I had an outstanding experience thanks to Quynh (also known as Queen) and Turaab. I was dealing with a pending, unresolved issue, and both of them went above and beyond to help me get it resolved quickly and smoothly. Quynh is truly exceptional. She guided us through selecting a beautiful range of furniture, home decor, and wall art that completely transformed our space — everything looks fantastic! What really sets her apart is her dedication and responsiveness. She's always available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and provide support. She genuinely goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are happy, no matter the situation. Turaab was equally supportive and professional, ensuring everything was taken care of without any hassle. If you’re looking for great products and even better service, I can’t recommend Quynh and Turaab highly enough!
They're big players in playing false games about credit, bought a sofa and then they said take it on credit it's not gonna cost you anything after a year they charge me $800+ $400 interest on there personal Ashley's credit cars Please don't buy anything from here

My husband and I got a good experience with customer service and assistance of one of the employee. Her name is Sindu, she was very helpful, pleasant and patient with us. The manager also who helped us was friendly. Good vibes and they are very welcoming. Keep up the good work!!!

Just moved to the area and we purchased some things from Ashley. Everything was nice. Workers and the service were nice until the delivery comes. Delivery guys were really weird. They act like they bothered by me and they were complaining like 'You're giving us so much things to do' "we're tired' etc. they brought us our sofa, kitchen table and bedframe. It may be a hard job for them but we paid 200$ for the delivery only. I paid delivery fees but why were the workers acting like they doing it for free. It's unacceptable. Not only this, they installed the bedframe incorrect and when we were sleeping that day the bedframe just fell off. Then we tried to fix it but they messed up all the bolts and there were so many bolts were missing. It was just not fixable. Then we visited a store and told them this. They created a case and they supposed send us some new parts but it never came. Then we visited again complained again then they said we will give you refund and you can purchase it again. Then they never call again and now we have to visit again. It's been a whole month now, nothing has been decided yet. Customer service is not help full at all ( I called them so many times) and they never pickup their store phone. You have to improve your customer service and delivery service. Delivery fee should be cheaper at this point or improve your delivery service. We are not happy at all. ( I even gave the delivery guys some tips and juice and I regret it now)

Terrible in-store experience. A tall sales guy named William lied by claiming 30% discount on all items. After I made my decision to purchase, the manager revealed that the discount was actually only 19%, and 30% applied only if I bought a protection plan. Despite that I decided to buy because I needed the furniture. Once they realized I am buying, their attitude completely changed and William acted as if he was doing me some favor and acted disrespectful while billing instead of acknowledging the mistake about the discount and trying to make it right. There was zero effort to show any act of kindness or basic customer service after misleading me. To make matters worse, after billing, William blatantly lied again, falsely promising I would receive a $50 gift coupon by mail which was outrageous. This store clearly has no respect for honesty, customer trust, or basic decency. Lying and making false claims and disrespectfulness are their forte. Glad I canceled the order. They lost a customer. Avoid this store if you value honesty and good service.
