first time and last time i received a torn chair from may 26 delivery nobody call and i m still waiting for them to call me i send picture very bad quality what i ordered i received something else the material was defferint

I finally got my husband, who suffers from advanced Alzheimer's, into assisted living. I needed to buy bedroom furnishings for his room and needed it by the following Friday or Saturday, when he was scheduled to move in. On the previous Saturday before his move in date, I shopped on line and found a bed, dresser and night stand that I wanted. I also found that both Wickes in Cerritos and Ashley's in the Long Beach Town Center sold it. I called Wickes who said they had it in stock, but could not guarantee a delivery date. Then I called Ashley's. Salesman Mike said he would check and call me back. He called back and said the furniture was available and they could deliver. Perfect, I thought, and went to Ashley's and bought the pieces along with a chair. Mike said that the bedroom furniture would be there Friday and the chair would be in about a week later. He also said I would get a call a day or so earlier confirming the delivery. By Thursday afternoon I had not received a call, so I called Ashley's and talked to Shantilly in Customer Services. We soon figured out that Mike had goofed and transposed two numbers in my phone number on the sales receipt, and delivery had attempted to call me. Shantilly told me she could schedule it for Monday and even offered me a gift certificate. I went on to explain my situation to her, and she said she would talk to her manager and send an email and get back with me. By the way, Ashley's was having a big sale and I know they were very busy. In spite of this Shantilly did not brush me off, she was really trying to help me, a very sweet girl. Shantilly was able to re-schedule me for Saturday, and I felt so relieved. Friday I got a call from delivery telling me that one piece of the furniture was not in stock, and they wanted to re-schedule for the following Tuesday. The piece not in stock was the foot of the bed and they needed it to assemble the bed. I told delivery that I desperately needed it and to please deliver what they had, figuring we would put the mattress and box springs on the floor for now. Delivery agreed to that. Delivery is supposed to be tomorrow, and I'll have to see what happens. Mike was okay, although it might not be a bad idea for him to have the customer double check the info he puts into the computer. But Shantilly was a doll. She really put her all into trying to help. That girl should get a raise.

We ordered a lot of furniture after much pressure from the salesman. Then we saw similar furniture at another store for a cheaper price. We cancelled most of our order. Here's the part that gets crazy. They charged us for the warranties for the furniture that we don't own. That's right...After 8 months, they still have over $500 on our bill for warranties for furniture we don't own. After paying several visits (wasting our time), they assured us each time that it would be taken care of. We get calls from them daily and we continue to explain to them the issue. This is by far the most screwed up company that I've had to deal with and because of this fiasco, we will be shopping elsewhere for our furniture. Don't shop here unless you want bogus charges on your bill.

I am totally not satisfied with my purchase. I bought a electrical reclining living room set and a entertainment center totally spending almost $5,000. On the same day delivered my sofa broke down screws were falling off and the entertainment center having multiple parts to it received two same parts and didn't have the right part delivered like two weeks later after my initial purchase. They said the had to follow protocol and have a tech. go to my house and see the sofa why it was falling apart. After tech. went said they need to order defective parts which I haven't had it fixed yet because still waiting for the part. Like come on I thought I was purchasing good brand new furniture not from second hand being defective now.

Very disappointed with there service...was promised a delivery date with time and never showed up or bothered calling me to tell me my order had been back ordered....So they decided to bring me my couches on labor day weekend when I had plans....

Customer service is great when you're buying new furniture, the second you have a problem with your new furniture no one returns your call! The extra protection plan they sell you is a total joke!! Almost to the point of being fraudulent! They will not allow you to make claims regardless of what happened. Such a waste of money and time!!

not an experience which you would expect from a store like this. I ordered a brand new sofa and set of dining table through the store. Till date (10/2) , we had two home deliveries and one technician visit and every time we will see some chip/crack/stain on furniture. I ended up accepting damaged furniture on second delivery attempt as I lost hope of getting a clean and undamaged furniture anymore.I am still going through the cycles of technician visits and following up with customer care to get fix for these furniture.To add on to this , wait time on customer care calls are 20 min. I ended up wasting so much time on this.

I bought a living room set of 3 pieces in Ashely, Long Beach on September 2016. Customer service was great at the time I bought the furniture; delivery was scheduled for a month later and today 2 months later they try to delivered only one piece after they called me and let me know that on November 2 y will receive the furniture. I refused to received and cancelled the purchase, and still I have to wait 15 days for money refund, after I paid the total the day of purchase. Ashley is supposed to stop all advertisement on TV and newspapers and be more concern about customer service, before continuos with business. Customer deserves respect and Ashley did not comply with the contract no only with me but with more customers according with the reviews.

I purchased dining table with 6 chairs and a cocktail table for $2600 in September 2016, Rabi was salesman and Austin was the manager handling the transaction deal. They Fixed the delivery date October 15 like 5 weeks, got a call that the delivery will be reschedule for two more weeks, on new date they bring everything thing but all 8 pieces were defective. Dining table and all chairs are not balancing and bobble. Cocktail table-top glass was broken. I refused to take it. They call me next day and reschedule me for November 23, as I need for my Thanksgiving Gathering. Delivery truck came and told me that they have chairs only but no tables. And found one chair is defective when they open the packaging. Then they call me for rescheduling but I want to cancel the order and went back to see that I have to wait for more then 1 and a half hour to wait for Rabi and Austin to come and listen and get upset for cancellation. Austin was like it not there job to take care of issues like this. If I pay there then who is responsible to deliver the product in good condition and at promised day/date. Very disappointed with the after sale service. Mr. Austin is no good et all.
