be careful when paying for you merchandise. They End Up Getting More Then What You Old Them I tried figuring out why were they getting more then it was and at first they acted like if they didn't know and after they ended up saying that it was because takes had gone up

Ashley HomeStore has an exquisite showroom displaying some incredibly sleek and comfortable furniture. The space is huge and creatively put together to highlight what the company has to offer. On top of all that, the owner and staff are very friendly people who care a lot about their customers as well as the Los Angeles community
GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT BIY ANYTHING THEY DID HELP ME WITH A CREDIT ACCOUNT.
Excelente lugar para comprar muebles para tu casa, atienden muy amables en esta tienda, pero cuando traen a tu casa lo que compraste te ponen miles de excusas para no subir los muebles. Son muy groseros
Es buena esta mueblería esta ok
I went to the Ashley Furniture in Downtown Los Angeles and experience discrimination. Initially, I went to store looking to furnish my whole apartment. I literally spent over 4 hours waiting to get my orders imputed in the system. My sales associate was highly absent-minded, unknowledgeable about the products, forgetful, and lacked integrity. After being exhausted from the long wait and trusting in the furniture store to get my order right, I finally went home. The following day, I received a call from customer service to confirm the order. The order seemed to be missing the 14-pcs set promised by the Sales Associate with the couch. Since there was a discrepancy, I asked the agent to transfer me to the Ashley Furniture where I made the purchases. The Sale Associate that answered the phone basically stated that their was nothing that they can do to fix the error. I asked to speak to the Sale Associate worked with me, and he stated that she was off on this day. I asked to speak to the Manager that assisted with my order. After waiting 5 minutes on hold, he told me that he was busy. Persistently, I asked if there was anything that they can do to fix this error, and he stated no. Out of disappointment, I immediately drove down to the Ashley Furniture store to speak with Derek. Upon arrival, I went straight to Derek and updated him on the issue I was having. While talking to him, I seen the Sale Associate that I worked with. Instantaneously, I became frustrated inside that I was lied to over the phone. Furthermore, I called the associate over to ask her if we spoke about the 14-pcs set. She said NO! I was flabbergasted at the fact that it was so easy for her to lie. I told her to please stop talking to me because I cannot deal with a woman that lacks integrity. After addressing my issue with the Head Manager, he decided to rectify the discrepancy by giving me 3-pcs table set for the couch. Although that wasn't the initial agreement, I settled for that offer. Fast forward one week after being approved by Acceptance Now, furniture financing company in Ashley Furniture Store, I received a call from the Acceptance Now representative stating that I was not approved for financing after being approved in the store. I asked, " Why was I denied when I provided to 3 Bank Statements from a job that I have been working at for 1.7 years, submitted my monthly employment deposits, and provided an offer letter from the Federal Government job that I just started. There was no answer to my response. She just stated that they denied my financing due to employment. SMDH. Because I know and feel 100% convinced that both Ashley Furniture Downtown Los Angeles on Broadway Ave and Acceptance Now were discriminating against me and colluded against me to prevent me from getting furniture, I went to the Ashley Furniture at another site the following day to retry this process. I not on ly was approved by Acceptance now, but I also received my furniture.

I had some cushions recovered on my couch & they did such an adorable job! I love the material better than the original fabric. I highly recommend this place, I'd like them to redo my whole couch! The owner is so talented, organized, friendly and the prices are fair.
