I have been trying to call this store for 4 days.. And NO ONE answers
I am very disappointed in Ashley Furniture in the Town center Long Beach, I purchased a Cal King Mattress set in 2013 and the mattress was defected wires poked out and I cut my toe. I contacted Ashley Furniture in 2018 to honor my warranty and I was treated like a second class citizen I was given the run around between them and Sealy finally they agreed to give me another mattress but they did not have a cal king so they gave me a king mattress I accepted it because I was frustrated and now today 2020 the mattress is sinking badly on one side and the corner of the other side. I have tried contacting Ashley I sent emails I called the store left numerous call backs in the last few months with no response. Now all of a sudden I am getting email advertisements so they used my email address for that but not to contact me. Unhappy customer I would not recommend anyone to Ashley Furniture.
We went in today (Black Friday!) needing a new sofa and just wanted to check out what they had. Found an awesome couch at a great deal! Sal is the associate that helped us and he was so nice and helpful, but didn’t pressure us at all. He was so nice and patient with us even though we were taking forever to decide. They were having a really great sale and I found a few things I really liked but couldn’t narrow down which I liked best. He answered all our questions and even brought us a tape measure to help us figure out the appropriate size for our place. Sal is awesome! I’m really happy with our couch purchase and the service we received!
I really enjoyed my shopping experience at the Long beach location. Sal, is a professional sales representative who provides you with an really incredible customer service experience. He goes above all other employees. Sal is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you’re looking for the best shopping experience, ask for him at the front door. He will not let you down, trust me, i’ve had plenty of customer service representative approach me and he is by far the best at the Long Beach location. Overall, 10/10 experience. Sal’s is a very sharp individual. He’s definitely going to be the next sales manager soon.
Don’t waist your time or money here , cheap products very bad service , worst delivery. They tell you one date and never show up one month later , you still don’t have your items ..
First time it was great service
I'm very disappointed I was expecting our delivery tomorrow however since I missed the phone call from the delivery company my date got pushed back until December 1st..since it is impossible to get a live body over the phone I'm forced to drive to the location where I bought my couches..I made 3 attempts contacting the sales rep who sold us the couches but he failed to return my call until he heard me say I'm cancelling my order. So be careful answer all calls when they call you to confirm your delivery date it might be from Florida, Texas or some other state...
Ashley in Long Beach, Ca on Carson St. Customer service sucks badly. I have made several phone calls to Customer service in Florida to make a complaints and the person work in customer service with a f*ck up attitude..
Horrible!!!! On October 3rd a purchase was made Ashley was misleading and deceptive after many hours of deciding settled on a beautiful living room set We’re giving a delivery date of November 14th on the week of delivery had our old couches picked up and WE called 4 days before promised delivery date And were then Only informed that partial delivery was going to be made more importantly the couches are not going to be delivered. New delivery date is now December 10-20th. No prior warning no notification means no couches for thanksgiving and multiple calls to customers service and to managers also supervisors to know avail and finally spoke with Barbara sales manager who basically stated only 2 choices to cancel or to pick a new set for items in stock. Did not address our frustration, inconvenience or provided no customer service. Decided to go in and see what was available with much hesitance and spoke with Victor store manager who stated NOTHING WAS AVAILABLE OR IN STOCK. Now order is CANCEL AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
Great in store service but they cant seem to answer a phone
Went there in june 2020, saw tables I like put the order in and have not received then all I got, was a push back date for delivery from june 2020, it's now November 2020, so finally I ask for a refund, it was a great deal that they could not deliver on, seems to me false advertising, still no tables, customers service need a lot of improvement, and not interrupt the other person while he trying to help out the customer,
Worst shopping experience! Furniture is cheaply made and don’t waste your time buying the protection plan... on hold for over an hour to find out nothing is covered.
Horrible customer service- specially when you call them to get status of your order. I bought something in the Long Beach store since August and promised delivery date was September 20th and now I called and they say to wait until Nov. 5th and no one can give me answers on why my furniture is not being delivered, I call the customer number and they say I have to call the store where I purchased them and no one answers. I moved and I have to drive 1 hour to Long Beach to get answers... This is frustrating and waste of time for me waiting on so many promised dates that my furniture was going to be delivered
First time here and my experince started out bad but was made better. We came in knowing what matress we wanted but wanted to test it out. An associate name Etson asked if he could help us and we said yes, he proceeded to try and sell us his most expensive mattress(over 5k) and we listened, once he was done we asked to see the one we had came for and he simply said "Oh your looking for this one? Well there it is" and walked away. We had to go and ask another associate for help. Tony Cruz helped us out and was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all our questions with patience and even sold us on other products we where needing. Would recommend you ask for Tony when you are here.
