We have returned 4 times dinning room set and left 4 message for store manager vanessa to call back, never did she call back. Worst service and product. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT.
Waiting for our furniture to be delivered. The delivery person says he was never informed that he was supposed to deliver our furniture today. Then we call Ashley and the woman said “I don’t know who you spoke to, but your furniture is going to get delivered.” We called the guy again, and he says the warehouse didn’t have our furniture ready for pick up and now we have to wait and it will take a while before it gets delivered. We don’t have a time frame either. Seriously, what kind of customer service is that? When you buy something and it says it’s going to be delivered, why can’t you execute what you promised?!?!? Why is there miscommunication between Ashley and the delivery person?!?
This is an edit to a review I posted a couple of weeks ago where I messed up the name of the person who assisted us...his name was OMEGA, but I called him Ego...so I am correcting my error here. We were told how things work, and he turned us loose to look without feeling like we were being stalked! This is just the kind of furniture shopping experiences everyone should experience. At Ashley HomeStore Outlet, these things are paramount...customer care, knowledgeable friendly staff and lots of furniture options at prices we could afford. Omega has a gift for pulling a room together with suggestions, by carefully listening to what your needs are. He even helped us visualize by sketching out floorplans, based on what we saw and liked. Today was a horrible experience with Ashley delivery and most of their customer service representatives in store do not care, they just say sorry and that is it. They do not know how to make up for their mistakes. We had to adjust/rearrange our schedule for the people who will deliver our dresser and mirror. Also, they do not know what is the accurate status of the item, if they have it in store and if it was a back order that’s why they could not deliver it on time. Something is really fishy going on in their inventory system since they gave us different information about our order. They could not keep track the right way. I’d say they are awful with their inventory. Anyhow, I had a delivery window today between 10-2pm, no one showed up and not a single courtesy call to give me an update. I called customer service to cancel the order and get a refund however, I was told I had to go in store. Take note, we paid the item in cash and they wouldn’t give us the same type of refund. And it will be in a form of check and it will still have to go through a process: waiting for someone to call us to process the refund and then after confirming we still have to wait again to receive the check. Hilarious. Ashley people wake up, time to change your awful system!
Made an appointment and it did me no good I waited an hour and a half to receive my items
We worked with Nelly this past weekend to get dining and living room furniture. We were so happy to have worked with her. She was professional, listened to what we were interested in, and explained the buying/delivery process very well. The outlet had so many options to look at which was nice to see options in person vs. online. Overall great experience and thank you Nelly!
What a horrible experience this has been we bought a bedroom set and a living room set, what is wrong with this experience 1. The first delivery was rescheduled so they didn’t stay true with the promise of the delivery date 2. When the first delivery arrived the living room set was wrong and all the pieces of the bedroom set were damaged or broken ( I gave them another chance) 3. On the second delivery the living room set didn’t arrive and some of the pieces of the bedroom set were damaged they send a technician to fix them and he said that he could not fix them so I should get and even exchange that has happened yet 4. On the third delivery guess what they got the wrong living room set again and no exchange on the damaged pieces DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY YOUR FURNITURE ANYWHERE BUT HERE I AM PRETTY SURE THEY HAVE A BETTER QUALITY ON THE FLEA MARKET Ashley Furniture what a joke
Don't trust their dispatch team. How do one item get prolonged and damage 3 times in a roll. I had to go into store team was helpful but I was upset and cancelled item.
Rence was awesome! I went in to get some ideas about the furniture I wanted to purchase and they went above and beyond for me! I am extremely satisfied and happy with my purchase. His manager was also just as kind and accommodating! I need to furniture two more bedrooms and the kitchen nook and will definitely return to see them again to finish off my home.
