I stopped by the Ashley Furniture Store in Hawthorne today and was so thankful for the individualized attention I was given by their wonderful Representative Gabriel. He answered any questions I had about various products and helped me with my purchases. Thank you so much Gabe and your wonderful manager too. I appreciate your patience, allowing me to make the choices that were right for me.

Here’s an update so I left a one star about my dresser I Had ordered online and Ashley responded with we will be more glad to help you. We set up the shipping information. They said they were gonna send the parts I needed to me (I have the emails to prove it! )that was back in October Still have yet to receive the pieces I need so my dresser can be a dresser. Ashley kept telling me the small little pieces that I need for my dresser drawers to go into my dresser are on backorder Maybe I’ll get it next year 2026 ($200 down the drain) Lesson learned…Don’t order stuff from Ashley online because if it’s missing any parts chances are you’re not gonna get them and you’ll end up with a dresser that you can’t put together. Going into the store and buying stuff is fine because then you can take it back to the store If you have any problems. With an online order you are not allowed to go to the store and pick up the parts you need. You let me down Ashley, please do better.😭

I wanted to take the time to write a review for Adam Mandiel. I recently went into this Ashley Home Store to look for a new couch. Luckily, I was able to find one I really liked and Adam provided exceptional service to me as a customer. He answered all questions I had, walked me through the delivery options, and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. He also didn't force anything on me, which is hard for sales reps to do. He provided all the information for me and made the decision of buying from Ashley very simple. The furniture arrived to my home the exact date that he said it would, bright and early, and the delivery service was very professional. Overall, I couldn't be happier as a customer with this store, especially with how Adam handled everything. I will definitely be back in the future for any other large items that I need and will definitely seek him out again. Great job on hiring and training your staff Ashley!

I’m very upset because I went to buy a couch and I parked in the Ashley store parking lot I always buy all of my furniture in this store. I found the couch that I wanted and I went outside to my car to get my Ashley credit card and my car was gone the furniture store called the tow truck to take my car because it was trespassing like what…. I'm buying furniture. Also, when I walked in the guy who was welcoming people looked at me up and down as if I wasn’t gonna buy anything 👎👎👎thanks Ashley store I had to pay $400 to get my car just for 1 hour I was parked in the lot where I was buying something from you guys.

Save yourself the trouble and do not buy anything from here. It’s been a A disaster from the beginning. I purchased the couch online and then four days later. I was told that my order was canceled because the third-party who verifies your information couldn’t verify my banking information even though I did not purchase the couch with any banking information, I used a credit card. so I had to go in store and re-purchase the couch, pushing back my delivery date by a month, I use the same credit card that I used to purchase it online and everything went through. There’s zero reasonable explanation for the first one not going through. When my white couch was delivered, it was covered in dirt. I was told Customer Service would be contact me the next day regarding scheduling a technician to come out and try and clean it, it was almost a week before anyone got back to me. It took me contacting the person I bought the couch from, Victor sending him a formal message documenting all of the times I’ve reached out to him and Customer Service and not received a response And threatening to have them dispute the entire charge through my credit card company before I got a response. A week later they sent out a technician to try and clean it. It was not cleanable, so they sent me a replacement couch. That was also covered in dirt and the dust cover on the bottom was ripped off after receiving a VIP inspection. I’m unsure how this passed in the first place but not socked. I’ve now been waiting over five hours for the technician to come and try and clean the new couch, they are late outside of the window provided, I’ve received zero communication about when they will arrive. I spent thousands of dollars on this couch, I’ve also spent hours of my life contacting these people to try and get this couch delivered to me in the state that it should be originally. There’s no reasonable explanation as to why it is this difficult to get a couch delivered in pristine condition. Don’t buy anything from the store. It’s awful. It’s a waste of time. Go to Macy’s go to Wayfair go to Amazon go to any other place that sells furniture

My husband and I came In to Ashley’s in Hawthorne , in search for a new bedroom set and we met Benjamin a very honest and experienced sales associate. He guided us with the most amazing information that led us to find a beautiful set and along with Johnny . They made this purchase pleasant and very straightforward. My husband and I are very happy with this purchase Thank you Benjamin and Johnny .

I put down $1,200 on a sofa purchase. I changed my mind two weeks before delivery and went in the store to request a refund. Four days later, they have not processed my refund and plan on delivering the order!

If I could give a negative number I would. I bought a sofa and recliner before Thanksgiving, asking it to be delivered 12/21....In the mean time I've got rid of my old sofa and chair. I'm having people over on 12/24...NOW I GET A CALL SAYING THE ORDER WILL NOT BE HERE BECAUSE WHAT I BOUGHT IS ON BACK ORDER AND IT WILL NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL JANUARY 1,2025!!!...The Sales person who has an IPad said it was in stock on the day I bought it..WTF so what did I buy air? I have no furniture and I'm suppose to have people over on Christmas Eve...So I guess I'll just have to cancel because I have no furniture and no where to sit! Never again will I buy from this company...

I recently purchased a recliner love seat. There were some mechanical issues which the in-home tech felt shouldn’t be fixed, rather a replacement was ordered. The new recliner was delivered in a timely fashion and the delivery team was very professional. I would go to Ashley for other furniture items without hesitation.

Awful customer service. Saw a table there, bought it, and walkin out the door saw one I liked better. Not 3 min had passed and said I now want the new one. They COULD NOT cancel the first sale. So we were going to have to buy the new one and RETURN the one we didn’t want. Gets better. The new one was a floor sample and we could take it home, but because the next morning some store big wigs were coming to check out the store they said we couldn’t take it with us. Had to come back in the morning . We live 10 miles away! Argued with the manager to no avail. The place is the size of a mini football field and I said you really think the big wigs would notice one missing table!!!! Well came back the next day to pick up the table and sure enough one of the big wigs was ther,explained the story, and he COULDNT BELIEVE we had to come back. Yup! Story doesn’t end! We had to wait 2 weeks for the delivery of the table we didn’t want, then call them to come pick it up. Try getting to someone at the store who knew anything about picking up our table! And they wanted to charge us! Well finally, after many phone calls, they come to pick it up. Said it would take a week for our credit of $400 to come back to us! Nope!!kept calling. No one had any idea again. Well I finally contacted my Visa card and disputed the charge. They have not heard from Ashley and have 2 more days until the case is dropped and I keep my rightful credit amount. They are so sweet and accommodating when you walk in to buy, but then——-WATCH OUT. STAY AWAY.

William started off by asking what was our visit for that day, he took the time to look up the things we were interested in directed us to comparable items that may not have been there. Allowing us to browse he'd show up periodically just to make sure we were good. Again. No pressure or hovering. Mattress time came and that's when the patience and knowledge SHINED. This was over a 2 day period, he was still patient. At the end of the day he got my business livingroom and bedroom. William is the MASTER SALESMAN. Keep up the good work, an asset to Ashley's. I have tried to call the store multiple times, but they do not answer. I have no status update. I would have never ordered this table if I knew it would be over a month before I got to use it. I will update this review if they make things right in a timely manner.

Found the front desk agent to be snippy when requesting to have the assembly fee waived given the amount of money I have spent in there already. She told me I would have to speak to a manager and said he was busy. Left me on hold for 15 minutes. Called back, same agent answered with, "please hold" and immediately put me on hold. Called back again and she told me she knew it was me, so that's why she didn't bother with a salutation on the second phone call. Left on hold again. Called back, and was told by another agent that Leno is still busy with another customer. It's been over an hour now, and still no call back from Leno. Sad. Guess they want me to take my business elsewhere.
