The store was roomy with lots of choices. Our salesperson Agnes was the BEST, super helpful and not pushy. She helped coordinate the look we were going for and confident she got us the best price. Will definitely shop there again!
Pleasant experience. Our visit went smoother than expected. Leslie Townsend was personable and easy to work with. It's her second week out of training, and I appreciate the friendly service. Prices were reasonable and selection of furniture and accessory items was good.
David Osterkamp was patient and personable. He made our buying experience seamless. He was able to promptly locate our Ashley Outlet product choice and process the order with professionalism. Thank you, David.
Great service!
On May 15, 2023 I walked into this store and I purchased a bedroom set. I specifically told the sales person that I wanted to purchase a Dresser because it has a mirror. I did not purchase a chest of drawers because it has no mirror. The sales lady said yes after we had this conversation. My goods were delivered on May 20th, to my surprise no mirror was delivered. I went back to the store and I saw the sales lady who I did the transaction with. BTW, she introduced herself as the Manager of the store this time around. I ask her what happened? Why didn't I get a mirror for my dresser with my delivery? She said to me, "Oh no! Mirrors are sold separately and not every customer ask for a mirror. Seriously! are you kidding me? I told you I wanted the dresser because it carry's a mirror. This is the reason why I choose the dresser instead of the chest of drawers. At no time during our conversation did she mention that the mirror is sold separately from the dresser. The display on the floor has the mirror attached to it and is displayed as one unit. It is my impression that the mirror is a part of the dresser. There are no signs posted in this location to let a customer know that the dresser is sold separately. It is my belief that, this store has done me an injustice. I am left with a dresser without a mirror. BTW, she took me aside and suggested selling me the mirror for $195+ I did not agree with this price. She failed to mention to me that these are two separate items and she never apologize for her mistake. During our conversation, she is going to state that, "she is doing me a favor in selling me the mirror for $195+. Lady! you are not doing me a favor. You were EAGER to place a 5 year furniture protection plan on my invoice but you never mentioned to me that a mirror is sold separately from a dresser. You said that you are the manager of the store. Is this the way you treat all your customers? You should know better. A lot of these stores are closing not because of the economy, not because there are no workers. It is because of people like you. I hope your are happy with your store's hidden sales tactics. As long as I live, I will never shop at another ASHLEY Store.
