Low grade customer servicer from store manager, rescheduled my delivery two times, and still not getting the complete order, i been trying to get hold on manager, left voicemail but no call back or anything, talk to associates who sell me furniture, he gave my message to manager regarding calling me back, but still no response back, worst experience with Ashley,

I love the place they are really good things and people was really nice and helpful specially Jonathan he guide us to the right direction.

Rose was helpful, I was look around for a couch, she is very kind and helpful, then David was at the front desk was also kind and fun to talk too. It was the first time, that I have ever been there..

Making an appointment to pickup was a mess. No one picks call at store. Then your call goes to customer service which takes another 20-30 mins.

Well I went to purchase 2items at 350 each. They couldn't deliver a mirror because too big but it wasn't big , however beds and sofas are much larger. Or they will charge 100.00 dollars to deliver that's crazy only 30 min. To and from.wonr hi back.

I would tell you that I love the couch we bought but we are still waiting for it...2.5 months later. The "estimated delivery date" is a joke and don't bother calling customer service because it will either route you to the corporate customer service which doesn't align with what the store customer service will tell you. They have our couch in stock but we are still expecting a delivery in 12 days. I asked them if I could pick it up and they said they didn't have any appointments for 6 days. I understand that demand is high but after 10+ calls to customer service I did not hear one "I am so sorry" or "my apologies". This company is a joke.

Bad customer service and horrible estimated times of delivery. We are currently still waiting for our couch that we ordered the first week of July (it is currently September 12th). The day of our delivery (via text) we had to reach out to them to get a delivery window and they pushed it back 3 more days.

I would give this negative stars if this was an option. This place is a joke. They do not care about their customers. We have been given falso information about a delivery date.

First time in this location. Great selection and variety. Everything is a bit over priced. Lots of sales people but no one, absolutely no one offered us help. I guess we looked like we weren't buying anything, lol. We had some good money to blow but I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. 1 or 2 employees seemed nice but most had big chips on their shoulders. Thanks Ashley Furniture!

I had never been to Ashley's Home Store before and I was pleasantly surprised. Their showrrom was more extensive than I expected. Since we were looking for a new dining room set we were pointed in that direction. Quite a variety was displayed and we gradually narrowed our choices to a few we really liked. Our sales associate, Derek, was very helpful but not pushy..We ended up getting a beautiful dining table and six chairs for great price. Very HAPPY!! Thanks Derek you were a great help.

Furniture has always been great for us just this last purchase the delivery was a joke. We were told Friday our furniture will be delivered Monday which is what we were told months ago when we ordered. Sunday at 9am I was text the time frame of 12:15 to 4:15 which is fine. Text message Monday morning saying I can track delivery with this link. Check it same time frame showing there. Check back at 10 am still same time ok they are on schedule. My plans to be home at 11 and clear a couple things. 10:15 I get a text your delivery will be there in 10 minutes. Um... wait what 2 hours early? I talk with Kami on their chat support she breaks it down as times arent guaranteed your receipt says so. So the whole delivery that we have to pay a ton of money for gets you a 3 after Kami and delivery 2 hours earlier than you provided all the way even after your guys are at my door.
