First buyer at Ashley HomeStore. Once I walked in Ashley, the gentlemen by the name of Noel (Sales) approached was very welcoming, respectful, and helpful. I was looking to buy a living room/kitchen set and noticed the prices were pretty high however, employee Noel was able to assist me with a reasonable price, combining both living room and kitchen table for my business. Kudos and Appreciation to Noel for helping me with dedication in reasoning and explaining in details of a 5 yrs warranty towards my huge gorgeous comfortable sectional couch! A big shout out to Joselyn who was super patient and incredibly helpful , she helped me think about putting different pieces together and never made me feel rushed! Ashley’s is a nice store to begin with, but Joselyn made the experience fun. It made for a very nice expo. I went home happy.

Great Memorial Day Sale. We saved a great deal of money. William was helpful and friendly. I was given a delivery date at the store which I thought was great because all the other stores I visited said all items were taking up to 6 months due to covid back ups. So we were pleased to hear we would have furniture by mid June per William. Just bought a house and we had nothing to sit on so this was great news. Well just called to check and ensure delivery and guy on phone said looks like one piece of the sectional is on backorder so will end of June work? Now my fingers are crossed. All the employees have been nice over the phone and in person. Also ordered a living room table now they say late July for that.

Is the worst place to buy furniture I purchased a set of couches 11 months later they broke I purchase insurance and they never replace anything after a year they say my insurance does not cover any more I have proof that I purchased for five years I really don’t know what to do I went to talk to them and they say I have to deal with the insurance they have nothing to do with that anymore I strongly not recommend to purchase any thing from them especially warranty i’d rather buy from Goodwill

The shopping experience at Ashley’s needs major revamping. I tried calling my local store (Fairfield CA) several times and ended up at a call center after being on hold for 15 minutes, only to be told they are too busy to answer. This happened 7 times calling three separate stores directly. I drove to the Fairfield store to purchase a small chest, and had to wait 30 minutes for my sales associate to finish with another customer before I could make a simple payment. I told the sales manager (Jason) it was only one small item and I just needed to hand my credit card to someone to accept payment. I’ll I received in return is “your sale person will be with you shortly”, while at least 4 other associates and office staff were not on the phone or with a customer. I stated I would buy the item as long as I was able to drive to the warehouse to pick it up the same day. Once they receive your money they forget how to provide customer service, or in this case, continued with the same lack of customer service. I tried to purchase the item over the phone prior to going to the store and was told by the sales manager I had to come into the store since they don’t place orders over the phone. At that time I advised I needed to pick it up the same day and that I would drive to their warehouse to do so. So this wasn’t a new request I sprung on them when I arrived at the store. Overall, this was a very poor experience, waste of time, and lack of customer service. I understand why RC Willey’s is opening stores in Northern Californian… even if they provide poor customer service they would still pick up customers Ashley’s is not taking care of. The only good thing In this experience was the salesperson (Sherrie) was friendly and tried to help where she could.
