I ordered a sofa set and a throw blanket. The sofa was delivered along with the throw. I had no issues with the sofa, but the throw had a hole in it unbeknownst to me and it just kept getting bigger, with additional holes. I called to file a claim. Filled out the claim online and submitted pictures with all the holes. Their response was that they did not find anything wrong with the product, basically. So I called the store, no answer, called again no answer so I had to speak to a customer service agent. At this point, I wanted a refund. The agent said I would have to be home for the item to be picked up on a certain date. She never explained to me why I couldn't just drop it off at the store. I called the store they picked up, left me on hold, picked up again and just hung up on me, therefore I didn't speak to anyone. Now I am stuck with this blanket that has holes all over it, and no one at the store to talk to on the phone. I would not shop here again with this type of service. If I had known this is the type of service they provide, I would have never bought the sofas from here because I can just imagine how hard it's going to be to file any claim!

Feedback on Recent Purchase Experience There’s a reason for my one-star rating, and I’d like to explain why. Positive Aspects The sales representatives were welcoming and professional. The store offers a good variety of furniture, and we were able to find items we liked. We appreciated being offered credit options with current promotions. We ended up purchasing approximately $17,000 worth of furniture, including bedroom furniture, a mattress and base, and a dining set with chairs. Issues and Concerns Lack of Transparency: The sales representative (Robert) added items to our purchase without clearly explaining their necessity or return policy. We were never informed about the IFS policy or what would happen if we needed to return an item. Optional Items Not Disclosed: We purchased a King Size Base (Ease 4.0 Base King SCD, $1,499 + tax) without being told it was optional. We were also not informed that this item cannot be returned once delivered or installed. Additionally, two Ultra Low Pro Foundations ($255 each) were added without proper explanation. Practical Issues: After delivery, we discovered the bed height was extremely inconvenient—approximately 36–40 inches high due to the added components. When we raised this concern the next day, we were told it was a “customer preference” issue, despite the lack of guidance during the sale. Quality Concern: One of the drawers is already sticking, and we were simply told to “open a case.” Overall Experience We feel the process lacked transparency and that additional items were added primarily to increase the sale rather than meet our needs. This has resulted in unnecessary expense and inconvenience. Post-purchase customer care has been disappointing.

Stay away from this store. Ordered items from here back in September and still have not received. Said they would be delivered October got pushed back November. Got a call again and it got pushed back to December. Now I just got 2 calls in the span of 3 day, first it got pushed back to January then a couple days later they are now telling me February. If you want your item do be delivered when said STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY. If you want it 2 - eventually order from this store.

I visited this store looking for a a specific sofa that was being advertised on tv. The sales associate "Ben Lopez" said he would help me but then immediately after tried to up sale me to a more expensive model. He told me that the commerical I saw regarding the special for the couch I was looking for had nothing to do with the brick and mortar stores. My intentions were to pay for the couch with my credit card because I'm not to experienced dealing with financing products.i was in a coma for 7 years so I'd don't like the idea of having to make payments. Mr. Lopez never told me he was going to run my credit he just asked for my credit card and my social security number. At the time I wasn't aware that he was going to run my credit. So I gave him the information he was asking for. Towards the end of the sale he started mentioning my payments would be 10$ a month for 6 months and it would be paid off. After speaking with my family who have businesses that use the same financing (synchrony) they told me that was not true. If I did not pay the whole amount by 6 months I would owe 30+% of the total purchase amount. I feel as if I was lied and pressured into this sale. I would be very careful working with these sales associates.
