Bought a couch from this location and it was almost 2 months of frustration. I’ll start by saying that the staff at the location were very kind and the in person service was great. We went in on December 29th and purchased a couch that we were told wasn’t at the store at that moment and it was back order. We asked of the couch had a customization for the chaise to be on the opposite side of the display couch, which they said they did have at the warehouse and back order shouldn’t be a problem. Scheduled delivery was set for January 16th. We then get an email the week of that the delivery was canceled and to contact them if we would like to reschedule. Which was a questionable since the cancellation didn’t come from my part, (even requested day off of work to be present) and felt that the rescheduled dates and communication should’ve came from them, they should’ve provided new dates at that moment since they missed the agreed date. If they couldn’t keep their date what’s to say they would be able to fulfill a date from my part. After a week of no communication I called number and spoke to someone from a call center. Told them the situation they apologized and told me they could help. I did ask if I should contact the store directly and she said she could help with the issue. Told me she would request and expedited date from my couch to arrive and I would receive and email. Never got an email and no word until about 2 weeks ago that my couch would arrive Feb 27. For the actual delivery my wife was there. They dropped it off on time but the assembly of the sofa was a bad experience as well. They put it together, got the signature and left swiftly. The sofa seemed assembled but my wife said that they didn’t join any of it together, that they just put the pieces together against each other to give the look of assembly. We had to do the assembly ourselves and based on what we had to adjust and do it seems they installed the brackets wrong and since the couch was customized to the left side the had put them as if it was a right sided couch. Then they just gave up and put every part tightly together to make it seem like the job was finished but nothing was locked in or screwed and left. Overall it was an awful experience. Update 03/01/25 The sofa has to latches were the left side extends into a bed style. We tried it out for the first time today and it won’t come extend. If it could be a 0 rating at this point I would give it that.

Don’t ever trust there leasing/Acima process there 26 moth plans if your purchase is $1300 you en up paying $2600 they charge a monthly rental fee same as the payment payments are every 2 weeks honestly stay away from acima ask every question and record them so you can bring attention that they don’t disclose all the details
