NIGHTMARE! Entrapment, fraud and harassment! After 3 scheduled delivery dates all consisting of 8 confirmation texts, 8 emails and 2 phone calls -all which I confirmed availability, took off work, moved all furniture and waited for hours. I still do not have my order and have not received any resolution. I cannot get ahold of the store. You might want to check the list of lawsuits filed.

I recently went into the Ashley furniture store in Fairfield, and was greeted by Tammy. I already knew from looking online what I wanted to purchase, but I wanted to see it in person. She answered all of my questions was very friendly and took the time to show me other pieces of furniture that I had requested to see. There was never any pressure and she explained all of my options

On November 29, 2025 I went to the Fairfield California store and purchased a sofa to be delivered to my house. On December 1, 2025 I attempted to purchase a dresser online, but had to go back to the store to complete my order as customer service was unable to help me. I paid for the order and scheduled the dresser to be delivered along with the couch. I paid for both of these items to be delivered via “white glove “ delivery to the living room and bedroom. On December 4, 2025 the delivery personnel arrived and brought the couch in and set it up, but they were unable to get the dresser up the stairs and left it in the living room. On December 5, 2025 I called customer service and requested that the dresser be picked up as I had subsequently purchased two smaller dressers from Ashley to be delivered to my house. In total I have spent over $3,000. Customer service told me that a request was put in and I would receive an email in 3-5 days. On December 14, 2025 I contacted customer service as I hadn’t heard anything from them and was told that my request had been denied and that all sales were final. I have now requested that Ashley Furniture send the delivery personnel back out to my house to take the dresser upstairs, which is what I initially requested and paid for. A case number has been issued and we will see if I hear back from them as promised. The sales staff is readily available to sell you items but when I call the store, which has been numerous times, I get rerouted to a call center. If Ashley doesn’t make this good I will never purchase anything from them again. Worst customer service ever.
