The sales guy's body language was not very helpful....we explained him the situation that we need to pick ourselves from the store....he just cared about his sales commission and nothing else....he generated the order and then gave us the number to contact to schedule pickup....we called that number multiple times...there was no answer and no voice recording feature available....then we emailed them....no response there as well.....we will give them couple of more days and then might cancel the order.....

The staff there are very friendly and helpful in many ways. Julie kindly helped us around the store and answered any questions we had. They have the best manager working there, he helped us in the best way possible. He made sure that we are guaranteed the greatest deal. We walked out the door very happy with a ton of furniture on ordered. Thank you Manager and team. We'll be coming back again.

Ordered $6000 dollar furniture which I had an issue with 2 pieces bc I couldn't fit it in the room. After 3 days of reaching out and texting and calling my sales rep she ignored me and never called back or message me back. Very unprofessional of the store. Worst warranty service ever

We were shopping for a sofa and loveseat. Selection and pricing were good. Everything was good until I called to schedule pickup. I was then informed that my items were on back order and wouldn’t be available for pickup for another four weeks. Would have been nice if the salesperson had told us at checkout. I’m pretty sure he could’ve checked that himself.

I have ordered a manual reclainer sofa today in Ashley store in Lathrop , CA. the sales associate was so good and helpful, she also tried to help us with 5% discount but The store manager refused to offer 5% discount because the sofa we ordered was already on sale so don’t understand why sales associate offered and Manager refused, it was disappointing experience today. 5% discount on a Memorial Day would have been a encouraging experience. But I’m disappointed. I spoke with Manager and said this is my second sofa in Ashley but he was so refit to help the customers. Which is not a helpful manager should work with customers.

Gio is great, super helpful. We took a while choosing the items we wanted - Gio was patient and answered all of our question. Good pricing and also took care of delivery. Store manager is awesome, very approachable and helpful. All the staff here are great. We keep coming back to purchse more items.

Next time you visit Ashley’s ask for Juan. He’s great to work with!

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied - They want $100 on top of the purchase price for delivery which we could not afford. We waited a week to pick it up even though it was in stock on site. We picked up our cabinet and was very excited, we got it home and it was damaged. I Called the store and was told the "tech" needs to come assess the damage. I requested for him to just exchange the piece when he comes. Otherwise, he can either refund us or deliver and unbox a new one that day without charge. The store says that's not how it works. No customer service whatever. Right now I'm waiting to speak with the warehouse because they will not answer the phone. Honestly, they do not back their furniture purchases and their policies are horrible.

Sales Person (Niewsha) was very sweet. I purchased a chair and a bed. Wasn’t happy I had to pay upfront and couldn’t take home that day. Manager was extremely rude. Paid and was told I could pick up the bed the following Tuesday it was in stock. But the chair wouldn’t be in until 2/27. I received a text message from the sales person that the bed wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be available until 3/8. The bed she confirmed was in stock was part of another order. I cancelled the bed and asked to be refunded. I would wait for the chair. I called to schedule my pick up for my chair and low and behold, it now won’t be in until 3/15! I am not counting my eggs before they hatch. Ashley will tell you anything to get you to purchase. But they don’t deliver. This is not the first time the family has been deceived. Good luck if you buy from Ashley! It will be months before you get your merchandise. Management is no help and has no customer service skills. Buyer beware, go someplace else to make your purchase.

It seems to b a very big store, it has lot of inventory which covers whole house and the sales person were very good, they greeted us with smile, especially Nirosha she received us very well and made us comfortable and shown us the furniture that we were looking for. She also did suggest us in picking the right furniture which suits my home. She really took very good care of my family by being very friendly, answering all our questions patiently. Ashley would be our first preference when we think of buying any more furniture in future..

After facing some rather abrupt and unexpected life changes, I found myself needing new furniture - and quickly. So, I went to Ashley Furniture in Lathrop with a mental list of what I needed and a budget for what I was able to afford. I was introduced to Paula who very expertly helped me navigate the store and put together an order that fulfilled all of my expectations and even came in under budget. Paula was kind, thoughtful, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and helped me through this rather unwanted process. I chose to have the pieces delivered and setup, and since I hadn't been inside of the new residence before I made the purchase and was unable to get dimensions, I ended up with a piece of furniture that would not work. I thought this was going to be a headache, but thanks to Store Manager Derek and fellow Manager Tanner the switch to the correct item was as painless as it could be. Given the situaiton I found myself in, and the rather tight timetable I needed the furniture delivered by, it woud have been very easy for the staff at Ashley Furniture to take advantage of me - but they instead took care of me. In a day and age when customer service seems to be a dying facet of our society, it's refreshing to know that there are still places like Ashley Furniture that are willing to go the extra mile to take care of their customers. From the moment I walked in the door to make my purchase to the text message that Derek sent to make sure that everything was perfect, they were there doing everything in their power to help. While I hope to never, ever find myself walking into another store under those conditions, I can say - without a doubt - that I will be back to Ashley Furniture for anything that I need in the future. Very bad experience with the staff. Very rude. Hardly care about customers. Customer support is ridiculous, would not recommend buying from store, rather explore other Ashley stores those are super helpful. Your delivery will be delayed, item might not be in the right shape and calling the store will not help. Additionally, after buying stuff, if it is cheaped or something, technician wait times are also high.

Very confusion on price. It said free delivery but it wasn’t clear until check out we got charge over $500 for delivery

Our sales man Didier Almendarez was magnificent. He provided such grate information and was very knowledgeable of their products. He treated us with respect and kindness. First time coming to Ashley Furniture in Lathrop, CA and we were not disappointed. We were pleasantly greeted by Didier since waking through the door. The hole experience was great and Didier made the hole process easy. We do not like to feel pressure to buy and Didier never made us feel that. He gave us our space and time for us to think and was ready to answer all of our questions. He is highly recommended by us. We will totally come back to Didier again.

We had the best sales associate named Paula. She was very helpful, answered all our questions, and gave us space when we needed to deliberate. The couch we chose has fabric that is "bullet-proof" for our cats. It is still soft but very durable. And reclines and has cup holders. Perfect! Ashley outlets has the best prices as well. Don't forget to ask for Paula!

I wish I could give no star to this Ashley outlet. The reason is that we went to the outlet and we found we needed and we were ready paying for the items however the sale lady said that we can't buy it because they don't have anyone to help us put in the truck. So I requested for a manager and she disappeared for a while and came back saying oh manager said that we can't sale it right now because nobody is here to help you with them . He did not bother himself to come out of the office and tell us that. Very unprofessional people working in this location. So we left the outlet and went to living spaces and got the same thing.

I bought a Queen platform bed on Ashleys website and have had a horrible experience. I got the bed and I took it out of the box to check the parts. There were no instructions so I had to call to get them emailed to me. I asked if I could pay extra to have someone set it up for me since I was having a hard time by myself. They said no. So I waited a week for my father to get back from vacation to help me. We set it up last night and it is the flimsiest bed I have ever seen. It wobbles and creaks and bends. I am 130 pounds and I feel like I'm going to break it by sitting on it. I called to get a refund or a credit so I could get a sturdier bed and the customer service representatives said they couldn't refund me or take it back because I had broken down the box it came in already. I escalated the situation to a supervisor and they told me that if I donate the bed and get a receipt for it, and then send a receipt for the new bed I purchase THEN I could get a refund. I have called about 20 non profits and no one takes bed frames. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I will NOT be using Ashley in the future. Cheap beds, horrible customer service. They won't work with you. You have to call to get a refund 72 hours after you get the bed or it's too late. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

If you love buying in Ashley Store, you must visit their outlet store in Lathrop. They have lots of bundled furnitures at low price. I think this is the biggest Ashley Store I visited so far. All of their sales team are helpful and nice as usual, just like in other branches. Just make sure to take photos/notes of the things you like, and see everything before deciding what to buy. Look for Laarni or Nirisha to help you quicker.

Recently went into Ashley Furniture to help assist my parents purchase a couch and loveseat. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we first arrived. Vicktor was the gentleman who helped with all of the questions and was very friendly and made the whole buying process very relaxed and comfortable. He was knowledgeable and also patient with the many questions that my parents had. We never felt any pressure on buying which was nice. Was a very nice atmosphere and made it a pleasant shopping experience. Will definitely shop here again in the future.

I bought 2 times in this place and something that bothers me is that despite being an "oulet" almost never have the furniture available I just bought some sofas and it took them 1 month for them to be ready they told me that I had to call to make a site to pick them up and they told me that the Today they would be ready that I no longer occupy speaking so I paid a trailer to pick them up and because when I arrived I did not have and I have to wait another 22 days 😡 I did not I can believe. they gave me another number to see if they could give me a refund call and they did not reimburse me anything I just lost my time and my money to pay to go pick up the furniture .

We went to the Lathrop store after visiting 2 other Ashley stores. We called from the Emeryville location to ask about outdoor furniture- before making the hr+ drive at 6:30pm. We were assured by the manager that they had the largest selection and it was very likely we would find a fit for whatever we were looking for. Didier was our sales rep when we arrived. He had just the balance of working for our business and giving us space to sit in the furniture and make decisions. By the store closing we had a great deal on a fire table patio set AND a living room set with a rushed delivery to accommodate a milestone celebration we were hosting. What's the point of a store cc if they are going to tell you how much to spend? I bought a mattress- was told I can't use my Ashley store card because I need to spend 800 for 0% interest. I literally told the salesman that I don't care about the interest, and he told me that's the policy. I understand that they work on commission, but when I tell you that I know what I want and what I am Looking for and the salesman proceeds to show me a 1200 dollar mattress (twin size), and continue to Hoover. No thanks.

Paula tried to scam us. We visited the site to look for a dresser and it was great at first. Nice service and selections. When we finally settled on a dresser, Paula told me we had to pay for the 5 year warranty. We asked twice just to make sure it was really required and she insisted that there was no way around it. So we went on the Ashley Furniture website and noticed we could unselect the five year warranty. When we told Paula this information, she just brushed it off like she didn’t just lie to us. To top it off, no thank you or emotions because we caught her lying and she failed in scamming us. Please do yourself a favor and look online first before you buy anything in the store. Apparently, the workers here will do anything to make you pay extra and will lie to your face.

I went to Ashley to create my ideal living room and that is exactly what I got out of my visit. Upon arrival I was greeted and offered assistance immediately, I did however have very many logistics questions due to my floor plan and needing pieces that had to be special ordered, I also had a strict budget therefore the store manager, Derek, stepped in to ensure he could provide a successful visit for me. He was so delightful, very patient with my questions and incredibly helpful with his suggestions. He remained conscious of my circumstances and was very transparent when setting my expectation for costs, delivery timelines and he made sure I understood everything before I proceeded with any purchases. There was such a wide selection which provided possibilities for me to achieve bringing my vision to life and within reason financially. Our couch came in with a smell that I’m still dealing with, our dining set had thick tape residue from where tape was removed, and our nightstands had chips in it. All of this I was able to figure out, but our Tv console is still in multiple wood pieces in my living room because if was delivered and left this way. Their delivery team is one of the worst I’ve have dealt with. DO NOT spend your money at any Ashley furniture locations.

We came in after making a few trips to various furniture stores. Upon arrival we were greeted and shown to the area of dining tables by Lyn, she was wonderful. UPDATE: We had previously purchased from RC Willey who had stated they delivered to our area, when scheduling delivery I was informed they do not deliver there. Not good experience overall, sales team promised assembly + delivery services and they just dropped the furniture, after 4 days calling the store, they still cannot resolved the issue, today I was asking to return the furniture in dispute and they claimed that there is only a 3 day window to do this process, even while the furniture is under dispute. Don’t waste your time here.

Don’t shop at Ashley’s home store. They will sell you used furniture. Take it from someone who worked there and delivered for them. The way their whole system is set up is trash. They will charge you full price on an item and that same item we picked up from another customer will be delivered to you. Sometimes they will even forget to clean it out. So if you receive your items out of box. Please check them as it is about a 90% chance that the item you’re receiving came from another persons house. Be careful guys

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS LOCATION!! This outlet store is run like a racketeering operation! I placed an order for furniture at this store in-person and was promised a two week delivery timeframe. Once they got my money, then the story changed. I called to follow-up on the status of my order and the Ashley furniture automated system said that my delivery date was now 30 days out. Given that I was moving into my new house within the original two week timeframe, this was no longer acceptable so I made plans to purchase furniture elsewhere. I called to cancel my order by contacting the customer care team at the store as per the terms & conditions outlined on my purchase invoice. I was told my order was cancelled by the customer service rep at this location. I accidentally called another Ashley store location 10 days later because I hadn't seen the refund to my credit card and the manager on duty at that other store confirmed my suspicion that the order was never cancelled. I then called back and asked to speak to the manager on duty, when he called me back I told him I wanted my order cancelled and he kept saying "ok, guy, yes guy" - it was clear that he wasn't interested in helping me. He said he would call me back to confirm the order was cancelled. He never did. Sure enough, two days later I called Ashley's automated order status system and the order still wasn't cancelled. I had to physically go into the store, speak with customer service and ask that my order be cancelled. Even then, then tried some shady sales tactics to prevent me from canceling the order but I demanded they cancel my order and provide me with a printed receipt showing the order was cancelled. I finally got the order cancelled. Per Ashley Furniture's terms and conditions, you can cancel the order for a full refund at any time PRIOR to scheduled delivery date. It's almost as if they were stalling for time and kept telling me the order was cancelled even though it wasn't in hopes that I would take their word and let the order hit its scheduled delivery date and then I'd be sh*t out luck. I made sure to write their corporate office an email making them aware of the shady sales tactics and terrible customer service going on at this location.

Do not shop here people!! Everything here can not be return or exchange after delivered . $599 for delivery fees is unbelievable and not unprofessional at all , My dining table was damaged by a delivery company, they’re also damaged my brand new house , I called Ashley right away , but what they do is transfer you around . A week later I gave them a called to follow up my case and the answer they gave me is the case not update yet . Good job Ashley !! Until now I did not receive update form them !! Such a horrible experience and customer service

Really bad service been over week delivered sofas and entertainment center paid for set up and they never set it up and entertainment system was damaged technician came week ago still no answer just found out they never opened a case be careful charged $500 for delivery and set up and after delivery called the store they told me they can’t set it up here are the pictures for set up and damage product
