Something shady is going on. I shopped online and placed items in my cart. When I went to the store they were going to charge me a lot more! So beware of this. Then once I got them to price match and left, they called me to say they charged me too little and now delivery would be three months out. Not cool!

JR and customer service were great. I was told my original order was on backorder until July 24th 3 weeks after original delivery date but they helped me find something in it's place for the original delivery date.

On May 12, 2022, I purchased the RECT Dining Room Counter Table with the upholstered barstool and the Double Counter Upholstered Bench. I needed something that would accommodate my son who was recovering from a car accident that required an extensive hospital stay, as well as my nephew who has a disability. I made the $2,112.17 purchase, warranty included, as an investment that would accommodate the needs to bring my family together over a meal. I would have loved to say that the experience was pleasant, but I cannot. I received a partial delivery on May 14, 2022. My bench never delivered. Then shortly after the delivery of the table defects were found. As per my May 15th notification to Ashley Furniture, the table was chipped. This was compliant to your required 72 hour deadline for reporting damage. Yes, my $2,000 table was damaged. I wanted it to be exchanged for a new, undamaged replacement, but Ashley Furniture said their Technician would first need to inspect the damage for possible repairs. The Tech came out, sanded the area, and painted the flaw. This I learned was an ineffective, temporary fix. In a month’s time the painted area has lost its coloring, fading and becoming an eye-sore. I have also noticed that the fake wood finish has an unsmooth surface that catches the fibers of a cloth when wiping it down for cleaning. I’m exhausted from my several attempts to make this right. I have tried several times to contact management on the store level. I feel like I’m getting the run-around. I want to close this chapter of my life. My experience with Ashley Furniture has not been a pleasant one. I would like to sever our relationship, receive a full refund, and part ways.

Minority/Hispanic people please don't go to this store manager and his assistant were and are very rude and uneducated, the sales reps are nice with customers very courteous, but this manager and his female assistance treat his sales reps like second class citizens, he treated my wife and I very very bad! he was arguing with me about a sale and said this is not walmart then he started screaming at me and said get out of my store, unbelievable!!! My daughter was scared and my wife was very disappointed on how he treated us and the sales reps.

Greatest furniture customer service in the industry bar none! Delivery procedures are on point. Only knock i have is sometimes items are sold out and back orders can run up to 3 months at a time.

Can't find my original post but BEWARE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This store anyway. The other Ashley store I have been too was sooo much better. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I would suggest anyone that has had an issue do the same. Husband and I have gotten the run around and no one has reached out to solve our issue. Check the statement today and there is something super fishy about how much we still owe. We were supposed to receive our mattress and bed frame, we only received the mattress and the foundation boards as we were informed the day of delivery that our whole order wasn't going to ship. We waited for that specific delivery date as they guaranteed our whole order would be delivered. Super dissapointing and just avoid at all costs.
