Pretty good. I went late in the evening so hardly anyone was there. Service was quick and polite. My sofas were back ordered, so it will take 6 weeks to arrive, but I expected that. I recommend prior buy the warranties on anything they purchase.
BUYER BEWARE- I bought a bed and recliner-sofa set because they were offering 50% off. I was told they couldn't give me the 50% off on the mattress (Tempur pedic) because they are not "allowed" but I was going to get the sofas for a couple of hundred dollars to make up the discount difference. I got the mattress delivered in less than 24 hrs but my recliners mysteriously got "cancelled". The manager kindly offered to refund me the low amount for the sofas but did not adjust the price for the bed. So if you want a discount make sure they discount ALL items INDIVIDUALLY!
I have waited a full year to write this review to show the staff at Ashley's Furniture that they do not know what the customer wants. Not sure if the staff is still working here, but a year ago this month and this weeek I went into Ashley's Furniture to check out bed frames, mattress and other items for our house. I was approached by a guy in the bed department where all the mattress is at. I told the salesman when he approached me that I recently had received my Ashley's Furniture credit card and had $1,000 limit. He tried selling me a bed that costed $2000 when I specifically told him I want to keep within budget and check out the mattress in a box bed. He told me to forget about that mattress that I needed this $2000 mattress (only) and that I can extend my credit card limit. Who in the right mind as a salesman does this? He is not going to pay for my bills and telling me in a pushy way to get a credit increase so that I can buy a $2000 mattress. So I walked away from that deparment and kept ooking around. Then, I was approached by a woman and here we go again. She tried selling me a bed that was over the $1000 limit on my card. I told her I wanted a mattress in a box that I saw online. She tells me, "Those don't last a year". Well this is the main reason I am writing this review to say that these salesmans are liars. My Queen size mattress in a box is in top shape. This mattress is one year old and still comfortable, still fluffy, does not sag or anything. Mattress feels like when I first took it out of the box. Bottom line, these salesman don't care about the people. I went in there letting them know I had a limit and all they can care about is for me to get just one mattress that goes way over my limit. Another salesman telling me their own products do not work. Well you are completely wrong. Find attached image. Sorry about the pillows (we are moving out). I hope management gets a new makeover because of these salesman I do not want to shop in store anymore. I bought the mattress and frame online and was not told by the computer to go past my credit limit. Hope you Ashley's Furniture reads this and rethinks their approach on customer service.

Bought couch , love seat and Bed for my son. Supposed to be delivered today 8/29/20, one month after purchase. I received a call 2 days before saying bed is back ordered they won’t have it till October 7. We already got rid of my son’s bed have they called sooner we would’ve kept his bed. Now my son will be sleeping on the floor for a month or maybe more who knows. I don’t understand why they give you a delivery date not knowing if their stuff is available or not. Impossible to get a hold of customer service Managers in the store are not helpful either rude and unfriendly doesn’t know anything about customer service. When I bought stuff from Ashely Burbank a year ago I didn’t have any issues, they told me which ones were available right away and which ones will Be delayed delivery upon purchase. something needs to change in Torrance store. It’s been months of frustration with this store.
Ashley furniture has definitely dropped the ball. When I ordered my sectional and ottoman I payed in full. Adam was the salesman and he seemed cool. He told me 5 wks for delivery, which I didn't mind because I did already have furniture. My delivery was set for Aug 1 in which it didn't happen. Someone called me to tell me my lounge wasn't coming and it would arrive a wk later. I called Ashley several times and finally got thru to find out I wasn't receiving anything and my ottoman was on back order. If i didn't call nobody was going to say anything. Needless to say I went to the store for a refund. Adam was was only helpful when he was getting that sell. I couldn't even reach him...smh! So much time wasted and to me they didn't even care. I went to another furniture place and got my furniture in 2 wks and It actually looks better than what I was going to get and a little cheaper. Ashley will never get my business again. Learn to communicate with your customers and not just when they are purchasing.

Have yet to receive my furniture i ordered over 2 months ago. Was supposed to be available in August have yet to receive a call.
