I had never been to a furniture store where the employees on the floor seemed so cohesive, friendly, and willing to be helpful. Jenna was really patient with me as I looked at furniture and she walked with me step by step to get a mattress. Seemed like every employee in the store was willing to offer their input and help me think of factors to consider when investing in a mattress. While I purchased a mattress and base that day mostly due to their wonderful informational help and deal they were offering, I ended up cancelling the order a couple days later. Regardless, the cancellation process was fairly simple and I'm glad after talking to them a couple times on the phone that it was resolved. Hope everyone can have as positive an experience with their customer service as I did.

Giving three stars because communication was very poor and unclear about furniture delivery. In store experience was great, but again delivery was very poor as rescheduled without permission so work now has to be taken off again to be available. Very inconvenient.

I researched the mattress I wanted before going to the store. I was prepared to buy it when I got there. The salesman told me I didn't want that and tried to sell me a $6000 mattress that I DIDN'T want. He was very pushy and borderline arrogant. I left with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth.

DEFINITELY do not recommend purchasing TEMPUR-PEDICS at this store, being as their employees seemingly do not know what they are talking about in terms of policy. When we purchased our SIX THOUSAND DOLLAR tempur-pedic mattress, we were told by our salesperson MICAIAH, that rest-assured if we got the mattress and found it too firm, that we can use the Comfort Exchange Policy within 90 days of getting the mattress so as to get something more suitable. We went through with the firmest (and most expensive) option knowing this. Not to mention, this policy was reiterated and affirmed by TWO other employees while we were filling out paperwork, one of whom was a sales manager. Fast forward 90 days after having given the mattress a shot and coming to the conclusion that it was too firm, we are told by this very same store that they no longer, in fact, honor the Comfort Exchange program, and haven't in over a year and a half. This means that MICAIAH and the two others who sold us this mattress on the basis of the Comfort Exchange reassurance, either A) Blatantly lied to us in order to just sell the mattress, or B) Are so misinformed that they are still using an expired policy as a selling point to customers. Utter GARBAGE either way. Worst yet, the store wants nothing to do with helping us fix this problem and just sent us to Tempur to see what they can do. Absolutely, positively do not buy from this store. If you do, though, be sure to negotiate your purchase down to 60% OFF. The sales they have throughout the year are not finite and just a marketing scheme that goes on all year. The salespeople will 100% of the time negotiate down that low if it means making the sale (this doesn't apply to Tempur-Pedics though, and is knowledge of a former Ashley employee).

DONT GO!! Their Salesmen will tell you anything for your money. Shipping days continue to change. I will be waiting two months for shipment, if that is accurate shipping day. Have been sent emails it will arrive twice now and both times it hasn’t. Have called several times, no help. They took my money giving me false delivery dates and that continues. I still don’t know when I will receive what I paid for.

One of my lamps were broken on delivery. I called customer service for a simple replacement. They said I had to bring it, I had move and much further away. I make the drive and was told, you didn’t have to drive all the way and they would send the replacement at no cost to me. Why did I pay for a broken item and it’s Ashley’s good graces to send me the item I paid for, for free.

We ordered furniture on memorial day weekend with the sale going on... Furniture was delivered next week and arrived damaged. The delivery guy took pictures and said customer service will be in touch to work on the replacement/fix/refund within 24-48 hrs. After 2 days, nobody called so I called in to get the ball rolling...was quoted 24-48 hrs again for a response. 1 week went by and nothing, so I called back and had a new case opened as the guy said it was done incorrectly on the 1st time. Again, waiting for a call back and nothing... It's going on 3 weeks now with no response and all of this time we have kept our cats locked in the room as to avoid them on the furniture since its going back to the store. We have company coming too for the 4th of July and now we have this hunk of damaged furniture in our room taking up space. Very upset with the lack of response at Ashley...we will not be shopping there again!

Buyer Beware!! I came into the store to buy a bed frame, headboard and mattress for my son. I was upsold a mattress for myself and two mattress protectors. They delivered my mattress but have been unable to get my sons order here. .The company kept trying to deliver my order in parts. Twice they delivered the wrong size headboard which I rejected and sent back. The warehouse kept confirming the entire order would be delivered but then I would get another call informing me that only a partial order was scheduled for delivery. After four unsuccessful deliveries I canceled the order for my son. I spent 4000 for a mattress I only bought because of the price for my sons bed. This is criminal!! I can't return the used mattress now. This is a classic bait and switch scheme. See you in court.

Purchase was placed September 2020. Item never delivered. Refund was continuously promised, but never delivered in full. They lied continuously throughout the process.
