Went it to find the perfect couch and was met with Daniel one of the salesmen at the store and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We found the couch we loved and he even went out of his way to move the seats around to ensure it was just how we wanted it. Left there with an amazing couch and an amazing price as well !!

I recently purchased a full bedroom set and mattress from Ashley Furniture Store, and I had a great experience from start to finish. When I first walked in, I was just browsing and was immediately greeted by Kevin Johnson. He let me know he was there if I needed anything, without being pushy, which I really appreciated. I asked where the bedroom sets were, he pointed me in the right direction, and within a couple minutes—right when I actually had questions—he came back over to help. Kevin did an excellent job asking the right questions to understand exactly what I needed. I had my room dimensions but forgot a tape measure—he had one ready to go, which made things easy. We looked at a set I liked, but after measuring, both he and I agreed it would be too big for my space. We moved on to another option, measured it, and it ended up being a perfect fit. The mattress selection is where I thought things would be simple, but Kevin really walked me through all the options. I was interested in more traditional-style mattresses rather than the boxed ones, and he helped me understand the differences without overwhelming me. I ultimately went with a Stearns & Foster Estate Mattress along with an adjustable base. Kevin also took the time to explain the different adjustable base options—from basic up/down movement to models with lumbar support, massage features, and even built-in sound systems with Bluetooth connectivity. I had no idea how advanced these have become. I’ll be honest—I came in expecting to spend about a third of what I ended up spending. But when it came time to talk numbers, Kevin worked with me, understood my hesitation, and never pressured me. Instead, he helped me make the right decision based on my needs—especially considering my back issues. His knowledge of the products was seriously impressive, and he didn’t need to rely on spec sheets to explain things. I even came back the next day just to make sure I was making the right choice, and Kevin was just as helpful and patient. After laying on a few options again, it confirmed that I picked the perfect mattress for me. I haven’t received my furniture yet, but based on the experience alone, I’m extremely happy with both Ashley Furniture and Kevin Johnson. Highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market.
