Great place to get some thinking done

We drove to the showroom store because our local store didn't have the table we saw on line and we wanted to actually see it before buying. The showroom is fabulous and our sales person, Zahra was wonderful. She had the table but found the same one in another finish that we loved even better. She had everything done and we were out the door in thirty minutes. The table will be here Tuesday! THANK YOU!!

Ashley's furniture store is my #1 place I buy all my furniture. I bought couches over 10 years ago and they were still holding up from the recliners to the motors and even the top tier leather, so I returned to Ashley's furniture for the best product. Samantha Pacheco was top notch with my customer experience , with zero pressure sales. Samantha Pacheco spent a lot of time with me and my wife making sure we would choose the furniture we wanted, she took us trough the whole floor and even in the discount room of furniture. I bought a beautiful couch recliner with heat and massager built into the couch with headrest recliner and led lights with wireless phone charger and USB with top tier leather. We purchased a coffee table and a dresser, the dresser has stainless steel roller bearing slides so you don't need to worry about over loading the drawers these are life time slides. The massager in the couch is so amazing. Thank you Samantha Pacheco for excellent customer service and excellent pricing. I went to the long Beach town center location for Ashley's furniture, I would definitely request for her Samantha she made sure we bought the furniture we wanted. We also went next door to the competitors store and the furniture was not built to last and more expensive. Thank you Ashley's furniture and thank you Samantha we will be coming back for are dining table soon. I added the photos of this amazing couch unbelievable perfect build . The dresser and coffee table are beautiful. I forgot to mention the center couch seat folds down with two more cup holders and adjustable reading lights and arm rests fold up , they are top lids to compartments to store your remotes.

Our home was lost in the fire and the staff here were very kind and helpful in furnishing the new home

How unfortunate that I can't get hardware replaced because it is not covered by insurance, within the year my hardware started coming apart, they said they would send new hardware but never got anything. Now insurance says this is not covered, I should have known better! Don' t get insurance, like everything else you will get the run around.

The only reason I’m giving one star review is because of Rafael who was the person helping us and he did an amazing job at selling. However, I would give this store and Ashley as a whole, a bad review and negative stars due to their lack of professionalism and their lack of communication once someone has purchased an item. It has been over a month and I have not yet received any of my furniture. I called the store And no one could seem to help. The customer service line are no use as they don’t seem to help as they only reroute you to another person who is less knowledgeable of what it is that you’re inquiring. It has been now a month and I have gotten a bill for nothing that I have received yet. It is starting to say that I have gone into this new year and into the holidays with no furniture, but a bill.

Very good experience with Sue, all questions answered and she took a lot of extra time dealing with us. We actually left with more than we went for! Sue also took my "bargaining" like a champ. We will be back when it's time for more new furniture.

Came in to buy a new kitchen table and the sales person named Adolfo made the transaction super easy and fast. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question and concerned we had before making my purchase. He was able to work with us on the budget we had in mind to help us find an amazing new dining set.

Do not recommend purchasing your furniture here. Unreliable and will lie about what they have available to simply make the sale. We purchased couches waaay in advance due to having family visiting from out of the US. Took time off from work to make sure we were home to receive the couches (almost a month after we purchased) all for them to call us 1 day before our delivery date to let us know they were punching back our delivery date until AFTER the new year. At this point, they’ve pushed back the delivery date TWICE without any reassurance of when our paid couches will actually arrive. Do not recommend trusting them if you value transparency and trustworthy customer service.

The attendant didn't want assist me with getting the item i wanted and researched online for my small space. She keep showing me other options far too large and didn't want to tell me the option I wanted wouldn't be delivered until December. She was just trying to sell whatever was on the floor.

Did not have a good experience, called into the store, was told i had to come in to place my online order since the item was not in stock, did not get a the matched price i wanted even though other websites are getting the items directly from Ashleys Furniture which made no sense, was told nothing was backordered and that it would get to me quickly, and that was definitely not the case. Ended up cancelling the order due to false information. When walking into the store, asked for the person who helped me over the phone, everyone in the front were just talking and did not want to assist me, had to force someone to ring me up and they just told me to wait. Brand new couch was damaged when it was delivered. I was told I had 72 hours to inspect the couch, which I did, and reported the damage within the 72 hours, but Ashley would not replace the damaged couch section, only send a technician to fix it. When the technician and part came, not only did he not fix it right, he damaged a different part of the couch. Ashley's response? We'll send a technician out to fix what the previous technician messed up. So much for my brand new couch. Ashley is a fraudulent company and nobody should buy a couch from them. Buyer beware!

This store sucks butty. I purchased a sofa and dinette set and it’s been nothing but hell from day 1. Damaged goods from day one. The sofa was switched out but the dinette set has been nothing but trash. I’ve had six scheduled appointments 2 in which were no shows which include the first initial delivery and they keep sending me a damaged set. The manager Ron finally agrees to take the charges off my account and come pick up the dinette set and he re we are nothing has been taken off my charge card and I still have the price of trash still sitting in my kitchen taking up space. Never again will I shop at Ashley furniture. It’s nothing but trash and it seems like the employees are worse than the furniture. So disgusted with the service and quality of the employees and the furniture

Adolfo did a great job helping us find the perfect furniture! Great service. They had one error which was the delivery address was my mom's house and when they emailed the address to confirm it was the billing address which we my house. We happened to have a truck so they put it in our truck and we delivered it. In the end it all worked out very well.

The customer service in the store was great but delivery has been a nightmare. I have had a damaged couch delivered to me twice. In each case the leather sofa has had a cut through the leather. I have tried calling to talk to someone but I only get an automated system that routes me to a call service that cannot help. I can't reach the store. The furniture looks nice so we'll see if third time is the charm for delivery. Update: I received an undamaged couch on the 3rd delivery. It's comfortable and looks great.

Harassing! Worst than a car sales lot! I went in and was waiting for my husband until he was done at Total Wine and I told the sales lady that when I went in. Went to sit on a sofa and maybe 2 minutes later she comes and says how the fabric is premium blah, blah. I said I’m good thank you still waiting for my husband. Then she said she had to tell her manager so she could help other customers (Tuesday at 11am and no other customers). So then another 2 minutes the manager comes and again I tell him I’m waiting for my husband. He says “Waiting for him so you can buy something?” Just completely rude. I was going to leave but with them harassing me I wanted my husband to come in and see if it was just me. He comes in and I see him and go by him and we sit on a sofa. My husband said let’s just go because I hear them talking about you and I’m not comfortable. So we left. We did like a sofa but since we didn’t have time to just look around and not be hounded we don’t know if we like it so going to a different store.

I do not recommend the Long Beach location. I am not speaking on every Ashley Furniture store. I purchased over 8k in items. When I called to confirm my delivery date, I was told my delivery date change due to items not in stock which is not what I was originally told. I was given different information from my original purchased date. While attempting to ask one additional question, Representative (Justin) hung up the phone. I called the store to speak with a manager (Anthony) who repeated the same information but did not ask questions or ask for details when I stated one of the representatives hung up the phone while I was still speaking. I understand that a manager will protect his employees but at least pretend to care for the customer. Ultimately better communication and better customer service from the store and its employees would have helped.

Ben Lopez helped my husband and I find our furniture here, and he was amazing. Literally took the time to show us everything we needed and to further show us all of the options financially. He was very honest and financially conscious as we expressed that we had a small budget. Great customer service!!! And as a bonus, the furniture quality was soooo much better than IKEA and Living Space in terms of couches. If you need a more affordable option and want quality so you can soak into a nice and cozy cushion after work, this is the place to shop.

We bought the two piece leather sofa set from Ashley & there was a gap between two seats in one sofa & we complained after an hour of delivery. Two people came to inspect & said they can not repair & it is manufacturer’s defect but they cannot exchange or take it back. It’s ridiculous that if they cannot repair , they should exchange it but no, they refused to do anything. We are very very upset with the service of the Ashley management. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them as the service is bad & the product delivered is bad too.

Don’t buy anything from them they are a fraud i paid 1800$ for a sofa and bought 200$ 5 year warranty, the sofa broke and they say it is not covered under warranty, they use 3rd party warranty companies which use 3rd party companies for parts, they will put you on 1 hour hold they will make your life miserable don’t do any business with them ever.

We work hard to buy our new home furniture to be told damage was sent and no return when you cant deliver is just bs. If anyone wants to buy the existing furniture at a cheaper price i will sell them. Save urself the head ache. They are new. Just don’t like how i was tricked. And seeing this daily reminds me. I made a purchase in March for bunk beds. Ever since, we have had to deal with the store, the online representatives, and with the technicians. They're all terrible. On the delivery day, the technician was ignoring my instructions and calls. Did whatever was best for him. Moreover, he and his partner did a terrible job in building the beds. Inclusive, it was so horrible they broke part of the bed and a lot of the screws were missing. The bed was absolutely UNSAFE for our kids. They were scared they'd fall, hence, they didn't use them. Then, we submitted a case with the store, but nobody contacted us. Chris wasn't helpful either and the store manager was never in the picture. Terrible, and when I tried speaking to the sales associate, Ben Lopez, he yet to this day, has never contacted me to help us out. In addition to his absence, he sold me a an extremely cheap material bunk bed. He bragged it was the best wood material they had, yet it is cheap and flimsy. Terrible recommendation on behalf of Ben, Individuals like Chris, Ben and everyone else involved have terrible customer service, they're ignorant, rude, disrespectful, incompetent and liars. I had my order placed in March, delivered first Saturday of April and after multiple appointments, technicians, store sending incompetent technicians, and all; the bunk beds were just "fixed" this past Tuesday July 30th, 2024. It took FOUR months for Ashelys to take care of it. The only reason they took action is because I personally had to go in the store to file a complaint twice. I had to deal with Chris, again, not once did a the store manager show any concern. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Definitely disappointing that leads me to never wanting business with Ashley's furniture ever again, Definitely seeking and looking forward to close my account with them.

An amazing experience at Ashley furniture in Long Beach, where my fiancé and I were assisted by Kevin in purchasing a bedroom set. This review is about the company in general not really the store. But this is the location we bought our couches at. Originally ordered couches 6/30/24 then got them delivered 7/17/24 which a. Part was missing and now have to wait till 7/30/24 to receive our missing piece. For $4000 you’d expect better service. Ashley’s furniture in general gets 0 stars I will never purchase furniture from here again. I have been contacting customer service and nobody has reached out to me yet. It’s been about over a week. Horrible

If it wasn’t for Donna I would’ve been SO lost! She was helpful in every way possible. Large showroom, and a nice clearance section in the back right of the store! Prices seem good, and the people were extremely attentive. I was a bit in my own world and didn't have any questions really, but Donna walked me through everything I could have a question about, and more. She was incredibly helpful in pointing out all the products that last the best, and where the better deals were. Also financing and stuff like that. Look for her to help you out when you come by.

** Edited for delivery and warranty experience: We received the order yesterday and had it put together by the delivery folks. After they left, we realized that the chairs were all uneven and wobbly. I called customer service and let then know. The agent said she would send someone back the same day. We waited the entire day and no one called or showed up. Today, I called customer service back. The agent said yesterday's agent never created a case and that he has no record or notes of my call. That upset me! Today's agent scheduled an appointment for 5 days from now. He also mentioned that they don't give refunds. I dislike that policy. So now we have to wait almost a week to enjoy our order. This experience has be second guessing myself now. Held off a few weeks before leaving a review for this Ashley Furniture location based off of past experiences and this one was just too good to be true right off the bat. We were able to order a sectional with Stella that was out of stock online so we were extremely excited, it was one we had been eyeing for months and it was on a pretty steep markdown online. We were moving very soon and found out Ashley couldn’t ship to our new home… or the store that’s nearby, so our sales associate said it would be fine for us to get it delivered to a storage unit. We got a new larger unit for the sectional since we only needed to store it for a day prior to moving, all working out! The day before our delivery we find out we were charged for all 5 pieces — but our delivery sheet only said 4. We had a hard time contacting the store but finally got ahold of Justin who was able to see that we were charged for all 5 pieces but only were receiving 4, and got the other piece missing to be delivered. Sectional gets delivered to our storage unit today (as Stella, Justin, and the manager on duty that day knew due to us speaking to them about moving and our financing options) and delivery goes as expected. About 30 minutes later we receive a phone call saying it’s against policy for them to deliver to storage units and that they need the items back, even though MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN STORE knew we were going to have it in a storage unit for less than 24 hours prior to our movers picking it up. The amount of time spent on hold trying to figure out what was going on was asinine because it seems as though no one really knows what the policies are there. We went back and forth with a manager who insisted on coming to pick it up from a storage unit, then finally said you know what, we’re sorry, I talked to some higher ups and it’s fine, it’s in your possession now, and that was that. Upon opening our sectional… wow. Out of the 5 pieces I can only say one came in decent condition. 4 of the pieces have HUGE dirt marks on them and one was most definitely a floor model, but I’d even say maybe 3/5 were floor models since they already had the legs attached and noticeable wear. We were under the impression that our sectional would be BRAND NEW, that’s what our sales rep had told us since it was coming from a warehouse. It looks like someone handled every piece with dirty hands and slid them across dirty floors, it’s a white sectional so you would think maybe they would be a little careful. Overall an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. We always give places another chance but we’ve given Ashley furniture too many and this will most definitely be our last time shopping here. *went back and forth with the Customer Service team for almost two months to try to get a solution. It was days before I would receive responses, different people were emailing so no one seemed to know what was going on. We were asked for our new address so someone could attempt to clean the couch off then told they actually couldn’t come due to the fact that we had moved… which was stated MULTIPLE times throughout our conversations. Then we were told the store would reach out to us… that never happened. Then we were asked to maybe try going to the store for help… we live 13 hours away now. Super unrealistic. Once again I was asked to send our address over email so the nearest Ashley store could be contacted to help us… that never happened. Finally just decided to clean it ourselves after purchasing a Bissell Little Green to hopefully take care of it without ruining the couch. This company is the biggest scam.

While the salesperson that helped was very friendly, I was double charged for a sofa. She took me right away to customer service and the man that was helping me was speaking very low, covering his mouth when he spoke, and kept rolling his eyes at me. He was acting like it was an inconvenience that we were interrupting his work. I can’t speak on the furniture itself as it hasn’t been delivered yet. Aside from that my overall experience was pretty good. I just hope there will be no issues in getting my refund for the second charge.

I purchased a sectional, and I have been calling, chatting, emailing with these people and they can't do a simple exchange on a damaged item that THEIR own delivery men damaged!!! I purchased warranty with the sectional, and they STILL CAN'T HELP ME!!?? ASHLEY'S keeps giving me the run around, sending me on a wild goose chase, telling me, ohhh we sent you a package that you have to fill out through the mail, well, I never received it!! Give them benefit of doubt and say the 4 packages got misplaced or lost in transit. Then they have the audacity to say they have called me multiple times and they can't seem to get a hold of me!!!!! This place is a rip! The part I need replaced is spilling some kind of seed/droppings. Is it harmful for my children?? What are they?? Why are they coming out of that section of the couch?? What are you going to do about this problem?? Why can't you answer me professionally and wisely?? What are these things coming out of my sofa!!!!!!!
