I met with AJ who helped me pick a Huey vineyard sleigh bed and was excellent in explaining my questions to me and helping me be aware of choices and how my purchase will be delivered. Along with being very friendly and conversable she made the shopping experience smooth and simple.

I purchased a bed and kitchen table on 07-13-2024. The delivery date was 07-19-2024, however, my kitchen table arrived damaged. I was asked if I was willing to keep the table which I obviously declined as I paid full price. The delivery men left the bench and chairs and stated they would reach out that same day to reschedule a new appointment day to drop off a new table. It is now 07-23-2024 and have not heard back from Ashley furniture. Upon calling the store I was put on hold for an overwhelming amount of time without a response. At this point, I am furious as I paid 3,000 and still no kitchen table. Not only did I take a day off work for the delivery that was unsuccessful but now I am having to chase down a store without a response. Horrible customer service. Please come pick up what was left and return my money ! Horrible service! Stay away!!!

Such a bad experience we had at ashley store, bed came broken and they said we need to wait for 15 days to replace it and they cannot cancel or exchange the bed, they lie to sell their product, make sure to have a written proof what they are saying.
We came in to purchase a bed and kitchen table. Upon arrival, the associate Nancy was very diligent to ensure she was listening to our needs. She was patient and took her time despite our indecisiveness. Nancy did not make us feel uncomfortable or pressured and teamed with her manager Tony to accommodate my family’s needs. HOWEVER, when closing the deal, the Sales Manager Tung stepped in. To be quite frank, he was abrasive and demeaning to Nancy questioning her. As a customer, it was offensive and unprofessional. UPDATE : stay away read all these negative reviews experience. The brand use to mean a Quality … not anymore the customer service is horrendous…. Despite Nancy being a good sales rep. That’s was the positive experience. A table was delivered on two separate occasions damaged missing work on each occasion(2 times)! Now this rude (aka manager Daniel) has the nerve to tell my wife they will repair it seamless. NO WE DID NOT pay for a repair we paid for a BRAND NEW product !!! THEN he insults my wife by telling her that she was lucky to be receiving $100 dollars and some change back for the inconvenience of missing work after she lifted it to corporate attention and was told this by another representative. Steer clear away as possible as they are only in it to take your money a leave ( literally). I regret buying here and wish that I could have taken my business elsewhere. Corporate doesn’t do much and neither do the store manager other than say I am sorry. It is such a disappointment and will now me contacting the Better Business Bureau I’m tired of my wife having to deal with people trying to manipulate, lacking integrity, and being a person of their word. Give us what we paid for or our money back. ASHLEYS FURNITURE ARE scammers and thieves !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently moved to Fresno and decided to go Ashley store. It was issues since day 1. I am not happy with the experience from the store or customer service. I bought a dining table and now I cannot return it and no one has been able to help me, I was never told about any cancellation or refund policy. First it was delivered on the wrong date and time it took two weeks to get it delivered from the promised date. When it finally arrived the table was damaged. I called customer care was told all sales are final and there is no policy that say I can return the table. I called the store to speak to the manager after many attempts talking with customer service to fix the issue I’m told that he or she is on a conference call and he will tell me the same thing customer care is telling me. I feel I’m being bullied to keep something that is damaged and I no longer want due to horrible experience and stress they are put me through. UPDATE: The store has not addressed any of my concerns like it was posted on the review response. I just keep getting the run around. I have emailed and still nothing. This is a nightmare

Purchased a sofa and love seat about a week ago. Josh was a pleasure to deal with. He was available to answer questions and made us feel comfortable. At no point did we feel pressured or forced. The manager also checked in with us to make sure we were taken care of.
Aj was very nice. Noticed we weren’t greeted in the beginning and said she was sorry that we weren’t greeted and then processed to greet us. Help us order the piece we were looking for.

Our salesman was Ernie. My 84-year-old mother and I came in to buy a Tempur-pedic bed for her and he was amazing. He dealt with her as she is hard of hearing. He had the patience and respect to speak to her directly. Nancy was the best! She literally walked around the store with us for like 3 hrs until we decided on what items we wanted and she made the purchasing process fast and super easy. I have been to this location 2 times in the past year and have left disappointed both times. The sales people we have gotten both seemed not to know all the details about the products and did not seem excited to sell something on the day we visited. We were looking for something specific ànd there were very few options available.

Went to the Ashley Furniture store and was greeted by the sales lady AJ. She was very polite and very professional. I would highly recommend going to her anytime. She is also very honest and friendly. Great service!

Genuinely disappointed in the service from Ashley in Riverpark, Fresno. I read the reviews online about the service there so tried going online instead. My wife and I placed an order together on my iPhone one afternoon. We both confirm seeing the message our order had gone thru. Even gave us a delivery date then of May 3rd which worked great since my wife was scheduled to be off work. The next day realized I hadn’t received a confirmation email so reached out to customer service and was informed that my order had actually not gone thru. The agent asked me if I had used an iPhone to place my order which I said yes. (It would not be a stretch to say at this day and age that Apple iPhones are the most commonly used mobile devices. Right?) To my surprise the agent explained that I needed to place the order again but this time not from an Apple device (iPhone or MacBook) because their system has an issue with processing orders placed from Apple devices. I don’t own a PC so I ended up having to go in to the Riverpark Ashley Store on my lunch break on May 11, 2024. Walked in and was assisted by Jose Flores who overall was great. He allowed me to vent about my online experience and after explaining to him I only had a 1hour lunch break he got me checked out as fast as he could. Very nice of him. Unfortunately he took the wrong serial numbers off their display and I had no way of being able to notice since Ashley itemizes their store receipts with only a serial number or sku. There is no mention of a style name or color being purchased. Unless a customer can translate or memorize the sku/serial number it makes it very difficult to catch an error or miscommunication. I trusted Jose had gotten the information he needed to place the correct order. It took a week for the King Bed to deliver so it delivered today May 11. As the delivery team, lead by the driver Molina, was bringing the items in I stepped away to allow them to put the king panel bed with storage footboard together. After a bit I went back in to check their progress and found out the color was grey and not white like I had asked Jose to order the day I visited the store. I stopped Molina and he assured me that everything was fine. I was ok to use the bed since a mistake was made on the order and that Ashley customer service would take care of the exchange. We took him at his word and then decided we’d head to the store right away to talk to customer service and make the correction. On our arrival the rep at the door directed us to speak to one of the cashiers who initially indicated yes there does appear to be an error in what was placed compared to what was pulled and delivered. We walked over to where the item was displayed in the store and explained to her how great my interaction with Jose went on the day of the order. The cashier walked over to confirm the color of the order that was placed by mistake and the color or the Robbinsdale bed that we asked for. We waited about 10 minutes for her to speak to the store manager and then she called us over to speak to him. I started in having to once again explain our situation to him. Noticing that while I was speaking to him he was actually distracted by his phone (An iPhone) as he fidgeted with it thru-ought our whole interaction. I was optimistic all the way up until I spoke to the manager. At that point the whole visit felt like a waste of time. Even tho the store associate ordered the wrong color bed they made it clear that they took no responsibility for his mistake. They went on for about 5 minutes telling me what I should have done. Honest criticism for the manager is that he does not belong in customer service. I smiled at him as our interaction began and he didn’t change his facial expression. The team did nothing for us even despite initially telling us that there was an error the cashier had noted in the system. The manager told me that he is not allowed to make decisions on returns and that he was tied by corporate and only they could make decisions on matters like this. I will never shop here again.

New purchase delivered on 5/4/24 I went to several local stores never shopped at Ashley, I will never come back. On delivery day the delivery guy was using a box cutter to unwrap the couch and were very sloppy they placed the couch against the wall 2 hrs later I moved the couch to plug something in and noticed he cut the couch I immediately called the store was told to call customer care which I opened a claim I guess I asked for a new couch as I haven’t even sat on them yet they advised if they couldn’t repair they would replace the couch. Today on 5/8/24 we get a call saying they can’t repair the cut they will have to order a whole new back side I keep asking why should I have to go through this trouble if I’m not the one who causes the damage I purchased something new I want a replacement they said no the tech will make it look new ( NOT THE POINT I BOUGHT SOMETHING NEW I WANT IT NEW NOT ALREADY REPAIRED FOR SOMETHING I DIDN’T DO). called local store Daniel advised same information let them try to fix it I tried to explain not fair I’m paying thousands of dollars and I have to get a repaired item already he said yes that’s how process works, I asked to take it back he said sales are final read back of contract , I said what if I don’t like how it looks he said you can’t complain because we removed staples or stitching, they won’t even take any money off I would be happy with that .This might not happen to you but what if it does , just think twice before giving this place your money they will run you in circles as to who has the final say. Take your money somewhere else save yourself the frustration if it does happen to you

Rose made shopping for new furniture a great experience. She is knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and full of great ideas. She is willing to listen, wait patiently, and answer millions of questions. It took me 4 days to make a decision and Rose was great through the entire process. She researched and had ideas ready when I came back in. She considered my question thoughtfully and always answered truthfully. I truly decided not to shop around because of her stellar service. Thanks Rose for a great shopping experience.

Bought a headboard on clearance and after we got home from picking it up, most parts were missing or broken. I didn't check for the screws or bolts because I trusted their wear house manager. Hopefully they keep their word to order and replace the parts.

In store customer service was great, but outside of that it was terrible. They cancelled my order delivery date 4 times before actually delivering my couch. I ended up waiting an extra month and a half to get the couch. It’s a nice couch but it was a frustrating experience.

When I walked in I already knew what I wanted I paid in FULL for a table and a rug . The sales men told me they are in the stock at the warehouse and gave me a date and said it would be the following week but I won’t receive both items and I asked him to push it out to the following week to receive both and so I extended my delivery two weeks in instead of one to get both my items . The weekend before I get my things I get a call saying my items are not in the warehouse yet they need to extend me delivery , we extended it . Ever since then they kept extending my delivery because items weren’t in stock ! I called the manager and he said they don’t tell us a date for delivery they give us a time frame and I let him know that he needs to train his sales men over because I was not told that and he always says on the receipt it states delivery will be delayed if not available and that was a LIE and he also said he’s not going to help me with anything because I’ve only waited a month . He was very rude and didn’t care what so ever . Never again will I order from Ashley’s furniture , they are suppose to be a high brand furniture store with good quality service but they have horrible delivery and once they sale is over the people in the store including the manager do not care after .

Great experience buying a whole living room set the team answered all of our questions and was patient with us while we made a decision Daniel and ally and Henry helped with this purchase they were all great. Have used them for a lot of things--office, home, multiple apartments, etc. Experience has fallen off so badly. They just LIE constantly and then look at you with smug $h!+ eating grins. Absolutely INSANE experiences lately... Most recent example: went in for bed frame and dresser. Confirmed items w/associate (who had been VERY nice through entire process). He enters info for cart etc, I confirm it is accurate, all is normal. I go to pay w/Ashely credit card + financings etc. suddenly issues come up. He confirms account is active, and full credit line is available (I had paid everything and not put anything new on it in over a year). SO why is it giving error message? He doesn't know. He runs off to manager, who takes care of everything on his computer. Comes back and says "everything's done and taken care of I just couldn't do it on my ipad we had to do it at the computer station" ok fine. WELL delivery day comes--THE WRONG ITEMS. The delivery driver had me sign before he brought it inside (I know--I should confirm items first, absolutely understand, BUT you reader know as well as I do when they shove that phone in your face for a signature you're not thinking about that...) well the dresser is the wrong one. I tell them, they basically say "too bad go check w/ store you purchased at" so I drive there and tell them i'd please like to swap it for THE ONE I CHOSE and they say "no returns". literal quote from manager "it's your property now" I said I want to exchange my property for the property I actually purchased. He ROLLED HIS EYES at me?? Are you SERIOUS?? Look, I'm not a Karen(sorry to innocent people named karen) but I could not BELIEVE how they were acting toward me. The item had a completely different name + price but they wouldn't do anything about it?? He said "if it's damaged we can exchange it for one that's not damaged" it's like he was deaf. SIR, THEY SENT ME THE WRONG FURNITURE. They don't care. They're just trying to get their sales. Go literally anywhere else... I have bought two couches, two beds, two tables, two ottomans, dressers and rugs from them as well as various home decor. I'm not going back. They used to be great, now it's just a disaster. Useless.

Beware of the fake warranty. We purchased the extended warranty on our dining table and just tried to use it. They denied fixing a heat stain due to the fact that there were other small damaged areas, such as minor scratches. I guess you have to use the warranty every single time there is something small in order to use it for bigger things. I feel very ripped off getting talked into the warranty that supposedly fixes everything. Please better educate your staff on these matters.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon and was briefly greeted but the salesman wasn’t too welcoming. I went in with my younger sister and it seemed like they didn’t bother to help me with any questions. Another downside is that I was told that orders cannot be picked up, everything has to get shipped for an additional price. Other than that, the furniture in the showroom was very beautiful.

I bought two rugs at a clearance price of $270, assuming they were returned items. Each rug had a tag depicting its intended design. However, upon bringing them home, I discovered they were heavily used and dirty, rendering the original design unrecognizable. When I reached out to the store, they asserted that all clearance items were indeed used and suggested I should have inspected them before leaving. I attempted to explain that I relied on the picture-tag as a reference, but the person on the phone was dismissive and impolite. Their customer service left much to be desired. Furthermore, I noticed on the receipt that clearance items were labeled as non-returnable, although I wouldn't have considered returning them had they matched the advertised condition. Used Items should be labeled "As Is."

I really loved these grey top of the line couches! We had went to 5 different furniture stores but I had my heart set on these. TOU was the salesman who helped me out. Make sure you ask questions and read the fine print because they're all smiles and giggles when they want to sell you thousands of dollars worth of furniture, but disgustingly rude and unprofessional when you go to them after you've signed. BE VERY CAREFUL SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION. If you expect to be treated like a respectable customer here, this is NOT the place for you. The general store manager, TUNG ZO, is not helpful whatsoever and will leave you feeling angry, humiliated, and disappointed. I've read so many negative reviews about this guy, I don't understand how he's still the general manager there. Clearly, Ashley does not care about its customers since it hasn't put a stop to this man's poor treatment of its customers. Take your hard-earned dollars elsewhere. Do not shop at this store!

Just received delivery and was told an item was on back order. Did not receive a text call or email indicating back order. Called the store spoke to Jess. Her explanation of the back order process was unclear and frustrating. Asked to speak to a supervisor and got Tung on the phone. He said do you want the item or not. You go into stores these days to receive good customer service. I should have ordered something online. I expect more from a store Manager!!! You set the tone for communication with your team. Giving 1 star for Angie our sales agent she was great and went above and beyond on her day off!!!! She should be the store manager.

Customer services really need to be 0 stars the day before my delivery on a 7 piece dining set to be delivered cancel due to a mistake I made in address I spoke with CSR previously an asked if I need to cancel my order an was told no that it will be corrected by agent Veronica Green. I understand it was my mistake but I shouldn't be told it was going to be cancel the day before delivery when I asked if I need to cancel it four days prior I'll take my business elsewhere. Customer services is everything for all CSR involved in that call. You guys had the nerve to cancel my back order from Nov 26 2023 and still send a delivery guy to my place. This store is fraudulent and lies to sell what they can. We purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress from them and were told that you have 90 days to exchange if we do not like it and that it is through the manufacturer. Just beware the manufacturer does not recognize Ashley as a third-party seller and does not honor that exchange. When contacting the store, they told us to contact Tempur-pedic which we did and again they said they do not recognize Ashley HomeStore as a third-party. Ashley does not and will not honor the exchange so we are stuck with the mattress. If I could give them less than one star, I would, and I am trying to let everybody know do not shop there. The sales rep, Hamzeh, and Mgr Tung Blatantly lied to us when we called and offered no assistance.

We ordered a sofa on Black Friday weekend that we were assured was in stock and available for delivery 12/09/2023. The delivery has since been rescheduled twice and now is scheduled for 01/17/2024. I'd rather that they had been upfront about it being on back order instead of lying about it.

I saw a picture of a sofa online with just the brands name and design name, so I took a chance and called Ashley Furniture since it was manufactured by Ashley. I was connected with Beverly and she was most helpful. She looked the sofa up and gave me all the info I needed, then she said they had it on the floor for me to see. I went in today to see the sofa and asked for Beverly. Very busy because of Black Friday, but she took her time, pointed out some features I hadn't thought about, and explained their extended warranty program. Beverly was professional, yet friendly, knowledgeable about the product and a good sales person, because she sold me the extended warranty (which I NEVER buy)! In store was a really good experience. Hopefully the delivery people are the same next weem.
I have received multiple text requests for furniture that isn't supposed to arrive to my house for another 36 days. Once I actually get the furniture in my home, I will be able to better rate your product and service.

HORRIBLE customer service and even WORSE management! My brother and sister went in and applied for a synchrony credit card and got approved. The horrible staff failed to mention that it can ONLY be used at Ashley Furniture! Had they known that then they would’ve never applied! They tried to get the issue resolved with management and management blamed them instead of being apologetic and trying to resolve the issue! I would NEVER recommend going to the Ashley furniture on blackstone! They are LIARS and DECEIVERS!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!. THEY WILL TRAP YOU. Tell you, to apply for Synchrony credit but not tell you it's an Ashley credit only. Wanted to keep my options open look at other places, when I found another location went to use my Synchrony card and was declined because it's only meant for Ashley. Looked like an idiot, and when I went back to the store to explain this to the store manager, he had the nerve to say it was my fault because I allowed to have my credit ran. Wouldn't give me his boss info, but of course corporate number where you speak to someone outside of the US and they are bigger idiots then Ashley employees. They trapped me and writing this so they won't trap you.
This store is very unprofessional. My friend went in and got a credit card from this location not knowing she can only use the card at the store, and no other Ashley furniture poor customer service. I would never go to this store and try to get a credit card or furniture
Ashley furniture in fresno has no shame. Sales people are dishonest and only looking out for themselves they do not care about the customers. They were so eager for me to apply with synchrony bank for financing only to find out today that I can only use it at Ashley furniture on Blackstone in Fresno. Never mentioned that. DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY FURNITURE!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. My husband and I went to the Fresno California location and the sales person informed us we can pre qualify for a synchrony credit card. The most upsetting part is NOT ONCE DID HE SAY ITS A ASHLEY HOME CREDIT CARD. Now our credit is ran and we only can purchase from Ashley furniture. When I tried to speak to the store manager all I got from him was no one forced you and you should have read the print. I have to video recorded of what he said and when I asked for his district manager to contact me or regional he said he doesn’t have that and directed me to customer support and when I called they transfer me back to the store. I work as an operations manager in retail and I know this is not how you treat customers and complaints. Not acceptable and I need to speak to someone about this.

I bought a mattress for my 3 year old son. 7 months later the spring has made a hole in the mattress and the springs keeps poking him when he lays down. Called Ashley's to make a claim, they sent a technician and he told us the the mattress was no good and he would take care of it. I find out months later that the technician wrote something different in his report so Ashley's wouldn't cover it. He blamed my son for the incident. I told the claim department how can a 34 pound kid be to heavy for your mattress to cause the spring to come lose. All they said is sorry we don't cover that. This place sells low quality mattresses and will lie just so they don't own up to their warranties. My advice is for buyers not to buy mattresses from Ashleys furniture and to take your business somewhere else. I originally posted the above review and was contacted by Ashleys and was told to put down my information and they would look into the claim to help me. I even sent them pictures of the mattress and how it keeps getting worse. They didn't do anything but repeat what their technician wrote on his report. They won't help at all, they just stick to cheating people. They find any reason to not honor their warranties. Avoid this business at all times
First of all, I've been a longtime customer with Ashley’s furniture. My complete apartment is furnished with Ashley’s furniture. With that being said, my experience with Fresno, Ashley furniture was horrible. I walked into the store and waited for about an hour and no one bothered to assist me with my guest room purchase. I had to look for someone to help me, so I asked Tou the salesperson who wasn’t helping anyone at the time. Tou recommended the bed with drawers and reassured me over and over that I did not need a boxspring. When the bed was delivered, the delivery person said it needed a boxspring before I put the mattress on. When I called the store, they refused my call and told a middle person to relay the message to me that it did not need a boxspring. Someone else called me from the delivery team and I explained how I was not satisfied with my purchase. Tou called me and told me that it was his mistake and that I would have to pay for the boxspring plus delivery. At this point I was not happy at all and asked to speak with his manager. He then told me that they would waive the delivery fee but I would still have to pay $100. I will no longer be doing business with Fresno Ashley’s furniture due to the fact that I purchased a bed that has drawers thinking all I would have to do is buy a mattress based on what Tuo told me. I have yet to receive a return phone call from the manager. Fresno, Ashley’s furniture please do better. Completely unsatisfied customer Mary.

Going to Ashley wasn’t our first choice, we just went in to look, but luckily we met Henry and felt like he genuinely cared about us leaving happy versus us just being another sale he made. We will definitely be going back for future home purchases. My Fiancé and I wanted to purchase a new bed, but didn’t want to rush into the decision. Henry answered all of our questions and was very personable. He didn’t try to force us into anything, but actually encouraged us to go home, do some research, talk it over, and come back in a couple of days even just to lay on the mattresses to be 100% sure we are satisfied. We were going to wait until Black Friday to actually purchase the new bed, but Henry made it possible for us to purchase our new bed sooner! Overall great experience!

Update: have to revise review! Delivery isn't free, but I paid the substantial fee. As due date neared, I received a call that my mattress was suddenly on back order. Funny, it was in stock when they sold it to me. But okay, rescheduled for a week later..That's come and gone, this time no call. Never going to buy from them again.! Came in on a mission. Mission successful, young fellows helping me were delightful.

Henry is THE BEST!! I visited the Ashley Home Furniture Store River Park location for the first time (9.22.33). Upon arrival, I was greeted by Henry with a friendly smile and a helpful approach. I had attempted to purchase an online dining set regularly priced for $850 but on clearance for just $210. Since I was unsuccessful at purchasing the item online, I called customer service who informed me I would have to make this purchase in-store. I showed Henry proof of the online price, as it was a different sale price in-store. Without hesitation Henry presented my information to his manager, who in-turn without hesitation honored the online price. Henry also thoroughly explained their delivery process and fees and furniture protection plan; what it covers, what it doesn't cover, and frequent scenarios that come up. I appreciated Henry's time and attention to detail walking me through their process and answering my questions. I had a very pleasant experience. The entire transaction was under 30 minutes, this includes from the time I walked thru the door. I've been a faithful customer of Ashley's Furniture for several years. I appreciate their high quality and attention to detail. If you are in the market for high quality furniture at a good price Ashley's Furniture should definitely be on your list. I wish I could leave NO STARS - I will NEVER purchase from Ashley Furniture again! Last year, I had been thinking of buying a matching nightstand, and had been watching the price for a sale. I was excited when Ashley Furniture advertised 50% off. Went to the store only to find they darn near doubled the tag price so after the discount, it netted to what the original price had been for the several months I'd been watching it. When I asked the associate about the discrepancy, she not only didn't deny it, but then offered to sell me a mattress and throw in the frame for free to compensate for my displeasure. How does that make sense! I swore then that I would never shop here again, but fast forward to this month and a move into a new home - I decided I really did want the nightstand that matched my bedroom set and went into the store, paid cash, and set a delivery date. It was just delivered, and is damaged. The top is blatantly scratched and painted over. Did they really try to pawn off a damaged item?! I called the "local" number, which surprise! is outsourced and the local store refuses to assist in replacing the item. I have now been on hold with the outsourced customer service for over 2 hours, with no resolve other than they will get back to me within 72 hours! Normally I would be willing to wait, however this was ordered to be delivered today for a specific reason. UGG I TRULY WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

My experience at this store was honestly the worst I’ve had. The person who was working with us who’s name is Tou, took extremely long and was saying a price that included shipping, protection, etc. At the end he then said that it would take an extra 250 dollars. He lied to us wasted a hour of our time.
I was dreading having to go furniture shopping yesterday, but I actually had a great experience buying a sectional sofa at the Fresno Ashley store. Nancy was the sales floor representative that assisted me with my purchase. Nancy was very polite and super helpful and made my shopping experience stress free. I plan to return to see Nancy for my next purchase. If you want a pleasant experience like mine, you should go see Nancy too.

I came here to buy new furniture with my fiancé as we were moving. We came in about an hour and a half before closing and we ended up decided on purchasing over $3,000 worth of furniture. We ended up being there past closing as it is a long process. Our salesman who was very patient with us even though we took a long time deciding what we wanted. Was an old man who was struggling with the sale and asked the manager Tung for help. Not only did he snap be rude and lose his patience instantly but he did it right in front of us like nothing. Like if it was a common occurrence that happens often and if he was ok with doing that in front of us who knows how he treats him when no one is around. I understand that he’s older and may struggle at times with things but what happened to having patience and compassion for your employees, especially considering that we were making a big purchase that he had helped sell for the store. Do not shop at this Ashley’s Furniture go to another one. Just imagine if your elderly parent was working a job and they were being treated like this. Instantly made my blood boil seeing this unfold in front of me, I cannot imagine someone yelling at my parents like this without it angering me to the core.

Delivery was great...Ashley's constantly communicated confirmation dates, and ETA..On arrival everything was delivered and put together with 30min.Very efficient and we are happy.

Ashley furniture sent me the wrong couch. I had it for two weeks before going into the store and realizing they sent the wrong couch. I asked the service desk to look it up. They said, the girl who help me wrote that couch down. I told them I didn't realize she put the wrong number down, I trusted that she knew her job. The guy was rude by saying oh well you didn't notice. Think twice, or do their job and double check. 🤔 Stuck with the wrong couch.

Worst experience. The salesman sold me 3 bar stools and called me as I am driving out of parking lot that since these bar stools come in pair of 2, I need to buy either 2 or 4. Talking to store manager or Ashley headquarters didn’t help either. I was forced to buy 4 and now I am trying to fit in 4th one somewhere. The problem is that I really liked them, so I could not just not buy anything. My recommendation is to stay away from them if possible.

It's like buying a Car, the salesperson has to talk to his manager. I will avoid this situation if all possible in the future. Jerry (salesperson) at the Blackstone store in Fresno was great. When the manager would talk to the salesperson in front of me, about the Furniture I was buying, made me want to walk out. Not to mention the time wasted with the Manager bit. My two cents.

My husband and I went to look for some furnitures for our new home. Tou and Devin were able to help us find the right furnitures for the right price! Worst company to buy furniture. Especially when it comes down to their protection plans for their furniture. They do not and I repeat do not help you. They make you go in circles from phone number to phone number. They send different technicians claiming they are going to resolve the problem and at the end tell you their plans don't cover. Worst company. Over 2 years dealing with them and still no solution.
Trusted and Good quality furniture
Purchased a couch set in November 21. Called Ashley to let them know I discovered a bolt was missing and the couch sat uneven. The person at the support center said a repair person would be out later that week. No repair person contacted us or has shown up for the repair. I have emailed several times with no response. I don't want to call them back because last time I called it was support center overseas and took an hour for them to understand I was missing a bolt. Avoid this place, they don't stand behind there products.
We received excellent customer service and found exactly what we needed. Salesman Jose was especially helpful and pleasant. Price was right. Delivery was swift.
What to say well i bought a bed and within 2 weeks of getting it. The bed broke i had to wait 2 weeks for a tech to come out and fix it. That was a Friday on Monday Broke again in the same place. now i have to wait another 2 weeks for a tech to come out and look at it. the person i am speaking with to schedule an appointment offers a sat appointment when i tell her that will be good, she replies oh sorry that day is already filled up. Is there furniture made so poorly that there are so many customers waiting for an appointment? And don't go into the store asking for help they got your money they no longer want to help... Shame on Ashley Furniture. they say in there message while on hold how good there furniture is made and the ship all around the world. cheap merchandise is what they ship. so if your thinking about Ashley furniture DON'T. One star is really to much but you can't post unless you give them a star..... Sad

Highly recommend Nancy at Fresno location. Very helpful, friendly, personable and efficient! Found exactly what I was looking for within 20 minutes of my visit and will be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We will continue to come back to Ashley.
Not impressed with the CS service after your purchase. They don't answer emails and when you call, they tell you to go to the internet and email them. Bunch of the Run Around so far, I can't get my gift cards they promised me but it's only been almost 3 months SMH. I gave them 2 stars because the actual store is very accommodating.

Stay away. Terrible customer service after purchase. Delivery takes months on months and not everything comes at once. The quality of the furniture is trash and the guys they send out to assemble them do a terrible job. They literally left chairs with half the bolts missing. And good luck getting them to honor the warranty they push you to buy. Just don't deal with them.

Walked in and felt like you are being watched by hawks. They have someone staring at you in every room. When we did decide to sit down and a couch that was extremely uncomfortable. An associate (could of fooled me, she was lounging in a chair) yelled at us from across the room, "IT COMES IM DIFFERENT COLORS!" In which I asked, "Does it come with back support?" In which she responded, "No." As you can imagine, we promptly left. 0/10 would recommend. Go to bobs discount furniture. They are far kinder and WAY more reasonably priced.

Avoid this store!!!! Do not waste your time coming here. Went to the store on April 8, 22 to look at countertop stools and king foundation wood frame. We were told by the sales agent Macalab Acosta that they have it in stock and will be deliver to us within the next week. Little did we know that he was quick to make a sales and lied to get us to buy their products only. Come to find out, our items will not be deliver until May 15 for the foundation and June 3 for the countertop stools. We went back to the store again on the week of May 16 since the rep got our foundation wrong. It was supposed to be a King size and he listed it down as a Cal King. They corrected that and assure us that it will be a wood frame foundation that will be deliver on May 26, 22. When it was delivered, it was the metal frame. We took it back to the store the next day on May 27, 22 that the item was incorrect as we were told that it was supposed to be a wood frame. Another sales manager Lionel Burgos went ahead and look up the wood frame foundation King for us and put in a case to the warehouse. We were told that they will give us an update when the ware house responded. This then follow by many follow up calls and today I spoke with the manager Devin and was finally told that our case was closed and they will not be sending us the King wood frame foundation since it's an extra cost and we didn't pay for that. They refused to refund us and said once the item is delivered then it's our problem now. This is the manager that approves his employees to steal money from their customers. Manager’s name is Devin. DONT EVER BUY HERE! Literally the WORST experience ever! I purchased my bed set in March and got it delivered in April, the bed frame was BROKEN! I didn’t notice because it was a slight crack. I called the store and they told me to reach out to customer service. Customer service tried to tell me that the damage was MY FAULT! It took over 2 weeks to speak with some who sent a tech to check the furniture out in person. He ordered me a new bed rail and said he was going to EXPRESS ship it! It is now the END of JUNE and I still have a broken bed! Since the wood was cracked and it’s been over 2 months the rail has cracked even more from us sleeping on the bed! This company is the worst! Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!! I will NEVER BUY form this TRASH company again and I recommend no one else buy from them either. They will just screw you over!!!!!

So we went into Ashley last year bought a new bed, new dining table, couches, coffee table and end table. Had our delivery set up for 2 different deliveries. However our coffee table and end table never made it. So we went in recently because after waiting months thought we would go in. We ended picking out 2 different items because the coffee table and end table were no longer available or way out can't remember. However our new items came 2 weeks ago, one was slightly damaged on the corner looks like it has been dropped so I tried call, but chatted via their app they gave me a reference # said expect a call with 24-72 hours. 2 weeks later no call so I try to call again and can only chat via app the rep said he we would receive a call soon. Here I am a few days later nothing! Why do I feel like I'm getting dodged?
Horrible Horrible customer service! Spent more than $15,000 at this store and made sure every piece of furniture will be assembled. We were promised all the furniture will be assembled. On the day of the delivery they assembled everything but my sons bed set and told us that they won't assemble it. Talked to Lionel the manager and he said he will take care of it. Called on Monday and he was no help at all. He tried to blame us for knowing that the bed set wouldn’t be assembled. The sales representative never mentioned to us. The way they try to blame the customer is very unprofessional. They will give you the run around. Believe all the bad reviews they are cons and really don’t care about the customers.
BEWARE!!! I am an honest person and like to be fair but this store and customer service has to be the worst I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give them negative stars I would. Stay away from Ashley. I thought they were reputable and better than others. Stay away from Tung, he is a con artist. Even though I have it in writing that they were going to deliver 2 chairs, they only want to give me one. Day of sale they said they would do price match and honor my 10% coupon that I had. At the end of the day they did not honor any of that. I am not want to complain but these people are really there to steal your money. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!! You have been warned :) I wish I would have read the reviews before going here. Like I said, I have written proof but to them it means nothing.
Horrible experience! Spent most of our time with them trying to get us to purchase temerpedic mattresses for our elementary/middle school daughters. Kept telling them they really don't need a 25 year warranty because they will be out of twin beds within the next 5 years. We stayed passed closing with them finally saying if we didn't purchase the temperpedic mattresses then they couldn't discount the furniture. We had over an hour drive home so we left and told them we would be back next week to finalize the sale with the cheaper mattress (still pretty expensive). They said we would loose out on the promotions going on which was fine with us. We ended up purchasing mattresses elsewhere but did go back for the bed frames and vanity. We also purchased 2 bar stools and the furniture ins. They delivered and set up the beds. My husband had to redo the slats on the bed because they put them in lopsided. We heard a loud pop from the vanity. Turns out they put the mirror on wrong and tightened the screws way to tight. The back of the vanity now has a crack in the back. Still we thought no big deal we bought the ins. We reported it the same day it was delivered and have not heard a word. I also want to return the bar stools to which they replied shouldn't be a problem. And to top it off they never gave us the gas cards for the promotion going on at the time of purchase. Should have stayed with buying all my furniture at Rosso's. Expensive but hadn't had no issues with them in the 16 years I purchased from them.

Don't purchased the additional cleaning/repair warranty, it's not worth it. It is through a different company that is difficult to work with. We had an issue where an animal was on the sofa and we wanted someone to come clean it. Of course, they said they couldn't do it unless there was a stain or it was torn. Unbelievable. We purchased a sectional w/ a chaise back in the summer of 2019. It looks something like their current Enola 2-Piece Sectional. The sofa is still in good shape. Though we ourselves have to wash the sofa covers instead of the Co. doing it for us for that extra $60 they added on. Read the fine print. that's how they get you. I guess that is how they balance out the promotional coupons they have. I have to say that the individual how helped us was very patient and helpful. Thank goodness for him.

Was supposed to receive sofa set in 6 weeks. Ended up being exactly 5 mos. Paid for delivery and set up. Driver told us right off the bat it would not fit through our door. He said people don't pay attention to dimensions! We told him to just leave the furniture in our front yard and we would do it, which we did. We had waited 5 months! No way were we letting him take it back. First purchase with Ashley. Last purchase with Ashley. The whole experience was a nightmare.
Do not buy from Ashley furniture! I bought from them I kid you not 2 weeks ago. Had my couch delivered and went to use my chair and now it has been stuck in the up position for 2 weeks. I’ve reached out to there customer support and the store I bought it from 4 different times and they still haven’t came out to fix it or contact me for it and to add to all this I purchased there extended warranty. So I would not buy anything from them definitely was a waste of $3500
Purchase table and chairs for . We have yet to receive after 6 month!!! They let us know it was being delivered and then was informed it did not arrive. Now this week, we were told it was being delivered. We waited all day and nothing. This morning we telephoned Ashley to find out what happened and they let us know we didn’t confirm. We let them know we received an email and two phone calls and we responded and spoke to delivery people. The guy proceeded to apologize and then abruptly hung upon us!!! Do not not purchase from these people if you want your delivery within a decent amount of time!!
The guy at the reception is little weird. He acted like he do not work there. He was so lost. He did not know what he was doing. We had to pick up our order from there but he acted like we are visiting for nothing. Not a place for me visit again.

I purchased a specific item online and something delivered to me was different. My mattress is hanging off the side of the bedframe and it's half the width of what I ordered online. Customer service says they cannot help me. And there's nothing they can do, non existent customer service, these people that answer the phone are doing just that, just answering the phones. If you cannot do anything to help a customer out then put that on your website under Ashley homestore furniture. Use it as your underlying quote "sorry there's nothing we can do for you" thanks for being a loyal customer! SMDH the world we live in ...

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE. We bought a couch and cocktail table from a set on black Friday, last November, and were rushed through the paperwork and given fraudulent information about the payments, and the delivery dates. both pieces have been delayed to almost April, and we're paying almost double what we were told, twice as often. The employees who helped us were too busy being at each other's throats to even take our information down correctly, and keeping in contact with the company has been borderline impossible. im beginning to lose hope of even receiving our products, and am IMMENSELY frustrated.

I bought a temperpedic cal king mattress and to talk me into buying the mattress they said they would give me a glider, swivel, recliner for free. But they would have to charge me $1.00 for accounting. So I buy it and they said it would be 3 months befor the can deliver it the Chair. 3 and 1/months go by no Chair. I go to Ashley and they say the company stopped making it. But I can apply the dollar to any thing in the store. Then as my voice gets louder they say I can have any thing in the store up to $1000. So I choose a Chair but in a brown color. Nope the have disconnected that Chair but I can have that disply Chair. So the give me another manager. As it looks like I loose my money or get something I got an adjustable frame for my mattress. This manager gave me the value of the Chair then subtracted it from the $3000.00 then gave me 50% off and some how I got it for $800.00 with delivery and installation. That was great. But I still need a chair.
I have been an Ashley customer for years! I love the quality! We have made two purchases within the last two weeks for our new home. Tou was our salesman! Great guy and he helped us with our first purchase when we went today for our second purchase Tou was great and did his best to get us a great deal and we made sure to work with him again. He did get his manager involved and I must say that manager was rude and the tone he used was not nice!!!!! I felt bad the way he was answering our salesman!
Tou was great. He showed us the items we were interested in and stepped away while we made our decision. When we were ready to purchase- it was a smooth and easy transition. We will be back to work with him on any other purchases for our new house.
Good furniture but very very bad service. Bought a dining set back in November and had to wait over a month to get the chairs only and when delivered two of t.he chairs where uneven and wobbly, the guy delivering the furniture took note of it and told us it would take a week or so for another guy to come and fix them or replace them. 2 months have passed and no one has show up or call me. I have try calling their warranty number but have to hang up since they take over 30 minutes and they don't answer. I still haven't recieve the dining table and it was scheduled to be deliver early February. Horrible delivery customer service and warranty customer service

This is the last time I will be ordering from Ashley Furniture. Order my couch back in November hoping to have it deliver for my new place. An estimated delivery was set for December 10. Had requested off work to wait for this delivery. Called and delivery was switch to January. Switch to February 10th now it’s estimated to deliver in February 25th. The delivery is constantly changing and there’s literally no one to tell you about these update. Ever since my purchase I have gotten two emails from Ashley only. No sort of communication. This is the worst place to shop. The delivery is going to constantly change and never a set date. There’s no way it’s the #1 furniture store. Called and spoke with their reps and they just keep on saying it’s an estimate and there’s nothing they can do till the items arrive to the warehouse. Smh. No point of selling an item if you cant deliver it to your customers and fulfill their satisfaction.
Please do not purchase anything from this place. Paid $119.00 assembly and they shipped it via ups and refused to refund the assembly fee and both people I talked were rude, condescending, dismissive, and disrespectful. I will tell everyone to never purchase from them.

If I could give them Zero stars I would. I been dealing with them since October,2021. I purchased a bedroom set from them and was told it would be delivered on November 15th. Furniture did not arrive till December 22nd. Upon arrival furniture did not come with proper screws and parts to assemble. Delivery guys suggested to keep furniture and dispatch would send someone with parts to assemble the next day, of course that never happened. Now I don't have a bed to sleep on, I have unassembled furniture just sitting in my room and after 10 phones I'm been told rest of parts wont be here till Mid February. I was on phone for almost 2 hours today and was finally told they will not be giving me a refund, I can either request for a replacement which very likely will take another 4-6 months. PLEASE PLEASE BE WARE! DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEYS FURNITURE!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I would have given them zero stars if that were possible. I ordered barstools a little over 10 weeks ago and at that time I paid for set up & (assembly of the items) delivery. Yesterday I received an email that they are having a sale & offering free delivery. I took my paperwork into the store too see if they would refund my delivery charges. The manager was called to answer my question and he was the most disrespectful, rude person I have ever felt with. He said he could refund the charges if I want the stools un assembled & in the box, I said the ad states free “delivery” He practically threw my papers back at me, again stated that they would be un assembled and walked off…. I will never step foot into an Ashley Home Store again….

This business is horrible. The only pleasant experience is before the sale. I purchased furniture and thought all is well. To summarize quickly, I had to wait for the furniture to be delivered. AF delivered my furniture broken, 4 times. Enough is enough. I requested a Full Refund, but they refused. They Breached our Sales Contract, but bullied me to honor the sales Sales Contract, they didn't want to honor. After 3 months of fighting AF's ignoring me, hanging up on me and Victimizing Me, they finally had to honor my legal right. But they shorted my refund. Another 30 days of fighting. Again, I was finally contacted by AF. They wanted to pay that shortage and give me extra for my hassles and frustrations. I told them I don't want extra. I want what is owed me only. They insisted. I told them, look I don't want anything extra, I'm not asking for anything extra. If you send extra, it is because you feel guilty for trying to Victimize Me and I won't go away. They sent me a $200 extra. Hush money. I started a free service: Ashley HomeStore Advocacy Group on FB. AF is poor quality furniture with high markups. Above 6-7 years ago they cheapened the quality and increased profit margins. They don't honor warranties and the Extended Warranty is a scam; it only covers "accidents," not cheap manufacturing. AF tried to blame me for their broken furniture and even said, "Normal wear and tear" and "I broke it before I accepted it. What they didn't know, was, I video recorded each delivery exchange, after the first attempt. They know how to sneak in Broken Furniture, B-Goods and Showroom Floor Samples, without us knowing, because we trust them and don't know how to properly inspect the furniture. Then they use Fraudulent Business Tactics to Victimize and Bully Me. They are currently being investigated for Fraud by a number of different State's Attorney Generals. They will be pleasant, before the sale. They will want you to give reviews and say how pleasant things were. Don't do it. Wait a year. Then give a review. Don't trust AF, don't trust the poor quality either, and don't believe the delivery timeframe. Do your research. Research the store, research the manufacturer and models, research the type of woods/material used in the processing. Ask about the ratings of cushions and research what those ratings means. If they promise anything verbally, make sure they will add it to the contract. Don't let them say it's in the fine print or it's okay. Hand write it, if you must, before you sign.
If I could leave zero stars I would. We ordered a dining table and chairs that were delivered 5 months ago. The chairs were broken when delivered, and Ashley has done absolutely nothing to rectify this issue. I have spent 5+ hours on the phone now trying to get replacements, just to be passed off to a million different people. I have requested call backs from the manager at the Fresno store several times now and never received one. I would go ANYWHERE other than this place for furniture. Trash. Zero customer service. Never again.

Ashley’s furniture store is so unpredictable! You go into the store and place an order Then at the time of delivery only half of an order is delivered. When you try to contact customer service they know nothing! It’s been 2 weeks and we are still waiting for delivery of the items that were ordered. So irritated with this company. I also asked if they could at least credit my account with delivery charges for the inconvenience and they said no. Horrible customer service! Don’t recommend them at all…. Go somewhere else to purchase furniture

Had a wonderful experience as a returning customer at this location. I've met Tung 3 years ago and bought a dining set from him, and he gave excellent services to me. I've returned over this weekend, and surprisingly he remembered me and my wife. Now as a manager he asked how my dining table he sold me. My wife and I couldn't believe that he remembered my dining table that he sold me 3 years go. However this weekend, we wanted to buy a bedroom set. Tung and Jose helped us with selecting the most comfortable bedroom set for us. Absolutely one of the best furniture shopping experiences for us. Good job team. Hopefully I can still see the great customer services you've provided for my next furniture purchase.

The salesman I had was brand new. That isn’t the part that’s frustrating about this entire experience. It was the fact that there were 6-7 employees with no guests or potential buyers with them who were not guiding the salesman along. They were instead talking about tik toks and other nonsense. What should have taken 45 minutes tops took 2 1/2 hours. To put the icing on the cake the salesman only ordered 1/2 the couch but charged me full price. I went into the store again to see what the manager could do because now that couch was on a 4 month back order. The manager on duty at this visit told me there was nothing he could do. He did not want to bring any prices down for their employees mistake. I canceled the entire order. Now 26 days later I still hadn’t received the “down payment” for the items. So I had to return yet again to get the return processed. When on their own website it states that no money down is required in their financing tab. If the website states it you must follow it. Synchrony allows 100% of the purchase to be financed. Don’t let them tell you otherwise. I would not recommend this store. If you like their furniture buy it elsewhere. Got the same couch at the same price with an extended protection plan elsewhere without any hassles.
I've had to deliveries now. Both times bed brame had been dadmaged. I'm really frustrated now. Don't know what's going on with the warehouse. I've had to deny delivery twice now. SMH
If I could give zero it would be zero, we ordered a bed, got the insurance which salesman said no questions asked if something goes wrong they will replace, wrong. The bed literally fell apart , they sent a tech to look at it first in February of 2021, tech said not fixable, they need to order new bed, wouldn’t be here until May 2021, we called in May and the chat , they couldn’t find our account by our name or phone number , they said I needed an order number to look up my information I told them I didn’t have an order number and to please find it because I needed my bed, they refused to help me without an order number , I asked them to look in their system for my order number , they refused, I sent a chat and I got the SAME results! No help!! It’s now almost October and I still have no bed replacement and to say my bed is literally fallen apart is an under statement. WORST customer service ever, they took our phone number down wrong and can’t locate our account and it’s our fault?! Horrible!
Be prepared to wait 6months for your furniture. And good luck getting ahold of someone when you call the store. However I love the furniture and no issues with the quality.

Do not expect your products to be delivered or in good condition above arrival. My items were dropped in the road and scrapped and also put together wrong. Then half my order was not here. I was not informed about this until the delivery men showed up. Costumer service is no help. They take 30 minutes just to direct you to the store and the store never answers. If i could give 0 stars i would. Don't waste your time or money here. A walmart futon would be better then dealing with this company.
If I could give zero stars I would, our order has been delayed by 2 months and everytime we have a date set, they cancel without letting us know until I contact them. Very unprofessional and the piece of furniture we have received was damaged and they didn't give us all the legs for our dresser and still waiting. I will never order from this company again.
Been shopping here for years, last purchase 01-25-21 and haven’t received it yet, they don’t call or text or email, I have been calling and driving to store to ask and they have changed delivery 5 times, I’m done and ordered on line same piece and will arrive in a week. Try not to buy anything in this store. We spent a lot of money and there’s missing item in the deliveries they have made and even the delivery man noted it on the receipt as Missing . I called the Customer service and didn’t help at all and even argued with me and kept telling me the wrong item .He didn’t even listened . We went to the store , the Customer Service Lady ,gave us a Case number and she said that someone will call us within 5-7 days and did not happen at all and no one called us back . By the way the Salesman name CRUZ CRUZ never ask for his assistance . He totally messed up our orders and he just want the Sales and we paid everything Cash . We tried to call him and ask for help , he was never available. I will never go back to this store .

This review is on behalf of my daughter and myself since I I recommended Ashley furniture to my daughter, Ariana Martinez. She ordered a sectional couch back in mid April w. a delivery date of early June ..We’ll June , July passed and no couch. As of today August 25… still no couch . They finally gave her a delivery date of Sept. 9.So after waiting almost 5 mo. … we decided to go to the store since calls were leading us nowhere. We explained the situation to the mgr.and he said 9/2/21would be the real delivery date. So,…after all that they gave ariana $50 for her trouble but he still could not , would not guarantee 9/2/21 as a for sure date. Truck problems I guess..Buying a couch shouldn’t be so hard and having to wait 5 mo. is even more ridiculous. So please people, if you need furniture and dnt want to wait almost 6 months for delivery, go elsewhere!!

Do NOT order from this store EVER!!!!!! My husband and I ordered Couches on Memorial Day Weekend and was told we would have our Furniture within 4-6weeks. Well 6 weeks came and gone, my husband called customer service and was told we have been pushed out to 8/13/2021 as all of our pieces would show up to warehouse between 8/9/2021 and 8/10/2021 and out for delivery 8/13/2021. Well that day has come and gone and nothing. We called customer service again and was told we will be pushed out again until 9/6/2021. I am so highly disappointed for the lack of communication when CLEARLY these salesman know what the deal is in regards to delayed deliveries. If we don't receive all of our Furniture on this estimated delivery date I will be filing a bigger complaint to corporate , will also rate on BBB, get the news stations involved as well having this shared on a family's twitter account that has over 60,000 followers. GET IT TOGETHER ASHLEY'S FURNITURE!!

We’ve been furniture shopping for a few weeks now and when we walked into Ashley’s furniture we were greeted by Betty. We instantly fell In Love with there furniture. Betty asked us if we had any questions and showed us what we were looking for. Of course we ended up spending more then we expected but we got what we looked for. She worked with us until we were able to get almost everything we wanted. She was very knowledgeable with the furniture and especially the temperpedic mattresses. I never would of thought We would of spent the money for a temperpedic mattress but she got us such a great deal and made sure our payments were to what we could afford. We will definitely be going back for what we want in the future and will be going back to Betty. Thank you Betty for the great experience and working with us.
Worst experience ever they lie about everything between the distribution center call center and the store they blame each other about not receiving your products I purchased a set of 6 dinning chairs and paid for them same day and had to wait 2 months to get 2 chairs that by the way we’re broken when I called them about the issue they told me that it’s not there problem because it was a direct ship finally after 2 hrs on the phone I was able to get replacement parts and had to wait another month just to receive the wrong parts then the other 4 chairs came in and I still did not receive my 2 replacement chairs I then went to the store to talk to the store manager and he basically told me there is nothing he can do he’s just another employee up the chain and told me they don’t refund your money either and you can’t return your purchased items I went in 2 days ago again because I’m really frustrated about my situation I purchased the items on 02 /12 /2021 today is the 8/13/2021 and have not received anything they have poor customer service I don’t understand why keep selling if they can’t keep up with the demand all they do is lie and give you the round abouts about everything this is the WORST STORE EXPERIENCE EVER I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THESE LYING PEOPLE…..
One thing is for sure don’t come here if you want your furniture to be delivered on a timely manner. They won’t tell you until you can no longer do anything. Once they get the sales they will forget about you. Later on they will ask you to pick it up and give a defective furniture and they will give you a broken items. Customer service is very rude and never helpful. They will give too much stress. Go somewhere else.

Do not trust anything they say. Horrible customer service. They just take your money and after that they are not responsible for anything. "Call corporate and make a case". 3 months after I purchased a bed, they still haven't fixed the damaged part from the delivery team. After multiple returns to the store and calls to corporare to get this resolved, they send me away with a gift card just to get rid of me. Then the gift card is only for full price of the item. These people do not stand behind the brand they are representing. They are just a storefront. Avoid at all costs.
I wanted to purchase some living room and bedroom furniture and knew what I wanted. I worked with Jacob Batson and told him what I wanted. He knew he products and directed me to them. He was clear on the promotion available, additional services I might need, delivery time and checked into any discounts available. I was very satisfied with my purchases and the service given by Jacob.

The worst experience I have ever had purchasing furniture!!! I bought 4 tables on 6/2/21, and planned to pick-up at the distribution center when they arrived. I was called by the distribution center 8/2/21 amd told that 3 of my 4 tables have arrived, but the 4th was discontinued. When asked which of the 4 tables was discontinued? I was told the "square end table". I had ordered 2 square end tables, but could live without one. I then called the Fresno, Ca store where I have purchased the tables, but call was sent to customer service (in Florida). after explaining the problem the customer service rep called the Fresno, CA store, but during business hours there was no answer of 4 attempts. (no help from customer service) I set pick-up at distribution center for 8/8, and drove 2.5 hours. Upon arriving there were 3 tables... 1 side table and 2 square end tables... but NO large coffee table. After checking with customer service on site was told the coffee table was discontinued (GRRRRR). After returning the 3 tables I just drove 2.5 hrs to pick up I left with no tables, no help, no refund, and positive I will NEVER SHOP AT ASHLEY HOME FURNITURE AGAIN !!!!!
Awesome customer service. Guy who helped me was so informative and helpful. He suggested various products when I gave him a general idea of what I was looking for. Ended up buying that day and very happy with price and customer service.
This review began in July 2021 but each edit changes the review date. February 2022 conclusion below. July 2021 This review is not being written to mention the horrible situation the Ashley Furniture store put me in but to say the store manager Devin at the Fresno location needs to learn to be more professional and respectful to the customers. After meeting several of his employees I figured such bad behavior must be acceptable there. Though I also met several employees who were respectful and nice (only reason for 2 stars vs 1 star) I won't ever spend my money at this location again. What I learned is shop their local store then search for same furniture online for better price. They are big for doubling or tripling a price then they give a high percent off (most recent is 48%) so you think you got a deal. Their online store has better prices for the same thing. For example, they are selling a 3 piece outdoor table set in store for $899.99, "on sale" for $499.99, but same set is for sale on Ashley's online store for $299.99, supposedly marked down from the online price of $499.99. However, I was easily able to find the same set with two more chairs for less! Shameful! August 2021 District Manager from a different store working to fix issues. Will update end result. February 2022/Conclusion: I finally got the price match (after several store visits & numerous calls including to their corporate office). With the instore only credit that resulted, in August 2021 I purchased another item from the local store but after 6 months had passed and after Ashley's cancelled 4 deliveries I cancelled the sale then went to the local store and purchased items I could take home that day. I can now say for sure that I will never trust Ashley's again! Ofcourse everyone is nice with them until there is an issue. But the fact is, I found that their products are cheaply made and didn't last long plus as I noted below, I could have gotten them cheaper and saved alot of money. Also, there are too many unprofessional and shady people like the manager named Devin in the Fresno, CA store and the one named Eric in the Lathrop Outlet. Some of the salespeople too. What they failed to understand was that it wasn't just about the credit, that they legitimately owed to me, as I could have bought anything and as much as I wanted from their store if I wanted to, in cash. It was the principle of the matter.

Poor customer service. Extremely difficult to reach the store over the phone. Inaccurate information of delivery multiple times and delays in delivery without providing any updates.
Terrible. On April 8, 2021, we ordered our furniture set and paid in full. $3564.44. They estimated it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive, which would be about 5/15 to 6/3. In the middle of June, we hadn't heard anything, and when we finally got through to them, they said July 15th. Today is July 15, and they haven't contacted us about anything, and they told us we are now looking at August 8th. I asked for a full refund. They canceled the order and said 7 to 10 business days. If it comes, by July 30th, I will not lower the star rating. That will be 11 business days. But if it does not, the rating will be lowered, and I will file a BBB complaint. Terrible business practices. We would not have purchased from them had we known it would be this long. We had company coming from out of state at the end of June to see our new home. So much for that...
I am giving Ashley Furniture a three for a couple reasons the first they do not answer there phone and when a computer picks up it refers you to the online chat when you get a chat person they refer you back to the store 😖 Nancy the Sales Rep was nice but failed to tell us that we are paying a $199.99 Delivery charge well not happy about that, let see what happens Tuesday on delivery day?
Store manager is very rude. Waited 2 hours to talk to someone. All teams is labelled free shipping and when you buy it you have to pay delivery fees. Staff don’t have any knowledge and they called manager and that Asian guy was very rude.

At the end of May (May 31st), my wife and I purchased two couches for our living room. My wife wrote them a check for it. The very next day I was notified via phone from the store that there was an error regarding the way our check was written. They were in fact correct. In an honest error, the numeral value was the correct price , but where the check was written below, it was three hundred dollars less! They could not run the check through accounting and take it to the bank with such an error according to them in their own words which is correct. So on our way down to issue them a new check, my wife and I got to talking and we decided if we moved some items around in our living room, it would provide space for a larger arrangement that we would rather have. So when we arrived to the store, we explained to them that we would like to cancel that order (void the check) because we wanted to actually purchase a larger arrangement as opposed to the two 7ft couches that the check was written for. They then informed us that they could not give us the check back . Over the phone I was told that the manager had the check in his safe in his office too, but they stated to us that they had to run the check through accounting per "Their Policy", then mail us our refund. ☹ So.... they first stated they couldn't accept the check and by law they couldn't change anything on it, which I understand, but a check that in their own words they couldn't accept legally, once we wished to cancel the order, they then chose to run it through their accounting and have their bank cash it willfully knowing of a legal discrepancy in question from their own institution! It took us 21 days to receive a refund check from them in the mail. Ashley Home Store approved our refund on June 17th after we handed it to them on May 31st! Our refund arrived June 21st. Meanwhile, through the whole lot of things, they will almost never pick up the phone if you attempt to call the local store. I was told I could not contact accounting as the only contact they have is usually via email in their own words. The phone would only ring through to "Customer Service" and all of them accept for three people were not willing to try to help me because it was not that type of customer service! So who can we contact??!! When we were at the store and informed them we wanted to cancel the order to actually purchase a larger arrangement, the manager would not talk to us. He just walked around and appeared busy and his office rep who originally notified us of the problem with the check was informing us of how they had to process the check as opposed to giving it back to us. For 21 days it was a big run a round! I had paper work lined up and was ready to dispute the check through my bank because I really didn't know at this point what they would do next! The check arrived June 21st and we deposited it in our bank. I think in all honesty we did make an error. Two errors! Error number one was "we should have put a stop payment on the check with our bank to head them off"! But I think the way we were dealt with was unprofessional let alone any type of decent policy or common sense within the spirit of things. We actually checked with the bank too because I lost trust with them as I wondered if the check became stolen after we gave it to them. But they cashed it. They couldn't accept the check, and they wouldn't give it back ....... Interesting! I'm not gonna buy anything from them now.🤔 Error No. 2 I should have made him think I was gonna issue another check to see if he would pull our check out of his office and hand it back to us, then just inform him of what we wish to do. I guess this is how it is at this place! I don't know man, back in my day one would usually try to please a customer or be more personal with them for their business. Liked their products & no excessive sales pitch
They lied to me and said they would take away my old couches when they brought my new ones in order to make the sale. I would not have purchased from them had I known I would have to pay extra to have my couches taken to a junk yard. When I called to tell the sales person the delivery drivers said they do not tale the old couches, the manager said they would credit me back 100 dollars. They never gave me the 100 and started ingnoring my calls. My last text message to them from 2 months ago still has no response. 4 phone calls 3 messages. They shouldnt have lied to me then ignored me.

They are good sellers but not good at customer service I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. My Sofa was under warranty they opened the case and closed it by themselves without even fixing it when it was under warranty but now they are saying your manufacture warranty is out. “DON’T BUT FROM HERE” WORST SERVICE AND WORST QUALITY AT GOLD PRICE We bought Sofa and after a month cover started getting bad. There was a manufacturing fault. After 2 months they sent a new cover after calling 12 times and now it’s been 3 months no one showed up to change the sofa cover.

We went into the store at 8pm. We were offered to finance and informed about their sale. We walked further into the store and informed the store was closed. We found it strange nobody had shared with us at the front of the store. As we left we saw the hours stated they closed at 9pm.

Working with the salesperson was totally fine. However after we got home, we found the exact same chairs online for $100 cheaper with a delivery fee of $79 compared to the $169 Ashley was charging. We went the next day to cancel the order and the manager offered to match the price (meaning they know their product is way too marked up), but we decided we still wanted to cancel to continue shopping for better deals. Then the manager said the $169 delivery fee was non-refundable because the chairs were on a truck in WI. So less than 24 hours after a purchase and two weeks out from delivery, a delivery fee was non-refundable???? They ended up eventually voiding the whole transaction but this is the way they do business. If you want to shop at Ashley, go ahead, but make sure to look for the same furniture online and I can almost guarantee you’ll find a much better deal and not have someone try to take $169 for doing literally nothing. I certainly will never be shopping at Ashley again.

Ask for Betty! She was so freakin helpful especially with me being so new to financing. She was very forthcoming with information that helped me get a better deal. She also made sure I understood all of the info during the payment process as well. Short version: I went in with little hope of finding something I would buy today. On my way out found exactly the type of TV stand I needed. Mentioned to Betty, next I’m getting a bed. Betty offers the bed and throws in the TV stand for free. Got a great deal for 2, much needed items. This was my first time buying furniture and it was during their spring sale (50% off). Just needed a new TV stand for now. As soon as I stepped in, Betty met me at the door and got an idea of what I’m looking for then said I could look around for now and she’ll check back with us soon. I brought a friend along who ended up co-signing. Anyway I find the perfect TV stand on my way out then after running a credit check to finance that item, I mention how next I’m getting a bed. Keep in mind I’m just starting to build credit which is why I’m planning to finance the purchase instead of upfront. The credit check showed I can finance up to $3,500, which I did. But first Betty mention if I did the bed, she can throw in the $800 dollar tv stand for free (includes the fireplace heater that I would have got later). The mattress I chose was a standard Temper pedic. I ended up only paying $841.80 cents for the bed and used my $3500 finance to cover the rest. Then payed $1 for the tv stand. So add that up and u have my total price. I was so surprised I was able to obtain these much needed items while only having fair credit rn.
I am really happy with customer service felicia was our sales person and my husband an I love her. She’s very friendly an has great customer service. She was very patient with my girls. Love her I would definitely recommend Felicia.

The sales manager kept trying to tell me he was giving me a deal but the price was a lot higher than the items totaled. He was very pushy with wanting me to get the protection plan. Which I explained I did not need or want. For some reason he reduced the prices on the furniture to make the protection plan “free”. When I totaled all the furniture on my own and then looked at his total it was a $600 increase. How is that possible? I feel like I was duped! Nope not today.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE! THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS! DELIVERY GETS PUSHED BACK WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE! They love when you give them thousands of dollars for furniture but can’t answer any questions you have about why they confirm delivery but end up not following through! We have had to call twice to find out delivery dates changed because nobody reached out from the store! My husband and I have lost valuable time at work and my kids have lost time at school. Not to mention my couch was supposed to be delivered today so I gave my old one away to make room. Needless to say me and my family have nowhere to sit and Thanksgiving isn’t happening now! Oh and don’t count on speaking to the manager, his meetings always seem more important than the customers who are supporting the business. This location need to be shut down! If I could give zero stars I would. 4/22/21 Ashley furniture has definitely redeemed itself this time we went in and worked with Betty, she is so sweet and helpful! She made us feel so comfortable compared to the last time we were there. On top of that the delivered our furniture in 3 days! I think they have hired a lot of new faces and let me tell you, it’s paying off! Betty, thank you so much again! I love my bedroom set so much! 5 stars girl!
Don't do business With Ashley Home Store Furniture. Bought a couch in February, they said it wouldn't be here until April, set my delivery date for the 10th, the 10th came and went with no couch or contact from Ashley. I called, they said the couch was delayed, would be in the warehouse by the 21st. (it actually arrived on the 19th)I set a new delivery apt. for the 24th. Today I got a call from them confirming my apt for the 26th..a Monday, that I cannot be home for. I asked what happened to my apt. on the 24th and they had no answer. I went into the Fresno store in person during my lunch break and spoke to the manager who told me they wouldn't deliver it on the 24th. I could take the 26th or make a later apt. at that point, I requested a full refund and canceled my order. I walked across the parking lot and bought a couch from Bob's that was confirmed in stock and they offered to deliver it within 72 hours. The incompetence and indifference of the staff at the Fresno Ashley Home Store was mind blowing. I get that selling furniture isn't a very glamorous career, but I've seen people holding signs outside of insurance companies that put more passion and professionalism into their work.

I was shopping for my new apartment and she helped me pick out what she thought would work best since I am so indecisive. I gave 2 stars just because when I went in salesperson was very helpful. She gave us time to look around and was able to answer my questions. Now, the other stars is for poor customer service. I called multiple times to the Fresno store, weekend, weekday, morning and afternoon and no one answer. I had to use the chat multiple times to get delivery updates and everytime I would get different dates then was told through chat that the items were backordered😠 . I had my old sofa set removed to make room for the new and still waiting. So much for customer satisfaction, when I put my order to be worked on and finally got a call they gave me 3 options: I can get 1 PC of my sofa set sent in April then the other till June, go in a choose another furniture or just wait till June to receive both items, no apologies, no is there any questions? Just quick to end the call. This was honestly a bad choice to shop at, me thinking oh Ashley Homestore. They want to get you buying but then wait months for items to be delivered, very frustrating. BEWARE !! BE READY TO BE EXTREMELY PATIENT.
If there was an option for 0 stars I’d list that. The only bright spot was the initial salesman who helped us. After that Ashley represents without question the worst customer experience I’ve had with any company. My table was delivered without hardware and couldn’t be assembled and with all the customer service hiccups is now slated to come nearly two weeks late. I tried calling the home store in Fresno about 10 times without response. When I was forced to come in person to address these issues I was greeted by a complete lack of professionalism. After being greeted in customary service by what I can only surmise was a high school student in a sweater, I had to demand to speak to the manager who was listening to my concerns only feet away without acknowledging I was there. When I explained that I had no success reaching the store via phone, what was the response I got? No accountability, no I’m sorry, but rather I was told that they get busy and the ringer is sometimes turned down. I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from doing business with this business until some real oversight and reforms in service are made.

Poor deliveries And comunition
Worst furniture experience! Spent so much money on over priced pieces, my orders were all wrong, I could not get anybody on the line locally to help, so I went into the store and was given the most horrible attitude. Nobody answers the phone at the Fresno office for local help. Pieces I got charged for did not get delivered. I ordered In November and didn’t get delivery till March
In person service is fine. I ordered a table in store and had it delivered to southern California. It never got delivered. Apparently NorCal stores can't deliver to southern California. Seriously? How do the people in store not know this and still make the transaction? It took months just to figure out this stupid policy. I will not be shopping here any time soon.

BEWARE!!! READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY. There is a reason there is no response from these people.... My reviews and pics have over 40,000,000 views on Google maps and the vast majority of my reviews are positive. (Over 99%) During our visit we found a sectional, dining table and buffet piece. After the salesperson made several phone calls and checked on availability and confirmed all pieces were in the warehouse, we allowed credit to be run for zero interest rather than paying cash. (Calls turned out to be all for show because none was in stock) We made the purchase for a confirmed delivery date of 2-17-2021. On 2-11-21 we received a call from the warehouse telling us our delivery would not be made on the scheduled date of 3-5-21. We have no idea where that date came from because the agreed upon delivery date written on our receipt says 2-17-21. Further, they told us the furniture would not be delivered until after the furniture became available on 5-23-2021 and it would be scheduled for the 1st week in June! That’s correct. More than 15 weeks/3.5 months late! There is no doubt they did this to HOOK us and just make the sale. We are currently on hold waiting for a manager. (On hold with warehouse and was disconnected after 20 minutes) I'm now getting in my vehicle to drive 35 minutes to the store to handle this ridiculous situation. After speaking to office manager, Jessica, we cancelled the deal. The bottom line is either the sales person lied to us or the warehouse lied to her. This was NOT a mistake as I see other reviews that basically say the same thing. They will say anything to grab your business and lock it up so you can't shop elsewhere then you are stuck with no furniture. If you want more information look at the Better Business website reviews. Terrible. YOU ARE WARNED....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE.

Went to this store today. Horrible costumer service. A lot of workers but nobody helped me. Nobody wanted to help. I asked to show me a writing desk if they have it. Sells person just pointed me where to go and find. I asked if somebody can show me. He asked the lady who doesn’t even know anything about furniture . Bad experience. Doesn’t make me go there anymore.
Worst experience. They are super friendly and helpful while trying to get your business but once the sale is final, good luck getting your furniture. I’ve had three deliveries to this day and still cannot seem to get my complete order delivered. I mean how difficult is it to load a truck with the right order. And since the distribution center is in Tracy California, they cannot just go back and get the missing pieces. I will never again give This place my business. Update: I received two deliveries from Ashley’s this week and still have not received my full order. They tried to deliver a piece of the table I purchased that had a chunk of the wood missing. FYI, don’t bother dealing with the store Managers you’ll get nowhere, call the corporate office. Update: I was scheduled to receive my order today, I received a text stating my delivery would be between 930-130 that time passed and no delivery no text no phone call was made to me. Drove to the store this time the manager was helpful but stated the distribution center made a computer error and was unable to deliver my table base. Reschedule for another delivery for Monday, this will be the 5th delivery. WOW!!!
Horrible customer service, was promised delivery in 3 weeks that turned in to 6-12 weeks, wrong bed size ordered, and while in store one female staff member sat on a couch on her phone telling the person on the other end about her abusive boyfriend. Would NOT recommend and will never go back !!
So much to say about this place. But I’ll keep it simple. We ordered a living room set and came with a set of lamps. Opened the boxes for the lamps and one of them came in damaged. I called right away. And I get no answer. Called several times and left several voice mails. I then ended up going in store to report damage item and I was advice to take photos of the item and email them. After all that hassle, tech came over and inspected the item and said he didn’t know why they told us to have a tech look at it when the item was obviously not repairable. Tech then said we need to take the item to the store so we can get a replacement. And if they don’t have one in stock that they would order one for us. Brought the item and they said they needed both of the lamps in order to replace the damaged item. There is no communication with them and I really don’t have the time and patience to deal with this. It’s been over Two months since my purchase and I’m still dealing with this. This is my first and last purchase from them. Update. Today is 1/22/2021 and have not yet received my lamps or any update. It’s been close to two month since I returned them and have not heard anything. What an experience this has been.

Horrible customer service in store and with product. I purchase a table from them in March of last year. I notice my table had scratches called and left messages never got an answer. Call extended warranty and rejected my claim saying that it is supposed to be cover under the first year of Ashley Manufacture. After speaking to several individuals in management they decline to help me and ignored to follow up they did not even bother to help me. I dont even used my table and they send over 2 techs and they dont want to help me. I am so unhappy I have tried to get this issue resolve. Today I called Ashely customer service and they redirected me to extended warranty and I try calling back to Ashley customer service and they are not answering my calls they are refusing to help me with my table. They are not even willing to exchange it. Think twice before buying at this place all promotions and emails they sent you and with the worst customer care service. It's only a front so you can buy from them.

I purchased a temper pedic bed and two piece base in December, when my bed arrived, I noticed the base of the bed squeaking and creaking. I went to the store and filed a claim, but the date the furniture inspector was set to come to my house is while I am unavailable. I called the number provided to reschedule the appointment but it was just a automated message that didn't lead anywhere. I went back to the store and the customer service representative informed that Ashley's Furniture does not give refunds for damaged furniture after they have been signed as delivered. So basically I'm stuck paying for broken goods. Don't buy from here they will screw you over and their in-store customer service is awful and the number they give on their business cards go to automated messages with no options to get to talk with a real person.
Terrible, terrible company. ordered $7500 worth of furniture and had to cancel because the store screwed up. Ordered $2500 worth a few months later and everything was bad. Multiple pieces damaged. 10-12 hrs on the phone with customer service in regards to discounts not applied 3 times, a delivery sent to an address 45 minutes away (they admitted it to be their mistake and refused to change it), multiple damaged furniture pieces, etc. Their quality control lacks, but the biggest issue is they never know which ends up and failed to complete their promised fixes without multiple calls back. Their was missing hardware that took an additional month to show and again went to a residence 45 mins away. (again their fault). Finally I decided to leave reviews weeks ago which were not favorable to the company and guess what........they are no where to be seen on the site. Only 4 and 5 star ratings. Very shady company.
I purchased furniture from them two weeks back, however, due to them having been unable to deliver my items at the agreed upon date, I requested a refund. A Ms. Mayra informed me she'd let the financial department know of my request and I should receive an email within 5 - 7 business days. I'll make a follow up review when they contact me as to whether they honor their word or not - this [Dec 17] is day 5. Update: 12/24/2020 I called them three times now on three separate occasions requesting a refund as a result of them having pushed back the delivery of my furniture to a date beyond Xmas. Twice has the same lady [Mayra] told me to call back in 5 days; she also ensured me that the financial department would be emailing me back - nope, they never do. If anyone is reading this, PLEASE, do yourself a favor and make business elsewhere. The reviews are not a joke, nor are they falsely attacking this establishment. These people have no business ethics or morals and will take your money and run. Do not be fooled by the affable vendors inside the store as I was. Tread elsewhere!

I came in last week to purchase Some new couches as I walk in Felicia was at the front of the store. She ask me what was I looking for that day and carefully listen to what I want it she showed me around she was so friendly and nice after we were done with looking at some furniture I told her I am going to walk around and see which one I like with my family . As I was ready we sat down and talk numbers told her I would be back the next day to purchase the couch I like . Next day came I had change my mind on the couches and Chose another one I really like we talk numbers again and we came to a agreement on money wise she talk to the manager he said yes and I sign away . Best experience ever if I ever need anything else I will be coming back to Ashley furniture and of course I will be coming back to get help by Felicia awesome worker . And the best part I got my couches delivered yesterday without any problems.
Ashley furniture has very nice furniture to choose from but, if you live in the Coarsegold area they will NOT deliver. We have been scheduled twice for delivery. Both times we were told that we were not on the delivery schedule.
I ordered multiple pieces from Ashley furniture to furnish a new house. They explained that because of covid the only potential to return any items is if we ordered the set up and assembly, and at the time of set up you decline the order it will be returned. Our barstool were delivered and only had instructions for doorstep drop-off. Ashley in fresno doesn't answer so had to make 2 seperate trips to speak to the manager. They apologized and said when our mattresses arrived they'd instruct the new delivery team to assemble the barstool. Today 2 mattresses were supposed to arrive and all that came was a mattress topper, they were never notified about the barstools. They've been sitting in our house in boxes because if we assemble it ourselves and don't want them, the company won't take them back. Made a seperate 30 min trip now and the manager is saying they can't honor anything, the barstools are doorstep delivery only and they don't know what happened with the mattresses. I will never buy from here again.
I was told my furniture would be delivered in a month 2 1/2 months later is when I received it my sectional was ripped my 1st bar was broken.. the worst furniture experience ever.. not to mention you can never contact customer service.

I went in to this Ashley’s store and had the absolute worst experience I have had at a furniture store.I went in after a mail flyer that advertised a 3 piece power reclining set, I found the set and flagged down an employee. Prior to this no one approached me and asked if I needed help or even acknowledged I was there. I showed the employee the flyer and he brought up the set on the computer got my information and said that it was an amazing deal. Once my information was entered he got his manager so he could price match the manager didn’t even introduce himself he just walked over to the computer typed it up then walked away. The employee asked if I wanted the warranty I said yes and then he asked how I wanted to pay I said with my debit card maybe 3 minutes later the manager walks back up says they are a franchise location and won’t be honoring this deal said if I wanted I could go to the nearest corporate location near Stockton and see if they will honor it. I asked if he could contact them and see if they could process this transaction he responded by saying he can google the number for me. Then walked away nothing else said. There were 2 other couples in the store at the time and both were being assisted but once I was told that they would not honor that price they just walked away from me not sure if it was because I’m female or if it was that I looked young but no attempt was made to give me any options or work with me. I have never seen a store manager be that rude or experience anything like this before. I will definitely remember this visit.
It is one way store once your order placed and delivered there is no chance going back and return or exchange . U will end up frustrated and coming out of store with brain overheated . Bye bye forever.
While we had a great shopping experience in the store, the delivery men dropped our purchase out of the delivery truck onto the ground. We tried to refuse to accept it but then they refused to leave our house until we did saying “we were not allowed to refuse service”. We finally drew a line through the name on the form to get them off our property and immediately went to the store to complain and show a video of the delivery men dropping it from our security camera and complaining that the delivery men would not accept our refusal of the item. It was a five foot drop! After daily calls for a week, three visits to the store, the issue is still not resolved. We had asked very simply for an exchange of the product that was dropped, which we did not accept nor did they set it up, for a new one. The store manager is continuing to say they’ll schedule technicians to come see if there is damage before they will issue an exchange, but after being told several times they’d been contacted, there was still no request for a technician to be sent out in our file. At this point we are now requesting a complete return and refund which they are also saying cannot be done. Simply ridiculous and unacceptable customer service. We paid a lot of money for a quality product that was dropped and neither the delivery people nor the local store manager are accepting our refusal of service for.

I bought dining table from Ashley Fresno store. Table had a little damage and delivery man reported to manager. But no body call me or text or email me yet for a month.
My husband, 2 year old son and I had an awful experience in this store. The store manager is rude and antagonizing. I ended up crying in the store because of the way he treated us and he said that he would let his supervisor know that we wanted to speak with them and they would get back to us if they felt like it. We called for months to try to speak with his manager and I emailed so many times. No response. The customer service people you speak with on the phone are very nice and seem to care but the management could care less about the customers. Don't give this company your business. They only care about the money.

Went in for a bed, they have maybe 10 beds on display not much of a selection. They were also doing a 50% off sell but honestly after bed shopping all day and this being the last place we went, all of the beds looked marked up 50% compared to their competitors. The employee that greeted us was friendly so thats why they get the 3rd star. Probably won't be back.
I searched all over looking for the bedroom set I wanted. I found it at Ashley. Sales people were very knowledgeable and polite. They told me if there were any problems with the furniture when it was delivered, refuse it. That was the easy part, getting any satisfaction after that, forget about it. My 1st delivery was August 5, I have had 3 delivery attempts and cannot get a piece of furniture that is not damaged in some way. Getting someone on the phone is a nightmare. I went to the actual store on Monday to speak to the manager. He was unavailable because they were doing interviews. Today I finally got through to customer care at 10:30 am, asked to speak to the manager of the Fresno store and was told he was on a very important call and would call me back. Yeah right!! No call back. I have had to take time off work to wait around for delivery only to have the furniture damaged and have to do it all over again. Next delivery is 2 weeks away, let's hope 4th time is the last. If corporate reads this I'd love to talk to you!
If I could rate Ashley's zero stars I would. There was a human error on the paper work,they sent the wrong item.Came to the store as recommend by Ashley's customer service just to get a disrespectful and unprofessional manager. Purchased furniture for my son on August 16,2020. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks wait, I was ok with that. Called mid September and was told delivery would be Monday September 28th. Great, Ill take that day off work and be home. Get no less than 3 reminders of delivery and have to confirm multiple times that delivery will be 9/28/20 between 2:00-6:00 pm. Called the Friday before, delivery rep tells me that more than likely they will be there by 3:00 as I am 5th on the truck so technically right after lunch. 9/28/20 comes and I'm waiting, my son is excited for his new bedroom set. No one comes. Spend an hour on the phone between multiple people between Northern Cal and Southern Cal. Finally reach someone who knows what they're talking about who cant understand why no one showed up. the notes say they called me to cancel delivery. Nope, never received a call. I even have a apple watch that will ring to me directly. I then go into the Fresno, CA store on Tuesday 9/29/20 in utter frustration, now being told they can deliver the dresser somewhere around 10/13/20 but part of the bed is now damaged and I will have to wait till November. Done, refund me please. this is ridiculous. The secretary submits a refund but doesn't give me a receipt or proof of the return. I refuse to leave without proof and their fix was to right on my invoice that "customer cancelled" order. Um, no. Your business took money, full cash payment and didn't fulfill your end of the deal. I demand for more documentation and she then writes on the original invoice "will refund in 7-10 business days". Well today is 9 business days, no refund. Looks like I will be reporting them to the BBB and filing a claim with my credit card. Unacceptable business practices. Take your business elsewhere. Ordered the same stuff from Wayfair and it was delivered within 7 days.
I should have read reviews before I spent my money here. delivery is a fail. 2 months now half the order came still waiting for the end tables so I can open my lamps. 7 to 10 days has passed now UPS is going to deliver? what happens to the delivery and setup charge I paid. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS JOKE STORE. GO TO ANOTHER STORE FAIR WARNING!

First time here and it was a pleasant experience. So many choices for everything, sofas, tables, bedroom furniture, entertainment furniture and decor. Highly recommend checking out this place if you are looking for home furniture. Also go on line because the prices are cheaper and they will match them from the Ashley website.
The customer service manager did agree to refund my delivery after all so I am updating my 1 star to 3. But still be aware.. The delivery fee is NON-REFUNDABLE even if you never received delivery. The sales person never mentioned this. They had given me a delivery date at the time of the sale and when I called to confirm, they told me my order was back ordered for 4 MORE WEEKS and nobody had called to let me know it was delayed. I couldn’t wait that long and now all the time I did wait is wasted. So I went to the store to cancel and she cancelled the order but then informed me that the delivery fee is non-refundable, which was $199 btw.. After returning to the store again and after posting this review, they agreed to refund the delivery. Thank you google for allowing us to have a voice. It really does make a difference!
If there was less then one star that is what they would get. The worst customer service! We ordered a mattress in late July, we were supposed to get it delivered 08/21/20 "because we have our own Wearhouse our furniture comes so quick", cut to September 30th, still no mattress & we have to call them to see what's going on! The hold time is over 10 minutes only to be disconnected. They are HORRIBLE!

We spent a 1000 dollars for my storage bed not only when they assemble it they damage the bed when they leave right away and didnt say anything about it. Then we found 3 metal bars left in a bag when we called told they be by in an a hour its been 3 hours no one has came back hopefully it doesn't fall apart on me tonight NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN save your money and go elsewhere

Terrible customer service. We were told we would get our couch on August 21st by an associate Kat that day came and went with no delivery so we called and they said it wouldn’t be delivered till September 14th then September 17th. Got a confirmation text on the 16th but the next day furniture never came, called again and customer service was rude and basically told us the couch wasn’t coming in and wouldn’t be delivered until Oct 1. No one at the store owns up to the mistakes and talks to you in a rude manner. When you ask to talk to a manager the employees do anything they can to prevent you. Even the managers don’t care about the situation and do nothing to help you. Canceled my order and will be looking elsewhere. For context we moved and haven’t had a couch for two months because of Ashely Furniture. Do not trust this store unless you want to be scammed.
Purchased a sofa, LS and recliner and a day later I see it is $800 less online. I got to the Fresno store and a rockstar named Yvonne takes care of it immediately. Very happy with the servive and looking forward to the furniture. Have to wait a bit but find something that’s next day in the age of Covid. Would definitely reco this store and Yvonne

They are eager to earn your business but that is where it ends. Received a message to confirm my delivery. Made arrangements to be home for the delivery and got rid of existing furniture. Nobody bothered to notify me that my item was not even available to ship much less arrive as THEY scheduled. When I called I was treated terribly and never apologized to. Ask to speak to a manager and one employee asked, "why do you think they can produce your furniture?". When you make a mistake just admit it was a mistake, but each of the 4 people I spoke to told me I was never guaranteed the delivery of today and the text is just an automated delivery that did not guarantee delivery. I feel as a customer if they reach out to confirm a delivery I should be able to expect that as a guarantee. Nobody takes any ownership for their mistakes. The furniture was ordered in July, so it has already been a long wait. So now my family and I have an empty living room until they decide to fix their issue. If you want customer service I suggest you take your money somewhere that actually values the customer and works to resolve their issue rather than make you feel like you were wrong to expect service and a product for your money
Had stopped before and my husband and I were never happy with the sales personnel. We really needed a bedroom set for our daughter and we stopped by again on Monday 9/7/20 and could not have been any happier because Ernie Cua was fabulous. He guided us and helped us through our purchase and made us “the customer” feel great. Will definitely go back but only deal with Ernie, Ps he is off in Thursday’s and Friday

I am beyond disappointed with Ashley furniture! I ordered a dresser and bed and it came broken! The screws are falling off of the dresser and the bottom drawer won’t close all the way! The dresser has paint falling off and there’s obvious damage on the front with paint that is covering it! The head board is broken in on the corner and the end board is broken also on the front. The wood itself looks so cheap as well nothing like my other Ashley furniture that I own! To top it off they want to take an entire week to come out for a claim Just to inspect the furniture! I’m so upset!!!!!!!!!!

Never buying from here again. First all, we almost got ripped off until we said we were buying in cash, then all of a sudden we can qualify up to 50% off?? Then we made our purchase in May and only a part of it arrived. Another part of it got postponed a total of THREE times and it’s almost September and we still do not have our order. They will do whatever they can to sell to you and not help you anymore. I’ve called numerous times before I can get an ounce of help and was promised we would get our product before a certain time, however, they lied three times. I get it, it’s a business, but I expected more since they claimed to be a customer satisfaction company, even though I am far from satisfied. Take your money elsewhere.
I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this store at all costs for buying any type of furniture. Not only did we find some of the items purchased for a cheaper rate online, but the store sales person that ‘helped’ us, Leon Perry, charged us for furniture we did not order. He would not call us back. We went into the store the same day it got delivered and they told us they couldn’t help us and they would not return the furniture. We are now stuck with a $1,099 dining room server that clearly doesn’t go with the bedroom set we purchased (and didn’t get our bedroom dresser). We also reached out to corporate and they were worthless to say the least. You would think that after a customer spends over $7,000 on furniture at your store, and the sales person made the mistake- they would try and make it right. Worst ‘customer service’ I’ve seen in a long time.. because it doesn’t exist at Ashley’s. 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼

I totally love this place I went in smiling and came out smiling even bigger! I ordered two beautiful abinger smoke gray couch and loveseat with the occasional tables and everything was delivered 6 days later. My shopping experience was awesome Yolanda was the bomb and did not make me feel rushed I was certain that I was getting on her nerves when I couldn't figure out which set of couches that I wanted but she showed no signs of being impatient or irritated. I am struggling to remember the guy's name I believe he was Yolanda's manager but he was so totally cool and professional at the store in Fresno California on Blackstone my whole experience was a good one and I'm loving my new set. Shardae is awesome as well. I had a question in regards to my payment and she was so helpful and professional over the phone. I definitely will be a customer forever because I love how they treat me I love the lightning in the place and how gorgeous everything looks and you always get a girl like me to come back when this customer service is A1 and that's exactly what it was.
Do not shop with this store. The customer service is terrible after you buy your products. My sales person put a product onto my order that I did not want. I will take the blame for not reading the receipt and fixing the issue prior. I reached out to my sales person to fix the problem and return the item I did not want and he did not help me whatsoever. I reached out to the manager multiple times to get no response. I went into the store to try and receive help and they told me they could not help me. I made a phone call to Ashley furniture and was met with disrespect and told that I did not report any issues within 72 hours of delivery. I did and it was not noted on the record.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY. I purchased a dress to be delivered and assembled online. Delivery was quick but assembly was AWFUL. I can’t believe a company would deliver product in that kind of condition. The tracks on the drawers weren’t even installed properly, hanging off by a tread. They just shoved the drawers inside to make it look right. HORRIBLE. On top of this trying to get ahold of the company to get the issue resolved is HORRIBLE. I understand we are in a difficult time (I work in health care) but this is ridiculous! Still haven’t been able to talk to someone to get this resolved. It has been two weeks. I’m VERY upset with how poorly Ashley Furniture treats their customers and they are using COVID as the excuse.

I recently bought a California King bed frame from here. I had paid for it to be delivered and put together as well. When it was delivered and the guys put it together and left right away. I put on my mattress on after they left to find out it did not fit. I called the sales representative who sold it to me to make sure everything was put in right, it was. I get passed off to the warehouse and the warehouse representative told me to go to the original store and figure it out. So my boyfriend and I go to the store and the customer service was the most aggravating part of this annoying experience. They weren’t helpful at all and just avoided solving the issue since I bought a final sale. I didn’t ask for a refund, just the right product. Straight up, the guy was like, “Maybe you just bought the wrong bed since you didn’t buy it from here?” So I go back home to check the SKU and noticed that the bed wasn’t even put together right in the first place. I paid extra for the bed to get put together correctly and that couldn’t been done right. I wasted about 6 hours to figure that out and had to fix it myself. Out of everyone I talked too, the only helpful person was the guy from the warehouse. Everyone else at the actual store didn’t even attempt to help solve the issue. They just played the blame game instead.

I'm extremely angry with this company. I received 2 different confirmation texts and emails. I called and rescheduled a delivery for a later date due to family emergency and it was all confirmed. Apparently I missed a phone call that said if I didnt call by 2pm that I wouldn't receive my delivery. I do not understand why this happened when I confirmed with each text and email I received. I went to the store and talked to an employee. They did NOTHING! The first time I went in to buy the couch the manager was very rude to her employees and looked like she didnt care about her job. This time I saw her and the same thing. The employee went to get her manager, her manager did nothing and just scuffed it off like it's no big deal. The employee then proceeded to tell me there's nothing they can do but deliber my couch after september. What the heck?! They gave my couch away!!!!! If I had a family emergency again what will happen?! This company doesn't care. I canceled my order and asked for the cash back I paid. They refused to refund me. Said I will receive a phone call in the next week or so. Said after that it will.be 2-3 weeks to receive my money?! I'm out of a couch for the next 2 months, or out of a couch and my money for the next month. This store is the worst. Never again!
I bought a kitchen dinning set a year ago with a five year warranty two of the backing on the chair's are coming apart call the 3rd party warranty people and they said that is not cover under warranty call Ashley manufacture they sad there nothing they can do very disappointing I will never step into this store again or buy Ashley furniture again

Was supposed to have two couches delivered on the same day, only one showed up without explanation then when my husband called customer service to ask why they were rude to him. When he got rude back the manager of customer service hung up on him. We will never shop there again
Worst customer service ever. My wife and I were shopping for a bed set and Angie came to help. Angie took us to her computer station and tried to search up the price for the bed set. Angie’s personal phone went off and she answered the phone. While we were standing just right next to her, Angie went on and talked on the phone for over ten minutes about her personal business. Angie talked about making a down payment for something and telling the other person on the phone about her schedule/availability. Really? So apparently our business was not a priority. By the time she got done on the phone, Angie told us the price was 869 for the bed set. I did my research and found a cheaper price for the same bed set which included a night stand for 810. I showed it to Angie and her demeanor changed! Angie go and tell me only the manager can do something about it. Manager showed up and was beating around the bushes with the price. So I said forget it and went to Bobs Discount located across the parking lot. Ashley furniture did not deserve my business!
Terrible Service! I purchased an entertainment center a few weeks ago and the sales man that helped me was kind and curtious but did not tell me that the entertainment center i was ordering was on an all sales final sale. I went to cancel it a couple days ago and found out i can't cancel it. i was not made aware of this information and i was upset. Now yesterday 8/15/18 our entertainment center is delievered to our house and they didn't help set it up , they said they had to cut a hole into our wall to set up the fireplace insert (which no one told us beforehand that we were gonna have to do that) and they left everything in boxes and didn't give straight answers to my brother about why they had to cut into the wall or why they couldn't set up the entertainment center. I will never buy from ashley again! bad customer services and the prices are too high! *edit* 07/11/2020 I purchased. My entertainment center 2 year ago and it is still in like new condition. Their furniture is expensive but you get what you pay for. I still disliked the delivery costumer service but whatever. We figured it out without having to cut a hole into a wall. I do not know why it was so hard to just put the fire place in the entertainment center.

In the past month I have purchased a living and bedroom set from this location in a total of three purchases. During my purchases I was helped by a total of three sales associates and one manager, all of which were hands down amazing. When I came to make my third purchase I was outside the store about 40 minutes before they opened and someone was delighted to let me in and help me!! Love the people here.
Mixed feelings about my experience but overall happy. Great customer service from Leon who assisted us in-store, however we had to complete our order online due to their front-desk's clerks with no flexibility given, no clear answers given and overall bad customer service. I love the furniture, but not the service. The lady helping me kept running back and forth between a few different customers. When I was ready to make a purchase, she tried to pass me off to two different co-workers because she wanted to help a different customer (I can only assume their purchase was more expensive than mine). At one point while writing up the paperwork, she left me to go check on another customer. If I didn’t love the table so much, I would’ve walked out.

my wife and I bought a storage bed and mattress from the Ashley furniture store here in Fresno, California. We will not be buying anything else from there or send anymore of our friends or family to Ashley. When the bed was delivered the headboard was damaged, they sent the wrong drawers as well.A serviceman came out about 2 weeks later and attempted to fix the damages twice within a 3 months span with no satisfaction. They finally agreed to replace the headboard after my continuous unhappiness but to top things off when we originally bought the bed the salesman Jacob B told me if I wasn't happy with the mattress I could exchange it. He advised me it would take about 30 days for the mattress to fully form and to sleep on it for about a week or two and if I was unhappy to call so I did but will the COVID 19 situation they weren't doing anything however I called corporate every 2 weeks and they would take all my info and they would get back to me, however now they are saying there's nothing they can do for me. Its a shame I done business with Ashley for and this is how they treat me. Now I have a trophy bed just sitting there with no use. Never again will I shop or step foot inside another Ashley furniture store.

I was shorted some of my furniture and had to call the corporate 800#. On hold for almost an hour. They couldn't help. Called the store. On hold so long the call disconnected. Called the 800# again and waited. Finally, they connected me to the store. Explained the shortage and the store said we will process the paperwork. Explained i already waited almost 4 weeks I just want my two chairs already paid for. Pressed for a manager to intercede and rush the paperwork. Service person said she would inform her manager. Within 2 hours I received a call my chairs would be delivered in 3 days. We'll see if they arrive. Frustrated with the runaround, as this is the second purchase and second issue. Time before was for damaged furniture upon delivery. You think you get a good deal then you get the headache.
They give you a false delivery time frame and make you contact them to see the status or your order only to find out it’s close to 2-3 MONTHS for your order. If known it will take that long for furniture then would have never ordered in the first place. This store is useless.

Ordered a kitchen table was given 3 different delivery dates took off three days from work, no delivery and the last one was yesterday. I lost 400 dollars from taking off work for their lies of delivery when they knew the dining room set I ordered back in April was not going to be in stock till July 6th. they lost me as a customer. I will take my money else where. The only reason they got a star is because it made me pick one.
Very rude customer service. Unfortunately I had to go back to the store, because I did not receive and item that I purchased. Nobody at the customer service counter acknowledged me and let me know someone would be helping me shortly. Instead one of the sales men ( short Hispanic guy with glasses) was concerned if a couple had his business card. Never once did he say " We will be right with you". I was right in front of him. Neither did the girl working at the desk said anything when she seen me standing in line. This store is very delicate, checking peoples temperature and asking if you have an appointment but they have employees who are very unprofessional and rude. The store manager needs to have his staff watch a video on customer service. The employees really need to be educated on how to speak and treat people. I left there very unsatified. I will definitely be emailing Devin Jorgenson, the store manager. I will be considering taking my bussiness to another furniture store and letting my family, friends and co workers know how Ashley Furniture Store treats their customers.
Went in with a guest and as soon as we walked in there was about five workers just leaning/sitting on the furniture staring us down. Very rude and disrespectful! Didn’t even bother to greet us at all! We already knew what we wanted to buy and the sales person that eventually helped us had us walk around the whole store just to tell us they didn’t have the item in the store! We eventually order the item online instead, BIG Mistake! They too seemed to messed that up! We had a delivery date set up and on the day before they texted and emailed me to confirm the delivery which I confirmed. Waited all day for it to arrive.. just to find out the next day that our furniture was damaged and they couldn’t deliver it. How? How do you fail to inform us! Don’t even bother trying to justify yourself. I’m sure there’s other customers that have great experiences, Believe me I don’t doubt that! Garbage and a joke!
Approximately three months ago, I purchased a 7 piece dinner table, and 3 bar stools. I paid for assembly and delivery of these products. When these items were delivered to my home, I observed significant damage to the dinner table, and 2 of the barstools (I also had a few issues with the chairs since then.). I refused the delivery before I signed anything but the delivery man informed me, he has to leave the items in my home and he would file a warranty claim for me. He took photos of the damage and wrote a note which he sent to the company in my presence and then related to me they were going to replace the damaged items within days. I subsequently filed a separate claim with they're corporate office to insure it would be taken care of. Two months passed and didn't hear from Ashley's Homestore, so I went back to their store and they informed me I have to wait longer and that it would get fixed. They also offered me $200 USD for the inconvenience which they never actually refunded me, it was just a trick to get me out of there. It's been three months now, and I'm tired of waiting for them to come fix this, I dont have time to continue pressing them. This company took advantage of me and scammed me by taking my hard earned money and selling me damaged goods. I am asking them to please refund me all my money and take back their fragile damaged products. I will not contact them again, but as soon as the quarantine is lifted, I will follow through with a small claims lawsuit. I encourage everyone else who has had a similar experience with them to do so as well.

I ordered a bed set and Ashley's about a month ago I have yet to receive my order I've had to send back countless items due to them being scratched dented or broken during delivery I've spent countless hours on the phone with them and going to the store to try to resolve the issues and have had no help at all save yourself the headache and go spend your hard-earned cash elsewhere

Just a recommendation, before buying ANYTHING please ask for their return/refund/malfunction policy.... it is horrible! Once they sell you an item, it is pretty much yours whether it works or not....and poor follow thru on their customer service! REVISING - The clock was/is defective, we took the clock home, inserted a battery and it DID NOT WORK. The next day we go back to ASHLEYS HOME STORE as soon as they saw us walk in with the clock, they did not hesitate to tell us NO EXCHANGES and NO REFUNDS, no questions asked...we tried to explain that we had just purchased it, but their reply was that it was not their problem it was a store policy, I asked for the manager, whom was sitting at the computer, he turned towards us and shrugged his shoulders no comments... it was upsetting. WHAT BUSINESS DOES NOT CARE about the product that they are delivering to their customers....in the long run I only lose the cost of the clock, but they lose business..... Nice store, very slow service ...they will attend to you if you are looking for a large piece of furniture...if its something small like a wall clock it is hard to get someone to service you....I did not like their service one bit.

This is a terrible place to get furniture. The workers will be dishonest in order to make a sale. We got a recliner here but weren’t sure if we wanted it after finding out the delivery price. We specifically asked if we can cancel our order and get a full refund if we changed our mind. The sales rep said yes and had already set a delivery date without asking us what day would be best for us. When we asked him to change the date he said it was too late to change the delivery date. A few weeks before delivery we decide we didn’t want the recliner after all. We went to customer service only to be told that we need to speak to our sales rep. Our sales rep then directed us to management that never came. We waited for two hours before I finally went over to the customer service desk again to tell the girl we want to cancel our order that hasn’t been delivered yet. The poor girl was stuck telling us that the delivery fee was non refundable. Our sales person had lied to us. Management had ignored us. Both management and our sales rep were too cowardly to tell us this themselves. They made that girl tell us the bad news. We will not be going back for when we finally get a house next year like we had planned to. We were planning to hold off until next year when we get a bigger place. Next year we would be needing the whole works of brand new furniture. I can’t stand a dishonest business or management that makes no effort to make Things right. I can’t stand the run around of them not being upfront with us from the beginning. We should have read the reviews first before even purchasing. Our failure to read the reviews cost us $90 bucks for service we never received. They are crooks wanting something for nothing. They should be ashamed of themselves. I feel bad for those that lost more money with this horrible company. I will be telling everybody I know about my experience and not to go here. They don’t have good morals.

Worst store ever paid for a bed delivery and set up still haven't received ask for refund they want to charge me for set up and delivery and get this they day they were to deliver they didn't even have it that was 3 weeks ago it's been over a month I do not recommend them at all rude people.
Went into the store and was given a cash price of $599 for a TV console table (Realyn 74” tv stand). I said write it up and the lady slipped in an 89$ delivery fee and just ran the card. When I called them on it and I said I don’t need delivery to my home, I own a truck, they said I would have to drive almost 2 hours to pick it up. It’s that or pay the fee. Apparently it’s ok to just put extra charges on and run the transaction without telling you. When I called them on it, they offered no solutions at all. On the bright side, I found their (original pre sale priced at $1,000) for $499 with free delivery on Amazon. It’s from Ashley through Amazon. Don’t get screwed in store. They didn’t care enough to even try to make it right. I’m more disappointed than mad.
Bed frame was delivered missing pieces, 7-10 business days the receive parts. Never will we buy from this company again.

It's really overpriced. They obviously focus on sales to a certain shopper. Sales staff is friendly but they obviously wanna ditch you for those who aren't concerned about the price (can't blame 'em). You can get the same Ashley item at Sofa & Oak Liquidators for 1/2 the price without any pressure.
I recently moved to Fresno a couple months ago, largely without furniture for a new job. I visited a few other similar stores before walking into this location, as I like to see all my options and shop with the same place/person for long periods of time. The moment I walked in Alena greeted me and started to engage with me and asked what brought me in today. I ultimately spent hours there picking out my bedroom set. Alena got to know me during this time, and took the time to really help me pick out the pieces that would be best for me. She knew the store super well, and was able to take me to items I would like as well as items she likes, she was able to answer any questions I had and get me the best offers. Most importantly I never once felt like I was being "sold" or pushed towards anything. She has also been there for any questions or concerns that would come up and is quick to resolve. Since then I have been back multiple times, I finished the bedroom set and picked up some awesome items on clearance that Alena picked out for me. I will be back for all my future home needs, a couch and dining room set are next on my list. Alena and this location made me a long time client. Thank you.

Peet was so observant in noticing my wife was a DIE-HARD San Francisco 49ers ❤💛🏈 fan, he ended up offering her a better deal that was so freaking awesome, and mind you there was already a 40% offer going on in store! He advocated for us to his boss and our downpayment was lit🔥! Peet worked hard for us, normal every day people - go see him! Ask for PEET!!!! ✌
Salespeople were pushy. Store manager Devin sounded like a character from Goodfellas. Overall pricing was elevated. Ended up going to Bob's and got a fair deal without all the hassle of the negotiation back and forth.
We have bought a lot of things from Ashley over the years and have never had a real bad experience besides the usual rude repair person that happens once in a while. Will now we have a problem. I have had a top to a coffee table replaced 3 times now and it still isn't correct so they said they would replace the whole thing. Will I just got a call and the girl tried to say the marks on the table are natural. Black straight line marks on a light colored table. No! Just wondering what other B.D. they are going to try and pull next.
Walked in, met Christina. She was very helpful. Told her what I was looking for. Found everything I needed. Told her I would be back with hubby. Came back next day and completed the sale. She helped me negotiate the best price which I really appreciated. Will be back for more furniture soon.

I feel like no one should buy from them. They act nice in the store but once it was time for delivery, they are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They didn't deliver on time, they were rude about the delivery time slot, they called the wrong number to confirm everything and blamed us for not calling back within 15 minutes, and said "we will let you know when we will deliver it" Don't be fooled by their sales tactics in store, once you buy they will not care about your purchase anymore. It's been almost a month since part of our order still hasn't been delivered.

Ashley Furniture has been nothing but a pain and a disappointment. We paid about $4k cash for different pieces of furniture to be delivered & assembled to our cabin in Oakhurst. They told us yes, gave us a quote of $100. We a repeated and everything was great until the week of delivery. They told us that they messed something up in the system so now the furniture was getting delivered to our home in Hanford, now we had rent a U-Haul to carry all of it up to Oakhurst, they said they would refund and they haven’t. Now the delivery, the coffee table was missing and the couch wasn’t the set, just one couch by it’s self. I’ve called about 8 times throughout the week, I’ve been stressed out & overall this has to be the worst furniture store and customer service. They don’t care about you after they have your cash. May I add that I gave them many chances to make it right and they just really don’t bother to. A refund would take up to 2 weeks! Past Christmas, when I needed everything by. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Negative experience. Never going back to this place. I bought a set of 4 wall pictures and one was broken. I called to let them know and they told my to just bring the broken picture so I did then they said I needed to bring all 4, so I had to go back home to get the other 3. I waited a week and 1/2 and called to get an update because they were suppose to call me with an update and never did. The managers gave me the run a round for two weeks , I called three times. Woman manager was very uncaring and rude and didn't seem to really care about getting my wall art shipped. Very incompetent staff.

Peet Hernandez is a five star employee of Ashley Furniture. This guy was giving me everything that I needed to know, help me save money and got more deals from him and he was so happy to help me. He never once upsell me something that wasn’t necessary nor he was pushy. He was someone I needed to get to where I can enjoy and live comfortably at home with my new furniture. Work with this guy.. I’m telling you he doesn’t disappoint. This place is 10/10 because of him.

We were greeted upon entering and immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the store. Initially we were just window shopping but after meeting Felicia and sharing with her our style of decor, she soon explained the ease of buying with Ashley. We walked out with 3 times more than we expected to buy all because of Felicia's willingness to help and her sincere service. We were not pressured but rather she took the time to explain the benefits and features of the financing piece of the transaction. I asked to speak to a manager, so she calls the manager. When the manager answered the call, instead of introducing himself he started the conversation as “what do you want,” and why are you cursing at us. I was surprised and ask what are you talking about and if this call is recoded please review the call before accusing me, he wasn’t even professional and hung up the phone. I told the manager I will call Cooperate store he laughed and said yeah go ahead. When I mentioned I will write a review on yelp he said sure go ahead. I called back Vanessa and him started laughing and said look she is calling again. The manager’s name was Daivan. He mentioned if I can saw him proof of my warranty purchase they will refund my money. Later when I call another employee named Mozias answered and offered 50% off any purchase in the store, when I went to the store on BLK Friday he changed said I offered additional 10% only and free delivery. Little they know that customers like us purchasing furniture are paying their paycheck and our money is the reason why this store is still open. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you like being insulted and humiliated than by all means go. I called the Cooperate office and so far there has been no response yet. I guess this how they do customer service.

When I first enter the store, I’m seen right away and find what I’m looking for. Price is reasonable. I am told by salesperson that I will receive my furniture on Nov. 29th (I bought it Nov. 27th). The date worked for me, but I am told that I would have to be home all day. I say ‘ok’. I am told by salesperson I would receive a call later in the day to confirm delivery date. I did not receive a phone call. Nov. 29th, I stay home all day since I am told that if they come and no one answers door they leave and reschedule delivery date. 5pm hits and I call the number they give me for delivery questions. The automated response I receive after calling tells me delivery date is still that day. So I call customer service to see what’s up. 45 minutes of being on hold and a rep finally answers. She tells me there’s not enough information to answer my questions, I am put on hold again. Finally I am told I will NOT be getting my furniture that day but they do not have a reason as to why. I am told I would receive a phone call with more answers. The phone call comes and they tell me that it will take two days for them to ship my items and that now the earliest date to receive what I paid for will be Dec. 5th. A day where I will not be home for most of the day. So. The fact that I was told delivery date would be Nov. 29th, and the fact I wait at home all day that day only to find out that I will not receive my furniture til Dec. 5th, and the fact that IM the one who has to call to find out this info is the reason for 2 stars. We’ll see how the actual process goes when I get closer to new delivery date.

I would just like to let you know that Devin the store manager in Fresno is a huge asset to your company. We were visiting family in Fresno a couple of weeks ago and came into the store to look at some furniture. We had no real intention of buying and Devin made the sale happen. I can say 100% that we would have left without anything had he not been there. Our delivery was supposed to happen. On the 13th an shipping rescheduled to the 20th as it was the last day I would be able to receive the order untill mid December. I then received notification that the delivery would be moved to Thursday today. Due to the fact that I was going to be out of town till December this wouldn't work and I would have needed to cancel the order. I spoke with Devin after a few hours on the phone with shipping unable to change the delivery date. He got the delivery date changed and saved the sale. It is hard to find people who do what it takes to get the job done. Devin is one of them.

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. Great service while they took my $12,000 horrendous service the entire rest of my experience getting my furniture. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong, and the associates and managers couldn't care less. I will never buy anything there again, and I encourage the same from anyone else.

Edited My husband and I went back to the Ashely Homestore to add more furniture to our order and to confirm our delivery date, as we were told that it was being delivered from a third party. Only to find out that the sales associate Omar and the Sales manager Jacob were no longer there. Also, that we had to set up our own delivery and pay additional even tho we were told that it was already taken care of. All in all, since the people we were working with are gone they couldn't confirm it. The new manager tried to ease the situation by adding the coffee table we wanted to go for a cheaper price but our delivery would have to be a different address so we wouldn't have to pay for it. But it didn't make the situation better. We decided to cancel our order a few days later, that in itself was an order. We were told that we would get a phone call 3 days later to confirm my credit card information for our refund. 4 days later, we didn't get a call, I decided to call the central line and finally got our refund processed. It was a ridiculous experience, we wasted time looking through that store picking pieces we liked just to return it all at the end because they have shady associates doing things that probably is the reason they no longer worked there. We are NEVER shopping there again. Old review: I’ve enjoy my buying experience at the Ashley furniture store in Fresno. I’ve bought a bed and a night stand here initially. And since our new house will be finished being built in September, we keep coming back for more. We’ve been working with Omar and the sales manager Jacob, their service so far have been excellent and not sale-pushy. So it’s comfortable to shop for what we are looking for and not trying to be sold on something we are not.

Bought bedrrom set, delivery guys left mess outside. Plastic wrap and styrofoam everywhere. Matress delayed delivery. Bedroom set damaged upon install, technicin had to be called out to clean black handprint stains from installers. Delivery men forgot matress protector, came back in evening and delivered wrong size. Still waiting on my matress and protector, called customer service and was told matress on back order that was somehow cancelled. Was never notified of cancellation, had to call myself to ask why delivery not recieved. Have to wait for supervisor john to call back. Have to wait another week to possibly deliver. In the meantime they will email warehouse to find out what happened??? Was offered 50$ gift card from shaniqua customer service in store only. What can i possibly buy there for 50$? 5k bedroom set and im sleeping on the floor? All i keep hearing is im sorry, what about making things right for the customer? Bad experience so far, will let you know how it turns out. Update 9/13 matress delayed till thurs 9/19. Guess we are sleeping on the floor till then. Recieved call from store about delay. Later talked to Jessica office manager, was told i would have to take back the wrong matress protector that was delivered to the store, before they could come back to deliver the right one. I paid for delivery, yet they expect me to correct their mistake?

Great customer service from the moment we walked in the door! David was excellent at listening to our needs and helping us find the perfect sctional for our space.
While they have a huge selection of furniture - it is a highly dangerous, and virtually unmanageable store for disabled needing to using mobility devices. Navigating the store (there is no clear pathway - requires going over and around rough and uneven floors (due to various carpets thrown out), and numerous sharp corners. As we were there to look at power lift recliners - they are - and brilliantly placed, i might say - in a very back corner. This required the dangerous navigation through the entire store. Once there - the chairs are pushed so closed together - could not get a walker or a wheelchair through - so had to squeeze between them - with uneven carpets, cords being stepped on - many numerous near falls. The selection and prices were less options, higher cost - in comparison to 6 other venues visited - and most assuredly the most dangerous. Salesperson was quite pleasant - but he clearly had not realized how difficult navigation of the store is for someone using a mobility device. As I have no desire, even shopping alone - to have to navigate such a pedestrian unfriendly store - I will mark this off my list for future furniture needs.

Bummer that I have to give them a 2 star rating, they actually have descent furniture and plenty of options. Reason for the low rating is the service. Sales guys was nice and ok to work with but didn't have enough knowledge and sold us something that the company didn't actual have, a certain orientation on a sectional. Once it got delivered and saw it was incorrect, called him and he apologized and said he was confused. Ok I can deal with that, mistakes happen. However, thats about where it ended. He told me for 3 days straight that he was waiting for his manager to fix HIS mistake but never heard back. Kept calling and kept hearing the same thing. Sad. Ended up having to call Ashely's corporate to try and resolve. Will probably shop Ashley's online but not the local store again...ever.

poor craftsmanship. Product Has Dangerous huge sharp edges that can cut your arteries. My dinner set is very uncomfortable. No lap space or feet room.
I would give them a zero. I moved to Fresno, purchased a sofa and was told my sofa would come in a couple weeks. I received a phone call telling me my couch was back ordered and now I would have to wait a month. When I contacted Ashley furniture to see if they would reimburse the delivery costs they told me they would not. What type of business treats their customers this way. I will never purchase anything from Ashley furniture again. I suggest you don't either.

Not sure where all the high reviews are coming from because our experience here has been terrible. We placed an order in May and are still waiting for over half of it to be resolved and it's almost August. Take your money elsewhere! The furniture is nice...at the actual store. Three of the four pieces we ordered showed up warped or damaged. We tried to resolve the issue over the phone and didn't get much of a response. A guy came out to fix one of the pieces and said he would need to order a part for it. We waited weeks and weeks for the part to come (a replacement drawer) and when it finally showed up, the finish didn't match the rest of the piece. I went into the store and tried to resolve the issue. My actual physical presence somewhat got the ball rolling, but we are still waiting for these replacement pieces of show up...hopefully undamaged. I asked the manager (Jacob) to make it right and he basically said that we would need to buy more furniture from them and he might give us a deal. Like we want to trust them with another room! My husband had to call two different numbers this morning to figure out what happened to our order. One of the people who helped us was a lady from the store who claimed to be a "manager" she was very terse and unhelpful and basically claimed that our order had disappeared into thin air. He called another number and they were able to give him a date. Just avoid the headache and take your money elsewhere!
Loved all the different modern styles they have set up for guest. All the different textures, tables, lamps, rugs and mirrors help design the perfect dining area. Everything was very clean and neat as well.

This place is unbelievable big. Different variety of styles of rooms to choose from. Friendly and positive atmosphere with a lot of smiles to go around. The grey room is my favorite very contemporary and elegant.
Worst experience ever. I went there on July 4th for their "50% off" promotion. The promotion itself was a scam. They jacked up the prices of all furniture and marked down 50%. Their 50% off prices couldn't even compare to some of the nearby stores' prices on similar items. Worst experience with this over the top con sales man name Omar. He lied to me on prices and at then end can't deliver the items I wanted at the prices he promised. I ended up paying cash for the dining set so I cancelled the order right away while I was still in the store after I noticed the missing items. This con salesman then told me I have to pay extra for the items that was promised. I felt like the process was not transparent from the beginning so I cancelled the order right away. They then turned around and told me they locked the cash in their safe already and can't touch it so they will send me a refund check within 2 weeks. Today, it's over 2 weeks so I just called them to follow up on the refund process. Turns out, they didn't even cancel the order yet. The lady on the phone was like, "It's not noted yet". Will not recommend this store to anyone I know. Worst experience ever. Worst salesman I seen in my life. I went there knowing all the prices online already and the salesman thought I was not aware of the online prices so he straight up lied to me on every items I went there to see in person. If this is how Ashley Furniture Store operate their business, I want no part of it.

Great prices but horrible communication. Two weeks after we purchased the couches we called for an update and they told us half our stuff was on back order so we can either pushback delivery another week or do a partial delivery. With the partial delivery they couldn’t guarantee we would get our couches when they arrived at the warehouse since we didn’t have priority and we would just have to keep calling to check on couches and schedule a delivery date. Apparently they are unable to help you schedule the second delivery if you don’t want to wait for everything to arrive together and they aren’t responsible for calling you if anything changes.
Went in and saw Peet! He was amazing and was incredibly helpful for my first time visiting the store. Came in not expecting to find anything and ended up buying my first sofa! 12/10 recommend making an appointment with him! You will not be disappointed.
Update- Why is there not an option for negative stars? I need to report that Devon, the Store Manager in Fresno,Ca failed to return my calls or comply with his word of reducing the balance by $500 as promised. After waiting several weeks and after 3 attempts, we finally recieved the table and chairs in the condition they should have been from day one. I am paying interest and actually had to rent a table and chairs for a family gathering because of the way the Fresno store does business. Devon is not honest and uses the phone to convince people on the phone to change the the postings but I want you to know to be careful and do not sign off on anything you buy until you've seen it carefully AFTER IT'S PUT TOGETHER. The delivery people try to have you sign off which is unethical and dishonest which reflects devon. This posting was also sent to the Wisconsin Headquarters.
First time buying furniture and when I went to pick up my dresser mirror, it had a 2 inch hole in the back. I let them know that and they said they would call me back that day to see if they could cover it or not. Went to pick up my bed frame and I noticed even my bed frame was broken along with the screws to screw it. I called customer service and all they told me was "oh nobody is answering so call back again" well its been more than a week and have not heard back from them. Last time I ever buy furniture here.

I bought an extended warranty for my mattress about two years ago. Mattress is garbage and needs to be replaced. The issue is trying to contact them inorder to get this done. I called numerous times and get put on hold hold for over 15min and no one answers. I dont have that kind of time to waste and im sure you dont either save youself the headache and go somewhere else.

Absolute horrible customer service in the Fresno office. I ordered a couch two months ago and have just been notified there will be a SIX WEEK delay. When I called with my realistic frustrations, there was no sympathy or apology. I will be getting a refund back. I am so disappointed.

Worst furniture buying experience EVER. Sales person wrote the orders all wrong, took the wrong papers from me, then had to come to my house to pick up the right papers. When delivery came, products were broken, missing pieces, had to be taken back. Called store, had to be transferred back and forth, nothing resolved. Left work early to go to store personally to speak with store manager (loss in wages), he promised to make things right, gave us the piece of furniture that was originally included in the package (which the sales person says no longer comes with package). Wait another week and half for delivery, pieces came, broken, still missing pieces. Called store, store manager says everything should be there, NOPE. Delivery guys promised technicians will call that day to set up time to come fix the broken pieces, no one called. Called store, was promised that they will take care of it and call me back. Waited ALL day for call back, NOTHING. Next day called them back, they say they will set up delivery...still waiting. Technicians never call....still waiting....WTF. I have never had to work so hard to HAND OVER MY MONEY to anyone before. This place is a JOKE. Let's see if anyone will come fix my broken "new" furniture and put it together and see if my missing box spring gets deliver....

This review should be zero stars. Worst customer service. Staff are not trained on product(s) and received the runaround on how to correct the issue from sales, delivery workers, Fresno store, and corporate. Myra Martínez, customer service for Fresno, wanted to sell us another product instead of correcting the issue. No company integrity. Spent over an hour and a half on hold with no success at reaching a live person.

Terrible from start to finish. Sales person was great until it came time to write up the order. Sales associate was unable to figure out their own system and rushed us from one computer to another until we were finally told to pay without reviewing our order. After reviewing the order they overcharged us and ordered more expensive items than what we requested. After spending over an hour getting that corrected we thought everything was good to go. Then after confirming the time and address 3 days in a row the day before delivery they sent a confirmation with a new address which was incorrect. After sitting on hold for over 30 minutes I decided to go into the store to make sure it was corrected. I was greeted by the most unpleasant "customer service" rep I've ever encountered who said she would email and call to make sure they had the correct address. On the day of delivery I receive a phone call asking where I am since they are at my apartment (we live in a house) and no one is answering. I let them know they are at the wrong place and after arguing with me for 5 minutes they finally conceded they have the wrong address. After speaking with the warehouse they say they were given the wrong address. After calling the store to see what happened they say it's the warehouse's fault. What a joke of a company.

Been wanting a tempur-pedic mattress for a longtime, so what else but Ashley’s Furniture completes our search. We arrived at the Blackstone store and we were greeted with a inviting “hello”. We knew what we wanted and Elyssa Cordova was the one to help us. We got a great deal on a bed and sofa. To Ashley staff, my hat is off to you for the knowledge, time manner, and most of all the teamwork I witness due to it was Elyssa’s first day on the job (you could have never knew). Elyssa was so professional, courteous and answered all our questions even when she didn’t even know the answers, she was not afraid to ask her teammates. That let me know her focus was “Customer Service”. Also, credit is deserved to Kyle Bicksler, for the patiences, professionalisms and training her while we were present. He never left her side. To the store manager, thank you for helping us and giving us a great deal. Keep up the the good work and we will be back, again because we have a 4 bedroom house to fill.
We went and bought 2 loveseats and 2 chest of drawers this past Sunday, May 26th. We were immediately greeted by Kyle Bicksler. He was very patient while me and my husband hopped around the entire showroom for about 2 hours. He kept checking in on us when he saw us pondering items for a while. He was not pushy at all and I really loved that. We have been to Ashley’s before and multiple other furniture stores, and I couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable with how the other salespeople “attack” customers. Kyle was super chill and made sure to answer all of our questions. If he didn’t know an answer he didn’t just say “I don’t know”, he said “I’m not sure but let me go find out for you.” That to me shows character. He wasn’t afraid to admit he doesn’t know it all and he is still learning, and I can really appreciate that. The entire time we were there he didn’t try to push us and help us narrow things down, he just let us shop and made sure to be close by just in case we needed him. That is one reason I will be recommending people to ask for Kyle. Upon check out the card reader was not working on the computer that we were using, another employee stated some of the computers were not working (probably because the store was packed and there was a huge rain storm happening outside). This wasn’t Kyles fault, so he had us move to the front. Before moving we had approved everything with him, double checking spelling, phone numbers and addresses. When we moved to the front we thought it was just going to be a simple swipe of the card and sign off. We didn’t think to check the paperwork AGAIN. We got home and realized the shipping address got changed back to our billing address. I’m not sure how this happened but I contacted Kyle and let him know about the dilemma. He assured us that this can be fixed with a simple call to the store. He even said that he would check on it for us when he went into work that afternoon. Now that is customer service. Overall I would rate the store itself as 3 stars, the card reader wasn’t working, the computers were slow and the people up front obviously made a mistake (or the computer transfer over didn’t complete correctly). Either way, it messed up and now we have to fix it. But I definitely give Kyle 5/5 stars! Go ask for him, you won’t be disappointed.
My fiance and I went in to browse to get a few ideas for our home. Priscilla helped us find exactly what we were looking for and more. We weren't there to actually purchase anything but she was very attentive with what we needed that we ended purchasing all of our furniture the same day. We have now gone a second time and she assisted again. Pleasure to work with and does not pressure you to make a purchase. We've recommended Ashley's to all our friends mostly because of Priscilla.

Went to Ashley furniture in fresno and bought some furniture today. The salesman that has been helping me was kyle he was very helpful. He took the time to show me around, he answered all my questions. I have been in there several times, he kept in touch with me by checking prices and told me they were giving great deals today. If anyone looking for good furniture, great deals and a good salesman ask for kyle. He will leave you very happy and satisfied with your purchase. No pressure, just patience and he is very knowledgeable in what he does. If i need anything else i will certainly go back and have kyle help me find what i need.

The sale went great, but it all went down hill from there... two months later and still dont have the right pieces to my couch... every delivery has had something wrong...
Do not do business here. I wanted to buy a bedroom set and a table on whatever terms made it the most economical sense. These jokers said the 0% apr and 24 month terms would get the lowest rates. So I agreed and then when I went to check the prices online as compared to the invoice it was $1,500 more. When I asked them why they were overcharging me, they said it was because I elected to finance, which was their idea to begin with. I spoke to Jacob and Devin and they both told me different things. These are shady business practices and Devin was almost rude about their misleading me. Do not recommend.

After trying different ones out I found the right one and ended up getting my living room and a tempur pedic wouldnt go back to a regular mattress again.

I have a really difficult living room and I was just "done", trying to find new couches. I really needed a table for my really difficult kitchen as well! My husband found one online at Ashley but the website could not allow us to order it. We went to the homestore and were greeted by PRISCILLA ( The most awesome non pushy salesperson I have ever encountered! ) We told Priscilla what we were looking for and the problem. She allowed us to look around without hounding us and following us around and worked so diligently on the best deal on our kitchen table. After hearing about my problem about finding new couches, she went far and beyond helping me find something I "love". Unfortunately there was an issue with the ordering with the company due to a newly made change, and Priscilla was so communicative, concerned and helpful about getting it fixed. I didn't have to worry about anything! Also she worked hard to get us the best deal with all the deals and coupons available. I definitely felt Priscilla was looking out for me and my husband and really cared about our needs. It was a really enjoyable experience and towards the end, I felt like Priscilla was like my "Prima/Cousin" ! Lol! I don't normally write too many reviews, especially not a damn book like this! But Priscilla at Ashley Home store was just so helpful I felt like she definitely needs to be recognized for it! Hopefully someone takes the time to read all this and it makes a nice difference for her because she deserves it. I very happy with her customer service!

Sales people are nice and helpful. The delivery sucks. I bought living room set and bedroom set. The delivery guys were obviously just wanting to get in and out. The bed head board was cracked the delivery guys said I'd get a new one in a few hours. Well a few hours passed I called customer service no notes left about the broken head board. They said it'll be another 48 hours to replace. They said they will have their dispatch call me back because he was on lunch. Well I never got a phone call. Now I'm stuck with no bed to sleep on. I offered delivery workers water if they were thirsty while they were setting up living room set. One guy asked for a bud light. Awkwardly I laughed then the guy changed his answer to yes I'll have water. I think I he would have taken the beer if I was more cool about it. Come on Ashley who are you hiring? Drunk drivers? Horrible service so far. Still waiting. Follow up to come.

I had two separate bad experience. I would never go bad. Couches I bought 10 months ago look 10 years old. Side table is trash painted finish was coming off ago into delivery. Very poor qualify recommend other furniture store.
Switched our delivery date last minute to 4 hours earlier without any notification. We missed it had to go down to store after spending 2 hours on hold just trying to get through to the store which never answer their phone. Manager lied and said to get home because it was on it's way. Which it wasn't. The store never contacted us again it was me who had to call corporate to get another delivery date which cannot be done until four days later and that was a rushed delivery. The manager and corporate agreed to waive the delivery fee. Now two weeks later have still yet to get credited. The manager promises to call you back and never does. I was polite and understanding through the whole experience which was hard to do. But I will never again spend my money there. We did get our couch and the delivery guys were great. The experience with corporate and dispatch was overall good but the home store is a completely different experience. It was terrible.
We had a great experience. Our sales rep Bob gave us a greater deal than what was being advertised and was patient and attentive to our questions and concerns.
Always a good place to check out the new furniture trends. Had help getting info that we needed to seal the deal for exactly what we wanted. The hp was vary friendly and ready for all the question we had.

Fell apart at delivery. Sales process went fine. Confirmed delivery over text (was told we would get a call, but I guess text can work). the day before delivery received a 2nd text was recueved changing the delivery and said to call if the delivery didn't work, but didn't leave a number. My wife searched, made some calls, spent a couple hours on the phone and had no answers. That's when she called me to stop by the store on my way home from work. I personally went into the store and was greeted by "your sales person should have...", "our warehouse is...", "we don't have control over...", "it's not our fault". Zero service recovery. I even requested to cancel my order but they said I'd need to wait 2 days because the item was already loaded pn the truck at the warehouse so there was nothing they could do at the moment. Left the store irritated and with no resolution. Tried calling the warehouse number they gave me. Number didn't work. Called the store back. They said they would call the warehouse and then call me to give me an update. Store didn't call so I called back. They said they were just about to call me, asked for my number again, asked if the warehouse had called me and then told me they would have the warehouse call me. That was my last communication with anyone from the store or representing the store. I found the whole experiance frustrating and irritating. A 1- star rating is generous at the moment (can you tell I'm still irritated?)
Hard to walk through the store. Can't imagine if someone had a stroller, wheel chair, or walker. I didn't want to stay. Felt like I couldn't breathe.
Purchased dining table and chairs. Delivery was outstanding. Text messages confirmed exact arrival time. Now the bad news, all 6 chairs rocked as much as 3/8". Twenty minutes on hold to scheduled repair tech. He arrived as scheduled and had to loosen each chairs hardware to eliminate rock. Some hardware was loose. My question, does anybody check the assembly prior leaving the warehouse? Very poor quality control.

But this Ashley furniture store in Fresno suck When I ask about the military discount The manager of this Store hesitate And said I really don't like giving military discounts And I will not go back to this store
Unprofessional company and very rude customer service. We ordered a bed set and couches and payed in full in October 2018, they gave us the delivery date for the beginning of December 2018. When the delivery date came they only brought our couches and when the movers were putting our couches together they ripped the bottom of our couch with the box cutter hoping we didn’t notice while I was watching them put it together. They pushed our bed set back for January 2019 and then they pushed it back for the end of February 2019. The only option they are providing me with is emailing the store. I called multiple times and they do not know what they are doing. When asking the rep to fill out a survey she hung up on my phone call.
The staffs were friendly and helpful. I would of liked the store more if they would of had more solid wood furnitures. I definitely would go here again for decorative items.

I found the perfect sofa and got approved for credit immediately. Great prices (with a discount)! Best sofa purchasing experience I've ever had! 😁
The worst customer service ever. I am so speechless over their customer service. We ordered a bed frame. They delivered us a manufacturer defective problem and told us they will sent a new one. 4 weeks later, no product. We called and asked and they said they already delivered it and everything was resolved, which it wasn't. They said they would send another one and it was just parts and not the bed post which is what we needed. They finally sent us a new bed frame but it has the same manufacturer defective part. This is 2-3 months after the order date and we have been sleeping on the ground the whole time. We returned the item for a new one and today they were to pick up the item and deliver us our new bed frame. They called to confirm delivery and pick up and I verbally confirmed with them and they said they will be delivering the new bed frame. They came today for pick up only and said we never picked out a new bed frame. We picked it out with the manager himself and they did not input this. At this point, I suggest that nobody ever shop here. They are so incompetent. They do not know how to place proper notes. After this bed frame delivery I will not shop here again and I do not suggest anybody should shop here. They would not return our money so we need a new bed frame. But they are so incompetent and I'm completely speechless.
