The Customer service people were very friendly and helpful and good with getting everything we wanted
UPDATE BELOW- Customer service is awful! I purchased entire living room and dining room sets. I’m having an issue with a bench. First it kept falling apart, a technician was sent to fix it. He fixed it but also damaged it. Now I can’t get anyone on the phone to speak to me about it. I have left numerous messages because I can never get a live person on the phone. Today I received an email, not a phone call as promised, stating that the dent is not their fault. I don’t understand because the dimple (damage) aligns with the drill the tech made. Someone PLEASE return my call! UPDATE: Someone finally called me back stating I would absolutely get a replacement bench and that it was set to be delivered the next day. It’s been 12 days since that promise and no replacement has been delivered. I finally got through to customer service about my delivery and I was told that there is no record of a replacement delivery as I was told...what?! I don’t know what to think except that this person called and lied to me...the number that called me was the Ashley Customer Service number. Terrible communication and customer service! What can I do now?
Super friendly staff and plenty of them, however no inventory, everything was weeks out.

Don't buy ashley furniture at all its a pc of junk I bought 8k on furniture pay them cash not even 6 months have issues with the furniture they sent a technician just to repaint the stuff customer service its horrible and they take forcever to warranty something they wait for you to give up on them
Gotten our order incorrect 3 times. We get shipment and it's wrong each time. 3 months in and 2 payments made for furniture we still don't have in our home. Called customer service several times and no one is willing to help us they're just rude and lazy. our sales person nancy has stopped answering our phone calls bc she can't hold herself accountable for all the mistakes made. I don't recommend purchasing from this store or company. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere worthy.

Went into this store for a missing piece from my order & this chick name Jada with a long European weave and long doo doo fingernails in Customer service attitude was trashy and unprofessional...she was too lazy to help to where she was just going to make a case for my order instead of actually helping me.. She didn't want to fully listen to what I was trying to explain to her so I got upset asked for a supervisor...Then once the supervisor comes out she tries to play victim and started acting professional like she never had a attitude....Supervisor Albert helped me with the issue and got me the piece I needed, he was really nice and apologetic for Jada bad customer service. This was my first time in this store.

Your set up team did a great job .it was easy and fast my wife is very happy with her new table.
First time here and my experince started out bad but was made better. We came in knowing what matress we wanted but wanted to test it out. An associate name Etson asked if he could help us and we said yes, he proceeded to try and sell us his most expensice mattress(over 5k) and we listened, once he was done we asked to see the one we had came for and he simply said "Oh your looking for this one? Well there it is" and walked away. We had to go and ask another associate for help. Tony Cruz helped us out and was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions with patience and even sold us on other products we where needing. Would recommend you ask for Tony when you are here.

I ordered a dresser over a month ago and the drawers Are to small to fit on the guides. They sent a tech out to look at it and verify what the delivery team said. It’s been over a month now and still no replacement and now it’s impossible to get a hold of them. Won’t buy from here again.
