Would have given 5 stars but most of the items that we originally chose ended up being out of stock. It took twice as long to make our purchase for that reason. Other than that the service Bill provided was great.

I had a really bad experience upon buying furniture. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go and buy stuff from Ashley store. They try manipulate people with their offers and insurance policies. Went to Fairfield Ashley store to buy sofa set and other accessories for our new home. representative there acted so nice, tried to gave us deals. Took 2 months to deliver furniture. Had a manufacturer defect in both sofa set and coffee table. We went back to store they next after delivery and showed them the pictures. Representative at the desk didn’t took us seriously. Had to a ask for there manager. Manager filed a claim and said that they would fix it once the technician visit to see the furniture. It’s been 15 days no one came. Why would we accept something that’s fixed. When we are paying the full amount for new stuff. Emailed Ashley customer service. Didn’t get any reply either.
I love Ashley this is my favorite furniture store especially the one in Fairfield. The sales associate was great and she didn’t pressure me into buying anything other than what I came in for. Thank you so much Lamonica Knox
Nice furniture but horrible, HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Ordered electronic recliner & sofa & one did not have the plug in. Guy dropping off items "called in missing plug in" & said the plug in would be mailed to us. Called customer service to follow up on this & after being on hold almost 15 min., we were told nothing was ever noted about this. We were put back on hold, then somehow disconnected. Had to call back and wait another 15 min before finally speaking to someone. Explained the situation again, only to be put back on hold. Been holding for over 30 min. this time! When we told the customer service rep. that it was hard to hear her, she replied "I don't have time to fix my headset". Wow!

Came for the Labor Day sale! We waited only a couple of minutes even though the store was crowded. We were assigned to salesperson Agnes who did a great job!
We t in to look at the furniture found what we wanted. David Bell was great. Made everything seemless.
Prepare yourselves for possibly the worst customer service experience. Furniture was purchased in Jan 2020 and to date they have made 5 trips to my residence to fix their furniture blunders without having fixed it yet. Why?Because their logistics, management and communication are by far the worst I've ever seen in an Ashley. On countless occasions I've tried contacting the store for resolution, but conveniently the call gets re-routed and dropped every time. I have purchased from other stores with flawless execution, delivery and assembly. This store takes your money and forgets about the customer, fails to finish the transaction and compensate you for the hours you took away from work just watch the problems further compound. Some of us don't have the luxury of taking folk's hard earned money, screwing them over, then turning their backs on them. I hope every active and retired vet in that area reads this and avoids the same headache. Thanks Perry, Henry, and Sherry for not coming through for a retired veteran. You all have proved to be a real class act.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a retail store. Sales person Divina refused to call me back regarding the status of my order for two weeks and when confronted as to why in front of the manager Perry Thomas, her response was “ Yes I got your messages but I didn’t know what was happening so I didn’t want to make you upset. Things happen you know”. No, how would I know when you can’t be bothered to call me back? The manager acted like this was a waste of his time and walked away. Then I was told no one could help me with the status of my order (which was now 2 months old and delivery status had already been changed approximately 6 times ) and I would have to come back in two hours when the ONLY person who could look this up was coming in. I have been given the total run around for weeks and keep being hung up on by your customer service department. There were two couples in the store at that very moment having the same issues and we all agreed that shopping in this store a mistake we would not make again.
