I visited several furniture stores and couldn’t find anything I loved until I went to Ashley’s. The salesperson was patient, not pushy at all, and took the time to show me pieces he thought I’d like. I ended up finding a leather sofa that I absolutely love. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The entire staff was wonderful (I’m terrible with names!), but thank you all for such a great experience.

Great store with a wide selection. It was really nice being able to go into Ashley’s Furniture to test the sofas in person and make sure I liked both the look and comfort. Even a couple weeks after I purchased my furniture, it went on sale, and they were kind enough to price match the online price so I could save some money. I was recently helped by Abir to purchase a couple pieces of furniture - sectional, ottoman, mirror, nightstand, bench and kitchen set. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable in the quality of the pieces that I selected for myself and easy to chat with. I thoroughly enjoyed having him help me with picking out different options of furniture for my new apartment. It was just delivered today and I’m very satisfied with my selection!

I’m very happy with the mattress and bed frame I purchased from this location—they’re great quality and very comfortable. However, I was disappointed with how the mattress protector purchase and return were handled. When we bought the mattress, the salesperson mentioned we needed a protector for the warranty but never said it was $200. On delivery day, I was surprised to see that price and decided I didn’t want it, but the delivery team couldn’t remove it from the order. When I went back to the store to return it, the employees at the counter didn’t greet me or ask how they could help. I asked if I could make a return and the man at the desk simply smiled, said “no returns,” and flipped a sign that read “all sales final.” I left feeling frustrated and misled. It was my mistake not to ask the price or about return policies, but I wish the staff had been more transparent and courteous. I had planned to purchase more furniture that day, but after that experience, I decided not to. Just be aware that all sales here are final.

*PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AND IF YOU DO BUY, DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THE INSURANCE SCAM THEY HAVE, LIKE WE DID * I try to not like to write negative reviews and tend to cut my losses. However this company and the way this team has let me down as a consumer is truly devastating and I hope no one experiences it. We had an accident and our sofa/ chaise suffered damaged we filed the claim through extend and for almost a month they have sent us back and forth between Ashley’s warranty, themselves, and the store. When we purchased our product back in July and we were hesitant about the warranty but the woman manager & sales associate told us it covered EVERYTHING. We bought especially because we have dogs. Present day, we had an accident Extend does not want to send anyone over to few the damage they claim that over the picture they have decided “it was intentional”. I went back into the store I spoke with the team and showed them the picture and they told me “yes that will get covered just call Ashley’s warranty”. Ashley’s warranty told us they do not cover rips or tears and sent us back to extend protection. Extend sends us an email again telling us to call Ashley’s store. I called Ashley’s store the manager told me she can’t and won’t do anything about it, it’s out of her control (mind you she was the one who told us EVERYTHING got covered). She told me to call extend. I just got off the phone with extend they said no we will not cover anything. When I asked for how they came to that conclusion that it was intentional if no one wants to come look at the product the person over the phone got extremely hostile and started raising her voice at me as if I was a child making me me belittled for something out of my control. She began to twist my words over the phone so I had to quickly correct her and tell her I did not say those things. She then in demeaning tone said her and her team WOULD NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME sending someone over to check on the product. The conversation was so disheartening. Once I told her I would just take the survey at the end because I was unhappy she quickly changed her tone and apologized and would not hang up the call. I had to repeatedly tell her to hang up because I was uncomfortable. As the consumer I would expect a higher level of customer service but clearly Ashley’s furniture and the insurance team have made it clear they are after the money and could not care for the customers once the purchase is made.

They have a good selection of items here but looks like ashleys doesnt do any due diligence on training their staff. For example, the asian salesman here was trying to make fun of how I had dressed up today and a few months ago another salesman that they had imitated my accent.

My experience at this Ashley store was a bit of a disappointment, I was shopping here as a return customer because my first experience was great and exceptional. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for this go around. The greeting was very awkward it’s almost like the lady did not want to greet or help me, that didn’t bother me that much but moving on it kept going downhill from there, I had a few questions about a particular couch I have been wanting and she showed me everything except that, I had to physically point out the couch I’m shopping for. A couch she recommended I said no I didn’t like it because it was too small and she said oh this would look great in an apartment you are moving in an apartment RIGHT? Lady I’ve already purchased a multi million dollar home and this isn’t my first one either I politely told her it’s for my House I was actually looking for two living room sets and more items possibly if I see any I love, but the awkwardness became apparent even more and she went ghost on me like I literally turn around and she’s talking to another customer, lol needless to say because I look young maybe she assumed I was not a serious buyer and unfortunately Ashley’s will never see another dime from me this was a very uncomfortable experience and made me realize people do judge based on looks and I really wish this was not the case because I ended up seeing a few pieces I would have loved in my new home.

Hi ! Very disappointed with the live seat, the sales person promised me & guarantee if didn’t like item purchased I can return it and choose something else, well isn’t like that’s I’m unhappy and expensive item, the store & costumer service are not very helpful, I’m on a process to fix the issue.

The store associate was great. Their return policy is dumb. If I were you, I’d go in and test furniture, then buy it on their site. Otherwise you can’t return anything. I bought an extra dining room chair to see if I would need it, the chairs shipped to the house, I put them together and decided I didn’t need the extra. Now I can’t return it. Had I done the same thing, but ordered it online, I would have 30 days to return. It’s a dumb policy and I hate that the associates will be the ones getting screwed out of their commission, but unfortunately that’s the way the company has built the system.

I am rating only the experience in the store. They have a big collection of many furnitures, the display is very nice, and the sale person we worked with was helpful. We hope the quality will be good too, and the warranty that we bought will justify it.

Wow wow wow!! Not all Ashley Furnitures are alike. We drove over 25 miles to come to this location (Venice crossroads), skipping past at least 2 other locations and it was totally worth it! The showroom is beautifully setup and calls you to keep walking and admiring the next set around the corner. The staff here is friendly and professional (not pushy). We were fortunate to recieve superior consultation from a true industry expert of more than 40 years - John Kim. He was all smiles from the first moment and took his time to explain the nuances of the handful of pieces we were interested. He also introduced us to the lovely gal who explained their “leasing” options. Although our furniture hunt is complete, we will definitely return to see to this location for any and all future furniture needs ((p.s. Ask for John 😉))

The hasn’t arrived yet and will update when I get it, but this review is for the purchasing process, which was confusing. When I went in, I was told that I would get an email with information about how to purchase the sofa by the end of the day, but never got that email. I called the next day was told that my information wasn’t in the system. There’s a chance I mistyped my info, but I gave my name, email, and phone number the previous day and I don’t think I got all of those wrong. I asked if I could just purchase online, but was told that if I do, I wouldn’t be able to get delivery? But I just checked the website and they do delivery with online ordering. In fact, online curbside delivery is free, when I was told in person that would be $50. Additionally, I was told that the whole ordering process had to be done while on the phone with the representative, and I wouldn’t have been able to just do it with an email the night of, unlike what the first representative told me. Finally, I was able to order and I was told that the sofa was in stock and could be delivered on the 3rd. Unfortunately, I am out of town then so I pushed it to next week, but then got a call that it’s actually only in stock on the 11th. Not a huge deal to me, but, maybe a warning for others who you need a sofa asap, even if they say it’s in stock, it might not be. Overall, everyone was really nice and I’m happy at the end of the day, but the whole process just was very confusing to me, with inconsistent information and practices.

Having lost everything in the LA fires, I find myself having to buy everything new again. I just couldn’t stare at a laptop or phone screen anymore while shopping for new furniture, so I came down to Ashley Furniture on Venice Blvd because I just had to see and touch something in person. The sales team and management were EXEMPLARY in assisting me find the perfect new pieces for my new place. The concern they showed for me being a fire victim almost brought tears to my eyes. I had to wait over a month to get my order delivered. When they came the first time to deliver it they told me the delivery team was not able to deliver it to the 6th floor due to their liability. No where on the websites does it stated that. If that would have been the case I would’ve never ordered it knowing I live on the 6th floor. When the men were bringing the couches through the door they ripped one and had to take it back. One of the other couches was also ripped and dirty. After 2 weeks of waiting for the other missing section, the day of the delivery the men had already made up their mind of not bringing the couch to the apt once they had seen how small the elevator was. Before even calling their boss about the issue they were already taking the section out the building. They once again stated that due to their liability they cannot go any further than the 3rd floor. As I was waiting for a call one of the men asked me if there was anyone that can help me take it to the apt! Even after I paid for the delivery and assembly! When I got a call from Ashley’s they told me they would have to take the section back and they would help me find another one. I already had 2 sections in the apt and was just missing one. Horrible customer service from the delivery men and corporate. If the company has liability such as not delivering after a certain floor it should be stated on the website so we can be aware and not buy knowing we won’t get anything delivered.

Was shopping with my partner and out of nowhere this sales person went full on crazy on us since we decided to have another friendlier associate assist us. She ignored us and made us feel uncomfortable which is why we approached another sales person. This was very unprofessional of her and it not only made us feel uncomfortable but made us feel unsafe. I felt so bad towards the gentlemen. Shocking that the company allows this type of behavior. No one was able to calm her right away. We felt threatened and decided to shop somewhere else instead.

I ordered several pieces of furniture, but they delivered damaged items. When I contacted them about this issue, they told I would need to return the large items to the store for a replacement. I paid for these products, and it's Ashley's responsibility to resolve this matter since they sent me damaged products. This is a horror story. We purchased a TV stand from Ashley Homestore. The delivery guy from Ashley asked us for $120 to install the TV stand and we agreed on it, even we think it's too much. There was a broken piece in the middle of the TV stand and the guy tried to hide from me. Instead, he used some paint and a tape to cover it and think i will never find out. Besides that, he did a terrible job, the cabinet door wasn't straight and the back piece of the wood wasn't lined up. I found out the problems after he walked away with my $120. We called Ashley after and it took them long time to deliver us a new TV stand and they took the old one. We were more cautious this time so we told the second delivery person to open the box in front of us. There was another broken piece in the box. Even tho the guy saw the furniture is defective, he didn't pick up and he told us to file a new claim. We had an ugly box with furniture inside of our home for two months because they didn't provide us solutions. What a waste of time and energy to deal with this! We had to take days off from work to stay home and wait for the delivery and picking up the defective product. Ashley Homestore has terrible service and the worst quality. At the end we finally returned it, but it took more than two weeks to get the refund and we still lost $120 to their dishonest employee. I would never buy furniture from them again.

They have very bad quality, I bought a T.V stand and I got it broken 2 times!! And every time it took them 3 weeks to "investigat" and deliver me a "new" one, and they force you to be home for the delivery with 4 hours of time frame and lose days of work! The customers service is very pure! Second time after they picked up the damaged T.V stand they refund me 3 weeks after!! This journey took more then 2 months and meantime there box laying on my floor in the middle of the living room!! I would recommend you to stay far away from Ashley furniture!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

So then Ashley magically sets a delivery date and says the couch will be delivered. Two weeks later (end of January) we get a call saying the item has been discontinued a while ago... This was an absolute waste of time and money. If you shop here don't expect your items to arrive soon. Spend your money elsewhere.

We got a call a week later saying it would be delayed to 12/25/24. Crazy they would deliver on Christmas! We had them move it to 12/27/24. No worries, they called us again to delay the delivery to 1/7/25, stating that “the item hasn’t arrived at the warehouse yet.” We asked to speak with management and they said there was nothing they could do. We received an inconvenience fee refund for this ($130). We also asked to have this in writing to document this. Next week rolls by and we are given another call, stating that again, it’s been delayed to 1/15/25. Crazy. Today rolls around and we are given a call, once again stating that they have one piece at the warehouse and are waiting for the other piece, delaying it to 1/28/25. We asked once more for an inconvenience fee for this and are looking to cancel the order entirely if this item does not arrive by 1/28/25 or if we get another delayed delivery call. Absolutely insane! Do not order unless you want to pay money (and a good chunk of it too) and not get your item at all. Look forward to getting a call from Ashley Furniture every week delaying your item!

First the phone number is NOT TO THE STORE IT IS A CALL CENTER BACK EAST. They told me that the last piece is going to be delivered on 12/31. This is the first and last time we are ever going to shopvat Ashley. The employees of the store we purchased from all of them where very helpful and concerned about the way the company was threatening this issue. The company needs to re- train staff. They need to fix the phone situation. And finally get rid of all agents and supervisors that I had to speak with and didn't care. I do not care if they lose their jobs during the holidays . They need to know how to speak with customers and to help them when they have made lager purchases.

I had a truly poor experience with this company and this location. First of all, they shove the QR code for a google review in your face and watch you which really makes a lot of these review invalid in my opinion, including mine originally posted. What frustrated me however was the lack of communication. This location never let me know that there was an excessive (more then 3 week wait) with my furniture after purchasing. Additionally, for the day my couch was supposed to be delivered, I later found out that only part of the couch would be delivered and I would have to call back to schedule the delivery of the second half. If this is more an issue with the warehouse then there should be better communication with the store to let the client know that they should not be expecting their full delivery when told. Ended up cancelling my entire order which was also super frustrating as I had to find another couch and dining table

And right before I left the store with the carpet I purchased, I saw a recliner that caught my eye. I have always wanted a recliner chair, so when Scott helped me and explained to me the recliner’s functions and how comfortable it felt. I couldn’t walk away without purchasing that beautiful chair.
