Kimora was the first one to greet us, so that was gonna be the person to handle our purchases. We came in just to look around. There was no pressure in the shopping experience at all. Once we found what we were interested in. Kimora made the experience smooth. There was a little hiccup on the computer with taking our first payment. But all got resolved shortly after. I wish I remember the financial reps name, but she too. Made the experience smooth and stress free! Would recommend! Will come back for more furniture needs!

After a very long hassle with the Sacramento Store, Kimora and the team here at the Fairfield location were extremely attentive and polite. I came in with the intention to buy a mattress as my old bed set broke and unfortunately they don’t carry it anymore, they let me spend at least an hour in store testing mattresses and informing me on the many differences in addition to price points and what my overall sleep goals were. Needless to say if I need to buy furniture again, it would be at this location. Thank you again Kimora and Team.

We were shopping for outdoor dining furniture, the salesman was helpful in making our selection. We recently moved and gave him our new address and phone numbers. This where the low rating plays in. The salesman transposed our old address and phone numbers onto the sales receipt. Fortunately my wife caught the mistake and called customer support to remedy the issue.

2ND EDIT TO REVIEW 6/9/24. (DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES TO GO TO ANOTHER ASHLEY STORE!!! BUT IF YOU MUST, ASK FOR AGNES, SHE WAS KIND, IMFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL TO MY PARENTS) Didn’t get a call from the manager till today, Sunday even though I was told I would get a call yesterday. After speaking with Daisy today with the resolution of my parents picking out a new table as the one I was sold was no longer available at the warehouse or in store, my parents went to the store to pick one out. Since I have been dealing with Daisy and Gretchen from customer service, I asked Daisy when she got off since she was the only one authorized to make decisions, she said the store was open till 8. Assuming she’d be there, my parents went to the store to get a new one picked ( they’ve been without a table since 6/4 when the original table was supposed to get delivered to make space for the delivery). I had my mom ask for either Gretchen or Daisy since they know what’s been going on and Gretchen gave attitude towards my dad and told him she was on break. When my parents waited the 15 minutes they said she would be off break, she just walked by them. When I asked her what’s with the attitude, she said she didn’t know they were my parents…. REGARDLESS OF WHO THEY WERE, THEY WERE CUSTOMERS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE… she still could have KINDLY redirected them or simply asked what they needed and communicated it to another member. When my parents asked for Daisy, they were informed she was in a meeting.. shortly after they were told she was gone for the day due to an emergency. If the store personnel would have just been HONEST AND UP FRONT from the start, there wouldn’t be this much frustration OVER A DINING TABLE. This stores only saving grace is AGNES THE SALES AGENT for being able to kindly communicate to my parents and being transparent. Customer service department could use some customer service training. Will no longer recommend this store to colleagues, friends and family in the area. EDIT TO REVIEW DROPPING TO 1 STAR 6/6/24. This place will continue to be a disappointment no matter how much one person tries to make it right. Bought a dining table set 5/29 and was given a delivery date of 6/4. Waited all day, tracker showed time frame of 9am-10am with a delivery time frame of 8:45-12:45. No show. Called the store several times for an update and no answer. Reached out to Ashley live chat and came to the resolution of getting it “rescheduled” to 6/7. Got my usual delivery date and time confirmation and got the call from the store today. Had I not asked customer service to look into what happened on Tuesday, we would have wasted another day waiting for a delivery that wasn’t going to happen if I had just “confirmed” tomorrow’s delivery. She called me back to tell me the table and chairs I bought in store was discontinued (wasn’t informed of this when I bought the products in store.. just that it was on back order) and that the warehouse no longer had my order. Store manager won’t be in till Saturday so I am going to have to wait till then for a resolution. We paid the money to get products delivered and I was given options that would have further strained my father’s injuries. I don’t live in state and these were my purchases for my parents while I was in town and it’s truly disappointing that a well known company like Ashley’s has this much disconnect from the store to the warehouse without verification on product availability being sold to customers. The misinformation continues. We have bought several furniture pieces at this location dating back to 2019 and have always had a pleasant experience. Or so it seemed. Found out today that we were given misinformation up to about a month ago throughout our buying process, but Daisy the manager made it right. Our salesperson Pooja was also helpful today.

I went to Ashley’s Furniture looking for a dining set. Miesha was very helpful and knowledgeable of the sets she was showing me. She wasn’t pushing on the sale which made it great to browse all the options.

Extremely disappointed by Ashley store in Fairfield. when I called them, they said the product is available and which was on the offer but when I came to the shop, they said like the full product is not available the rails are missing from the bed if you wanted to take it, you can take it as it is and there is no proper help has been provided. Purchased our formal dining room kitchen set today from Ashley's Furniture. Noel assisted us and was very helpful. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answers, he spoke with his manager to find the answers to our questions. Can't wait to get our dining room table delivered. We ordered the Arlendyne set.

Prices are "expensive", for the mediocre quality. Called first to check on availability, but response went to voice. When I arrived at store, there were only a few customers. Why couldn't they have answered my call. Saw Ashley products on other store web sites. Prices were at least 40% cheaper.

Ashley has really went down , over priced . And I have a account and they were trying to have me put down 1700 down , why when I have a 8, 000 credit limit Ashley credit card . I have been a value costumer for years , things have changed , no more incentives or anything . This store just looks depressing and overpriced on top of that . I don’t see this business be in business to much long. I went ahead and got my sofa set, however I had to go else where to find a bedroom set and that was the best decision I made . I found something very reasonable and it was Ashley furniture being sold . So I bought it. NO Ashley store for me. However the sales person( Poohs) was so patient and helpful. Me and my husband took two days trying to get them to come down off 6,800+ however it didn’t have do it prompt me to only get the sofa set and take my money else where for the other things I wanted. Like I said best decision ..

The Fairfield store exceeded our expectations, we were looking for a loveseat couch to fit in to our living room’s existing style and color scheme. Alma, our sales associate listened to our needs, gave us pointers, then let us browse the nice selection at our own pace, and appeared again when we were about ready to pick the one. Explained the financing options, double checked the color choices, and delivery options, and when we asked for expeditious delivery she checked the warehouse schedule to pick the fastest possible delivery. The store was nice, big, well lighted, clean and tastefully decorated. The delivery was punctual, professional, quick assembly, they made sure we are satisfied. The automated text updates and follow-up calls were thoughtful. Overall the helpful salesperson (Alma), the store ambience, the service took the anxiety out from the buying experience. We did thorough online research, but glad we dropped by at Ashley for a better experience.

Due to the lack of organization and empathy that I’ve experienced here I would not shop here again. I wish I could get a refund. At first I thought I was happy with this purchase with the sales lady, Sandra. Until the delivery part of the couch came. After having to pay the $250 delivery fee (since Sandra basically told us we couldn’t avoid paying that even though we could’ve picked it up ourselves) and signing for a chosen date to have it delivered, they don’t have the whole couch in stock and don’t bother telling us until the day of delivery. Which is a huge inconvenience for our household. We were told that there are other people waiting to have their couches delivered as if our purchase wasn’t a priority to them after they already messed up our order. And now we have to wait even longer to receive our couch. Not the end of the world but I will definitely shop elsewhere for any other furniture purchases.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! Pooja pushed the 5 star on my phone then asked me to write a review. What??? Ok. Still went ahead with the sale. We can easily afford the purchase, yet we were filling out paperwork only to find out they issued a credit card without permission. Ok. Then we went back in to pay cash and Pooja tried to run our card for a couple hundred dollars more!!!! Really??? Then she was so rude, we just wanted to cancel the sale. She vanished. An hour later we left the store WITHOUT proof that the credit was put back on our card cuz they don't do that there!!???? They swiped it for the sale, why can't they swipe it for the credit?? Don't recommend Ashley's at all. They did NOTHING to make it right and even after talking to the manager Daisy on the phone, she never came out to offer assistance.

She took the time to go over the features of the items that I was interested in, and weighed in with her expertise. I did not feel pressured or rushed, and even though it ultimately took two weeks for me to select the couch, she was attentive and helpful throughout the entire purchase process. Ritu also assisted me in getting financed, which was a big help as that made me eligible for certain deals I would not have gotten had I paid in a different way. Noel and Divina did an awesome job! As soon as we walked in the door Divina was very friendly and approached me, she answered all of questions. I came fully prepared and had an eye on the Darcy sofa collection, she was very honest and mentioned that they only carried that collection online. She did show me some that could be similar, she also followed us around the store and always gave us her knowledge in the other collections the store had. Noel was very sweet and friendly. He was very informative about the therapeutic mattresses, he offered to give the best deal and he was knowledgeable about the quality and care for the furniture. Both great employees. We will be returning to finalize our purchase.

Did an amazing job

Ordered couch in store march 10th, was told im not able to pick up the couch myself so i paid $250 for delivery and it wasn’t available to deliver until april 6th, april 6th comes, i take the day off so im home for delivery, get a call a couple hours before expected delivery saying one of the couch pieces werent in stock and have to wait until april 11th, so just wasted my PTO. both me and my sis work on the 11th so i asked can they do a friday, was called back and said they cant deliver until the 17th now and the april 11th date is already given away to someone else, just minutes later. No apologies or empathy for any of the inconveniences. Would have went elsewhere if we knew it would take this long. Had to cancel our house warming on sunday and we now we have to continue sitting on the floor to watch tv. So if youre fine with not having your couch for over 5 weeks after paying the $250 delivery fee, shop here

Terrible customer service. Noel the sales rep lied about our order, and Ashley's customer service at Fairfield, CA did nothing to try and fix the issue. Also, the day of delivery their driver was not able to get onto our installation even though the manager said it was not an issue. Overall trash company and offered 5% for my troubles.

On 3/3/24 we went into Ashley Furniture to shop for a Lift Top Cocktail Table. We were immediately greeted by a nicely dressed manager who showed us how to read product price tags. I was happy to find many choices and the prices were reasonable. Within minutes I found a brown Lift Top Cocktail table for $399.99, matching End Table for $199.99, and a Metal Table Lamp for $99.00. I stood waiting for an available Sales Associate and within 1 minute I met Sandra Gillam who quickly and efficiently rang up our order, she smelled very nice and her hair and nails were done beautifully. I am very satisfied with the items and their prices, Thank you Ashley Furniture Fairfield, for the fabulous customer service we received from Sandra Gillam.

In our initial purchase at Ashley store, despite warnings from friends, we acquired two nightstands with the assistance of "Ritu, the salesperson." The ordered light gray nightstands were delivered in a dark chocolate shade. Upon refusal, the delivery person insisted on leaving the assembled item at the door. Despite promises from both the delivery person and the salesperson at the store, the issue persisted. Despite presenting evidence of the discrepancy, the store's response involved sending technicians without resolving the matter or offering accountability. Their refund policy, claiming a 72-hour window, proved deceptive. Numerous reviews on different platforms echo similar issues, highlighting the need for caution and thorough research to avoid this questionable company. We spoke with Daisy, Gretchen, Trevor, Ritu… unfortunately till date no solution but to put this review to get some help. Unfortunately no solution set reply comes back… be careful this shop displays item decoratively and delivers defective item and once item comes to your door .. you can’t refuse delivery and once item accepted… returns are impossible… we were cheated…. Be careful
