and features of the various fabrics. I was told 3-5 weeks, but my loveseat is actually being delivered in exactly one week from the purchase date.

The associate was extremely kind and was great at listening. Loved how nothing felt forced on me like foing to a dealership. Definitely going back to get the rest of my bedroom set.

He was very knowledgeable & explained the differences between the different kinds & brands of mattresses. I won't go into detail on it because I already posted that in my Google rating for that store. I will say however, that the experience was so bad we decided to by a bed at Costco instead because we were just too afraid to deal with a store like that again. However, the Ashley's at El Centro had a big event going not too long ago and we decided to just check it out. The difference was like night and day. There was no pressure, the staff was lighthearted and helpful. I believe the manager was aware of the bad experience we had years ago and it seems he tried to be as accommodating as possible. Just to tell you, we went in to buy one bed and left with three! No regrets! Also the movers are really nice! They came earlier than expected so we had only moved one old bed out but still needed to move another out of the other bedroom. We asked if they could come back later at the accorded time unless they wanted to move the bed out for us (joking) they said since it was their last delivery they'd rather help us out. They did it carefully and patiently which we so appreciated. The Ashley corporation should reward stores like these that actually boosts their reputation! So happy! We're looking to perhaps buy a dinning room table in the future. We already know where we'll go shopping for it! Thanks to Lupe and the store manager! Also, thank you Tony (I believe that was his name) who was so helpful 2 yrs ago when we were having that awful experience in Yuma. He helped us to understand what our rights were and even offered to match the deal we had over there even though they didn't have those specials going on just so we could be happy and make our purchase but like I said we had such a bad experience we were too afraid to take the plunge again. He was so nice though, even though I'm sure he got the impression weren't going to buy anything at the time. I would definitely reccomend this store!

My wife and I went yesterday to Ashley to look around for some living rooms for the future but we never expected to walk out with a new living room with such a great fancial programs and amazing retail employees that helped us find the right living room I will definitely come back for a bed to Ashley.

The sales people are very helpful. The selection is good. I would have given them 5 stars but they don't seem to have anything available for immediate shipment. The 3 items I purchased have an estimated delivery of 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Unfortunately I have a new home so I guess I'll be sitting on lawn chairs for another month.

Sales person was excellent but getting the actual furniture is becoming the worst experience ever. This will be the last time I buy from them. They gave me a time frame of 4 to 6wks on a bed frame. It's been 2 months I call and they now tell me it's back ordered. I ask if they can call someone to check on why the delay...which they say no that's theirs nothing they can do... Oh and they don't do cancellations or refunds. I will never recommend this place to anyone
