When I walked in they said I needed to make an appointment and asked for my number so I gave it to them. The next thing I know I’m receiving spam call after spam call! So unprofessional for a big company like this to sell my number! I might have to change my number, the spam calls won’t stop!

If I could give negative stars I would. So my wife and I recently moved to Mountain View due to the military. We went to Ashley on July 11 2020 to get some furnitures we spent about 3 grands in some sectionals. Due to COVID the next available date to delivery was August 13 at that point we told them we live una military installation which required anyone that needs to come in a government issue id (keep that in mind) we were not to happy about it but oh well. On August 10 we received a phone call from Ashley stating that they have everything but one of the recliners for delivery. We told them that we don’t one out stuff in pieces that we want the whole stuff. They told us that if we want the whole stuff we have to wait another month pushing the delivery date to September 14. On September 6 my wife liked some coffee tables from Ashley so we went to the store and spent about 900 dollars and told them to put it in the same delivery schedule for the 14 if possible. They said it wouldn’t be no problem and they apologized for all the inconvenience and Amir discounted 150 dollars from the original price and since everything was in the same delivery they did not charge the delivery fee for the add on. Once again we told them that anyone who was going to deliver the furniture needs a Government issue ID like a DL or some sources of document issued by the government. So Monday the delivery people called and said that they couldn’t deliver my stuff because they did not know it was a military base and they did not have government issue IDs (I guess Ashley hired people without driver licenses). At this point we are furious about the lack of respect to the costumers by Ashley. We went to the store and my wife talked to the manager the manager apologized and said that he will make an special delivery request to have the furniture delivered no later than Thursday the 17 of September but he will give us a call the 15 of September to confirm everything was good. So he never called us. So today we stop at the store to se what’s up with the order and they have the nerves to tell us that we need to wait another month because one of the pieces that we bought was sold and delivered to another costumer. So we cancelled the whole order. I never in my life have to deal with so much incompetence and disrespect towards a costumer. Never again will try to buy anything from this store.

it was the worst experience in my whole life, the manager is very rude and unfriendly. Do not trust them with anything they say about the delivery time. Expect at least about two weeks later than they promise you!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst Worst Worst Ever Experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to give them even one star!!! 0 star is what they really deserve!!!!!

I had a very bad experience with my order #40469560 , #40483070. It isa 14 piece living room set. 1. It was supposed to be delivered on 1st August, I called a couple of days before to check status. I got to know it's scheduled for 15th (No communication was made I had to call) 2. Order delivered on 15th was not full, the lamp set and 5 piece accessory set was not delivered 3. I went to pick-up lamp as they told me to pick it up from the store, which lamp did I get the one which are part of store showing section as the lamps are discontinued, I was not asked for any replacement or anything they gave the lamps without cleaning with dust on it. 4. I asked for missing 5 piece accessories which were missing from original order 40469560 and they created order 40483070 and told me they would ship it 5. I got the order just moments ago and it's damaged (attached the image), tried to call customer care but it;s closed for the day. 6. Called customer care next day one guy told me to hold while he is checking with supervisor and after some time the same call went to another agent who told me to call customer care again as she is from online purchase and can’t support. 7. On next call the customer care agent told me to go store with the damaged set, the first question I got was why did I come to store and when I told her customer care representative told me she checked ticket and suggested me to back home with the stuff, she will call me in day or two. With some argument the store supervisor agreed to keep the damaged stuff and ordered replacement to be picked from store. The argument by the lady on store counter very rude. No matter what product is, its very bad and horrific experience. Regards, Mahendra

We were told by multiple friends and our realtor to visit Ashley Homestore before going anywhere else for furnishing our new home. Let's just say that we were given the right advice and ordered a lot of furniture from them last weekend. Our salesperson was Gail, really exceptional service and her patience was phenomenal. We had lots of questions during our 2nd visit when we were there to place the order. We selected a lot of 'options' that were discontinued and Gail was running behind us and helping us choose the right options. David, the general manager of this store is another gem of a person. He know's how to keep his customers happy and how to make sure they return to the store again. I'd recommend reaching out to him when you are there, a really warm and jolly person. The selection that this store had was amazing, it did take us a few hours to peruse through all the options and took 2 visits to make up our mind. I give the store, the people and the selection full 5 stars!

We walked in on a Saturday morning just to look at the furniture selection at Ashley. We didn't even have an appointment. James gave us an appointment right away and invited us into the store. We had already visited Living Spaces and La-Z-Boy the week before that and thought the prices were too high. James was extremely kind and helpful in explaining the features of the pieces of furniture we were looking at. The store manager, David, was also a very nice guy who gave us a lot of personal attention. It seemed like the people there really cared about our needs and took the time to think about those needs with us. The furniture selection and prices were amazing. They had a 40% labor day sale going on, so we ended up purchasing close to $5000 worth of furniture that very same day! I would definitely recommend checking out Ashley. 5 stars!
