I love the furniture but hate how the employee structure and customer service works..I purchase a large sectional sofa for $3500.00 with end recliner and chais lounge...warehouse delivery brings wrong side facing recliner 3 times which all 3 times Delivery was on weekday so I had to take off work on the fourth time the correct piece came( that's 4 days of work missed) because weekends were booked but my payment was correct first time 2.) I ordered a kitchen table and paid in full on line even paid the $80.00 for white glove in home setup..Delivery was confirmed for Friday August 9 ..item did not show up,I called and was rescheduled for August 10th confirmed email,text and phone calls..no show so I called the number on tracking text and was told I had no scheduled delivery as my item was back order, so I call and was guaranteed Sunday delivery same thing confirming..no show and finally I get a call saying my product was damaged in Lane and still no tabel....service sucks..

In store experience was great. Divina was a pleasure to work with. Delivery is where it all went wrong. We have waited two weeks for delivery today only for the drivers to refuse to take our new couch upstairs. We made it very clear when purchasing that this was going to be placed in our upstairs loft. We were assured it would not be a problem. The delivery driver Jose and his coworker suggested I get power tools, take the legs off and then have a family member carry it upstairs. Mind you I am 3 months pregnant and my husband is away for work. I paid for delivery and assembly yet they just left it in my entry way still in all the wrapping. Very disappointed with this service and plan to follow up with corporate! If they can not resolve soon, I will return the couch. Definitely not the experience I expected!

Kind staff and no pressure. We didn't feel like we were being pressured into buying something we did not want. We did go just to look however, we found just what we desired and IT WAS ON SALE!!!! BIG thank you to Teresa!
Bought a bedroom set on June 23rd and was told we would be called the next day with a delivery date since the computers weren’t working even though they had just worked to pay for the bedroom set. No one called so we called before they closed. They gave us an original delivery date of July 21st. They then called us back at a later date telling us it was now going to be delivered August 4th. We had to go down and talk to people at the store and call just to find out what was going on with our order after the repeatedly told us they would call us back. We got a text saying it would be delivered July 26th between 12 and 4 only to be texted that day to say it was switch to 4-7 pm. Guy on the phone was extremely rude to my wife when she called to say we were not going to be home since we had bought tickets to a baseball game for that night and rescheduled the delivery for today. Delivery drivers tried to get us to sign off on the delivery and hadn’t even given us our comforter set. After getting the comforter set I signed off on the delivery and then asked them to make sure they take the old mattresses with them since we had paid for the removal fee. He said it’s not on my work order so I can’t take it. I showed him my receipt showing him we paid for it and he finally took it after he called his boss. We have bought a lot of furniture from this store over the years but will not be coming back after this. No one at Ashley is concerned with you once the purchase has been made. It’s like pulling teeth just to get a phone call back. And good luck talking to a manager.

TC helped me, he was great. showed me the furniture I was interested and let me know the features that it had. he was not pushy, which I really liked and let me go at my own pace.

Went to Ashley to buy furnitures and other stuff for our new house. Taylor helped us throughout all the process not just for a day but for three days (because we couldn’t decide). She was really patient with us. We spent almost 4 hrs working with her and that’s just for a day. She helped us pick our mattresses, made us try them and she even put a clean sheet on the bed before trying. She helped me pick out my bed set too and she was honest about the fact that the bed I originally wanted isn’t real wood, that it can wear off for some years. I am glad she told that and saved me from wasting my money. Overall, no complaints and I do really recommend her!

This is how they delivered new furniture we ordered. We refused to accept damaged furniture. The frame on the corner was broken - no way they can fix that as it's out of alignment. Now they're saying they cannot refund the delivery fee. First and last time shopping there.
