*PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AND IF YOU DO BUY, DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THE INSURANCE SCAM THEY HAVE, LIKE WE DID * I try to not like to write negative reviews and tend to cut my losses. However this company and the way this team has let me down as a consumer is truly devastating and I hope no one experiences it. We had an accident and our sofa/ chaise suffered damaged we filed the claim through extend and for almost a month they have sent us back and forth between Ashley’s warranty, themselves, and the store. When we purchased our product back in July and we were hesitant about the warranty but the woman manager & sales associate told us it covered EVERYTHING. We bought especially because we have dogs. Present day, we had an accident Extend does not want to send anyone over to few the damage they claim that over the picture they have decided “it was intentional”. I went back into the store I spoke with the team and showed them the picture and they told me “yes that will get covered just call Ashley’s warranty”. Ashley’s warranty told us they do not cover rips or tears and sent us back to extend protection. Extend sends us an email again telling us to call Ashley’s store. I called Ashley’s store the manager told me she can’t and won’t do anything about it, it’s out of her control (mind you she was the one who told us EVERYTHING got covered). She told me to call extend. I just got off the phone with extend they said no we will not cover anything. When I asked for how they came to that conclusion that it was intentional if no one wants to come look at the product the person over the phone got extremely hostile and started raising her voice at me as if I was a child making me me belittled for something out of my control. She began to twist my words over the phone so I had to quickly correct her and tell her I did not say those things. She then in demeaning tone said her and her team WOULD NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME sending someone over to check on the product. The conversation was so disheartening. Once I told her I would just take the survey at the end because I was unhappy she quickly changed her tone and apologized and would not hang up the call. I had to repeatedly tell her to hang up because I was uncomfortable. As the consumer I would expect a higher level of customer service but clearly Ashley’s furniture and the insurance team have made it clear they are after the money and could not care for the customers once the purchase is made.

They have a good selection of items here but looks like ashleys doesnt do any due diligence on training their staff. For example, the asian salesman here was trying to make fun of how I had dressed up today and a few months ago another salesman that they had imitated my accent.

My experience at this Ashley store was a bit of a disappointment, I was shopping here as a return customer because my first experience was great and exceptional. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for this go around. The greeting was very awkward it’s almost like the lady did not want to greet or help me, that didn’t bother me that much but moving on it kept going downhill from there, I had a few questions about a particular couch I have been wanting and she showed me everything except that, I had to physically point out the couch I’m shopping for. A couch she recommended I said no I didn’t like it because it was too small and she said oh this would look great in an apartment you are moving in an apartment RIGHT? Lady I’ve already purchased a multi million dollar home and this isn’t my first one either I politely told her it’s for my House I was actually looking for two living room sets and more items possibly if I see any I love, but the awkwardness became apparent even more and she went ghost on me like I literally turn around and she’s talking to another customer, lol needless to say because I look young maybe she assumed I was not a serious buyer and unfortunately Ashley’s will never see another dime from me this was a very uncomfortable experience and made me realize people do judge based on looks and I really wish this was not the case because I ended up seeing a few pieces I would have loved in my new home.

Had a fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture on Venice Blvd! Tatiana was amazing—super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right Tempur-Pedic mattress. Her manager Connie was also friendly and supportive, which made the whole process stress-free. The store was clean, organized, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Delivery was right on time, the staff was friendly, and they placed the mattress perfectly on our bed frame while leaving everything spotless. Highly recommend this location—ask for Tatiana!

Hi ! Very disappointed with the live seat, the sales person promised me & guarantee if didn’t like item purchased I can return it and choose something else, well isn’t like that’s I’m unhappy and expensive item, the store & costumer service are not very helpful, I’m on a process to fix the issue.
