Never recommend, By far the worst experience ever. Not sure where to even start! Well for starters my order was delayed yet I get no type of update. but Partial order didn’t ever have an estimated delivery date. Like I am just suppose to know?! After trying to call the store on multiple occasions not once, was I able to speak with a member. I actually had to go in person to figure out what was happening, when I stop at store they told me your card is declined although they already charged to my account, then I stop to a bank ask them for Statement With the providing Statement, shows that the Ashley furniture got the payment. They ask me pay again, so I paid them again with different card, And I didn't got the refund yet, Finally I was able to dispute the transaction with my bank. Don't ever stop there
If i can give half a star i would !! This place is a waste of time ! Saw a 14 piece set for a certain price and was looking to purchase it. the salesman was a great help and she had told us that whatever you see here is what’s included. Manager came along and told us otherwise. She told us that what you see is not what’s included and you have to go around the store and find something at the same value or lower for the certain piece . she would show us around the store and say this something you can get part of that price and it would an ugly looking table. The 14 piece is a scam at this certain location. Do not trust this location !!
I went to Milpitas Ashley Homestore, I had 3 gift coupons which I wanted to use, They assigned a Salesperson to me, I don't know what was wrong with that person, he was extremely RUDE, ARROGANT and had a bad ATTITUDE in his tones, turns out because I was making a purchase from the gift card, his targets were not going to be met. Please don't give gift cards if you are not happy helping people redeem those cards. I would appreciate if someone can teach that Salesperson how to behave with the customer. Just wearing a suite and a tie will not make him a gentleman. LEARN TO BE POLITE IF YOU WANT TO WORK IN SALES.
Tito! Remember this name!!! Sales manager that was very welcoming and very helpful, not only did he check up on us frequently but he made us feel like we mattered. Very friendly, very proactive waaaaay better customer service than living spaces. I am definitely going back to get more furniture and I hope to see Tito again :).

After we made our purchase fifth month later they called us and impolitely said their cooperate needs us to pay $300. The rude lady Nomi ( has no experience dealing with customers) who called us threatened us and said you either pay or we will transfer your paper to collection. She was not able to explain why we have to pay!! We called the corporate office several time and every time we had waited for more than 40 minutes and with no answer , eventually the line will disconnect automatically. The Whole experience was very band , wrong item on delivery , miss delivery date, dirty item, some items broke in less than a month. Their insurance are nothin but crock when you call them they say it is not our responsibility. We end up paying double the original price since they have changed the non interest offer from three years to two years without telling us, we signed the paper work without checking.
