This store is great! I bought a new couch for my new place with the help of Leanne (and a salesman whose name I can't remember... Christopher?) The store is clean and quiet and huge, purchasing/ordering was a breeze, delivery took about 2 1/2 weeks and my couch arrived yesterday. I'm very happy. Thank you for a great experience!

Ashley furniture has always been my favorite furniture store. Their furniture is so neat and at a great price. Jorge and sohel helped me to get a great price on all the items I purchased today. Ryan provided me with great customer service at the front desk. Thank you all.

Salesperson was okay. Sold me the mattress I wanted, wasn't pushy. Neglected to tell me about all the fees that are tacked on to the price tag. Delivery was the nightmare. Salesperson told me 2 weeks to get mattress, a month later I get a phone call asking what day they can deliver. Distribution Center (DC) could not even narrow it down to a four hour window until 2 days before. So make sure you take a day off of work just to have a mattress delivered. Distribution center appointment maker was horrible at answering questions. I "requested" a morning appointment 3 weeks in advance which they denied. They cited that their DC was in Visalia and they make their routes on zip code and what is most efficient for them....aka not the customer. Not very accomodating. Glad I tested them with a mattress first, will be taking the rest of my furniture purchase elsewhere.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. I would never recommend buying any furniture from this company. They promise the moon and severely drop the ball when it's time to deliver all the promises they make. The couch we purchased had problems within a week of delivery. It has taken well over 4 weeks to start the process of fixing it with no eta on when your piece with be brought back to you after repairs. After so many complaints it truly goes in one ear at the right out the other with this company.

Well currently I am using a walker due to an illness and went in with the sole intent to purchase a sofa. After I walked around the whole store a guy named Brian came back from lunch. He was nice enough but could tell was the only one willing to help me. Even the girl Cat who took my payment seemed reluctan she would walk away to do other things instread of being polite and finishing my transaction. She then called Brian back to explain the agreement to me as she did not want to. Not a sole said hello or offered to help until I stared the guy down. So sad that the service was so bad there. I guess if you don't look or dress a certain way forget about it. I was slightly bummed I even made a purchase but at that point was way to tired to shop around. I think the least a company should offer is good service when your offering service. Do not base it off a persons disability or the way they may be dressed. Will for sure look elsewear in the future for furniture needs. Adding on: 5/7/2017 The store manager called me after reading this review. That was a good step because he is aware of the experaince. Does not change what happened but the call was appreciated. I know people have bad days at work and working retail for 17 years myself! Long story short we will see how the delivery goes and then I will post an update to sum up the whole experience. For now I will add a star for the follow up. 5/16/17 Final update: accepted delivery today and the drivers where super nice guys. Even gave them a couple gatoraids because I know that's hard work. Sadly what I did not know is as one guy assembled my loveseat the other was stuffing the trucks trash into my apartment garbage bins over filling them. After they where gone I got a hard call from the rental office. I called the store manager and explained the situation and of course this poor guy has taken hits from me left and right but I offered to email the photo to him and it came back undeliverable. At this point I am over this whole mess and bumped them back down to one star. It would take an act of god for me to decide to shop this company again and that's to bad.

The Ashley HomeStore located at 7502 N Blackstone Ave in Fresno is a joke...I invited my family members to my new house for my only child's birthday party...I made sure before i purchased the furniture they will deliver the furniture before the date of that party...They promised me to deliver the furniture within 1-2 weeks... they actually delivered furniture before that date but major part of the furniture was missing..no one contacted me explaining what happened...i am the one who made many calls trying to figure out what is going on!!!!.. but guess what..!!! No one ( including the store manager) was able to give me a clear answer...they gave me the corporate number to complain..the corporate office said we are not involved i the this...they gave me the distribution department number who referred me back to the store manager!!!! . Till now i have no idea where is the second major part of furniture??? ..i am not sure what will happen to my child's first birthday party!!!!!! ..i am not sure what to tell my family members when they come snd see no furniture!!!!! Very frustrating!!!!...do not even think to buy furniture from this store at all

The worse costumer service ever. I wish I could give them zero star. We bought some furniture more than 1 months ago from Blackstone store in Fresno, Ca and they did not deliver them yet. No one giving me proper respond. This is the last time I would by anything from them. Don`t waist your time and energy for dealing with them.

Fresno,CA blackstone store is a joke, unethical & profiles people. I go in on a Wednesday got off of work early to go look at a table I seen online the white girl with long blond hair in a ponytail tells me she'd be right back to answer my questions about chairs. She never returns & intfact ignores me when I tried to catch her attention! I ask the front desk to find me someone to help me after I told them what had happpend & those idiots bring back the sane rude gal! She gives me major attitude being condescending in asking "what more did I need"?! ... I leave at that point & call the sales manager hijel he's very apologetic & asks me to come back in and he will personally help my husband and I. We go back in that evening and right before we make the deal official I remembered I didn't measure my breakfast area and the table we liked was on the larger side. Hijel says ok no problem come back tomorrow and find him once again. It's Thursday now we go back in and get Hijel attention feeling excited to purchase the table. He totally "forgets" who we are and looks at us with blank a stare stating anyone can help us. We tried jogging his memory saying he said to ask for him & we were the couple that was there the evening prior. He says he's with a customer & we could wait for him. During this time 20,25,30 min has passed, when a man babe Jorge passes asking if we've been helped. Turns out this is the store manager we are speaking with. We proceed in telling him what incident occurred and that we were back because we were promised a better experience with Ashley. Jorge ends us helping us & getting us a good deal on a dining set. However when it's time to pay his reaction was a surprised one when we said we would be financing, he says he thought we were paying cash. We know we have great credit, in fact were just approved for a very large amount through another furniture place where we purchased other furniture. however we chose to go to Ashley this time around. So when the amount we were approved for through Ashley came back Jorge's expression changed and asked if we needed any other furniture at that time. We ending our business that day with Jorge giving us his card telling us to call him anytime. So now here we are on Friday our table was delivered severely damaged & so we refused it, the delivery guys said that someone will call us in 2 days to order another table ! I wasn't about to wait days for their call so I called the store spokebwuth Ryan explained what happened he gave an attitude like he was being bothered with my misfortune placed me on a hold for close to 10 minutes. I hang up call back now get Julianna & I immediately ask to speak to Jorge. She interrupts me saying the store is busy right now he can't be bothered and she can take a message. I emailed Jorge and the email came back undeliverable ! I have had it with this stores rude, inconsiderate staff. They profile you if don't look like you can "afford" something they will blow you off, then when they realize you can they want to sell you Everything. Then After the sale if you need their help again with a issue it's back to getting mistreated!!!!!

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE SHOPPING HERE!!! July 1st, 2017 I went into Ashley's Furniture store super excited to buy my kids first bedroom set. I ordered a twin bed with a trundle along with a dresser. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to deliver. Delivery day came(Wednesday, July 25th), I was at work so my husband received the order. When I got home, I only found the bed and trundle delivered and no dresser. The delivery guy said they only had the bed and no dresser. Right away I called only to find out that the dresser was not even in their distribution center. I was worried because on the day I ordered the bed, I had paid $200 for delivery and set up! Now they told me it would take another 2-3 weeks for the dresser to arrive. The lady I spoke to from the distribution center said she had no idea why they would set up a delivery date if all the order was not ready. They never told me the bedroom set would come separate. Now I was worried that I'd be charged another $200 for this next delivery. After waiting and waiting, They finally set up to deliver for Tuesday, August 8th and I would not be charged. A few days ago I received a call confirming delivery date for AUGUST 11th! I let them know right away that they had said it would be delivered on the 8th. The lady then said ok. It's August 6th so now I am more worried then excited to see what will happen the 8th. Will i be receiving the dresser with no mirror? Will they even show up? I am so sick of my whole experience already and I haven't even made my first payment! This is my first purchase through Ashleys and it has not been good at all. I am really upset. All I wanted was to order a nice bedroom set for my boys to enjoy. This was a big deal for the whole family since I have had them sleeping in my queen sized bed with me since they were born. Honestly, I just want to pay off this bedroom set and be done with this store. I am so worried about what else could go wrong. To be continued... MAJOR UPDATE!! From the beginning of this purchase, I had a bad feeling about this place and of course my gut feeling was right. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT use the alternative option to buy furniture from them through ACCEPTANCENOW! They mislead you and do not explain to you what you're getting yourself into. Only offering to email you your agreement with them and forcing to you blindly accept what they verbally say. They purposely leave out the fact that you must pay within 90 days or else they'll charge you insane fees monthly. So when you are making your monthly payments, only a very small portion of your payment actually goes to the principal amour you owed. It's insane how Ashley's furniture store does business with AcceptancNow, knowing that they set up the consumer for failure on payments. PLEASE EVERYONE, DO NOT USE ACCEPTANCE NOW through Ashley's Furniture store. I hope with this review I can at least save somebody from being taken advantage of and being robbed of. I wish I would've never stepped foot into this corrupt place.
