I purchased a table and a rug over a month ago i only received my table I keep getting the run around on where my rug is and they keep telling me it will get delivered and it still has not I walked into the store today to see what is going on I talked to manager Jerry she never said sorry the only thing that came out of her mouth was that she doesn’t control distribution and that they are open 7 days a week and I could have came in sooner and pretty much pawned me over to another sales rep to schedule yet another delivery for dec 21 let’s see if I get my rug over a month later.
We bought a new living room set for our new home, and paid an extra $100 for delivery. We love the couch and chaise, however the tables came damaged and one of the lamps were dinged. We were unable to be home during delivery and my parents had to open the house for delivery. They're in there 80s and said the delivery people set-up everything in 15 minutes and left. All of the damaged areas were pushed up against the furniture to hide it as well. I figured this wouldn't be a problem and called Ashley to let them know about the damage. They said they could schedule a technician to come "repair" the tables. I told them not only was that inconvenient for us, but we had paid for new not damaged/repaired. They refused any kind of compromise saying they had to try to repair it first before they could replace it. The only option was if the store manager wanted to make an exception. I got forwarded to the manager and explained the situation. We live over an hour away from the store and wanted to resolve this as easily as possible. The store manager was extremely rude on the phone and when I said if they couldn't resolve this to our satisfaction I'd return the entire set. At this point she very snidely told me there were no returns and we were told this when we bought the furniture and that we should have declined delivery if there were any problems. Neither myself not my fiancee were told about the no returns. We also have checked our receipt for this disclosure and see no mention of it in any of the paperwork. The delivery people left no paperwork either. I'll be contesting the charges with my credit card company and letting everyone know what kind of service to expect.
Too pushy, over priced
Just left the store. Jerry is a Terrible manager and didnt now customer service. I have no idea where she got her training from. My table was promised on Nov 22 so I could have a Thanksgiving dinner and it never came. Basically back ordered the second time and all I get was I'm sorry. Canceled the 1.5k dinning table and will never shop or come close to this store again...we have so many other near by furniture store and I have no I dea how they stay in business.
Over priced and the sales associate wouldnt answer questions directly
I purchased a couch here a year ago and got the warranty because I was explicitly told that it covered certain things. I asked several questions about the warranty to ensure that it would meet our needs and bought a more expensive couch then I normally would have because I believed the warranty made it worth it. When I filed a claim that was based on the warranty described to me when I purchased the couch I was told that my claim was not covered. I spoke to another person at Ashely furniture who also said it should be covered and they would reach out the the warranty company on my behalf. After several days of not hearing back from anyone, I followed up with the store and the manager told me it would not be covered. It is really disappointing to be so misled and then have no one try to help you. I would not recommend shopping here because of the poor customer service.
I was promised my delivery date which was over a week out from my purchase date. My delivery date was today and LOOK I have no furniture! And they can’t even tell me when I will get it. They had a 3rd party scheduled to deliver it. The 3rd party came through my gated community, backed up my driveway, and then put it in drive and took off very fast out of here. We watched them do it, and they are on camera doing it. I never got a call just a text saying their eta was 30 min. Which they showed up 35 min after that text. BUT never parked, or got out to come to the door. Now I have no furniture nor do I know when I will get it. I am very upset and angry! This was very unprofessional and the third party represents Ashley Furniture in a bad way!! ASHLEY FURNITURE....where are my items? I paid you good money for them and I deserve better service!

I would give no stars if I could. This is the worst company I have EVER delt with. We ordered a couch and accent cabinet. Got the couch but have never received the accent cabinet. We have been told 7 times now it will be delivered and even can see what stop we are the day before but on the day it's to be delivered they say there is no information. We have talked to dozens of people and everyone lies and gives us the run around. We have been guaranteed by many employees that it was going to be here and yet again we have never received our product. They have no problem taking your money an not ful filling their end. Plus there is no one to talk to who has answers. At this point I believe they will never get us our product and management at the local store does nothing. I really wish I would of read reviews before hand because this seems to be a theme with this company. I recommened not purchasing anything from them if you actually want it. They take no consideration that all 7 times we had to miss work to not have out item delivered.
The worst experience ever. Salesman is a joke and nothing but lies. We waited all day for the delivery and watched them on the tracking system. When it finally showed we would be getting our delivery, they just dropped off the map. No phone call, no support and the call center was a complete waste of time. We will be demanding a full refund and never step foot in an Ashley Furniture store again!
