When we walked in, Ghassan greeted us right away and helped show us the couches that met the needs of our home. He’s very knowledgeable on the different models and structures of the supply here, making our visit so efficient. He was very friendly and helpful - definitely recommend shopping here!
I lucked out and had the store manager as my salesperson. I knew what I wanted before I walked into the showroom. She showed me the sofa bed with the features I preferred and in the color I had selected. The sale was completed quickly, a delivery date and time selected; then I was on my way.
Dan was amazingly helpful. Took his time showing us so many options and configurations. We had a great experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Bill Breen at the Laguna Hills location on El Toro was awesome. We have been looking for a mattress for a few weeks, beginning to feel like Goldilocks! Bill was excellent in helping us find the right mattress for us, he listened to what we wanted and our budget, then steered us to several options. He encouraged us to lie down for five-ten minutes to make sure we were really able to test out each mattress. We feel Ashley gave us a great price also! This is our second furniture purchase at this Ashley Store and we would definitely recommend them and especially Bill Breen!

I have to talk about our experience at Ashley Furniture in Laguna Hills. We've always had a good reception by a salesperson as soon as you step into their showroom. This time we were greeted by Lama Jandali. She asked what brought us into the store today and we said we were looking for a new bed. While enroute to the mattress section, she asked what type of bed we were looking for. Now we've been in there several times and had two that were on our short list. Lama explained both mattresses selling points and she was very knowledgeable with her products. She didn't pressure us or try to steer us to the more expensive one. Lama gave us foam pillows to try and they were great. After going back and forth lying on each bed, we finally decided...yes...on the more expensive one anyway. It was just a bit more firmer than the first mattress. So we asked Lama if she could swing some sort of deal with the Stearns and Foster (Cal King), the two foundations and the two pillows. She went over to her manager and came back with a deal that we thought was fair. Lama was so helpful and didn't try to force anything on us. She was very personable and everyone should feel at ease if Lama greets you at the door! Also, we had the bed delivered today, 6/21/2024, everything went as expected but we were short one pillow. We went back to Ashley's and spoke to the manager, Jennifer. We explained the shortage and immediately, she made it right...done deal! Overall a great experience and highly recommended.
Gus was amazing, I came to buy a $700 piece and I ended up buying a beautiful $3,000 piece. He was great and you guys will see me again
Had the best experience with Bill Breen today! Bill was super knowledgeable about the product and walked us through all of the options; costing, financing and delivery options. Best experience shopping for home items EVER! I cannot even express my level of satisfaction with this store. It is clean, well staged, wheelchair accessible, and has wonderful employees! I took my very disabled mother to this Ashley on El Toro and when we entered a lady named Diana came to help us. She was so pleasant and immediately greeted us. We told her we were looking for a mattress, frame, and recliner chair. We then followed her around the store just learning so much about the products! Diana knows EVERYTHING and the one thing we stumped her with, she went and found the answer in seconds and came back eager to share! She was a joy to be around. We were in the store for a few hours and she assisted my disabled mother up on beds to try their firmness and helped us push the wheelchair around the store. We laughed with her a lot and really enjoyed our afternoon shopping here! She got us a great delivery date and just can’t even say enough about how lovely she is! Thank you so so much!

My transaction with Ashley Furniture and with assistance from "Fred" was seamless. Sadly, I was subsequently contacted by Ashley and told that my on-line transaction did not work because a third party contractor could not validate the transaction? Sales Assistant Fred was apologetic and asked if I could come into the store to properly re-purchase the product. They will give a $100 discount off the purchase price.

You company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was in a "help" chat on your website where I kept getting redirected to a new agent that made me reverify who I was three times before I stopped trying and called. Given this was only three times but a 2 to 3 minute delay for any reply from the agent turned this into a 17 minute chat that still didn't answer a simple question. Once I called customer service I was meet by AI who proceeded to ask me the same question 7 times when I was asking to speak to a representative. All of this was needed to confirm if premium delivery included removal of the old furniture. This is a service that is offered by every single store and online so something that simple should not have been half an hour to get an answer for. The store I bought it from didn't even answer when I tried to call them first during working hours. Great furniture or not, this will be my last purchase from your store if takes that much effort for such a simple question. Even when I finally reached customer service it took asking 4 times without being prompted for some scripted question to get a simple NO we don't remove your old furniture.

My wife and I have bought 2 Ashley’s bedroom sets from the East Coast to this West Coast location… as well as 2 amazing Ashley’s living room sets! I walked in, and Diana asked if I needed help, I said that I was ONLY looking… NOT going to buy today. She was super chill and said just to let her know if I needed any help. I then found an amazing sofa bed for our Den and with this crazy economy, it was priced VERY reasonably… so I waved to Diana and she helped me BUY it on the spot!!! I’m Soooooo Extremely happy and will always come back to Ashley’s for all my furniture needs in the future. And I’m definitely going to make sure that DIANA helps me!!!!! (OHHHH, and look at this CRAZY deal for a King sized bedroom set, I didn’t need it. But you can sometimes get INSANE DISPLAY DEALS:-)

I saw some barstools online and wanted to look at them before purchasing.Diana is such a sweet salesperson! I told her that the online site was offering a 10% off purchase price along with their markdown items. I glanced at my sales receipt after purchase and there was a discrepancy in the amount I was charged. It was the wrong price! The next day when customer service was in the process of correcting the amount for credit, they noticed that the 10% off sale was only for clearance items and not for regular priced items. The owner of the store said that he would honor the 10% off, since it was offered to me and also adjust the price I was charged. The customer service, sales staff (Diana) and owner were so accommodating. I can’t thank them enough. The difference in the amount was quickly credited to my credit card. It is so nice to do business with people you can trust and who treat you fairly and go out of their way for great customer service.

Was told by a sales rep that an item I wanted was in stock and would be delivered in about a week. A week later when I still hadn’t received a shipment notification, I contacted customer service and was told it won’t be available for another month. It’s 2024 - how do your COMPUTERS not know the correct inventory? Or was the sales rep lying just to make a sale?
Went in today for a sectional couch. Diana approached me and asked if she could help find something. I explained what I was looking for and my budget. To make a long story short she showed me a few options that were exactly what I asked for, and I ended up with a great couch. Nicer than I expected I could get, and under my budget. I had a sudden idea to go to this store and made the right choice. When I opened the door at 10 a.m., the first second I pushed it into the store, Diana greeted me with her brightest and warmest smile. At first, I wanted to compare prices and see different furniture styles. But Diana's professional introduction and perspective have made me trust her very much. She is brilliant, instantly understanding many of my requirements and ideas for furniture. Choosing furniture for a super large home is very laborious and time-consuming. I spent over four hours selecting furniture. Diana has been by my side, helping me choose and introducing myself. The manager of this store, Mr.Vern, is also very kind. He has been helping me arrange orders for a long, long, long time! Continuously checks everything to see if they are Okay. We have been busy from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. They hardly had lunch, but they were not tired or complaining. They have been wholeheartedly choosing the most suitable furniture for my home. I am very grateful for their help, which saved me a lot of money, but most importantly, I am very busy with work, and time is precious to me. Their expertise has saved me a lot of time. If my friends around me want to buy furniture, I recommend Diana and him 100 times. God will treat People who work hard kindly and give them special care.

Recently purchased living room furniture from Ashley Furniture in Laguna Hills. It was a great experience. Lana was the sales representative I worked with at this store. She is very thorough, patient and a kind person. Everyone else including the managers I came in contact with were very pleasant and great as well. I needed to make adjustments to my initial order one day before delivery and they were very helpful and made the adjustments without any problems. A special thanks to Deina at the customer service/payment desk for prompt and accurate processing of the order updates. It was one of my best furniture buying experiences.

We were very pleased with the service today at Ashley store in Laguna Hills. We were looking for a sleeper sofa and coffee table. The salesperson named Duke greeted us in the entrance, we told him that we were just looking for now. He was around when we asked him few questions. Guess what? We ended up buying what we need plus a dining table. He was very courteous,not pushy( which is really important for us) very nice, and a great salesperson. My husband and I are upgrading our home, which means new furniture. We planned a trip to Ashley's to see what they had. Ginger came to our assistance as we walked through the store. she respect kept her distance as we crisscrossed across the store. She appeared as we had questions but let us be on our own. We took photos, wrote down names, and "tried out" the items we liked. We left, with Ginger's card in hand as we continued our shopping. Three weeks later, we went back to Ashley's, saw Ginger, and bought the furniture we had been scouting. Ginger was efficient, positive about our purchase and helped through the check out process. Easy peasy. We will not be able to accept the furniture until the end of May, but not a problem with Ashley furniture. They'll keep or us until we our ready. Awesome.

My husband and I were looking for a couch for our new home and we were lucky enough to have Duc help us out. He was knowledgeable and made sure to address all of our needs. I was sold a mattress and it is junk. It developed a hole where I slept and it was awful. I had another mattress which was about 5 years old and it was better than the new one they sold me. Don't go there with your hard earned money and throw it away on junk. Then they ruined my credit with a lein! Crooks selling junk.Surprised they're still in business. If there was an option for no stars that's what I would give them.

I was in need of a new bed and mattress. I had spent months looking for a bed to match my current dresser and side tables but found it difficult to match my cherry wood color. Duke Nguyen was our sales associate. He took the time to listen to and consider what it was I needed. He showed me different options and shared great ideas. Within 20 minutes, he had the perfect solution at the perfect price! He was was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He even moved a leather loveseat the same size as my current bed couch in front of the display bed so I could see how it looked! Worst customer service and lying employees. We were told their "Furniture Protection Plan" covers everything for 5 years. We paid $319 for it. They're refusing to replace a handle on the dresser purchased less than 3 years ago. Their regional operations manager said "I don't know what you were told at the time of the purchase" and suggested we read the terms. My wife and I were both there during purchase and apparently we didn't understand what we were told. They are lying just to sale you their product and don't hold any responsibility for that. We're filing a small claim against them and are going to sue them for $319 due to the false advertisement of the warranty. Needless to say, we will never buy anything from this retailer and hope our review helps other customers as well.
This is my very first review for Google. I bought a sectional sofa here, and the agent, Gus was soooo professional, nice and kind. He was like a grandfather. He explained every details for the product and calculate the estimated price for my request. I was there with my kids, and he was also taking really good care of my kids. If I have any chance to buy a furniture, I will definitely visit this store and find Gus again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Good selection of what seems to be quality furniture, reasonably priced. Our store associate Bill Breen was very helpful, not “pushy” at all & explained everything thoroughly. My only gripe was the $100 delivery charge for items under $1,000, we bought a $500 loveseat & took the $60 furniture insurance, so we ended up with a $700 bill instead of $600. I can understand if it was a $50 table but I don’t think there should be a delivery charge for anything over maybe $500 if it’s local, as we are. Still, overall a good furniture shopping experience.

Ashely Furniture provided many options for my wife and myself to choose from, we had been searching for a couch for months that fit our vision and price range and Ashley had what we needed. What made it better was the sales associate, I wish I remembered his name but he really pulled through and helped us get the best deal possible. At this point we knew we had to wait about a month for the furniture as it was all on back order. We had chosen a beautiful 4 piece brown leather couch set with a Sofa, love seat, arm chair, and an ottoman. Additionally we also got the Lindon couch for our loft which we were very excited for. Why the 1 star review if everything went so well you may Wonder? Well, that’s because of the delivery, the morning of the delivery it was told to us that our Sofa would not be delivered as it arrived to their warehouse damaged, okay fine, I can accept that, I’d rather wait for my furniture to be in good shape, however the delivery people brought me a damaged arm chair that I seemed to find something damaged on it everytime I looked at it. At first it was about 20 nails sticking out the back and no, they were the ends of the nails, they were the full nails completely exposed like teeth! We contacted support and they initiated a ticket for us to send photos, well during the photo shoot I discovered that the frame of the couch on the right arm was crooked, however it was much worse, the frame was snapped in half on the inside of the couch…I then discover that the delivery people broke my light switch and didn’t say anything, so now I can’t turn my lights off…so fast forward to a week later after I told them they couldn’t “repair” this damage, they send a repair technician out, he knocks the nails back in and then tells me the frame is broken, oh you don’t say? You mean like I told Ashley and sent them photos of? So customer support calls me and tells me that the technician says I refused the repair which was untrue! He just can’t fix broken wood, they tell me they are going to order a part which makes 0 sense, are you going to bring a new frame and reupholster the chair? She was extremely unhelpful and had next to no empathy for the situation, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the next thing I know, I’m getting my couch exchanged, shocker…so now I continue to wait for my Sofa to arrive today 12/30 between 12:30 and 5:30, and will find out tomorrow when I have to spend another weekend waiting for Ashley to deliver what was promised to me. 0/10 experience. 11/10 sales pitch. Do better Ashely…

Much better experience this time. Have always been afraid to come into the showroom and face the salespeople. Until now. It appears they have finally gone away from the commission based sales in which the vultures swoop in and bother you while you’re trying to browse. And for the record, we made a purchase once we had our decisions made.
The store didn't have the couch we ordered from them, and they rescheduled the delivery date twice. Two weeks later still no couch. Going to get my money back today
Be warned. Do not purchase furniture from this company. About a year ago I purchased About $4000 worth of furniture from this company. A couch set, a dining table set, a coffee table and a dresser. 2 weeks after we had the furniture delivered. One of the leg rest snapped on one of the dining chairs. These chairs cost about $100 a piece. We bought 6 of them. We had paid for the 1 year insurance for replacement and Ashley Homestore also has a 1 month leeway in case you are not happy with your purchase. I wanted to exchange the chairs completely. Because the materials seemed very cheap, since it broke so easily and I didn't want it to continue to happen to the other chairs. So I tried to get them exchanged right away. Let me tell you. It was so difficult getting help with this. They have their call center in India. You file a claim with them, and they tell you someone will call you to confirm. No one doesn't call. You call them again. They have no idea about the claim and can't find your info. You call the store, and they transfer and tell you to call another number. Saying, I tried to get this resolved about 7 times this past year, is an understatement. Now my insurance is expired and they said they are not even able to send me a part for the chair. We can't even use the chair because the wood that is broken is sharp and dangerous to sit on. I made one last attempt to hopefully get this resolved because I wanted to order a console and have them deliver another chair at the same time. I do have a credit card through them. And I might as well use it. They still couldn't help, and said since my insurance is expired. They aren't able to do anything about it. I'm at my wits end dealing with this. Seems like once, they get your money. That it. Very disappointed. I guess we'll just have to take it to a repair shop ourselves.

I love Ashley’s furniture but will not buy from the Laguna Hills store in Ca. again. We bought a couch and there were throw pillows on it. When we received it, two of the pillows we did not like so we went into the store and talked to the salesman to see if we could exchange two pillows to match another that delivered on the couch. He said they would not exchange them because that’s what came with the couch so we would have to talk to a manager. We waited by the display of the couch we bought for them. When the manager arrived with the salesmen he was extremely rude and said the salesman was right, they couldn’t do an exchange and we would have to live with it. I asked if we could have one of the pillows on the display couch for the two they had sent and was told immediately no. I was also told I couldn’t return the couch either. I said well I guess that’s the last time I will come here and the manager said he didn’t care. I said great I’ll call corporate. He again he said he didn’t care. Needless to say I was quite upset. The next day I contacted corporate. The young lady who answered the phone was very understanding, took my info and said she would call back. Two days later she called and told me she shipped the pillow we requested, was sorry for the inconvenience and provided a tracking number. I was very happy with corporate and love doing business with them but will not visit the Laguna Hill store again. Hope you have better luck with this store then I did!

Recently we purchased a lot of furniture for a family member who just moved into an apartment in the community. We were very impressed with the great service we received from the entire staff! Hiba was the sales associate who very patiently showed us many furniture options for every room. We took a long time to make the final decisions and appreciated her patience and expertise. We were the last customer in the store and went past closing time, but were not rushed and in fact were accommodated in a pleasant manner. The manager, Jessica, was very gracious and had a Hawai’i connection with us which meant a lot to us! Because we are not from the area, we were also thankful to Beverly who gave us good advice regarding the traffic we had to face later. Overall we were very pleased with our experience at Ashley Furniture and as a result, we will highly recommend Ashley to our family and friends! Mahalo!

Absolutely miserable to deal with Ashley Furniture over a warranty issue. I ordered patio furniture online and the items sat in boxes for 10 months until my patio landscaping project had room to assemble and use the furniture. 3 months in to using I notices that the base of one chair was welded incorrectly, causing the chair to swivel in a lopsided way. No marks of damage as if it were bent, and clearly welded incorrectly. They refused to do anything about this because I'm 1 month out of their warranty period. Fully within their right technically, but pretty pitiful considering the items have only been used briefly and it's a manufacturing problem as evidenced by all the photos and info they asked me to send them. So they may win this issue, but guess where I won't be buying the living and dining room furniture I'm looking for now to finish the inside house renovation. So short sighted and consumer unfriendly. Shop elsewhere as I will now do and advise others to do as well. Update after their reply: So when they say they "couldn't assist", what they really mean is they don't care about their customers enough to replace a defective chair and make it right. They aren't interested in working with an unusual warranty circumstance when it's easily in their power to do so. Then they give either a clueless or brush off answer inviting me to buy more furniture from them and subject myself to the same lack of customer care. Wow. Seriously!? So there it is for all consumers to see the indifference/contempt this company has for their customers.

I gave Ashley a four-star because their website is not completely ever free. I could not place an order on the website for two days. Absolutely the worst store. The delivery driver came to drop off furniture inside and stole from room and I can still live track my item. Ashley has not helped me at all. I live in Irvine Company apartments. Save the troubles and get furniture from a reputable company. Disappointed.

Bought a dresser and 2 night stands from here, and provided all my contact info, and was quoted 4-6 weeks lead time, and was told they had to fully assemble the furniture when it arrived (this the $280 delivery and set up charge). I was told by the rep that she would be available for updates so that I could get the proper delivery window/ask questions. 4 weeks in I called to see what the status was but it went straight to voicemail. I then called the store to see status to find out that even though I gave the rep my correct contact info multiple times, they tied it to a different account (my father in laws) and had the wrong phone number, email, and name attached to my order, and that the furniture would be coming 7 weeks later instead of the 4-6 quoted. I then Called the store to confirm everything was updated, to find out that once again the wrong info was connected to the account. My wife called in to get it updated again, and once again, wrong info attached so the only update emails were sent to a different person. Wednesday my father in law got an email update about a 6 hour delivery window today (Saturday) and forwarded it to me. This morning they called my wife and once again had the wrong name attached to the order. “Delivery and set up” was literally carrying in the dresser and putting it in our room, and after 7 weeks of waiting one of the night stands has a clear manufacturers defect where the side doesn’t line up with the top. This has been the single most irritating and disorganized furniture purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself a headache and buy furniture somewhere else.

We had a great experience with Living spaces. When we arrived at the store, Fred helped us a lot to find the products that we like.
I did not like that it took awhile to fix the double charge for my purchase caused by the blip in the device the salesperson was using. I am not even sure it was fixed. I’m going to have to wait until I get my credit statement. Also, the delivery cost was not mentioned by the sales representative. We were surprised when $129.99 for delivery was in our receipt. It should have been communicated before the final sale.

Omg! I had such an awesome experience shopping here. I was able to get exactly what I wanted in a Bedroom set. Unfortunately I purchased my mattress from another company and it didn’t fit with the Bed Frame. I was devastated, but I called Ashley Furniture and asked if there was anything they could do to help or rectify the situation and Nabil and Duke came by and helped me restructure the entire frame making my bed fit. I have never in my life met such hardworking and helpful employees. will definitely shop here again and tell everyone I know to work with those two!

Had a great experience at this store thanks to Vern! We were in the market for a new bed and had already looked at Sit-N-Sleep and Discount Mattress. We felt like we were being upsold at the other stores without much reason being given as to why I should spend thousands more. Update: Experience in store was fine, but I was told my sofa, ottoman would be delivered a week later, excited I went into action to sell off all my other furnishings, set appts accordingly...excited as I had company coming, etc. I got a call THE DAY BEFORE saying it wont now arrive for nearly a month...well we're 2 days past the day it was again promised and not a word. NOW I called inand automated message says Its scheduled another 2 weeks from now! A very diff date than either of earlier promises... and not convenient for me at all. Nevermind Ive been hold for 15 mins trying to get a real person. Meanwhile, it long been paid in full and my living room is waiting bare; NOT HAPPY. This is BOTH very POOR inventory mgmt, and POOR communications, service..very disappointing! Sales staff was helpful, and knowledgeable, but now Im not sure they were even honest about delivery, and NOTHING since? 2 reshedules!? 6 weeks!? I shouldn't have to chase them down to know what's going on.... People have lives they need to plan. Now i know they dont want to talk to customers for fear of cancelling. Just know they aren't going to give you what they promise! Really messed up!

I purchased a over 3k bedroom set that got delivered and assembled. Let me start off by saying DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. THE MANAGER GUS SAYS HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND THEY DON’t. The delivery guys placed a broken piece of wood with a piece of tape!!!!! They taped my new furniture! I called before the 72 hours and went to the store and they WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN. THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO REJECT IT BEFORE IT COMES INTO YOUR HOUSE!!! But how do you know jts not damaged!!! I have tried calling corporate and their people are just awful!

She was able to answer our questions and explain all the deals they had available for memorial weekend. We did let her know we were not buying that day but we were between Ashley and a couch elsewhere. She still helped us out and gave us her contact. We did go back a couple days later to make the purchase and she was even more helpful! Every conversation with her was awesome and personable. We never felt pressured or that she was overselling. This has been such a horrible experience. I have called and messaged online and everyone gives me a different number that leads to the same phone line. I ordered my $2,000 couch two weeks ago and it was supposed to be here on Thursday the 18th . It being here by then was a deciding factor in my decision to go with Ashley, otherwise I would have went with other furniture stores. I got a call that it won’t be here until next Wednesday the 24th, Tuesday at the earliest. I was throwing a housewarming party Friday and can’t go back on it now… all I want to do is talk with someone from the store but the number online doesn’t work and neither does anything their customer support gives you. Won’t be coming back since they make buying so difficult.

Stay away from this store! Terrible customer service, we will never purchase another item from Ashley Furniture again. We purchased several pieces of furniture for my mother at the Laguna Hills, CA store. The base of the table was wobbly and unstable so we called within 3 days to have a technician come to the house to fix it. He told us that the table could not be fixed and was going to see if the table on display at the store had similar issues. After a week, we made several attempts to call the local Laguna Hills, CA store (nobody answers most of the time) and when we finally got a hold of someone (we spoke with two different sales agents, Romeo, and Tina), they told me a manager would call me back. I never heard back. I finally got an email from Customer Service stating that the tech that came out stated there were no defects and that a second opinion would be necessary. This is not the information that the tech told me. I am not confident that they will send a tech out that will be honest about the defects at this point. It’s a convenient way to make the sales order terms and conditions null and void so you can’t return damaged/defective items.
Duke is absolutely the BEST! He is so helpful, kind, accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. I personally had an issue with a delivery and Duke took it upon himself to come to my home after he got off work and put together my daughters bed himself. He is so generous and just wants to make sure his customers are satisfied, which says a lot about him. Thank you Duke for making my furniture shopping so easy and stress free, you are truly a pleasure to work with. Besides the beautiful furniture that Ashley has, I would highly recommend asking for Duke when shopping at Ashley at the Laguna Hills location.

I bought from them and the bedroom set is only ok after $8K, wasn't installed properly and they had to come out twice. The sales people are extremely pushy and just want to sell you something. To the point that they don't listen to your needs. Recently went back for recliners for my rec room and the sales person was so pushy I just wanted to leave as he was all over me. Ended up buying from Living Spaces.

I visited Ashely furniture simply to peruse and “see” what was out there, it's quite difficult to order furniture online and not be able to physically test it for comfort, fit etc. The intimidation is real to be chased around by a pushy salesperson… what a pleasant surprise I was in for… salesperson Diana Anderson introduced herself and simply asked how my day was going… and her inquiry was just that and genuine! I don’t even think I answered, I immediately barreled into my plight, I mentioned I was shopping for my niece who is planning on attending UC Irvine. I also explained I was on a very limited budget. She not only found us the perfect setup for a college student (she carefully considered our minimal dimensions) and able to stay within our budget. While she was affable and genuine and her knowledge of the actual furniture was vast, her real superpower was how she was able to fully utilize the limited square footage in the most effective and creative ways, she offered us real solutions and alternatives that I would have never thought of. If you're in need of furniture and want a truly professional and personable experience, definitely ask for her! Oh and the furniture is decent, definitely a step up from a big box store (no DIY projects!), delivery was professional and set up was a breeze.

Ashley furniture is absolutely wonderful at selling you a product. But their after care is absolutely appalling. We spent 4k with them in July last year, and I purchased an extended warranty on my sofa because we "moved" our extended warranty that we paid for is now void. I have nobody to blame but me! Because I purchased sofas from Ashley furniture years ago, and the cushions collapsed only after a few months of purchasing! So my stupid mistake for giving them a second chance. If you want a sofa that lasts years, don't go to Ashley furniture. The worst aftercare service out there! Then companies wonder why they lose revenue share to the likes of Amazon! Because Amazon customer service is the complete opposite of this one.

So far so good! Delivery was great! Super efficient and they came at the beginning of the timeframe they said they’d be here by. No need for waiting around. Couch is super comfy and looks great. Was nervous initially because this couch was not on the showroom floor, but lived up to my expectations. Totally recommend
We ordered a recliner for our 84 year old aunt who is handicapped in CA and we are in ME. It took forever to get it ordered and we did have a great final salesperson. The delivery people were rude and gave her a hard time. They ripped out the cable to her tv and phone. They acted like she was putting them out. Didn’t put the chair where she wanted and she has no help. I realize it is most likely a third party who delivers and you feel lucky to have them but anyone can show compassion…doesn’t cost anything. She suffers from pain everyday and was grateful for the chair but we will not be purchasing a bed for her from Ashley because of such a bad delivery experience. What is this world coming to? Older people are treated like trash and this proves it. Thanks for listening.

BEWARE !!! don’t buy the extended warranty, totally worthless. Do not buy couches. The reason being the cushions don’t hold up. I spent $6000 on furniture but Ashley in Laguna Woods and a year and a half later, the cushions just got flat. I called and spoke to a manager at the store and they were supposed to send someone to my house which is less than a mile from the store to come inspect it. Now I just got an email that they’re not going to. This is not the kind of service I expect from our local furniture store.
Dorothy did a wonderful job! I was able to get the dresser I needed for my house. She was very well spoken and helped me with exact measurement ! Can’t wait to come back in the future!
My parents buy all their furniture there so I just got a new bed and we went to get it from Ashley. They love Navid, and after how helpful he was with not only the purchase but the replacement of parts and overall any other questions and needs, I definitely want to continue giving my business to him. Absolutely great experience with Navid and redeeming of the issues I’ve had with customer service/support.

Not just the worst furniture company ever, the worst 'any' company ever. Salespeople are pushy. Delivery targets not met. And when I did get a delivery, it was the wrong item....not even close. Now the store is dodging questions, even though the driver claims he will go back to the store and get the right one. Guy on the phone at the store was the biggest jerk I've ever come across. Never again
I have yet to receive the chair it is due here in 2 days. I can only say that the person who helped me was wonderful. Her name is Diana Anderson and if it hadn't been for her I probably would not have made the purchase. I hope when I receive it I'm just as pleased as I was with the help I got in the store.

Popped in to pickup an extra piece of furniture and Navid was our associate who greeted us. He was a great salesperson answering all of our questions, looking up our old set to find the matching piece, and as much as I hate to admit, upsold us on a couch. While I hate to admit his "gotcha", he did it in a way that I was happy to spend the additional money and felt like I got an amazing deal. Ashley Homestore in LH has always been great, I really wanted to highlight how great of an associate AND salesperson Navid is. Thank you Navid and Ashley LH.

I bought multiple items from here but it's always a pain talking to the sales people. There was one that had no idea how percentages work, anyway the two stars are because the furniture they sell is good quality but prices vary. For black Friday last year I went to check on the price of specific nightstand that we like, it was 550$ each after 50% off (thats what we were told, which I knew it was BS). Few months later, Jan 7th, the price of the same nightstand is 459$ online. This is why the 2 stars. I won't be visiting the store again, and I think the online store is good enough if I really want something from this store. P.S. I am also still waiting on a gift card they promised I'll get one year ago when I bought our dining table, so don't believe anything the sales people say. Believe only what's in front of you right now.

I was looking for a specific sectional, which they were able to help me find. I was also given very clear help on when it would ship. I ALSO had to call back 4 times because I didn’t use a measuring tape the first time. But Dan stuck with me, set up my order, and helped me modify it so it’s exactly what I need (and I know that it will fit). Thank you so much for the help!! Also the price was better than I expected too.

I had the most outstanding shopping experience at Ashley furniture and Paul Bonzer was my sales associate. He was so patient with me and gave me a tour of all the different items I was looking for, helping match pieces together, made suggestions I hadn’t even thought of. It was the most pleasant easy experience I walked out of there with seven items for my new place which I absolutely am in love with. I've been in the Real Estate sales business for past 33 years and Fred the sales person at Ashley is the WORST sales person that I've ever seen. Lier, manipulative, deceiving, pushy, makes promises that he can't deliver,, just to name a few. I wasted over two hours buying quiet few items and after agreed on the final negotiated price and ready to pay, Fred tried to be sneaky and sneaked in over $300 additional cost and when I caught him I decided to walk out of the store empty handed which it was a great decision because the next day I went to Jerome's furniture a mile away from Ashely and I bought everything from there with great value and way better quality and dealt with George, a great helpeful honest respectful sales man. WITH SUCH BAD EXPERIENCE, I'LL NEVER STEP INTO ASHLEY AGAIN.

Its good to be able to see and try furniture, Amazon et al should not be able to complete on that level. The benefit of trying out the furniture and paying more, as opposed to taking a chance of cheaper Amazon fare, is somewhat outweighed by the terrible buying process, which is remarkably slow. Its akin to what its like when buying a car. It should be a case of shop, decide to buy, pay, leave, but its more a case of shop - wait, decide to buy - wait, pay - wait, leave.

I was excited about my new purchase went back to get some more furniture a couple days later. Then I realized I was charged for a protection planned I did not want. One for over 300 the other for close to 200. Called store and they said they do that to cover the furniture so we can discount it.!! I was not told this. REAllY. So what is a point of a discount.. Was told they could give me the full price. I want the price I was told and not this expensive furniture protection price I was not told abIout. They said they would take it off the price. Now waiting to see if that happens. If I doesn't happen at least I have some time to cancel my order as I am not having it delivered for over a week. So tired of things like this happening. I should have read the amount closer before signing. The sales person went over the charges I agreed then sales person went to use computer Iin another area. Should have checked the amounts before I left. Feel a bit scammed. Hope it all gets resolved.

Hello. I would like to share my story on this store and the rude customer service i was given. Couple days ago i ordered 2 bookcases and a mattress, i never ordered a bunkie board and it was a mistake the salesperson made, when they delivered the bunkie board i told the drivers it was a mistake and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and i had to go to the store to fix it, and i went to the store and the manager said i already had signed that i received it and i tried to explain it to him in many ways that i didn’t order a bunkie board and my order was only 2 bookcases. But he was just very VERY rude to me and he had discriminated me for being hispanic, i will never go to buy from this store again and that manager does NOT deserve to be a manager of anything.
Unfortunately had a terrible experience, my item never shipped to the correct address. Receipt confirmed shipping to my home address, instead it was delivered to the store yet weeks go by and I never received a call to go pick it up. Their customer service representative approves a refund, turns around and decides to ship the item to my house instead of actually processing my refund. I found this out a week later when I see no refund posted. I call again and Im told they will reprocess the refund and am provide a reference number. 2 days later I receive a call saying they can’t refund until I return the item to the store. An item I never received !? An item I needed within the shipping time frame estimated not A MONTH later? To sum it up I had high hopes and both store and main customer services was terrible.
Yvonne was a great saleswomen, and handled everything well. I got the entertainment center I wanted, and was out of there within the hour. I appreciate the level of care she brought and left knowing I was going to get something really great for my home.

I purchased furniture from Ashley with a promotion of 0% interest for 60 months through synchrony. I then put the account in auto pay and let it be. Surprisingly I started getting interest charged after about 12 months and I didn't notice for sometime. I contacted Synchrony and they are willing to resolve but need Ashley to be on phone with them or communicate. I tried contacting the store but they are not willing to be on the phone or providing any help resolving it. Even though they raised a case but they are not taking any ownership of the issue. case# 07055300. no communication or updates on the case or months while I am getting interest charged.
We went to four furniture stores that day. When we entered Ashley, PJ greeted us in a professional yet personal way that was very different from the others. We explained what we needed and what our budget was. He made it happen with furniture we were very happy with within a couple hundred dollars of what we wanted to spend including shipping, set up, and mattresses! This is what a furniture store is supposed to be. Thank you PJ, you’re the best!

Duke and the manager of the store went above and beyond! After I had completed my shopping, I went to my car to leave and found my car battery dead! The manager and Duke helped me jump my car so I could go buy a new one! During the shopping experience Duke was informative and wasn’t pushy like some salesmen. He helped me make knowledgeable choices by showing me all of the options available! Overall, if I could rate this store a 10 I would! Will definitely be returning!
Made a purchase in May and was suppose to receive a promo gas card of over $200 . The tables were damaged upon arrival so sent back. We're now in August and I am still being charged for tables I never accepted, still no gas cards and this was after multiple calls to their store. Tables had no impact on the gas card amount either because I ordered a giant sofa.

The quality of my furniture items is poor. The counter height stools seat have no cushion fill and are uncomfortable, zero gravity recliner massager not working (called delivery min after he left but he didn't pick up call) called store multiple times on hold for more than 30 mins each time. Finally, I reached a main customer service line that is sending a tech out to assess the recliner. The recliner chair is stiff, not soft as expected, and I sat in it before buying in the store. Rocking chair is a large, good-sized indoor/outdoor type but hard to sit in and has to buy expensive cushions for it to even enjoy it. Table lamp decorative handle snapped off, just moving it from counter to table. Had to get weld glue to reattach it. The lamp was super expensive compared to competitors. White full-length framed mirror is nice in any space. My sales representative Nader at the time of purchase was friendly and knowledgeable. I expected better customer service ease to reach a live person at the store by phone, but this didn't happen. My main complaint is that the quality is not very good on the products I selected, nor is it comfortable to sit on. I would not recommend buying the items I have. Nor would I rate the customer service experience to resolve an issue. I was asked to take a 360 photo of the problem with my recliner and send it to a representative to have someone come out to view the recliner. Update - January 8 months later... Finallyfurniture repair rep came to my house to address my inoperable recliner. He asks where the part they shipped. I said I received nothing. He kept calling customer support and was unsuccessful in reaching someone but reassured that he would sort this out. In February, a furniture repair employee came with a switch and said the motor to the chair that arrived at my home a week earlier to simply keep it in case something happens to the motor. Upon replacing a switch, the recliner now massages and heats up. The heating function gets too hot on the seat. Chair now functions 9 months after purchasing it. I would not recommend purchasing for them all made cheaply and poor customer service. We miss the days of well-built furniture with having to use an Allen wrench to tighten everything regularly like our stools and rocker. I would not shop there again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Ashley Furniture! They were only nice to my wife and I during the 1st visit when they sold us a Dinning Set which ended up being delivered defected. Then, they promised to replace the table within a month which turned into 6 months, throughout the process it was hard to get a hold of the salesperson Dorothy (who would hang up on my face), and the managers. When I finally started reaching out to the corporate, the store managers - Jessica and Guss- had to reply to my emails. Word of advise - do not buy from them, if you already have bought and are experiencing issues - go straight to corporate - who doesn’t reply to emails but this forced the managers to take action and reply. They finally refunded my money after 7 months of going back and forth via phone, emails, and texts. Adding on to the frustration, Dorothy entered a completely different name for my wife in the system which made impossible to get any help from customer service. Never going back or even stepping into this parking lot unless they go out of business and something else opens here!
Worst store ever in the US. Worst manager - Noah Shearouse. Don't ever pay anything here. They make tons of mistakes and right after you pay, they will treat you like enemies. Before the sale, they will treat you like gods.

I usually don't make my decisions based on reviews especially when messages like mines are left. Ill try and make this a quick read. Every's experience is different not all of us have the same experience. I feel Ashley's Furniture have nice furniture and for some decorated beautifully. My experience however is not the furniture it's the staff and customer service dept as well their promise to deliver on time. I went in on the 13th and ordered a bed sofa. While making my purchase 2 different customers had come in with complaints one asked for the managaer as to be quiet about her ask stating she could not wait for him because she needed to go to work. The other Lady left very upset each one were told the manager was unavailable. Now my order have not been delivered and is stuck in the system. I call and no one is there It's almost like they hqve routed all of their calls to the customer call center only for no in-store calls. I've never had this happen before but first time for everything. The location is at the Laguna Hills Store. I can't even inquire about my order because no one knows what's wrong in the customer service dept. Please read reviews and maybe base them on overall experience. Some are being truthful not just angry...

The worst customer service! It took 2 months they delivered part of our order, another month to send another part and still haven’t received part of that after 3 months! I don’t understand why they place an order if they don’t have it in the stock or not able to provide them in 3 months!!!!! My mom passed away before we got her bed! It’s ridiculous! I have to say that this store has the worst customer service. The manager Gus Shuber disregard my complaint about my damaged item that the store kept and told me I am just “one out of many”. He refused to help me resolve the situation or assist in a refund. The store STILL HAS MY ITEM and my money.
I have been coming to this store since 2019 and my experience has always been outstanding. The manages and sales people really care about their customers. I am especially referring to the store manager Gus and the salesman Paul. In 2019, I bought my couch with a gift card and for some reason the money in the card was not correctly applied. This incident was resolved by the manager immediately who went above and beyond in making sure I received my product. That extra mile is what created gratitude for them and now I am a frequent customer. I just bought my new house last month and 95% of the furniture is from their store. They have always worked hard to give me the best discounts and making sure I am satisfied until the day of the delivery. I am very grateful with the team!
Bought a new mattress in November, love the product but not worth the hassle AT ALL. The first monthly payment had an error, causing the full amount to be charged. Took 3 months, many frustrating phone calls and the struggle of fighting through representatives who very clearly did not care to finally recieve a refund. My payments are still not on track and it is almost February, absolutely do not recommend.
It's a nice store with nice things; however, the salespeople will not leave you alone to just browse. The store is set up so that they can ALWAYS see you. That's weird. That's the only downfall.
In-store service is always good. No problems there.. Just pray that your furniture arrives on-time and intact. Was given only a $100 discount(which i had to call and complain to even get) on a nearly $2000 entertainment center that was delivered damaged(side tower had broken shelves) and after 2 additional attempted deliveries of replacement towers(also arrived broken) and 2 visits from Ashley repair technicians(unable to fix) we finally received an intact replacement about 2 months later. Oh and did I mention the new towers shelf clips don't match the existing one we had, so the two side by side towers don't match. Needless to say, but I won't be shopping with Ashley ever again and will encourage others to look elsewhere as well. Which is a real shame since their instore employees are always very friendly and helpful.

Not going to lie, I felt more like I was at a used car dealership than I was at a furniture store. Complete with workers just hanging out (minus the cigarette smoke).
Purchasing was fast and easy. The sales associate was great to work with and arrange a quick delivery. I took 1 star away because when the delivery truck showed up they told me they had all 3 pieces of my sofa but could only deliver 2 into the home. Because their invoice on their app said to only deliver 2 pieces. The delivery guys called their boss who said, follow the invoice, do not give them the third piece of the sofa (WE PAID FOR). We finally got two other people on the phone- someone at the delivery company and someone at Ashley who finally agreed to change the invoice. The driver had to wait to refresh his app to see that he could in fact go in the truck and get my last piece of sofa. It was all resolved but challenged common sense.

I have never received worse customer service than I have with Ashley homestore. I ordered a mattress, bunkie board and mattress cover from them. I paid $170 delivery fee and promised my old mattress would be taken away. After delivery I discovered they had given me a bunkie board with a hole in the middle of it and never said anything. Covered it up by putting the mattress over the top. Instead of getting rid of the old mattress they dragged it out to my own dumpsters at the complex right out side my front door, where there signs to not dispose over oversized garbage. When confronting customer service, they are not wanting to refund me for any of it!! Can’t believe they can do this! Won’t buy from them ever again!!
I would leave zero stars if it were possible. The sales people and store manager were great. But the warehouse and customer service call center are completely incompetent. On our first delivery date we received confirmation and then no one ever showed up, no call, text, or email. We had to spend HOURS on the phone trying to figure out what happened. The second set of furniture was a similar experience. We received delivery confirmation then a phone call that only part of it was available. Did we want partial delivery? They said to call back and let them know. When we called back and spent a good hour on hold they said our furniture was on backorder and had never been in the warehouse at all. They could deliver it in about 2 months. When we asked why they had confirmed and then called just the day before to say half of it was available for delivery they were clueless. Did they sell our furniture to someone else? Now we have to wait, again? No explanation at all. We will NEVER deal with Ash,ey again and will be sure to tell as many people as we can to avoid them.
Came into Ashley furniture store on a Saturday morning as we were looking for a sectional couch for our new home. We had been to 2 other furniture stores earlier with no luck. We were greeted immediately at the door by sales associate David. He was very helpful, not pushy, and showed my husband and I a lot of options. He helped us with a specific shape and size for the sectional and was able to price it out for us and give us a delivery date on the spot. He also mentioned that they were also able to bundle a Tempurpedic mattress with the sectional couch for an even bigger discount. We ended up purchasing both the mattress and the sectional couch and David worked with his manager to get us a smoking good deal. We were shocked at how much they were willing to help us out. We walked out of there very satisfied customers and would recommend asking for David to help with your furniture needs.
Ashley Furniture was so great!!! Went Black Friday shopping and needed to get a sleeper couch! We found one in store but I had found cheaper price online! We asked a sales guy (not sure if manager it was busy) but we asked “do you guys do price match online, if we found cheaper price? The man replied “yes.” We were able to get the couch we wanted for the price online! We had easy customer service after that, with someone who got our information and set up our delivery. (P.S. the man who helped us that day, he told us it was his first day on the floor! We told him he did a great job and congrats on your first sale! Wish I could remember his name, but Ashley Furniture Store off El Toro Rd in Mission Viejo, CA ) We also were taken to a woman who rung us up and told us we would receive text for info on when delivery would be. We also got the option for the no hassle delivery assembly assistance. Very pleased with how it went! :)
Sales rep Bobby was great to work with. He was patient with us and professional and not pushy. At one point, we decided to take a break for lunch. Most salesmen would get discouraged or change their attitude, but Bobby was still positive. We returned a few hours later and continued our shopping. We ended up purchasing furniture for our living broom, patio, kitchen and office.
So disappointed in this store. Tells us the furniture will be delivered by the date requested and come to find out it’s not able to be delivered until much later. Completely ruined our holiday plan. And now the salesperson won’t even answer the phone to help address the problem. Manager is aware of the problem and he won’t return the call either. To think I was so complimenting with their service when I made the purchase. Now that they sold the products, they won’t own the problems. Other delivery had to be rescheduled because they delivered when we specifically told them the date had to be in December. Very poor business integrity. Very rude not to answer calls and ignoring the problem. How do we resolve this if you don’t communicate, Steven?
I am so disappointed with the delivery department that I had to cancel my order. Ashley HomeStore is so disorganized that I had to cancel the order and purchase my furniture somewhere else.
Good products, fair pricing when on sale. Watch the $120 not touch delivery and setup fee for products that only need knob as. Some backorders are 6 months sure to supply chain issues.

I'm giving 3 stars for the good service I had when I ordered the desk and the desk itself. The drivers who delivered and set it up are idiots. They need more training. They set it up the wrong way and said that is the only way. I had to unscrew the desk and set it up so it went the other way. Very disappointed!!! My set up fee should be refunded!
BUYER BEWARE!! These people are very shady--Fred especially. My wife (who is 7 months pregnant) and I went in to buy a new Tempur-Pedic bed and was sold on what we thought was a medium-firm bed. The bed that was delivered was the firm version of the bed and of course was too hard for our liking. I called the store 2 days after the bed was delivered--which was a Monday--attempting to exchange it and was told that what we got was their version of 'medium firm' even though the bed clearly says 'firm.' After digging in further I found out that TempurBREEZE does not even offer a 'medium firm' version of that bed and was clearly lied to by multiple people at this location. I was told: " put white socks on and jump on it to accelerate the break in process." To top it off they said that they would not exchange or return it and now we are stuck with it.
Our Salesman Duc Nguyen was super helpful! He was kind, courteous and professional. He offered assistance and researched our needs without being too pushy at all! We like this and think he’s great at his job - it helped us make our decision to buy on the spot without going to other stores or return later!
I have very bad experience with this store we bought furniture and 5 extensions years Garantie after 2 months one of the chairs broke we went there to talk about it the store manager told us are many people are starving and are hungry, you are here to complain about chair ? My husband told him then why your sold us extra Garantie if you don't want to take care of the problem ? We sold our furniture very cheap and bought another one from furniture city in El Paseo they gave us best customer service Please stay away from ASHLEY store 🙏
Terrible experience so far, and it’s not done yet. Purchased a bed, and was given a 4 hour window for delivery day (Friday). At the end of the 4 hours, when they had not shown up, I called corporate customer service and was told they’d be at least a few hours late. They told me I could reschedule for Monday, which I did. 3 hours later, when I was at work, I received a call from the company asking where I was, as the deliverers were at my house. I told the person it had been rescheduled for Monday…she said there was nothing in the system which reflected that, so she went ahead and scheduled it for Monday. I was told I’d receive a text on Sunday about Mondays delivery window. When I did not receive a text, I called the local store at 4:30 pm on Sunday and was told there was no delivery order for me. They said my order was returned to the warehouse, and they would be unable to access it until it was scanned back into the warehouse, which would be 2-7 days. Then delivery could be rescheduled for 2-3 weeks after that. I reminded the employee that it was the company’s error, and I’d like them to help me get the bed sooner. I was told there’s nothing they could do, and no one else I could talk to about it. I was told I’d get a call from a supervisor Monday, I never did. Monday afternoon I called corporate, and was provided the same information. I was a supervisor would definitely call me Tuesday. Tuesday is almost over, still no one has called. Terrible customer service. When they make a mistake, they will not care to put the customer first and make it better.
After searching for 2 sofas, at many different furniture shops, I finally found a sofa that fit all my check points. Ashley furniture had many to choose from, but i was stuck on the limited space i had to work with. This business lack some important things considering how big the business is. I was assisted by a lady who I thought she was not a sales person. She was ignoring many things I asked and she was asking for help from another sales person in many occasions, she definitely was not a good sales person, either she was too nervous , not well trained or simply she was ignorant about the products. She was constantly touching her mask and it was very annoying. The store has not samples of color fabrics to see the real color and texture. .I stayed longtime and they didn’t even offer a bottle of water . Is that too expensive considering the prices we pay? The sales person told me that the furniture is manufactured here in USA when I asked precisely if the furniture is from abroad. The final conversation about warranty was managed by another sales agent and she clearly said in front of the manager that they give only 1 year warranty and there is some delays in the delivery because the furniture is MADE IN VIETNAM
Had a very nice shopping experience with Terri Harner. I was shopping for a recliner and found one I liked..Terri was able to include the 5 year warranty in the price. Today the chair was delivered an hour earlier than scheduled .I'm very happy with it. Thank you.
Ashley Home Furniture was wonderful. Great selection and outstanding prices. All of their associates are very helpful and friendly (especially Fred and Duc). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for furniture or a bed.
We purchased a couch and a chair. Upon delivery we noticed there was a piece of black metal on the bottom corner of the couch which had torn through and was exposed through the upholstery. The delivery person said they had another one on the truck for delivery that afternoon and they would exchange it. They exchanged the couch, but moments after they left we noticed both the couch and the chair had stains on them. One stain was on the couch pillow and the chair had a stain on the back. I immediately called customer service. They said they would send a technician to the house to try and clean them - which we refused. They are brand new expensive items and should not arrive with stains. They said they would replace them both and would make sure to elevate us to VIP status and receive white glove service. We were told that VIP service meant that the new couch and chair would be examined prior to delivery to make sure there are no issues. In the meantime, we went back the the store and convinced them to exchange the stained couch pillow with a clean one on the floor model. So, they delivered the new chair and we immediately noticed that this chair had a piece of sharp black metal exposed on the bottom corner (just like the first couch had) that had torn through the upholstery. We refused delivery. We spoke to customer service and they said they would send us another chair. I also asked them for some sort of a discount because of all the time and aggravation we were dealing with. They called back and offered us a $100 in-store gift card. They said they could not give us any other sort of discount since everything was already paid for in full. We refused the gift card thinking that at this point we would never buy anything from them again. We are still awaiting delivery of our chair (for the third time) next week. Hopefully third time will be the charm. Update: Chair was delivered today and there was an unfinished edge of fabric on a corner of the chair. We refused delivery. Waiting now for chair number 4. Also noticed that there was a crease sewn into the fabric on the couch by the piping and we are requesting an exchange on the couch again since this is something that is un-repairable (that will be couch number 3). Also learned today that Ashley has NO RETURN POLICY! We requested (after 4 returned chairs and 3 returned sofas) that we wanted to return EVERYTHING and get our money back. We were told that returns had to be reviewed by the Regional Sales Manager and in 48 hours he would decide if we are allowed to return everything. I’ll update again with their decision. Update #2: They refused to let us return the defective sofa and chair. This entire ordeal has been a nightmare. We’re going to try one more round of exchanges (3rd sofa and 5th chair). If that doesn’t work my only other option is to reach out to the BBB and see if they can help me resolve our issues. BOTTOM LINE - BUYERS BEWARE!!!

It was a true pleasure to work with Russ Greiner on my purchase of a couch and two arm chairs for our home. I appreciated that he interacted with me as a person and not as a salesman. He was very knowledgable, thoughtful and kind. As a retired manager of large groups of people, I would be inclined to promote Russ to a position of training new sales people. He's wonderful!
Went to go look for a recliner chair. A gentleman named Paul met us when we walked in. Paul was absolutely wonderful very helpful funny personable. He asked what I was looking for and I had actually gone online and showed him the picture and he took me directly to The recliner. No pressure to buy, I ended up leaving with the recliner loveseat. I highly recommend this Ashley furniture store and ask for Paul the sales person if you go.
It was extremely difficult to get through to the actual store to speak with someone about purchasing another furniture protection plan. After calling 4 times and even asking how to get through to the store, I still couldn’t get through. The rep advised me to select the wrong option and then again, I was routed elsewhere. Once I finally did get through on my 4th attempt, I received the assistance I needed. But it was quite stressful and frustrating.
Very friendly employees greeted me at the door.....explained they were having a 50% off sale (even though it wasn’t a major holiday weekend) so lucky me. I found a wonderful sofa that was delivered and set up in my living room. Wonderful experience overall.

My husband and I just purchased a new home and we needed a lot of furniture to fill it up. Luckily we came across Ashley’s 50% off sale. We got a new bedroom, living room, and dining set, end tables, and a desk for such a great price. The delivery was fast and the delivery guys did a great job setting everything up. They took great care to professionally and carefully unload everything and we’re very mindful in careful assembly. Our new home looks beautiful and we couldn’t be happier.
Needed living room furniture as living room is bare. We found exactly what we wanted. Had the salesman check twice to make sure it was in stock. The earliest delivery was three weeks, July 3rd. We took it for We would have furniture to sit on for the holiday. We had not been contacted for delivery. I called and they said, oh yeah. Won't be there until July 26th. Sorry. That's it. The only thing that sounded like an apolgy was, someone should have called. Now the 4th of July and my birthday will be spent on garden furniture.

Poor and slow customer service
I think all these high star reviews are from the past. Unbelievable poor management here. They told us to go to store to find out why the order items have not been received. We go to store and a customer service (lady called Artimis) saying that some body has picked up your order by mistake, and likely will be resolved by next week. Waiting for her call back all today to confirm the delivery date, nobody called and when I called today they say the order is not been shipped yet, i have to wait another two months!. This place is a scam. They lure you with % off, but it takes forever to deliver, it is not clear where they are importing this from and they do not have any control over the item.

Purchased a sectional in May. Date was set for delivery. Never received a call from Ashley furniture with delivery details. I called customer service several times and no one answered. Luckily the sales person was good. I contacted him. The next day was told delivery would be in 3 weeks. Not good. Yes I still want the sectional but I will be in New York. My neighbor is nice enough to be available to open the house for delivery. Hoping all will be right.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! all they’re focused on is getting your money, they don’t care about the customer. they don’t deliver on the date they say they will, they tell you they’ll fix the problem and call you back in 5 minutes, but you don’t hear from them unless you call them back, and they won’t even cancel the order or make it up too you.
We had the best salesperson helping us out. The store itself wasn't anything special. But Navid was amazing at helping us with all of our needs, but also gave us space to search and talk through decisions. We're grateful to him for all his help.
Such an amazing store. You can find everything that you could possibly need and beyond. My wife and I had a wonderful exoerience with their friendly and more than helpful salemen (Paul and Vern). The manager and customer service folks were also very helpful. Some of the items were slightly damaged in delivery, and they took care of them immediately. Overall we are very satisfied with the furniture that we purchased, and enjoyed the process due to amazing staff. Other furniture stores that we have been to don't even come close!

Store have a very beautiful furniture. I love to visit this place. Prices are a little expensive but I think it worth it. BAD EXPERIENCE. I've been waiting for a refund since a month ago. Additionally, when I bought the set, they gave me the set "discounted". The trick was that they charged the difference in the delivery service fee, so, now that I made the return, I'm going to receive only the amount of set.
My son went to purchase a loveseat and sofa and Ashley furniture was told by the salesman he is getting over 50% off the lowest price possible I looked on the website and saw that he was charged $200 additional on each piece. Spoke with corporate and was informed the stores can charge whatever they like the advertise price is for their website only I feel it’s a very shady company
Great experience shopping at this store and I was able to have my new living room furniture delivered a week later. Delivery went well and the furniture seems to be a good quality for the value. I managed to drop in when they were having a 50% off sale. I had previously ordered furniture from Macy's last February and the delivery date was changed from May to the end of June, so I cancelled the order.

I actually enjoyed shopping today. Ghassan (Gus) and a new trainee Elizabeth were so kind and friendly. I felt they went out of their way to explain everything but in a casual manner. I never felt pushed or rushed to make a purchase. I will be back to do additional shopping. Thank you all!

We are senior citizens and just purchased 2 reclining chairs. After a few days of use we realized they are unstable and will turn over if you reach over to the side or in front. I am so disappointed that Ashley furniture would sell such defective merchandise especially to elderly people who are at great risk of breaking bones
When you go they talk you up politely, tand persuade you to buy furniture. I spent about $15,000 there all in one day. And they have one of the worsssssssttttg customer services I have ever seen. Not me pur friends experienced the same. First of all they almost never answer their phone whether in corporate or the store if you call when the store is operational during the specified hours. Then the insurance companies they work with to insure your furniture are literally the most incompetent (GBS) company I ever talked to. First of all, every time you have to call them to fix a sofa fore example you have to wait at least and I repeat at least one hour on hold; then if you are bot lucky enough the system hangs up on you automatically. They may have some fascinating designs, but when you want to get something fixed such as a none-operational motor in your sofa, they give you a nightmare. Go somewhere such as Living Spaces or even Amazon and insure ut yourself through suggested plan in the Amazon website.
Juan Garcia did an excellent job helping my husband select the best bed for us. When I came in, everything was easy and quick to wrap up the sale. We did realize the following day that because we have a Sleep Number bed, we needed a bed with a higher foot board. Again, Juan made the entire transactions easy and quick. THANK YOU

Bought a tall dresser from here 6 months ago and I couldn't believe what happened when I came home less then an hour later... the material to this dresser is crazy cheap. If you're looking for good better go somewhere else. Unfortunately I'm unable to post the picture of the water damage to the top of my dresser. This is from probably less then a regular size water bottle. Ugh!!!!!!
Missed delivery date so they got one of the sales reps to deliver to us. Double charged me for delivery with the promise of a refund. Never got the refund. Manager Asieh promised a refund.
I had a simple question about a sofa. I saw it online and just wanted to know if it was on display at the Laguna Hills store. I tried the online message feature and it took over 3 hours for someone to respond, by which time I was in bed asleep. Today I called the store directly but nobody answers the phone and after 15 minutes you are sent to voicemail. So I tried the online message feature again and explained everything. Agent Corrinn responded. She offered no apology and told me she did not have any information about what is on display. I suggested she find out and get back to me but she wouldn't do that either. So much for customer service.
The team at this particular store went above and beyond for my wife and I. The salesman Mr. Russ is exceptional and you can feel that he genuinely enjoys and loves what he’s doing. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was extremely patient and easy going. The manager Mr. Noah is just a good person overall because he didn’t have to do what he did for my wife and I but he did and was happy to do it. I highly recommend the Ashely Furniture Homestore in Laguna Hills to anyone looking for some great customer service and furniture.

I was clear with what I needed and Debbie at Ashley kindly helped me pick the dining set matching my furnitures. she is so nice and patient answering all my questions and recommending great items. I love honest people so that was great for me.
Went here today to look for a love seat. We are met by Vahid, politely asked us what we are looking for so he showed us all their love seats available. After looking around the store we found what we want and he told us if we get the sofa and 13 piece living room set we get 50% off so to make the story short, we got the 14 piece set with a huge discount. It certainly made our day because we are able to mix and match the pieces we wanted. Vahid is a highly recommended sales person. The experience here is always a positive for us. And another thing I really admired is their honesty. The store Manager asked us if we have any cash with us and i said yes because somebody turn over my money when it fell off my pocket on the couch we are buying so I’m very thankful to that person and to the store manager. Highly recommended and if you want to swing by their 50% off is until March 8.

I purchased a couch that was $3,200. It was an “L-shaped” couch. When the delivery arrived the delivery guy (5’5 Hispanic male with clean haircut) dropped my corner piece (electronic headrest + leg). I called customer service minutes after he left, to let them know that we received a broken piece of furniture. The customer service representative said they will send someone out a week later? The person comes out (a week later) and says they can repair this piece ( NOT REPLACE). I called the customer service hotline and got into an argument with the representative about replacing the piece instead of repairing it. I paid $3,200! She then said she would do “a one time favor for me.” FAVOR! Ashley furniture is a joke! I can’t believe the sales person is getting commission on a broken piece of furniture! Is this how ALL your clients are “takin care of?” It is not my fault your delivery guy dropped my furniture and broke it. Maybe instead of having your delivery guys lift the furniture 5 feet out of the truck, you could get them a delivery truck with a lift that goes up and down. Typical corporate business! Anyway to cut corners!! I mean let’s be honest how much more does it really coast for a delivery truck with a lift? Next step...return $3,200 couch and shop at another retailer.
ROMEO IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE AT THIS STORE! RUDE, NO RESPECT AND A COWARD!!! Customer support is horrible, you call and call and after they answer they have a really bad attitude. The manager in charge has no idea of whats going on, you visit the store with issues and he gives you attitude as well. Do not buy your furniture here, delivery dates are also a joke. You will have to wait at least 15 more days for your items to arrive after because they don't tell you that your item us out of stock. Beware of this store.

Getting anything from here is like pulling teeth. They left me a message to reschedule my delivery 3 times - and asked me to call them back each time to set a time and date, but they never answer the phone. They ended up just choosing the date on their own since they did not talk to me. So I would change my work schedule each time since I cannot communicate a better date with them. I have called multiple customer service numbers, they never answer.
Walked in was greeted and helped by the very nice lady at the front. I believe her name was Christine. Super polite didn't hover over us while we shopped. Price matches, gave us a deal and had us in and out in less than 45mins. My type of furniture shopping. Excited for the items we picked out to be dropped off in about 2 weeks. Will definitely be back.
My first and last purchase from Ashley Furniture… I needed a new sofa/loveseat because I was moving, but with the COVID pandemic, most furniture retailers could not deliver for 9-18 weeks minimum. I called the Laguna Hills Ashley store to confirm that a set I was interested was available. They confirmed over the phone that the set was in stock, so I drove to the store to place the order. They said they couldn’t deliver until 9 weeks later. When I asked why the items were in stock but couldn’t be delivered they said that deliveries were backed up. I offered to pick up the sofas myself, but they said that was not how they operated. (In reality, they wanted to charge me a $120 premium delivery fee). Cut to two months later on delivery day, I get a call at 7am from the driver saying that they only have the loveseat and the sofa is on backorder. Now they’re telling me the earliest I can have it delivered is 3 weeks later. I get that delays happen, but I do not appreciate being lied to by bait and switch salespeople. Based on other reviews I’ve seen, this is a common theme with Ashley. Recommend Living Spaces or Wayfair.com instead.

Bought a couch, desk, and bedroom set. Set up in 3 deliveries. What was suppose to be delivered kept changing. Piexes schedule suddenly went on back order. The 3rd delivery had only part of the bed and an ottoman. They wanted me to sign that the bed parts were partially delivered but I wasn't going to take partial delivery. So I had to refuse the entire order. No one person can solve problems there, each person has their one function and thry don't really care. Getting a hold of people is also impossible. Still don't know when i will bet thr remaining pieces. WARNING: Just go somewhere else.
Ashley Furniture Home Store should be AVOIDED at ALL COSTS. It’s nothing against their products but their customer service is terrible. As mentioned in other reviews they have a no return, no exchange policy once something has been removed from their delivery truck. The last pieces I bought were delivered by their people and drop off caused damage to my house that Ashley Corporate refused to cover the repair of. They salespeople absolutely work on commission and will hound you relentlessly until you agree to purchase. (Beware of the lady that looks like over-tanned Barbie wearing literal highlighter pink lipstick on her cheeks as blush. She’s a BEAST!) And quite literally if your purchase is even 2” too big for your space you are stuck with the piece. Getting them to take it back for store credit it nearly a Herculean task. Don’t believe me? Needed a couch, dining table and TV stand so decided to check this place out. Made an appointment and was helped out by Duke. He was really great! Fast, friendly, very informative and made sure he was getting is the best deal. Everything was smooth and easy, could not ask for a better experience. Thanks a lot for your help! Definitely recommend! * UPDATE * Purchased this back on 9/12/20, received the couch a little over a month later, then the dining table a couple weeks later. Apparently the TV stand was damaged and obviously they are not going to send it like that so it took an extra couple weeks for the next delivery. Next delivery I received a notice of time window for the delivery but didn't receive a call or the TV stand. I had to call for them to tell me the same thing and same story about damage. Today (12/4/20) I had another delivery scheduled and guess what?! SAME STORY!!!! It will be 3 months in about a week since my purchase and I REALLY REALLY regret buying my furniture here. Duke was helpful but they really have to work on their delivery system. You can't schedule furniture to be delivered and not fulfill it AND give the same story 3 TIMES!!! TRULY DISAPPOINTING! Had a defective chair via a online order. Tried to get it taken care of via online but unresponsive. Went to store and Jessica explained terms and conditions when ordering online; don’t do this by the way. Though she held no official responsibility, she was sweet enough to try and find me a replacement chair. No she didn’t have one in stock but she would have exchanged if she did. Love the effort! Yes I did get it resolved eventually via online
STAY AWAY from this abysmal pit of incompetency that they call a furniture store. I placed a simple order for two Accent tables, for 4 months they kept repeatedly saying it will be delivered in 2 weeks while making me wait... Fed up I even went in twice just to cancel the entire order and get my money back, and they seem to be unable to issue a simple refund. Worst customer service ever, rude and completely incompetent managers, and absolutely inept in tracking or following through an order. Needless to say, never going to or buying anything at another Ashley's store again. Ironically I found the same tables for 30% cheaper on Amazon. Wouldn't be surprised if it's only a matter of time before these nincompoops go out of business...
We needed new living room furniture so we stopped at Ashley HomeStore. They were having a sale. My lovely wife picked out a couch loveseat and a matching chair. We also got a coffee table and 2 end tables. It came with a rug and a throw for the chair. It also came with some pillows for the couch and loveseat. Along with some bowls and vases for the end table. We got a lamp to match and had a completely new living room set. My wife has excellent taste and our living room looks great now. All of that furniture cost less than $1100. Wow what a deal for good quality and it looks great.

We were told it would take longest of 4 weeks to deliver our couch, however they said it usually arrives well before that time period so we agreed. Been waiting for 5 weeks now and had zero updates on the arrival date of our couch. Just called in and said it would be another 4 weeks. We didn’t order a couch expecting it to come next year! Spending that much money somewhere you expect there to be some kind of transparency with times and some level of customer interaction and updates but we’ve had no phone calls, texts and no emails. What was the point of spending an hour to get all our info? Won’t be coming back to this store I believe there are many competitors doing a better job. Hopefully our couch comes before 2021!

My experience with Ashley"s delivery process has been painfully and disgustingly SLOE. The latest incident occurred when I received a text message indicating a "confirmed" delivery date and time for a purchased item. I took the day off from work to stay home and await the arrival. Merchandise NEVER arrived. You CAN NOT get thru to a living breathing customer service rep so I reluctantly emailed Ashley at their customer service web site only to be told that.due to the epidemic, deliveries were compromised. That was 3 weeks ago! Still waiting as of this date. A previous purchase in May had same results. Recieved that item nearly 9 weeks later. Think twice before shopping at Ashley Furniture. I'm done with them!
Awful! I received a broken and useless dressing chest on July 27th. They don't answer customer service calls. Corporate is separate from the store so the store can't help. It's 6 weeks later and nothing has been done.

The furniture is beautiful and a fair price but it was delivered broken and not set up. My delivery had to change due to a back order. I bed to spend many hours on the phone because the could not find my account. They could not find my account with my phone. number or name even though I was receiving too many text about my delivery. I also had to confirm the delivery twice causing me to make another lengthy phone call. But the furniture is beautiful.

Should have been 0 star. The employees here are scammed. My order was cancelled; therefore, the merchandise was never delivered. They still charged me for it. When I requested for a refund; they gave me a run around and never provided me the refund of ~$600 for the items cancelled and never delivered. They broke the law and this is called FRAUD. Be careful and take your business elsewhere. All Ashley Homestore is individually owned so don't do business with this store location
Took a really long time, and the sales person couldn't give me a confirmation on whether the furniture was in even stock or when it could possibly be delivered until I gave all of my information to purchase. Really weird. He didn't explain the delivery fee until I asked why the final price seemed so high. Additionally, he didn't honor the advertised gift card, which was on the paper ad they hand you when you walk in the store. I didn't argue, but won't be going back.

Found the Perfect table for my dining room area. Brandon Bywater was the sales associate helping me. Kind associate. The reason for the 3stars out of 5 is because during the purchase process Brandon NEVER asked me if I wanted to purchase the 5 year protection plan, he just added it without my knowledge. I paid for what I thought was the dining table + shipping & at the very end when he had me sign final paperwork I come to find out that I paid for a 5 year protection plan. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS. I know the additional charge was only $50 but I feel BETRAYED. How can you trust someone at Ashley’s furniture going forward when they hide little fees like this without telling you.
A year ago (on March 2019) I bought a new mattress and foundation and the process was amazing, super nice seller, I paid for the delivery, Even I paid for taking the old mattress (that by the way I didn’t have any but the seller told me they had to charge me because it is the law of California). Any way, on March this year I started to feel the spring of the mattress on my back so I decided to use the 10 years of Warranty, but with the Covid-19 situation I pospone it. On May 23 I went to the Ashley Furniture Store (El Toro) where I bought my bed to claim about the mattress and everything was different, they just gave me a number case and a phone number and they said: “ if in 72 hrs nothing happen you have to call this number “ that’s it..... do you know how painful is sleep in a mattress with the springs in your back???? What is the point to offer a 10 years warranty if you don’t want to take care of it????

Bought mattress with box spring for my kid from Ashley Furniture. A couple months passed, box spring makes noise. Rather than explain to the store, I tried to fix it myself. In the old days Box spring was made with 'springs' and fabric. I was surprised to find out we got wooden box covered with paper. The noise was coming from paper. That was pure Rip OFF. I had to place a left over wood panel that I saved for years between wood box and mattress to kill the noise.

I strongly recommend not to visit Ashley Lake Forest. This is for Ashley LakeForest, Jeff the manager of the store doesn’t even know how to speak to people. He behaves like people Visiting the store are homeless and seeking furniture as a mercy and he is the ceo of the Ashley. Boss we were there and paid for what you requested. I was out with my wife and daughter for buying living room furniture. It started very well Shahnaz helped us customizing our package for whole living area and went to manager for approval. Manager approved it i paid the money, signed all the documents and happily came out. Half an hour later I have been called stating The credit card receipt is not signed and been requested to comeback for signing it. When i reached back, the manager said sir there was an error in the system and package we built is not how supposed to be. I am cancelling this deal and you may go and find a new deal for you. I was like what, I came here after driving for 35 mins and now you are bossing on me that i will cancel you purchase. Boss i paid you what was approved by you. You should have told me on the phone that there was an issue, i could have adjusted with you guys. The fraud of the manager is totally unacceptable.

The only reason I am giving Ashley Furniture a 5 star review is because of William and Rachelle's customer service. They really went above and beyond to take care of me, they made me feel so comfortable and confident with my purchase, and did their best to give me the best deal. They didn't make me feel like I was just a customer, but as if I had known them already; they were both very friendly and approachable. There was some issues with the delivery process, but both Rachelle and William, took over the situation and took care of it really quick. There was also a few delays with the delivery of my bed, but again, William and Rachelle, went above and beyond to take care of it immediately. I was constantly getting updates from them with the status of my order, which was really nice. This was by far, the best customer service I have ever received. They deserve to be recognized for their service at Ashley Furniture.

Charmagne was very helpful, friendly and professional the first time we went into the store to order a bedroom set for my dad. She was a great help in picking out a reasonably priced set and bed for his new setting. My dad was very happy with everything we had purchased. We came back a second time and request Charmagne help us pick up some lamps for my dad’s night tables. Once again she was very helpful with the purchases. If we need to purchase additional items in the future, I would ask for Charmagne’s assistance again.
We purchased sectional sofa from this store 11/2019 but quality is super bad, all stitching is ripping off and started to foams are showing. Sales rep told me that as long as we have a protection plan we can fix and even can return the products, but it’s actually joke. Very bad quality and service, nothing covered.

I had a tremendous experience buying a sectional and ottoman at this Ashley location. Russ Greiner, my salesman, met me at the door and was very knowledgeable on all of the products. He showed me around but also gave me my space to browse on my own. He was a true professional. The regional manager also happened to be in the store that day and met me on the showroom floor to make sure that I was being taken care of. The furniture quality is high and is offered at a great price compared to other national chain stores. The customer service and high quality furniture will bring me back to this store in the future. I will be coming back to purchase a dining room set and a recliner and will ask for Russ by name because of his superior customer service!

Not very happy with their service. I cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. On eternal hold. I bought one order, they deliver in 3 visits. I was supposed to have a reclining chair delivered with the rest of the bedroom set. No reclining chair. When they delivered the mattress last week, they put a railing under it which appreciator I did not need and the delivery people would not take it back. I’m now stuck with something I don’t need. The delivery people show up without booties and tell me I should have requested that and they cannot take off their shows. I had to give them bags to put on their shows. Terrible experience. I would not recommend.

I purchased a Love Seat, Chair and Bed from Laguna Hills. I was told it would all be delivered on Tuesday except for the Bed mattress protector that would be delivered on Friday by UPS. Now I am told it is going out today, Monday. So when I asked for the tracking number, she said to call back tomorrow and she will have it then, since that is when it's going out. 'Okay, so when am I getting it' I asked? Oh, 7-10 days. I will spare the 'who's on first' explanation, but if I had known this, I would have gone to Target or Walmart and gotten one there. I am happy with the items that were delivered, but I now regret getting the extended warranty plan for the Chairs mechanism. I am pretty sure I will face the Abbott and Costello routine again. Misrepresentation and Customer Service warrants the 2/5 stars

I saw a couch online that I was interested in seeing in person before purchasing. So I went to this ashley store, and they didn't have it on display. Ok, fine. But they also don't carry fabric samples, so there is really no way to tell what the couch would actually look like.
This review is a reflection on my whole experience with Ashley Furniture. From the very start is was not a pleasant experience, the salesman was only concerned with his commission and put our needs and concerns behind his own. When we tried to get another salesman we were refer'd back to the original guy. I bought the furniture we needed just so that I didn't have to deal with him anymore. When the furniture arrived for the first time, it was assembled poorly and they agreed to replace it. This occurred 2 additional times. So much time and money wasted on this company, I will never use them again and will never refer anyone to them.

Well again I find myself at Ashley Furniture looking for a new recliner chair It's seems like whenever I need a new piece of furniture I always find what I'm looking for at Ashley's. I was met at the front by a lovely young lady called Jessica which helped me through the store in finding what I was looking for . I told her I wanted a recliner didn't mind if it was a rocker also but definitely did not want a swivel. After an hour of sitting in every recliner in the store or as the Fonz would say "just sit on it" I finally found the one I wanted. Jessica had a lot of patience was not pushy and just let me look sit and finally find what I was looking for. Thank you Jessica for being so sweet to myself as well as my little dog Rocky.

We did a lot of shopping around and ultimately ended up purchasing our sectional from here. Charmagne helped us and showed us multiple pieces. Ultimately we liked something online more than anything in the store and she was very helpful in working with us to order the pieces individually to create our desired layout and went above and beyond to get us the best price and financing. She was very thorough and helpful throughout the ordering process and worked extremely hard to ensure all of our questions were answered and we were getting exactly what we wanted.

Horrible Customer Service!
We went to store yesterday with my son who originally was in there once before and had a sales rep by the name of Terry instead of her giving help to us with a coworker she made us wait we were in there for hour or longer we got frustrated we then went to the store manager and asked him to help us and he had to send out one of his peons to give us the answer instead of him coming face to face I'm telling how she couldn't help us and we were going to buy a lot of other furniture there is no way Hi whatever go back to that store no matter how they take care of us
Appearently, having woodworm in their furniture is completely normal.

BEWARE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES I was misinformed about the pricing of a mattress protector that I purchased along with a mattress when I visited the store. I was assured and reassured by my salesperson that the mattress protector was only adding $9 to my total. When I received my order I saw a large sticker on my mattress protector box saying “$139.99” which of course upset me. I checked my itemized receipt and the price reflection said the same. I called immediately and after being transferred to 3 different people and waiting on hold for half an hour, I was told by the manager that he could do nothing for me. He informed me that they don’t do returns or exchanges and that if I returned my mattress protector, they’d only reduce my final price by $10. Essentially, they’d charge me more for the bed if I didn’t keep the protector. I’ve never been so appalled with customer service. Do not give them your business.
Maaaan yall are worse than car salespeople. Sometimes people would just like to browse without being hounded. I. Understand this is how the company operates so nothing against these sales people but it seems like there is too much pressure on them to make sales. Be more understanding with your employees and let them take a personalized approach, instead of having them hover over customers.
Salespeople and staff were all friendly and helpful. We were fortunate enough to get Duke who was great and got us an awesome deal. Would recommend having a look around this store before buying your furniture.
My fiance and I spent probably 3 hours with Harsheet and he took us through countless mattresses and bedroom sets. He searched throughout the store and online to find us the perfect fit for us. He wasn't overly pushy about things like temperpedic but did offer perks for doing so. He showed us multiple comparable experience to those mattresses on sale and had extensive knowledge on wear and tear for every type of mattress he showed us. We were very indecisive and he was so patient and kind and gave us so many extra benefits for shopping with him. He made the decisions easy and was incredible. Thank you Harsheet!

Quality, materials, colors, selection and design are very appealing. The showroom is bright clean and well laid out. That is where the positive experience ends. The people working here diminish the quality of the brand. We ordered a couple thousand dollars worth of goods including a sectional sofa and mattress. Promises were made on items being in stock and delivery dates. Delivery not made after confirmation was given, customer service pushed back dates and back order excuses were made after we were told it was in stock. We had explained to sales person that we had company coming in town in a couple of weeks and we were given assurances for what we later learned was for purposes of making commission. Speaking of commission, they will try and sell you using the worst cliche car salesman style approach I've ever suffered experiencing. "I put in $180 for extra protection warranty for you.", he says "We dont want that" I counter. "How about I give it to you for $80?" He asks "No thank you" I reply "$80! Why you are not wanting it for that little?" He argues. "We just want the furniture" I reply Comes back after discussing with sales manager. "Ok, manager says we give it to you for free" he finally said. Can you imagine having this dance over the purchase of a sofa? Basically tried to RIP me off an extra $180 bucks for something they planned on giving me for free. Won't go back here despite the great (post negotiated) prices. Established in 1940's. Founders have to be rolling in their graves at what's become of their brand.
Great experience at Ashley Furniture- Khim helped me put together a set that I liked- which took me about 2 hours! She was so patient with me and never rushed me as I decided what would work with me. This is my second time buying a couch set from Ashley Furniture so I know it will last. I just bought a new place so I had to furnish this second home.
I went in and was spoken to by multiple people, but one individual really just changed the experience for me. My wife and I went in looking for a couch and a gentleman by the name of Gus had came up to us and helped us out and gave us great customer service. He helped with the he selection, and Joseph one of the managers and probably the best here at Ashley in Laguna Hills. They both went above and beyond with the transaction. Gus and Joseph, remember the names because I will only go to them for my future transactions. Great service.. outstanding management, we give extreme gratitude to Gus and Joseph.

Every room in my house has been furnished by Ashley because of the quality and price. The customer care, before and after purchase, is over the top excellent. Also, I highly recommend the premium protection plan they offer. I had to use it recently on a chair that was damaged. The protection plan worked with Ashley to give me a replacement of my choice, and the salesman and his manager were helpful to select a piece that matched the price of the damaged item. Will definitely shop there again.
We purchased a mattress a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, when the order was being placed, the wrong mattress type was put on the order (firm instead of mid-level). The firm mattress was delivered and we quickly realized the mistake. I came into the store and talked with the managers. We figured out the mistake and the right mattress was ordered in its place.
Manager was reprimanding employees in front of customers (us) and was extremely unprofessional. Rachelle was a joke of a saleswoman. Jessie was outstanding and helped us find what we were looking for. He is the only good thing about their store!

Gus was just wonderful in so many ways! First approached me and my grandma who doesn’t speak English and tried to speak Spanish to her so she wouldn’t feel left out. Didn’t push anything on us or rushed us. We felt like family and we are definitely coming back for future buys because of him!

**UPDATE** 6/15/19 After stopping by the store and talking to a nice young lady they agreed to replace the foot board of the bed that was damaged. I am changing it from 1 star to 3 stars. They have replaced it and I am satisfied but their customer service should've done this the first time instead of me emailing and having to make phone calls. ***STAY AWAY*** You have been warned! I want to say I've had the worst experience with buying a new bed I purchased a bed to be delivered the following weekend. Team shows up to deliver my bed and has multiple pieces stacked and as they are moving the pieces into my home it falls over. They notice that one of the drawers is damaged and state they will get their repair kit so I can still use the bed. I stated then that the wood was broke and I wanted the unit replaced. They proceeded to glue it back together and opened a service ticket to have someone come back out and "try to fix it". I said I don't want it fixed I want it replaced. I paid for a new bed and not a used bed. If I wanted a used bed frame I could have bought for a quarter of the price. I called my sales guy Patrick who stated he would look into it. The next day Patrick called me and asked me to send pictures of the damage to someone that is on the customer care team. He stated his manager was out sick and would check with him to see what he could do. I sent the pictures that night as requested and haven't heard anything back. I've called Patrick again and left a voicemail and he has yet to return my call. Advice is **STAY AWAY** cheap product and terrible customer service. The fun now begins as I will follow up with my credit card company and file a complaint.

Jill and I have had two separate experiences in the past purchasing furniture from Ashley. Mine was a good one and her's not so much (due to furniture quality), so we debated heavily this time to move forward with our purchase. Their guaranties are lies, I have been asking them for about 2 months to come and fix my cabinet but they don’t come. When they want to sell their stuff they would give you good service but after they sold their stuff their service would be terrible. I hope them to do something about it.
I ordered a power recliner 12 days ago. I took off work to be home to receive the item and they tried to deliver a completely incorrect chair. After calling customer service ( and being disconnected twice) the manager Joseph called back to say they’d deliver another chair on a day that I previously TOLD THEM I wouldn’t be there. They said they’d deliver on my only day off ( Friday ) between 3-7p. I sat at home wasting my entire day off waiting for them and now it’s 950pm ( almost three hours) and they have STILL not arrived , and since they’re closed, there isn’t anyone to call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company !!! They DO NOT CARE about their clients. !!!

Ordered our furniture reclining couch and love seat, had it delivered, had an issue with the mechanics of love seat went into the store expressed our issue, they sent tech out and the manager Mehdi determined the loveseat needed to be replaced. I am completely embarrassed that I trusted Ashley, the sales people, and sales manager at this store for my home furnishings needs. I should have trusted my gut and left before I bought. When the sales manager, "threw in the warranty for free", I should have known it was too good to be true. Their "warranty" company did not stand by Ashley's product and required constant calls to them to even get a response and a course of action to clean my couch that is less than a year old. It is my belief that there are more trustworthy, ethical, and quality furniture stores at this price point.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am in the retail management business for large company, so I know what should and should not be happening. I also have been an Ashley customer for over a decade. The location in Laguna sold me a couch, delivered a dirty one, said they would have someone clean it or they would replace it. That was three weeks ago. They changed coming out the day of, after I planed my schedule to be there, and then never called me back. I have called them and asked for the district manger office number and they give me the run around. They keep saying they will have the magnet calm me but nothing. You better make sure you have exactly what you want and do t need their help or you’re screwed.
I went in there to buy a couple of bar stools because all their other stuff is outrageously priced. You can find better stuff with much more reasonable prices at Jerome’s or living spaces. First of all they don’t have the stuff that is on sale online, so to find the stuff that is are on sale you have to go in the store. Then found the bar stools I wanted and but they didn’t have them in store cause apparently they don't keep anything in stock, which is understandable. I told the sales person that i need these as soon as possible because I have guests coming over and then need a place to sit, and if you cannot get them to me within the next couple of days i need to go get these from somewhere else, he said no you will get them by Monday, which is two day from that day. Didn’t get them on Monday, called to track the shipment, turns I will not receive these chair for another 18 days. When I called to get connected to the store, i had to wait on the phone for 45 minutes, which is very interesting cause there always 15 people in there walking around doing nothing, when finally someone picked up, very rude and unapologetically said I cannot do anything for you he should have made that more clear for you. 😡😡😡😤😤😤
Had an amazing time shopping here with my fiance, Jesse! Kevin helped us out and he is one of a kind. The deals are amazing and the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I hate a shopping experience where you get a lot of pressure from the reps and we got literally 0 of that, instead Kevin just took care of us and then would kick back and let us do our thing. I had awful experience with them, they just sell their products and push me to buy insurance for my furnitures. Now it's more than 3 months that I called them almost 10 times to fix one of my chairs but they never call me back.

Very nice, clean, great atmosphere. Employees come up to help right away. Very friendly. Only the guy by the front desk by the door was on his phone the whole time instead of greeting customers and saying have a nice day when people were leaving.

I am giving five star because we had great experience working with Jessica yesterday. She was amazing to work with, she was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly and respectful. She did her very best to give us the best prices possible and she absolutely made us very satisfied about our purchase. I highly recommend her. We have purchased most of our furniture and bedrooms set from Ashley Furniture in the past few years and we have always had great experiences with all the staff and managers. I bought a beautiful couch, loveseat and Tempurpedic mattress which I absolutely love. What I like best was my salesperson, Ro, was so nice helpful, and knowledgeable. I couldn't have received better service. The manager, Mehdi, was very helpful in offering a great deal. Thank you Ro and Mehdi for being so kind and really helping me pick out my living room set and mattress. Ro, my salesperson, is a definite asset to the Ashley sales team. She is very honest and offers great customer service.

I received an Outstanding customer service from Nina my Master sales associate and the General Manager Mr. Mehdi. Nina was extremely patient with me as I told her my needs. She helped me purchase complete set of quality furniture for bedroom, living room and dining room. I appreciate Nina’s kindness as I changed my order few times. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Mehdi was super nice and worked with my budget as I furnished my whole place. I would definitely be coming back in near future. Thank you both.

We absolutely LOVE our Ashley bedroom set! We worked with Terri Harner and she was amazing—She listened to what we were thinking; helped us figure out exactly what we wanted; and then made our dream a reality—We couldn’t be happier!! We will definitely being going back to see Terri when we get a new sectional couch :)

Terri is the best. She was beyond patient with me as I looked for several months for the perfect couch. She kept me updated on new inventory and kept notes on what specifically I was looking for. MLK weekend Terri showed me a couch that was perfect! She got me the best deal, quick delivery and great financing. I had such a great experience with Terri that I brought my my mom in law in yesterday. Terri helped her pick out the perfect couch and coffee table for their newly renovated home. Again, the process was smooth, easy and everyone is very satisfied. I’ll be back into Ashley and working with Terri for all of my furniture needs.

Amazing customer service. We talked to several different associates and they were all very friendly and helful. Mehdi truly went above and beyond to help my fiance and I with our exchange. The store itself has a ton of inventory so we had lots to choose from. We will definitely be back to purchase other items.

We ordered a desk in December being told it was on backorder and would be delivered Jan 19th. Come January 18th they all of a sudden couldn’t deliver until Feb 3rd. That’s ok things happen. we’ll come feb 3rd we were getting updates and being told it would be delivered and we were getting text updates. They never came and said “there was a problem in the warehouse” but they made all other deliveries except ours. We will not be using Ashley furniture again.

Very good store with all the furniture one needs for a home. As soon as you enter, a sales representative will help you and guide your through the entire store and help you select the furniture of your choice. The prices are not the cheapest but buying multiple furniture will give you good deals

I Called to check on my furniture I purchased 2 weeks ago. I was promised I would have my items all delivered to me within a week. I called after 10 days to check in with Misha the front desk clerk. Misha was extremely rude and argumentative. She came across aggressive multiple times before I asked for corporates number. I am in shock that Ashley’s would allow an employee like her represent them at their front desk where she is the face of the company. I am going to cancel my couches because of the poor customer service I received. I will also make sure that no one in my circle is ever referred to such company who allows employment to such individuals.
