Benjamin Valencia was very patient with me when I had to get double confirmation from my wife about what items we wanted. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into getting another or new furniture for the new apartment. I’ll be happy to come back to him when it’s time for me to get an office desk of my own!!!

Worst furniture store ever! I went into the store to make a purchase and right on the day of my delivery, I get a call stating that my mattress is on back order and don’t know when will it become available. So I cancelled the whole order and I was told I would get my refund in 24-48hrs. Fast forward to 4 weeks later, I am BARLEY receiving my refund back and that’s because I spent about 2hrs on the phone with customer service figuring out why they never deposited my refund back in 24-48hrs like that said. Point is, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! go somewhere else.
My experience with Ashley's, let's start off by saying, No Pressure! Walking in, we were approached by salesman William. William started off by asking what was our visit for that day, he took the time to look up the things we were interested in directed us to comparable items that may not have been there. Allowing us to browse he'd show up periodically just to make sure we were good. Again. No pressure or hovering. Mattress time came and that's when the patience and knowledge SHINED. This was over a 2 day period, he was still patient. At the end of the day he got my business livingroom and bedroom. William is the MASTER SALESMAN. Keep up the good work, an asset to Ashley's. William keep that great personality it made for a pleasant experience. Great customer service.

My husband and I came to look for just a bed frame for our king mattress we had already purchased. Not knowing what world we would enter into with the help of Manny. We LOVED manny and his customer service and hospitality. He even knew about our little island of Tonga and its only reigning monarchy in the Pacific Island. That was cool since not most know where Tonga is even at hehehe. He educated us on the importance of sleep, a mattress and bed frame. We walked out with our hearts sold on the power based bed. I am not ok with lack of or leaving out communication when I spend my hard earned money. I ordered a bed over a week ago only to find out I could not get it until July this after giving my bed away and currently sleeping on the floor as well as having to go into the store which is a distance from me to find out. I won’t revisit this store after canceling my order. The repeated and generated response two days later after being told to email Ashley reviews did absolutely nothing.

Ordered a table a month ago, scheduled delivery for a few days later, the delivery team had everything except the bolts to put the table together. I had to call to order the bolts and was told it would be 7-10 days. It has now been 3 weeks with my table in pieces on my dining room floor. I have tried to call the store multiple times, but they do not answer. I have no status update. I would have never ordered this table if I knew it would be over a month before I got to use it. I will update this review if they make things right in a timely manner.

After paying with MY credit card - my girlfriend received a notification 2 weeks later that Ashley furniture opening a credit card in her name. We never gave permission and declined any financing offers. This place is filled with sleazy salesmen

Found the front desk agent to be snippy when requesting to have the assembly fee waived given the amount of money I have spent in there already. She told me I would have to speak to a manager and said he was busy. Left me on hold for 15 minutes. Called back, same agent answered with, "please hold" and immediately put me on hold. Called back again and she told me she knew it was me, so that's why she didn't bother with a salutation on the second phone call. Left on hold again. Called back, and was told by another agent that Leno is still busy with another customer. It's been over an hour now, and still no call back from Leno. Sad. Guess they want me to take my business elsewhere.

Worst furniture company I've dealt with! Delivered the wrong size box spring and over two months, over 10 phone calls to customer service and corporate, after speaking with two store managers (who don't follow through or return phone calls) I still have the wrong box spring. Bought a couch, chair, mattress, and box spring for my parents, the furniture is fine, but the customer service is the worst. Ashley doesn't seem to value return business. I've already contacted BBB and looking to contact other agencies. I have contacted Synchrony to dispute the charges and notify them, that I the credit card will be cancelled. I will never to business with the company again.

I called 8 different stores and the Hawthorne location was the most helpful and sweet by FAR. Tiffany, Latreece (sp?) who manage the incoming calls were so helpful and knowledgeable. Lori, our sales associate, was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely come back to this Ashley Store time and time again!

I have to admit that Michael has a way of giving you the space needed (comfort, gentleman like) and a multitude of knowledge around the store, especially with mattresses. Can’t say enough about his professionalism. He cares about his reputation instead of just selling you another product. You can see the genuine character.

Ashley Furniture Store in Hawthorne have wonderful people working there. They are awesome, friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sale. We especially had a wonderful salesman by the name of Benjamin that tailored what we needed for our house. He was great to work with and a kind soul of a person to have met.
My salesperson Michael and his manager at the Hawthorne location were awesome! When l didn't see exactly what l was looking for in the store, Michael went to the large computer screen and showed me more items. That's where l found the furniture l purchased. My furniture was delivered in less than a week. I would recommend the Hawthorne location to everyone. For excellent hassle free customer service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Was promised a whole bedroom set and upon delivery there were missing items. How can you sell a bed frame with no foundation?? Makes no sense! When I realized the missing items I called Jorge Cortez, the sales rep, and he hang up on me. I then went to the store and the store manager, James, was of no help. He did not want to process a return even when the return policy clearly states that returns should be done 72 hrs after home delivery. Last Tuesday I came to buy a mattress and I made the decision of not ordering the right one. Instead I unknowingly ordered the wrong one and so when it arrived Thursday at 8am I immediately knew it was the wrong size. I didn't unwrap it and kept it as it was delivered. I then waited until 10am to walk into the store and ask for a different size in return. I was kept on hold for 20 minutes and when they finally got to me I explained the whole situation and they said they couldn't take back my new mattress regardless of whether it was opened or not. The manager couldn't even come out to talk to me and instead kept sending his clerk to speak to me. I felt like I've been done dirty. This was a store I liked purchasing all my house things and will never patronize it again. This isn't how you do business and you should always be willing to work things out but they never gave me that chance. They lost a loyal customer of over 10+ years. If I could give it no stars I would.

I was in and out of that store quickly with what I intended to purchase feeling confident that the “discount” offered to me was the best deal. I come to find out an hour later that the same set sold on the Ashley website cost $100 less in total. I call the store to inquire about this oversight with the intention to price match/ correct this error. The store manager conducted her “research theatre” and “please hold” dance and chose to tell me that the price difference is due to a zip code tax difference. I cross referenced what I had, validated that the zip code was correct, and was still in the right about the price being lower which is what I communicated simply to her. I informed her that it would make more sense to cancel my order and purchase on the website to get the better price. And she said “Sure, go ahead and cancel” and then hung up on me. Shocked about the audacity of a manager willing to walk away from a sale and clearly pull the rug under from the salesman who would have earned a commission, I walked into the store 10 minutes later to verify what I had just heard to where the manager evaded me and someone at the desk handed me a piece of paper to sign to void the order. If I could give zero stars I would, directed to this manager who lost a forever customer and didn’t have the wherewithal to price match because she wanted to save face on her zip code tax lie. However I’ve opted for 2 stars considering my salesman was just fine and the cancelation was seamless. Senior leadership should train this manager on effective communication and sales etiquette or she’ll run this location out of a business. This is the first review I’ve ever written with less than 5 stars for a business. I and my family will not be stepping into an Ashley Furniture location again.

Henry helped me as soon as I got to the store. He took me straight to the piece of furniture I wanted and made the process very pleasant. I would definitely go back if I needed anything else and I would ask for him to help me.
The sales staff were accommodating and helpful. They honored an online price match that saved us more than $100. The process was very efficient - we were in and out within 30 minutes.
I bought a dresser and bed for my son during the pandemic. The dresser is poorly made. I had technician come out 4 times they even sent new drawers but nothing worked. I purchased the extended warranty protect all and guess what they don fix drawers. So now I'm stuck with junk. I'm warning you..never buy furniture from ashley it's cheap and they don't care about their customers.

Everything is great and dandy when you are buying, but if anything is wrong with your purchase or if you are dissatisfied and want to make a return they will treat you like garbage. It’s pretty impossible to speak to anyone on the phone during your 72 hour window. If you go to the store they will just tell they have a no return policy and they have the right to refuse returns (which they do).
Terrible experience with delivery. My delivery window was moved several times on the day of delivery and the product was ultimately not delivered on the scheduled day. You have to wait several days to schedule a new delivery even when they are the ones that failed to deliver.
Process were definitely a little high for the selection.
Horrible post-purchase treatment. I bought a $2300 couch from them now that have developed a rip. Per Ashley Warranty and MyProtectAll protection plan, I was told by the sales associate, that it will basically cover everything from rips to spills to pet accidents. However, no, after developing a rip in one of my arm rests, MyProtectAll rejected my claim, as did Ashley. I was even willing to pay outside of warranty to get service done to fix it, but was refused service. I would never buy from Ashley again.

Ashley furniture has always been our go to furniture place but this time the service has been horrible especially the delivery. We purchased a living room set back in October 2021 in which only two items were delivered and the last one should have been delivered in December 2021. It is now April 2022 and we have still not received our last item. The delivery date kept getting changed and getting a hold of a representative is literally impossible! The only way I was able to get a hold of a representative was using their chat system through google. It has been frustrating because every time they give us our new delivery date no one shows up or calls us to let us know that the delivery has been changed! This is has been the worst service. We’ve literally been paying for a furniture that should have been delivered 3 months ago!

Please avoid any location. Their sales process and logistics gives the impression of a scheme. The location is irrelevant. Have been waiting 5 weeks for a product that was "in stock". I can't even get a refund and I have not received product. Customer service lines are un-educated and not helpful. In-store directs to customer service...get it? When a business has this many frustrated consumers, it means something. I failed to read boards prior to purchase. I won't even fight the $300, not worth it. Only worth if it if my comments/experience influence 1 customer to avoid this business. Even if I get settled...the process and time it took to find out if 2 bar stools, no thanks. With today's tech, there is no excuse for confusing or unacceptable sales process'. I rarely write a review, let alone a bad review.

No one should EVER buy a Tempur Pedic from this store. Went in to buy a couch and upon finding the right one, the Ashley salesman offered a deal that involved a discount on our furniture if we bought a Tempur Pedic. In addition to that, he offered us the Tempur Pedic pillows. After agreeing, while we were checking out he told us post-purchase we were probably not gonna get the pillows (super confusing and slimy since it was after the fact). Even worse, the firmness we got on our mattress caused my wife and I horrible back pain. We were under the impression that all TP mattresses had a period where you could swap them for a different firmness but because it was through Ashley, it is on them to provide that accomodation. And even though we let them know within the first 30 days purchase, AF refuses to exchange our mattress. Long story short, we paid $10k for a bed that causes us back problems. Will never shop at Ashely again and recommend anyone else from doing so as well.
Sales Team was very helpful in determining which mattress was right for me and my wife. Lots of time spent, not pressured to buy right away (even though we did :) Thank you Ashley!

The beginning of the experience was awesome we were treated With great respect and we had a lot of fun shopping for a mattress but then when it came down to the payment the system shut down and we were sitting there for about an hour to get our receipts and our delivery date. The following day they reached out to us saying that we would get our mattress delivered on Monday and The following day I had to call to find out that there was a financial hold on our mattress mattress and that our paperwork had been missing so we wouldn't be getting a mattress if I hadn't called .When we finally got the situation handled instead of a 2 day delivery they offered us offered us a 5 day delivery and we had to bend over backwards to get that change so over all The service was horrible and lack of communication ruined it all

I went to the showroom and the salesman misled my daughter and I about the Black Friday sale (claimed the package was 55% off which was not true). He then handed us off to a manager who completed the sale, but some how didn't know we wanted the 14 piece set even though that was all we discussed with the salesman. He seemed very accommodating, but it turned out the order was wrong. He scheduled a delivery for us on the day before Thanksgiving, but the deliver did not arrive (I took off work to meet the delivery drivers). I called to find out what happened and I was bounced back and forth between Genesis and the Hawthorne store and finally found out that the delivery address had to match the billing address (which we were not told and the manager should have known). I rescheduled the delivery for the following Sunday. The delivery was scheduled to arrive between 10 and 2pm. However, they did not arrive until 3:30pm and this is when we found out they did not include the entire living room set (only the couch and loveseat). I called the store and held for 20 minutes. Finally the customer service person said she would call me back or suggested I come to the store. I went to the store and the manager, Richard, tried to make it seem like it was my fault that he had a miscommunication with his salesman Ben. Although he gave me a discount, I had to scramble around and pick out accessories for my daughter's apartment without her feedback. I did not hear an apology until the end and no one at the store took ownership for the poor service. Personally, I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. Also, the manager coerced my daughter into writing a positive review of he and Ben withe the promise of a gift card (this was before we left the store the 1st time; a $50 gift certificate will not buy anything in their store).

I went in to Ashley’s looking for a small sectional, Benjamin Silver was the first to greet us. He showed us many options and went through the different sales that they had on sectionals. We found a light grey sectional that was just the right size for our apartment. Benjamin was awesome he didn’t pressure us, he let us decide. He gave us a great deal and even let us pick out a throw to go with the couch! If you are on the market for furniture go see him!!
Extremely over priced furniture.... I looked around the entire store and I don't believe I saw a single piece of furniture whether it was a bed or a couch that was under $1,300.. Almost everything was $2,000 and up unless it was a table or pillow... They do not have a very big couch selection; almost all of them were leather and brown... I was looking for a regular size fabric couch but they didn't have anything of the sort...not a large inventory at all.

The sales person was trying to take care of three customers at a time. We told him we’ve to go to a party. He said to wait a few more mins but he took more than an hour just to find out that the piece of furniture we wanted was back ordered. We got really frustrated . He could’ve told some other associate to help us but he did not.

He's not a good businessman and enjoys getting mad at people over misunderstanding's. He's not polite and even got mad at my thirteen year old son who was explaining to him the misunderstanding. Although, if you do decide to buy from this place, Clinton is a very nice sales rep., so please ask for his help. Yet again, DO NOT buy from this store because money is not appreciated there, PLEASE spend your money somewhere else.

They play games with prices and then when you quote the online price (60% of what they were trying to charge you) they just accept it without a word or apology. Why were you trying to charge me a higher price? As if I don't know how to use the internet? Feels so sleazy. 2. Shipping and delivery are promised on a certain timeframe, but then months later and the furniture still hasn't arrived. We call customer service, and they are a brick wall. Nothing can be done, period. Then why did you tell us you'd ship it the same week? Just to make the sale? If we knew it would be over 2 months, we would NOT have purchased from you. But this is a "direct ship" item, so we can't cancel it either... Nice. Verdict: go into the store to try out the furniture, but buy from the website.

I purchased the Coralyne Upholstered bed at the Hawthorne location in May 2021. The bed was delivered 6/4/2021 WRONG BED they delivered the Coralyne sleigh bed now I'm getting the run around from the store and the 800 number and have been to the store twice I called the 800 three times I keep getting " A Supervisor" will call you back since 6/7/2021. I just wanted the bed I chose now I definitely want a full refund I don't want to patronize a store that overlooked me as a customer and my money was the only satisfaction to them. My money helped to pay two store managers and a rude young customer service manager salaries One young lady I spoke with today over the phone said that someone put in the computer that the right bed was delivered Don't buy from this store!!!!!!

This is by far the worst furniture store ever, if I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered a new bed frame, and the day that they came to assemble it they were missing parts, they left everything in my room because they said it would only take a few days for the missing parts to get here. However, it took 2 1/2 MONTHS for the pieces to get here and now that I just received them today, they sent me the wrong pieces of the bed. WORST SERVICE EVER. Don’t waste your time and buy from here.

I purchased approx $3,000 or so worth of merchandise prior to Christmas 2020 and was promised a prepaid card in about 30 days if I applied for financing and made a purchase. It has been over 4 months and I still have not received what was promised to me. I went in the store and spoke with customer service about 2 weeks ago (early April) and was told I would hear from a representative via email to assist me with this issue; no email. So I called today and spoke with mngr Jada and was told I didn't qualify for the card. WHAT??? The promotion is what encouraged me to apply for financing and to make the purchase, so now I feel like I've been duped. I am hoping this will be rectified as I'd like to remain a customer. I called the store to check if they had a specific piece of furniture, the sales associate confirmed that they had it in store on display. I drove 20 miles one way just to find out that he made a mistake and they didn’t have it. Nobody apologized.

When we got there the service was lovely the man, Micheal was wonderful. Now heres the issue, I ordered some couches 2 months ago being told that they would come in on March 23 when im reality we never received anything. They had such bad decency that they couldnt even call or even send an email to let us know that our order was backed up. I threw my couches away yesterday believing I would have new couches. My children and I have only one seat to sit on while the rest of us have to sit on the floor. I struggle with overweight so its very difficult for me to get up. Now we have to wait another month for the couches to come in. Highly dont recommend this place, the way they handle issues like this is horrendous. 0 stars if possible.

Lori, greeted us at the door, introduced herself and asked questions and she measured the sectionals that we interested in getting. And when we found the PERFECT one, she was helpful without being "pushy" and I really appreciated her. I will definitely be back because I saw an area rug that I want; and I will be recommending this store to my friends and family.

Walking into Ashley’s Furniture on Dec 21st is one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I hope no one else makes the mistake of doing business with a company that places people at additional risk during a pandemic by refusing to correct their mistakes. My brother in law wanted to buy new bedroom sets for his sons so I went to Ashley’s. We understood that the furniture would not arrive by Christmas but that was ok. However, when it did arrive, the upgraded mattresses were not on the truck. As I was in the oh the phone addressing that issue, the delivery people brought in a broken lamp, a damaged headboard which they covered with a furniture marker and a cracked dresser. I have been back and forth on the phone and in the store with Ashley trying to have the dresser and headboard replaced with new items to no avail. They insist on trying to repair their errors. Thing is we did not buy repairs or second hand furniture we bought new furniture. The entire experience has been an ongoing nightmare. I am driving 75 miles to get to my brother-in-law’s house, he is taking days off and in home instructions is being disrupted for my nephew.

Completely outdated business model. Check Ashley website before you go, and ask them to price match...will save you bigly. Delivery was missing items, had to hunt them down. Customer service line is not checked, phones don't work well, and theres no way to track your order. More paperwork than financing your car, even when buying simple furnature pieces without financing. Save yourself the time and just shop on Amazon, or another online furnature store.

Worst customer service, I visited this location , and I was at the customer service line, but I couldn't tell if someone was going to help me, because none made eye contact to acknowledge that they knew I was waiting to be helped. It took one of the sales person to see me there waiting for sometime to offer me his help, and that is when one of the Lady's from the customer service desk said we will be with you shortly. 15 minutes later, I couldn't get help because their system was down. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but honestly 4 Lady's behind the desk, and none where with customers, but made it seem like they were busy.
People! Go for case goods, ie wood chairs, coffee and end tables, etc. If you want quality, long lasting upholstered furniture, don't go here. The salesman was easy to to work with, "no high powered salesman" tactics for my small kitchen chairs purchase. The cashier were quick and knowledgeable. Check out purchasing from here online. The chairs were on a better sale than in the store. Variety is good!

I really don’t like to leave bad reviews as I am a business owner myself, but I have to warn everyone about the bad business conducted at this Ashley’s. Beware this company at all costs. I bought my furniture back in October. I bought over $5,000 dollars’ worth of furniture and was very excited as I was moving into a new apartment. They told me the furniture would be delivered in two weeks. Two weeks later no furniture. One month later, they delivered chairs, and no table. I bought a kitchen table, chairs, a bed frame, a bed, and other small pieces. I had 0 furniture in my apartment and had to make do with sleeping on an air mattress. I was on the phone with them relentlessly to see when I was going to get my bed and bed frame. Next, they delivered the bedframe with no rails. The workers couldn’t even set up my bed frame for me and left the furniture there in shambles. Still sleeping on the floor, and no kitchen table to enjoy meals, they made another delivery. Instead of the rails or my mattress they delivered a mattress pad that protects the mattress. Frustrated and in tears from the back pain of having to sleep on the air mattress for months, I called them. They said the bed wouldn’t be delivered until next year and they didn’t know why the railing wasn’t delivered. That’s three whole months with no bed, bedframe, kitchen table. No functional house and $5,000 gone. Finally, I went into the store and demanded my money back. One of the employees told me I couldn’t get my money back if they delivered the bed frame already. I told them that they delivered it in pieces and forgot the main piece, the rails that hold the bed together. He had nothing to say and instead directed me towards a different associate. She said she would create a complaint for me and that I would get my money back, and a team would come pick up the useless pieces that were taking up so much room in my bedroom. I was so happy to receive my money back so I can go get a REAL bed. Two weeks later, I haven’t heard anything from them. They are withholding $3,000 out of the $5,000 dollars and have left me with junk that I cannot use. Please whatever you do not buy from this store. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased a sofa sleeper July 13, 2020. To date I have not received my couch. My original delivery date was August 22, 2020 as the couch was on back order. August 22nd came but the couch didn't. When I called the store, I was told the sleeper portion was still on back order and would be available October 3rd with a new delivery date of October 5th. October 5th came and I received a phone call stating the chaise portion was on its way. I declined the partial delivery and stated I want the complete couch delivered in one visit. I was given a new delivery date of October 19th for everything. Today the delivery guys showed up with only the chaise portion of the couch ! I spoke to a lady in the wherehouse who stated the sleeper portion is on back order until November 5th. I refused the partial delivery and was told by doing so they may give the chaise to another customer and that could increase my wait time. I was also told to call the store to register my complaint. I told her you all need to make this right or I will ask for my money back.

Pretty good. I went late in the evening so hardly anyone was there. Service was quick and polite. My sofas were back ordered, so it will take 6 weeks to arrive, but I expected that. I recommend prior buy the warranties on anything they purchase.
BUYER BEWARE- I bought a bed and recliner-sofa set because they were offering 50% off. I was told they couldn't give me the 50% off on the mattress (Tempur pedic) because they are not "allowed" but I was going to get the sofas for a couple of hundred dollars to make up the discount difference. I got the mattress delivered in less than 24 hrs but my recliners mysteriously got "cancelled". The manager kindly offered to refund me the low amount for the sofas but did not adjust the price for the bed. So if you want a discount make sure they discount ALL items INDIVIDUALLY!
I have waited a full year to write this review to show the staff at Ashley's Furniture that they do not know what the customer wants. Not sure if the staff is still working here, but a year ago this month and this weeek I went into Ashley's Furniture to check out bed frames, mattress and other items for our house. I was approached by a guy in the bed department where all the mattress is at. I told the salesman when he approached me that I recently had received my Ashley's Furniture credit card and had $1,000 limit. He tried selling me a bed that costed $2000 when I specifically told him I want to keep within budget and check out the mattress in a box bed. He told me to forget about that mattress that I needed this $2000 mattress (only) and that I can extend my credit card limit. Who in the right mind as a salesman does this? He is not going to pay for my bills and telling me in a pushy way to get a credit increase so that I can buy a $2000 mattress. So I walked away from that deparment and kept ooking around. Then, I was approached by a woman and here we go again. She tried selling me a bed that was over the $1000 limit on my card. I told her I wanted a mattress in a box that I saw online. She tells me, "Those don't last a year". Well this is the main reason I am writing this review to say that these salesmans are liars. My Queen size mattress in a box is in top shape. This mattress is one year old and still comfortable, still fluffy, does not sag or anything. Mattress feels like when I first took it out of the box. Bottom line, these salesman don't care about the people. I went in there letting them know I had a limit and all they can care about is for me to get just one mattress that goes way over my limit. Another salesman telling me their own products do not work. Well you are completely wrong. Find attached image. Sorry about the pillows (we are moving out). I hope management gets a new makeover because of these salesman I do not want to shop in store anymore. I bought the mattress and frame online and was not told by the computer to go past my credit limit. Hope you Ashley's Furniture reads this and rethinks their approach on customer service.

Bought couch , love seat and Bed for my son. Supposed to be delivered today 8/29/20, one month after purchase. I received a call 2 days before saying bed is back ordered they won’t have it till October 7. We already got rid of my son’s bed have they called sooner we would’ve kept his bed. Now my son will be sleeping on the floor for a month or maybe more who knows. I don’t understand why they give you a delivery date not knowing if their stuff is available or not. Impossible to get a hold of customer service Managers in the store are not helpful either rude and unfriendly doesn’t know anything about customer service. When I bought stuff from Ashely Burbank a year ago I didn’t have any issues, they told me which ones were available right away and which ones will Be delayed delivery upon purchase. something needs to change in Torrance store. It’s been months of frustration with this store.
Ashley furniture has definitely dropped the ball. When I ordered my sectional and ottoman I payed in full. Adam was the salesman and he seemed cool. He told me 5 wks for delivery, which I didn't mind because I did already have furniture. My delivery was set for Aug 1 in which it didn't happen. Someone called me to tell me my lounge wasn't coming and it would arrive a wk later. I called Ashley several times and finally got thru to find out I wasn't receiving anything and my ottoman was on back order. If i didn't call nobody was going to say anything. Needless to say I went to the store for a refund. Adam was was only helpful when he was getting that sell. I couldn't even reach him...smh! So much time wasted and to me they didn't even care. I went to another furniture place and got my furniture in 2 wks and It actually looks better than what I was going to get and a little cheaper. Ashley will never get my business again. Learn to communicate with your customers and not just when they are purchasing.

Purchasing with Ashley’s has been a major headache and a huge regret!! Don’t buy a mattress here especially tempur pedic. The mattresses are great so come test it out, find the one you like, then purchase it directly through tempur pedic. The beds are too expensive to leave it in the hands of a company like this. They tell you anything that fits what you’re looking for before you finalize your purchase. Then once it’s over they tell you completely different things and are of no help. Beware

I recently bought a dining table. Then 2 days later I added more chairs to my set.. I called to know when were the chairs will be delivered and they didn't answer for a whole week . When I finally got a hold of someone the lady was so rude and didn't even bother to find my info she only said I'll call you when I get the tracking #..I kept calling for 2 weeks straight to the store didn't answer me at all. I finally got my chairs. good I was home or else the delivery truck either was going to take it back or throw them over my fence. I never got a tracking# I just had to be on the look up. Very unprofessional service from this store. Specially from the lady at the front costumer service.. as soon as I get her name I will posted. I do remember her. The 3 times I went to that specific store she was just sitting down doing nothing. I can't believe that Hispanic can be treated this way. I totally felt descriminated by this lady. Because when we were at the store she and others didn't even ask if we need it help. They thought we didn't either have legal papers or money to pay.. I hope management takes care of this employees and teach them that all all people are equal no matter what ethnicity, race.. we all deserve to be treated the same.. thank you

Had the worst service from the assistant manager and general manager. I knew what I was going in for and I knew the price I was going to pay. As soon as the assistant manager started helping me he kept asking what do you want to pay, what do you want to pay. I was a bit confused. Once we went over to the customer service to pay he asked what our offer was. I said excuse me but are we negotiating a price? He said no I'm just telling u how it is. Everyday I have customers who walk because they are not happy with the price. Today I haven't had any so u guys might be the lucky ones to walk without buying anything. I was shocked at his horrible comments. He offered a price of $450 my husband said no so the assistant manager said thank you and have a great day and walked away. I asked to speak to the general manager and after I told him about our horrible experience he said I apologize thank you for coming, have a great day.

It's the worst... I purchased a mattress that's and it looks like it's been refurbished the stitching is coming apart I've called many times to get it replaced and yet no one had gotten back to me. I also purchased a dining table and the chairs are falling apart and I'm still waiting for them to be replaced.
I received a damaged piece of furniture and after taking the instructed steps with the customer service claims department, received an approval for replacement...... 2 and 1/2 weeks have gone by since I have heard anything from the company. I've called countless times, attempted to talk to people online, emailed, and still not a single person has gotten back to me. The large TV stand is sitting in a huge box in my tiny living room gathering dust and I have no clue what they want me to do with it. Are they trying to hold out so I take the $150 discount on the expensive piece. Do they do this often? This will be the last time I ever buy from this company, I should have stuck with Jerome's where I got every other furniture.

I had the worst experience dealing with management. The manager Charles has refused to do an exchange or refund for something they sold to me at the store. I purchased a trundle bed with a full on twin frame and they sold me the wrong mattress for the bed. Now Charles refused to help me. I’m still waiting for a refund on the mattress I didn’t need. I have been waiting over 2 months now. This is so ridiculous. I’ll rate this store 0 stars if I could.

Never shopping at Ashley furniture again Stella was the sales associate I dealt with she was money hungry and was trying to sell us the most expensive mattress. Their was a problem with the pick up of my old mattress she never bothered to talk to me to help. She was pushy and unprofessional. Please be aware before shopping here look at yelp reviews u will see how many customers have been treated wrong. I also purchased a couch the same day after being treated this wrong decided to cancel my order it took 3 attempts to finally get a refund. The keep giving me stupid excuses that the credit card machine was out of battery’s . Finally after the third time me driving to store I was got a refund the whole experience was awful.

I went here to check out the living room set I saw online on their website with the hope of purchasing with progressive credit I got approved for online. Unfortunately, they don't accept progressive credit as told by the store's rep. Reason being progressive is a new program and their system is yet to upgrade to accept it. They did make me apply for their own credit to see if I qualify, unfortunately I did not as my credit history is pretty new. Also, this is just a showroom as whatever you end up purchasing gets shipped from San Bernardino, not from this store per se. They do have varieties of furnitures that are nice. from living room to bedroom sets and a lot more. In conclusion, if you just want to have a feel of the furnitures you intend getting, then going to this place will be ideal, if not just place your order online since you don't get to take your furniture home with you right away, anyway.

Let the buyer beware. Ashley items look nice. Very stylish, but they are of low quality. We bought a sofa. It squeeks when you sit on it. We are not large people, either. We can live with that. 2 years into ownership of the sofa, the zipper on a cushion of the sofa broke. We called Ashley, and they told us that their manufacturer warranty is only 1 years, and we could buy a new cushion, or rely on the extended warranty. More on the warranty in a minute. Since the item is over 2 years, they told us we could not buy a replacement part, and must buy a whole new sofa. No kidding. We called the warranty company, GBS, and after 2 weeks of trying to get a tech out, they gave a date, only to cancel the visit because they do not cover mechanical failure of the zipper breaking, as that is wear and tear. Later the cog peed on that same cushion. We called the warranty company to clean, but they denied coverage based on the prior claim. Later, our cat peed on the sofa and soaked all the way through to the sofa body below the cushions. Relying on the extended warranty, we were told it only is good for cleaning the exterior, and that we could have to call Stanley steamer to get pet urine smell out, or buy new cushion guys, or buy a new sofa. When we purchased the warranty, they told us that if it couldn't be cleaned, it would be replaced, top to bottom, stem to stern. These guys don't stand behind their products, which they likely expect to break after a year, the warranty they push is a sham and not worth the money, and I hope nobody forks over a few thou to be disappointed. Go to Macy's.

Called for order cancellation; store indicated that cancellation was approved. Received no written confirmation of cancellation, so called back to speak to Abraham - Hawthorne CA manager. Abraham vehemently declined to be on a recorded line, and told us that cancellation was not possible and that our order would be on hold for 72 hours. This is a scam to boost Hawthorne CA's sales figures for the Columbus Day weekend. AVOID at all costs. All items we purchased will be refundable once the delivery is complete (after the sales weekend). SCAM

Today is my dad birthday. I walked into Ashley's Furniture just to browse around and look for couches since he's a couch potato lol. I walked up to the first person that I saw which was Adam Mandel. I asked him if he could help me find L sectional couches he was happy to assist me. I found one that was perfect for my dad. He walked me through the process and explain the warranty he also explained that I could get financing I told him I wasn't sure that I would be approved he gave me the confidence to try financing and no doubt I was approved and on my way with some brand new couches. My husband and I were having a hard time deciding on a chaise lounge sofa and the associate Brian was very helpful by showing many options! We've made a few purchases from Ashley's before. The items have always been of good quality. Our latest purchase was a sofa recliner. See, we had a leather sofa, Electric recliner, from Ethen Allen. While it looked great & felt like a million bucks, over a relatively short period of time, 3/4 years, we had issue after issue. Finally we decided it isn't necessarily what you pay. It's the product itself. Again having a leather Electric recliner we decided to look for a non leather, manual recliner. Well I'm was pleasantly surprised when I found out, I'd be paying a third the cost. And getting a sofa that not only looks good but it's as comfortable as can be. I'd just recommend to anyone looking at a Electric recliner. Just be aware that it could be problematic and cost a fortune after what could be a short time. Further out then the manufacturer warranty allows & not covered by the extra protection plan!!!

I was immediately approached by a salesman when I walked into the store. I honestly was only interested in purchasing a new bed & mattress. For weeks I was eyeing one of their headboards online. Contemplating on buying the headboard but I wanted the headboard in white & this particular bed only came in gray. There was a similar one in fact, it was exactly the same just a different color with a different name attached to it & cost more money. So I stopped by to see the gray headboard in person. Walked in the store and instantly recognize the headboard, I’ve been watching online. It was more of a bright beige not white. I was definitely dead set on a white headboard. But the gray headboard called Sorinella was very nice. I went ahead and purchased the queen Sorinella headboard, two white nightstands & dresser. I was very happy with my purchase and the salesman was very nice and offered deals and discounts. I attached a picture of the beige & gray headboard. I ended up buying the gray because, my room theme is gray & white anyway. The gray headboard would match any color sheet set ..

Do not buy items in store!!! The sales team will make you believe you are getting the best deal, using every swindling tactic to make sure you buy something. Do not purchase in store. After a quick internet search, simply on the stores website I was able to save myself over $400 that I would have been over charged in store!! Nothing but bad vibes from the leeches that work here. I absolutely will never be back. Reason for the extra star is the online option NOT the physical store location.

This store is full of crooks and scam artists. They force the sale onto you and claim final sale even though the product is NOT what is offered to you in store, plus my adjustable base came broken and they will not fix it!! I purchased a memory foam hybrid mattress from this exact store and was shown multiple models. After deciding on the exact mattress I wanted I made sure to ask multiple times for 2 main features, 1) that they would pick up my mattress when they delivered the new one, 2) that it had a vibration option near the foot of the bed. My bed came without both options even though I paid for it and when I called the store they accepted 0 responsibility. Even worse my wife was injured trying to remove the california king mattressby herself so it would not pose a danger to our 2 small kids. Had I known this request was not going to be granted I would have requested the day off to assist but being deceived I was not present to assist. Pedro Ruiz *sales rep* and Armando Martinez (store manager) and a " Tis- Beth" are all rude and offer no customer assistance. Even worse they state their policy is law and customers have no right in this store. I will warn everyone I know from making any mistake like I made in this establishment.

I wish i could give a higher rating, the store was lovely and clean with good selection, sales staff was professional, the rating is for the quality of the furniture. 2 years ago (july of 17) i purchased a sofa on sale for 750$, it was beautiful and if i could buy the same sofa again at better quality i would yet 2 years in to my purchase i'm already considering another sofa. By the end of the first year the frame settled to be 3 inches lower than when purchased, i now feel like i am squatting rather than sitting and had to buy a 3 inch foam padding from home depot to remedy the problem which destroys the look of this beautiful sofa. The settling of the frame also cause a 3-4 inch gap between the cushions. The quality of the cushions lessened rappidly and instead of maintaing their integrity as when i first purchased now the resilience isn't there and the corners pop up when sat on. The pillows are now lumpy and flat and the quality of the fabric is rather poor as i seem to have to use my upholstry attatchment on my carpet cleaner every few months to try to keep it looking refreshed. I now know why they only have a one year warranty on their items, because it starts to fall apart after a year. I also notice that a majority of the reviews for this store are too coincidentally close together in time span (90% being in the last 2 weeks to 4 months) and nearly all the "reviewers" posted only have ONE review on each record which seems like the store is posting fake reviews. As i stand i'm not inclined to purchasing from ashley again.
I had a terrible experience at this store. My deliveries were incorrect twice, and they were extremely difficult in helping the resolve the issue. I had to go to the district manager to eventually get my furniture delivered somewhat close to the promised time, and I still didnt receive some of the items I ordered.

Maria was friendly and approachable. She was helpful. I gave this Ashley’s three stars because we were given an amount and then there was a computer glitch. Maria had to do our transaction 3 times. She had a a manager come to help figure out the situation. In the end, our total price was $800 more than our first total. This was a little frustrating as I understand it was a glitch in the computer but there should have been more of some kind of discount for the time and false information. Mangers should have been more considerate and more accommodating to us (customers) and to help Maria in this transaction error.
I came to this location looking for a very specific size and shape couch. The staff was very helpful when it came to my needs and guided me in the right direction with no pressure. I was extremely pleased with their selection of furniture as I was able to not only find a couch that fit my requirements but also in a color and fabric I liked. Here is the best part... I got my couch for 1/2 off listed price!! I feel the quality of couch I got for that price cannot compare to any other furniture store out there. Great job to the staff at Ashely!! Thank you!
Worst customer service ever. One of the chairs I purchased is wobbly. It wasn't built correctly. They've been giving me the run around for 3 weeks and I still can't get a replacement. They put you on hold for half an hour and tell you they will call you back. They never do. I went back into the store and all they can tell me is they'll send an email to customer service.
The staff at this Ashley furniture location was phenomenal!!! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with a smile. Maria helped me from beginning to end and was superb. Very personable and charismatic. Would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

Let me tell you about my experience at Ashleys! I came from living spaces and had a really bad experience with a sales rep so I had already gone in skeptical about talking to someone, when I walked in the store was flowing with customers and I was looking around for sectional, Richie approached me with a flyer and explained the promotions going on, Richie took his time and showed me every sectional they had to offer from stationary to reclining and he even drew my room out for me to make sure it’ll fit! After finding the right sectional he took me to try one of those adjustable beds, I never realized how important my sleep was and how it affected my everyday life. Richie showed me the best way on how to save more and by purchasing the mattress I received $300 in gift cards. Thank you Richie for making my furniture experience exciting! I will definitely be recommending my family and friends!

This is our second time purchasing furniture at Ashley’s Furniture. The staff is clear, courteous and knowledgeable about the pieces on the floor. We first purchased a number of pieces from Vin who was incredibly kind and has an instinctual understanding of what we were looking for. Recently, Brian helped us pick out a bedroom set. Like Vin, he was very knowledgeable about the furniture and expertly outlined the pros and cons of the furniture. We didn’t purchase that day but when we came back today, Ruben helped us close the transaction. He is cheerful and prompt and has a great sense of humor. He also called over his manager, Richie, who outlined our options and cheerfully let us know our purchasing options. Overall, shopping at Ashley’s has been a good experience.

Lauren was a big help in helping me get the right Peaces of Furniture together. He example all the deals that they were having that day. He has great customer service, was very patient, and friendly. I left the furniture store very happy because I felt like I was saving instead of over spending. After everything was done he talked to the manager named Richy for us to see if we can get a 5 year warranty protection on my sofa. Richy also helps us get a better deal with the protection inly being $30 more. They both were great and I highly recommend everyone to come here and speak with them if you want to make your home look great.

The service at this Ashley Hawthorne furniture store is the worst i have ever encountered. As i was politely speaking with a sales associate by the name of (Armando), he was totally rude as to saying to me (Whatever) for a question being asked about an order. Armando also has the nerve to purposely hang up in my face as i was talking. I have purchased a lot of furniture from this store and totally hate i did and was warned to make my purchase from another Ashley store like on (San Vicente and Venice) or Living Spaces in Torrance. I'am currently working with a rep from Ashley corporate and better business bureau, as they stated that this is not a customer service practice that they want to carry out the Ashley name. Just wanted to warn purchasers like myself that work hard to buy nice things and get treated with good customer service. As a reminder this is one of the only Ashley stores that do not accept exchanges if the item is wrong, so you better take a day off to make sure not to have anyone else sign for your product or your stuck.
Ashley's Furniture has Horrible delivery standards and service. Beware this company will charge you anywhere from 99.99 dollars to 149.99 to deliver to your home, only to have UPS to deliver somethings. The bigger items was delivered by Ashley's but the part UPS was supposed to bring was/ is the problem because I still have yet to receive. My order had two different UPS tracking number the earlier package by one day was not delivered. Ups stated unable to complete deliver verify address. The very next day UPS delivered my second package and brought it to the door. When I realize the first package was not delivered I contacted Ashley's Furniture because I was not proved tracking numbers for neither packages. Ashley proved the tracking number and stated the package was delivered. I insisted it was not upon checking the database it was confirmed I did not and something was wrong with my address. I asked the representative to confirm the address by proving it to her and checking it was correct. After verifying I informed the representative, I received the second package today so nothing was wrong with the address. Furthermore, I receive my maul from the post office, amazon,UPS, and Fedex have delivered here. To make a long reference short. I have made at least five to six calls to Ashley was told a supervisor would call me regarding this matter I have yet to receive a call. Moreover, UPS was called at least 6 to 8 calls if not more and still have not delivery my package. I called on Friday and spoke with a supervisor whom called amd documented a case. I file a complaint regarding rhe package at least four times. The UPS thats has the package and rhe supervisor guarantee it wiuld be delivered on Monday it now Tuesday and guess what it still not deliveted. Keep in mind ever time you call it is at least 45 to 2 hours wasted on the phone. If you decude to buy go with a different delivery method or you could be me.

Ozzie was so patient and helpful in assisting us make the purchase we wanted. We originally started with a set of couches and worked on the purchase of additional items for hours. Then the misses spotted a different set of couches and changed the whole layout of the original purchase and pushed things back an additional two hours. Before we knew it we were there for nearly half a day and Ozzie and his management team were very patient an understanding throughout the whole process. They all definitely get an A+ rating from us!

Went to the Hawthorne location on Saturday looking for a headboard. We were greeted by Mike as soon as we walked in, he was very nice and had a smile. Told us about the specials and proceeded to help us out. He gave us our space to look around and once we found what we loved he gave us a killer deal. We walked away with one of the nicest beds in the store plus a drawer chest! I couldn’t be happier 😃 Mike and his manager really made sure we got the best deal possible. We were well received at the entrance of the the store by a sales person named Ben. We told him what we were looking for ( a pair of recliners).and he showed us the type of recliners we had in mind. Ben , showed us the recliners and the three different colors they had, Ben also asked to sit and take our time in trying out the glider and recliner chairs. We did not feel rushed into buying the recliners. We did purchased the chairs.
This was the worst experience ever. The sales lady was a total liar. She told us if we did not like the furniture we could return it ANYTIME. Beware...this is a cash and carry store! Once it’s in your house you cannot return it EVER! It’s yours! Also, she told us we have to buy the warranty on our furniture to get the furniture under warranty and to get the 40% discount being offered during their sale. Our $800 bed came without a foundation for our mattress and this was the “sale price” for just the bed, not the rest of the bedroom furniture. We had to pay $300 more for it. Total ripoff store. I have Ashleys furniture in 2 other houses and it was a total different experience! I’m done with Ashleys forever and I paid cash for all our furniture for our apartment. They ruined what should have been a fun experience. I hate hate hate the bed!

I recently visited the Ashley HomeStore in Hawthorne California to look for a sofa. I was greeted immediately after entering the store a Sales Representative, (Mr. Ronnie Rushing) who was curious, patient, and knowledgeable, and who answered all my questions concerning the types of furniture Ashley has. I was at the store quite a while and took up quite a bit of his time, but I never felt rushed, and felt that he was genuinely interested in assisting me in finding the perfect sofa for my home. Mr. Rushing also showed me the mattresses that Ashley has explained their features, and if I had not already purchased a mattress last year, I'm sure I would have also purchased a new mattress. I just want to say the service I received was simply, "EXCELLENT".

Think 100 times before you buy. I bought all bedroom furniture pay $2000. And its just 6 months all furniture start to collapse 1 by one. Sucks. Now i have no way to return
We’re from Oxnard, California and went to Ashley HomeStore in Hawthorne, California (about an hour away) to look for bed and couch and we ended up buying more than what we needed. Michael Patriarca was amazing. He was very helpful and definitely knows what he’s selling. Very excellent service! We will certainly come back here again even if it takes an hour. No one can beat their service! They deserve more than 5-star rating!

The store manager in Hawthorne has a very bad attitude and wasn’t helpful with minor issue. The problem when I called their customer service, they revert me back to the manager, of course I didn’t go back to him and my problem wasn’t solved.
The experience went smoothly and the employees were able to accommodate us based on what we could afford.
Horrible Order a mattress set and was suppose be delivered at 630 pm and it’s 10 pm on a Friday night and I called and they said maybe an hour or two that midnight
We went to Ashley Furniture to look at a new bed frame and ended up purchasing a new mattress to go with the frame. Staff was very friendly and and provided a great deal and an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

My experience overall today was successful, I brought my mom to help her find a specific dresser & Owen was very patient & helpful. There was never any pressure to push a sell or buy any item, which I appreciated! Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Owen & his mgr Richie, both very professional, helpful & willingness to work with us till we were satisfied. Just mass market furniture. Not a great deal either. I went in for a mattress and found a bunch for as low as $349 in queen, but for some reason, all of their king size mattresses are $900-1000 no matter what the queen price is.

Really bad customer service.if I can give this zero stars I would. My husband and I been looking at furniture store to buy a living room set and a dining set for our new home. We always heard good thing about Ashley furniture so we figured let’s go check it out. As we enter the store no one greeted us. As we were walking around wondering which couches were sleeper sofa still no one came to help us. Then a sales person walk past us not even asking us if we were interested in any he acted like we weren’t even there. As we decided to leave and as we were walking out the door another family came in and was greeted and ask what they were looking for or what they can help them. We figured we would take our money and business some where else. Now on when people tell us they want to go to Ashley furniture I tell them to go check out bobs furniture first.
Bought a mattress from Sterns and Foster Reserve collection. Needed space in order to make my decision. Robert and Henry were great staff and not pushy. I will be buying more furniture from them.
My husband and I were looking for a bedroom suite so we went to Ashley Furniture. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Ben and he helped us every step of the way. We must have lucked up because were having a 74th anniversary sale. Even the manager, Richie was very nice and helped us save even more money! We had a great experience and will definitely use Ashley Home Store in the future.

I would rate Simon a 6 if I could. He paid close attention when I told him what I was looking for, and walked me all over the store (a few times :-) patiently showing at least a dozen variations until We finally got to the mix of pieces I’d be thrilled with. He was also so friendly, upbeat, and intuitive that I experienced none of the stress I usually feel when making these types of purchases. Also this location is great, and parking is hassle free. I highly recommend!
They helped me find exactly what I needed from the moment I walked in the door. I’ll definitely come back if I need more furniture! Ronnie and Richie were both a big help! My Saleswoman Araceli Maya is the greatest. She gave our family her personal attention and a Good deal on the furniture. There are not enough positive adjectives to expressed how well we were treated, professionalism, patience and the great deal. Richie was just so delicious and the greatest. Just want to give a quick review for Pedro and Richie at Ashley furniture. I came in looking for a greyish couch and literally found the exact color I was looking for, a greenish-grey slate. On November 2018 few days after Black Friday. My wife and I walked into this store and got helped by a sales Rep named Simon. He was very patient with us and really helpful. We ordered a living room set (couches, tables, lamps and other decorations) and a dinnin room set too. Simon, informed us that the table sets for the living room were in back order and would arrive on January 2019. My wife and I were okay with that but, little did we know. The weeks past by and we received the couches, and dinning set too. Then January came around we didn’t receive the table sets for the living room and time went by and no one called to informed us that they got back ordered (again) until early feb. After way to much calls from my wife and I we decided to go in person to the store and figure this out because we would get the run around through the phone. At the store we talked to a manager (bald guy don’t know his name) he then asked us to pick another set of tables and a girl there name Lupe would give us a call a few days after to give us the tracking information. Well, a few days passed and she never called so, I had to call. I talked to nadalie then she couldn’t help I got transferred to Sarah she checks on the system for the new tables we picked and turns out that Lupe never even placed the order for the new table set. This place is so unprofessional I will never ever purchase anything from this brand or this store. They lie to you they don’t give you solutions they keep you running around with no answers. Do not buy anything From this place unless you want to wait 3 to 4 months to get everything you ordered. Now feb,28th 2019 I finally got my tables for the living room been waiting for a solution since November. I decided to take out my lamps from the boxes (finally took out the lamps until now because I didn’t have tables to sit them on) I started to assemble the lamps and notice that 2 pieces are missing. I called the store customer service and after waiting 30 plus min someone by the name of Danita picked up. I tell her what’s missing and she has no clue or idea of what it is. I ask her how long will it take and she tells me “I’m not sure because I don’t know what’s missing”. She then tells me that I have to call another number so I can make a appointment to have a tech come over and figure out what I’m missing. This is so disappointing why would I want a tech to come over when I’m telling them the part that’s missing. It’s a waste of time to send someone out here and figure this out and then keep waiting another week or two for the parts to finally finish assembling the lamps. It’s redicoulouse how this store is managed and the way they process things. I had a very bad experience with this store and because of that I will never purchase anything from here again.

My fiancé and I was so happy to purchase from Ashley Furniture Store because my mother had previously shop with Ashley Furniture. We purchase a bedroom set and paid out of pocket for it and no financing. Some of our items have been damage from the delivery team. I love our bedroom set but keep in mind the delivery team sucks. I had to fit my own bed because they were to sorry to fix the rails. The tech guy did came in fix our mirror dresser because that was damage. Our problem is our lamps. We received the lamps damage. I told customer service that I do not want to keep a damage item because it’s damage. To make the story short in simple we have been going back and forth over this lamp situation just waiting for our lamps to be delivered unbroken, but unfortunately they took the lamps off the invoice and talking about they can’t see the lamps we purchased on their end. I have to go to the store to show proof we paid for the lamps and that it is on our invoice. We have yet to received a refund because we have to go into the store when my partner is off work to get our refund. We really wanted the lamps but not damage lamps. It has been so frustrating that we decided to just go to the store on Friday and get our refund. We are first time shoppers at Ashley furniture and our experience was not so good. I have a ashley furniture gift card that I received for giving them a good review after I purchase for them. I deleted the review because customers need to know the truth about this Furniture company. I really want to use the gift card but my partner and I is unsure if we want to shop again with Ashley Furnitures. We was planning on purchasing a new living room set and a desk but are unsure. I will update if can about our experience tomorrow getting our refund back.
I went into the Hawthorne location looking for a new bedroom set and am blown away by the quality of service that Pedro gave me! He was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for at a great price! The pieces that I purchased are amazing quality, and I look forward to having them in my home for many years. I will definitely be back.
I came back to change my review to 1 Star. The sales reps were overly nice when they were trying to make a sale, but the minute there is an issue with your delivery they give you the cold shoulder. I should have turned around and walked out when I heard another customer up in arms demanding her money back and telling a manager that she should have shopped at Jerome’s instead. That was my sign, shame on me for not listening. It will be the first and last time I shop with Ashley Homestore.

From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by manager Cammy who quickly introduced me to my salesman, Adam Mandel. My experience shopping for a bedroom and mattress set couldn't have been more pleasurable. Adam was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable in all items throughout the store. After meeting with another helpful manager Joey, I completed my purchase and will receive my items in 3 days. All in all, my overall experience will have me returning when I need to purchase more furniture/accessories.

Always a great experience shopping here; Sales Associate (Alfredo) was exceptionally easy to work with. Let’s face it, when you are furniture shopping last thing you want is getting followed around (a little space goes a long way); and that’s what I love most about this store. Once I was ready and needed answers on some pieces, Alfredo was available to assist and provided detailed information on my selected pieces and not to mention got me an amazing deal on cost and financing.

Adam Mandel was great at first but then he added wrong items to my order and when they were delivered and I called him and Deante the store manager about it they tell me that even though the mistake is their own they will not be replacing them. I have gone through the channels of Ashley Corporate office and they are happily helping me rectify my order but the fact the the salesman who profited off of my order and the store manager who’s responsible for his employees are blatantly telling me that they are not going to help when the company tells me that these things happens all the time and it will be corrected. It just seems like the salesman and the manager are just trying to avoid negative marks for their mistakes this is also not the first time Ashley has sent me the wrong furniture and I have gotten it fixed in the past do unfortunately I have to update my former review after having such a negative experience once everything has been said and done.

Adam is am all star of Ashley furniture at hawthone! I would buy anything this guy would sell me because he is soo helpful and courteous! He just dont try to sell anything he seeks what’s best is for customer needs and their budget! Bought my whole wedding furniture and house furniture from him! He is amazing and Richie the sales manager was also super helpful with everything! I had couple of questions about my reordering and Richie literally explained me everything line by line! I had awesome experience at this ashley furniture and would definitely revisit for all my future needs.

Worse customer service! They hardly answer their phone when you need them, and when they answer they are so rude. They are only nice to you when you arrive and try to buy. I have given them two chances, stupid me. Avoid this place!
