A good visit. No pressure sales

I found the perfect love seat with the help of the sales rep David, who helped me navigate my phone app, with patience and professionalism, so I can get to my virtual Google credit card which I did not know how to use to tap and pay,lol, old man syndrome:)

Philip Saunders was the most helpful amazing sales expert. He wasn’t just selling us to get us to buy anything he took time with us to identify what we like and want and answered all of our questions with a lot of knowledge. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thanks Philip!

It helped that we window shopped, we knew Ashley had at least 3 couches we wanted to check out. And the black corded couch was awesome! And then to realize we came in on a sale weekend. Great and super fast transaction.

Recently bought a sectional from Ashley furniture our sales person phillip was great. Excellent at explaining everything customer service 10 out of 10 and wasn’t pushy at all he let us browse around without hovering over us.

I came to the store intending to buy a complete bedroom set. I walked around the entire store looking at different options. Sadly, no one approached me to help, so I took photos of the product I wanted and ordered it online. I hope you care about all the people who enter the store, not just a few.

Our purchasing experience was fine but follow-up on an issue was not. We purchased a Stretchwick MP Queen mattress cover at the suggestion of Phillip, our salesperson. The mattress cover was noisy and slippery not unlike plastic covers. We immediately texted Phillip wanting to return the mattress cover but never received a response...we still have the cover and do not plan to use it.

I visited the store to look for a recliner to help my elderly mom. I walk past multiple sales people they didn't even look at me. I've been to a few stores previously where I was engaged and the customer service was great. The customer service was terrible.

Our first stop to look for a couch/sectional was to Ashley’s - we went in thinking we’d just browse and get an idea! But we walked out with a full living room set, with rug, tables, lamps and all under our budget! We loved our experience with Melissa! She was friendly, understanding, not pushy or “car salesman” at all! The entire team was helpful and made our experience easy and quick!

Omad was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to delivery, but the message only shows one item for delivery, not two and the two items must be delivered together. Please resolve this issue.

We walked out happy knowing that we had puchased the best mattress and frame for our needs. Sales representatives like him are rare, we are happy with the customer service and high quality products that we puchased, we cant wait until its delivered.

Bought a couch from here and purchased the 300$ cleaning package that David said would be valid any time I would need it but when I needed to use it they only offered to send me a spray bottle. I want my refund since I ended up having to go out of my way to get my couches clean and spent the same amount I payed for the cleaning package and David lied about how it would work also. Do not buy from him he just wants to make more money

We were sent a delivery time and planned got it and then the day before it was switched. They thanked us for our flexibility but truth was we could take the new time or reschedule a month out. We made it work but that was disappointing

Great service, a bit limited in stock. Got an excellent deal on new sofa and loveseat. But would have had to travel to a different store to see the actual furniture, not a sofa and love see if they carry in the Folsom store. Hailie was the best, second visit here with great service

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST ALONG WITH BEDGEAR!!!!! My mom and I purchased two BedGear ICE 3.0 pillows from this store (Ashley's) and Nasmah, the Store Associate who helped us, told us that the 3.0 height would be best for us. We spent close to $500 on both pillows combined mind you. It has been a month and both of our necks are killing us when we wake up and we get headaches. Well I spoke with Ashley's Furniture managers and they will not do a damn thing or even exchange the 3.0s for 2.0 pillows so that our necks aren't killing us anymore! Scam company who just wants money from you and they do not care if they sell the correct product to their customers!!! We also spoke with BedBear and they have not done anything either!!! The next pillows that we get will NOT be from BedGear nor Ashley's Furniture! Never ever again will my mom and I purchase ANYTHING from Ashley's company!!!

I was sent the wrong color head board and this was supposed to be a surprise. Now I’m going to have to wait another month to receive it

I was greeted by Rich when I entered. He pointed me in the direction of rugs I was looking for. He also followed up with me when I found it and completed the order. Friendly and efficient. Good product and price. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was they could only request a delivery date and said once UPS gets the order they have no control over delivery. So I have no idea when I will get it. I found this out after I paid. That would have affected my dr vision to buy.

A young sales guy greeted us when we arrived and helped us until he couldnt get us to biy a warranty. He disappeared and passed us off to another sales person who helped us. The second sales guy was nice and helpful, however it took 2 hours to process the purchase. He said our delivery was going to arrive in 3 days and we'd get a text reminder 2 days before. We didn't receive any text notification for delivery, so my husband asked me to call Ashley. I was informed our delivery would arrive 9 days later than we were told by the sales person. I decided to cancel the rugs I ordered because I found less expensive rugs elsewhere and found out the rugs were on back order and that was the reason for the delay. Communication is very poor on the phone. The whole process was frustrating.

Had another 5-star experience with purchase of the Veramond Dining Table and Bench! I found a special deal online and called my local Ashley store and they Showed me the table and bench irl, I fell in love, and had it less than two weeks later delivered by the best delivery guys. Professionalism and friendliness is outstanding, and I could not be happier with the dining table and bench! Special price was exceptional!

Omid redefines what great service means - genuine, driven and kind. A college student by day, a stellar sales associate at night, supporting his family with honesty, humility and heart. Went extra mile not for recognition but because it's who he is. Ashley Folsom, you're lucky to have him!

Not happy with the choices of mattresses and the quality for the price. But they have the size couch we want which is hard to find

We bought a couch two weeks ago has a delivery scheduled for today 10/18 and I was told the delivery should be here between 11:45-2:45. Well around 1pm I got a message saying that I was not getting my full delivery and it is now 5:30 and I have yet to receive my delivery. This is so frustrating and no body has even tried to call me or anything. Do not recommend

Can someone please ask the one salesman to stop wearing cologne!!!! I was in the store last year and again recently. I probably won't be back.

Got a chest of drawers dresser and nightstand pretty good deal and quality stuff. Take your time and choose carefully though.

We came to Ashley to find a sofa for our living room—and were greeted by Hailie. She was so helpful but also said “I won’t follow you around…just find me if you have a question.” Although she gave us our privacy, she was always in eyesight! What a delightful young lady to work with. Helpful and efficient. Our decision and sale was done in less than an hour. Can’t wait to get our new sofa!! We’ve purchased several items at Ashley and have never been disappointed. But the sales team there is truly what brings us back.

The Folsom location is professional, and pleasant to work with every time! UNLIKE the ONLINE they are the most MISERABLE service I’ve ever had after spending close to 25,000.000 with Ashley furniture over last five years ! Folsom location EXCELLENT! 5 stars! I wish I could say the same for online with Ashley, the CEO should look closely to theses issues! I’ve never been treated so poorly with my recent 6,000 dollars purchase , wrong items delivered , smashed furniture trying to be delivered and 500 for white glove delivery was a complete joke !

It happened to be right in front where he greeted me. He told me about the couch and all of its features. Then he told me about the sale on the couch. Everything was professionally handled to complete the sale. It was all positive experience with Philip. My couch will be delivered next Thursday. I am excited! He also told me about the delivery process. He said if my husband didn’t like it or it was the wrong color in my front room it was no problem. The delivery men would take it back on the truck and would get a full refund . I was impressed with all details with the delivery. Thank you Philip for all your help!

My husband and I were shopping for a small sectional sofa for my Daughter. We told her that we would pay half, and she would pay the other half. Walking into Ashley‘s furniture store, I could very easily filled my daughter’s new apartment with everything that she needed, but, was trying to teach her. We found the perfect sectional for her, she could only forward a certain amount. Upon speaking to one of their sales reps, also manager they gave me such a great deal. We usually shop at RC Willys, not anymore. I will definitely be buying on my furniture at Ashley‘s from now on.

We’ve never been to Ashley’s! Walked in and were greeted by Omid. He was so polite and professional. He left us to look around without following us and being annoying. But somehow when we’d decided on two pieces, he was right there. We didn’t make huge purchases, but we’ll be back soon for a new bedroom set and a dining room table.

When we came into the store we were welcomed and given the space we needed. When we had questions we were given answers and again given the space we needed to make the decision on the dresser that we wanted. Very helpful staff and deals we got for our new mattress. We initially went to try a Nektar mattress but ended up with a better mattress. Hailie helped us and explained everything about our purchase thoroughly. She even told us about a CA law regarding buying mattresses that we didn’t know about. Can’t fully review the specific mattress we ordered since it’s going to take 3 weeks for it to be delivered. They do remove your old mattress for you. Really happy we went in to shop today.

Tim went in to work during his morning off and went to work for us and our sectional will be delivered tomorrow! The Manager also went to bat for us to get us the biggest bang for our buck! They couldn’t make it more difficult and painful to buy furniture. You have a product, here’s my money…ring me up. It’s that simple. And don’t ask me to pull my truck onto a busy street to load the furniture, come on are you just dumb. You have a dock and front parking lot!

Years ago, maybe 13 or so, we went into an Ashley store in Concord CA and were repulsed. Everything was on sale but the sale prices were pretty much retail. I felt as though Levitz Furniture had been resurrected. Zoom forward and we had moved to the east side of Sacramento. We needed some furniture and stumbled into Ashley again. Far different experience and we still shop there. Nice people, fair deals. We've moved again and need some new living room seating. We probably visited a half dozen stores and considered a dozen or so sofas and sectionals. We kept coming back to Rich at Ashley's Folsom store. Rich is low key, knows his merchandise and most importantly, he LISTENS. He remembered me each visit and had tuned into my and my wife's needs. He didn't try to show me stuff outside what I had told him we wanted. He didn't push, prod, spindle or mutilate - he just told me the features of each piece I expressed interest in. This is one professional sales consultant. And in the end, despite lower prices on similar sofas nearby, we bought a beautiful sectional from Rich and Ashley's. We couldn't be happier.

We started here and checked out some of the other stores, and came back to buy from Ashley’s because we liked the sofa set better. They were competitive with the pricing as well.

While we only went in to look for a king mattress and headboard, we left the store after buying the perfect mattress AND two nightstands, a dresser, and a complete king bed frame (a headboard, footboard and rails) instead for what would have cost us almost twice as much at any of the other furniture stores we’d been to. And there was NO pressure to buy anything, just a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson, Chris, who along with the manager worked to find us an excellent deal. We highly recommend you check them out. You’ll be glad you did!

Franz was helpful without being pushy. It was a bit intimidating walking in when they were for sales reps just standing there waiting for us. It also felt like the pricing was a little unclear since the price that was listed was for the Ashley credit card.

Unfortunately it wasn't in their store, but from seeing all the furniture they did have, I realized that what I had seen online would actually be better in person. Overall experience was bad this time with staff by name gati ( billing ) she was bottom line rude and very blunt . She asked me to leave the store and when I brought it to the manager the answer was she is working on her day off….really ? So that gives her the right to speak what she wants ?? I am an 8 year old Ashley customer we recently moved , but now I am going to switch out of Ashley as this was a very horrible experience . Strange part is neither anyone called or asked what happened , I guess this is the falsom outlet service as I have never had any issue in the last several years !!

After looking at stores that would be considered competitors, Ashley was far and away the best. Not only because of the amazing selection of furniture, but also because of Hailie’s help. We were greeted by Hailie as we walked in and never felt pressured. She approached us as a friendly face and made us feel comfortable instantly. It’s hard bringing two little kids with you furniture shopping, but she helped to make it an enjoyable process. We truly loved our experience. When we go back for our next furniture purchase- we will be going to Ashley and asking for Hailie.

Bought a mattress at Ashley Furniture. Our sales rep was Phil Saunders. He was more of an educator than a sale person. No pressure and he providd "lots" of information about the different types of mattresses from construction to how they would meet our individual needs for a comfortable bed but more importantly, a well suited mattress that met our personal needs from head to toe. We haven't received the mattress yet but looking forward to it's arrival. Phil definitely knows his mattresses.

I swung by Ashley this afternoon looking for a solution to a problem. I’ve been Having concerning a bed in a rental house. Apparently the original bed had no support for under The boxspring. After two of them have broken I figured they needed to be something other than peripheral support. Entering the store, I met Hailie, A knowledgeable young woman who pointed me to a BUNKY bed. I told her at the outset That I probably wasn’t going to buy anything and she maintained patience and confidence in her knowledge as she explained exactly how a Bunky bed worked. She then politely asked me how I felt about my own bed at home. She showed me how a mechanical.” Positioner” Works and let me try how it felt. Though I didn’t buy anything today, I will be thinking about getting this and may invest in one in the near future. I had an overall positive experience and will return to Ashley with my furniture needs as they arise

Cary was amazing and made our purchase smooth and effortless.

Went in with my husband to look at recliners not thinking we would leave with anything. After walking around we were greeted by Hailie as well as Ted. Normally when we go furniture shopping we don’t always like how pushy the sales people are but both Hailie and Ted didn’t bug us about purchasing anything. Ted ended up sparking a casual convo with us not related to selling furniture. We ended up finding a recliner we liked and they gave us a great deal on it and honored an old price that was on it even though it was more expensive. Due to not feeling pressured to get through the store without constantly being bothered we were able to find something we loved and met two great employees there. We will definitely be coming back knowing how positive of an experience we had!

Customer service really suck at this store. Been buying furniture for years from this store but not anymore. Purchased an outdoor set and to be delivered in 10 days. My money got refunded in 6 days without any call or notification. After I contacted customer service, I was told that the product was sold out. A good sales team would call, inform and give customer other options but when the company isn't yours and your there only to collect $$$$$$.

Very bad company don’t not purchase from them. Less two year ago I bought a living room set from them. I called the send a technician to check why the fabric is turning black, they refused to even hear our problem and even send a technician to tell how solve it because we didn’t buy the extended warranty which no one offered us an extended warranty at the time of purchase . I think companies should stand by their products and also protect the company image but not Ashley they only care selling and do not care about after sales care.

Do NOT buy furniture from this company. Especially do not buy insurance. They will not fix their low quality over price items! I bought a sectional a few years ago and purchased insurance. I noticed the frame was broken a few months ago. I tried over and over to call every time I called they were closed. I finally got someone on the phone to file an insurance claim and they said bc it’s been more than 30 days they will not repair the couch. Despite calling for months with no response. This is absolutely garbage. Save yourself the headache and purchase somewhere else. I suggest living spaces! I purchased two piece from them and have never had an issue.

Update: My last bad review seemed to have sprung Ashely into action so let’s try this again since they still owe me over $3000! Last week, Ashley brought our new bed and took the old one. The next day they called and asked if the new one was taken because they weren’t notified that it was at the warehouse. Luckily they got sorted out but it’s just an example of how unprofessional this company is. I was told my refund should go through soon. It hasn’t and they said there was no number to call to check on this. Danny, the manager, is ignoring my husband and my calls to him. I also don’t know how we are getting our refund since we did some financing and put some money down and the woman at the front desk had no answer for me. This headache continues so please don’t shop here! Original Review: If you are looking to buy a bed, do yourself a favor and go anywhere that isn’t Ashley! Most furniture places have a trial period with a money back guarantee, but not Ashley! Most of the beds they have you can get at other stores. The only ones that are unique are their Ashley Sleep beds, which our sales associate, Phillip, told us were bad quality and he would never sell them to anyone! We were sold the most expensive bed in the store and we hate it! We were told they are “customer forward” and we won’t be stuck with a bed we don’t like. Well we are! It’s been almost a month since we chose a bed to exchange the one we bought. Since then we have dealt with lies and horrible customer service. We still have no idea when we will get a refund and our new bed. We have to take their word for it that we will eventually get it. We tried to do just a full refund after this and get a bed elsewhere but that isn’t an option. Phillip, their number one sales associate, makes a bunch of promises and false excuses and doesn’t follow through. Danny, the store manager, takes no accountability and is downright rude. He hung on me when I was expressing my frustrations and told my husband “don’t be mad at me, bro”. But we were “lucky” to even get to speak to someone from the store as they outsource their calls to a call center and there’s no store number online. Buying a bed at Ashley has been the most expensive bad decision of my life!! Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this store at all costs!!!!

We went to Ashley with the specific intent to purchase a king size bed with the Matt as an afterthought. The salesman, Dave, was extremely pleasant, low key and quite knowledgeable. After taking our order for the bed, he simply asked if he could show us some mattresses. He was methodical and patient in his approach, showing us a variety of styles without ever bringing price into the equation. When we got it down to two choices, he revealed the prices and we opted for the lesser of the two and started talking about discounts. He then proceeded to call over his manager, Phil, who also did not try any hard sell but merely pointed out advantages of each mattress. Throughout a relatively long, but pleasant session, both salesmen were extremely pleasant and easily earned our business.

I have to say this was the easiest most pleasant buying experience we have ever had My husband hates to go into stores because the sales people usually swarm on you. Nit the case at all. The Good: The only reason for the two stars is that I received a really good price on some clearance furniture ! The Bad : I used my own vehicle to pick up the furniture since delivery is not an option on clearance items except for a third-party person that would deliver. (Not cheap $) For some unknown reason could not exit with my furniture out the front door to put into my truck was asked to go to a side door and was asked to park on the street in a designated turn lane where there was a possibility of an accident. After not agreeing to that, I was forced to go down an unpaved dirt path which consisted of rocks and small shrubs to my truck. I did call Ashley corporate before I went to the store to ask them if there was delivery available and corporate said that yes there was. the store employee told me everything that corporate told me was a lie. Conclusion : once again, the only reason this ad received two stars is because of the price of the furniture ….otherwise it would be one star ! Honestly: If by chance you do go to the Folsom store, ask for salesman Gary he helped me immensely with my purchase and according to the store manager received full credit for the sale. I don’t think I will be returning to this store. I would rather order items online to avoid store employees And their quirky/ strange attitudes and views on their own corporate office.

This review is for my in-store experience. The delivery experience will come later. I visited the store on 12/21 and was greeted by Gary. I came in to preview dining tables and chairs and had a specific idea of what I was looking for. Gary allowed me to browse at my own pace, which I appreciated. Then I realized I don’t enjoy furniture shopping for long, so it was a relief when Gary stepped in to assist. He immediately knew which tables and chairs to show me. I decided on a mix of chairs and obtained a quote from him. I wasn't ready to purchase that day so he saved it for me while I went home to research. I came back on 12/30 ready to purchase. I found the exact table and chairs online that was cheaper (on Levin), which Gary mentioned that he will price match. However, I never brought it up because Gary had a better deal for me. Overall I'm happy. Gary let me review my order and verify the amount before approving. I didn't feel pressured to buy and I like that I got to sleep on it before making a big purchase. Also the checkout process was very quick and to the point. If everything goes well with the delivery then l would return to purchase other items. 1/18/25 delivery Everything went smoothly. The dining set was wrapped in moving blankets, and the delivery team was careful when bringing the items in and assembling the dining table. There were no issues. My only suggestion would be to have tools ready to remove staples from under the dining table and to hammer in any stray nails, as the delivery team didn't carry these tools. This was a much better experience compared to a different furniture store, whose delivery team scratched my walls and tracked mud everywhere. I also received a follow-up call from Ashley corporate right after the delivery to check on the status and to answer any questions. That was a thoughtful touch. Overall, excellent customer service from sales to delivery!

We had met David, who was amazing. We had brought our autistic daughter to come test out furniture incase of texture sensitives. He helped us select the new sofa. Our daughter had picked a chair that was perfect for her. We had to come back a week later (finances) to get everything ordered. He came in on his day off to help get everything set up and ordered! We got our new sofa and bed frame delivered on the 28th. Both are amazing and love the new sofa!!

My experience with Ashley Furniture was a very happy one David our sales person was incredible. The manager on duty that day whose name I cannot remember, solved all our problems.. Because I bought furniture before measuring my front door of my new little cabin that I brought and I found out that my door was very very small so I had to drive back to the store. We measured triple measured, and we figured out how to get the furniture into my very small 29 inch.Cabin door. David and the manager went out of their way to solve this problem and they even managed to save me a little bit more money on my furniture. I am so grateful to them and I cannot wait until I get my furniture delivered after my cabin renovations are done. I give those guys 11 out of 10 you’re in good hands with them:)

Got ripped sectional Brown leather sofa. After multiple calls of trying to contact the manager and the company, no one is helping me replace it. And the thing that is the worst is that the truck delivery drivers said that they would help me. I originally refused to take the shipment, but they said not to worry that, they would be able to fix it no problem. But they did not.

I absolutely love this store and its staff members. I got a chance to talk with Phillip and he was very helpful with explaining to me the entire process of buying new furniture and worked out a plan to at best fit my budget and my needs. He was very personable and friendly and had great salesmanship without trying to oversell us. He broke every detail about the product down and explained it fully. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well, I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future.

Original delivery date was 9/14...delivery date of new furniture is 11/14. This is unexceptable. I promised myself to NEVER return to to AF, after we bought a 2K mattress to go bad during our warranty only to find out (after tossing) it was under warranty still (by Philllip who sold us the chairs). But we returned reluctantly and gave it another try. To wait two months for our new chairs is CRAZY.

Kevin (manager)and Gary were absolutely fantastic today. They helped my husband and I choose the perfect sectional and a recliner. They didn't pressure us to spend more than we planned to and were quite patient with my husband's indecisiveness while trying out every recliner in the store nearly. I highly recommended this location. Adding an update to this as my furniture has been delivered. They were on schedule, and super quick set up. After they left I decided to rearrange it and somehow caused the electric recliner to not work. Gary responded to my text and helped me even though he wasn't working! And their warranty department scheduled a tech to come out. Turns out a piece of the cord wasn't connected tightly and all is fine! I absolutely love my new Ashley Furniture!

He switched me to the mattress he starts people out on and i had to look no further. I think if i would have bought the first mattress i would have been tired of it in a month. Don't trust anything salespeople tell you, get everything in writing, or better yet shop literally anywhere else. I got a 25% off coupon from a salesperson after buying some furniture, it was written out on the back of his Ashleys business card and I took him at his word that it would work, I thought that was a nice gesture at the time. I come back a few months later and was told that salesman no longer worked there so I couldn't get the discount i was promised. They eventually gave me a much smaller discount when I complained that they should honor the discount given, but fine, I'll buy the mattress and take the smaller discount. It turns out the salesman, without telling me, added a $500 delivery fee for the mattress, presumably to make up for the discount he gave. Then he lied about it afterword. How is it $500 to deliver a mattress 20 miles? Especially when the mattress already cost over a grand. They definitely are guilty of deceptive practices and should be looked into.

Our salesman Gary was very helpful. He showed us several of the type recliners we asked to see. We sat in them and tried the recliner features. Within in about an hour we had selected two of the same ones. We paid in full and the chairs were ordered with a delivery date of about a week. The delivery was as agreed upon and the delivery men were on time and very efficient. Gary is definitely an asset to Ashley Furniture in Folsom.

Bought a couch here recently after a really bad experience at a local store, and was an ideal experience! Nice staff and great manager who really helped us with the couch of our dreams (3-piece midnight madness sectional with chaise). Will be back when we are ready for a new mattress next year. I had a great experience in store, the on the other hand i had a very bad experience with my delivery i review for store as a Jyoti kashyap, but instead editing that review i’m adding another’s review . So when i received my first delivery they for dinning set and cocktails table they don’t have legs for dinning table and they had damage chair and cocktail table had broken leg, i refused my delivery, On second time i received cocktail table but still they brought the same damage chairs and they don’t have hardware for table. so i refuse dinning set. On third time they delivered the dinning set, and i think they just did the touch up and delivered the same chairs, now those chairs showing up damage signs that I noticed on first delivery. Very disappointed still dealing with them and waiting for technician. Also some chipping showing up on cocktail table. Instead enjoying I’m frustrated.

July 2, store attempted bait and switch after purchasing two sofa recliners. Thank goodness we double checked our invoice. They also only offered $1 on our $100 gift card towards a new purchase. We returned $250 gift cards knowing they are worthless. Be watchful of their salespeople and gimmicks.

Gary is the man! We visited the store during a Memorial Day weekend because we were in the market for furniture for our new house. The place is full of mid-priced items for every furniture need. Gary greeted us and helped us browse, shop, ponder, compare and walk around and around for the hour and a half we were there. He was patient, informative, helpful and didn’t pressure us at all. The selection was great with reasonable prices. We chose a 5 piece sectional and paid a very fair price. I noticed that they had a little different selection than what is on their webpage so I was glad we went in person.

Jamir our sales person was so helpful and friendly. They would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn’t for their delivery service. They forgot a piece for our bed so we could not use it until we got that. They did not put a rush on it so we had to wait a week extra to use our bed. Very frustrating. When we asked the sales rep what management would do to fix the problem since we weren’t even able to use the bed we never received a call back.

I don’t like Ashley delivery department. They are junk. Sent two text message, Two calls, One email to confirm the delivery on schedule time. I confirmed all 5 times. Today on 4/19/2024 got call again that they can’t deliver all at same time and force to do in partial delivery. Do ask what you can’t deliver.

My husband and I were in the Ashley store in Folsom on 4/14/2024. We were interested in purchasing a new adjustable bed and were approached by Jamir Webb. I am disabled and purchasing the right bed means a lot to my good health. I needed a bed that was low enough for me get into safely. At first glance, all the beds looked too high. Jamir was extremely helpful in explaining the adjustability, even to the point of rolling up his sleeves, flipping the bed over and demonstrated how easy it was to shorten the legs, thus making the bed the perfect height for me. And, this was just the beginning of Jamir's outstanding customer service. When you are in a wheelchair, people sometimes struggle to interact with you and understand what you are going through. Jamir took the time to understand my needs and worries and truly made me feel valued and understood. We would definitely not have purchased the bed without Jamir's help. Our family is long term Ashley furniture buyers. We love thier furniture because it lasts a long time and is food quality. Went into the Ashley furniture store today in folsom, CA. Looking for a recliner chair. I was greated after walking in. The sales man Sufyan was a huge help. Very knowledgeable, patient and able to take the time to research things on the website for me. We went into a few furniture stores, Ashley’s was the only with anything that we had a liking for. Gary helped us out and was very patient and respectful. The 0% financing options sold us on our new sectional and it took less than 15 minutes to wrap everything up from the time we made our choice and walked out the door.
