Here’s an update so I left a one star about my dresser I Had ordered online and Ashley responded with we will be more glad to help you. We set up the shipping information. They said they were gonna send the parts I needed to me (I have the emails to prove it! )that was back in October Still have yet to receive the pieces I need so my dresser can be a dresser. Ashley kept telling me the small little pieces that I need for my dresser drawers to go into my dresser are on backorder Maybe I’ll get it next year 2026 ($200 down the drain) Lesson learned…Don’t order stuff from Ashley online because if it’s missing any parts chances are you’re not gonna get them and you’ll end up with a dresser that you can’t put together. Going into the store and buying stuff is fine because then you can take it back to the store If you have any problems. With an online order you are not allowed to go to the store and pick up the parts you need. You let me down Ashley, please do better.😭

I went in and had Ben as my sales rep. He and Jonhny really took care of me! Ben was patient with me and my indecisiveness. I didn’t feel pressured to get something I know I didn’t want. It was an overall great experience. I’ll be back for sure!

Sales representative Adam (Hawthorne location) assisted me with purchasing furniture. , His knowledge of beds was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful in showcasing different styles and selections while being mindful of my limited budget. I plan to return to Ashley and specifically request Adam to purchase a few more items. I am very satisfied with the professionalism he provided.

I wanted to take the time to write a review for Adam Mandiel. I recently went into this Ashley Home Store to look for a new couch. Luckily, I was able to find one I really liked and Adam provided exceptional service to me as a customer. He answered all questions I had, walked me through the delivery options, and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. He also didn't force anything on me, which is hard for sales reps to do. He provided all the information for me and made the decision of buying from Ashley very simple. The furniture arrived to my home the exact date that he said it would, bright and early, and the delivery service was very professional. Overall, I couldn't be happier as a customer with this store, especially with how Adam handled everything. I will definitely be back in the future for any other large items that I need and will definitely seek him out again. Great job on hiring and training your staff Ashley!
