We had a great experience in your store thanks to Robert! I brought my clients in, I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, they just bought a new home in Hollister and we picked out furniture for their living room and dining room and they spent a lot of money! Robert was awesome and bent over backwards to work with the order, add stuff on to the delivery and then helped me with a little surprise for my client. He made all the arrangements, took payment from me and was so great at communicating with me. I would come back and bring clients there again, for sure! Thank you for the great experience. Great experience at this location. Ahmad Jabr was the sales representative that helped me with navigating the items that I wanted. He was a great help. I highly recommend coming to this location for your furniture needs. Very welcoming.

Closed early the day before Thanksgiving without notifying, changing hours on google, and/or posting on website. I have a couch I was going to pickup today, which took 2 weeks to get here in the first place because nearly the entire store was on back order. I was told this by a salesman at the store the day of my purchase. If I wanted to purchase the delivery option, which is $100 before tax, it wouldn't have arrived until December 2nd, about three weeks from purchase date at best. I live 2 miles from the store, but I don't have a truck. Home Depot rents out trucks cheap big enough to pick up ~8ft couches. Lady originally said I could, and I quote "Pick it up whenever". First time I get a truck, I find out Sundays and Tuesdays you can't pick up. Waste of $20. Second time, I show up on Thanksgiving because their website says they're open, and its not typical for a store to close just a couple hours early the day before Thanksgiving, but they closed at 5pm just before I got off work. Waste of $20. Waste of time. All because they don't give enough info.

I recently shopped at Ashley Home Furniture and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The store has a beautiful layout that makes it easy to visualize how everything would look in your home, and the selection is incredible! I was really disappointed with my experience at this Ashley store. They refused to price match their own online sale prices and would not honor the military discount that other locations do without issue. As a military family, we try to support businesses that show appreciation and fairness, but that was not the case here. I ended up taking my business elsewhere.

They lie, sell you the extended warranty tell you it covers anything when you call the warranty, its sorry but seam separation is not covered. If they are telling you its covers all issues they are lying. Look up the rating on the insurance they sell you. If they are dishonest on one thing they will be dishonest on anything.
