I’ve been to this store before but I left because the sales staff didn’t even acknowledge me, while they bent over backwards for customers that came in ahead of and behind me. However, today I went after moving, and looking a hot mess and Zahra helped me and was fabulous! Ask for her and you won’t be disappointed!

Not even deserve one star . I bought an item on August 31 and the delivery must be September 16 . I got a call on the delivery date informing me that my item is out off stock !!!! And they will schedule another date once it is available !!! On the delivery date not even earlier !! When I called the branch the phone has been hang off on my face . And call the call center make a complain they informed me that they will contact me within 24 to 72 hrs . Today is September 21 . They schedule October 6 to get my item . Without getting a call to follow up with me a bout the complain or giving me any reason or treat with me in respectful matter and without giving me any of my rights . Thanks Ashley . First and last time I will walk through to buy any thing from your brand

The overall experience was great! This was my first time having to purchase my own bedroom set and Rueben helped with every question and concern I had and also worked with me soooo much on the price and financing, I wouldn’t have been able to do it with their help and honestly I’m absolutely in love with the set that I ended up choosing!! Highly recommend and would definitely come back if I ever need anything else !!

It was a horrible experience for me especially from the Long Beach store they have no clue to what they are doing. Let me also reassure you that the Pandemic didn't have anything to do with it being bad.Even with the pandemic there customer service seriously needs a redo they need to retrain and also get a better call center because their customer service especially over the phone is horrible you call and no one answer so you have to go over there in store and the female who says she is a manager apparently doesn’t know anything and we have to find out answers from the customer service Representative it’s ridiculous.Also Synchrony bank the one who offers the Ashley home card they honestly are no help as well. I have Credit and I have to say that after I pay it off I will let them close it. It was that bad. Here is my story I order a bedroom set in the beginning of June I was told due to the pandemic it would be back order and I was looking at receiving it end of July or begging of August so I was told August 2nd but that didn’t happen I had to wait a following week August 9th now I also paid for Premium delivery and set up. Well when everything came the headboard ended up being Damaged so they had to send it back and then they tell me on the phone that it would be redelivered on August 13th another week so that means the 2,500 mattress that I also purchase had to be on the floor!! Okay so the next week came nothing I called ask what was going on and the customer service rep says that I didn’t answer so that my headboard was now not going to cone until September so again I had to go to the Long Beach store only to be told that I would receive a 10% off of my Order funny thing is that they can’t even do that turns out once they charge that card the Ashley card they can’t do anything they can’t change the price or nothing they have to give yuh gift cards so I would Strongly suggest going elsewhere go to living spaces or bob’s Discount furniture. Don’t go to Ashley’s in Long Beach if you do have to go there I would highly and Strongly recommend going to the Ashley’s in West Covina! I also had to pay out of pocket for Screws and washers that were missing from my headboard that was delivered in September. Also they did give me $125 in gift card but I still got ripped off for $98 Because they were supposed to give 10% off and also refund my Premium delivery and set up as I ended up getting in pieces and my headboard delivery was turned into threshold so I had to put my own bed together and make a trip to Home Depot!

Worse customer service I have ever had. Long Beach store on Carson doesn’t pick up the phone. I’ve been in there. Your not that busy. I purchased an item that was supposedly in stock so delivery was set. I get a call a day before that my delivery date was postponed for 2 weeks because my item was not at the warehouse. Terrible! I’m canceling my order and going to Living Spaces.

The long beach town center store always gives great service no matter who the sales person or manager is compared to when I have been in other store fronts. They went above and beyond many days as we entered the store back to back and gave us great deals. I will def return on my next furniture purchase.
