Buyer beware. Matt McCoy at the folsom store will be great at first. You’ll order your stuff and be told it’s available only to learn it’s not. Then when you go to the store he hides and won’t help you. This has been the worst experience. Do not purchase from Ashley Furniture. Go to a more reputable company.
Very helpful staff and gave me discounts without me asking. They helped me save even more on my purchase.
They have very poor customer service! They shorted us 2 chairs. They were trying to charge us more than $300 for 2 dinette chairs. The website said that they were $80.00 a piece. Talk about being thieves. When we called the manager, Alex, he first argued then finally agreed to ship 2more chairs. The first two chairs we got in 2 days. We have never gotten anything to confirm the purchase or shipment. When I call to figure out where the chairs are all I get is that they shipped and that it will be 7 to 10 days! NEVER AGAIN Ashley! I will tell everyone I know what a horrible experience you provide! No wonder your agreement says no swearing. Next step, call the credit card company to dispute the charge!
Very good prices. The quality is a little less, but we got their extended warranty and when my kids ripped the couch they sent someone to repair it good as new!
Ashley has been wonderful! I bought 2 recliners which we love. The bar stools are beautiful, but did not fit at my island . They graciously allowed me to exchange them. Michael Spivey has been patient and helpful during the whole process. He is a great sales associate and we appreciate all that he has done for us.

First time we have ever been to this store, we were introduced to Aman. He was a really knowledgeable about the things we were in need of. We really felt comfortable with him, he is very kind and just a likable person. We bought what we came to get, and received a great discount and were treated great by all.
The customer service was excellent. I knew what I wanted & did not feel pressure to purchase anything else. I will continue to shop at Ashley Furniture in Folsom.
Don’t purchase from this store unless you can wait 3 months for your items. Ordered pieces on August 9 for delivery on 8/27. Received no call for delivery time so I called customer service. They were unable to find my order via the order number provided on all paperwork. Stated we had to deal with the store. Spent 3 hours calling the store and finally got through. Receptionist stated our delivery was rescheduled for 9/8 no communication. (note cleaned out a child's room for her new bed as a surprise) She stated she would email and inquire if anything was available for earlier. No return communication. Today receive a call asking if they could deliver a partial order the rest would be available possibly In the middle of October. I understand difficulties due to Covid but that does not cover the lack of communication or customer service.
Large selection and the guy man who helped us was really great...the buying process was easy let's see how the delivery process goes....

It was an wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. Paul was very friendly never once felt pressured into buying anything. When we found the couch Paul was ready an willing to find the best buy he could. Thank you so.
Although our sales person was very helpful and professional, we couldn’t help but notice that many of the gas and quite a few of the employees were not wearing masks. We pointed this out and of course nothing was done. We purchased our furniture on a visa card that we had not used in months. Within hours of making our purchase our information has been stolen and somebody was on a spending spree at the Apple store in our town. Either Ashley furniture is extremely careless with their customers information, or someone did not appreciate our comments about mask wearing and decided to have a little fun with our credit card. I notified the manager, Alex, the very next day and received absolutely no response whatsoever. We have yet to receive our furniture...so I can’t comment on quality, But I would be very reluctant to shop at Ashley furniture again given the experience

Desperately trying to exchange a chair willing to pay moving charge on exchange also willing to pay any difference in price. The store manager had lied to us saying a delivery next Wednesday following week I will receive another phone call to set up delivery. The next week no problem deliveries are back up it’s been 6 weeks. I have contacted the Better Business Bureaus. I will take action. I am bearing the costs of placing an ad in our local newspaper I have contacted Kurtis on your side he is a television reporter who resolves issues. ABC I am arranging to hire a moving co to pick up chair and leave it on the door step of the Folsom store. I am very serious. I will follow through I ALSO THINK THAT PEOPLE WHO have issues with your company. Lastly I will yelp and Facebook. Either the exchange ( which Is what I really want) or a refund. What I don’t like is the lying
Paul was exceptional and Mitchell! Great Customer Service. We were greeted upon entering by Store Manager, Alex. I appreciated the help and discounts provided. I purchased two living room sets one for my mother and one for ourselves! I have had other purchases for Ashley’s in the past and purchased my Tempur-pedic and a bedroom set for my son. Lots of eye candy and wiggle room for some good deals!
Alex and Mike were awesome to deal with! Fair prices, great service, both really personable. Go see them!
I purchased a nightstand during the 50% off sale. The salesperson quoted me a lower price than what rang up and they honored the lower price. Only three stars b/c I had to ask for a salesperson to help me and they couldn’t tell me when the piece would be delivered. They asked that I call back for a date versus them being proactive and calling or texting me with it.
