Went in specifically for a mattress for my son during holiday sale. Josh, the sales agent greeted us respectfully and while initially guided us to mattresses sold in the store was very receptive to and price matched the mattress I had pulled up online. Even understanding to my situation offering drop ship service. Very pleased with our experience. It saved me from going to multiple stores to compare shop on the same day. Great experience!
Went in today to look at the decor ready to buy. Asked a question and the guy was condescending. Walked right out!
Beware! My wife and I purchased 2 leather like recliners from Ashley furniture. We were talked into purchaseing the extended 5 year warranty. One and half years later, one of recliners has started to make a knocking noise when raising .We have called the warrantee people several times as well as the store. Have gotten the run around for 5 weeks.They never return our calls. Beware!! They will take your money, afterwards no customer service.I have lost all faith we will never set foot in Ashley furniture again. Stay away. Update Ashley furniture is refunding our extended warranty money. What a headache . Up date Ashley furniture is refunded extended warranty price The store experience was good the extended warranty people were horrible.
