Purchasing with Ashley’s has been a major headache and a huge regret!! Don’t buy a mattress here especially tempur pedic. The mattresses are great so come test it out, find the one you like, then purchase it directly through tempur pedic. The beds are too expensive to leave it in the hands of a company like this. They tell you anything that fits what you’re looking for before you finalize your purchase. Then once it’s over they tell you completely different things and are of no help. Beware

I recently bought a dining table. Then 2 days later I added more chairs to my set.. I called to know when were the chairs will be delivered and they didn't answer for a whole week . When I finally got a hold of someone the lady was so rude and didn't even bother to find my info she only said I'll call you when I get the tracking #..I kept calling for 2 weeks straight to the store didn't answer me at all. I finally got my chairs. good I was home or else the delivery truck either was going to take it back or throw them over my fence. I never got a tracking# I just had to be on the look up. Very unprofessional service from this store. Specially from the lady at the front costumer service.. as soon as I get her name I will posted. I do remember her. The 3 times I went to that specific store she was just sitting down doing nothing. I can't believe that Hispanic can be treated this way. I totally felt descriminated by this lady. Because when we were at the store she and others didn't even ask if we need it help. They thought we didn't either have legal papers or money to pay.. I hope management takes care of this employees and teach them that all all people are equal no matter what ethnicity, race.. we all deserve to be treated the same.. thank you

Had the worst service from the assistant manager and general manager. I knew what I was going in for and I knew the price I was going to pay. As soon as the assistant manager started helping me he kept asking what do you want to pay, what do you want to pay. I was a bit confused. Once we went over to the customer service to pay he asked what our offer was. I said excuse me but are we negotiating a price? He said no I'm just telling u how it is. Everyday I have customers who walk because they are not happy with the price. Today I haven't had any so u guys might be the lucky ones to walk without buying anything. I was shocked at his horrible comments. He offered a price of $450 my husband said no so the assistant manager said thank you and have a great day and walked away. I asked to speak to the general manager and after I told him about our horrible experience he said I apologize thank you for coming, have a great day.
Good customer service and goods
The store made a mistake that made me lose my delivery appointment for today and caused me to have to drive 70 miles to fix the problem. So not happy after spending $4200 on furniture.
