I received help from advisor Jeff Asano at this location. I thought he was very approachable and helpful with me picking out a sofa. I appreciated his flexibility and looking out for the customer in his tips and advice regarding shipping. I have yet to receive the item and will update my review later but my in person interaction with Jeff was pleasant and have favorable impression of this store.

Wow, what great service I got from Penny. She spent so much time with me to help me fond the perfect couch. Super experienced, super patient. Highly reccommend Penny!

I was really lucky to work with Niesha Tran who helped me find my new bedroom furniture and mattress. Niesha is very knowledgeable with the various mattresses. Ashley Furniture Huntington Beach has so much to choose from.. I am very happy with my new beautiful bedroom set!

Being a 30 year veteran, I came in on Veterans Day because of the additional 10% off advertisement, but was refused it in the store by the manager. Also couch was delivered by two gentlemen that did an outstanding job, but when I unwrapped the couch I noticed a tear in the fabric.

Very knowledgeable staff. Gavin helped me pick out some great options for my living, dining, and bedrooms. The only hiccup was that the credit system stopped working after 9 pm and I was there for Black Friday hours so the manager tried (unsuccessfully) to help me use my financing. Credit had to be run which I didn’t end up using, just put it all on my cc instead.

After having had my existing living roomthree piece leather set for 20 years, which incidentally, I also bought at Ashley‘s, I thought it was time for a new one. I’d been looking online, all the usual places, and I even thought about ordering online.But, I thought, it’s a sofa set . I should probably sit in it before I buy it. There was one model in particular that I found online that I was fond of ,that Ashley’s also carried. It was the Leesworth set. About $3200ish, at numerous stores. I went to Ashley‘s first and found the Leesworth set and, Lo and behold, the exact one I wanted was a black Friday deal for $2200 Ish. Sold! The sales person that helped me was named Luci so she was actually a saleswoman, gotta be PC just in case. But Lucy was great, polite, considerate, knowledgeable, patient, and made the overall purchase the best thing to have me all weekend except the pumpkin pie cheesecake that was the best thing

Our customer rep was Bruce. His customer service was EXCELLENT. He went above and beyond and answered all questions thoroughly. The couch we purchased has a 3 week lead time. Thank you for everything

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Ashley - Huntington Beach. I initially went to a different Ashley location in OC and ended up having a terrible experience. When communicating my issues and concerns, the folks at Huntington Beach Ashley store were very understanding and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed. I went in with ideas of what I wanted. They had me take my time to test out and look at all the furniture that I was wanting. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, accommodating and understanding. I am a returning customer, decided to give Ashley another chance after having a bad experience. And of course, I had another bad experience. Somehow they forgot the bed frames, had to wait over two weeks for the delivery. They left behind a box filled with bed slats, which I was told I needed, and no need for a boxspring. That was inaccurate as when my bed frame was finally delivered, I was told that the my bed did not have a place to attach the bed slats left behind. This box has been leaning on my bedroom wall causing paint damage. It’s been so hard to get someone to help me to schedule a pick up for something that could have been taken away when they delivered my bed frame. However they refused as it was not in their order. I have been sleeping on the couch, since I’ve been working a lot and no time to go purchase a Springbox which I would have bought in the beginning if I knew I needed one. I will never be going back to any Ashley in the future. Very disappointed with both experiences.

My sales person, Gaven McClory has to be one of your best. Very consumer oriented, understanding what the consumer wants and how much he wants to pay for it. He gave us a thorough view an explanation ofall our options and I was able to pick exactly what I had in mind No sales pitch needed..no pressure Now that’s the way to shop!

Do not purchase items from this location. I was sold a furniture set which was not as advertised and extremely poor quality. Went through all the proper channels to try and receive refund and despite an extensive credit card review which favored our cause, Ashley still sent the money they thought they were owned to collections. I certainly felt harassed by the store. Avoid if possible.

I wish we could say we had a good experience with Ashley, but it was terrible and caused a lot of wasted energy and effort from us, when it didn't need to be that way. Our couch was delivered, and it arrived defective. We went through all of the measures they requested to get the defective piece replaced, and they refused to help us or take any responsibility. We spent 6 months trying to get help via a simple and reasonable solution. Everyone from John in the store, to customer service, to the regional sales manager, refused to help or take responsibility. Very disappointed in Ashley's terrible customer service and unwillingness to fix their damaged goods. Watch out when you purchase from there. Once you leave the store, they don't care to help. Will never purchase from them again.

Gabriel Made it easy to purchase the furniture

We didn’t feel pressured by the floor sales rep who took her time with us and gave us a discount based on us buying a full bedroom set and mattress. Making the purchase was fast and easy. I didn’t have to sit and wait for a long time. The furniture arrived on time and on schedule. They set up the furniture for us and our 10 year old son was thrilled to have a more grown up bedroom set!

I am extremely disappointed with the assembly crew who delivered and set up the bed frame. They left several slats to the frame unscrewed and less than a month of using the bed frame, the left side of the bed became detached from the frame and sunk and broke underneath me. To spend thousands on a new bed and frame was not an easy thing for me to do and the lack of proper assembly and care for my new item I worked so hard to purchase is really upsetting. I wouldn’t recommend using their delivery or assembly services for this reasons. Check reviews online before purchasing in store…if you decide to go with this company. I won’t be wasting my hard earned dollars here anymore. Update: After being displaced from my room for 2 days and missing work, a technician came out to assess the problem and determined the frame was missing center legs and assembled upside down. The incompetence of the original installers is honestly astounding. I should have stuck with an Amazon bed frame and assembled it myself. Save yourself $650 and the hassle, don’t trust the assemblymen! I will not be ordering furniture from this business again.

I went in to buy an ottoman. . there was only one left so I had to take it from a store which is great but, they said I couldn't take it now. I had to pick it up 4 days later . when I got the receipt it said I already picked it up so it made no sense because if you're doing inventory it would not be in the inventory but yet I had to leave it in the store for the inventory.. even though it was already sold.. which made no sense. that's why I only gave a three start. otherwise customer service was really good

Never buying from Ashely !!! Got the 5 warranty on bedroom set 2 beds and a dresser. Got told I was getting real wood when it’s fake wood the paint of the beds are peeling off due to the poor cheap quality. Called warranty and they can’t do anything I really don’t know why they offer warranty at the store when they don’t want to replace anything. Don’t recommend anyone going to this store at all save your money

I will never buy another piece of ashley furniture ever again. Not only was the couch completely different from what I was shown on the show room floor it was a nightmare to get customer service to do anything at all. They sent multiple techs to my home and even ordered parts to replace the pealing fabric. I finally went into the store and the sales people agreed the couch was different and still told me there was nothing they could do. Only after raising absolute hell and saying that I was going to be holding the store legally responsible was I able to get them to take it back. But even that has been a challenge. Every step of the way they tell you one thing and do another. I was promised a refund by David, thats not what happened. When I called to clarify he did not give me any clear information, said he would call me back but never did. When I spoke to the manager Puya I finally got the whole story. I would be allowed a "reselection" not offered a refund for the defective item. I was able to find something after having to travel over 30 miles to a larger store but even that was not a pleasant experience at all. They called me 10 times and refused to leave a vm after I walked out because they were unwilling to uphold the promise of an even exchange. I eventually blocked the number and went to another store that had been very kind to me in this struggle. They were able to do the exchange but unfortunately, it has arrived damaged as well. I'm back fighting with customer service. The delivery team assured me the creases were just from being stacked and not permanent. Not the case, still there 2 days later. and there is hard material surfacing in the arms and cushions....? Never again! if I dont get this issue solved I will 100% be holding ashley legally liable.

Great selection and the buying process was easy.

Our sales lady, Christine was very helpful initially but when my son asked a specific question about the comparison between 2 couches Christine told us they were the same. When I looked at the description of the couch in question it was different material and not what we were looking for. When questioned about why she gave us false information she again was not honest and told us she didn't care which couch we wanted and that she wasn't getting any extra for the sale. Later found out she's on commission!! Went back today to make our purchase and had a good experience with the manager. I would like to think that if I'm spending thousands in a furniture store, honesty would be at the top of my list as to what to expect from a sales person. Christine didn't come close.

Sami, who informed me was 18 year old, I asked, was very professional yet very down to earth as well. Great to see good mentoring of our younger generations. He did his best to get me a good deal and was very informative on the products. Bought a bed and bedroom set with his help.

We ended up buying a couch we didn't know we wanted! Our family went in to look at couches because we were in need of an upgrade badly, we were greeted by Penny who is my furniture angel. She really went above and beyond on your typical customer service needs. She answered all of my questions, double and triple checked measurements personally to make sure it was going to work for our living room. She was patient with us as we looked at several couches. I really can't say enough except ask for Penny! You won't be disappointed.

I didn’t expect a hard sell pressure like I was at a car dealership. Not necessary. I left at first but returned to buy two sofas and an ottoman. I also wanted a mattress but couldn’t stand the hard sell stuff. I’m getting the mattress somewhere else. I told the guy he just lost an additional sale. I probably won’t be back and I certainly won’t recommend Ashley for anyone who asks.

I went to the Ashley Huntington Beach store today and purchased a sofa, loveseat, coffee table 2 end tables. Pouya was the most incredible and personable helpful manager I have ever met. He answered every question and was so knowledgeable and helpful. The store was so attractive with quite a large inventory to choose from and all the personnel there were so wonderful and welcoming. I am still in the market for some additional furniture and I’ll definitely return to that Ashley store.

The furnitures here really beautiful

We just bought a recliner and loveseat and when it got delivered they brought a regular size couch. We have been waiting since Thursday for solution. I was considering my bedroom set but with this now I’ll be going elsewhere. Sales person Kay instead of making sure correct item was entered and ordered he started going on and on about mattresses when we were not even there for that. First time buying here and surely the last.

She listened to all the details of what I was looking for and why I was looking for those specifics. I was exhausted after a long day and she was patient. I’ll make sure to work with her in all future purchases if she is there.

He makes me buy and add it to the final. I had a bad experience at Long Beach Ashley, but Huntington Beach Ashley recovered my imprisonment at the Ashley store.

They tell you your order will be delivered in 20 days and after 20 days u call they tell u to wait another month. That's really messed up say the truth from the beginning. If u said the truth we won't complain about waiting.

They do everything they can to confuse you and take more money. Getting you to buy what you don’t need, by making you think you getting discounts. I bought I bought an Effie queen pannel bed for 649. After purchase I checked Ashleys online and the same bed was 499 . They charged me 199 for no hassle set and delivery where their online store would have been only 99 for no hassle set and delivery. Then charged a 5 year protection plan they push on you making your think your getting it for fee by discounts but in reality your not. Then to top it off . What really got me and made me decide to do this review was the delivery guys scratched the hell out of my hard wood floor. Dragging from the living room to the bedroom in 3 places which I didn’t notice u til after they had left. The landlords will blame that on me. So when you have delivery make sure you babysit because they care more about speed then they do about damaging your house

Today was the day before our move, and we desperately needed a bedroom set for our master bedroom. We went into the store, and the first sales person that addressed us did not want to help because we are moving out of state and the store did not deliver to that state Then came along POUYA. He is the store manager. He went above, beyond and extended his arm to us so that we would be able to have furniture delivered to our home today that our movers could take tomorrow. He took his time with me, showed me every single mattress, and we walked through the store showroom, looking at different pieces, and making sure they were available in the warehouse. Even though the store was busy and other associates needed his attention, he kept his promise by showing me different samples of showroom furniture, and we finally came to the conclusion of the one we really wanted. If you’re looking for your new furniture, this is the place to go! Five stars all the way around!

I honestly did not like the way people follow you around! It made me very uncomfortable! I met Sammi And we developed a great relationship and I had a wonderful experience after that. We ended up purchasing two full bedroom sets and the whole transaction went smooth thanks to Sammi. If the delivery goes well, we will be back to purchase the rest of the furniture we need. I went into the store and ended up ordering a bedroom set they only had online. They agreed to give me 10% off so I set everything up. They stated that my chest of drawers and my dresser would be delivered from the warehouse and I would have to put them together myself and that the bedframe would be delivered at a set date and put together by the delivery drivers. I received the chest of drawers and the dresser. I have yet to put the dresser together, but I did receive the chest of drawers and put that together only to find out after I was already done with everything but one drawer that the one drawer didn't have the proper cuts in it for me to assemble the actual drawer. I contacted Ashley furniture and they stated that they would investigate and contact me afterwards. I then got a call within 48 hours from the actual store where I purchased the item in Huntington Beach and David. The manager told me that I needed to bring the dresser back in the original box in order for them to accept the dresser and order another one to be delivered again. I explained to David that I was a single girl living upstairs in an apartment complex. I've already assembled all but one drawer of the whole dresser and it was impossible for me to break it down and put it back in the box so I asked if there was an alternative solution maybe send me just one face of the dresser drawer, or have someone from Ashley schedule a pickup of the dresser. He got very agitated and short with me with me after I asked to speak to his supervisor and then he hung up on me.. then he called back and I recognize the number so I did not answer and he left a voicemail which I have kept stating that he spoke to his boss and they will no longer accept my dresser, no matter what so don't bother, dropping it off to us and we'll give you a $50 discount off of your delivery off the bed which is a complete joke because there's not been any discounts whatsoever app applied to my total when I look online. The lack of professionalism is disgusting to me. I've heard reviews about Ashlee furniture online on multiple social media platforms saying do not buy from them. Customer service is awful, but I thought their stuff was cute so I wanted to get the furniture and when I say, I will never buy from Ashley furniture again I mean it. Their customer service is awful and David from Huntington Beach is a so unprofessional and rude. do yourself a favor shop at living spaces for somewhere else, that actually values their customers and that will actually fix the problems at hand!

My wife and I were displaced by the Eaton wildfire in Altadena. We decided to relocate to Orange County and needed furniture. We stopped in at Ashley to look around and Tommy (our sales guy) and the crew there were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their furniture products, which were excellent. They didn’t pressure us but were attentive when we needed them. We found a bedroom set we loved and decided to purchase it. We asked if Ashley, as a company, was doing anything to help LA fire victims (because it never hurts to ask) and the store manager immediately came up with a price break for us. They were empathetic and extremely supportive. For that, for their terrific customer service, beautiful furniture pieces at great sale prices …we highly recommend them!

Lotta sales people wandering around. Nobody asked me if they needed help. I had to seek out my own sales person to help me with my purchase.

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley‘s. First off I’ve never been before so it was a wonderful surprise to get there and see the great deals. But What I love, the most was not being pressured. All the other furniture stores I had been to recently always had a sales person creeping behind me the entire time making me feel uncomfortable. Here I had a wonderful sales clerk, Gavin, who allowed me to look around the store, pointed things out for me, but allowed me to freely walk and discover on my own. I ended up purchasing three pieces. And my mom ended up purchasing a couch too. Great experience will definitely recommend and come again.

3/4/2025 Update: The sofa is wearing out within 2 weeks. A tech came out and said they would have the cushion re-stuffed. He said the mfg wouldn't deal with it, so my extended warranty would. I advised the dispatcher that the sofa is not of good quality and ALL of it would fail within a year. The cushions are sinking and the material is pilling. She has turned it over to quality control. This was Fri, as of Tues am, no response. Tried out a couple of sofas. Jeff was really helpful

Great support and selection

Definitely don’t buy from here. They don’t honor their warranty. I’ve had a couch that cost way less that lasted so much longer. This couch is only less than six months old and it looks like I’ve had her for five years. It’s only me and my son and I cannot believe how quick this couch deteriorated. I had two technicians come out in the last one told me I pretty much need to scream and yell and work up the chain of command to get what I need I don’t think I should do that. I think Ashley should honor their warranty. I’m very upset that I spent so much money. With little assistance

I purchased a coffee table just over 2 years ago which Ashley no longer sells (at least not on their website, SKU:T248-1). I purchased the extended warranty, which I normally do for large purchases, so as to insure my furniture will last a while. We do not abuse our furniture, like AT ALL. Other than our feet on the coffee table we don't put anything on it that weighs a lot. Heck, I even insist on coasters to avoid stains. However, I noticed the wood on one of the legs has started to crack, so I submitted a claim for repair (I really loved the table). BUT, the insurer denied my claim saying it's normal wear and tear. I understand "normal" wear and tear invalidating the warranty, but wood cracking in the leg is NOT normal for a coffee table (especially after only 2 years). I contacted Ashley to see what I could do to have it repaired or replaced and they said absolutely not. I asked for a refund for the warranty since it is not covering the table and again was denied. This tells me 2 things. One, unless I actually break the coffee table (unintentionally) the warranty is null and void. Two, Ashley Furniture sells cheap, low quality furniture that they do not back. I cannot in good conscience recommend them if this is the quality of product and service they offer. A good quality coffee table should last more than 2 years, especially with the extended warranty having been purchased. With no satisfactory resolution, I am forced to have to throw the coffee table away and purchase a new one, or try to fix it myself. I can guarantee you if a new coffee table must be purchased I will not be buying it from Ashley furniture.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ashley Furniture online and the store not taking responsibility for anything. Save yourself the hassle and buy from stores with good customer service. Lots of miscommunication, it’s ridiculous for such a big and well known company. Here is my email I sent with details to customer service (I called and they could not supply me with the Huntington Beach location manager address...weird)-- Hello, I am extremely disappointed with Ashley furniture. I called Ashley in Huntington Beach on 11/7/24 regarding the credit for warranty. They explained the side table is not in stock anymore so I would need to use the credit. I explained I have a whole matching bed set (bed, side tables, dressers) and I want a matching side table to complete the bed set and so it’s not mismatched. The employee said he would look into it and call other stores to see what he could do. I got a phone call and email two days later from Ashley customer service on 11/9/24 that the piece of furniture was in stock and it would be delivered to my house. I arranged my whole schedule so I could be home (11/13/24) for the arrival. I got an email confirmation and noticed it was for delivery at my old address, even though I gave my new address to the person over the phone. When I went to change the address online, I had to change a different delivery date. I rearranged my schedule AGAIN in order to be home (11/16/24). I emptied the dresser and moved it out of the way to prepare for delivery. I got an automated phone call from Ashley that said my order would be delivered at 10:10am. I checked online tracking and it said my order was one stop away. I waited for over an hour and there was no delivery and the phone tracking changed to “unable to start”. I emailed customer service online and they said it will be delivered still, I just have to wait the whole time window. I was not confident in the answer so I also called Ashley customer service and they gave me no answer as to why the order was canceled and couldn’t provide me the number to the delivery drivers. I was told a claim case number was made 09897992. I ended up calling Ashley furniture in Huntington Beach and explained the situation since online customer service was no help. I ended up being told there was no delivery order even put in and I shouldn’t have received that phone call and emails. I asked what the store could do for me for the huge inconvenience. I explained I want a matching dresser for the rest of the bed set. I was told they can’t do anything and they can only give me the credit and I can use it if I want. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Ashley furniture. I moved my whole work and personal schedule to be home for this delivery. I even had my dog sitter pick up our dogs that morning so the dogs wouldn’t be in the way for the delivery drivers. For this huge inconvenience and mistake on Ashley’s end, I am asking for Ashley to make this situation right to a loyal customer. I have purchased several items from Ashley and I can’t believe this happened and that Ashley is doing nothing to make up for it. If I could get even just two side tables that are similar in color and material to the rest of my bed set that would be enough. I have attached photos and evidence. As soon as we walked in, we met Pam here in Huntington Beach. She was so helpful gave me information I didn’t even think to ask and ended up bringing our son and wife back and bought exactly what they wanted. She helped us get discount for black Friday and scheduled everything in less than 10 minutes. Beautiful sectional we were so happy!

Bad company all together. The mattress I got was completely misrepresented and miss advertised as “ultra plush”- turns out it was level 6 out of 10 on the firm scale. With 12 DAYS to return the mattress, they sent a “technician” to my house on day 13 knowing that the timeframe to return would have passed. The technician put his hands on the mattress, pushed it down a couple times, then said, “it feel soft to me”, then left. it’s all about bait and switch and terrible customer service. GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS COMPANY!! Don’t be fooled by the generic email below. They don’t care at all. I already emailed them and called MANY times and was told there was nothing they could do about it. In the end, I had to buy an entirely new mattress. After two months of sleeping on cement. $1004 wasted because they refused to be honest in their advertising. Once they get your money - they turn their back on you. Fraudulent advertising and unethical treatment.

Wow I was so impressed with not being pressured to buying anything. We visited different furniture stores and here at Ashley furniture Vern and Tommy went out of their way to answer any questions we had and they were very helpful. Plus I was happy with the choice I made in the living room set and the price was right.

I gave you guys 5 stars when I first purchased my bunk bed and sofa , GUESS WHAT HAPPENED !!! The bunk bed was broken during installation !!!! Ashely Tech. Said that the bed is not a high quality one and he advised to replace it with other model , any how , I went to the shop and met Pouya ( store manager) as he said it’s not a quality issue as he will replace the bed with a new one and he offered me a free extended warranty on the bed ( that’s why I gave you the five stars before !!) few months later , the bed was broken from another area , I went to meet Pouya as he said no worries as he will take care of it and he did send someone to replace the broken part ( Tech said that it was broken because of installing the bed in a wrong way !!) GUESS WHAT HAPPENED NOW , the bed was broken from the same exact area as it was broken the first time !!!!!!! I went to meet Pouya as he refused to meet me and he was latterly running away from me to avoid having any discussion with me ( what an unprofessional way in dealing with your customer !!!!) I left as I called the extended insurance company to do it under insurance , GUESS WHAT AGAIN , it was FRAUD as there was no insurance on the bed , he gave me a fake documents to say that the bed has an extended insurance which was never happened !!!! Even had a peeling on my 3500 $ sofa and they refused to cover it under warranty or insurance ( as I have a paid insurance on the sofa ) the most low unprofessional service you can ever get from Ashley Furniture (I will replace all items with something else as I swear I will spend the rest of my life telling all persons who I meet about my whole miserable story with Adly Furniture) FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD !!!!!

My visit to our local Ashley Furniture store was a great experience, Jeff was the sales person who helped me out and was not pushy in trying to sell me something. I found the couch and loveseat that I was looking for and I’m excited to have them delivered next week.

The sales representatives added a 749.99 warranty which I did not consent to buy. We had no discussion of a warranty whatsoever. They just added it. I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB.

To say we are disappointed with our Ashley experience is an understatement,customer service was terrible our issue was first highlighted in early August and took until mid October to be resolved after numerous visits back to the store where we made the purchase and numerous emails to customer support. We won’t be shopping with Ashley again.

The salesman was great, their customer service is horrific. Bought a couch, one of the pieces made it too long so we asked to return one of the 7 pieces. We were a day late due to my wife came down with COVID and they told us to pound sand. Will never shop there again, once you leave the store they could care less about you. So much for customer service.

Wish I was leaving a positive review but we had a frustrating experience. We ordered a leather sleeper couch. Had to refuse twice because of quality issues. Even delivery guy made comments on quality. Talked to management at HB store and they were rude and acted like we were being difficult. We finally agreed on 3rd attempt because I loved the look of couch so much. They set it up as VIP delivery and acted like they were doing us a favor (Salesperson was good, it was management that was rude).VIP meant they unbox and inspect prior to delivery. . The night before, they sent photo. It appeared leather was gathered and lumpy on back of couch, I replied questioning it.. no response. They delivered. It was lumpy on back of couch but since we had up against wall, I accepted it. However after sitting on right side, board on back cushion creaked so loud with every move. Had to call for repair right away. The sofa is beautiful and we’ve purchased from Ashley’s before about 10 years ago and had a good experience. But something has changed with service and quality. .

Pam was incredibly helpful and patient as I was choosing new storage for my kitchen. I chose it somewhat non-traditional option because I loved the material and the mix of glass and wood which gives a modern warm vibe to a very small apartment space. The furniture is beautifully crafted and the delivery process was easy and quick.

I visited the Ashley Furniture store while visiting in Huntington Beach, CA and had a wonderful experience. Patricia Plummer was wonderful and spent a lot of time and energy helping me. Even though I let her know that because I lived in Northern California I would not be making any purchases on that day, she was still SO helpful in helping me understand how I might be able to make a purchase for delivery if I found something that I liked. She followed up with a phone call a couple of days later to give me details of how that would work. All in all, I spent approximately 2 hours looking, asking questions and getting very educated on all the Ashley furniture I was looking at. Highly recommend this store for anyone considering a furniture purchase of any kind.

I bought 1100 dollar chairs, two of them and the chair is broken making noises on on the massager and jerking. The guys who came to my home did not complete their job and I have been on the phone with customer service for 20 minutes trying to schedule an appointment for them to fix it. I asked to speak with a manager and the woman in customer service told me they don’t have a manager. I asked for a replacement for these chairs that I got LAST WEEK and they told me I can’t get a replacement, a technician can only come look at it and fix it. I did not spend 1100 per chair for there to be issues not even a week later.

I just purchased a table and I need help to load it in my vehicle, Kevin and DJ were both so very helpful. They took the time to remove the table legs and carefully placed each piece in my car. I am grateful for them taking the time to help me.

Worst furniture store to ever go too. I have never seen such bad customer service. Please save your time and money and don't come here. They do not acknoledge you whatsoever and are really rude.

Pamela was an amazing person to talk to about my daughter’s room. She guided me in the right direction to find what I was looking for and took the time to explain the dimensions and prices. I felt very comfortable and at ease with how she handled everything. Thank you for your help.

I would caution against buying anything from here. they sold me a sofa which started peeling right after 1.5 years. They also sold me a 5 year warranty but when I filed a claim they said peeling is not covered and this is happening because of user handling. Which was not true. I had repeated discussions with Ashley employees and the warranty company but no use. After posting this review they responded with standard " is there anything we can do" and did nothing as usual. Bad quality products , higher prices and deceitful business practices. Businesses like these do not last long.

BEWARE OF "FIVE YEAR - ZERO INTEREST" FINANCING PROMISE Scammers. My husband and I purchased a sofa set from this place from salesman Samuel. What a nice guy! He was so welcoming and personable; talking with us about family and smiling in our faces. He promised us a "five year, zero interest" financing option which he and my husband talked about multiple times during the interaction, and again during purchase. It's one year later and we get a $700+ interest charge. Looks like he got us!! When he checked the contract, we realize he snuck it in that we would only be on a "12 month no interest" plan. Ashley customer service is of course no help. It's already been sent to the credit agency and they "can't do anything for us" except promise to have the store manager call us (which of course also never happened). I am not writing this review in hopes that Ashley will care about their sneaky salesman, because honestly I imagine they know it's going on but don't really care. Just want other people to be aware and double check your contracts.

Hello this is a update to a Small Apartment size hide a bed. I'm a caregiver. I sleep in this for my daughter. I specifically asked about the bars underneath as I have Very bad back and Joint pain. I was told this was all a flat service on the bottom where the memory foam is. Welp, I slept on this 2 nights. There are bars going right into my back. I haver slept and I expressed my concern to the salesperson who could have beef alittle more honest with me. 800 dollars is alot to pay to be unconformable. Shame on you for wanting to sell rather then be honest to your customer. 😞

One of the items came broken, coffee table. I called the company and left message. No reply yet. The new coffee table should immediately. I am waiting...

Today is Weds 5/1/24 and just left the store at 6:12pm. BF and I walked into the store around 6pm. For the first time ever, we were never approached by one single person offering to help. We don't usually like to be bothered when shopping but we like to know who's available to ask if we've got any questions. They had about 5 sales people on the floor. Not a single person said hi or even made eye contact. Multiple people just walked in by. Really bad service. Maybe their weekend sales people are better or more attentive? Maybe we weren't dressed nice enough? Who knows! But won't be going back.

I went into the store looking for a new leather sofa. I was very impressed by the overall experience. All the team members were extra helpful and knowledgeable. I never once felt pressured. I ended up being helped by the store manager Josh who was more than accommodating. He answered all my questions and made sure that I was happy with my selection.. It's been a month now and I love my new sofa. I'll definitely be going back here whenever I need to upgrade my furniture. Thanks again Josh for all your help.

The HB location is nice. I walked in and browsed around a bit before I was approached by a sales person - which I appreciate. I don't like being confronted right away; give me a bit to see if you even have anything like what I'm looking for. And, Maya did just that. The store is well kept and easy to walk around. Found what I liked right away, but I still walked around. This was the 6th store I had been to that day so I knew I'd either find what I wanted quickly or leave. Ended up with a sofa and love seat being delivered in two weeks. Thank you!

My wife and I recently visited Ashley Homestore in Huntington Beach in search of a specific type of queen bed. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Upon entering the store, we were not greeted, and it seemed like there was a lack of attention from the staff. When I approached a sales associate for assistance, he informed us that the bed we were looking for was only available online, which later turned out to be untrue as we found the same bed at the Santa Ana store. Additionally, when I asked about alternative bed options, the sales associate simply pointed in a direction and walked away, providing minimal assistance. Overall, the customer service at this location left much to be desired. The lack of a warm welcome, inaccurate information about product availability, and the unhelpful attitude of the staff were disappointing. It appears that the store may benefit from a complete staff overhaul to improve the overall customer experience.

The purchase I made at the showroom was for a 3 pc sectional at what I thought was the tagged price. When my delivery arrived it was a 2 pc sectional only. The sales person failed to tell me the tagged pc was for only 2 pcs. I had to purchase the 3rd pc for 500.00.

Our sales representative was Bruce Vo, he was very helpful and professional. Bruce gave us a lot of good advices and made the ordering process easy and quick. Thank you Bruce, we will be make sure to return in the near future for all of our furnitures.

This is unusual, but I want to give a shout out to Penny who works at this location. I tried to get a chair for my dad, but it did not work out. Penny put forth a lot of effort on my behalf for a sale that did not happen. She was also quickly responsive. I will definitely be going back and enlisting her help if there are other furniture items I need in the future.

I had an issue with my order and called to get some assistance. I was helped by a young man named Kavory. He was so kind and eager to help. He made sure to send someone out right away. I really am impressed with his professionalism and level of customer service! It's refreshing when you can trust that a company will be there when problems arise with a product. I'm a forever customer now.

Salesperson was excellent. She is part of the reason why I bought from ashley. However I did not give five stars as I purchased a comforter with supposedly two pillow cases included. Upon arriving home we opened the comforter and found only the one pillow case holding the comforter not to as advised there would be.. nevertheless I will call the store later today and see if I can get the second pillowcase.

Just had the worse experience with Ashley’s. Not only did they deliver my furniture to the incorrect address after I provided and verified my current address. But they’re customer representative was beyond rude and offered no apologies or attempts to make it right. Highly suggest Living Spaces for a more pleasant experience.

The store and its associates are wonderful and helpful. They helped me find a couch quickly and the checkout process was quick. I would give them five stars. However, the delivery service experience was awful. I asked to be scheduled for an afternoon drop off because I work in the mornings and they sent me a confirmation the day before for 8:15 AM 12:15 PM. I call customer service and tell them it was supposed to be a later in the afternoon drop off but they said it cannot be accommodated. I told them I can try to leave work early and be there by 12 pm, but then they said that it’ll be delivered at 9:00 AM no exceptions. I was given no option but to reschedule, adding another four days to an already six day wait. I paid extra for delivery and set up but now I have to wait over a week to receive my couch. Not worth the hassle.

Excellent service. Got the sofa I was looking for at a great price. 👍 Update 12/12/23. Got my deposit back. TY 👍👍Update 12/8/23 I spoke too soon. When I came into the store on Monday November 27th I was told by the saleswoman Penny (after checking her laptop) I would get my sofa the next day with a call from delivery. I didn't hear nothing so at 3:30 I called up customer service and they told me that my sofa was not in Colton Warehouse and would be there in late December or early January for delivery. I was not happy so I cancelled the order on Tuesday 11/28/23. I was told it takes 5 to 7 business days to deposit the $538 (including a $99.99 delivery charge) back into my Wells Fargo account but this is the 8th business day and still NO deposit! I hope the owner reads this and give this Vietnam Veteran his money back. Sure would appreciate it. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience at the Huntington Beach, CA location. Joe was our guy! It is easy to get overwhelmed with all the options at Ashley Furniture, but Joe made it seamless. He was transparent in explaining the financing options available to us for a four-piece bedroom set and made sure we would be able to move into our new place with furniture on time. We went looking for a new sectional and were so happy with the selection at the Ashley Home store in Huntington Beach! Niesha Tran helped us create the perfect sectional for our space! We can’t wait to see it come to life.

Worst experience I have ever had buying furniture. I ordered a sofa 3 times online and every time it was cancelled due to a technical error, according to customer service. I should have went somewhere else after this but I decided to go to the store to order the sofa. The sofa was delivered several days later by their "premium" delivery service. Once unwrapped the sofa has 3 different locations with black stains and smudge marks as well as a hole rubbed into it during delivery. I have spoken to customer service 3 times in the last week as well as the store manager who continue to tell me a technician will be sent out to clean and repair the couch. I have yet to be contacted by anyone from customer service as I had to reach out every time. When you purchase a new sofa that is what you expect to be delivered. If I wanted to get a cleaned and repaired sofa I would have bought one on craigslist. Terrible customer service and delivery from Ashleys. This will be my first and last purchase from them.

I had a funtuir from there for 2 weeks and when i called them to fixes it the staff was really rude and they do not even respect u . !100% i do not reacamend.

This location has a great showroom with many living room configurations. Long helped me with all my questions and was very informative. I came back the day after to purchase and it was an easy purchase. All I recommend is to go early if you are thinking of a new couch so you have the greater rate of getting it when you’d like. This specific Ashley’s store was highly recommended by some family members who had purchased their furniture from this location. I was helped by Asieh to pick the bedroom and living room furniture. If you go to the store, ask for Rick. He is amazing. He helped our family choose the furnitures we had in mind. He is friendly and patient. I had my elementary school boys during shopping and without Rick's help I would still be looking for furnitures.

Rick Bragg spent 2 1/2 hours with me patiently explaining and comparing the various beds that Ashley offers. Thanks to him I feel I have purchased an excellent bed at an excellent price.

I ordered a full-size sofa sleeper for a second bedroom. I found the perfect size at a price I wanted to pay at Ashley Furniture. It was a very efficient purchase. A very nice salesman showed me the sofa, made the sale and set up the delivery. The delivery people were on time and very organized. Unpacking and setting up of the new sofa took about 20 minutes. They removed all the packing materials. Very easy purchase from start to finish.

I was really impressed with the salesperson Agnes. I had been shopping online to get some ideas of the couch & color I liked. She took her time, showed me around, gave me ideas. I had gone to another Ashley location the day before & the man basically told me they didn’t carry anything from my online list. So he advised I walk around & let him know if I see something I like. With Agnes, complete opposite shopping experience. I will go back when I’m ready and buy my dining room set with her assistance again. She was great!!

I purchased a sofa sectional less then a year ago @ The Huntington beach store and spent nearly $1800 on a couch and love seat and the couch cushions have collasped or caved in actually thier is not cushions inside the seating area its actually just some kind of a stretch type strap in between a square section of cushion and have fallen apart I purchased a extended warranty and they still have refused to help or remedy the problem for me Beware of there bait and switch tactics and false customer service and sense of wanting the best for the customer Friendlyness They just want to sell Inferior Quality products and dont buy into thier extended warranty they dont honor the warranty at all Its a scam if you dont say the right words they won't honor it...I am very upset and disappointed @ ASHELYS furniture store for letting my family and me down .In such hard times I spent alot of my hard earned money on less then Quality furniture .it's junk just .covered in pretty material I will continue to contact upper management and corporate offices until I can get this resolved I don't have $$ to just throw away .My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing any furniture from ASHELYS . !! Is BUY ELSE WHERE THIS COMPANY IS SELLING JUNK AND NOT HONORING THIER EXTENDED WARRANTY OR GIVing me ANY information on how to resolve the problem just playing phone tag with me ..I Give them less then 0 Starz.

I HATE to shop so I was very surprised and happy at Ashley Furniture. It took me 2 days to purchase my sectionaL. Two days because I couldn’t decide between 4 sectionals. I also couldn’t resist their sale and purchased a sectional and ottoman for my daughter and son-in-law. Customer service was absolutely awesome. Penny was especially helpful and patient. A few days later 2 sectionals and an ottoman were delivered 20 minutes prior to my delivery time range. So… Every aspect of my experience with Ashley furniture was great!!!

Terrible experience first sofa was delivered damaged took two weeks to get the replacement ,Then I was double charged on my credit card when calling customer service I was met with rude offshore call center employees that didn't speak English and refused to connect me with the supervisor. I ended up having to dispute the double charge with my credit card company, what a huge hassle this this company hasn't the slightest idea what customer service is. Don't waste your time with Ashley furniture It's quality is a joke it's Chinese junk and customer service is atrocious shop someplace else!
