We happened into Ashley in search of a sectional. We were warmly greeted by “O” immediately. We explained what we were looking to achieve and she showed us several really good options. We settled on a plush sectional with lots of pillows. The price was good and delivery was scheduled for just a few days after purchase. This was a really good experience and I highly recommend Ashley Furniture and specifically “O” in the Culver City location.

I was met at the door by a friendly representative who understood immediately what I was looking for, helped me find it, and arranged delivery in just a few days. The entire process took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way. Friendly people, efficient service, and reasonably priced quality furniture! This is not my first purchase with Ashley. I keep coming back because every experience is a quality one.

A nightmare. I purchased a five year warranty when I bought my recliner. The recliner malfunction and the chair fell apart. I had to go through another company who handles warranty claims. That was fine until they told me I now had to deal with Ashley ordering me a new chair. Ashley has made this a complete nightmare. I had to go through numerous people who obviously did not know what they were talking about. They were not helpful. I am still dealing with them and still have a broken chair.

I bought a couch set and I got (was told) 36 months no interest. Just find out it was 12 months and I am paying almost 1000 dollars for not paying in full in 12 months.. hence I was charged in my account every month the amount that seems to me was for 36 months no interest … I fell like I was scammed to buy without knowing the real deal .. my fault? I had to wait over a month to get my order delivered. When they came the first time to deliver it they told me the delivery team was not able to deliver it to the 6th floor due to their liability. No where on the websites does it stated that. If that would have been the case I would’ve never ordered it knowing I live on the 6th floor. When the men were bringing the couches through the door they ripped one and had to take it back. One of the other couches was also ripped and dirty. After 2 weeks of waiting for the other missing section, the day of the delivery the men had already made up their mind of not bringing the couch to the apt once they had seen how small the elevator was. Before even calling their boss about the issue they were already taking the section out the building. They once again stated that due to their liability they cannot go any further than the 3rd floor. As I was waiting for a call one of the men asked me if there was anyone that can help me take it to the apt! Even after I paid for the delivery and assembly! When I got a call from Ashley’s they told me they would have to take the section back and they would help me find another one. I already had 2 sections in the apt and was just missing one. Horrible customer service from the delivery men and corporate. If the company has liability such as not delivering after a certain floor it should be stated on the website so we can be aware and not buy knowing we won’t get anything delivered.

Was shopping with my partner and out of nowhere this sales person went full on crazy on us since we decided to have another friendlier associate assist us. She ignored us and made us feel uncomfortable which is why we approached another sales person. This was very unprofessional of her and it not only made us feel uncomfortable but made us feel unsafe. I felt so bad towards the gentlemen. Shocking that the company allows this type of behavior. No one was able to calm her right away. We felt threatened and decided to shop somewhere else instead.

I had a very disappointing experience with management. The manager was rude and showed a complete disregard for customer concerns. I ordered several pieces of furniture, but they delivered damaged items. When I contacted them about this issue, they told I would need to return the large items to the store for a replacement. I paid for these products, and it's Ashley's responsibility to resolve this matter since they sent me damaged products. This is a horror story. We purchased a TV stand from Ashley Homestore. The delivery guy from Ashley asked us for $120 to install the TV stand and we agreed on it, even we think it's too much. There was a broken piece in the middle of the TV stand and the guy tried to hide from me. Instead, he used some paint and a tape to cover it and think i will never find out. Besides that, he did a terrible job, the cabinet door wasn't straight and the back piece of the wood wasn't lined up. I found out the problems after he walked away with my $120. We called Ashley after and it took them long time to deliver us a new TV stand and they took the old one. We were more cautious this time so we told the second delivery person to open the box in front of us. There was another broken piece in the box. Even tho the guy saw the furniture is defective, he didn't pick up and he told us to file a new claim. We had an ugly box with furniture inside of our home for two months because they didn't provide us solutions. What a waste of time and energy to deal with this! We had to take days off from work to stay home and wait for the delivery and picking up the defective product. Ashley Homestore has terrible service and the worst quality. At the end we finally returned it, but it took more than two weeks to get the refund and we still lost $120 to their dishonest employee. I would never buy furniture from them again.

They have very bad quality, I bought a T.V stand and I got it broken 2 times!! And every time it took them 3 weeks to "investigat" and deliver me a "new" one, and they force you to be home for the delivery with 4 hours of time frame and lose days of work! The customers service is very pure! Second time after they picked up the damaged T.V stand they refund me 3 weeks after!! This journey took more then 2 months and meantime there box laying on my floor in the middle of the living room!! I would recommend you to stay far away from Ashley furniture!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The delivery on the original date was messed up, the delivery driver made no effort to deliver and left after 5 mins of calling me. Customer service dragged me through an endless loop for several days, often saying they would call me back and never would. Finally we rescheduled a new delivery day and the couch came with no problem. Despite all the issues and inconvenience with my order I’m giving 3 stars because we absolutely love the sectional!!

Every week from then on we would get a call informing us that our order is delayed. Until we got fed up and said that if we receive one more call about a order delay we will cancel the entire order. So then Ashley magically sets a delivery date and says the couch will be delivered. Two weeks later (end of January) we get a call saying the item has been discontinued a while ago... This was an absolute waste of time and money. If you shop here don't expect your items to arrive soon. Spend your money elsewhere.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Avoid at all costs. Would give negative stars. Most inconvenient store for your time and money! Wanted a simple loveseat, ordered 11/29/24. We asked for the earliest delivery and were given a delivery date of 12/12/24. Fair, we thought. We were told everything was in stock and we would receive a timely delivery! We got a call a week later saying it would be delayed to 12/25/24. Crazy they would deliver on Christmas! We had them move it to 12/27/24. No worries, they called us again to delay the delivery to 1/7/25, stating that “the item hasn’t arrived at the warehouse yet.” We asked to speak with management and they said there was nothing they could do. We received an inconvenience fee refund for this ($130). We also asked to have this in writing to document this. Next week rolls by and we are given another call, stating that again, it’s been delayed to 1/15/25. Crazy. Today rolls around and we are given a call, once again stating that they have one piece at the warehouse and are waiting for the other piece, delaying it to 1/28/25. We asked once more for an inconvenience fee for this and are looking to cancel the order entirely if this item does not arrive by 1/28/25 or if we get another delayed delivery call. Absolutely insane! Do not order unless you want to pay money (and a good chunk of it too) and not get your item at all. Look forward to getting a call from Ashley Furniture every week delaying your item!

First the phone number is NOT TO THE STORE IT IS A CALL CENTER BACK EAST. They told me that the last piece is going to be delivered on 12/31. The call center states to call Monday-Friday 9a -5p eastern time. After all the complaints that I left we got our final piece on 12/21 at 745am. Ashley has nice furniture but they have to fix the company. I have just found out that the company has merged with a company based in the Philippines. This is the first and last time we are ever going to shopvat Ashley. The employees of the store we purchased from all of them where very helpful and concerned about the way the company was threatening this issue. The company needs to re- train staff. They need to fix the phone situation. And finally get rid of all agents and supervisors that I had to speak with and didn't care. I do not care if they lose their jobs during the holidays . They need to know how to speak with customers and to help them when they have made lager purchases.

I used to absolutely love the store. Their furniture is absolutely beautiful amazing. I bought two dressers Online which I will never ever do again first Of all, I wanted to buy my furniture from Ashley for my new place because in the past, I went into the store and got my couches bed frames everything from Ashley so I needed two dressers at the time. So I went online and found two dressers before I moved, I had them delivered to my address that I was currently at they came in boxes no big deal. I was planning on putting them together after I moved. so then I moved to my new place and I decided to put them together one dresser one together loved it amazing. It’s a beautiful piece the second dresser I almost had completed. The only problem is the screws that go to the dresser drawers (that hold the drawers in) didn’t come with it, which was really surprising. so I called Ashley and since I bought them online, I couldn’t go into the store to get the parts so then I called the number that they gave me and let me tell u I have been through so much crap with them first they told me that since I moved my warranty was no longer valid and they went ahead and said that they could send me the parts, but they’d have to send it to my old address, which wasn’t a big deal because my old roommate lives there problem is they were never sent. The person on the phone told me they give me a tracking number order whatever they emailed it to me, but it was never shipped. I have called them so many times I just need to know what kind of screws they are what size they are, but I can’t get anywhere with them and since they already supposedly sent me my parts, they refused to send them again…… so now my dresser drawers are sitting all over my room with my clothes in it on the floor, so I spent $300 on a dresser that I can’t even use.. Going into the store I recommend but don’t ever buy anything off-line because once you move they’re not gonna help you fix it if something goes wrong with it there’s no warranty.

Tim was absolutely great. He gave me plentiful information and helped me in building to a decision on what type of bed would be good for me. Friendly and personable, I would absolutely love to have him work with me again.
