Everyone was really friendly when browsing before purchasing. After the sale was made that goes out the window. We purchased a sectional couch with a blue tooth speaker from Dalia who informed us that it would connect to our tv. She did not say a few tv’s or we wouldn’t have purchased it. I was able to get it to connect by moving it directly under my tv. After the technician came out and was also unable to get it to pair he informed me that it only connected to tablets, phones, laptops & a few tv’s. She calmly and patiently helped us find the right furniture based on the input we were giving her. When it came time to talk overall price, I was expecting to start some agonizing negotiation. I cannot recall a time in my life of talking price with a sales person that went so effortlessly, smoothly, and just overall HAPPY. She offered a more than fair deal on bundling multiple items, this is incredibly rare for the imperial valley, and I will be a return customer as long as NATALIE stays employed there. She was respectful, polite, prompt, got to the point, and was never pushy or smug like most sales people. Thank you NATALIE sincerely. Finally don’t have to drive to Yuma or San Diego to get something done.
