My wife and i are super grateful that Jennifer worked with us to exchange our furniture she went above and beyond and for that we are so grateful. However as far as one of the sales associates i wont say his name but we arent so happy with how he did not tell us its required to get a mattress protector to exchange or honor the warranty for the tempurpedic mattress that we purchased. Very unfortunate we're stuck with a mattress that doesnt work out for us. But otherwise Jennifer was great.
