Looks good on the surface, but absolute CRAP once the sale is final. A couple years ago I purchased a dining set (table plus 6 chairs) and a sectional with a 5 year coverage plan (Utah). Recently, the frame of the sectional snapped and needed repair. We were in need of a second sofa and decided to buy another while waiting for the repair. We spent over $2,000 AGAIN and bought a new sofa, chair and a half, and ottoman (Laguna Hills, CA). Ashley sent someone out to repair the original sectional who needed special parts from Ashley for the frame and they said, "sorry, we discontinued that piece so there's nothing we can do." They gave me $200 "hush money" to drop the whole thing (which I foolishly took). So I was out $1,500+ from the first sectional. THEN I had an issue with my other furniture and started a claim for repairs. I just received a call from the protection company who told me, "sorry, Ashley sold you the wrong protection plan. The plan number on your receipt is for a mattress and fabric so there's nothing we can do for your all solid wood furniture." ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!? I have never even purchased a mattress there! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN!!!!! I have spent $5,000+ there in the last 3 years and they've done nothing but give me mostly crap products and ABSOLUTE crap service. They are a joke of a company and care more about moving product off their floors than having a customer for life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Ashley Home Furniture is HORRIBLE. My company purchased over $16,000 of furniture from them in October 2014. On the day of delivery in early November, the truck showed up missing two desks for our business office -- they never told us the desks were back ordered. Meanwhile, we donated all our office furniture in anticipation of the new furniture being delivered. Ashley gave me their lame apology and said the furniture would be delivered on December 31st. . I asked them to provide me the floor samples they have in their showroom, but they said "no, it's against their policy." I called their customer service line and was told the decision is up to Kareem, the manager. Kareem hides behind policy instead of being a responsible leader and helping find a resolution for his customer. Today is December 31st and I received a call before noon from some girl who could barely speak intelligently to tell me the desks are back ordered until February!! I asked to speak with Kareem, and was told he's with a customer. I told her I expect a call back from Kareem today, but I'm sure he's too much of a coward to address this matter with me like a professional. Meanwhile, our office staff is working from a folding table ... Ashley won't even loan us desks to use until the desks we have paid for are available for delivery. This has been the worst customer service experience ever, and I will be writing a letter to their home office headquarters. Their president signed my company's insurance waiver, so I have his name and address. Do yourself a favor and do NOT purchase anything from Ashley Home Furniture in Laguna Hills.

I ordered five items of furniture that they said were "in Stock" but would take two weeks for delivery. I thought two weeks was a long time for something in stock but agreed. A few day before the scheduled delivery date, they called to say that two of the items could not be delivered as scheduled but would come one week later. I was disappointed, but what was one more week. After I accepted delivery of the initial items, Ashley called to inform me that the remaining items were on back order and would not be available for two months. Now their customer service department is jerking me around. I feel this company cannot be trusted. Better to shop elsewhere. The saga continues: After promising that my furniture was “in stock” and then telling me it was back ordered and would take two months to get it, Ashley tried to make things right. They said they would loan me a love seat while my couch was on back order and said they could beliver it in 2 days. Two days later, a delivery truck arrives ... but the driver tells me that there is a large cut in the fabric and they need to take it back. Really?? You mean Ashley cant tell that before they send it. The store manager promises me that they will send a replacement right away. They tell me that the love seat will be there between 8:00 a.m. and noon on Saturday. I wait all morning. At 11:30 a.m. I call the store to fond out where they are because I have t leave at noon. They tell me they will have the driver call me. Thirty-five minutes later ... nothing. I call the store again and they tell me the driver will call me to schedule a later time that day. The driver calls at 1:00 to tell me is is 10 minutes away and wants to make the delivery. I explained that I was at lunch and that he needs to put me at the end of his deliveries. The store manager then called me to schedule a new date because the driver told him that I “ had refused delivery” !! I gave Ashley a rating of 1 ... I wish I could lower my rating. I wish I had read reviews before I shopped at Ashley because .. Based on all the negative reviews I have now seen I believe that this kind of thing is happening to a lot of other people too. Good luck to anyone who decides to risk it.

Sales rep. very professional, problem with delivery and set up. We were told they set up everything, that was not the case. Missing a cabinet door knob, after several attempt they told us it will take two to three weeks to get the door knob, where we only live may be two blocks from their store. We still waiting to get a single cabinet knob.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. My couch was delivered broken on a Sunday, and the delivery driver tried to run away as fast as he could. Once I chased him down, he lied to my face and said it'd be easiest if I kept the couch and Ashley would call me Monday to deliver a replacement. On Friday, I called Ashley only to have them accuse me of breaking the couch myself and telling me I had to send pictures to prove the couch was broken, pay an extra delivery free, and wait 3-4 weeks for them to replace a brand-new couch that they broke during delivery. Luckily, I kept the receipt but the awful experience continues to get worse. Seriously, do not spend your money here. Go someplace else like Living Spaces. This is the most unethical company out there. I can't say enough bad things about the overall experience.

Instore was wonderful but delivery and support is such a headache. They scheduled me twice but still couldn't deliver the product on time. Now I am waiting for my third turn to see if it is going to arrive as scheduled and on time without any issues.

Terrible experience, I ordered a table and paid for it and waited 6 weeks for delivery. Now I'm told that it was discontinued and need to wait an additional week for my refund. I'm not sure how this company survived all these years.

Your experience may vary, however mine was pleasant! Our salesman was attentive and knowledgeable and worked with my family to get the greatest savings available. We were looking to furnish three rooms Living, and two bedrooms and we walked out with spending a little more than half of what we were quoted at two other furniture stores. The selection was plentiful and varied greatly especially when compared to other establishments. There shouldn't be a reason you don't find anything to your liking. Stop by with reasonable expectations and you shouldn't be disappointed.

June 2016. Our salesman promised that the Ashley Furniture delivery men would remove our old king-size mattress and box springs when the new bed arrived, and this was written into our contract. BUT when the delivery men got to our house, they said they could not take our old mattress because it had tea and coffee stains on it. WE WERE NOT TOLD BEFOREHAND THAT A STAINED MATTRESS COULD NOT BE REMOVED. And so, not being able to store or discard our old king-size bed, we rejected the delivery of the new bed and will get our money back. The store (and a good salesman) lost a $3300 sale. .

Waiting for my delivery yesterday that never came. I'm probably going to have them come pick up the thousands of dollars of furniture I purchased if they don't get my promised delivery.

We just bought a sectional from Ashely furniture in Laguna Hills. First they said it will be delivered in 2 days, and they even confirmed it, but then an hour later they call, and said it will be delivered in 2 weeks.! When they finally delivered it, on the first day , within only few minutes the cushion on the lounge side started to sink.!!.I called the store ,and they asked me to take a picture of it and bring it to the customer service, which I did. Customer service admitted that it's something wrong with it. They said we will send someone to fix it . They sent a technician to take look at it. First he said you should have known what to buy ,then said this is not a defect , because nothing is broken , we don't have a category for that type of things. That's how it's made, lot of people like it that way ,then he opened the zipper shook the mattress , smooth up the wrinkles took a picture ,and said see there's nothing wrong it. I told him if I sit on it the same thing will happen ,and over time it will look terrible. They tell you can not return ,or exchange it ,because of health problems. They say our furniture comes with warranty , so don't worry. later they say if there's a problem with the cushion we don't fix it ,because it's not part of our list.! To avoid that type of problems ,you need to know what to buy. So, basically they sell furniture with terrible quality ,and put their customers like me in a situation with no way out. I think our $1300 money went directly to the trash can. What a terrible experience.!!!

By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. To make this long story short: a day before my delivery I was told I wouldn't receive one piece of my delivery. That's fine so I requested a partial delivery the next day. Everything seemed okay until tomorrow happened. No delivery, no phone call, nothing. I called and sat on the phone on hold for over two hours before talking to a representative. They said the delivery was never rescheduled and that the earliest I could get my partial order was the end of the month, which was outrageous. After talking to a supervisor who claimed she could get it to me next weekend she said she would return my call when she had it sorted it. That call never came. I called again the following day and sorted it out with a regular representative with another two hour wait on hold, twice. Now a day prior to my newest delivery date I get a phone call asking when I'm going to schedule my delivery date for my order. I was furious. Not only have I rescheduled multiple times but clearly they had no idea what was going on, to make it even more infuriating I would be receiving even less of my order because they don't know how to properly manage their inventory. The entire circus ended with me leaving a family dinner to drive to the store I made my purchase from to demand answers and possibly a refund. When I arrived your manager (who I was told wasn't in that night) took over 20 minutes to meander his way to the customer service desk. After which he carelessly apologized about my experience and offered me $100 IN STORE CREDIT for my troubles. Seriously!? He then left in the middle of this to "talk to a customer". After waiting another 30 minutes at the desk for him to return I demanded my order be fully refunded. What really made him show how delusional this man was is he asked why I want to cancel my order and get a refund. I was so surprised that those words even came from his mouth. So long story short. Canceled my order and will never go back and never purchased from any Ashley's store again. They deserve no business from any location. I went to living spaces that night and got my entire order shipped to me and two days with no problems....just saying.

Had a great service done at this location and I wanted to share my thoughts with everyone. Ive been going to Ashley home store for a long time now and have bought numerous amount of couches, tables and etc. recently one of my couches started to had a bit of a damage with the leather and i just contacted them and let them know about my issue. They send me a new leather within a week and had a repair man come to our house to make my couch look brand new again. I was more than satisfied which let me to go back there and get a new living room table and set with a new mattress. Elaheh has been the best person to help me out since I can remember and I just wanted to share with everyone how happy of a customer I am and I will recommend anyone to get their home decors and furnitures from this place. thank you
